The next morning you woke up to slight chirping and waves crashing in the distance. You opened your eyes to see Bradley getting the next pair of matching outfits ready at the end of the bed. You sat up slowly and stretched. He looked up and smiled at you.

“Good morning, Beautiful.”

You rubbed your eyes and looked at the clock, 7 AM. You cracked your back and smiled at Bradley. “Good morning, handsome. What do we have on the agenda today?”

He crawled back into bed with you and sat next to you, “I have a couple of places I want to bring you today if that is okay?” He grabbed your hand and kissed your ring.

“Like I said yesterday, as long as we’re together, I am okay with whatever.” You giggled.

He kissed your head, “Okay get ready, baby. We have a whole day ahead of us.”

You got out of bed and went to the bathroom to clean up. After you finished you came out to Bradley making the bed. He had on some tight black ankle-cropped pants and nice dressy black slip-on loafers. His muscles were flexing as he tucked the bed corners as hospital corners. He had the windows open so you could hear the waves crashing in the ocean. You could hear the street noise from cars driving, distant talking, and music softly playing by the band downstairs. Bradley was dancing and swaying to the song as he fixed the bed. You leaned against the door frame as you watched him.

He looked up at you and laughed, “Do you like what you see, baby?” He finished tucking the last corner.

He came over to you and rested his hand against the door frame and leaned down to kiss your lips. You bit your lip and looked at him shyly. You nodded, “I could wake up to this every day. A sexy topless man fixing my bed with perfect hospital corners. Gosh gets me going.”

He chuckled and raised his brows, “Wow, that's all it takes, huh? Me shirtless and cleaning up.” He pulled you into him by your hip and kissed your lips over and over again, “Say less, baby girl.” He peppered your face with kisses.

You giggled and pushed him away from you. You walked underneath his arm he had propped on the door frame. As you walked through he gave you a tap on your butt. You made your way over to the clothes that were laid out on the bed. It was another dress for you and Bradley’s shirt to match. It was a black dress with gold palm leaves, it was a tighter wrap dress that had off-the-shoulder sleeves, and it was long enough to cover your legs, but had a high thigh slit to expose your legs slightly. Bradley put on his matching shirt and started to button it up.

“Do you want to wear the same sandals as yesterday? Or do you want another surprise, baby girl?” He looked up at you and smiled.

“I can wear the same sandals as yesterday.”

He shook his head, “Sorry, wrong answer.” He knelt down and grabbed your foot. “Close your eyes, baby.” You closed your eyes and heard shuffling around. You felt him slide something into your foot. You felt something wrap up your ankle and felt him tying it tight. “Okay baby, open your eyes.” You opened your eyes and he threw his hands at your foot for the big reveal, “TA-DA!”

Your jaw dropped and you looked at Bradley, “Bradley! No! This is way too much!”

He rotated your foot around to show you the whole thing. “But baby, they look so good on you. Your feet were made for these!” He kissed the top of your foot over and over again.

You looked at the wedge on your foot. It was another pair of espadrille sole wedges. These ones had more of a life to the heel. He wrapped the black straps around your ankle in a cute zig-zagged pattern with a cute bow at the back. “Gosh, Bradley you really know how to pick things out for me.” You looked at them in awe.

He smiled back up at you, “I know what my baby’s taste is.” He gestured for your other foot and put the other wedge on for you. He mimicked the pattern on your other ankle and tied a cute bow on the back again. He massaged your legs lightly before he placed his big hands on your thighs and used you as leverage to get up. He stood in front of you. He looked so good. He has his shirt buttoned up but left the top two buttons undone. You could see his chest peeking out along with some of his chest hairs. He snapped at you.

Your eyes shot up at him and you looked like you’d been caught doing something bad. He laughed and put his hand out, “Someone is having dirty thoughts, aren’t we?”

You put your hand in his and stood to your feet. “No, I am just admiring how good my man looks.” You winked at him and turned around to walk out the door.

He watched you walk out the door, “I am one lucky man.” He bit his lip and ran after you.

He walked in front of you and lent you his hand as you made your way down the stairs. He talked backward and held your hand as you held your dress up so you wouldn’t slip. When you reached the bottom of the stairs he twirled you around and checked you out. He pulled you into him and kissed you on your lips. “You are so beautiful, y/n.”

You poked his nose. “Thank you, handsome.” You kissed the tip of his nose.

You both made your way downstairs. There was a chauffeur waiting for “The Bradshaws” at the front entrance. Bradley helped you into the car and you were off to your first destination.

You looked over at Bradley. He left the middle seat open between the two of you. His hand was resting next to his thigh as he looked out the window. You slowly crept your hand over to his and held it. He looked over at you and smiled. He picked up your hand and kissed your knuckles.

“Where is our first destination, Brad?”

He kissed your knuckles again, this one lingering longer than the previous one. He kept your knuckles to his lips as he looked over at you, “You’ll see when we get there, baby girl. It’s a surprise.” He muffled against your hand.

You laughed and nodded. You rolled your window down and enjoyed the views on the way to the mystery spot. The song Baby I Love Your Way by Big Mountain, started to play on the radio. Bradley looked over at you and watched you bob your head and sing the song softly as you looked out the window.

Bradley’s POV

I watched as you rested your chin on your hand and looked at the views outside the window. You were slightly swaying and bobbing your head to the beat of the song. You were singing it softly. The way the sunlight was hitting you perfectly and how the breeze was blowing your hair made you look like an absolute dream. You started to lightly tap your finger on your chin. The smell of your perfume filled the car. Your smell made me feel so warm. I bit my lip and continued to watch you.

Ooh baby I love your way, every day yeah, yeah. I wanna tell you I love your way, every day, yeah, yeah. I wanna be with you night and day.

You started to sing a little louder. Your voice gave me butterflies and my heart fluttered. I could feel the heat in my cheeks start to rise as I started to blush. I started to caress the back of your hand with my thumb. You never looked my way, but I saw a smile flood your cheeks. You closed your eyes and sang more of the song. You were taking it all in. The sun radiates off of your perfect skin and you were deeply inhaling the ocean’s mist in the air. You started to sway more with the ending of the song and lip-sang with it. You were really into it. You were making the cutest facial expressions. You were squeezing your eyes tight and shaking your head as the lyrics formed on your lips. At this moment, I knew you were everything and more to me.

“That’s my girl,” I uttered softly enough that you didn’t hear me. I smirked and laid my head back on the headrest as I continued to watch you.

Your POV

The song ended and you continued to look out the window. Bradley squeezed your hand and you looked over at him. He looked you up and down, “I love you, sweetheart.”

You smiled and blushed, “I love you, Bradley.”

After some time you finally arrived at your destination. Bradley hopped out of the car and came to your side to open your door and help you out. When you stepped out you two stood in front of a beautiful white building. Bradley walked you over to the front of it. You were hand and hand when you approached the people standing at the door.

“Mr. Bradley Bradshaw! It has been so long! How are you, sir?” He reached out to shake Bradley’s hand.

“I am doing well thank you.” He presented you to the man, “My fiancé, y/n. Y/n, this is Alan.”

Alan reached for your hand and shook it. “Pleasure to meet you, y/n. Welcome to Paradise Cove Crystal Chapel!” He threw his arms up to present the building.

Your eyes went wide, “Wait chapel?” You looked at Bradley with your jaw hanging. “ARE YOU MARRYING ME RIGHT NOW? IS THAT WHY WE ARE DRESSED SO NICELY TODAY?” You took a big breath.

Bradley started to laugh and placed his hand on your chest, “Sweetheart.”

“BRADLEY! LEIA ISN’T EVEN HERE!” Your eyes were side and you felt like you were going to faint, “WAIT? OR ARE THEY ALL HERE?” You looked around crazily.

Alan stood there awkwardly laughing.

Bradley smiled at him and patted your shoulder, “Sweetheart! We are not getting married right now!” He was laughing at you, “I just wanted to show you where my dad married my mom.” He smiled at you.

You threw your head back in relief and let out a sigh of relief, “Oh thank goodness. I was so worked up.”

Bradley started to laugh, “Shall we then, baby?”

You fixed yourself and nodded, “Sorry. Yes, please.”

“No need, sweetheart.” He helped you up the stairs to the entry doors of the chapel.

Alan guided you and Bradley into the chapel. The architecture was beautiful. Right as you walk in the aisle starts above were chandeliers hanging all around the chapel. The aisle was made of Italian marble and the rest of the floor surrounding it was wood. After walking down the aisle, it was met with the lifted alter which was made of the same marble as the aisle. Behind the altar was a big glass observatory. From the observatory, you could see the grass reception area that looked over the ocean. You smiled because you could definitely see Nick and Carole getting married here as young kids.

You looked over at Bradley as you two stood on the alter looking at the view. You held onto his hand and had your other hand wrapped around his bicep. You laid on his upper arm as you both looked on. He had his free hand in his pocket and he looked around the chapel. He was smiling slightly. You knew he was thinking of his mom and dad. He looked down at you. You looked up at him. The sun was shining off of the marble floor and hitting his face. His face was illuminated by the reflected light. His eyes were popping from the sun. He looked like a dream.

He brought your hand up to his lips and kissed your ring. He looked at it for a while as the light hit it and it twinkled with sparkles. He smiled and kissed it again.

“She’s proud of you, Bradley. They both are. They’re here with you right now. They love you so much.” You brought your hand up to his cheek that was furthest from you. You pulled his face to you and you kissed his cheek.

He looked at you slightly from the side of his eye and nodded. “I know they are. I can feel them, baby.” A tear fell from his eyes. He swallowed hard.

You wiped his tear and caressed his cheek, “I love you, Bradley Nicolas Bradshaw, forever.”

He let go of your hand and faced you. He cupped your cheeks in his hand and looked deeply into your eyes, “And I love you, y/f/n y/m/n y/l/n, always.” He pulled your face to his and kissed you gently.

Your face sunk into his hands like goo. You both pulled away smiled and chuckled slightly, “I can’t wait to marry you, sweetheart.”

Alan came back into the room, “You both look so perfect right there! That was absolutely amazing! Just like your mom and Dad, Bradley! Truly in so much love and it’s beautiful!” He clapped his hands, “You two are truly soulmates. You radiate off of one another as the sun does with the marble.”

Bradley chuckled, “This may also be a venue showing for you, sweetheart. I not only wanted to show you where my parents got married, but I wanted to show you some spots that I knew you would love to possibly consider getting married at.” He held onto your hands and played with your fingers.

You gasped, “Bradley.” You said softly about to cry. “Us get married in Hawaii?” You bit your lip.

He nodded, “I remember in university you always talked about getting married in Hawaii. From that moment you told me that, I knew I wanted to be the one to make it come true. Let me make your dreams come true, sweetheart.” He kissed your hands.

You patted the tears that were falling onto your cheeks. “I am the luckiest girl in the world to have you, Bradley Bradshaw.”

“Don’t make a decision just yet, baby. There is more to show you. We have all the time in the world to decide.” He smiled at you sweetly.

You nodded and pulled him in to hug you. “You are perfect, Bradley. I don’t deserve you.”

He rubbed your back and kissed your head, “It is the other way around, baby.”

You both explored the first venue for a little bit. After exploring you both went back into the car and headed to get some food. You, Bradley, and the driver stopped at a breakfast place to eat. Bradley invited the driver to come and eat with us. After we had all finished eating, we headed to the next destination.

The area looked really spacious. You and Bradley game down from the car. He offered you his arm. This place was more outside. You both met with a worker.

“Welcome to The Loulu Palm Farm Estate!” The lady said sweetly.

They let you two roam around and flag them down if you had any questions about anything.

You and Bradley walked around. You held tight onto his arm are you both made your way through the dirt, grass, and sand. This venue was right on a beach. The reception area was a big spacious grass area that was flat landed. Behind the reception area, there were two big palm trees that had a pathway to the beach. After the two palm trees were some large rocks that led down to the beach. Bradley carefully brought you down to the beach area. He sat you down on the rock as he removed his shoes and yours. He held both pairs of shoes in his free hand. The two of you walked around. You two spotted an area that had some rocks that were just above water level.

“Baby, go stand on those rocks.” He pointed at them.

You hoisted your dress up and walked over to the rocks. You climbed them carefully and let your dress down. The water was coming up but was just below the surface line of the rocks. Bradley pulled out his phone and took pictures of you. He took them as you were looking out into the ocean and looking around.

You came down from the rocks and went back to Bradley. He showed you all the candid photos he took of you on the rock.

“Oh my gosh, Bradley. Can you imagine us taking pictures right thereafter our ceremony?” You inhaled deeply and squealed out a small scream. You jumped slightly and held your hands together. “That would be so beautiful!”

Bradley kissed the photo of you on his screen, “At sunset, so we look like shadows. It’s just our silhouettes.”

You looked into space imagining it and you were in a daze. “God that would be so perfect.”

“How do you like this venue, baby? No need for a decision there’s still more. But I just want to see where you stand.” He held your hand and kissed your ring.

“I love it! I love this place so much! There is so much room for everyone. There are so many beautiful views for pictures but between the chapel and here… I couldn’t decide. They’re both so beautiful in their own ways.”

Bradley laughed, “I’d honestly pick this place over the chapel. I like it here a lot.” He winked at you. “Sorry, mom and dad.” He looked up to the sky with a scared face.

You laughed and pushed him playfully. “You’re crazy, Lieutenant.”

You and Bradley met back up with the worker and talked about different setups. They showed you around more exclusive areas for pictures. You watched as Bradley fell in love with this venue more and more as the hidden details were revealed.

You and Bradley headed back to the car and made your way to the last venue. This one was a bit further away from the last venue. The driver pulled up to the big gate in front of the venue. The whole place was surrounded by foliage, trees, and flowers. It was a very private area. You and Bradley stood before the gate. There was a feeling of deja vu that washed over you as you looked at the gate. You were so confused about why you felt that way. You had never been to Hawaii before. It’s not like you could have been here before. You thought that maybe you had seen this gate in a dream.

The gates opened and the sight ahead of you and Bradley was breathtaking. You both gasped at the same time and looked at each other. Bradley held your hand as you walked into the venue’s gates. Once you made it in the gates started to close slowly behind you. A worker came and greeted you and Bradley.

“Aloha! Welcome to The Male’ana Gardens! Feel free to look around! I will be in the office if you have any questions.”

You looked at Bradley, “That sounds so familiar. I don’t know where I’ve heard that name before. I’ve never even been here. Maybe I had a dream about this place for my dream wedding.” You laughed.

Bradley laughed with you and patted your hand, “Let’s go look around, baby.” He walked you down the long dirt road that had walls of beautiful floriculture climbing and hanging off the walls. You couldn’t even see the walls, it just looked like it was made up of pure plants.

You and Bradley walked around the garden. It was amazing how well taken care of all the plants were here. Everything was so green and very much alive. All the plants were well kept and trimmed, the trees shaped nicely, and all the flowers vibrant, and full of life. It was incredible. The garden area is where the ceremony would be held. It was a large grass area with an archway set up. The backdrop of the archway was a bunch of palm trees, foliage, and flowers. It was such a beautiful sight.

You stood there and cocked your head at the sight. You patted Bradley’s chest as he looked around the ceremony area.

“Yea, no. No! I have definitely seen this somewhere. But where?” You looked around and tried to figure out where you had seen this.

Bradley placed his hand on the small of your back and rubbed it. “Baby.”

You looked at him as he pulled a picture from his back pocket. He handed it to you. You grabbed it and held it in your hands. You stutter-gasped. Tears automatically fall from your eyes. “How?” You looked up at Bradley with tears falling down your face. “How did you-”

Bradley looked at you with gentle eyes and smiled, “When you were gone on your business trip, I went to your house. I asked Bri if she had any clue where your parents had gotten married and she said she didn't know.” He cleared his throat and looked at the picture in your hands. “But, she said she did remember that you had a couple of pictures of them during their wedding. She helped me look for them in your room. She showed me them.” He looked back up at you and smiled darlingly. “When I saw those pictures, I automatically knew where they got married.”

You tried to catch your breath. Bradley cupped your cheek and kissed you on your forehead. “Bradley, I didn’t even know where they got married. How did you?”

He sniffled, “My mom loved this garden. When she and my dad started dating, he brought her here for their first date.” He laughed, “That man literally swept my mom off her feet and brought her to Hawaii for their first date. He brought her here. They have a whole album full of pictures from this place.” He grabbed your picture of your parents standing at the altar on their wedding day and looked at it, “I knew it was this place right off the bat, baby.”

He hugged you tight and stroked your hair. You squeezed your eyes shut and held onto him.

“Thank you for bringing me here, Bradley. You have no idea how much this means to me.”

He kissed the top of your head, “They’re here with you, baby. They love you so much.”

You looked up at him and he used his thumbs to wipe your tears. He smiled and kissed your lips. “How about we look around more? Let’s see what your mom and dad got to see on their wedding day.”

You nodded. He wrapped his arm around you and you both walked through the venue. Your heart felt so full. The air was so crisp, your heart was fluttering. You could feel them there with you. You felt so happy.

Next to the ceremony area was a little gate. When you went through that gate there was a bar and seating area. Next to that area was a house, inside the house were more sitting arrangements for the guests and for the reception. It was a very small and private area. You knew that small and private described your parent’s down to the bone. This place screamed at them. After you exit the house there is another grass area with a platform for the hula dancers. In that same area, there was a big light-up sign that said aloha but the o was in a shape of a heart. After that area was the open space to the beach. It was so cute.

“This is definitely mom and dad.” You looked around and out to the ocean. “Beautiful.”

Bradley pulled you in and kissed your temple, “Your parents have great taste, sweetheart.”

After the last venue, you and Bradley headed out back to the hotel. You both cleaned up and laid in bed after a long day.

“Did you have a good time today, sweetheart?” He kissed your hand.

“Today was perfect.” You smiled and kissed his hand back, “Thank you so much for all of this. You are making all my dreams come true.”

“You deserve the world and more, baby girl. And I am going to give it to you.” He pulled you in for a kiss. “I’m sad we have to go back tomorrow, but I do miss my little girl.”

“I am sad too, but I miss Leia so much. Next time she’s coming with us.” You laughed.

Bradley pulled you into him and pressed his forehead to yours, “Good night, Mrs. Bradshaw. I love you with all my heart.”

You poked at his mustache, “Good night Mr. Bradshaw. I love you with my heart and soul.”

Summary: Long distance relationships suck, you and Mason know something about it… but what if something is about to change??

Long distance relationships sucked, you’ve always thought that, at least until you met Mason.

You met him in LA last summer, while he was on tour with his club, Chelsea FC, the Blues. You still didn’t know if by chance, luck or whatever it was, the United States Women National Team was invited to attend one of the matches, and with you being in it you got to meet the players, and Mason of course.

Surely you knew you were there because you were an international footballer as well, but since the moment you met that handsome brown-eyed boy, you couldn’t help but think that there was some kind of force that was pulling the two of you together, and you couldn’t explain it to yourself but you felt as if you were supposed to be there, as if you were supposed to meet him.

The two of you were about to be interviewed when you first saw Chelsea’s number 19; during the match you noticed he wore the same number you did; this coincidence and the fact that you both were so young and talented convinced the journalists to do a double interview, as in their opinion it would have been a nice confrontation between the two of you.

You both were extremely embarrassed since you didn’t really know each other if not because of your careers; the fact that you were standing there, so close that your shoulders were almost touching, made it impossible for you not to notice how good Mason looked.

Little did you know that Mason’s thoughts were mirroring your own: he was just as astonished by you as you were by him, and just as embarrassed as you were, if not more. But even if he was extremely nervous to be there by your side while you were waiting for the questions to start, he found the courage to bump his shoulder against your own, smiling at you afterwards.

“You okay?” he asked, the sweet smile never leaving his beautiful lips.

“Yeah, just a little nervous I guess… it’s like I never got used to these interviews.” you smiled back, lowering your gaze for a minute before you looked back at the boy standing by your side, “Congratulations for the win though, and for your goal too, it was pretty amazing…”

“Yeah tell me about it,” he breathed a laugh, agreeing with what you were saying, “I know I’m just supposed to be talking about football, but it’s kind of exhausting sometimes… thank you by the way, it means a lot.” he nodded his head at you, while he was taking in your whole appearance.

“You’re welcome…” you said, “I can’t help but ask though, when you say football, or whatever that word was, you mean soccer right?” you asked him, a playful yet defying tone in your voice.

“Oh here we go…” he laughed, throwing his head back, and giving you a nice view of his broad neck, “No darling, I meant football, what even is soccer??”

Darling, that word rolled off his tongue in a delicious way; in a way that made your heart beat faster as a lot of thoughts ran through your mind.

“Soccer is what you play, Sir Mount.” you winked at him, bumping his shoulder back with your own, as you were already loving the tension that was slowly growing between the two of you, “No football, we play soccer here in the US.”

“Sir Mount??” he narrowed his eyes at you, closing the space between your bodies just that tiny little bit that was letting him whisper in your ear, “Careful with your words, darling.”

“Or else??” you turned your face towards him, noticing how close you two actually were.

“Oh nothing… I just wouldn’t want to disappoint you when I’ll show you that football is better than that ‘soccer’ thing…”

“I’d like to see you try…” you smirked in his face, both of your competitive sides were making an appearance, as you were standing face to face now, “But we both know I’m right.”

“Why don’t we-” he tried to say before the journalist came to stand in front of you, ready to start with the endless questions you both were dreading so much and interrupting your own “match”.

Every time you found yourself missing Mason, you thought back to that day. The day you first met.

You thought about the way you were both so stubborn, yet so determined to see what that strange feeling, that tension between the two of you was about.

You thought about the whole evening after the match, when you two spent the night talking, laughing, making fun of each other’s accent and fighting because you both were stating you were the best football, or soccer, player.

You thought about the way your determination brought your lips together, as you and Mason stood right in front of the front door of your house in LA. That night he insisted on walking you home, since he discovered his hotel was close by, letting you see his sweet, caring side, you were so fond of.

Those same memories were playing in your head as you were waiting for his phone call, like you would always do each day at lunch time. With you living in Los Angeles, the 8 hours difference, and your busy schedules, this was the only time of the day you could share a proper time speaking to him on the phone.

You used to refer to these phone calls as your “dates”. Everynight, once Mason was home from training he would call you, then you’d both prepare something to eat and enjoy your food right in front of your phone; you’d have your lunch and he’d have his dinner, while you sat in your houses, far away from each other, talking through a video call.

You couldn’t help but sigh, the long distance was taking a toll on you already, as it was on Mason; you could only hope the news you were about to give him could cheer you both up a little.

Just as you lowered your gaze to your phone screen, it lighted up, Mason’s goofy smile appeared on the screen as a big one curved your lips.

“Hey you…” you softly smiled as you took in Mason’s disheveled hair and his soft brown eyes.

“Hi gorgeous, missed me??” he winked at you as the right corner of his lips curled up.

“You know I do,” you softly smiled as you shook your head, “how was training??”

“Long…” he sighed as he scratched his forehead in thought, you knew the situation at the club was weighing on him and you wished you could do more for him, “All I could think about was you…”

“I thought about you too…” you told him, “I have some big news by the way!”

“Really?? What is it??” his ears perked up upon hearing your words.

“The new kits have arrived! I’m gonna show you once we’re finished eating!” you grinned at him right before you started eating your meal.

“Oh really??” he smiled, toying with his food, “I bet it doesn’t look as good as ours!”

“That’s because you didn’t see me wearing it yet!” you winked at him, noticing a strange slumping posture in his shoulders.

“Are you gonna wear it for me darling??” his low voice sent shivers down your spine, the pet name he gave you the first time you met quickly became one of your favourites. So much that he’d always call you that.

“Of course, I’m gonna put on a show for you babe!” you told him, but something wasn’t sitting right with you. He looked strangely sad, like he wasn’t even paying attention to what you were saying. Like he was elsewhere.

“I can’t wait to see that show in person…” he sighed, “I miss you so much…” he half whined, making you pout at him.

“Aw Mase… I miss you too…” you cooed, trying to soothe him as best as you could, “I promise we’re gonna see each other soon… I’m gonna come to you as soon as I can…”

“Yeah I know, it’s just… we’re both so busy…” he said as he scratched his beard, “How can you possibly come here now that the season began?”

“Don’t worry I- I’ll find a way!” you were quick to answer him, almost letting your little surprise slip past your lips.

“I’m sure you will… stubborn, Californian ‘gurl’…” he giggled as if his mood had suddenly got better upon hearing you say that.

“Hey don’t! I’m not gonna come if you keep making fun of me!”

“We both know you’re gonna come, in more ways than one…” he growled as he winked at you.

“Mason!!!” you groaned, “Is this what it is about?? Long faces and whines because you’re horny really??” it was your turn now to giggle at your boy’s antics.

“So what?? It’s been weeks since we saw each other! Of course I am!” he whined once again, “My hand can only help so far you know…”

“Want me to put up a real show for you?…” your teasing tone went straight to Mason’s crotch, as he bit his lower lip.

“Of course I do…” he rasped, watching as you slowly started to remove your clothes.

“Say please and I’ll think about it…” you were trying to cheer him up a little, not to let him think too much about the distance that was separating the two of you, even if it wasn’t that easy to do.

“Please…” his voice was barely audible, just about a whisper. His eyes turned suddenly sad, his lips curved down in a pout, his lower lip sticking out.

It was then that the reality hit the both of you, Mason wasn’t horny, he was missing you, bad.

“Mase what’s wrong?” you stopped your ministrations and took your phone from your nightstand, where you’d left it right before starting your show, “Talk to me…”

“It’s nothing…” he shook his head, trying to cover the sad look on his face, “Show me that kit now… I want to see you…”

“I’m not gonna show you anything if you don’t tell me what’s wrong…”

“It’s just- It’s just that you’re not here…” he said, plain and simple, he said it, and those words tore directly at your heartstrings, “I want to see you try that kit on right before my eyes, not through a phone screen! Damn I want to touch you, your skin, when you get naked in front of me… I want you close, and I know you want that too, I don’t want to put too much pressure on you but-” he was starting to ramble and as if you wanted to put an end to his sadness, you cut him off.

“I’m joining Chelsea at the end of the month!” here, you said it. What was supposed to be a final surprise for Mason, was a way to calm his nerves down at the end.

“I mean I- Wait what??” he was taken aback by your sudden revelation, “What did you just say??”

“I’m joining Chelsea Mason…”

“You’re not joking?? You’re coming here for real??” he half screamed with his high pitched voice.

“Of course I am!” you giggled as you looked at his wide eyes.

“Why didn’t you tell me you meanie??” he pouted once again, but he couldn’t for too long since he was too happy with the news you gave him.

“Because it was nothing official yet! I couldn’t!” you shrugged your shoulders before you bit the inside of your cheek, “And because I wanted to surprise you…”

“Well you did surprise me darling,” he admitted, “but next time don’t make me suffer this much for it!”

“I’m sorry baby…”

“Wait when did your contract end?? Tell me everything about it, now!” he was back to being the usual over-excited boy he always was, once again.

“It ended at the beginning of August, and Chelsea’s offer came pretty fast… but I couldn’t talk about it, not until it was done at least…”

“When did you sign for us??”

“Last night,” you smiled, “I couldn’t wait to tell you, you’ve been on my mind ever since!”

“I’m so happy to hear that,” he smiled so big you were sure his cheeks were hurting, “I can’t wait to have you here with me all day every day!”

“Are you sure you can keep up with the competition??” you smirked, “I mean, Chelsea’s gonna have two number 19 after all… and we both know who’s the best.”

“Well that’s technically true,” he pondered for a second, “but one of us plays football, and the other plays soccer… there’s quite a difference here!”

“Oh shut up you dork!” you said as you rolled your eyes at him, “Do I need to remind you that you lost to me badly??”

“I didn’t lose, I just let you win!” his whiny voice was back, as he felt like he explained himself a thousand times.

“Yeah yeah, whatever helps you sleep at night Mount!”

“I’m the best at playing football, therefore I’m the best number 19.” Mason said, putting a satisfied smirk on his face.

“No way!” you denied, “I’m the best at playing soccer, so I’m clearly the best number 19!”

Mason didn’t reply, he just laughed out loud before he set his eyes back on your face; the soft look on his facial features made you go quiet for a minute, as you were unable to find the words to speak.

“Is it always going to be like this??” Mason’s relaxed voice broke the silence this time.

“Of course! At least until you give in to me and realize I am the best one here!”

“I can’t wait for you to be here, to prove you wrong every single day…” the dreamy expression on his face made you laugh out loud, your hands covering your face as you were struggling to breathe from how hard you were laughing.

“Keep dreaming!” you winked at him, while Mason chuckled at you.

“Seriously though… I can’t wait to have you in my arms every day…”

“Are you admitting defeat??” you grinned widely at him, watching as he was relaxing on his black sofa.

“Are you serious?? I’m here, admitting my feelings for you and you keep insisting you’re the best at football?? You’re delusional!” it was his turn to roll his eyes now, but he couldn’t help but smile all the same.

“I’m the best at soccer!”

“Football!”

“Soccer!”

“Football!”

…

The “match” continued, but the best was yet to come.

Memories 2021 Discs 6 -7

So I asked again when I said I was going to watch memories in full if you would be interested in commentary from me as I did so. There were a lot of people who said yes, so here we are! I have officially watched BTS Memories of 2021. Here are my thoughts as I went. There were 7 DVDs in this one. Reminder that these aren't going to be smoothly written out thoughts. You get these like I'm live reacting, texting my bestie or live tweeting. Lol it'll be in like bullet point format sort of, just... a commentary post as I go. Lol Parts 1 -3 covers Discs 1 - 5 and the first half of Disc 6. You can read part 1 here, part 2 here and part 3 here. Part 4 here will cover the second half of Disc 6 and Disc 7. Disc 6

2021 Festa Family Photos Making Film:

This could honestly just be a post on its own 😭😍 with all the gorgeous photos!! Everyone starting off in their stunning white outfits from past shoots/performances too. Jikook both in black swan outfits too! Hopekook almost bonking foreheads and smiling so cutely at each other in their unit shoot with Yoongi 🥺 Everyone standing serious for their group photo, and then there is Tae secretly tapping consistently on Hobi's thigh and bring silly while he pretends to be serious with the rest of them. Lol and then dancing through their next shot too 😂 having a hard time sitting still! Jimin reigning Tae back in for the shot and JK smacking him for being silly 🤣 everyone doing solo shots in their brown suits and JK takes over a camera as per usual. Starting with a test shot of Hobi, turns out great! Tae shows up and JK takes a super close up angle and hopekook both exclaiming in surprise at how he can look good even from that angle. Turning to take a close up of Jimin too and giggling saying he looks like a rookie actor (again!) Everyone laughing so much thanks to Jungkook! Jimin fixing Sope's ties for them during the group shoot because they were a little crooked was so fucking cute and domestic honestly. Tae grabbing Hobis hand to hold during the shoot and trying to kiss his hand. So much love and laughter 😍

Jungkook spinning namjin super fast with him on the merry go round thingy and them NOT ENJOYING IT and JK just laughing at them 😅🤣 Yoonmin being the cutest and pretend fighting lol the editors "battle of the bts kitties" "we don't know who won but they are good friends!" 🤣🤣 Vhope being so cute and Hobi was also NOT A FAN of the merry go round. Lol I'm glad taekook got to have fun on it together after shooting since their photo partners were not into all the spinning they clearly wanted to do lmfao! Even when Tae tapped out, JK just kept staying to play! Vhope might be my favorite duo of the Festa photos! Lol the way they jumped to each other for photos and then Tae just snuggled into Hobi, who wrapped him up in a big hug like a koala and Tae then just lifting him up in response and Hobis surprised laugher. My heart is MELTING. 1st Gif above.

Rolling Stone Magazine Making Film:

The way the concept was carefree and you can tell they all enjoyed just getting to do whatever they want during their solo shoots for sure. Lol Jimin coming to check out Hobis 4 frame shots and going "ah Hobi is playing celebrity again" and Tae trying to photobomb Suga 🤣🤣 the staff going "must be nice to be that handsome" watching V do his photoshoot and Tae getting instantly shy 🥺🥺 so cute! For the group shots the director wanted it to look like a more causal green room conversation/setting. Lol all crammed on one couch? Well okay, that's probably fair for the Tannies. But JK hearing that then immediately putting an arm on Jimin and leaning back against Hobi was cute 🥺 my 3J. His comfort people. He readjusted but it was still cute. Director telling them to open their mouth like they are yawning and the Tannies all just start vocalizing like opera stars instead! Lol Jimin looking at the photos and saying Yoongi looks like a goldfish 🤣 non stop teasing from Jimin today! 😂 Hobi shattering the illusion of them all on top of each other on one couch immediately after going "this isn't what we are really like on green rooms." Hobi sir, we have some footage that begs to differ. Maybe not all the time but cmon 🤣🤣 Jimin pretending to hop onto the motorcycle at the next set and Jhope going "cmon Jimin, let's go!" And hopping on behind him like they are going to take off! 🥰 Reviewing their photos and making adjustments and JK telling Jimin he should lean in more while dropping ALL honorifics, as per usual 😂 these were actually super well done photoshoots AND well done interviews. Billboard Magazine Making Film:

The video starting out with Namjoon expressing immediately sympathy for JK in his heavy sweater about how hot he is going to be. Lol and when JK is outside he has Staff around him right away giving water bottles and holding fans. Poor baby, it must be really heavy! RM being the best leader and organizing where everyone needs to go and sit for the cover shoot so well! Really great examples of his encouraging type of leadership though. Everyone struggling with how bright the sun is shining in their eyes and Joon going "just 10 photos, okay?" Giving encouraging pats and counting everyone off for when they need to quickly open their eyes for the shot too.

Second outfits and set seemed more comfy. Lol jikook saying they loved their outfits and felt it fit them. Give them the outfits billboard!! Namjoon cutting his end mentions interview short after his shoot going "wow, so sexy! Rolled up sleeves" because he got distracted by how good Yoongi looked! Lmao I mean, I get it namjoon. I get it 😍😂 and then Yoongi getting all shy about it too and downplayed the compliment. Accept it Yoongi! JK and Hobi also praising Yoongi during their group photoshoot at the end. Saying he "looks like a boss." And Jimin saying Yoongi looked great in short sleeves during their ending mentions. Caught ALL THEIR EYES!

They did a 7 things you don't know about bts interview and Jimin being unsure because he picked something the members all already know about him and JK saying it's okay if the members know but others don't and reassuring him so sweetly. Their little fist bump after the interview started too! During the group shoot Yoongi going "ow wait, let me spread my legs a little" as everyone crowded into the same small couch and letting Jin lean back between his legs instead of on them. Whew. Great photoshoot honestly! Shitty ass article, dont give them any clicks, and they are so undeserving of BTS honestly. But pretty photos for sure.

The Making Film opens up by blessing me with minimoni praise! Jimin just being like this is my first time seeing actual models and it's crazy because Namjoon fits right in! He can go toe to toe with all these models. Wow! And when Staff tell Joon what Jimin said he was so shy and humble. Lol "that's just Jimins affection for me clouding his vision." 😭😭😭 Vhope smiling and waving to each other from across the set where they were each filming their seperate parts of the video and giving each other that encouragement! Followed by the same thing with cute glances and encouragement exchanged between taekook across their sets too! I love it. Jikook being silly and comparing heights in their new outfits and shoes, just for JK to step back, check Jimin out from top to bottom, a full body check out, and go "you look like a real model!" And Jimin just blushes. Cuteee. Namjoon saying he likes Yoongis outfit best, and he wants to wear it! Hobi being nervous going up the elevator but Tae easily distracting him by asking about his bag. 🥺 I love they chose their own outfits for this too. It's amazing and the fact that they chose their own outfits and Jimin picked to wear a skirt!! Love it!

Vogue Korea & GQ Korea | LV Making Film:

I love that they once again got to pick their own outfits for the shoot here too! Showcases their uniqueness so well! JK saying he thinks he has worn an outfit similar to Namjoons before. And Namjoon just looking at JK and saying everyone looks like they are going to a party, why do you look like you are going to the gym? 😭😂🤣 let him BREATHE Namjoon. Athletic clothes everywhere is an AESTHETIC! The never ending teasing. Lol "your outfit is so blue too." JKs defense of "jimins outfit is all redish!" It's not just you, Jungkook, it's not! 🤣 Jikook really are though two bright ass spots of color in everyone else's more monochrome color scheme in these group shots 😂 Jikooks play boxing and 95z dancing and silliness during the break. So much energy! Not Tae feeling up Jimins biceps and going "it'll rip" in reference to Jimins muscles busting out of his tight fit?! 😭🤣 please! JK giving a little interview after his first solo shoot and getting distracted and turned around/lost backstage/on set! Lol

Everyone gathering for a group photo and JK just plopping down on Hobis lap instead of getting his own chair. FAIR. Jin being a little nervous up high in the set and JK just linking their elbows and sticking by him so sweetly. He is the sweetest man! For the third of their looks, Hobi picked out to wear one of the same outfits that Tae once wore on his own time at the airport. Lol and he goes "yes. I've become Tae's clone" 🤣 cuteeee. For the 4th look/set, Tae is outside and keeps talking about how nice it would be to do a shoot outside with his dog, Tan 🥺 Gathered for the last group shot has everyone asking Hobi about his outfit and if he is wearing a bulletproof vest. Lol which he confirms by singing a line from We Are Bulletproof Pt. 1 and spends the rest of the time before the shoot starts in earnest with the other members punching his vest and asking if it hurts. 🤣🤣 and no one being able to leave the balloons alone on the set. They are so playful. These were again really great photos and interviews if you want to go check them out if you haven't read them yet!

Disc 7

My Universe MV Making Film:

Giving me a minimoni unit at the start of a making film makes me so happy! They are so cute together! The members fawning over Yoongis pink hair 😍 me too! JK can't go one making film without boxing someone and I love that for him. This time it's Tae shoulder/back that is his boxing opponent! Lmao at Jimin just standing there in between takes and JK just randomly comes by to touch and hold his chin for a minute. Why are they so cute?? They spend so much of this making film just quietly talking in the background too. It's adorable. Tae telling everyone to channel N.O. to give resistance vibes for the MV 😂 Not Jimin pulling his phone out to check it after a shot and JK coming to peer over his shoulder at it too! Lol the constant "who's texting *us*" vibes are spectacular. Vminhopes loud laughter during footage review when JK goes "Chris is taller than us, why are we looking down?" 😂😂🤣🤣 Jikook acting out a skit to make their hyungs laugh 🥺 and swinging Hobi around like crazy between them lmfaoo "maknae line and maknae lines boss" Editors know them well lmfao. Jikook getting in line for their filming snd jikook at the end of the line just play fighting and Jimin getting right up in JKs face like that 😳🤣 Just for JK to jostle him back and make funny poses himself. They really have so much fun together. The way they were all leaning shoulders against each other to "relax" and when they finally break apart you see the poor stylist noona on the floor under them Still just trying to fix and resituate their clothes 😅🤣 Vhopeminkook working out using each other as weights lol and then the maknae line making up choreo for MU while hyung watch endeared. Their energy is unbounded. Jhope being asked to freestyle right before the cameras rolled again for the ending scene and all the members praising him for how cool he is immediately after. Seeing them all have fun dancing at the end is my favorite part. They are so cute. Jikook teasing Tae for how he started dancing too was so funny. Ending mentions has Tae trying to wrap an arm around Jimin and almost knocking him over by accident instead. He was not prepared! Lol but JK looking over and checking on him with his eyes and Jimin making that eye contact as he caught his stumble was so cute. Just the quiet making sure he was all good 🥺 so domestic of them! Tae was so cute too making sure he didn't actually fall over 🤣 Jikookery Clips here.

The first 2 minutes were just BTS being so proud and excited about the honor bestowed upon them by their country and honestly, same. Im SO PROUD of them too. They deserve ALL THE RECOGNITION possible. And then some. They deserve it all. And seeing them prep for their 3RD VISIT to UNGA is amazing. Everyone arriving at the airport to go to NY is so tense but also so excited. Joon being nervous about memorizing his speech during the plane ride. Jikook arriving to the airport together and both so bouncy and giddy!

Namjoon forgetting her PTD Verse and asking JK for help. And Jungkook being SO PROUD TO HELP and claiming himself the BTS Lyric bot and that he knows most of all the lyrics and the rap verses too. Just main vocalist things! Jin making good minor suggestions to both cameramen and members as they film their PTD performance so that everyone stays the most safe while walking/dancing backwards. Always looking out for everyone. 🥺 Not the cute copy/paste move that ran through Namjikook as all 3 wanted to copy and try Taes jumping dance move! Lol cuties. Namkook being adorable with a happy to be in the sun again dance break as they move locations! The members all laughing over how the doors they have to exit from were so much heavier than they thought it would've been 🤣 The way they all cheer and clap for the backup dancers through their rehearsals at the final location they shoot at 🥺 the way all those dancers had nothing but wonderful things to say about their experience working with BTS too!

The members all politely listening and nodding along while going through the museum and Namjoon is just super into it. Adorable. JK misreading "hall" as "hell" and Jin being unable to stop his giggles over the mistake 😂 Namjoon giving a speech too! And JK being so proud of him when he gets back to their seats afterwards. Endearing! They were SO NERVOUS for their speeches. 😭 Practicing while getting ready, practicing while getting styled, practicing in the car ride over. Teasing each other a bit about their nerves. Oof. You did great loves! Jimin being so shy about apologizing for taking a breather during his speech and his members all lightheartedly teasing him about it. Lmfao the way he laughed and RAN from them all out of the building. 😭😂 Poor baby. Even though they were all teasing him they were all reassuring him too. With sweet notes of "no, you did really well though." And sharing their pride of him too. Namjoon saying he felt more comfortable this time giving these speeches because his members were there and joining in on it too this time. Their love for each other is admirable.

Meeting with Megan Thee Stallion & Coldplay:

Nah because BTS with Meg is one of the cutest things ever. Such a sweet friendship. I love seeing her sitting between the 95z as a 95 liner herself too! The way they all fawned over her and 4oe! Their selfies together. Talking about things they wish they could've done together for Butter promo! And the way they wanted to teach her the Butter choreo but didn't want her to hurt her ankles in her shoes so they did the hand choreo part! They were so cute all huddled up together in a little circle practicing and then filming their hands all together too. Lol Jikook with their hand tattoos in the middle too! Ugh, love it. Jimin thanking Megan for the alcohol in their gift bags by holding it up and doing her signature tongue move while shouting thank you 😂🤣 And JK picking up and carrying Jimins gift bag out for him. 🥰 They are so cute.

Their friendship with Chris and Coldplay is SPECTACULAR! One of my favorites. It's so cute seeing them all together and enjoying their time together. I love that Chris asked them to sing MU with him right there and then. Just to enjoy their song all together. It's so special. Their smiles were all so big. During they "heys!" Jikook were so cute laughing together and Jimin booty bumping up onto JK and JK unable to stop smiling over at him too! Lol their smiles and laughter all together through their whole visit! The way they were so excited to be gifted modern hanboks from the guys and Chris gifted Jin his guitar. The way Chris wanted to teach Jin how to play the guitar and Jin went along with it like he had never played a guitar before WAS ADORABLE. Lmao. Jin saying it was going to become a family heirloom 🥺 BTS being the fanboys for once was so cute. Especially because the energy and respect was absolutely matched. The hugs at the end too 🥺

2021 American Music Awards Making Film:

Vmin right off the bat! During practice Tae talking about how when he wears a hat all his hair just sticks out the side of it at the length it was at. Jimin just watching him so endeared and "so cute." And then Jimin grabbing him by the neck as they spin in a circle for their "practice" of their duo dance for Butter. Lol cutiesss. Jimins hair is so long and beautiful during this time too! JK covering Jins face with his own hood and Jikook jokingly singing happy birthday to him since his Birthday is coming up soon. Practicing on stage and wanting things to be perfect for their first stage back with ARMYs there. 🥺 Jimin being goofy with the camera and pretending to shoot us and look through his hair. Lol and JK just standing right out of camera view where we barely see him for a moment just Watching Jimin be silly all endeared over it 🥺🥺 Practicing where they need to go for the MU performance too and Jimin just going "I should stick close to namjoon. Namjoon! We can't be seperated!" And looping his arm in Joons, while Joonie just goes "good good" and walks off with Jimin in tow 🥰 I'm so in love with minimoni!

Finally on their way to the show too! Red carpet time, seeing army time, performance time! We had vhope in one car, minimoni in the other and then our ultra introvert line yoonjinkook in the last car! Lol I love all these dynamics. JK being nervous during their speech and nailing it but his cute "we wanna focus on...." lmfao everyone laughing and JK in the dressing room for Butter only being able to fret about armys now making fun of him when he just wanted to look cool. Lmfao the non stop laughter he couldn't control! Cutie. And he wasn't wrong. "We wanna focus on" was all army could talk about and how cute JK was and how cute Jinkook are when Jin pulled him away 🤣🤣🤣 Jikook walking backstage together so excited after their performance and winning the grand prize! JK was PUMPED. LOL JK saying the whole world looks yellow now and Jimin just laughing and saying it's because of his yellow glasses and pulling them up onto his head for him to see without them 🤣 Everyone's smiles and energy and excitement at just being there with ARMY and performing with a crowd again! Im so unbelievably proud of them all the time!

okay now we've come to renji. i vaguely remember he got his tattoo after he graduated from the shinigami school. i also remember shuhei once lead his class on a field training and the trio (kira, renji and hinamori) was gushing about him.

my theory is, renji got inspired by shuhei about tattooing. (imagine kira trying to talk him out of it but renji was all “but hisagi-san is so badass with those! i want it too!!!”) so if shuhei ever voiced his concern about it, i think renji would know how to reassure him.
