Team Star wasn't what it used to be. Far more of a club for friends than any sort of real 'Team', that did leave the bases as a vulnerable point. One they hadn't really thought too much about until Eri's base had been taken over and defaced. The ordeal had been taken care of, an apology delivered by the leader of the group the perpetrator came from. And though Penny very much understood taking responsibility as a team leader, if the apology wasn't from the person who had done it, she didn't know if she could trust it wouldn't happen again or that they had learned their lesson.

Penny hadn't seen the person herself at the time, but she had gotten a description and was always on the look out for whoever might match it. She wasn't confrontational or anything, so she didn't really know what she would do if she did ever find them herself. And that was a question she hadn't wanted to face until she had no choice. Like right now, when she was almost positive she was looking at the person. Her feet carried her forward almost without her realising and now she would Have to confront him. At least she had her Umbreon by her side, his eyes narrowed and a bit on the defensive.
