my beautiful daughter with many accursed illnesses (3 year old laptop with a new error every month) has returned from the war (2 hour boot loop), where i wrote her every day (toggled every setting i could access from the bios menu) to no response. at long last she arrives, but i sense something has changed within her heart (force restarts if i make her move too many files). i spend every waking hour (before i go to bed) tending to her bedside (frantically copying important files to external drive), but she continues to waste away (2 hour estimate to move one decently sized folder of mostly app setup files). perhaps a seaside trip (windows reset) would do her good, but alas, the sea is faraway, and i fear the journey may do her harm (i had to reset my ms password and now i think if i try to open troubleshoot menu again it'll send her back into the boot loop). i find myself seeing apparitions in the path-stones. i only hope they are not omens of the coming days.

The brightly-coloured hybrid even held his talons in front of Vanellope to obscure her from his counterpart’s view. When Sinistar began circling the trio, King Candy matched the other bug’s movements, making sure to keep himself firmly shielded between his opponent and the smaller two characters at every step.  “Well… isn’t this a surprise.” Sinistar’s reverberating voice hissed, scarlet eyes narrowed to slits. “I never thought of Turbo as the soft type.” “I never thought of you as the ‘being alive’ type, yet here we are.” A wicked grin stretched across King Candy’s face as he took a challenging step towards Sinistar.  “Let’s change that, shall we?”
