Today was slow going. Queued up the rest of Dating Deanna on pillowfort, minus my favorite pictures, and then my energy just crashed. Been feeling off all day and thinking there's some chicken pox in my throat or esophagus because it just doesn't feel right.

Bounced between saves in the afternoon, not really able to commit to any particular gameplay. Oh I think I found what was making my sims toddler shiny, the glasses. I took them on and off one of the toddlers and it caused a change on their overalls that the base game ones did not. I tried looking up toddler glasses cc but they're all really old and I'm worried they'll just cause the same problem. The base game toddler glasses options are just so boring.

People should acknowledge the fact that alcoholism has become a part of Logan’s character in like a genuine way, like yes it’s used jokey in the show but GODDDD it just makes it so clear what direction his character is going in. He is falling apart, he is becoming more and more dependent on destructive coping mechanisms, he’s pushing the light sides away more often and being more friendly with the dark sides and especially Janus, who has showcased a lot of similar traits which Logan seems to be developing, he’s a HYPOCRITE, he’s an ASSHOLE, he’s got issues opon issues!! when people talk about educating yourself on the origins of ideologies like zionism, it isn’t to ask for sympathy but to show that fascism always hinges on the same rules - dehumanisation and other-ing of scapegoat populations in the pursuit of power.

My mother and I play phasmophobia together every week. she usually has a pretty limited time to do this bc she's like. a doctor and a college professor whos always busy. So I asked her to just. hold me to doing them. We don't start playing until the shot is done. so my needle fear doesn't matter because now it's Wasting™ her time and I have to do it quick. Using one neurosis to defeat another.

It's a horrible coping mechanism because it's feeding the inconvenience fear, but it is definitionally a coping mechanism.

What's your opinion on how noelle seems to be connected to angels, holiness, jesus and etc vs kris being connected with demons, devil, and unholiness, and etc. And certain other deltarune characters following this trend, jevil, spamtom, ralsei, maybe susie idk.

Woah! O-O i guess the symbols do speak for themselves if i'm being honest!

I generally don't think of those characters like that (probably as a mental block since i like drawing them silly). But it is very obvious the game wants to portray Kris, Noelle, Secret Bosses, other characters, etc., in certain "dark" or "heavenly" lights. (with tons of religious motifs)

Kris: Red eyes, knife, creepy, possessed, no visible face, 2nd best

Noelle: innocent girl🧍‍♀️, innocent deer, best grades, in love

(of course there are more nuanced instances of these characters which will be explored more as the game continues, but Ch1&2 heavily points out main character traits like the ones above.)

I'm not sure why though .w. we haven't gotten much on what the overarching theme/narrative of the game will be regarding religious allusions... ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯ it'll probably come up later? I think the biggest mystery, for me, is what type of religion they practice and how it relates to Ralsei's "religion" on the roaring.

Maybe by the end, we'll fight god and expel the thought of Hell from the mortal realm. Or maybe the players are God??? And they fight us??? Or maybe we are a false God and they must rid us from this land. I bet $10 bucks there will be an epic battle with a god-like figure at the end :)
