flashback
You still remember the way the air felt that night — thick with smoke, perfume, and the kind of heat that clung to your skin long after you’d left the club. It had been Fashion Week in Milan, and you were already four shows deep into a sleepless spiral of afterparties, interviews, and eyes that didn’t see you so much as consume you. You were tired. Exhausted in the kind of way no sleep could fix. And then there he was. Lando Norris — crooked smile, familiar face, eyes like they knew you. Not knew your name. Knew you. And you hated how much that made you pause. You met him at some rooftop club that blurred together with all the rest — flashing lights, empty champagne flutes, and hands that touched too long without meaning anything. He wasn’t supposed to be there, not really. Off-season or something like that. But maybe he needed the distraction just as badly as you did.
He bought you a drink. You made a sarcastic comment about hating tequila and drank it anyway. You talked. You laughed. And then somewhere between his fourth glass and your second lie about being fine, things stopped being surface level. You caught him staring at you like he was trying to read between the cracks. So you let him see them. Or maybe you didn’t have the strength to hide them anymore.
“I don’t think I’m built for all this,” you admitted in a half whisper, legs crossed tightly in the corner of a velvet booth, mascara smudged like war paint.
He didn’t say anything. Just took a slow sip of his drink and replied, “Yeah. Me neither.”
It wasn’t flirtation after that. It was something heavier. Messier. The kind of pull that only two broken people feel when they recognize themselves in someone else’s ruin. Back at your hotel room, things unfolded like instinct. You were both too numb and too desperate to question it. The clothes came off easy. The masks came off harder.
His lips trailed your collarbone. Your hands tangled in his curls. The pressure in your stomach growing with every thrust and then after— the air changed. You were sitting on the bed, his hoodie slipping off your shoulder, and you reached for the little orange bottle you never traveled without. He watched you pop the pill with a swig of warm, flat water from the bedside table.
You caught his stare and raised an eyebrow. “Want one?”
He hesitated. Just long enough for you to know he was still trying to be the good guy, even now. Then he took it from your hand and held your gaze like a dare. You watched him swallow it dry. He turned and leaned back into you— closing the gap between the two of you again. You sat until he began to feel that warm and fuzzy feeling you had grown accustomed to but was still brand new for him.
“What even was that?” he asked, voice low and frayed at the edges. You smiled, tired and crooked. The kind of smile that says this is survival, not seduction.
“Don’t let the high go to waste,” you murmured, echoing the line like a mantra you wished wasn’t true.
He didn’t ask again. You laid back. He followed. That night wasn’t about falling in love. It wasn’t even about comfort. It was about not feeling like shit for five fucking minutes. It was about losing yourselves in each other’s broken parts and calling it relief. It was about two people too hollow to hold anything real — and still clinging to each other like it might fix something anyway. You didn’t know it then, but that would be the first of many nights like that. And the last time anything between you felt accidental.

f1gossipgirls : F1’s wild child & fashion’s favorite disaster leaving Miami’s dirtiest rooftop club at 4:27AM. Looks like Lando Norris and YN, international model, are taking their rumored situationship coast to coast. The pair were seen stumbling out of RITUAL, the kind of place where the floors are sticky and the bathrooms are sacred. Sources claim Lando looked “glassy-eyed but smiling,” while YN was seen reapplying her lipstick in the back of a black SUV. Oh, and did we mention her heels were in his hand? Eyewitnesses say the duo “couldn’t keep their hands off each other,” and at least one club staffer swears they both entered the same VIP room together. But who needs sleep when your only job is being young, rich, and reckless? We’re not saying they’re the new Bonnie and Clyde, but we are saying someone’s PR team is sweating.

username00 : the fact that he is doing this when he will be racing in 36 hours is…interesting to say the least.
username0 : someone check on zak brown. mans is probably pacing.
username1 : why are we romanticizing this behavior? they both clearly have a lot of problems that need fixed.
username5 : he is supposed to be a professional athlete. not snorting something suspicious in a club at 3 am. LANDO WAKE TF UP.
username7 : never ever expected this phase in lando’s career but here we are.
username10 : y’all will continue to blame her like he isn’t grown and can’t make his own decisions. like bruh

You and Lando always fell into some sort of cycle. Not love. Not quite addiction either — though it came close. Something in between. Something quieter but heavier. A pattern with soft edges and sharp consequences. It started the way it always did — too loud, too fast, too much.
Miami’s air was humid with desperation that weekend — people screaming your name, cameras flashing like seizures, bodies grinding in tempo with the bass. He met your eyes from across the club and that was all it took. You didn’t even smile. Just nodded once, like yeah. it’s time again. You’d both lost something before you even walked in. The music was pounding, the drinks were bottomless, the lines were generous — and by the time he had his hand on the small of your back, you couldn’t tell if your heart was racing from the substance or from him. He leaned down to murmur something into your ear — something stupid and sweet, something that made you laugh even though nothing about the night was funny. And then you pulled out the little bag. Same one you always had. He watched. He never stopped you, not really.
“You sure?” he asked like a formality.
You nodded like muscle memory. He followed. In the bathroom of some overpriced rooftop bar, you did it off the back of your hand while he stood behind you like a shadow, warm and steady and crumbling all at once. His knuckles brushed yours when he took his turn, eyes blown wide and tired even in the mirror’s hazy glow. And somehow, not long after, you ended up tangled together in your hotel bed — hot skin, whispered curses, need disguised as recklessness. It wasn’t sweet. It never was. It was desperate. The kind of touch that only feels good because it silences the scream in your head for a moment. The kind that makes you feel something when you’re numb everywhere else.
But later — after — when your heartbeat finally slowed and your thoughts started catching up, you climbed off the bed and walked to the bathroom without saying a word. You didn’t bother turning on the light. Just stepped under the cold stream of the shower and let yourself cry. Quiet at first. Then harder. Your mascara ran down the drain like ink in water. Your shoulders shook like you were trying to hold your bones together. You didn’t expect him to follow. But he did. Lando opened the door without knocking. Stepped into the shower fully clothed. Didn’t say anything — didn’t need to. He just wrapped his arms around you from behind and held you while the water soaked through his shirt and you sobbed into his chest like a child.
He didn’t tell you to stop. He didn’t ask what was wrong. He knew. He was wrong too. You stood like that for a long time. Just water. Skin. Silence. And the ache of being seen by someone who’s just as hollow.
The morning after always hurt worse. The sunlight hit too hard. The hangover hit harder. And then the notifications. Tabloids. Photos. Headlines about the two of you looking “high and handsy” at 4:27 AM. His team texted. Yours called. And all you could do was sit at the edge of the bed in one of his T-shirts and stare at the phone while Lando paced and swore under his breath. It always happened like this. The comedown. The regret. The beginning of the withdrawal. He left around 10AM, hoodie pulled low, sunglasses on, mumbling something about sorting it with his PR team. You didn’t ask him to stay. You never did.
Because you knew how it went. He’d vanish. Ignore your texts. You’d see him on someone else’s story a few days later. Like none of it mattered. But he always came back. Usually around 2AM. Usually with a knock and no words. Usually when your mascara was already running and your hands were already shaking. It wasn’t love. It was a cycle. And God help you, but part of you needed it.
—
But he tries to stop. For real, this time. After the Miami fallout, after his PR team threatens to pull endorsement deals and Zak himself tells him to “get your shit together or get out” — Lando goes quiet. You don’t hear from him for days. No 2AM texts. No half assed apologies. No hotel room knocks. Not even a story view. Silence.
You assume he’s doing what they all do eventually — detaching. Saving himself. Finding some version of clean that doesn’t include you. You’re used to it. You pretend not to check your phone anyway.
Meanwhile, he’s trying. He really is. He wakes up early. Doesn’t drink. Doesn’t go out. He trains. Eats clean. Answers his calls. He ignores the aching pull in his chest when he sees your name light up his phone — unread messages stacked like shame. But it doesn’t help. None of it helps. Because when the world is quiet — when the race ends and the cameras go dark — he’s left alone with himself. And he can’t stand himself.
He thinks about the way your laugh sounds muffled against his chest. The way your eyeliner always smudges when you cry in the shower. The way you looked at him that night, like you were waiting for him to tell you it was okay to fall apart. And he wants it back. Not because it’s good. Not because it’s healthy. Because it’s something.
The truth is — the high didn’t just numb the pain. It muted the voice in his head that told him he wasn’t enough. That he was wasting his life. That none of it — the podiums, the parties, the press tours — felt real anymore. Being numb was awful. But being awake? That’s unbearable.
He sits in his hotel room one night, a few cities away, staring at the white walls, the untouched food, the silence thick enough to suffocate. He’s alone. And it hits him like it always does — slow at first, then all at once. The ache. The craving. The need to not feel anything. He grabs the bottle. He doesn’t even think. Washes one pill down with cold champagne. Calls your number. You answer on the first ring, like you knew this moment would come. Like you were waiting for it. No words. Just breathing.
And when he shows up at your door an hour later, eyes heavy, hands shaking, hoodie clinging to his skin like regret — you don’t ask what changed his mind. Because nothing did. The truth is, he never wanted to stop. He just wanted to believe he could. Because numbness is easier. And you… you numb the pain. I guess you’re novacane.

f1gossipgirls : Well— it seems Lando Norris and YN LN are back at it again after weeks of distance. The two were seen coming and going from each other’s apartments more than 3 times this week.
—
It started slowly. Like most things do. First, it was just a headline. Some blurry pap photo of you walking out of a café in Milan, cropped in all the wrong ways. The caption read—
“Is YN Letting Herself Go?”
And that was all it took. It wasn’t true. You were exhausted, not careless. Bloated from the long flight, hungover from bad decisions and worse wine, caught mid-step with your shirt rumpled and sunglasses sliding down your nose. You hadn’t even known the cameras were there. But they were always there.
Then came the panel show segment. Some middle-aged man with a smug smile and zero credentials saying, “She’s still stunning, obviously, but you can tell the partying’s catching up to her.”
And it spiraled. Your agent texted you later that night — “No more pasta. Milan is watching.”
That’s when you stopped eating. At first it was a conscious decision. Strategic. If they wanted skinny, you’d give them starved. If they wanted hollow cheekbones and razorblade hip bones, you’d serve it on a silver fucking platter. You skipped meals and smiled through shoots. Faked fullness and learned which lies photographers never questioned. But it wasn’t long before you stopped choosing. The hunger became control. And then the control became a high. One you didn’t need to snort or swallow. And Lando noticed. He always did.
It hit him too, differently. Sharper. Publicly.
He couldn’t win a race without the press tearing him apart. Couldn’t crash out without being called immature. Couldn’t smile in an interview without being accused of not taking the sport seriously — and couldn’t look serious without them calling him cold.
“You’re not focused,” they’d said. “You’re wasting your seat.”
Every race weekend became a war. With his car. With the media. With himself.
And in between the races? Endless hotel rooms. Fake friends. Paparazzi flashes that made him feel like prey. Fans who loved the version of him that didn’t exist anymore. Who worshipped the myth and ignored the man.
He started sleeping in his hoodie with the hood pulled tight, even indoors. Started rubbing the back of his neck until it was red and raw. Couldn’t eat before practice. Couldn’t sleep after qualifying. Couldn’t breathe when it all got too loud.
You found each other in that silence.
It was after some gala you were both dragged to. You were wearing a backless dress that made your vision go blurry when you stood too long. He was in a tux he hadn’t wanted to wear, tie loosened, jaw clenched. You ended up in your hotel room again. Of course you did. But this time, there was no rush. No drugs. No sex. Just… collapse. You sat on the edge of the bed, toes pressing into the carpet, trying not to cry. Your stomach was eating itself, but you couldn’t remember the last time food didn’t feel like failure. He stood by the window, staring out like he was somewhere else entirely. Finally, you spoke.
“They said I looked fat in that dress,” you whispered.
He turned, slowly. Eyes dim. Like he’d been waiting for your voice to break.
“They say I don’t deserve my seat,” he answered.
You looked up at him, tears lining your lashes, voice small.
“I feel like I’m disappearing.”
And he just nodded.
“Same.”
That’s when he walked over. Sat behind you. Wrapped his arms around your waist — too gently. Like he was afraid you’d break. You leaned back into him, your spine pressing against his chest, and for a moment, you both just breathed. No masks. No captions. No noise.
You felt his lips ghost over your shoulder as he whispered, “They only want us when we’re shining. Not when we’re bleeding.”
And you replied, voice hollow but sure—
“Then let them choke.”
You stayed like that for hours. No high. No distractions. Just the quiet devastation of two people being honest. You held his hand like a lifeline. He kissed your temple like a prayer. That night, you didn’t sleep with each other. You just slept. And for the first time in weeks, that was enough.

f1gossipgirls : YN LN in the paddock this weekend — and all eyes were on her. Rumors continue to swirl about her relationship with McLaren driver Lando Norris, and her surprise appearance in the garage only added fuel to the fire. According to insiders, YN was nothing short of lovely — chatting with fans, posing for photos, and offering a few smiles that made it hard not to root for her. As for Lando? Let’s just say the chemistry between the two didn’t go unnoticed.
—
The nights are quieter now. Not silent — you both still wake up sweating, heart racing, hands reaching for something that isn’t there anymore — but quieter. Softer. You’re trying. So is he.
After the last fallout, the withdrawal that left you shaking and sobbing in different cities, you made a pact — no pills, no blow, no hotel room disasters. Just water. Sleep. Presence. Even if presence meant staring blankly at a wall together in shared misery, at least you were there. You still have the urge sometimes. The craving. The itch in your skin when everything gets too loud, too fast. But you text him instead of reaching for a bottle. And he answers. Always.
He’s been better. Not perfect. Not by a long shot. But better. He’s eating again. Sleeping more. Actually showing up to meetings. The anger in his voice has dulled — not gone, just folded into something quieter, sadder, but realer.
When he texts you that week —
Come to the race. I need you here.
You almost cry. Because he never used to ask.
You fly in Friday, lowkey and quiet. No paparazzi. No chaos. He picks you up in a hoodie and worn out trainers, the circles under his eyes more honest than any headline.
He doesn’t say much in the car. Just rests his hand on your thigh at a red light and squeezes, like he’s checking to see if you’re real.
You’re staying with him that weekend. The bed is cold. No sex. Just tangled limbs and half whispered memories of nights you barely remember. You fall asleep to the sound of his breathing and wonder when that started being enough.
Race day comes fast. The paddock is buzzing — too bright, too loud. But he wants you there, so you come. You slip on the pass he gave you, the oversized McLaren jacket, your sunglasses. You keep your head down.
He finds you before the driver’s parade. You’re by the back of the garage, sipping water, watching the chaos unfold.
“You good?” he asks, voice low and warm.
You nod. “Are you?”
He shrugs. “Getting there.”
And then, “I’m glad you came.”
And then, “I don’t know if I would’ve made it through this week if you didn’t.”
You don’t say anything. Just slide your fingers between his and squeeze. A photographer snaps a shot you’ll both pretend not to notice.
During the race, you watch from the garage. Nails biting into your palm, eyes on every sector, every lap. You cheer when he overtakes. Your heart climbs into your throat when he locks up slightly at Turn 10. The crew gives you a nod when he comes in for a clean stop. You feel everything. And for once, you let yourself. When he crosses the line — P4 — it’s not a podium, but it’s a finish. A damn good one. You exhale like you’ve been holding your breath for years.
He finds you after media. Helmet hair, race suit half unzipped, skin flushed from adrenaline and exhaustion. And when he sees you — really sees you — his face cracks open in a way the cameras never catch. No jokes. No press smiles. Just rawness. He pulls you into a hug so tight your ribs ache.
And into your hair, he whispers,
“We did it.”
You nod against his chest, eyes stinging.
“Yeah. We did.”
—
It had been weeks since the race. Weeks since you and Lando swore you’d keep going — clean, sober, together. Weeks of morning check-ins and long, quiet nights. Weeks of avoiding temptation like it lived under your skin.
And it was working. Sort of.
You were tired, but functional. Lando was focused, if a little hollow. You were making it through each day with aching effort and brittle hope. You had even started eating small things again — a banana here, some soup there. Just enough to keep the dizziness at bay. Just enough to convince your manager you were “getting better.”
But the truth was… you weren’t.
The modeling world doesn’t care about “recovery.” It cares about bones and collarbones. It cares about angles and sample sizes. And you were trying — but your body was done trying for you. You were mid-way through a shoot in Paris when everything went sideways.
You didn’t feel the moment coming. One minute you were standing in front of the lights, makeup perfect, spine held straight by willpower and spite. The next, your vision was tunneling and the floor was rushing toward you. You hit the concrete hard.
Cameras flashed. Stylists screamed. Someone dropped their iced coffee and gasped like that was the real tragedy. The medics came. The studio was cleared. Your phone was unlocked by someone who barely knew your last name. They called Lando.
He got the call just after FP2. His race suit was still clinging to him, hair damp, body sore — but none of that registered when he saw your name flash across his screen. It wasn’t your voice. It was someone from the agency.
Words like “collapsed,” “dehydrated,” “not responsive.”
He didn’t hear the rest. He stumbled back into the McLaren motorhome like he’d been hit in the chest. Pushed past press officers. Ignored his engineer. Locked himself in the bathroom and stared at his reflection like it might offer a reason not to fall apart.
You passed out. You weren't eating. He should’ve seen it coming. He wanted to get on the next plane to Paris. But the race was in less than 48 hours. And they wouldn’t let him leave. So instead, he relapsed.
It was slow, stupid. A numbing kind of panic that led to desperate movement. He found the old bottle buried deep in his travel bag. He stared at it for almost an hour. He texted you. No answer. Called again. Straight to voicemail. And the fear twisted into something uglier than grief — helplessness. He cracked the seal. Took two.
When your eyes fluttered open hours later in a sterile white hospital room, the first thing you saw was the IV. The second was your manager pacing outside the door. The third was Lando’s name — 10 missed calls. You could barely lift your head, but you reached for your phone anyway.
And when you saw his last message, your heart cracked open.
If you die, I’ll go with you. I can’t do this without you.
And beneath it, another message, sent hours later-
“I’m sorry. I slipped. I just… I didn’t know if you’d wake up.”
You cried. Because it should’ve been you holding him through the relapse. Because he had been trying so hard. Because this wasn’t recovery, it was survival. And even survival was slipping.
Somewhere, hundreds of miles away, Lando sat on the edge of a pristine hotel bed with his head in his hands, high out of his mind and sobbing. He didn’t want the high. He just wanted the noise to stop. He just wanted you to be okay. He didn’t feel better. Not even numb. Just empty. And it was then — in the silence between his shallow breaths — that he realized…the cycle wasn’t broken. It had just gotten quieter.
—
You wake up to the sound of the door creaking open. It’s been two days since the collapse. Two days of IV drips, quiet nurses, and a blurred timeline of stern lectures and shallow breathing. You’re better, technically. Awake. Alive. But not okay.
The room is pale and too still. It smells like antiseptic and synthetic lavender. The flowers on the windowsill weren’t yours — someone dropped them off this morning, anonymous and beautiful. And then he walks in. Lando.
He’s wearing the hoodie you stole from his Monaco apartment last winter — oversized and threadbare — and he looks like shit. Eyes puffy. Lips dry. He doesn’t have the energy to pretend this isn’t the worst version of both of you. You sit up slowly, instinctively tucking your knees under the blanket like shame can be hidden that easily.
“Hi,” you manage.
He closes the door behind him but doesn’t move closer. Just stares at you like he’s trying to memorize your face in case it disappears again.
“You didn’t answer my calls.”
You swallow. “I couldn’t. I… didn’t want to say anything until I knew I was okay.”
“You weren’t okay,” he snaps. “You aren’t okay. You passed out, YN.”
The silence is brutal.
“You said you were eating again,” he adds, voice cracking halfway through. “You lied to me.”
You look away, throat tight. “You relapsed too.”
He flinches. “Because I thought you were going to die.”
“You think I didn’t want to die?” you shoot back before you can stop yourself. “You think I fucking wanted to be here?”
His jaw clenches. He walks across the room, grabs the back of the chair beside your bed, but doesn’t sit.
“You’re not allowed to say that to me,” he mutters. “Not when you knew how close I was to breaking. Not when you promised—”
“I was breaking!” you yell. “Every time I looked in the mirror, all I saw was failure. Headlines telling me I was too fat, too messy, too washed-up at twenty-four. I couldn’t eat without hearing their voices in my head, Lando. I couldn’t fucking breathe.”
Tears slip down your cheeks. You don’t wipe them. He’s quiet for a beat. And then, in the smallest voice you’ve ever heard from him-
“And I couldn’t do any of it without you.”
You blink. “What?”
He steps closer. Slowly. Like he’s afraid of what’s about to come out of his own mouth.
“I used to think you were just the person I used to forget the worst parts of myself. The drugs. The sex. The late nights.” He breathes in. “But it’s not that anymore.”
You stare at him, heart in your throat.
“You’re not something I use to numb the pain,” he whispers. “You are the pain. And the comfort. And the chaos. And the only thing that’s made me feel fucking alive in months.”
His voice breaks. “I think I love you.”
The air is still. He finally sinks into the chair beside your bed, shoulders caving in like the confession took everything out of him. You don’t speak. Because you don’t know how to respond. Because some part of you always feared this moment — feared that the mess you made together might actually be real. That love might exist inside the cycle. That someone could look at you, hollowed and hurting, and still call it love. Lando doesn’t push you. He just stares at the floor, picking at the string of his sleeve.
“Say something,” he whispers finally.
But you can’t.
So you just reach out — trembling fingers brushing over his knuckles — and hold his hand like it’s the only thing keeping you tethered to the world. You don’t say I love you back. But you stay. And right now, that’s the loudest truth you have.
—
You don’t have your phone anymore.
Not really. It was taken at intake, handed over with your makeup bag and the clutch of anxiety meds you’d been hoarding in your luggage “just in case.” You gave it up with shaking hands and a hollow chest. Somewhere in the distance, your name still echoed across headlines. But in here, it didn’t matter.
This place is all beige walls and early mornings. You sleep in a twin bed with sheets that smell like lemon detergent, and you sit in group therapy circles with girls who look just like you — too perfect, too thin, too tired.
You talk. Not all the time. But enough. You talk about the emptiness. The perfectionism. The terrifying high of disappearing and the unbearable crash of still being here. You don’t say Lando’s name — not at first. But he haunts the edges of everything. His hoodie is still the only thing you wear to sleep.
Some nights, you cry. Some mornings, you scream. Some days, you just breathe. It’s more progress than you’ve made in years.
Lando’s world doesn’t stop — Formula 1 doesn’t pause for pain. So he keeps racing. But something’s changed in him too. He doesn’t go out after practice anymore. Doesn’t disappear between sessions. There are no new girls, no blurry club photos, no gossip-worthy moments. He’s… quiet. Focused. Haunted. His team notices. So does his therapist.
Yes, therapist. Zak insisted. After Miami. After the relapse. After the look in Lando’s eyes started resembling burnout instead of bravado. And, reluctantly, he agreed.
At first, he sat through the sessions in silence, arms crossed, jaw clenched. But then the woman — her name was Dana — asked him a question that made something snap.
“What would it mean to love someone who might not survive loving you back?”
He cried. For the first time in years. And then he started talking. About the pressure. The fame. The way winning felt empty now and losing felt like the end of the world. About the way you looked in the hospital bed, wrists thinner than the IV line, eyes so tired but still there — still trying.
He talks about the pills. The sex. The high that used to feel like relief and now feels like shame. And, quietly, he talks about love. Not like it’s a promise — more like a wound he can’t stop touching.
They send letters now. Not texts. Not emails. Actual pen and paper letters that get reviewed by staff and delivered like old secrets. He writes to you after every race. Sometimes just a few lines—
P6. You would’ve said the helmet looked cool today. I’m still sober. Still tired. But I’m trying. Miss you. — L
You sends him drawings, mostly. Little sketches of the view outside your window. Notes in the margins—
Today I ate an entire sandwich. It scared me. But I did it. You’d be proud.
I miss hearing your heartbeat when I couldn’t find mine. I’m not ready for “I love you,” but I’m not afraid of it anymore either.
Please keep trying. I’ll meet you there. Eventually.
We are healing. Separately. But not apart. Not really. You count the days until you can leave — not because you want to run, but because you want to live again. To feel again. To see him again, clear eyed and real and maybe finally whole. He keeps showing up to the track. To therapy. To life. And every time he gets back in the car, he whispers before lights out, like a ritual—
For her. For me. For us.
It’s not perfect. But for once — for the first time — it’s not a cycle. It’s a beginning.
—
The world looks different on the outside. Not brighter, not softer. Just… clearer. Like someone cleaned the glass between you and everything else.
You’re not fixed — everyone in treatment made sure you understood that. There’s no magic milestone, no final day that turns pain into peace. But you’ve reached a point where you’re not surviving despite the feelings anymore — you’re surviving with them. And that’s something.
You walk out of the center with a suitcase, a discharge folder, and a goodbye hug from the nurse who used to sit with you when you couldn’t sleep. You haven’t worn makeup in over a month. Your hair is tied back in a bun. You look… human. For the first time in ages. You don’t tell Lando you’re coming.
You’ve rewritten your “I love you” a hundred times in your head — not like a grand confession, but like a careful gift, one you’re not entirely sure he’s ready to open. Or if you are. But you book the flight anyway. One way. To Monaco.
He doesn’t expect the knock. It’s late — nearly midnight — and he’s in one of his hoodies, sitting on the couch, eyes half-shut from a week of racing and back to back therapy sessions. There’s a half written letter to you on the coffee table. He hasn’t mailed it yet. When he opens the door and sees you — real, standing there, smaller than he remembers but glowing in a way he’s never seen before — his breath just stops.
“Hi,” you whisper.
He blinks once, twice, like he’s afraid you’ll vanish.
And then he exhales. “You’re here.”
You nod. Your eyes are already glassy. “I’m okay.”
He pulls you in before he can say anything else — arms wrapping around you like instinct, like muscle memory, like home. You melt into him. You smell like clean cotton and plane air and a life that doesn’t hurt quite as much anymore.
“I missed you,” he mumbles into your hair.
“I missed you too,” you whisper. “So much.”
You sit on the couch in silence for a while. Not awkward — just sacred. You hold his hand and trace small shapes into the back of it like your fingers forgot how to stop missing him. Then you finally speak.
“I love you.”
His head snaps toward you, like he didn’t expect it.
You say it again. Slower. Truer.
“I love you, Lando.”
He doesn’t speak. His throat bobs. His grip on your hand tightens, just slightly.
“But I’m scared,” you admit. “I’m scared that if we go back to the way things were, we’ll lose ourselves again. That we’ll drag each other down. That we’ll confuse love for dependency.”
He nods slowly. His voice is low, rough- “I’m scared too.” You meet his eyes — those tired, beautiful eyes that saw you at your lowest and didn’t look away.
“But I don’t want to live in fear anymore,” you say. “And I don’t want to live without you.”
He lets out a shaky breath, like he’s been holding it for weeks.
“We don’t have to go back,” he whispers. “We build something new. Slower. Smarter. Softer. No highs, no crashes. Just… us.”
You nod. A tear slips down your cheek, and this time, you let it fall. He wipes it away with his thumb, gently.
“I don’t want you to be my escape,” he says. “I want you to be my reason.”
You close your eyes and lean into his palm.
“I want that too.”
That night, you don’t fall into old habits. You don’t numb anything. You sleep curled up next to him, fully clothed, his hand resting over your heart like he’s guarding it. And for the first time in what feels like years, your dreams are quiet.
—
months later...
It’s strange, the way peace can feel unfamiliar at first. Like wearing a dress that used to hang off your frame — now it fits. And that alone feels like rebellion. You wake up most mornings beside him, and the air is quiet. Not heavy. Not desperate. Just calm.
His hand usually finds yours under the sheets before either of you even open your eyes. It’s instinct now. Like breathing. Like choosing to stay. Lando makes coffee the way you like it. You fold his laundry while watching race replays on his laptop.
It’s normal. Uneventful. Safe. But more than anything else — it’s real.
He’s doing well. Not just on track, but off it too. Still going to therapy. Still checking in. Still sober. Some nights are harder than others — you both know that. But there are fewer secrets now. Less shame.
You write again. Sketch. Eat. Exist. You laugh more. You cry less. You look in the mirror and see a person you’re learning to love — not a ghost. Sometimes people ask if the two of you are “still together.”
As if the world only expects passion if it’s breaking things. As if surviving each other doesn’t count. You don’t give them answers. You don’t owe them that. But if they looked close enough, they’d know. The way he looks at you across the paddock — that smile, soft and full of memory. The way your hand always ends up in his before lights out. The way you whisper “I’m okay” and mean it now.
You think about the song sometimes— Novacane. Even listen to it from time to time. The pattern of destruction you used to so closely live to Hell, you used to live inside it. The numbness. The quiet kind of destruction.
You used to need the high to forget how bad everything felt. You used to use sex to convince yourself you are worthy of life— of love. To forget all the little things that built up inside of you over the course of one day. You used to use drugs— pills, cocaine— anything to calm your nerves and rid your mind of all the bad press, the horrible comments, the overall stress of being a person in fame. You and him used to use each other to make some fucked up form of ‘happiness’.
You don’t anymore. Lando said it best a few weeks ago, while you both sat on the balcony of the Monaco apartment, wrapped in one blanket, your legs tangled together as the sun sank into the sea—
“You were never the high. You were what reminded me I deserved to come down.”
You smiled at him, rested your head on his shoulder, and let that be enough. Because you’re not perfect. He isn’t either. But together? You’re present. You’re healing. You’re free. And that’s better than any high you ever chased.

Yeah I personally didn’t enjoy it too much. Don’t get me wrong, I loved the sets and the props and the work that went into that. I liked the dragon designs. Stoic, Gobber and Fishlegs were my favourite characters. From an artistic point of view, everything looked visually good, but from a writing point of view, I didn’t like it.
It didn’t add anything to the story that the first movie didn’t have already. In fact, one of the important scenes (the terrible terror scene) was removed. The first half of the movie felt rushed, scenes didn’t have enough time to breathe, dialogue was kept in from the original movie even when it didn’t make sense/flow with the scene. Some of the characters told us what we should be focusing on instead of showing it to us like the original movie. (Prime example was when, during the final battle, we hadn’t seen that the creature had wings and Hiccup points out “oh it has wings!” And then only we see it’s wings. It’s a tiny detail, yes, but things like that add up.)
I just don’t see the point in remaking a movie if you aren’t adding anything to the conversation. And you can’t expect to remake a shot-by-shot film to the original and not have me compare the hell out of it. Yes, I may be nitpicking, but I’m sick of live action remakes and the fact that their only purpose is to say “hey I’m better coz I have real people”. Animation is a cool medium of storytelling and it’s perfectly okay to create a film in animation that’s not supposed to be translated into real life/real people. That’s the point of animation.
Anyway, it wasn’t an awful remake, but I don’t understand why (I know because of money) they had to remake it in the first place.
people saying that the live action how to train your dragon is good actually because it's basically just a shot for shot remake of the original... then why the fuck would I watch it when I can just watch the (more visually stunning, not a blatant cash grab) original

Best massage ever
Paige x Azzi
WC: 1.7K
AN: the anon who gave me this idea. I love you. This one's for you freaky frogs!! I call this smut with some plot!! Enjoy 🥰(I just finished writing this from like a month ago…)
————————————————————————————
Azzi loved the gym. It was her safe space to go to when she needed to quiet her mind.
Or her feelings for a certain blonde teammate, who’s also her best friend.
Azzi knew she liked Paige when she was fifteen during USA basketball. She knew she liked Paige when she quarantined at her house before her first year at Uconn and made stupid recruitment videos. She knew she liked Paige on her eighteenth birthday, which was also her recruitment announcement day, when she chose Uconn. She knew she really liked Paige when CD gave them their rooming assignments and Paige was one of her roommates.
So it was safe to say Azzi spent a lot of time in the gym.
Azzi usually spent her time in the gym alone but Caroline tagged along with her this time. Things were going well as they always do when Azzi’s in the gym. Today was a leg day for her and she was doing some leg presses when Caroline walked over to her.
“Az, you know how much I love you, right?” Caroline started.
Azzi scoffed lightly, continuing her set. “Yeah, Care. You good?”
Caroline nodded. “No, yeah, I’m great. I just, you know, as your best friend I wanna see you… happy is all. You know, not living in the gym.”
Azzi paused. “I don’t live in the– Caroline, what are you getting at?”
“I just think you should… tell Paige how you feel. I mean, hear me out, it’s super obvi she feels the same way and I just- I love you, I really do, but I hate when you make me come with you so you can avoid Paige. Which, by the way, is practically impossible because y’all are roommates.” Caroline said, finishing her ramble.
Azzi just blinked at her. How could she think that she’s deliberately avoiding Paige. She lives with her. It would be crazy to avoid her because she likes her. Right?
“I’m gonna go now. Backs of my legs are sore, y’know.” Azzi stated, standing up to grab her stuff.
“Az, you know I didn’t mean it like that–” Caroline began.
Azzi shook her head as she walked towards the door. “No, no, it’s good. I’ll uh, see you later.”
With that, Azzi left the gym and started walking to her apartment.
Her mind was moving at a million miles per second thinking about what Caroline had said.
Was Carol right? Does Paige like me? Was it obvious she felt the same way? Did everyone see it but me? There’s no way she could like me? I know I kinda disappear at the gym but it’s not necessarily to avoid her. Right?
Azzi was so in her head the entire walk home she didn’t even realize she was standing at her front door, or that her legs were actually burning.
Azzi stepped inside, the door clicking shut behind her. She didn’t even realize how sore she actually was until she leaned against the wall to kick her shoes off.
“Hey,” Paige said from the couch, her voice light and familiar in a way that made Azzi’s chest ache. “How was the gym?”
Azzi nodded, stretching her arms up over her head. “Good. It was leg day though, so I’m sore as shit right now.”
Paige grinned, standing up to walk over. “Aw, poor you.”
Azzi rolled her eyes, but she didn’t miss how Paige looked at her as she walked over.
“You want a massage?” Paige offered, sliding her phone into her pocket. “I mean, I’m not pro like the trainers, but I’m like top two.”
Azzi raised her eyebrows. “Oh yeah, and who told you that? They’re for sure lying to you.”
“Kk,” Paige said without missing a beat, smirking.
Azzi let out a small laugh and walked over to the couch and dramatically flopped down onto it. “Y’know what, sure Paige. I could probably use it anyways.”
“Aight, cool. Just lay there on your stomach and I’ll be back. Imma grab some lotion.” Paige said, before disappearing down the hallway.
Azzi adjusted herself on the couch, flipping onto her stomach. Her sports bra dug uncomfortably into her back as she tried to relax.
When Paige returned, she looked down at her for a second. “You can take your bra off if you want. It might be in the way.”
Azzi didn’t hesitate. “Good call,” she mumbled, sitting up to pull it over her head and letting it drop onto the floor beside her.
Paige tried to ignore the quick flutter in her chest as she straddled the edge of the couch and squeezed some lotion into her hands. She started gently, working on Azzi’s upper back and shoulders, the silence between them comfortable but humming with something unspoken.
“Lower,” Azzi murmured after a few minutes. “My glutes and thighs are worse. Please.”
Paige moved down without a second thought, beginning to knead her way over Azzi’s thighs.
But Azzi felt the hesitation.
“Paige,” she said, her voice low, “I know you’re probably trying to be respectful or whatever, but I really need you to like, be… harder. I’m sore as shit right now, so please actually touch my ass for once.”
There was a beat of silence. Then Paige let out a surprised laugh.
“Okay then,” she said, smiling wide, “whatever you want princess.”
Azzi chuckled, cheek smushed against the couch pillow. “Thank you.”
Paige leaned in again, her fingers finding the tense muscles in Azzi’s butt. She tried her best to keep her mind focused, but the moment was starting to feel... charged. Intimate.
After a minute, Azzi peeked over her shoulder. “You’re gonna have a hard time getting in there with my shorts on.”
Paige blinked. “You want me to...?”
Azzi nodded once. “Yeah. Just take ‘em off. It’ll help.”
Paige hesitated, then gently tugged the waistband of Azzi’s shorts down, revealing a tiny black thong that made her brain short circuit.
“Fuck, Az,” she whispered without thinking.
Azzi’s cheeks flushed. “Just, keep going.”
The massage continued—genuine, professional if you will—but with every minute that passed, the air between them thickened. Paige’s fingers brushed higher on Azzi’s thigh, and Azzi made a small, unguarded sound—soft, pleased.
Paige froze.
Azzi turned her head slightly. “Don’t stop,” she said, quiet and honest. “Please, P.”
Paige swallowed, fingers still resting gently against her skin. “Az...”
“Yeah?”
“I don’t think I can pretend this is just a massage anymore.”
Azzi pushed herself up slightly, just enough to meet Paige’s eyes.
“Then don’t.”
Paige nodded slowly, understanding the weight of what Azzi was saying to her. With that, she inched her hand higher on Azzi’s inner thigh, close enough to her core where she could feel the wetness that had gathered there.
“Shit, Az. All this, from a massage?” Paige muttered, tracing small circles between Azzi’s thighs, lightly brushing against her center.
Azzi turned her head, “Paige, I’d so rather you fuck me than sit here and tease me.”
Paige chuckled softly at how needy Azzi was being and nodded, leaning forward near Azzi’s ear. “I gotchu, princess.”
With that, Paige moved her fingers to rub small circles on Azzi’s clit through her soaked panties. Azzi shuddered at the touch. Her body relaxing deeper into the couch.
Paige sped up her circles and Azzi moved her hips back onto Paige’s hand. Silently begging for more.
Azzi’s hips rocked gently against Paige’s hand, her breath shaky, head buried in the couch pillow. Paige’s fingers moved expertly, slow but deliberate, slipping beneath the thin fabric of her thong, finally touching her directly.
Azzi let out a shaky moan, barely loud but so full.
Paige stilled. Not because she wanted to stop—but because something in her chest tugged so hard it almost hurt.
She didn’t want this to just be some tension-breaking hookup. She didn’t want to look at Azzi tomorrow and pretend it never happened. She didn’t want this to stay unspoken.
Paige leaned down, her lips brushing against the curve of Azzi’s shoulder. “Az…”
Azzi turned her head, her eyes heavy but open, searching.
“I—” Paige hesitated. “I don’t want this to be just… this. I don’t want to fuck you unless you know it means something to me.”
Azzi blinked. Her breath caught—not from Paige’s fingers, but from her words.
She shifted, turning over onto her back beneath Paige’s weight, the flush still high on her cheeks, but her expression soft.
“I’ve been in love with you since I was fifteen,” she said quietly. “Since USA basketball. Since that stupid recruitment video. Since you let me sleep in your bed when I got homesick.”
Paige’s lips parted, stunned still.
“I didn’t tell you,” Azzi continued, “because I thought you didn’t feel it too. That you just… wanted to be close. Not like that.”
Paige let out a breathless laugh, her forehead pressing to Azzi’s. “Azzi. You’ve been the only thing I’ve wanted since before I even knew what the hell I was feeling.”
Azzi smiled softly, cupping Paige’s face with lotion-slick fingers. “Yeah?”
“Yeah,” Paige whispered, kissing her slowly—no teasing, no smirk, just gentle. Real. Like the years they danced around this had built up to this one moment.
Azzi pulled her closer, whispering against her lips, “Then show me. But not just because I asked.”
Paige shook her head, her voice a breath, “No, baby. Because I’ve been waiting years to.”
She kissed down Azzi’s jaw, her collarbone, tracing every place she’d always wanted to touch but never let herself. Her hands moved with purpose now—not teasing anymore, not careful. Loving. Claiming.
Azzi’s legs fell open easily for her, but her hands found Paige’s again, lacing their fingers together. “This is the part where you call me your good girl, by the way,” she whispered, breathless. “Just in case you forgot.”
Paige smirked, heart racing. “Never.”
Then she leaned down, fingers still working inside her, lips brushing Azzi’s ear.
“You’re my good girl,” she whispered. “My favorite. My best friend. My person. You always have been.”
Azzi moaned again, louder this time, arching into her, chasing more—of Paige, of this. Of everything they’d been holding in.
And when she came— gasping Paige’s name messily—it wasn’t just pleasure she felt. It was safety between them. It was theirs.
She laid there after, flushed and fucked out, while Paige curled beside her on the couch, brushing hair from her face, pressing soft kisses to her temple.
“I love you,” Paige said simply, like it had always been true.
Azzi turned to her, smiling sleepily. “I know. I love you too.”
And just like that, years of silence turned into the softest sound in the world.

The decision to have a second child with Robby isn't an easy one.
You both want to. Your first baby was and still is your biggest blessing; you would never regret them, and there wasn't a moment when you didn't think about having another baby. At least two children. Three, if you felt like you could survive not sleeping for over 12 consecutive years.
But your first pregnancy had been so difficult for you, you had doubts.
Well, Robby had doubts.
During your first trimester, you were barely able to drink water before wanting to throw up. Dana recommended some anti-nausea medication, and Robby decided to pick up the least amount of shifts he could to make sure you were okay, always by your side, and just right behind you as you collapsed on the tiled floor.
Your second trimester was a bliss, full of cute pictures, early maternity shoots, and an intimate gender reveal where Robby cried his eyes out after finding out he was gonna become a girl dad. Endless purchases and moodboards for the nursery. You couldn't ask for anything better.
Then, the third trimester came, and with that, the early-onset preeclampsia.
You spend most of your days in bed now, just standing up to go to the bathroom, and even then, you're being looked after when you walk, even for a few steps. When you are close to 34 weeks, you both decide to admit you to the hospital for monitoring, and Robby feels so much better knowing you're only a few floors away.
That's why he looks so stressed, speaking to Dana about how you both want it, but you might consider adoption to avoid putting you at risk once more. Javadi is close by, and before she can stop herself, she opens her mouth to speak.
"Dr. Robby, did you know that 13% of preeclampsia cases are attributed to paternal factors? There's this study that says that while women's genetics are the most important, if the father was born from a pregnancy with preeclampsia. It's generally attributed to 13% from the father, there's another..."
"Hey, crash! I need your help!" Santos interjects, pulling her by her sweatshirt and dragging her away against her will.
Robby stands still next to Dana, who isn't sure if she should kill Victoria just yet. He pauses, tries to find something to say.
"Is that true?" he asks.
"What's true?" Samira joins the conversation, a tablet in her hand. "Mr. Murphy is ready for discharge."
"Javadi just said preeclampsia can be attributed to paternal factors," he says, his tone is almost sarcastic.
"Oh, yeah. There are a lot of new studies about that, also about how paternal diet, mental health, and exercise habits can have an impact on a pregnancy. There's also a greater risk of a premature birth if the father is over 45, so..."
The rest of the conversation and the day go by in a blink. Robby goes home defeated. And there you are, the TV is on, but you're fast asleep with your baby girl on your chest. He smiles, and for a moment, he forgets about the thing that almost made him spiral.
You wake up 30 minutes later. He's cleaning, and you're sure there's a new load of laundry already in the washer. You want to stand up, but your baby is just so comfortable there, you don't wanna wake her up.
"Good morning, love," he says when he walks back into the room. He leans in, careful enough not to disturb his daughter, and kisses you softly. "I missed you two."
"Thank god you have the weekend off," you whisper. "She didn't take a nap today."
"Well, she's almost one. She wants to conquer the world, but her body isn't letting her. Now that she's walking, she'll be unstoppable."
He sits next to you, and even as careful as he is, your baby wakes up. Her bright eyes open, Robby immediately grabs her from your chest and pulls her onto his.
"Show daddy your new shirt, baby," you say. She's still sleepy, but immediately cries when she is far away from you. She cries and tries to crawl back to you immediately. "This kid, she wouldn't even let me go to pee for two seconds."
She sits up on your lap, and it's only then that Robby pulls down her shirt to see it. His hand stays there, frozen, as he reads the words over and over again. He feels like choking up. It's like you're both back in your old apartment, cramped in the tiny bathroom as you wait for the pregnancy test results.
Best Big Sister.
He doesn't know how long it takes him to turn to you, but there you are, holding a pregnancy test that says "Pregnant. 3-4 weeks". You're crying, and he doesn't know when he started crying with you.
"Surprise!" you whisper, choked up. "I guess it's happening."
He kisses you again, this time he takes his time, despite how much your daughter babbles and screams. Just for a second, he kisses you like the world is about to end in just a moment.
"I guess it is."
Nothing matters, just for a second. It's just him, you and your little family.

So I think, and this is just my uneducated opinion, that this comes from a very real learned belief that not being able to speak and communicate properly is a sign of a lack of intelligence, and people have to learn to deprogram themselves of that learned instinct, because people who speak a second language are anything BUT unintelligent. Just because they don't have full fluency in a language it doesn't mean they're dumb.
Language learning is a painful issue for me because I have a language learning disability. The way the psyche put it, I have what he called 'hyper pattern recognition', it means I'm very very very very good at parsing ENORMOUS datasets and getting meaningful info out of them.
It also means that if I'm not provided with a constant STREAM of data for a complicated thing, I have a lot of difficulty learning it.
The way this translated was that my french courses in highschool were literal hell for me. I was a B-Average student at a college prep school, EXCEPT with my french studies. There I was consistently D- and frankly, I think more than one of my professors pitty passed me because they knew I was doing everything I could short of full immersion.
Now, my school? Each class year had their own budget, and it traveled with them all the way from 6th grade all the way to 12th, each penny scrimped and saved so that -everybody- could go on the 2 week european trip at the end of senior year of highschool. 1 week in France, 1 week in England.
Because I was SO TERRIBLE at French, I was -always- assigned to my french teachers' chaperone groups.
By the 3rd day of the France leg of the trip, I was having them ask me why the hell I had been holding out on them, and I didn't know what they were talking about. All I knew was that I was actually able to communicate in even a PIDGIN of French for the first time in 5 years. It felt so good.
Then I go to college, and of course, I enroll in the french courses for my language credits. At the end of the first day of class the french teacher pulls me aside and says "Are you okay?" and I say "Not really..." because it's like a fucking curse. I've lost the facility of it again after only 3 months with the first real progress I've ever had and I don't know why, I'm almost in tears because I had hoped some curse had been broken and she tells me that I should get tested for this specific disability and I just stare at her and ask "wait, that's a thing?" "Oh yes, we even have an alternate set of foreign language credits for people with it!"
And that's when I went to the psyche and got tested and yep, I got it. It was incredibly depressing because apparently this also applies to English. My facility with it is entirely based on full immersion and exposure, if I were to move somewhere non-english speaking and cut myself off entirely for long enough it's possible I'd lose the language. Not garunteed of course! But it's a variant of this specific disorder apparently so fun times! I can totally learn another language fluently but only ONE at a time!
So yeah, ENORMOUS sympathy for anybody having trouble speaking another language. This shit is hard.

hear me out.. polytrix x reader where fem!reader doesn't know about the whole demon hunter thing and is still under the hypnosis from the saja boys and the girls try their hardest to snap her out of it. 🫦

◆ MAIN COURSE: poly!HUNTR/X x fem!Reader
◆ TYPE: SFW, romantic
◆ ALLERGEN WARNINGS: None
◆ NOTES: This might've SLIGHTLY teeny tinily missed the point but I hope you still like it!! I can't make a full-blown fic without getting paid bc I'm broke as hell and I'm lazy so the most you're getting is the usual hcs and snippets I fear 💔. But anyway I LOVELOVELOVE POLYTRIX 😩😩😩😩😩 I think they should all kiss together and kiss me too
This is the funniest shit ever and no one can tell me otherwise bc you've got three ninja popstars and one perfectly normal human being who just really really loves K-Pop. And you all LOVE each other????? #holyfcknairball no one would believe you until you show full proof that yes you do in fact kiss those celebrities on the mouth! Every day actually! Unless they're on tour but still! Yes you are a girls only poly couple! You couldn't be happier!
Unfortunately bc of the fact that you're normal, you won't even know that the hot new boy band, Saja Boys, are all drawing people in via brainwashing to sacrifice your souls to a Demon King named Gwi-Ma that looks like an oversized wildfire. Said people includes you I fear 💔💔. Imagine you were out coincidentally and you got to witness their debut performance and you were so drawn to them!! Why wouldn't you be??
They hear your voice before they see you—right there, right near the front row, right in front of them.
"What's she doing here?" Mira hissed, though despite her tone, the concern was glaringly obvious.
"I think she wanted to buy something? She said about baking," Zoey answered, her own concern matching up with Mira as she bounced on the balls of her feet in an attempt to both alleviate her sudden restlessness and to see you from the crowd. "But-- But what if they try to grab her? [Y/N]'s at a very grabbable distance! And the worst thing is I won't even blame them—she's really grabbable in general!"
Zoey doesn't even finish before Rumi's weaving through the crowd in an attempt to reach you, "Either way, no one is getting grabbed, least of all our girlfriend."
When Rumi does reach you, she taps your shoulder to gain your attention. Without fail, you turn around and smile widely in recognition, "Ru-- Ahem, babe! Did you see how good this new band was? They're called the Saja Boys!"
"Yeah. I heard."
Usually, you would've noticed her sudden deadpan, but you were buzzing too much under your skin from the sudden excitement of this new debut so you barrelled on, "Maybe you and them'll even collab one day! Wouldn't that be awesome?!"
"Yeah, awesome, now c'mon, we need to get out of the crowd," she effortlessly twines her fingers in yours, which you reciprocate happily as you follow her while still going on about the Saja Boys. But when she dares to look back at the boy band, she noticed the black-haired demon in disguise's eyes on you.. and then on her, as if he knew very well what was going on.
When you finally get out of the crowd, you rejoin your other two loves of your life with a cheek kiss for Mira and then a squealing hug with Zoey.
Mira doesn't hesitate to ask as you and the shortest HUNTR/X member basically wrapped yourselves on each other, "Are you okay? They didn't do anything to you, did they?"
"Yeah, like, did they ever, I dunno.. suck your soul out or something?" Zoey asked, and then quietly winced as Mira and Rumi both signalled not to say anything with exaggerated expressions and hand gestures behind you.
You giggled at the line of questioning, "What? No? My soul definitely felt like it ascended while watching them, though! You guys are funny."
While you and Zoey were busy clinging onto each other, Rumi pulled Mira in to whisper to her, "They know."
"Know what?"
"That we're linked together in some way? That she's a normal human? I don't know, but they know and I don't want to risk her to find out. Do you?"
And their gazes drift to you as you spoke animatedly with Zoey, equally rambling to you and matching your energy in turn—probably both invested in the situation and also well-aware of the much-needed secret debriefing.
And Mira shook her head with furrowed brows, "Absolutely not."
"Good."
Whenever the girls are all "DON'T FALL FOR THEM" you're so confused bc like. Why?? What's up with them recently???? Ever since the Saja Boys popped up, they've been so weirdly pressed about them every time you brought them up. Like, sure, rivalry's one thing, but you've seen them with rivalries before!!!!! It's not like the Saja Boys have like killed people or smth lmfao it's okay the world's not gonna end if you stan them too (cue the scene with them and Bobby looking at the same city and seeing Two Completely Different Views)
Every time you're ever with them one way or another and the Saja Boys are around/involved they are LOCKING THE FUCK IN. Constantly trying to redirect your attention and theirs like "Do Not Look At Her" and if you ever get too close they'll be all "back the FUCK up actually". And whenever thry try to pull all that hypnotising shit on you they are DRAGGING YOU AWAY and kissing you until you run out of air and forget what you were even thinking about like a min ago 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
They're so much more attentive towards you, and during the two weeks of the Saja Boys being there, you are NOT allowed to be without at LEAST one of them. Why?? Ohhhh yk cuz they just really really miss you, that's all!!!!! They did just come out of a world tour so like they wanna be with you for as much as possible ahahahaha definitely bc the boy band you're fawning over rn are actually demons that want to consume your soul!!! Especially yours!!!!!! Bc they know you're special to them all ahahahahaahahahahahahaahahhaa
Oh but it'd be devastating if Mira and Zoey saw you with the crowd after Rumi's breakdown. Not only Bobby was brainwashed, but so are you, mindlessly following the masses. And as much as they want you to fight it, to remember, they can't even blame you or find the strength; they failed, Rumi hid she was part-demon the entire time, it's over
You'd be one of the people closest to Gwi-Ma's flames on purpose I think—a twisted way for Jinu to make your sacrifice quick and painless. But when Rumi and then Zoey and Mira both clock it? Absolutely the fuck not dude Gwi-Ma just made them even fucking MADDER
At the end of it they know they'll definitely have to explain everything to you, considering. From the Saja boys to Rumi explaining herself properly ALLLLL the way to how they're Hunters and what they do. But at the very least you're not dead thank GOD
"You guys know I don't actually know how to feel right now, right? Finding out that my girlfriends have been constantly getting into near-death experiences as, like, idol ninjas with magic weapons isn't really for the faint of heart—let alone finding out demons and supernatural whatevers are real."
The four of you migrated to Rumi's bed after that whole ordeal at the Tower, tired and exhausted and in need of a good cuddle pile. Right now, you and Rumi were cuddled up against each other, her patterns casting a soft glow on your skin, while Mira was spooning you with her tall frame and Zoey clung onto Rumi like a koala.
The trio had the decency to wince a little, and Mira spoke first in defence, "To be fair, we did get trained for, like, years not to give anything away, including our Hunter profession."
"And I'm your girlfriend," you sighed as your hand traced the jagged glowing lines across Rumi's skin, "I thought we weren't going to hide anything. No wonder sometimes you lot disappear without any explanation—this whole time, you've been.. slaying demons?"
"Pretty much, yeah."
You hummed.. before putting your attention on Rumi, "And you. You really think we were going to love you any less because of what you're mixed with?"
"Um. Kinda?" Rumi looked to the side, averting your gazes, "It's-- I was raised to think that I should be ashamed of it, that I need to hide. It's--"
"Why you always have a separate green room?"
"Why you don't go into the batthouse with us?"
Rumi nodded, though not without a flush on her cheeks, "..yeah."
Your gaze softened as you lightly bit your lip before cupping her face for a short but tender kiss, "You think that's gonna really scare me—us—away? Mira and Zoey came back to you after the shock, and I sure as hell don't care if you were part-turtle or whatever--"
"Being part-turtle would be cool! ..Or super slow, depends--"
"My point being," you interrupted Zoey with an affectionate chuckle, "we love you because you're our Rumi. Not an idol, not a demon, just our Rumi—the one that overthinks, overworks and gets so into her head that we'd have to shut it for her. ..No more hiding, yeah?"
Rumi doesn't respond, not for a long while, and thre three of you are content in just laying there in silence, with her patterns casting a brighter yet softer glow on all of you. But eventually she buries her head in your chest, muffling her eventual answer, "..Mhm. Thank you."
Zoey's hold on Rumi tightened as she practically nuzzled into the latter's back, all while Mira reached over to hold Rumi's hand, now back to its human shape compared to the claws she had briefly before. No one else says anything, and that's perfectly fine for the four of you.
"..So I guess I'm retiring from stanning anyone but you guys."
"Obviously!" "Duh." "You are."

⟡Filthy Mouth⟡

(Bob Reynolds x Reader)
Summary: Bob finally lets you give him a blowjob. - prequel to Sidelines based on a request from @princess312
Word Count: 1.4k
Notes: Oral sex, blowjob, established relationship, Post-Thunderbolts*, porn without plot, so much swearing, Bob Reynolds curses like a sailor,
a/n: Uhhhh yeah this is just pornography. Straight up written word porn. With some Bob character study mixed in on his background and behaviors in a relationship. But mostly porn. Enjoy!

Bob wasn’t used to being powerful.
It was strange, having his new abilities. He felt stronger, healthier, but he still felt like himself. Robert Reynolds, the vagrant drug addict dropout. He did his best to keep his powers at the forefront of his mind after remembering what he’d done to New York. He didn’t want to hurt anyone, especially not his new friends. And especially not you.
Bob tried to take things slow with you, always leaving you chances to back out. He knew he wasn’t an easy person to be with, and he honestly didn’t fully understand what you saw in him. But you stayed everytime. No matter how much he pointed out his faults, his flaws, you’d just smile and tell him you liked him anyways, as is.
It’s part of why he likes you so much. More than anyone he’s ever known.
Still, he tries to not come on too strong. He always makes sure to put you first. All the bare minimum boyfriend tasks; walk closer to the street, hold doors open for you, remind you everyday how incredible you are. In bed, it translates to making sure you cum at least once, preferably twice or more, before he does. Which is why it takes so long for him to let you blow him.
When it comes to sex, Bob is first and foremost concerned with not hurting you. He still gets nightmares of when you beat up you and the rest of the team as Sentry. You all laugh it off as a funny memory, tell him you forgive him, but it nags at him. He could hurt you so easily, and he would sooner die than do that on purpose. Anyways, he much prefers the way you look when he eats you out, eyes rolling back in your head, hands gripping his hair while he raves at you. He prioritizes your pleasure over anything else. The fact that you even let him have sex with you is the win from his perspective. Apparently, you don’t see it that way.
You’re seated in his lap, the two of you making out in his bedroom while the rest of the team is away on a mission. You palm at the grown bulge in his pants, breaking the kiss. “Can I please blow you?” you ask, with just a hint of a pout on your face. “I’m good at it, so I’ve been told.”
Bob is about to reply before you cut him off. “And if you say you just want me to have a good time, I will have a good time. I like taking care of you Bob. I just want you to let me.”
He shuts his mouth, looking up at you. It feels like a fever dream, a beautiful girl in his lap who desperately wants to suck his dick. It’s not like he hasn’t imagined it before. There’ve been plenty of long missions where he’s had to deal with his erections himself, and thought of you while doing so. Imagine it was your hand rather than his, how it would feel to have your lips wrap around his length, taking all of him into your mouth and down your throat. Just thinking about it now makes it even harder.
So instead of his usual deflection, he nods. “You sure? I don’t want to hurt you.”
You just grin, already tugging at his waistband. “Bob, we’ve had sex before. I know your dick is big. Congratulations, I will survive.”
He chuckles as he assists you in removing his pants, lifting his hips so you can pull them off along with his boxers before tossing them across the room. You settle yourself between his legs, licking your lips as you take in the image before you.
Bob’s cock stands at attention, red and desperate for touch, precum leaking from the tip. You glance up, waiting for consent before you make a move. Bob nods, awkwardly settling his hands by his sides, not wanting to touch you too intensely at first.
Bob Reynolds is no blushing virgin. He’s had sex, and had blowjobs before. He’s trying not to be too loud. He really, really does. Still, the moment your tongue swipes over his tip, he’s already groaning. “Fuck, baby.” he gasps, one hand flying to your head while the other grips the sheets beneath him in an attempt to ground himself. “So good, fuck.”
You take the base of his cock in our hand, getting a firm hold before you lick up the underside of him, taking your time to coat him with your spit. He does his best not to hold too tightly onto your hair for fear of pulling too hard. He keeps his eyes on you, memorizing the sight of your tongue sliding along his length, the feeling of you against his most sensitive parts.
“Tell me how it feels, baby.” you mutter, looking up at him with lust darkened eyes. “Don’t hold it in.”
Bob’s always been the talkative type. Before you, he tried to tone it down, considering most of his sexual experience was just flings. When you said you liked when he made noise, he took it to heart, letting his inner monologue escape his lips as you ravished him.
He nods, another moan escaping him as you take him in your mouth, at the heavenly feeling of your lips around his cock.
Try as you might, you can’t take his whole length in your mouth. You compensate with your hand on what you can’t fit, stroking him as you begin to bob your head on him, Bob groaning at the sensation.
“Holy shit, babe, oh my god.” he rambles as you take him in and out of your mouth, his knuckles beginning to turn white with how hard he grips the sheets. “You’re so fuckin’ beautiful like this, mouth full of cock. Should’ve let you do this sooner, fuck-”
He interrupts himself with another moan as you manage to take him ever deeper into your throat, his tip just touching the back of your throat. You continue at your pace, laser focused on his every move and sound, noting what gets the most reaction. You do it again, take him just that much deeper, and Bob almost cums on the spot.
“Oh my god, you’re so good. Holy fuck, you’re perfect, your mouth is fucking incredible.” He can feel your own moan vibrate around him, and he groans at the feeling in turn. He’s becoming convinced you’re trying to suck his soul out through his cock. He’d let you, if it feels this good. He’d let you do anything you want to him.
He’s still talking aloud, he realizes as you make a sound that at first verges on a laugh, shifting quickly to a moan as he accidentally jerks his hips up just a bit. “Shit, I’m sorry, a-are you good? Okay?”
You nod, wiping your mouth quickly and smiling innocently as you lower your mouth back onto him, one hand moving to cup his balls beneath his cock. Yet another string of curses escapes him at the feeling, the combined sensation of your mouth and hands becoming all too much. He can feel himself hurtling off the edge, towards absolute ecstasy.
“Oh, god, baby I’m gonna cum, where should I- can I cum in your mouth? Please? Wanna fill you, let you taste me.”
You moan around him, and Bob takes that as the affirmative. You continue, eyes closed as you concentrate on maximizing his pleasure.
“Fuck, baby, ‘m gonna cum, fuck, fuck!” he practically yells out your name as he finally cums, you taking as much of him as possible as he does, hot spurts of cum sliding down your throat. You take it like a champ, holding your position, still stroking the base of him and massaging his balls beneath that.
“Jesus fucking Christ.” Bob groans as he tries to collect himself, eyes coming back into focus to see you sit up, swallowing before licking what’s left of his cum off the tip of his softened dick. “You’re amazing.”
“You have a filthy mouth.” you chuckle, crawling up his body. “I don’t think I’ve ever heard you curse that much.”
“The things you do to me.” he smiles, leaning in to kiss you. He can taste the salty flavor of himself on your lips. “We should do that again sometime.”
You brush some fallen hair out of his face, grinning with satisfaction. “Told you I was good.”
“I never doubted you.” he assures you, pulling you into his arms as he flips you onto your back. “But now it’s my turn.”

a/n: i'm gonna be fr blowjobs are not my specialty but i did my bset here and honestly it was good practice. Insane thing to say about writing about blowjobs but damn here we are. uhhhh bob fans enjoy!

Jimpulse art

Yknow what? Hell yeah!!! Summer cuddle nap time plus BONUS: impulse pulls his claws out to give some truly stellar wing scratches, knocks Jimmy clean out 💤💤💤

Plus bonus mini drabble by @opalwhisker under the cut bc she was inspired by the sprit of jimpulse HAHA
It was a gloriously perfect day outside. Sunny and warm, but not too hot thanks to a nice cool breeze in the air... the perfect day for a nap in the shade, which exactly what Impulse and Jimmy were doing.
Impulse, Tango and Skizz had all planned a fun day filled with activities for when Jimmy was going to visit the Hermitcraft server, but things rarely ever go to plan and Tango and Skizz had to dip away for a moment to take care of a few things, leaving just Impulse to entertain Jimmy.
Impulse obviously knew Jimmy fairly well after all the life series they'd played in together, but he'd still never had much one-on-one interaction with him before, so his initial attempts at conversation were a little stilted and awkward. He liked Jimmy and thought he was pretty cool and fun to be around... and if he was being honest, Impulse might admit he had a bit of a man crush on the handsome blonde man.
Fortunately, despite Impulse's awkward attempts at conversation, they found themselves slipping into comfortable conversation fairly quickly. Jimmy's smiles and giggles directed right at him had Impulse feeling a little funny, almost as if he were a schoolgirl talking to her crush. But how could he not feel like that when someone as handsome as Jimmy was paying attention to him and no one else in that moment? It felt like they were the only two players on the server when Jimmy spoke to him like that.
"Say, Impulse...?" Jimmy started hesitantly, "I know you 'n Skizz 'n Tango planned out this whole day for when I visited but, uh, since we have a moment, d'y'think we could maybe just... lay on a blanket in some shade and take a nap? That last round of Hungry Hermits really wore me out." Jimmy smiled apologetically and rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly, looking expectantly at Impulse with those beautiful brown eyes.
"Oh, sure! Yeah, of course, Jimmy! That sounds like a great idea! Here, lemme grab a blanket for us..." Impulse reflexively took Jimmy's hand and led him over to the shade of the nearest tree, rummaging through his ender chest before pulling out a large blanket and laying it on the grass. He put away the ender chest and knelt on the blanket, patting the ground next to him to invite Jimmy to lay down, which the avian happily did, flopping back onto the blanket with a relieved sigh.
"Ohhhh yeah, that's the stuff...." Jimmy heaved a big sigh and closed his eyes, leaving Impulse to fidget a bit by himself, unsure if he should lay down next to Jimmy or just stay as he was.
"...Well? Are you gonna lay down or what?" Jimmy cracked one eye open to look at Impulse, "You were gonna take a nap with me, right?"
"Oh!" Impulse felt his face flush at Jimmy's words, "I uh, wasn't sure if that's what you meant, or--"
"'Course its what I meant! Now get your butt over here, its absolutely perfect nap weather." Jimmy smiled so warmly at him, Impulse couldn't refuse his request, sliding down to lay next to Jimmy on the blanket, close but still a respectful distance between them. Jimmy seemed unhappy about this.
"Do I stink or something? I thought we were going to take a nap _together._" Jimmy pouted, "What's a nap without a bit of cuddling?"
"Well, I guess you're right... naps are better when youre cuddling!" Impulse giggled, trying to mask how flustered he felt that Jimmy expressed a desire to cuddle with _him._
"Of course they are, now get over 'ere!" Jimmy motioned Impulse closer, and the demon hybrid scooted closer until Jimmy could nestle into Impulse's side, resting his head on Impulse's shoulder while Impulse wrapped his arm around Jimmy's body, his hand resting in the bright yellow feathers of Jimmy's wings.
Impulse hoped Jimmy wouldn't be able to hear how hard his heart was beating in his chest at their proximity. Jimmy was so close Impulse could smell the scent of his shampoo in his hair and feel Jimmy's breath tickle his collarbone.
"Ohhh yes this is nice~" Jimmy sighed, practically melting in Impulse's arms, "I always wondered if cuddling with you felt as good as it looks and now I can say that it's even better~"
Impulse was too stunned at the compliment to respond, his cheeks flushing even hotter at the compliment. He was sure Jimmy had to be hearing his heart pounding against his ribcage at this point and must just be teasing him to hear it flutter some more.
"The only thing that could make this better is... y'know, if you wanted to, maybe run your fingers through my feathers? It always feels so nice and relaxing when someone does that...." Jimmy peeked up at Impulse with those cute brown eyes and there was no way Impulse could resist.
"If--" Impulse cleared his throat when the first word came out more high pitched with nerves than he'd wanted it to, "If you want, yeah I-- I can do that..."
The effect was almost instant as soon as Impulse began to card his fingers through Jimmy's soft, golden feathers. The avian hybrid shivered and sighed, melting against Impulse even more, closing his eyes and seeming lost in the calming sensation. His breathing slowed and for a moment Impulse thought he'd fallen asleep and stopped running his fingers through Jimmy's feathers, eliciting a breathless, pleading whine from Jimmy that gave Impulse pleasant goosebumps.
"Noooo please don't stop.... it felt so nice...." Jimmy pouted. "I haven't had someone run their fingers through my feathers like this since the last time Tango did it... oh his claws felt so nice running through them..." Jimmy sighed, lost in his reminiscing for a moment before remembering who he was cuddling with, "Oh! I mean. You're doing a great job too, Impulse! Tango's just got those claws that run through my feathers differently..."
"I mean... if you like it, I could use my claw for you, too." Impulse offered shyly, trying not to blush. What was he doing? He liked Jimmy, but he wasn't close enough with him to know how he might feel about Impulse relaxing more of his glamor around him. Normally Impulse wouldn't even consider something like that until he was more confident that whoever it was wouldn't get scared of him afterwards. There was just something about Jimmy... Impulse wanted to do everything he could to make him happy.
"You... have claws?" Jimmy glanced between Impulse's face and free hand with a bit of confusion, "I didnt know you had claws, Impulse."
"O-oh, um, yeah... usually i keep them hidden with magic, I've found that people are less scared when I hide them.... _Anyways-_" Impulse cut Jimmy off just as he was opening his mouth to respond to Impulse's comment, "I can undo the magic that keeps them hidden if you want..." Jimmy frowned for a moment, noticing Impulse's evasion of the topic, but choosing not to press further.
"If that's okay with you.... yes, please that sounds so nice!" Jimmy smiled so cutely at him Impulse felt his heart jump into his throat for a moment.
"Okay then, then, just close your eyes and I'll-"
"Actually... could I... see? Your claws I mean. If its okay with you!" Jimmy nibbled his lower lip a bit anxiously, "I promise I won't be scared or anything!" He hastily reassured Impulse.
"Well..." Impulse hesitated for a moment. He wasn't sure if he should let Jimmy see, but the avian puppy dog eyes won him over in the end. "Sure, if you want to see, that's fine."
Impulse smiled and Jimmy beamed back at him, his face alight with excitement as he cuddled even closer, resting his head against Impulse's chest and twining their legs together.
Impulse lifted his hand up for Jimmy to see as he slowly undid the glamor that hid his claws, the illusion melting away to reveal his claws and scaled hand, the tough, scaly skin running up his entire forearm.
_"Oh. My. Gosh!!"_ Jimmy squealed, "That is so cool!! Impulse, your claws are so pretty!"
Impulse could feel himself blushing ten times hotter at Jimmy's compliments, his heart racing again at the genuine expression of appreciation and Jimmy's proximity. Evn Impulse couldn't keep his tail from instinctively curling around their legs possessively, his tail tip flicking back and forth in a pleased motion as Jimmy grabbed Impulse's hand to examine his claws and scales up close.
With this perfect weather, cuddled up to someone who makes his heart flutter and is actually admiring a part of himself Impulse usually hid from the world... it was completely perfect. Impulse wished they could stay like that forever in the comfort of each other, but knowing that it wouldn't be forever only made that intimate moment something he savored even more in the moment.
#shipping#trafficshipping#jimpulse#solidaritygaming#impulsesv#my art#gift art#in the form of opals writing!!#also only after I drew this did I see the clip of impulse talking about his man crush on Jimmy DHFHHD#I wanna see the tik tok he was talking about where he’s treating Jimmy different hhhh

REBORN
Gotham Cathedral, Spring.
A majestic silence reigns around her, interrupted only by the occasional sound of the giant bell ringing above her.
She would like to think is because people have finally learnt to respect her space and stopped butting their noses into her bussiness.
But no. The truth is that the church is basically empty at this hour. The only other people are old ladies and some last-minute sinner in need of confession. It's quite normal in Gotham. We all become sinners eventually, she thinks. It's unavoidable.
The first days she started to come here for her prayer hours after her accident, people whispered non-stop when she passed by and could barely conceal their stares. Shocked to see her out of all people in a cathedral. A holy place.
"I didn't know Lady Wayne was so devoted."
"I don't think she's ever been in a church before."
"How...surprising of her to step so confidently into the Lord's holy place. She certainly lacks some self-awareness."
The sheer hypocrisy delights her as much as it infuriates her.
Because first of all, who are they to question her faith? Just because she doesn't make a show out of it doesn't mean it's up to debate. She's always been taught that one's faith is meant to be private and personal. It's not a reason to boast.
Which is why she's always looked down on those people who praise the Lord's name and present themselves as "true" Christians just for appearances or to give themselves a reason for their self-righteousness.
In reality, they're the ones completely devoid of any self-awareness.
"Either that or she just doesn't care about seeming direspectful. I mean, we all know the kind of woman she is."
"I heard she's not like that anymore. Apparently, she's changed a lot since the accident. Everyone says so. It's bizarre."
"Yeah. She's behaving surprisingly well lately. There hasn't been a scandal since."
"Maybe she hit her head so badly it reprogrammed her whole personality."
Idiots. If only they knew...
Well, guess she can't really fault them for not knowing. After all, there's no way they can even imagine the truth behind her change.
"Maybe that's not really her and we're just seeing someone else with her face."
"Sure. Or maybe she actually died on the accident and her body is currently possessed by an incredibly nice spirit."
They have no idea.
She raises her eyes to the cross in front of her, its figure looming over her head as if watching, where the image of the Lord was carved in a typical representation of the moment He died for humanity's sins.
The most remembered moment of His life. This is the first thing that pops into people's minds when they think of Him. Not all the good actions, not His endless kindness, His banter with the disciplines, His sense of humour, how He dedicated his life to help the poor and stood for what was right. Not even His beautiful relationship with His family. His mother, His father Joseph, even His siblings.
No. Instead, He'll be mostly remembered like this. In His death, with iron drilled into His body and bleeding out between two criminals. Sacrificing His life for sins that weren't His.
The Bible is full of passages depicting His humanity, His miracles, yet this moment is what will be forever His symbol.
Most people claim it's meant to be a reminder of how big His heart was. Of how He became a martyr.
To her, it's always felt more like a lesson.
That no matter how good you are and how much of yourself you give for others, you'll still get screwed over by those more powerful than you if they want to. That doing the right thing won't always be rewarded.
In the end, people value life the most when it's gone.
The thing about martyrs, she thinks, is that they have to die to be worshipped.
She makes one last prayer under her breath before standing up, sealing it with a kiss to the cross that dangles from her neck, putting back under her coat. She walks around the bench quietly as to not disturb the others and makes her way to the exit in the shadows.
Her phone vibrates again in her pocket. She pulls it out to see the several missed calls, messages, e-mails and the news.
On top of all, one name persists.
A name she wishes to never think of again.
Mr Wayne🙄
Where are you?
Seriously, where are you?
Don't you dare ignore me now.
You can't be serious.
I just found it laying on my desk this morning. Is this some sick joke of yours?
It better be.
I swear to God, where the fuck are you?? You can't just leave like this!
Those gossips don't know how close their little jokes are to the truth.
Because she didn't just change. She wasn't reprogrammed.
She catches her reflection in one of the windows. Her face, her hair, her body, even the way she moves. She still looks the same as before. Healthy and confident.
Except it's not her. Not really.
This body isn't hers. Just like the clothes. Just like the man pestering her on the phone. None of this belongs to her.
It's from that woman with her same name and face that died several weeks ago.
Mr Wayne 🙄
What do you mean with "divorce"??
Gotham City High School
They're still talking.
It's been several weeks but they haven't stopped. In fact, she'll say it's gotten worse.
Before, it was just whispers behind her back and poorly concealed side-eyes. Now, they've taken to brazenly stare at her like she's some exotic animal, even approaching her at times to ask about her health, only to step back when she answers with a gentle smile, their eyes reflecting something between horror and fascination.
She found it amusing at first. Their faces looked so stupid at time she had to supress her laugh a lot.
But it's getting annoying now.
Whenever she goes, whenever she looks, they're there. Muttering, blinking at her, trying to strike clumsy converstations as if she's some long-lost friend who finally returned. All while keeping their distance and staring at her unnervingly.
Sometimes, she feels like a desecrated creature on display.
A pair of girls stand straighter when she passes by, following her with their eyes wide open. She catches the magazine one of them is holding, reading the bold letters in the cover title.
"Wayne heiress's lavish purchases turned into secret charity donations? Follow Vicky Vale's interviews to witnesses for more!"
Of course. The media doesn't help the insanity.
(Good to know Vale is a monumental pain in the ass in every life)
She sighs, adjusting her backpack on her shoulder. It's flashy and clearly expensive. Something made to draw attention to the teenage girl who wears it...and subtitly brag about her money.
In another life, she wouldn't have ever come to school with this thing, not even her mum wouldn't allow it. But everything is different now, isn't it?
To be honest, she can't really hold it against these guys for acting the way they do. From their perspective, this must be some kind of fever dream.
She knows her current behaviour clashes greatly with what everyone else is used to from her.
"She's gone mad. There's no other explanation."
"I don't know. She seems to be the same, but nicer."
"Seriously? She's already made three teachers cry from arguing about the lessons with them. Poor Miss Terris was about to faint!"
Yeah, well, she's not going to stay quiet when people who are expected to educate and prepare them for the future teach their damn subjects wrong.
Plus, Miss Terris's lessons were poorly structured and boring anyway. It was for the best.
"Didn't she also disagreed with Mr Johns so badly that he took a whole day off in the middle of class?"
"Oh my god, yes. Luke told me about it. She questioned his thesis for the PhD and started scrutinizing each point like she was grading the damn thesis herself. Apparently, half the arguments didn't stand and it lacked solid references."
"I saw the poor man afterwards. He looked like he was rethinking his whole existence."
That guy should've thought better before writing his thesis on cybersecurity, the one field she’s studied, mastered, and dominated for years. Reading that thing hurt her eyes more than her correction hurt his feelings.
Next time, he won't ignore her questions and shame her in front of the whole class. A time off sounds perfect for self-reflection.
"How can someone like her know so much about cybersecurity anyway? Enough to criticise a professional about it?"
"It's weird. I mean, do you remember the last time she talked back to teachers?"
"No. She's never interrupted lessons, much less to call them out on it. And she's actually right most of the time! It makes no sense."
Because she was a spoiled little brat who lowered her head at the first sign of dissapointment from adults and ran off to her mother to fight the battles for her.
Now she's a spoiled brat with a backbone.
But she understands their confusion. They have every reason for it. Ever since her return, she's been a walking contradiction of everything they've seen and known from her. A mystery.
Really, she's only annoyed when they invade her space with their antics. If you're going to speculate and gossip, do it quietly when the person in question can't hear you. Otherwise you look stupid and attention-seeking.
Or even better: Keep your thoughts to yourselves and let people live, geez.
She wonders if this the kind of attention she would've liked, once upon a time. Maybe this is what that part of her craved so bad. Or maybe she was content either way. Bad attention is still attention and all of that.
From afar, she spots Stephanie staring at her, arms crossed and eyebrows pinched in suspicion. She's no doubt thinking the worst of her, expecting a tantrum at any moment or anything that exposes whatever "scheme" she must have in mind.
Anything to remind everyone how rotten the spoiled Wayne heiress is.
"Do you think...she lost her memories somehow and doesn't remember how to act?"
"Don't be stupid, Kevin. If she lost her memories, she wouldn't even know where she is. Nah, this girl is perfectly fine. Probably just faking for attention again."
She snorts quietly. She can't help it.
Their theories aren't so far fetched. Just lacking a little twist.
Because it's not that she lost her memories.
She actually gained more.
As they wonder about her true motives and the reasons behind her change, none of them can come close to the truth.
That the girl they know died. Literally. Several weeks ago, her heart stopped beating as she bled out in the ice.
And somehow, she came back....with her soul and conscience fused to someone else's.
Wayne Manor
She hasn't moved from the greenhouse in twenty minutes.
Or so she thinks. She hasn't checked the time once since she arrived.
Everyone else is out, doing whatever they usually do at this hour. School, work, send criminals to the ER. Only Alfred is still around the manor.
And herself.
She should be at school now too, but claimed sickness and refused to leave her room. Alfred was worried about her and tried to pry, but her mother and sister covered her. They understood.
How can they not?
It wasn't until she knew for sure it was only Alfred left that she gathered courage to step out, heading towards the one place that has always made her feel safe.
The manor's greenhouse.
A botanical dream come true that only rich people can afford, and her personal paradise. It's supposed to be one of the Wayne's prides, but no one is interested in caring for plants in this family anymore. Only she and Alfred.
Well, maybe Damian too, but he barely shows up since she frequents the place, sticking to his precious farm instead.
She prefers it this way. It allows her to have the place all for herself. It's her corner to hide in when the world becomes too much, the familiar scent of her beloved flowers soothing her like a lullaby just for her ears.
And right now, the world is a lot bigger and more devastating that it's ever been.
It's been days. Long, excruciating days of processing what happened, what it means. Assimilating how things are now. Trying to get through the new routine without crashing out, despite being all she wants to do since she woke up.
Mum jumped right into action as soon as she got a hold over their new situation, and her older sister handled it as she handles everything: Adapting and somehow finding a way to benefit from it.
She envies them for it. For being able to go on with their new lives almost normally while she's still stuck repeating the same scene in her head over and over. What she saw, what she felt.
That's why she needed to come here. Nature has never dissapointed her. She loves her plants and all the green that surrounds her in a explosion of beauty she's nurtured over the years. In times of sorrow, it's her passion what comforted her, along with her family.
When you learn about mother nature, you understand everything follows a pre-established cycle that pushes it all forward, regardless of whatever obstacles there might be. It's about balance within the chaos. No one can evade it.
It's reassuring, to know that no matter what happens, you can trust nature to always find a way to fulfill its rules.
It's a shame my favourite color in the world is the same as certain asshole's eyes. Such beauty wasted on that demon, she bitterly recalls.
She inhales, taking in the scent of wet grass and some freshly bloomed flowers. It's the middle of Spring, after all. The season of life and rebirth, when all that died in winter blooms back with the same beauty as before, as if they never withered in the first place.
Just like she did.
Like the three of them did.
How deliciously ironic that it happened in Spring out of all. Maybe this is really mother nature's work, once again finding a way to restore the balance.
Or maybe it's some wicked game from the universe to make our lives even harder, her inner voice supplies.
She has no idea.
All she knows is that she should be dead. In fact, she vividly remembers dying, exhaling her last breath. Right on cue, she feels a sharp sting from her inner wrists. She rubs the pained zone over the bandage she put on herself.
It's a reminder of the incredibly dark motive behind her new life. Her second chance, as Mum said it is.
The death she remembers happened a lifetime ago....but the pain on her wrists belongs to someone's else death.
This greenhouse has been her paradise in another life, and her grave in this one.
And still..
What a beautiful place to part from, she can't help but think.
All of it, without ever noticing the shadow watching her back, still and silent in a corner of her sacred place. Waiting. Guessing. Or just looking.

Summary :Mean mean assholes.
Warnings: dom! Seungcheol, dom! Mingyu, sub!fem reader, blow job, handjob, reader's crop top used as a blindfold, degradation, face slapping, cum swallowing, tit pinching, they are mean but you like them mean :3
Word count: 1.8 k
Read the warnings and click at your own risk and minors don't interact.
mingyu and seungcheol are two simple guys with same fucked up mentality and fantasies. they encourage each other run after things they desperately want no matter how wrong it is. They support each other. It's simple.
And you?
You were obsessed with both of them, not just at surface level like memorising thier hangout places and lurking around there or stalking them on social media. Yeah you did that all but it wasn't enough to satisfy your hunger for them.
You meticulously planned coincidence after coincidence, enrolling into the same classes as them, showing up at every party they would be and what not. To the outside world it would seem a series of coincidence just like you hoped but mingyu and seungcheol aren't as stupid and oblivious as you think they are. They know you were embodiment of lady Gaga's song paparazzi.
Seungcheol wanted to maintain distance from you, according to him you weren't the of girl who would be interested in his and mingyu's ways of mind breaking and ruining the girls they bring to bed. Too vanilla he says, how fucking wrong he was. Mingyu helped him change his mind, he knew you were a sick in the head pervert; just like them and you were expert of hiding that side of you behind your innocence filled eyes.
Nevertheless, three of you got what you all always searched for. You —two hot guys with mean and dirty mouths and huge dicks and them; a girl who is just abnormally obsessed with them. They can sometimes be the sweetest people in your life, catering to your every need, providing you with everything you demand, sometimes sneakily beating up your professor cause' he graded your paper unfairly, seungcheol never holding back a punch on guys who eyed you even for a second and mingyu pirating endless movies for you to watch in your free time. They were everything you ever wished for.
♥
A stinging slap was delivered on your face, the impact of it making you come back from your haze. Your eyes were covered with some rag which happened to be your favourite top — until seungcheol decided to tear it off.
"want us to find some other slut who can actually suck a cock properly?" Mingyu asked. annoyed.an underlying threat clear in his voice. you wanted to argue, scream and cry. your throat was all bruised up —a consequence of them using your mouth like a fleshlight from the past half an hour. they sat comfortably on couch playing whatever shitty game you had no idea about while passing you around between them like a cigarette, your knees burning and on the verge of giving up.
Body decorated with their cum, hair, chest, stomach, any part —you name it. Those sadistic assholes can't seem to get tired no matter what.sitting next to each other and conversing about all the fucked up things they are about to do with you, things that would land them in prison for sure but the worst part was—you loved it , loved each and every word, syllabus, command and insult they directed towards you, you loved it more than they could ever.
"Mingyu, be kind, That's not how we treat our fuck toys" seungcheol chides , but you could feel he's just being pretentious and you were right cause' just after few seconds you felt somone back handing you, not with sheer strength but enough to draw out a choked moan out of your lungs. "See that's how you treat erm" seungcheol chuckles followed by mingyu. They were enjoying this a little too much, having someone like you who's far too gone to think straight and allow them to treat you like an absolute rag doll. It's so fun for them to see you breaking down over and over.
Someone bought your mouth closer to their cock, again, probably Mingyu . You weren't even able to smell the cum or his scent, nose too blocked and runny— completely useless. "Now be a good and useful cock sleeve"
You nod aimlessly, licking your lips in anticipation.that wasn't enough for Mingyu though "words dollface ,words" he commands, tightening his grip around your hair. You let out a choked yes and it was enough for Mingyu to get started with you yet again.
"so beautiful yet so filthy" mingyu grunts, outlining your lips with tip of his cock, faintly coating them with your existing spit and cum. once he was satisfied enough he slapped it few times on your cheek "Need you to choke on it" , forcing his dick into your mouth, a choked noise escaped your throat as he buried himself deep touching the back of your throat roughly, he threw his head back, moaning in pure ecstasy .
He continued with his cruel pace, thrusting his hips upwards making you constantly gag and choke around his length , drool pooling around his balls. Your nails were digging into his muscular thigh, anchoring yourself with help of it as you couldn't feel any sensation in your body except the cries of your pussy —begging to be filled up with anything, cock, fingers, dildos it doesn't matter the emptiness was almost painful, clenching around air helplessly.
"mingyu slow down, she will pass out I don't wanna fuck unconscious body" seungcheol complains from side, half focused on the game and half on the porn show happening beside him. He's no better than mingyu, even worse sometimes, when seungcheol is frustrated, he takes it on you— in the most delicious way possible. Landing slaps on your ass and cunt till it's red and swollen up or making you gag around your own panties, his strange obsession with challenging you to be silent while he ruins your insides. Yeah he's no better than mingyu.
the prospect of your passed out body being used by these two men is extremely hot and intense. having your pleasure completely disregarded and thrown out ,just being a real fleshlight for their big and veiny cocks. You need to talk about this some other time with them.
"hyung, can't help it— her mouth is so warm and wet almost as good as her tight cunt" mingyu whines, his cock twitching inside your mouth as his grip on your hair becomes more rigid , a clear sign of him being close. Something about having such a big guy like Mingyu whining because of you makes your chest tight with emotion similar to happiness and pride.
Seungcheol throws the gaming console somewhere, the loud thud echoing in your ears. He takes your hand and spits on it generously before bringing it to his cock , making you wrap your palm around it, his own palm wrapped around yours. In your head which is floating in another dimension this is practically intertwining hands. almost romantic.
"you feel it baby? How hard I am? It's your fucking fault. parading around us in your slutty outfits. told you to wait for few minutes but you just don't understand " seungcheol sneers, biting his lips remembering how they even got you like this in the first place. Teasing them while they were deeply engrossed in their game, hands reaching down your shorts threatening to touch their property, that made them snap.
you whined against Mingyu's cock, sending vibrations down his spine, he pulled your head back, only his tip remaining in your mouth before slamming you down against his length in a quick motion, making you gag uncomfortably, he kept you like that, his unforgiving grip on your hair making you unable to move while seungcheol made you give him a hand job, guiding each of your moments. You were overwhelmed, not sure where to focus; on Mingyu's pulsating length or Seungcheol's painfully hard cock, unsure whether to cry or scream, eyes blinded by the blindfold.
"fuck cumming" Mingyu slurred thrusting his hips upwards one last time before cumming inside your mouth. Ropes of thick, creamy white pooling around your tongue.
" Dare you waste any drop slut" Mingyu rasps still coming down from his high. " She won't gyu, she needs cum like oxygen, right slut?" Seungcheol comments, seeing you swallow his bestfriend's cum like your life depends on it while having you fist his cock with your tiny hand made him so feral, he has never had such a perfect girl at his disposal. Seungcheol found his own orgasm near but he didn't feel like wasting his cum , it belonged in deepest corner of your cunt.
Finally after few seconds or minutes mingyu decides to let you breathe, pulling you away from his cock. you look like you walked straight out his favourite porn; spit and cum smeared all over your face and dripping down your breast. he looks at seungcheol, both being proud of each other to see your defiled state. "Pathetic whore" seungcheol groans.
Seungcheol reluctantly lets go of your hand which was timidly rubbing against cock. He comes near, yanking the excuse of a blindfold off your face, sharp lights hitting you at once, vision blurry due to tears. Mingyu gathers the tears around your eye bags carefully scoops with his two fingers, then puts it in his mouth. The simple action making your pussy needy with desire.
"please touch me" you beg, voice unfamiliar to your own self. your knees finally give out, ass hitting the floor and sitting pathetically. Your headspace was all mushy and soft, blurry vision drinking up their visuals. their upper body was fully exposed, sweat glistening down their skin which you might lick happily if they gave you permission to do so. "touch me please, anyone" you whimpered again.
seungcheol hmms, like he's thinking deep about something before he smirks, getting down on the floor at your level . His hand moves to your exposed breast, carelessly pinching the perky sensitive nipple. "Poor baby, dying to have her desperate pussy filled" seungcheol sings in a patronizing way, continuing his cruel torture on your breast, cupping and pinching the poor bud till it turns into angry shade of red.
"mingyu what do you think? Should we fuck this slut or leave her here all exposed and dripping on the floor like a broken cum dump?" seungcheol leaves the question hanging in the air, slapping your right tit, an evil smirk dancing on his face.
"please, don't leave please I am —" your words were cut off by Seungcheol's slap on your cheek, eyebrow raised, looking at you with disapproving glare.
"are you mingyu dumb slut?" he asks, massaging the area he just hit previously.
"sorry" you mumble, voice barely audible.
Mingyu cooes, feeling bad for you, just a tiny bit, he gets down on the floor, pulling you closer, your back pressed to his chest. hand circling around your neck lightly.
"she's begging, it's only right decision to fuck her hyung till she's begging us to stop" mingyu says tightening his hold around your neck, hand moving down between your legs, moving between your folds and collecting your wetness. " she's so fucking wet" mingyu says, bringing his fingers up near seungcheol, which Seungcheol proudly puts in his mouth, groaning at your taste. He sucks them clean.
"let's take this to our bedroom" seungcheol says, he cups your cheek tenderly"shall we Love?" He asks, masking the lust behind his eyes, mind corrupted with all the possible positions he's about to put you in.You got yourself insatiable freaks who would always stay hungry for your taste.

(;¬_¬) "Maniac" - Bryce Callahan x Male Reader
Word Count: 3.2k
Plot: Bryce will proudly say he dated you "for laughs" and call you a "psycho", a "stalker", or a "maniac". But it's the ginger who shows up at your door drunk and spam texts you; not the other way around...
Note: Inspired by Conan Gray's 'Maniac' AND 'Wish You Were Sober' ʕっ•ᴥ•ʔっ Also sorry if he's ooc - game isn't out yet and I haven't played the demo!
Warnings: m!reader (no genitalia mentioned) / FDNI Some nsfw mentions but no smut!
You and Bryce started out as friends. All in all, he was pretty chill with you being gay, but he still had his homophobic tendencies and would always make comments. You put up with it, though. You could see through the wrestler's act; you knew that deep down he was having some sort of internal conflict and displacing it onto you.
Your friendship got to the point where Bryce would invite you out to parties. It wasn't that you weren't ever invited before; you just never really had a reason or a desire to hang around a bunch of your drunk classmates in a dirty frat house. You were quite content chilling with your small group of friends. But nonetheless, now that Bryce was inviting you, you were given a reason to go. Could be fun... Right?
Slowly but surely, over a couple months' worth of frat parties, you noticed a pattern in Bryce's behaviour. Your theories and guesses of what made the ginger so insecure and homophobic were answered. The night would always start with Bryce picking you up in his car and pulling up to the function. Sure, near the start of each night, the two of you would hang out, but it took very little to separate the two of you; you would mingle with whoever came up to you, and as soon as Bryce had a drink in hand, he would try to get with girls. Of course, you noticed this. And yeah, it irked you a little, but you didn't really have the right to get annoyed or angry with Bryce; it's not like he was your boyfriend. Bryce, on the other hand, usually didn't even wanna get with whatever girl he was flirting with that night. The insecure man would never admit that he never really felt some sort of spark or even attraction, but he felt obligated to flirt and get 'bitches'.
'trade drinks, but you don't even know her'
The next thing that you were certain would happen is Bryce getting absolutely plastered. For him, that is. You could tell from your first look at the massive hunk that he could handle his drink. So, though the amount Bryce drinks at every party would be enough to put someone into a coma, it just gets the wrestler to a comfortable drunk. Words slurring and knees buckling. You can always tell when Bryce is drunk, and you always notice it. He gets nicer, more honest, and he starts to lose that 'alpha-male' act he always puts on.
'knees weak but you talk pretty fly, wow'
Then, without a doubt, once Bryce spots you in his drunken state, he's all over you. He's slurring every couple of words, he's complimenting you a lot, and he always gets way too close for comfort. You always end up in the corner of some busy room, music quietly playing amongst other people's chatter, as Bryce keeps sipping on his beer and talking to you as if he's trying to chat you up. "Bryce... I think you've drunk a bit too much haha..." You always try to laugh it off. The first few times he did this, you gave Bryce the benefit of the doubt. You assumed he was too drunk to even know it was you, or that he was just being a dick n joking around. But the more he did this, the more he slurred your name specifically, the more he drunkenly mumbled about how shitty he feels and how he feels fake, you realised that wasn't the case. Over time, Bryce would get more confident; his attempts at wooing girls would get shorter and shorter, he'd get drunk quicker and quicker, and he'd flirt with you for bigger chunks of the night. His confidence could also be seen in the moments he shared with you; he'd start to try kissing you (successfully most of the time), and you could swear that one time he was stone-cold sober and just acted drunk so that he could remember everything the next morning. You felt bad, though, like you were taking advantage of the ginger, or even that he was taking advantage of your kind-hearted nature and the way you'd bend to his will whenever you pitied him or took care of him.
'Don't take a hit, don't kiss my lips, and please don't drink more beer'
After most people had cleared out, you would have to peel Bryce off of you and take him to his car to sober up a little. As more parties passed, you noticed that Bryce would drink more and more. You didn't know why he was doing this, and Bryce didn't either, at least consciously; subconsciously, he was drinking more to be drunk for longer, so that he could have an excuse to spend time with you and be himself. But this meant that you would have to deal with a very drunk Bryce; it also didn't help that you were also quite drunk by the end of the night. What would start as lying down in the backseat and drinking water to sober up would always, without a doubt, quickly turn into making out in Bryce's car. He was always the one to initiate it; overpowering you and lying you down beneath him in the backseat, though you never really fought against it. And though you enjoyed every second of it, enjoyed what felt like an answer to the unspoken chemistry between you and Bryce, enjoyed what felt like genuine flirtations and romance, you couldn't help but wish that Bryce was sober during all of this. You could feel that Bryce was letting the mask of his douche personality slip whenever he was drunk, but you knew that he would never do this when sober; he'd never fully take the mask off.
'Save me 'til the part is over, kiss me in the seat of your Rover - real sweet, but I wish you were sober...'
Eventually, after at least an hour of making out and even going a little further, you would pull Bryce off of you and emphasise that you two had to get going. Obviously, the man couldn't drive in his state, so it was always up to you to walk Bryce home. And it was no easy feat. You'd trip and stumble down the road, Bryce's massive arm swung 'round your shoulder as you practically lugged the hunk down the street. Once you'd get to his place, like clockwork, Bryce would always kiss you again, pulling you in close and begging you to stay over. You always felt that it was too late in the night for Bryce to still be drunk enough to be saying stuff like that, but you never questioned him about it.
'trip down the road, walking you home, you kiss me at your door. Pulling me close, beg me "stay over"'
Yet by the next morning, Bryce is always back to how he was before. Acting as if he hadn't flirted with you for hours and let little things about himself slip. Acting as if you two hadn't shared your most intimate selves with each other. Acting as if he doesn't live for and crave your touch. It was a constant loop. And you were getting bored of it. Though, bored's not exactly the right word. Maybe you were tired of it? Exhausted even? Sad? It doesn't really matter. You were done.
'But I'm over this rollercoaster. Honestly, you always let me down. And I know we're not just "Hanging out"'
You stopped putting up with Bryce's shit. Originally, you tried talking to him; you went 'round his place and confronted him about his very polarising behaviour. Bryce, of course, got defensive very quick. He started out by trying to play off his advances and the intimate moments between the two of you as friendly gestures. But when you wouldn't have it, he started shouting and accusing you of being weird. He, of course, threw out a couple of homophobic comments. He called you gross. The man even told you to 'fuck off, don't wanna see your face, scared I'll catch fag-atitis or something'. That really did it for you. You could handle Bryce's obvious displacement and refusal to confront his own emotions and sexuality, but outright insulting you? Oh yeah, that ginger can fuck off.
So, you put some distance between you and Bryce. Well, more like a lot of distance. You stopped texting him back. You stopped talking to him and seeing him in person. And you stopped going to parties with him; you didn't stop going altogether, you just made a point of not going with him or talking to him throughout the night. As you'd expect, Bryce didn't like this. Though they were buried deep, deep down, the wrestler most certainly had some strong feelings for you. But instead of working through his own shit, Bryce of course kept displacing his turmoil and anger at himself, towards you.
The pattern you had noticed and become accustomed to with Bryce had slightly changed. He'd still try to get with girls at the start of the night, but as he drank, instead of going over to you and flirting with you, he starts shit-talking you to all of his guys. He calls you 'crazy', 'some gay guy [he] was nice to and then [you] fell for him', calls you a 'stalker' that he always catches staring at him and says he 'wants you dead' for that.
'You were with your friends, partyin', when the alcohol kicked in. Said you wanted me dead.'
But for all the smack that Bryce would talk to his friends about you, calling you 'desperate' and many other things, you weren't the one yearningly and achingly trying to get back with him. You weren't the one spam texting, you weren't the one drunk-calling, you weren't the one showing up with roses at Bryce's front door. He was. He was doin' all that to you.
When sober, Bryce would go through moments of spam-texting you under the guise of being stressed that you'd 'expose' him for being gay; though in reality, he just needed you to talk to him, to stop ignoring him, to stop treating him like he was nothing. If it were late at night, the texts would get a lot less agitated and a lot more pathetic; mainly single-word texts of 'sorry' that would be deleted by the morning, or if he got real desperate, Bryce would literally beg you to respond. Again, when drunk, Bryce would constantly shit on you around his friends. But once the party's over? He's at your front door, holding a single rose. It's too late to slam the door on the wrestler; his foot already in the door. You listen to his drunken words, apologies, excuses; really, he's just digging his own grave deeper and deeper.
'But you show up at my home, all alone, with a shovel and a rose. Do you think I'm a joke?'
Whilst you do listen to him, you never actually care for Bryce's desperation. He was drunk when he would tell you he loved you, and would take it back the next morning. What's stopping him from doing the same now? You were also well aware of the amount of shit he was chatting on your name, and that didn't really help his case. After every drunken apology and profession of love, you would send Bryce on his way. It hurt you just seeing him around. Having to hear all this? It was killing you. So you would always just tell him to fuck off back to his friends and to keep up his 'alpha-male' shit. It was the truth, after all.
'cause people like you always want back what they can't have. But I'm past that, and you know that, so you should turn back to your rat-pack, tell 'em I'm trash.'
So he does go back to his friends. And the cycle continues. Bryce keeps calling you 'crazy', says that you 'drive [him] mad', calls you a 'psychopathic watcher ', and says that he 'fucked with you just for laughs'. The polar opposite of what he was saying to you the night before. And the polar opposite of what he'll be telling you later that very night, and the night after that.
'Tell all of your friends that I'm crazy and drive you mad. That I'm such a stalker, a watcher, a psychopath. And tell them you hate me and dated me just for laughs.'
'So why do you call me and tell me you want me back? You maniac.'
This wretched cycle went on for a while. But it came to a very abrupt stop when you got a call late one night. The sound of your ringer and the light of your phone screen woke you up. You saw the caller ID and sighed, but you answered anyway; you had already woken up, and Bryce never called this late; he at least had some sense.
He'd wrecked his car. Crashed it into a tree. He sounded really panicked, hyperventilating and sounding like he'd been crying. Bryce discombobulatingly explained that he didn't know who to call, and that he's sorry if he woke you up, and that he gets it if you don't wanna help him, etcetera, etcetera... You felt bad for him; you couldn't deny that. So, against your better judgment, you drove over and picked him up.
You took Bryce home and thought that would be it. Oh, how wrong you were. The ginger begged you to come in, arguing that he was still shaken up; and though you knew you shouldn't, his strong grip on your wrist and the way he looked with desperate eyes into your, it convinced you. You wiped the tears off of Bryce's face and calmly rubbed your thumbs across his pudgy cheeks. You brewed the man a tea and stroked his auburn hair. It was domestic. It was sweet. It didn't last very long.
'You just went too far, wrecked your car, called me cryin' in the dark - now you're breakin' my heart. So I show up at your place right away, wipe the tears off your face; while you beg me to stay'
The sweet moment slowly escalated into an argument. One in which Bryce was calling you 'crazy and dramatic', arguing that you're reading too deep into things.
'psychopathic, don't be so dramatic'
But you argued back. Like usual; you weren't one to take Bryce's shit.
"I thought we had something, Bryce. You told me that it was nothing, and I STUCK BY THAT! I left you the fuck alone. Like you asked! You're the one whose gone fucking manic now. You're the one who keeps coming back!"
That struck a cord. Mostly 'cause it was true, and Bryce really didn't... no, he couldn't hear it right now.
"Oh just fuck off, (name). I'm so done with your gay shit." Bryce mumbled.
You couldn't help but laugh at him.
"Fine. I'll do as you ask. Again. You need to deal with all that internalised homophobia, Bryce. No one gives a shit if you're gay. It's not the fucking 80s!" You get another jab in before you slam the door shut and head back to your place.
Damn. Why did you always say exactly what Bryce couldn't bear hearing, like you could see right through him?
'We had magic, but you made it tragic. Now you're manic, honestly, I've had it.' 'Listen to yourself, think you need to get some help'
And that was it for a while. Like before, you kept your distance, but this time, Bryce also kept his distance. You were honestly shocked. You expected him to at least go back to his desperate self when he got drunk, but no dice. Radio Silence. And you hated it.
Did that make you toxic? Maybe. You didn't exactly care. You hated that Bryce wasn't spam-texting you. You hated that he wasn't desperately trying to get your attention again. But at the same time, you had to be glad; at least this way, he wouldn't use you like some sort of experiment and then pretend like nothing happened the next day.
But after another month or so, a knock at your door grabbed your attention as you were getting ready for bed. The thought of it being Bryce flashed through your head as you unlocked the door. Why were you hoping it was that dickhead? You rolled your eyes at yourself as you swung the door open, but then ate your words when your wide eyes locked with Bryce's sad ones.
"............ugh" You broke the silence with a scoff. "Lemme guess: you're drunk, you hate me, oh but wait you wanna kiss me, oh wait you're not gay. Did I get it right? Can we just skip all that?" It was snarky. Sure. But by this point, Bryce's behaviour pattern was ingrained into your brain.
"I'm totally sober... Please. I wanna talk." Bryce's eyes remained sad and tired.
The sincerity in his voice was jarring. He wasn't slurring. He was looking you in the eyes. It felt totally different to the song and dance you were used to. So you let him in. You let Bryce talk. And holy shit were you left speechless. It was like a completely different person had taken Bryce's body over. He'd grown, or more like he'd self-reflect, so much in the time you two hadn't spoken.
Bryce explained himself. He didn't make any excuses; in fact, he told you that he didn't want to make excuses for himself and that he didn't deserve your benefit of the doubt. He told you how he felt a pressure to conform, to be what his parents and friends and everyone in general expected him to be. He apologised a lot, and told you many times that you didn't desrve all the shit he put you through and how much he regrets playing with your feelings. But what shocked you most was that at the end of Bryce's mini-speech, he came out to you. Sure, it was reluctant. And it was the way he said it with an upwards inflexion near the end that made it sound like a question, as if Bryce was still unsure. But it was still a massive step forward.
This little chat lasted most of the night. Bryce talked a lot, and then listened a lot when you said your part. But all in all, it was definitely productive; Bryce had fully put down the mask and just spoke to you without any sort of act; it was refreshing. It was 4am by the time the ginger left your place. You allowed him a hug before he left, one hug which lasted at least two whole minutes and was incredibly tight. Seriously, you felt like you were being suffocated... in a good way. The way Bryce's massive, muscular body wrapped around you, you felt cozy, safe. You told him that you couldn't move past all his shitty behaviour just because of one apology, and he completely understood; told you that no matter how desperate he was to make things right, he didn't wanna rush you at all. And honestly? That made your heart pitter-patter just a little faster.

Hello! I'd like to please request a little scenario for multiple characters if possible; I'm especially interested in your take on this with Law, Sanji and Ace given their backstory. If you're open to writing for the ladies as well then adding Robin into the mix would be appreciated! My idea is simple; an S/O with a child, and the aftermath of discovering that fact. I don't mind if it's an established relationship and there just wasn't an opportunity to meet the kid before or something else, I just like the idea of these characters dealing with the concept of surprise family/parenthood, the angst that may arise from dealing with the role of a stepparent if they want a relationship (and its happy ending if possible!) Good luck with all the requests, I hope you have fun with them!

Tags: Established Relationship, Surprise Family, Angst to Comfort, Fluff
The wind blows soft through the port town. Law steps off the ship, coat flapping behind him, hands in his pockets. He’s quieter than usual, eyes scanning the street ahead. He’s not here on a mission. He’s here for you.
You sent a letter three weeks ago.
Just one line: “I need to talk. Come if you can.”
Law doesn’t like surprises. But he comes.
He finds you standing outside a small house with peeling paint and flower pots on the windowsill. You smile when you see him, but it’s tight, like you’re scared.
He frowns “You alright?”
You nod “Yeah… I just—can we go inside? I don’t want to do this out here.”
Law follows you in. It’s warm. Smells like soup and soap. A small jacket hangs on a hook by the door. Not yours. Too small.
His sharp eyes catch it, but he doesn’t say anything yet.
You lead him to the living room and sit. He stands. Watches you.
You look down “There’s something I never told you.”
Law’s voice is low “I figured.”
You breathe in deep “I… have a kid.”
Silence.
You look up. His face is unreadable. Like ice. You hate that expression, it means he’s trying to think without feeling. To stay calm.
He speaks finally “How old?”
You blink “She’s five.”
He does the math. That means before him.
“She yours?” he asks, even though he already knows.
You nod “Yes. Mine. The... other parent's gone. Completely.”
He nods slowly. His voice is cold, but not cruel “Why didn’t you tell me?”
“I was scared.” You twist your hands “We met during a war. We never talked about kids, or… futures. Then we got together, and things felt good. I didn’t want to ruin it.”
“You thought this would ruin it?”
“I thought you might walk away.”
He looks away “You didn’t trust me.”
“That’s not fair,” you say, standing now too “I’ve been through things. I didn’t know how you’d react. You’re not… You don’t talk about family. You barely talk about your past.”
His jaw tenses. You hit a nerve.
You try softer “I wanted to wait for the right moment. But there never was one. Until now.”
Silence again.
Then small footsteps.
You freeze.
Law turns just as a tiny figure walks into the room, clutching a stuffed rabbit.
“Who’s this?”
Her eyes are big, curious. Law stares.
You kneel “Sweetheart, this is Law. He’s… He’s my friend.”
Law doesn’t speak. He just looks. She hides behind your leg.
You don’t blame her.
“She’s shy,” you say “But she’s smart. She reads pirates like storybooks.”
Law kneels too, finally, lowering himself to her level. His voice softens.
“I’m not here to hurt anyone,” he says “I’m just… surprised.”
Your daughter peeks out “You talk funny.”
Law blinks.
You laugh nervously “He’s from the North Blue.”
“Oh.” She tilts her head “Do you have a boat?”
Law nods “A submarine.”
Her eyes widen “Cool…”
She steps forward. He doesn’t move.
Then she offers her rabbit “You wanna hold Mr. Bun?”
You almost cry.
Law takes it. Careful. Gentle. Like it’s glass.
He looks at you over her head. Still unsure. Still quiet.
But he’s here, and he’s not walking away.
The rabbit sits on the table between you.
Law hasn’t said much since dinner. He eats quietly, politely. Your daughter sits beside him, munching rice balls like they’re treasure. She’s talking to him. A lot.
“Do submarines have beds?”
“Yes.”
“Do you sleep in them?”
“Sometimes.”
“Do you dream of fish?”
“…No.”
You nearly laugh into your cup. Law sends you a look. It says help me. You shrug. You’re doing fine.
When she finishes eating, you ask her to brush her teeth. She runs off with Mr. Bun in her arms. The house falls quiet again.
Law leans back in his chair.
“You didn’t even flinch,” you say “When she offered you the rabbit.”
He shrugs “She trusted me. I didn’t want to break that.”
You nod, chewing on your lip “That means a lot, Law.”
He looks at you. Eyes sharp but not cold “I’m not angry.”
“Really?”
“I’m hurt.” His voice is honest now “You didn’t tell me. I could’ve helped. Been there. Or at least known what I was walking into.”
“I know,” you whisper “I was scared. I didn’t want to push you away.”
“I’m not made of glass, Y/N. I’ve lost family. I’ve lost everything. But I never said I didn’t want to build something new.”
You look down at your hands “She’s my whole world.”
“I can see that.”
“And now that you’ve met her… what do you want?”
He pauses.
That pause stretches long and sharp between you.
Then, softly “I don’t know.”
You nod. You expected that. You’re not mad. Just scared again.
Law stands and walks to the window “She’s a good kid. Brave. You raised her well.”
You smile a little “She’s got my temper.”
“I noticed.”
You walk over to him. You both stare outside. The moon is bright tonight.
“I’m not asking you to be her father,” you say “You don’t have to… take that role if you don’t want it.”
He turns “What if I want to?”
Your breath catches.
“I don’t know how to be that,” he continues “A father. A parent. I’m… I’m a surgeon. A pirate. I know how to fight, how to cut, how to survive. Not how to raise a child.”
You place your hand over his “She doesn’t need perfect. Just present. Just kind. Even I didn’t know how to be a good parent.”
He watches you. Something cracks in his expression.
“I want you.” he says.
“I want you too.”
“But I can’t lie to you… I’m afraid. I don’t want to mess this up.”
You squeeze his hand “We’ll learn together. She’s not looking for perfect either. She just wants someone who doesn’t leave.”
That hits hard.
He nods and then tiny footsteps again.
Your daughter peeks from the hallway “Hey... can he read me a story?”
Law blinks “Me?”
She nods “You have a cool voice.”
You laugh softly “What do you say?”
He hesitates. Then walks over.
“Alright, let’s try.” he says “But only one.”
She beams.
You stand in the hallway, listening through the door. His voice is low, slow, careful. Reading a picture book about sea creatures. She’s tucked in, eyes half-closed. The rabbit is between them on the bed.
Law finishes the page. She murmurs, “You’re not scary like someone said.”
You gasp quietly. Betrayal.
Law chuckles “Someone said that?”
“Mhm. They said you’re all sharp eyes and brooding. But you’re kinda soft.”
Law mutters, “I am never going to live that down.”
You grin and walk back to the living room.
He stays. Finishes the story. Even tucks her in.
When he comes out, he looks… changed.
“You did good.” you say.
“I didn’t even sweat.”
“Liar.”
He sighs, then smirks “Okay, maybe a little.”
You take his hand again “So…”
“So.” he echoes.
“You staying the night?”
He raises a brow “You asking?”
You smile “I have tea. And a couch. Or a bed, if you behave.”
He smirks “I’ll try my best.”
── .✦ Sanji:
Tags: Flirting Sanji, Soft Sanji, Humor, Fluff, Unexpected Bonding, Found Family
Sanji flirts with you every time he sees you.
At the market “Ah, Y/N! Did the sun rise just to see your face today?”
At the docks “Want me to carry those for you, my love? Your hands are far too lovely for heavy lifting!”
Even after the battle in your city, where the Strawhats helped “You’re even more beautiful covered in blood. Should I be worried about how much I love that?”
You never fall for it. You roll your eyes. You walk away. You don’t even blush.
It drives him insane.
“You’re difficult to get,” he says one afternoon, following you through town “but I like that.”
“I don’t fall,” you say flatly “Especially not for men with hearts in their eyes.”
“Ahhh, but my heart is sincere!”
You stop and face him “Sanji. You don’t even know me.”
“I want to.”
You pause. He’s annoying, yes. But not bad. He’s never pushed you too far. Never said anything mean. Just flirty. Charming. Too charming.
You sigh “Fine. You want to know me?”
He lights up “Yes! Of course!”
“Then come with me.”
You lead him through town, away from the market, away from the noise. Into a quiet part of the island. A garden path. A small house tucked in the trees.
He’s still smiling “So this is where the beautiful Y/N hides. A date, then?”
You don’t answer. You open the door. Inside, it’s neat. Warm. Lived-in. There are toys in the corner. A tiny pair of shoes by the door.
Sanji frowns “Is this… your house?”
“Wait here.” you say.
You go into the back room. A few seconds later, you return, holding a small child. Sleepy-eyed. Holding a stuffed whale. While another lady leaves the house as if her job there is finished.
You look Sanji in the eye.
“This is my daughter.”
Sanji freezes.
Dead silent.
You wait.
You expect a nervous laugh. A fast goodbye. A dramatic “I’m not ready for this!” speech.
But it doesn’t come.
Instead…
“Her hair’s like yours,” he says softly “She’s beautiful.”
Your daughter rubs her eyes, looks at him “Who’s that?”
You answer “Just... a friend.”
Sanji kneels slowly “Hi, sweetheart. I’m Sanji. Can I say hello?”
She shrugs. He waves. She waves back with the whale.
“Nice to meet you, Mr. Whale.” Sanji says seriously.
You blink.
She giggles.
You didn’t expect this.
You make tea. Sanji helps. He insists, actually.
“She can’t have sugar this late.” you say.
“Then honey,” he says “Gentle on the stomach.”
You watch as he puts her cup in front of her like a butler. Bows. She bows back. You nearly choke on your tea.
“Do you cook?” she asks.
“Oh yes,” he says “Better than anyone.”
She claps “Make us dinner!”
Sanji glances at you. You nod. Why not?
He makes a simple meal. It smells amazing. Your daughter eats two full plates.
After, she sits in his lap and shows him a book of sea animals. He listens. Really listens.
You don’t understand what’s happening.
You were trying to scare him away.
Instead, he’s… perfect.
When she falls asleep, he carries her to her bed. Quiet. Gentle.
He tucks her in, fixes her whale beside her, and kisses her forehead.
You follow him back to the living room in silence.
“Well...” you say, still confused “That wasn’t what I expected.”
He smiles but smaller this time. Softer.
“I flirt because it’s fun,” he says “But I stayed because I wanted to see you.”
You stare at him “You weren’t scared?”
“I was shocked,” he admits “But not scared. You’re a single parent. That’s strong. She’s lucky to have you.”
You look away “I thought it would make you leave.”
“I’m not that easy to get rid of.”
You smile at that and look at him again. This time longer.
Sanji isn’t just charm. He’s heart. He’s warmth.
And… maybe you were wrong about him.
Your daughter’s asleep.
Sanji’s sitting on the couch, arms stretched over the backrest like he belongs there. His jacket is off, sleeves rolled up, and a soft smile on his lips.
He looks so… calm. Like this is normal. Like he wants this.
You sit across from him, legs tucked under you. You sip your tea. Your hands are shaking just a little, but you hide it well.
“Thanks for dinner,” you say “She loved it.”
“She’s adorable,” he says, smiling “And polite. You’ve done an amazing job.”
You stare into your cup “I didn’t do it alone. But… it’s been a long time since I shared her with someone.”
Sanji watches you quietly. No teasing now. Just listening.
You swallow. Here goes nothing.
“So,” you say “I’ve decided something.”
He leans forward “Oh?”
You lift your eyes to meet his “I’m saying yes.”
His brows lift “Yes to what?”
You smile “A date.”
He freezes “Wait. A—really?”
You nod.
“I mean, I’ve been asking for weeks, but I thought you hated me.”
“I didn’t hate you,” you say “I just didn’t believe you.”
“And now?”
“Now I do.”
He stares at you for a second. Then a slow, beautiful grin spreads across his face. Like he’s won a war. Like the clouds finally moved for the sun.
He exhales like he’s been holding his breath for days.
“You—you have no idea what this means to me, Y/N.”
You chuckle “I might have some idea.”
“Do you want flowers? Candles? Music? Should I wear a suit? I’ll cook, of course—”
You laugh softly “Just come as you are.”
He runs a hand through his hair, suddenly flustered “I don’t think I’ve ever been this happy.”
You sip your tea again. Calm on the outside.
But inside? Your heart is thundering. So loud it feels like it echoes in your chest. And he doesn't even know your heart is actually beating faster than his own.
You’ve had to be strong for so long. For your child. For yourself. Love always felt like a luxury you couldn’t afford.
But Sanji… he’s something else.
Not because he’s charming.
But because when it really mattered, he stayed.
And now, you let yourself fall a little deeper.
You stand. Walk over. And press a soft kiss to his cheek.
He goes still.
You pull back and say quietly, “Can't wait for the date.”
His eyes widen, then fill with something warm surprised, happy, maybe even a little nervous.
“You… really?” he asks, softer than you’ve ever heard him.
You nod “Don’t make me regret it.”
His laugh is breathless “Never.”
You smile, heart pounding, but you don’t let it show. He doesn’t need to know yet how much this means.
A few nights later for your first date Sanji goes all out, but not in a flashy way. It’s thoughtful. Intimate.
He sets up dinner on the ship’s deck. Small candles, soft music from a den den mushi radio, and a view of the sea under stars. He cooks something warm and comforting, not fancy, just full of love.
You talk for hours. About silly things, quiet things, your pasts and dreams. It’s easy. He listens more than he speaks, and when he does talk, it’s gentle.
No cheesy lines. Just Sanji. Real and warm.
After dessert, he walks you home in silence. Not awkward, just peaceful. The kind of quiet where you don’t need to fill space.
At your door, he looks at you with hopeful eyes but doesn’t move in. He’s waiting for your choice.
So you step closer.
You kiss him.
Soft. Sure. Just once. But it’s full of everything you’ve been holding back.
When you pull away, he blinks like he’s just been hit by a wave.
You smirk “You were taking too long.”
He laughs, dizzy and full of stars.
And for the first time in a long while, so do you.
── .✦ Ace:

The sun burns above you. You’re lying on the deck of your ship, one leg over the other, a half-empty bottle between your fingers. Ace is beside you shirtless, grinning, sweat on his brow, flame flickering off his fingers like it’s breathing with him.
“You always steal my rum.” you say, kicking him lightly.
“You always keep it warm,” he shoots back “I’m doing you a favor.”
You roll your eyes “Your idea of favors sucks.”
He leans closer, his voice lazy and smug “You didn’t say that last night.”
You groan “Get a new line, fire boy.”
He grins wider. You punch his arm. He fake-winces, like it hurt. It didn’t.
That’s the two of you: teasing, biting, half-fighting, half-kissing. No promises. No labels. Just good fun and bad timing.
Pirate life is rough. You take what joy you can.
“Hey,” you say after a long silence, watching the sky “Wanna hear a secret?”
Ace smirks, eyes still closed “If it’s about that thing you did in the galley with the honey—”
“No, dumbass. A real secret.”
That makes him open his eyes. He turns to look at you “Alright. Hit me.”
You sit up. Serious now. The bottle rests on your knee.
“I have a son.”
Ace snorts “You what?”
You nod, eyes still on the horizon “Yeah. He’s five. His name’s Ren.”
He blinks. You go on before he can interrupt.
“I had him before all this, before the piracy, before you. I got caught in something messy with the Marines. To keep him safe, I left him with my parents. Changed my name. Ran.”
Ace stares.
You keep talking “I go see him when I can. Disguised. Just for a day or two. He thinks I’m some traveling doctor or something. He doesn’t know who I really am.”
You pause. Swallow.
“It’s hell, leaving every time. But I’d rather he grow up safe than have him hunted.”
Ace starts laughing.
You blink “What the hell?”
He’s full-on laughing “Holy shit, you got me! I thought you were serious. What is this, some new kink? Roleplay? Mommy pirate stuff?”
You just look at him.
Dead quiet.
No grin. No tease.
Ace’s smile dies instantly. The flame on his fingers goes out.
“…Wait,” he says “You’re not joking?”
You don’t say anything.
His expression changes fast… shocked, confused, then something close to guilt “You really…?”
You nod once “I’m not playing around.”
He runs a hand through his hair, suddenly tense “Shit.”
“Yeah,” you say, dry “That’s usually the first response.”
He opens his mouth. Closes it. Tries again “Why are you telling me this now?”
You shrug “I don’t know. Maybe because you’re the closest thing I’ve had to a real connection in years. Or maybe I just got tired of lying all the time.”
He stares at you.
You look away “I didn’t expect you to laugh. That sucked.”
“…I’m sorry.”
“Forget it.”
“No,” he says quickly “I’m serious. That was a shitty reaction. I just… I didn’t think you were the kind of person to hide something that big.”
You exhale “Turns out, I’m full of surprises.”
The silence between you is heavy now. Not like before.
Then Ace says quietly, “What’s he like?”
You blink “Huh?”
“Your kid. Ren. What’s he like?”
You smile a little “Stubborn. Smart. Messy. Loves drawing fishes. Hates carrots. Thinks I have the coolest boots in the world.”
Ace nods, quiet. He looks down, then up at you again.
“I meant what I said,” he murmurs “I’m sorry for laughing. And I’m… kinda honored you told me.”
You raise a brow “Didn’t peg you for the emotional type.”
He shrugs, eyes soft “Didn’t peg you for someone with a child.”
Touché.
Ace doesn’t talk much for the next few days.
No flirting. No teasing. Just quiet looks when he thinks you’re not watching.
You try to act normal with some old jokes, same smug grin as always, but you feel it too. Everything changed with that one secret. The space between you now holds more than just fun.
It holds truth. Real, heavy, warm truth.
You’re standing at the helm when he walks up beside you.
“I want to come.” he says.
You glance at him “Come where?”
“When you go see your son.”
Your hands tighten on the wheel “Ace—”
“I’ll stay out of sight. I swear. I just… want to see him. I want to understand what you gave up. What you’re protecting.”
You study him for a moment. His eyes don’t waver. There’s no joke. No smirk.
Just Ace. Real. Honest.
You nod.
Months later — The island is quiet. A small village with stone houses, chickens in the streets, a little bakery that still smells like your childhood.
You pull your hood low. Ace wears a cap, sunglasses... he looks ridiculous, but no one’s looking at him. Just another traveler.
Your parents’ house is at the end of the road. Garden full of wildflowers. Paint peeling on the fence.
Your son is playing outside.
He doesn’t see you at first. He’s chasing butterflies. Laughing. Barefoot.
Ace stops walking.
“That’s him?” he asks, voice rough.
You nod “Ren.”
Ace just stares. His hands slowly curl into fists.
You call out softly, “Ren?”
The boy turns. His face lights up.
He runs to you screaming. You drop to your knees and catch him in your arms. He’s warm. Real. Solid.
Ace looks away.
Inside, your parents keep things short. They know who Ace is. You warned them. They’re not happy, but they trust you.
You all sit outside. Ren sits on Ace’s lap by accident. You try to grab him, but Ace just holds him steady.
“It’s okay,” he says “He’s light.”
Ren shows him a toy ship made of sticks “I made this!”
Ace chuckles “Really? That’s better than some ships I’ve sailed on.”
You stare.
Ren grins proudly “My parent used to tell me stories. About pirates and fire powers. Did you know there’s a pirate who can set his fists on fire?”
Ace raises a brow “Sounds dangerous.”
Ren gasps “But so cool!”
You laugh softly. Ace sends you a small look. It’s gentle. A little sad.
Later, when Ren naps, you and Ace sit on the back porch.
“He’s amazing.” Ace says.
“I know.”
“You’re amazing,” he adds “You left this. For his safety.”
You stare at the grass “I think about quitting all the time. Just staying here. Being at his side full time. But… the world’s not kind. And if they find me—”
“I get it,” he cuts in “You’re doing what you have to.”
You glance at him “I didn’t expect you to care so much.”
He shrugs “Neither did I.”
Then he adds, “But now I can’t stop.”
Your heart stumbles.
“He’s got your eyes.” Ace says softly.
“Don’t get attached.” you warn “This life… it’s dangerous.”
“So is mine,” he says “But that didn’t stop you from letting me in.”
You look at him. Really look.
“I didn’t plan for this...” you whisper.
“Neither did I.”
But here you both are.
And suddenly, fun doesn’t feel like the right word anymore.
The sound of quiet laughter wakes you.
You blink against the morning light, still groggy, still warm under the blanket. It takes a second to remember where you are... your parents’ house, back in your old bed.
And then you hear it again.
Ren’s voice.
And Ace’s.
You sit up, heart skipping.
You slip out of bed, still barefoot, and pad toward the living room. And there they are.
Ren sits cross-legged on the floor, his little wooden ship in one hand, while Ace sits across from him, mimicking an enemy pirate voice.
“Noooo! You got me again, Captain Ren! My ship is sinking!”
Ren giggles and throws a pillow at him “That’s what you get, bad guy!”
Ace dramatically falls back, hands in the air “Ughhh… defeated by the mightiest pirate on the seas…”
Your heart squeezes.
Ace looks so natural. Hair messy. Eyes full of warmth. Like he belongs here.
But then your parents come in.
They freeze when they see the scene.
Ace doesn’t notice at first, he’s laughing with Ren, his smile unguarded.
“Ren.” your mother says, sharply.
Your son turns.
“Come away from him,” your father says quickly, stepping forward “Now.”
Ace blinks, confused “I—”
“Ren,” your mother repeats “Come here.”
Ren looks at you, unsure.
You step in “What’s going on?”
Your father’s jaw tightens “We don’t want him near the child.”
You stare “Excuse me?”
“He’s a pirate,” your mother hisses “A famous one. Fire Fist. He’s dangerous.”
“He’s also sitting on the floor playing ships...” you snap.
Your parents say nothing.
“You trusted me enough to come here with him,” you continue, voice rising “Now you’re trying to pull Ren away like he’s some kind of monster?”
“We’re protecting our grandson.” your father says coldly.
“From what? A man who’s been nothing but kind to him?”
“You don’t know what kind of life he brings.”
“I do,” you shout “I live it too. If you forgot. And yes, it’s dangerous. Yes, it’s hard. But Ace has done nothing but respect my family, protect me, and treat Ren with more care than anyone ever has!”
They go silent.
You’re shaking now, fists clenched.
“And for your information, I love him.”
The words fall like a hammer in the room.
Ren blinks.
Your parents’ eyes widen.
Ace just stares at you.
You don’t move.
You didn’t mean to say it... not like this, not loud, not angry... but it’s out.
And real.
You look at Ace, heart thundering “I love you.”
A beat.
Then Ace stands slowly, eyes locked on yours. He walks to you, quiet. The room holds its breath.
He stops in front of you.
“I wasn’t sure if I should say it first,” he says, voice low “Didn’t want to scare you off. But you beat me to it.”
You blink.
“I love you too.” he says.
He reaches out, gentle, and takes your hand.
Your parents stay silent. Ren looks between the two of you, then claps once like it’s the best thing he’s ever seen.
“Can I have pancakes now?” he asks.
You and Ace laugh at the same time, breathless.
And just like that, the tension cracks.

It’s late.
Most of the crew has gone to bed, except you and Robin. You're both in the library room. She’s reading. You’re not. You're just holding the edge of a piece of paper... frayed, uneven, and pulsing with life.
A vivre card.
You don’t have to look at it to know it’s still there. Still pointing somewhere far away, where you can’t be.
Robin closes her book softly “Is that what’s been on your mind all day?”
You glance over.
Of course she noticed.
You nod “Yeah.”
She tilts her head slightly “Can I ask who it’s for?”
You hesitate.
You’ve never told her. Not because you didn’t trust her, but because it always felt like a story that belonged to a different version of you. The you from before the sea. Before the Straw Hats. Before her.
But she’s already part of everything now.
So you answer.
“My son.”
Robin says nothing but her gaze sharpens. Attentive. Careful.
“He’s with his other parent now,” you continue, voice quiet “I raised him alone before I joined the crew. He’s the one who said it was okay. Actually, we were always together, in another small crew. Then he wanted a different kind of life. One with… peace. So we contacted his other parent.”
Robin nods, slow “He sounds mature.”
“He was always like that. Smarter than me, I think.”
There’s a short silence.
You look at the vivre card “I haven’t seen him since I joined. We talk through letters, sometimes den den mushi. But I don’t know when I’ll be able to see him again.”
Robin’s eyes soften “Do the others know?”
You shake your head “No. Just you.”
She reaches out. Her fingers brush yours, just enough to touch the vivre card “Thank you for trusting me.”
You smile, small but real “I didn’t know how to bring it up. I didn’t want you to see me differently.”
Robin hums “I already see you. Clearly.”
You blink.
She looks at you steady and kind “You carry something heavy. And still laugh with the crew. Still help cook. Still stand beside me in battle. That’s not weakness.”
Your chest aches in the best way.
She pauses, then adds, “If one day… you want to try and see him again, I’d go with you.”
Your voice catches “Really?”
She nods “Of course. I’d like to meet him. He sounds like someone I’d admire.”
You look down at the vivre card.
Still warm. Still burning.
Maybe not as far away as it feels.
It’s just past dinner.
You’re with Robin as she asked you to stay close. A soft excuse about helping her with some documents. You're both sitting on the floor, back against the wall, a soft lamp between you.
You have the vivre card on the table. You don't always keep it out, but tonight you felt the need to hold it.
You glance at the Den Den Mushi nearby.
You hesitate.
Then pick it up and dial a number you’ve had memorized since your hands first held his.
The snail blinks sleepily… then perks up.
“Hello?”
Your chest tightens at the voice.
You smile “Hey, kiddo.”
A pause, then, “IT’S YOU!!”
You laugh, caught off guard by the pure excitement.
“Oh my god—FINALLY! You didn’t forget me, right? You didn’t sail into a storm and disappear forever, right?”
Robin lifts an amused brow, watching you with quiet interest.
“I didn’t forget you,” you say softly “You know that.”
“Just making sure. I’ve been drawing so many sea monsters lately you would not believe. I made a kraken with three hats.”
You laugh again, voice cracking slightly “Three hats? He must be important.”
“Very.” He pauses, then adds, “...I missed you.”
You shut your eyes “I missed you too.”
Robin looks away respectfully, but stays close.
Then, from the snail: “Hey, wait—who’s near you? Are you with someone?”
You glance at Robin, who blinks, caught.
“She’s... a friend.” you say carefully.
Robin speaks, her voice soft “I hope I’m more than just a friend.”
The Den Den Mushi mimics a shocked face.
“...OH MY GOD. IS THIS YOUR GIRLFRIEND??”
You bury your face in your hand.
Robin chuckles lightly, graceful even when embarrassed “Hello. I’m Robin. It’s a pleasure to meet you.”
There’s a long pause.
“...You sound really cool.”
Robin smiles “Thank you. So do you.”
“Wait—how much do you know about them? Like... do you know about the time they tried to cook without instructions and set the wall on fire?”
You groan “Don’t tell her that.”
“It was a microwave! The noodles caught on fire!”
Robin’s shoulders shake with laughter.
You shoot her a glare that holds no heat “I regret this entire call.”
“No you don’t.”
And he’s right. You don’t.
Not even a little.
Later, when the call ends, you sit in silence.
Robin’s hand reaches for yours “He’s amazing.”
You nod, voice soft “Yeah. He really is.”
She squeezes your hand gently “He has your spark. And your chaos.”
You smile through the ache in your chest “He’s better than I’ll ever be.”
Robin rests her head against your shoulder.
“You’ll see him again. When the time is right. And I'll be with you... if you want me.”
"Of course I do."
And somehow, with her beside you, that feels like a promise you can believe in.

HEYYY I HAVE AN IDEA so like hiccup with saying “girlfriend?!?!?! That’s my WIFE” when someone says something along the lines of “tell your girlfriend to get out of my face” after they insult either reader or hiccup or just something like that
She is my wife!
Hiccup x Fem!reader
Since the words girlfriend and wife were specifically used, I assumed that the reader is feminine.
I had something of a fight with my father, and I had the urge to punch an authority figure, which may or may not have slipped through in this fic.
Warnings: None in particular, there are some curses and the one horny thought from the reader.
You didn’t really get why you were here. No, that was a lie. You understood why you were here.
One of the tribes allied with Berk had a dragon problem and as the “heralds” of the dragon-human peace and cooperation you and the dragon riders were expected to interfere in order to solve the problem.
That and Hiccup would use any excuse to get out of Berk for a little while. Plus, it was hard to really entrust that task to anyone else.
Politically speaking, sending someone other than Hiccup or the dragon riders could be viewed as Berk looking down on the tribe asking for help. On the other hand, someone inexperienced could make matters worse with the dragons in question.
There was Valka, you supposed, she met all of the criteria as far as experience and status were concerned, but while her dragon skills were unmatched—except for maybe Hiccup— her people skills could still use some work.
So, yes, generally, you understood why you were here instead of someone else. You even understood why Hiccup had insisted you join him. Not that you would have let him go alone. He was prone to getting in trouble when left alone for prolonged periods of time.
What you didn’t understand was why you were having a strategic meeting with this tribe about the dragon problem. Usually, you would go to wherever you were called to calm down the dragons, inspect the area for what is causing them to act out aggressively and proceed to lecture the villagers about what, why and how the problem occurred in the first place.
You have been here for what felt like hours listening to the chief go on and on about things you were far too bored and uninterested in to pay attention to. You were sure that you zoned out at some point, only coming back to reality after Hiccup had taken hold of your hand, tagging at it softly.
“So glad to see that you are back with us.” The sarcastic voice of the man sitting across from you rang in your ears. He was clearly displeased with your lack of attention.
“Yeah… um, my mind drifted for a moment. I apologise.” You said not really feeling apologetic, but trying to appease the man on the other side of the table nonetheless.
“It is alright.” His voice sounded rough and aged. “Not everyone can follow along with complex discussions.” He smiled condescendingly.
The bastard wasn’t even trying to be tactful with his remarks.
“Must be all the repetitions and dancing around the subject.” You said quickly, stopping Hiccup from answering.
Your hold on his hand tightened as he turned to look at you. He looked confused and a little concerned. Why were you stopping him? There was no reason to indulge this charade if this was how you were gonna be treated.
You ran your thumb across his arm soothingly, holding his gaze, looking calm, trying to show that it’s okay.
Hiccup’s lips pressed to a thin line, tightening his own hand around yours.
“Perhaps you lack your chief’s ability to comprehend difficult words.” The chief’s voice ruined the tender moment.
There was a meaning to be had here. Someone of your station shouldn’t be present in a meeting between chiefs. Other than the obvious insult to your intelligence. Again.
Oh, so that’s how he wants to play it. “Perhaps the problem is that, unlike my chief—” Gods, calling Hiccup by his title felt beyond wrong—“you lack the ability to be concise and to the point.”
Hiccup watched the exchange with his hand pinching the bridge of his nose. So much for diplomatic relations.
“Watch your words, little girl.” The chief raised his voice, getting up from his chair, wood scraping against wood from the force.
“Or what?” You get up, placing your hands on the table. Your eyes pinned on his, extending a challenge that, realistically speaking… you… would lose.
Hiccup let out a tiny groan as he also got up, placing a hand in front of each of you, trying to keep you both apart. “Aaaalright. I think we are getting way off subject. How about we take a break and get back after we all have—”
“You need to be more mindful of your people, Hiccup.” The chief turned his attention to Hiccup. “I can understand that love can make you want to be lenient, but even your loved ones are not above your rule.” He spoke with such conviction, like he was trying to teach and reprimand Hiccup at the same time. “You might be new to this, but you need to learn. Don’t insult your father’s legacy, boy.”
Your mouth dropped open. The entire hut fell silent for a second.
“I’m gonna wipe the floor with you. You sad old man.” You said as you moved to jump across the table towards certain death.
“NO!” Hiccup yelled quickly, wrapping his arms around your middle. “No, no, no, no.” He kept repeating as he tried to move towards him.
“Is this how you establish the law, boy? Get your girlfriend out of my face!” The chief yelled again. “And since she is so prone to acting wild, it is best to have her wait outside with the dragons.” He added, just as Hiccup had managed to get you away from the table and to his side.
“First of all.” Hiccup’s voice rose as well. “She is my wife.” He emphasised. “And let me be clear that in this situation, you are asking us for help. It would be best to remember that every indulgence and goodwill that has been extended towards you that has nothing to do with your dragon problem has been because of my wife.”
The chief was looking at Hiccup, surprised. You, on the other hand, felt rather smug about this particular turn of events.
“We have wasted enough time here. We will deal with the actual reason for our visit now.”
He was so hot like this… You are definitely fucking him once you are back on Berk.
…
Damn your brain does not know how timing works.
He moved to leave the hut, taking hold of your hand and leading you outside with him. You threw a pleased look at the chief as you moved and batted your eyes, letting the feeling of victory radiate from you and further the old man’s shock.
Hiccup kept walking after you were both outside, not slowing his pace or letting go of your hand. Once he deemed that good enough, he suddenly stopped and turned to face you.
He looked like he was about to say something, looking like a storm was held at the edge of his tongue. Instead, he just let out a deep exhale and let his head fall to your shoulder.
“I can’t believe you just did that.”
“Really? I thought I held back for quite a long time.” You said, running your fingers through his hair.
Hiccup let out a weak laugh, putting his hands around your waist. “Still though…”
“Still what? I think I did us both a favour. Now we can get on to doing what we actually came for and then go home.” You said feigning innocence.
“You will be the end of all of Berk’s diplomatic relations.” He mumbled, giving you a quick peck on the lips.
“Not all,” you said, giving him another kiss. “Just the annoying ones.”

nasty emily engstler smut PLEASE I BEG
yes lesbians for more e.e. content! warnings: drunk sex so like maybe dubcon but idk, lowkey fuckboy emily lol fic below the cut! (1.7k words) (unedited)
- it was safe to say that you completely blew finals week, spending a little too much time partying rather than studying. the consequences have fight up to you within the last four hours, in which your professors handed back the exams upside down (which already felt insulting). you were already able to see all the red marks, even through the back of the paper.
which is how you found yourself at the club on a tuesday, drowning your sorrows with the exact thing that caused you to bomb your exams in the first place.
you’re on your fifth shot, giggling half-hysterically with one of your girlfriends that decided to come, too. she snickers before tripping over your own foot with her heeled one, causing both of you to stumble into the counter and explode in a fit of giggles yet again.
your friend shrieks when a hand comes on her shoulder from behind, only to settle when she turns and sees it’s the girl that she’s been flirting with here for the last couple hours.
“hey,” she grins, fishing her wallet out of her purse and pulling out a couple twenties before waving them in between you and your friend. “it’s on me.” your lips curl into a grin as you pluck the bills from her fingers and you all sit down to order another shot.
and another.
and another.
and somehow thirty minutes later, you find yourself dancing alone, your friend and her mystery stranger gone, throwing out some crazy stanky leg move. a couple of people near you whoop and encourage you on. you stand up a little straighter and spin, your mind running in slow motion, the music and voices of others all a distant blur.
“hey, hey, hey! slow down there, ma.”
oh. and now there’s another person. holding you up? did you just run into them? you sure didn’t feel it. you look up into her eyes and immediately try and bring your hands up defensively, only to have her grasp your forearms for your own sake and help you stand.
“i- um, ‘m sorry if i hit you,” you slur, bowing your head a little apologetically. “‘m good now, it’s fine. but thanks.”
she finally lets go of your arms, brushing off your shoulders before leaning down to get at eye level with you, a brow quirking up in concern.
“hey, hey now. how much you had to drink tonight, babe? think you need to sit down, yeah?”
your brain takes a second to process the question, but you shake your head slowly after a moment. “oh, no, no, i’m okay. just, um- just a few. or- yeah, a few. s’okay. just need to find my, my friend.”
you take a step to move past her, but your legs feel like jello and your knee buckles as you nearly trip again, only to feel warm hands dart under your armpits to hold you up again. you hear the woman tut before sliding an arm around your back, half holding you up as she begins to guide you away and towards the back, where it’s quieter.
“just sit down with me for a little bit, ma. just gonna get you some water, okay? don't worry about your friend.”
she sits you down at a bench along the back wall, looking you in the eye with something of a strict look. “don’t move. i’ll be back in a minute.”
and like that, she’s gone, leaving you to slump against the back of the bench, avoiding some sticky patch a couple inches away from where you’re sitting.
your brain thumps from the alcohol, your movements lethargic as you try to straighten up.
sure enough, the woman appears again shortly, a glass of water in hand. you swallow thickly when she reappears- how did you miss how tall she was before?
“drink,” she instructs, crouching down in front of you as she lifts the glass to your lips. her fingers brush against your jaw as she tilts the glass back, forcing you to drink about half the glass before she brings it back down. her thumb moves to brush the wetness from your lips.
“…sorry,” you manage to say after a minute, your head bowing down lamely, only for her to hold it with her hand.
“don’t mention it. you’re fuckin’ wasted, ma,” she murmurs, her voice a low timber. you’re not looking at her, but you can hear the smirk in her tone.
“isn’t that what the club is for?” you half giggle, getting over your own stupidity quickly as you peek back up at her.
her lips curl up a little more, but she doesn’t reply, her other hand absentmindedly rubbing your knee.
“y’think you’re gonna make it out there?” she muses. her gaze drops, looking at your legs as her hand moves just a couple inches up from your knee.
you nod, already ready to dance again. with that, the stranger stands back up, pulling you up after her.
“..what’s your name?” you ask after she pulls you up, her hand now moving to snake around your lower back.
“emily,” she grins.
-
you ease back into clubbing mode pretty easily after your assisted recovery, heels clicking back onto the main dance floor, your new friend emily following close behind you.
from there, the two of you move like water, your friend long forgotten as the two of you dominate the central floor.
emily chuckles lowly when she spins you and is forced to catch you a couple times, and you let your hips sway with the beat. it’s not long before you find yourself grinding into her front, emily’s hand slipping down to grasp your hip, guiding the motion as she lets it happen.
the bass reverberates in your ribcage, the alcohol still running through your veins as she suddenly controls the pace of your rhythmic grind. emily leans her head down, just enough to reach your ear to whisper into it.
“i still think you’re a little wobbly on your feet,” she hums, pulling your ass into her crotch especially hard. “think you need someone to take care of you for the rest of the night, yeah?”
you try to turn your head, but her grip on you has you facing forward. she nips at your ear, letting her words sink in.
in your drunken state, you nod loosely, an airy grin blossoming on your face as she spins you again, only to stop you so you’re facing her and pulling you in tight.
emily’s tongue slips out to wet her bottom lip as she stares down at you, her muscled arm keeping you tight against her.
“fuck me,” she mutters to herself, shaking her head for a moment in amusement before pulling you into a searing kiss.
-
which is all to say how you now found yourself shoved against the inside of one of the few bathroom stalls of the club, breasts mashed against the chill of the stall wall as emily’s thick fingers drill into your weeping cunt. the neon blue of the bathroom lights leave dark shadows that mask her actions, the music from outside still audible as she fucks into you on beat.
“fuck, c’mon, open up, ma. know you can take three,” she hisses, her other hand snaked around your front to grasp roughly at your breast.
“c-can’t, em, i can’t,” you cry, despite arching your back to have her fuck her digits into you deeper.
“yes, you can. y’were already soaked through those flimsy ass panties when we got in here, you can take three,” she snaps back, slowing her momentum only to prod her index finger at the muscle around your hole.
you squeal, thrashing momentarily only to shiver when your body eventually relents and loosens enough to allow her to slip the third finger in with her middle and ring. you can feel the wicked grin on her face as she stuffs you, giving you only a couple seconds to adjust before she’s back to thrusting her fingers in and out of you.
“god, s’like fucking a virgin,” she slurs raspily, her hand now moving automatically as she drills into you. “that’s why you came here tonight? y’wanted to get fucked like this?”
you’re unable to think properly, your head bobbing up and down. “y-yeah, needed- needed this,” you agree weakly.
“good thing i was here to take care of your pretty ass instead of some sleazebag,” she growls, the hand on your breast moving down to pay attention to your clit as she roughly begins circling it.
you nearly shriek, legs shaking as you push back into her hand that’s fucking you. “e-emily, stop, i’m gonna-”
she snickers and moves to press herself against your back. “yeah? gonna what? gonna cum? fuck, cum on my hand, ma,” her composure starts to break the more she talks, her own movements starting to get a little jerky.
you squirm for another couple moments before seizing up, squealing as your legs shut around her hand and she fucks you through your orgasm, leaving your legs shaking. after a minute, she’s ripping her fingers from you without warning and pulling roughly at your hips with her other hand to straighten you up. you whip your head around to see her licking the remnants of your slick from her fingers before noticing that you’re looking at her, one of her eyebrows quirking.
“y’gonna be okay?” she hums casually, and you’re not even entirely sure what part she’s talking about, still getting over the whiplash of the last two minutes.
your eyebrows furrow, but you nod nonetheless, aftershocks of your orgasm still rippling through you as you tug your soiled panties back up your thighs. your phone’s around here somewhere, surely.
“good, because i kinda gotta bounce,” she says a little too casually, almost to mask the awkwardness. her gaze meets yours again for a last time before she moves to the side, groping your ass one more time and unlocking the stall.
she flashes you a quick half-grin and mutters a ‘thanks’ before she’s out of the bathroom, the club music pouring into the space for a moment before the door shuts and you’re alone again with your thoughts and the thump of the bass outside.

whats goodie gang its the mira headcanons anon. i gotta say THANK YOU FOR THE FOODDD. also im back for more bc i fear your writing absolutely blew me away.
anyways may i request nsfw headcanons for mira w/ an afab reader? and kinda random but perchance could you throw a strap in there somewhere? okay bye (lifts up arms floats away into the sky)

◆ MAIN COURSE: sub!Mira x dom!afab!Reader
◆ TYPE: NSFW, romantic
◆ ALLERGEN WARNINGS: None I think??
◆ NOTES: First off I'M GLAD YOU LIKED IT and second off I love her too bro I gotchu 🫡
OH MY GOD. I LOVE YOU. I love anyone who reqs afab reader actually BUT STILL.
Okay. OKAY. First off other people may say that this woman would prefer the dominant role BUT. This is a sub character blog. And I swear I have justification for Mira okay I swear I do
It's the fact that before she got into HUNTR/X, she's never really fit anywhere. Not with people in society, not with friends, certainly as hell not with her family. Before them, she thought that she'd never have a place where she could just.. belong, and honestly something like that can get ANYONE to feel like they're on some sort of constant survival mode as she refuses to let anyone see any sort of vulnerability that they may use against her
But then there was HUNTR/X, the people she considers the family she doesn't even wanna lose, no matter what. And then there was you. You, who gave her the time, the space, the understanding, instead of dismissing her for her unsavoury bluntness or thinking that she was nothing but a very prickly problem
I think your first time together wouldn't be until like. A bit later in the relationship, I think give or take around 6 months. Being in a relationship w her in the first place already means she trusts you more than most, but getting intimate with each other? First of all, an idol's schedule is BUSYYYYY idk if there'd be any time for that kinda thing, especially not when you're considered the Top 1 K-Pop unit. Second of all?
"We don't have to do anything, if you don't want to."
The words barely register in Mira's brain, the sound and sensation of her own heartbeat overrideing any other senses she had. When it does, however, her head snaps to look at you dead in the eyes, having to look up slightly due to your position—she was sat on the bed, with you having slipped into her lap in the midst of a particularly heated make-out session.
"Huh?"
"Your face," you lifted your hand up to tuck a few strands of pink hair behind her studded ear, "you look scared. We can stop."
She felt her heart squeeze, and a tingling heat in her core. It wasn't because of the way you dragged your hand from her ear.. to ghost her jaw.. before settling on her chin as your thumb lightly traced her bottom lip, though it did help a lot. Rather, it was moreso due to the way you had looked at her—years of living like you were nothing but a problematic inconvenience because your presence was too loud, and yet there was just this person who was willing to wait and listen anyway instead of walking away.
You looked at her like she hung the moon, what the hell was she supposed to do about that?
"No, it's--" The idol cleared her throat before trying again, her voice smaller than both of you had ever expected, "I'm not scared, just.. you're not.. going to think I'm too much to handle after this, right? I've never really done anything with anyone."
"Never let anyone get close enough?"
"Fuck you," there was no anger in her words. "..Yeah."
You just let out a hum, as if the two of you were discussing the weather rather than sex. And then you shook your head as your hand then went from her chin.. down to her the middle of her chest, "I'm not going to think you're 'too much', but we both know you'd rather see it than hear it. So." And you push lightly, "Lie down. Let me demonstrate."
A traitorous blush coated Mira's cheeks, the colour visible within the moon's glow. The light push couldn't ever be enough to knock her down, but she let herself fall back anyway, her hair sprawling behind her like a halo.
She finds herself enclosed within your arms a mere few seconds later when you crawl over to hover above the cool beauty, your lover. And in that very moment, when you duck down to trace kisses down her body while clothes are slowly discarded from both of your bodies, it feels as if the two of you are the only people in the world.
"Instead of 'too much'," you continued when you finally reached the apex of her thighs, wet and glistening, "I'll make sure you feel like you're mine instead.
Mira feels as if she really belonged.
Anyway proceeding to the actual NSFW hcs :3
Start off with Mira's part on this post bc I feel the need to address it again thank you
I think she'd absolutely ADORE soft sex actually. Listen throw away kinks for a second, right. She's gone without care for so long just bc her being a 'problem chold' and being outspoken would def equal to not needing any proper emotional care bc why would she need that? Clearly she can handle it all on her own, right? WRONG she actually needs to be taken care of. Finger her while holding her close so that she can cling to you, even after she cums all over your hand
Apart from that though honestly I feel like she'd be into bondage and acting like a brat. There's something about pretending to struggle and resist—emphasis on the 'pretending' bc be so fr all three girls could snap anyone like a Kit Kat bar thanks to their training—that has her thighs squeezing together. It's like a form of reclaiming I guess? Since everyone else thought she was too much trouble, and yet now she's sprawled on the bed and even the punishment for being a bad girl's sweeter than sin for her
Turnoffs........I don't think she'd enjoy titles much, like 'mommy' and such. Genuinely not for any reason apart from she personally isn't into it, which honestly fair enough girl. Idk if she'd enjoy petplay either, or degredation in general—it has her getting her hackles raised so fucking fast. Light degredation woukd be fine, esp when it's later on in the relationship and she 's more than comfortable with you now. But not too much yk
Creamer and someone who's definitely REALLY into overstim. Anyway
Also? A size queen actually 😄
Whenever Mira jokes by going full deadpan, sometimes you can't tell whether she's being serious or not. And that's perfectly fine, because either way it was usually going to end up entertaining one way or another.
You didn't think it'd apply to a talk about dildos, though.
In the midst of aftercare after a particularly taxing session, the lazy topics between you had somehow migrated to the talk of toys; the type the two of you would like, making fun of toher specific toys, and then...
And then there was the sizes.
You brought up getting your girlfriend the biggest, the most monstrous, the most diabolical strap you'd ever find. And her answer?
"Do it."
You really, really weren't sure if she was joking or not.
..Until today, when in the middle of eating her out, she reached underneath her bed just to reveal a blank box that held.. well, the exact thing that Mira's cunt now tried to hold onto despite you pistoning your hips over and over.
It wasn't the biggest, or the most monstrous, but it was definitely diabolical. You had to open her up slowly with a lot of lube, stretching her out with one finger.. then two.. then three, making sure that she could at LEAST take the start. The rest? The two of you decided to work it out as you went. ..Though it didn't feel like there was much 'figuring out' being done, not as if you were complaining—Mira's nails clawed at the sheets as she let out a series of sultry moans and curses under her breath, all while she moved her hips as if she were on some very enthusiastic autopiloting.
Her speech was jagged at best and utterly incomprehensible at worst, but she clenched on your strap as if it were something real—it couldn't even do so properly, not when it was already stretched out as is.
And you could never forget the stunned face she made when you put it on.. and the way her body shook as she came for god knows how many times now as she buried her head in her pillows in an attempt to shut herself up.
JUST SAYING AFTERCARW IS SO SOSOSOSOSOSO IMPORTANT TO HER!!! She gets so endearingly quiet as the two of you just lay there for who knows how long. And she'll also ask if you wanna get anything to eat/get delivered. AND she'll ask you if you wanted anything before she passed out for a nice nap
It just turns into a cuddle sesh and honestly? What more could anyone ask for?

Slow Burn 🔥
Bucky x f!Reader
Allll the tropes - you can never have too much cake, friends! There's only one bed, injured on a mission, friends to lovers...
I am still under the influence of a heatwave 🫣 I also now appear to be writing sex acts I've never written before. It's like an unofficial mini-series 😂
Bucky Masterlist
Word Count: 2k
Warnings: face-sitting, oral (f receiving).
Alexei was going to pay for this. You weren't sure how just yet, but you'd think of something. Some suitable punishment for accidentally giving you enough explosive to level a whole building rather than just get you in the door.
You dug through your bag until your fingers closed around what you needed. An ancient tub of moisturiser. Picked up in a gas station more than a year ago, a totally unknown brand - probably banned from sale in the US. Probably not containing even a milligram of aloe.
Luckily it still smelled cool and fresh, still looked usable. Behind you, the bathroom door opened.
“How's the shower?”
“About as good as you'd expect.” Bucky grimaced.
You spun around with a wide grin just as he pulled his t-shirt over his head. Your grin disappeared, taking your bravado with it.
“There was me hoping for a huge walk-in with one of those rainfall things,” you muttered.
“Afraid not. I wouldn't even touch anything if I were you.”
Your expression must have said it all because he followed up awfully quickly, “I just mean, like, the walls, not yourse-”
His low voice petered off, the tips of his ears went pink.
“Well, yeah. Obviously,” you scoffed, filling the awkward silence.
The whole place was gross.
You hadn’t planned on a motel.
It was just a quick job - plant the charges, blow the door.
Instead, half the bunker went up in flames.
The burn on your shoulder said enough.
Bucky had dragged you clear of the fire, complaining the whole way to the motel about you not wearing your suit.
“If I’d been wearing my suit, I’d be peeling melted polyester off my skin right now,” you snapped.
He didn’t say another word.
Not until you got to the motel and found, befitting your terrible luck, one full-size bed. Not even a queen.
You passed him as you headed for the bathroom, and you could swear his eyes flicked to your shoulder, just for a second.
You closed the door firmly behind you.
You were friends. Kind of.
There was no need for this to be so… awkward.
You showered fast, following his advice and keeping your hands to yourself, and in the short time you'd been gone, he'd found the spare blanket and lay it on the floor.
“You can't sleep there,” you said before you were even fully back in the room. “It's disgusting. There's probably roaches.”
He didn’t look up. “I’ve slept on worse.”
You hesitated.
“The bed’s not that big,” you muttered. “Just don’t, like, spread out.”
He eyed the bed, then your shoulder.
“You should take that side. You’ll roll onto it otherwise.”
You arched a brow. “Since when are you the burn expert?”
“Since I carried your crispy ass out of a fire.”
You choked on a laugh. “My crispy ass? That’s what we’re calling it?”
He didn’t answer. Just stared at you for a second too long, then said, “get in the bed.”
You opened your mouth to argue, then shut it.
You took the side he pointed to and climbed in first, turning onto your side. He followed a second later, back to you, a careful few inches of air between your bodies.
The silence was too quiet. Too full.
He exhaled slowly. “I didn’t mean don’t touch yourself earlier.”
You sniggered in the dark.
“Goodnight, Bucky.”
He didn’t reply.
You lay still, hyper-aware of his presence a few inches behind you. His warmth. The shift of the mattress every time he moved.
Eventually, his breathing evened out.
Yours didn’t.
You didn’t know when you drifted off. Only that when you stirred again, it was still dark - just the faintest sliver of morning pushing at the curtains.
You didn’t move, you kept your breathing steady, even as you felt the bed shift slightly behind you.
His arm reached across you, slowly and carefully, for something on the nightstand. He was trying not to wake you. A soft scrape of something plastic. A quiet lid twisting open.
Then the slow slide of your top strap down your arm.
The cream felt cool. Soothing on your angry skin. His fingers worked it into your skin, gentler than they had any right to be.
He was being careful. Methodical.
But he lingered.
His thumb dragged lightly just below the edge of the injury. Too low to be part of the job. Too light to be innocent.
You kept your eyes closed, imagining his hands moving further down. It was all you could do to keep your breath steady, let alone your hips.
And then, as if you weren't already in pieces, you felt him blow lightly over the burn. Your skin cooled and tingled and you couldn't help the sigh of relief that fell from your mouth.
Even to your own ear, it sounded like a broken moan of pleasure.
You clamped your mouth shut, eyes pinching closed with embarrassment.
His hand froze.
You could feel the way his body went still behind you.
“Don’t do that,” he said, voice low. Strained.
You didn't move. “Do what?”
“Make that sound.”
You could’ve died.
He drew in a slow breath, his fingers still resting lightly on your shoulder.
“I thought you were asleep.”
“I was.” You paused. “But then you started touching me.”
“I shouldn’t have,” he said softly.
“Shouldn't you?”
You rolled onto your back to look at him, the burn smarting against the rough bedsheets.
“I’ve thought about it,” you admitted quietly.
“Fuck. Me too.”
“So,” you said finally, but trailing off into nothing.
“So if you don’t stop looking at me like that, I’m gonna kiss you.”
You snorted, “no you're not -”
He dipped down quickly and caught your mouth with his.
You gasped, surprised by his boldness, and felt him go still above you. Before he had time to doubt himself, you wrapped your arms around his shoulders to pull him down onto you.
He resisted, just a little, and pulled back.
“Your burn,” he muttered against your mouth.
“‘s fine.” You leaned up to kiss him again, but he twisted away from you.
“Not like this,” he said roughly. Then, after a breath, “c’mere.”
He shifted, rolling to his back, hands guiding your hips as he pulled you with him.
You could feel how hard he was beneath you, the restraint in every movement.
“You sure?” you whispered.
He huffed a laugh, one hand skimming your thigh.
“Sweetheart, I’ve been sure since Berlin.”
You sank into his kiss, half sprawled on top of him, your hands buried in his hair, his mouth hot and hungry against yours.
There was a quiet urgency in the way he kissed you - like he’d been holding back for months and now didn’t know how to stop.
The kiss deepened, his hands everywhere and yet careful to avoid hurting you. When you finally pulled back, both of you were breathing hard.
He looked at you, really looked at you. His voice dropped.
“How’s is it?”
“Better than in my head,” you smirked. He rolled his eyes and gestured to your shoulder. “It’s fine. It's nothing.”
His fingers brushed down your arm gently. “I want this to be good for you. Easy.”
You raised an eyebrow, your smile widening. “Are you saying I’m lazy?”
“No,” he said, leaning in, his mouth just by your ear. “I’m saying I want you above me. Comfortable.”
He lay back slowly, still watching you.
“Sit on my face.”
It wasn’t a question.
You blinked, heat licking up your neck - and not from the burn. “Bucky, I -”
“You don’t have to move. You don’t have to do anything.” His voice dropped, a smirk tugging at his lips. “Let me make you fall apart.”
“This isn’t exactly how I pictured our first time,” you laughed nervously, trying to reach for another kiss.
“No?” he grinned, pulling out of your reach. “Because I’ve definitely pictured it. Just relax, I've got you.”
His hand trailed down your thigh to the back of your knee, pulling your leg further over him. You shifted, your knees bracketing his hips, and sat up, peeling off your thin cami.
His eyes drank you in, dark and focused, but he didn’t reach for you.
“I could just stay right here,” you teased, rolling your hips against him. “Ohh, fuck -” you sighed. “Please, Bucky.”
His hands skimmed up your thighs, slow and steady. “Then lose the rest for me, sweetheart.”
You bit your lip, wriggling out of your underwear as his grip tightened, guiding you higher up his chest.
You hesitated again, your breath shallow and heart pounding. His eyes were locked on yours - not teasing, just openly wanting.
“I’ve never…” you started, then couldn't finish.
“I know,” he said gently. “That’s why I want you to.”
He didn’t rush you. He just waited with all his quiet intensity focused entirely on you.
You moved up his chest slowly, his hands steady on your thighs, guiding. When you reached him, hovering just above his mouth, he looked up at you like you were something sacred.
“This is ridiculous,” you muttered.
He lay back expectantly. “Not even a little. I knew you'd look perfect up there. Come here, sweetheart,” he murmured. “Let me take care of you.”
He hooked his hands around your thighs and pulled you down. You reached out to grip the thin wooden headboard to steady yourself.
As his broad tongue dragged a long, slow stripe through your pussy, your thighs clamped around his head, half in shock, half instinct.
“What if I fucking suffocate you?” You asked, horrified.
He rolled his eyes, and in them, you knew he was grinning into you.
“Do your worst, baby,” he said, muffled against you. His voice sent vibrations through your body, he held you a little tighter.
His tongue worked you open with a pressure that had you throwing your head back. By the time he swept it over your clit, your hands had given up clinging to the headboard for dear life, and were palming your breasts, rolling your nipples between your thumb and index finger.
“God, Bucky -” you rolled your hips, willing yourself to look at him.
He reached one hand up to cover yours, you swapped them so that yours covered his, kneading your soft curves.
He moaned into you, the sound enough to make you grind down against his tongue.
You reached behind and wrapped a hand around his thick cock, weeping and aching. He fucked up into your fist, each thrust in time with the flick of his tongue inside you.
When his lips closed around your swollen clit and sucked, your legs shook and your vision went white, his name tumbling from your mouth.
Your grip on his cock tightened as you writhed against his mouth.
Hot, sticky ropes of cum painted your back, your ass - he came hard in your hand, roaring into your cunt.
“Holy fuck,” you breathed, shifting back on unsteady knees.
He pressed a wet kiss to your inner thigh, making you tremble again.
Still catching your breath, you lifted your hand - slick with his release - and brought your fingers to your lips. Bucky groaned low in his chest, watching as you licked the taste of him from your skin with deliberate, languid strokes.
“Jesus,” he muttered, eyes blazing.
He surged up suddenly, sitting against the headboard and dragging you down with him, hands firm at your hips. You slid easily down the broad plane of his chest, letting your legs fall to either side of his thighs until you were straddling him again, skin sticking to skin.
His mouth found yours in a messy kiss, all hunger, no restraint - tasting himself on your tongue.
You rocked your hips without thinking, still pulsing around the aftershocks, still needing.
“Bucky…” you breathed against his jaw, your voice raw. “I want more.”
His hand slid up your spine and he blew lightly over the warm skin on your shoulder. “Yeah?”
You nodded, pressing your lips to his cheek. “I want to feel you. All of you.”
He stilled, grip tightening just slightly.
“What’s that, sweetheart?” he asked, low in your ear. “Gonna need you to say it again.”
You smiled against his skin, grinding your hips against the hard line of him. “Please. I need you inside me. Want you to fill me up.”
A rough sound left his throat.
“God,” he muttered. “Thought you’d never ask.”
When he finally pushed inside you, you knew you’d never need to ask again.
