have this fun headcanon that dean never says I love you back out loud because he just like. thinks he does all the time and literally just forgets because he's an idiot.

like when they get cas back he just clutches him close and buries his face in Cas' shoulder and he's like you fucking idiot. you have me. you always had me. whatever you want cas. and he cries and like that's that. and every time cas says it to him in their life after — which btw. that takes a while for cas too because he's just so used to loving dean from a distance that he can't believe he's allowed to have it in the palm of his hand..he can't believe that he's allowed to be open and loud and fearless and absolutely without shame with it. so he has to get used to that, but he does get there. anyway. whenever he does say I love you to dean, the first few times dean's like stuck in between panic and awe and every time after that he's just SO FLUSTERED because he's HOPELESS and he has a CRUSH on this guy even tho they're literally living together and do nasty things to each other on a regular basis but like god forbid they hold hands right. anyway. it's not emotional constipation so much emotional confusion because he really doesn't know what to do with all this easy affection and love because he's never felt it quite like this before where it's a firework in his belly and fizzy champagne bubbles in his blood and this delicious heat under his skin that makes him feel young and giddy and stupid and he loves it so much but it also just turns him into a mess and so he doesn't respond with words and often just resorts to something foolish like a whispered alright or shuddup or he just kisses cas and thinks me too but maybe he doesn't say it. he really doesn't say it. but he doesn't know that he doesn't say it because he's hopelessly in love and the moments all blur when cas is there and so near and with him.

anyway. months down the line..maybe it's even been more than a year. who knows. it's just something really mundane. in the unwritten fic, it's just one of those nights that start out warm and cosy and turn frigid by the time it's midnight and dean and cas have kicked off the covers and they're both sleeping (because cas sleeps now yes he's an angel but he sleeps and eats and does things that make him feel untethered and human and alive because i said so don't talk to me) and dean wakes up because there's a draft on his legs and it makes him shiver and he squints at Cas who is impervious to the cold but he is curled away from dean because they'd moved away from each other in the middle of the night and dean's NOT having that HE'S COLD so he groans and crawls towards cas and drapes himself over his body and his skin's cool too because it's been exposed to the breeze this whole time so dean's whining and slapping cas awake and he's like come on, man and cas groans and scoffs and goes UGH DEAN but the body underneath him warms really quick and Dean snuggles close and cas magics the covers so they tuck themselves around them both and dean's like. sleepy happy sighing into Cas' chest and he says thanks, sweetheart. I love you. and cas wakes up like he's been electrocuted and dean startles because cas did and they look at each other and cas is like what did you say? and dean's SO CONFUSED because again HE'S AN IDIOT he literally DID NOT REALISE that he HAS BEEN SO HAPPY. AND PREOCCUPIED WITH THE BEING IT BUT HE HAS NOT BEEN SAYING IT and so he's like what the fuck what. and cas is like. dean..and dean's like ??? I love you??? why are you acting weird??? this is normal every day conversation??? are you okay?? and cas is like .....oh my god and dean's like you are scaring me cas and cas is like no..no dean..it's just. it's stupid. but he's jumping into Dean's arms now tucking his head in his neck and there's that break in his voice like he's overwhelmed like he was when he first said.those words to dean and dean's like cas? cas??? and cas is like. you've never. i mean. i knew. i KNEW. and you've prayed. before. unconsciously. but you've never said. and dean is like stop fucking with me of course i have. and cas is like baby it's okay let's go back to sleep. but he's laughing and crying and he's HAPPY RIGHT like he's giddy and dean's losing his mind and he's having a crisis and he lies back down in bed and suddenly it's hitting him HOW STUPID he's been because like YEAH. he has NEVER actually..he really has never. said it.

and like he's like shit. cas shit.

and cas is like. no hey it's alright. i knew. I promise I knew. i just. i

and dean doesn't need to hear this he also doesn't need cas to defend him because this is just..like..it's not even neglectful or anything this is LITERALLY IDIOTIC it's literally like. SILLY STUPID like he is KICKING himself because WHAT THE FUCK

but then he's sitting up very seriously and he takes cas' face in his hands and he's like. i love you. I love you very much. I love you more than I've loved anything. more than pie. more than BABY. you're the love of my whole goddamn life. okay??

and cas is laughing again and crying a little bit and he's like oh god this is SILLY they are being SILLY. but dean keeps saying it over and over because he has all this time to make up for where he DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HE WASN'T SAYING IT and he kisses him between each little confession and it's silly and sweet and soft and everything good. and then they have sex and cry and fall asleep in each other's arms the end.

The disproportionate way in which everyone – fans, detractors, and the press – have handled the issue of the Princess of Wales and her children's photo, along with her announced withdrawal from public life, is a disturbing reflection of the current state of social media and the disconnect that exists between these platforms, common sense, reality, and respect for privacy.

Since that January 17th, when Kensington Palace announced that the princess had undergone surgery that would keep her away from the public eye for a considerable time, a kind of collective frenzy was unleashed. It was as if permission had been granted to unleash the contained stupidity that had somehow been latent in society. Detractors rejoiced as if they had won the lottery, while some fans suddenly felt insecure about the uncertainty of the future. Meanwhile, the press, which had been holding back its claws, now seemed like a rabid animal eager to break free from its chains.

As the days passed, the madness took over social media even more. The most absurd theories found an echo online, demands for proof of life became louder and more absurd, and empathy for the right to privacy seemed to fade in the face of media exposure's voracity. Many completely forgot that behind the tiara, there was a woman with rights.

It's ironic that in an era where the fight for justice and gender equality has become so vocal on social media, we forget that Catherine, before being a princess, is a woman who deserves respect and protection. She's criticized for her apparent perfection, as if being flawless were a reason for reproach rather than admiration. Contemporary feminists seem to have lost sight of women who choose to keep their private lives out of the media frenzy, preferring instead those who constantly present themselves as victims, repeating the same victimizing discourse over and over again. It seems that only those who fit into that mold are worthy of protection and solidarity.

But then, the palace published a photo. And the little restraint that the press had, broke. Not to mention the fans. What may have been an attempt to appease the masses and counteract the absurd game of the press and the public, ended up fuelling the flames of controversy. It's true that the palace and the princess herself made mistakes, but the disproportionate reaction of the press was equally regrettable.

We live in a world where 95% of people on the internet edit the photos they upload. In this context, it's difficult to discern what is real and what is not. In the realm of celebrities, this practice is even more common. The difference is that they not only edit minor details, but also alter their faces and bodies, and this seems to be accepted without question. However, the same press that feeds on these images and agencies like Getty, AP, REUTERS, etc., decided to remember their lost ethics and set an example with the mistakes in photo of the Princess of Wales and her children, which is absurd.

They are talking about not being able to trust the palace anymore, they have accused Catherine of thousands of stupid things and the saddest thing of all is that they are doing it at a time when Catherine is recovering from something that was clearly serious. Does her mental health not matter? Do Catherine and her family really not deserve privacy? Is society really that rotten?

It's easy to think that they don't pay attention to social media, but at the same time, it would be naive to believe that they have no idea what is being said. How could they not when it's everywhere?

The question I have been asking myself for a few days now is, was all the uproar made by the press, the agencies necessary? Will ALL celebrities be treated the same way? Will ALL publications uphold this ethics from now on? Or will this special treatment only be given to William and Catherine?

The answer for me is obvious. I don't know about you.

The palace was clear from the beginning about when the princess would return to public life, how long she would be in the hospital, and requested, from the beginning, respect for her privacy. However, no one seemed to care. Now everything is out of control. Fans look for scapegoats when they are also part of the problem. The press pretends to be judge, victim, perpetrator, and defense at the same time, and the haters... well, they continue to be the same miserable ones as always.

The fans, or those who claim to be, have also lost control. Instead of keeping calm and simply waiting, they have become increasingly insecure. They discuss diagnoses, talk about conspiracy theories, and, basically, have become what they claim to hate. And they do it all at the same time. Sad reality.

Although I am a fan of William and Catherine, I recognize that their mistake was foolish and amateurish but at the same time, as a person with more than one neuron functioning in their head, understands that the reaction all this has generated has been disproportionate, absurd, and stupid.

There are things happening in the world millions of times more important and serious to be wasting time on such insignificant things like this.

It saddens me that Catherine's name has been mentioned so many times on the internet for the wrong reasons. It's sad that she and her family are the favourite punching bag of many.

The press finally found something to criticize the Waleses about, after more than 20 years.

It would be interesting to see the actions that Kensington Palace takes regarding its relationship with the press, particularly when it comes to personal and private matters. It will be interesting to see if they will release photos for Prince Louis' birthday and if the agencies that are now hitting their chest with morals and ethics will be allowed to use them.

It will be interesting to see what happens when Catherine eventually returns to public life.

The only thing that became clear to me a few days ago, is that the society we live in today is hypocritical and annoying. The press, despite pretending otherwise, has lost all semblance of impartiality and objectivity. Although it's hard to believe they ever knew what that was. And the fans... often end up being the worst enemies of their favourites.

So I made this piece of art doing with phil's wings and tail

And I was looking at crows and the difference they have. I searched "what is the largest species of crow" which is a raven and I wanted to see the side different to a normal crow and human.

Look how big and raven is to a normal crow

Look at that big boy.

With my art I did his tail in a more diamond shape (cause it look cool) and it turns out normal crows have very squared tails while ravens have diamond ones.

rose would do it. first because bless her but she has the situational awareness of a rock, and legitimately would not realize this isn’t her doctor until his facade starts to break down and he starts bleeding grief-laced love for her at every turn. but once she does realize it, she’s both deeply sympathetic and a little scared that she could make him into this. it’s a lot to be confronted with having that much power over someone, to break them so thoroughly. rose would try to get back to her doctor, but while she’s with the future version, she tries to do what she can to ease his pain. (she also tries to figure out a way to subvert her fate. she fails.)

i think martha would be harder to trick. she can smell desperation on the doctor like a bloodhound. she is so tapped into the fact that this man wants to off himself so bad and that she’s 90% of his self-restraint, so present her with a doctor who is lacking that and she’s onto him immediately. however, assuming he gets her to come with him, explains why he’s doing this, there’s like. a minute where she’s kind of. not flattered exactly, but surprised, giddy with the realization that he’d come back for a little more time with her, especially if this is early season 3 martha. which would all come crashing down around the time that he reveals that he wasn’t pushed to this by losing her to some tragedy or her death or anything- but that she chose to leave. that is the point at which martha goes ‘oh i need to get the fuck off of this tardis right now’ and ghosts the past!doctor that she was also traveling with because holy shit, man.

donna, like rose, is easily bamboozled into following the wrong doctor home, provided that he shuffles her along into his tardis too fast for her to argue. but she catches on far quicker than rose does. like, three minutes tops of watching the doctor move through the tardis in a way that’s definitely not enthusiastic piloting and looks more like guilty panic. and then she yells at him for lying to her. and she yells at him for kidnapping her. and then she stops yelling because he’s gone sort of still and quiet and his eyes are just broken. and he doesn’t explain himself, he confesses. donna is going to try to stay with him after this btw. because how do you go back to looking your best friend in the eyes when you know he’d take everything you’ve become away from you, even to save your life? and this is still the doctor, he still did that to her, but he regrets it. regrets it so much that he can’t live with it, he’s breaking time and space just to hear her say his name again. and donna doesn’t want to lose him anymore than he wanted to lose her.
