Enhanced Horse Ear Slider

This is a replacement for EA's ear slider (however, EA's ear sliders are included).

This is an all-in-one slider which includes 8 sliders total. You must click on the head to use these (some of them require detail edit mode).

Ear Placement Slider (left and right, left view, face) Remember to grab the bottom of the ear.

Donkey Ear Slider (up and down, left view, face) Remember to grab the bottom of the ear. Please see notes.

Ear Lean Slider (left and right, right view, face) Remember to grab the bottom of the ear.

Arabian Ear Slider (left and right, front view, face) Remember to grab the bottom of the ear. Please see notes.

Ear Distance Slider (up and down, front view, face) Remember to grab the bottom of the ear.

I've done very little testing outside of CAS with this, so please feel free to let me know of any issues you run into! Everything seems to work quite nicely with CAS poses, which is a good sign.

Should anyone else create an ear slider, this mod will NOT be compatible - you will have to decide between them.

Notes:

Remember to grab the ear (top and bottom) for these sliders!

The Donkey Ear Slider can actually be combined with the Marwari Ear Slider!

The Marwari Ear Slider may be improved in the future. The game doesn't seem to like when the ears cross over, which is why it's less curly than we wanted.

Many of these sliders have the potential to cause some weirdness when combined with other custom sliders.

Any distortion you may experience with equipment is likely not fixable.

The GIFs help to demonstrate the angle you need to use these sliders, just like any EA ones.

Oliver 'Ollie' Bearman

For Ollie I imagine him being a large and friendly soul. I ended up on a Clydesdale because I thought a Shire was just a little too robust. Clydesdales were bred because people wanted a smaller Shire with prettier movement. I imagine Ollie being the cuddle-horse of a petting zoo for children. Just imagine him gently moving around all the small children and thriving in the attention <3

Torger 'Toto' Wolf

Tall, dark, handsome and looks amazing in white. Sound familiar? Toto’d definitely be either a Friesian or a Friesian x Arabian cross. A gorgeous mover that can be quiet hot-headed. The star in the dressage ring!

Christian Horner

Christian in my eyes is the epitome of an Arabian; determined, intelligent, sneaky, cooperative yet not ;) I imagine him being the older stallion at a well respected estate that’s like the showpiece of the stable. Maybe also trained in dressage or driving? (And obviously not as inbred as some horses can get nowadays)

Sebastian Vettel

Seb is a Haflinger! These guys are cheery and joyful, but also love working. And his mane/hair just matches perfectly :3 I imagine him being a pretty successful dressage pony that loves to guide new kids on their journey to the higher levels.

Kimi Raikkonen

Kimi is (also) a Finnish Horse! I imagine him and Seb being leased out at the same estate and them just being best friends. Everyone knows that where Seb is, Kimi is also. Where Seb is a the joyful, energic pony that needs a lot of work before he can settle down and actually start moving, Kimi is the complete opposite. Calm and collected, he easily gets into work. Together they like to relax in the sun in their meadow. And they also look a like a lot so imagine the newer kids having difficulty telling them apart! :)

Nico Rosberg

For Nico I imagine him being a racehorse, maybe even at the same stable as Lewis :3, but being different. Like him being an Akhal Teke. This gorgeous breed from Turkmenistan is so shiny and gorgeous, but they can also really excel in racing. I imagine him being the underdog for most years, everyone calling his owners crazy for even considering him, but Nico putting down really solid times. And everyone keeps doubting until he wins a grand slam as the fourth horse in history to do so, because I imagine Lewis also gets like 3 or 4 grand slams. His owners promptly retire him and he becomes one of the most successful breeding studs while also enjoying his retirement :)

Okay so James would 100% be a Morgan crossed with Arabian. They have an official name but I’d what it is off the top of my head. Long black mane for sure. Chestnut tone probably. No socks. A blaze 100%. Can be sassy but SO LOYAL and obviously a massive flirt. Loves dressage. Prefers to race. Will beat everyone to the person handing out free apple slices.

Lily would be an Appaloosa. She would be a strawberry roan!!! Don’t @ me other horse people it’s true. This horse version of our girl will obviously bite your head off if you don’t do things her way. Once kicked man so hard his balls never descended again. Is still somehow an angel to children. Hates dressage. Get that horse in a barrel race. Pins back her ears but at the same time, rests her head on James. She is a massive mood, honestly.

If the netherlands has friesians, America has mustangs, and Saudi Arabia has arabians, what breeds come from sweden?

There are a few to pick from so I'll just list them here and I've included some of my own photos of each breed so you can get a better idea of their characteristics. There are no "historical" pictures included, so this is a bit of a departure from what I normally do so I hope people don't mind.

Svensk Varmblod (SWB)

Sweden has the Swedish warmblood which has been very successful in showjumping, dressage, eventing, and even driving. As of 2018 it is the most common horse breed in Sweden followed by Icelandic horses and then warmblooded trotters (two non-native breeds). In 2018, of the top two highest ranking show jumping horse and rider duos, both horses were Swedish Warmbloods (Hanson WL and Albfuehren’s Bianca). The examples below are of two Swedish Warmbloods in more commonplace use as all round riding horses.

Nordsvensk Brukshäst and Kallblodstravare

The North Swedish Horse (Nordsvensk) is a native breed of heavy horse. It is still popular for riding, driving and farm work. Lighter lines within the breed are bred for harness racing and are registered in the stud-book of Svensk Kallblodstravare, that is to say Swedish Coldblood Trotter. This split happened in 1964, creating a heavier working-type and a lighter trotting horse. The Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish cold blood trotters are the only ones that exist in the world. One of the most famous Swedish Coldblood Trotters is probably Järvsöfaks. He holds the current world record for Coldbloods in wins, consecutive wins (42), and the coldblood trotter world record time, 1:17.9 per kilometer. The photos bellow are of the heavier type (Nordsvensk Brukshäst).

Svensk Ardenner

The Swedish Ardennes is it's own breed and the result of crossing the imported Ardennes horses to the Nordsvensk. The breed was developed in the late 19th century in response to demands within agriculture. They are a medium-sized draught horse breed that are still used in areas inaccessible to machinery to haul timber.

Gotlands Russ

The Gotlands Russ is an old breed of Swedish pony. Feral horses on Gotland have been documented since the 13th century, but in the mid 19th century settlers caused their numbers to decline and despite a breeding centre being founded in 1880 there was only 14 left in 1922. In the process of rehabilitating the breed two Welsh stallions were used. The stud-book has been closed to outside blood since 1971. They are good all round ponies that are often used for harness racing.

Rarity and Sweetie Belle as grey lipizzans mostly because I thought it was cool that they’re born black and turn white as they get older, and they seem fancy and elegant and I think it suits them. I imagine sweetie belle would be a pale dapple grey when she gets older.

Pinkie Pie as a Romani cob/haflinger cross (which I misspelled on the image oops) because I wanted her to have some resemblance to applejack because they’re related, but I also thought she should be pony-ish with a fluffy mane and tail and slightly off putting pale blue eyes. also bc of friendship is witchcraft.

fluttershy as palomino selle francais because I had to keep her buttery yellow color and because “French haute couture please”. and I think having her as a gaited walking horse is a good counterpoint to rainbow as a race horse.

Applejack and apple bloom as Appaloosa draft crosses bc I couldn’t decide between Appaloosa patterns (and puns) and that sturdy draft build

Rainbow dash as a thoroughbred (which I also misspelled. damn.) bc fast. and dapple because it looks like rain and clouds

Scootaloo as a red dun quarter horse because they’re not as fast as thoroughbreds or other race horses but they’re popular for barrel racing and western trick stuff, which suits her scooter stunts I think. Also I couldn’t not have a quarter horse in the mix.

Twilight as a bay Arabian because they’re fancy/aristocratic. I also thought about barb or Andalusian but I couldn’t resist the distinctive silhouette
