Lae’zel gets very frustrated very quickly. It takes Halsin to calm her down and teach her how to interact with you appropriately.

Every time you do something new she looks at Halsin to tell her how to react.

You flip onto your back. “Can I just keep petting them here?” Halsin nods.

In the morning, she requires quite a hefty apology and explanation as to why you wouldn’t tell her about this.

Karlach

Karlach is almost too welcoming to stray wolf that wants to wander into camp. But it’s certainly not the oddest thing that’s come into camp.

She treats you like a normal dog at first, but after persistent whining and leading her to your bed multiple times, she finally catches on.

“You didn’t tell me you were a werewolf! That’s so cool!” She exclaims, but then her faces starts to grow concerned. “Wait, you’re not gonna flip out on anyone tonight, are you? Do I need to lock you in a cage or something?”

You whine and lay down on the floor.

“Aww, you’re not gonna hurt nobody are you, sweet puppy?” She sits on the floor next to you and rubs your shoulders.

She spends the rest of the night playing with you like she would any other dog, chasing you around camp, wrestling, and petting you.

That night she snuggles up next to you, cuddling you in her arms as you lay on your side.

You wake up just as you do any other morning, in her arms, fully humanoid again.

Minthara

Minthara is unsure what to do with this dog that keeps following her around.

At the end of the night, you move to climb up onto her bed, but she stops you with an “absolutely not” and motions for you to lay on the floor beside her.

As a Druid, Jaheira can speak with you even in dog form.

Once you explain the situation to her, she rolls her eyes but smiles. She should’ve known you were a werewolf.

Now, I may be projecting, but after what shes been through Id suspect Ogerpon is pretty good at reading someone's emotional state based off of body language. Keiran is spaced out, trying to process everything that happened, when he feels a gentle weight on his side. one thing my mom would constantly talk about and say is that sex is The Best thing ever and that once i have it i will Love it. i think i remember thinking it was like, a bit. a kid says kissing or pda is gross and parents go ohhhh but then youll meet the right person and youll love it! and it WAS like that, kind of, but it was always about sex. shed make sexual comments about the way id play or cuddle with my ex or just. me being me. i remember it really turned me off the idea of sex as a whole, i thougjt it was disgusting. im going to be very mean for a second.

i remember my mom before she became who she actually was, or my idea of her before my bubble was burst. she was like a mix of a very smart young college student and a very beautiful very hard working farm woman, i remember finding her very beautiful and very smart. I remember knowing that she didn't think she was beautiful in comparison to my aunt or grandma because they were skinnier, but to me the two always looked really sick and unhappy. i spent a lot of time trying to get them to eat stuff with me, because theyd gift me fast food or something but theyd never get anything. i thought it was messed up that my mom was viewed as the uglier one because she was strong and tall and did a lot of outdoors work, just because she couldn't fit into some stupid ballet gown that was made like 90 years ago for someone with brittle bone disease. Thats who i like to think about and who I think about when I think of my mom.

But in reality who my mom actually is even when she isn't using heroin is an alcoholic and a sex addict. Everything was always about sex. Always. it didnt matter if it was my drawings or something we were watching on TV or any conversation with my dad. I remember seeing her grind on him all the time, I remember as a preteen walking out on her clearly sitting on her boyfriends ___ and not knowing what to do because my laptop was out there and i was grounded so i was only allowed to use it out there, but they didn't stop or go into their room or anything for like a good hour. our literal last hang out consisted of me thinking we were going to have a good night together and her inviting over some guy, turning on a dave chappel show and then fucking him during it, even though i literally rold her if she expected to have sex with someone i wanted to know if i could leave. she told me she wouldn't do that to me and that i was being ridiculous. i eventually left and broke into an abandoned hotels parking lot because i figured i might as well do something i alwats wanted to do before i left carson for good.

when i had step throat and almost cauvht scarlet fever she kept making me use her throat numbing spray, something that DOES exist for sicknesses, but her bottle was clearly the kind made for blowjobs. i remember she kept trying to get me to use it and i kept refusing because i knew it was for sex but i didn't have the vocabulary to tell her that. i remember telling her i was asexual after finding out that she was aparently asexual (when i came out my dads reaction was "thats exactly what your mother said before dating kevin." weird dude, weird thing to say.) and she told me that no ones actually asexual, she only said that because she'd cry through sex with my dad. that everyone thinks they hate sex until they finally have it and that you'll realize once you have good sex.

and i think it really just. hammered in this idea. my mom was obsessed with pregnancy, she had an abortion and then miscarried before I was born. She also had two sets of surrogate twins, as well as my two sisters, and I think to this day she wants more kids. it really gave me this idea and this sense of like, sex really really really messing up your brain. i didn't understand that she was traumatized or going through the throws of ptsd or trauma at the time, all i knew is that i felt like i saw my very strong and very smart mother change from that into a sex obsessed violent monster. Her statements about how I'll love sex didn't feel like smart advice or the thing a mother would say to encourage healthy growth it felt like a threat. It made me never ever ever want to have sex, because what if someone touched me and i became like her? what if someone touches me without my permission and i lose all sense of self and i stop caring about the things i used to care about and i lose who i am like she did. that idea really scared me, especially when i was living with two guys who were clearly looking at me sexually and innapropriately. i felt like i had to keep myself safe from every direction. i couldnt let my mom see or percieve anything i was doing or else she'd make it some sexual innuendo and imply i was some sexual being, and i couldn't let my dad see or percieve anything about me because what if he saw me as a sex object? I was already pretty certain he did.

and then eventually my step mom got involved and stupidly i thought maybe SHE could help. its why i was so obsessed and attached to her at first, i thought an outsider could've come in and done something. instead i told her that i didnt like sharing a phone with my dad because I feel like I'm constantly seeing his nudes aand its making me uncomfortable and she flipped the fuck out because my dad would NEVER take nudes unless he was sending them to her and shes never gotten any, so i must be lying and trying to set her up to be jealous and attempt to kick her out of the house because i'm a conniving little sex pest who wanted my dad All To Myself or something. and then I got framed for being a possible serial killer because of it. Idea for a little Cucuhalo fic/au. Ok hear me out:

Roommates/Office au

So, I haven't fully fleshed out the details yet, but Cucurucho as a rich boss that owns some kind of company and Bad is an employee that just moved from somewhere and started working in his company not too long ago. They try to get along... well enough in the office, albeit there's some tension and passive aggression between them.

Their co-workers love to gossip about them because it looks like there's something going on between the two, but it's all speculation for them. What they don't know is Bad and Cucurucho are actually secretly roommates, and they "hate" each other even more outside of the office.

Cucurucho has a cat that Bad wasn't initially fond of named Emotional Support (they're actually raising that cat like it's their baby lols) because Bad is more a dog person, but Cucurucho insisted on getting a cat as a pet. That's only one of their roommate quarrels. Most of the time they are extremely passive aggressive, and do things like, idk, not washing the other person's dishes lmao.

Despite how much they claim to hate each other, neither want to leave because "it's easier to share rent" or "no one would take care of Emotional Support when the other person is busy", some kind of excuse like that. But really, it's because they do enjoy having each other around, and sometimes, they have nice dinners and movie nights together. Then they fall asleep on their couch and wake up entangled, but neither wants to admit they were literally cuddling the night before. They are so attached to each other, but no one wants to say it out loud.

Basically this au is me wanting Cucuhalo office and roommate drama with a dash of sexual tension and long-term denial, romantic comedy sitcom style.

I love them living together and making up excuses to do so....

"Its expensive to live alone" "Emotional support is already so attached to him itd be mean to take her away from him" "We bought the furniture in a way that would make it weird for us to move out" (bad bought both the beds, or the one bed hayoooo, cucurucho bought like 20% of the spices and condiments, they dont feel like splitting up the furniture is what im getting at) "Theres no available housing in any areas id want to live in" etc. etc. any excuse to stay together even though to everyone else it seems like theyre at eachothers throats all the time!!

I think the way the workers would find out is a couple of them getting invited over. Like after a night out, one of them cant find a ride home so bad (resident guy who doesnt drink) offers to let them sleep on his couch for the night, and the next morning they wake up to arguing. They sit up on the couch and over the back of it who should they see in the kitchen together but CUCURUCHO and BADBOYHALO who are arguing because bad didnt ask before inviting said coworker over!! They kiss and make up (either metaphorically or literally) and cucurucho lets it go for now and sneaks off back to his (possibly their) room so he isnt caught and has bad send the coworker out as soon as they wake up. The coworker doesnt say anything about seeing cucurucho right then... but later on cucurucho and bad hear a lot of whispering that gets suddenly quiet when they walk by, and then it continues when they walk past.... more so than usual!!! And they dont think too much of it, but then someone comes up to bad's desk one day or approaches him in the hallway or by the water cooler and goes "so.. you and cucurucho, huh??"

(and then they realize bad's not the one to approach because hes very aloof and wouldnt pick up on the implications that the coworker would be dropping.. but theyre too afraid to go ask cucurucho about it for fear of getting chainsaw'd LMAO)

- they have very different music tastes (i hc jay listens to kpop and cole to 80s rock & new wave) and theyll always talk about how bad the others music taste is but secretly they actually like it… (jays kpop playlist got a save once and he was trying to figure out who it was and cole was like whoever it is has the worst music taste in the world) (it was cole who saved it) (also vice versa)

- they play every game and watch every show together and when one of them starts something without the other they get offended 😭😭

- speaking of watching cole cant handle anything scary at all but sometimes jay will somehow convince him to and always puts on the scariest stuff because he thinks its cute when cole jumps 😭

- jay still sleeps with his plushies so when they cuddle jay is spooning his plush and cole is spooning him and sometimes cole lays on jays chest

- they playfight and wrestle a lot and sometimes get seriously hurt while doing it

- they play dancing games tgt… like just dance and ddr

- also i think jay deffo dances to stim (totally not self projecting here) and his dance moves are always a bit silly so cole will copy them and jay is like are my making fun of me >:( and cole is like yeah maybe i am

- on the topic of stims they deffo mimic each other a whole lot in the sense theyll copy each others vocal stims and it annoys the hell out of everyone else because theyll say the same silly phrase over and over again for weeks 😭😭

- i also hc them both as chronically ill (jay is hypermobile and cole has arthritis) and sometimes after especially hard training days they will give each other back rubs/massages…

- they arealso borh very smart separately but when you put them together they become super stupid and lose all their brain cells
