i’m not really the one to ask with this kind of cpn. never was. i can only hear it when it’s very clear. apparently, there was a video shared from inside of the zhuhai race last year ( october ). as you can see, it’s really close. directly behind yibo. some are saying you can here one person saying “xiao zhan” and then “zhan ge instructed?” / “zhan ge instructed us”. i vaguely hear ‘zhan ge’ tho. or am i hallucinating? lol. unless there is a person there who is also called zhan ge — then i don’t know who else they could be talking about. ⬇️⬇️⬇️
there have been some clues coming up from last year that xz was there. and fans are discussing how yanyan seemed to be extra protective of yibo ( video below in GIF form ) and making sure that there was no one filming there that wasn’t supposed to. tho i have to say that it’s usual for yanyan and lele to do this — protecting yibo’s privacy. yibo also had an rv of sorts that is connected to a tent. so it seems like if xz was there, then he could go ahead and have his own space to watch the race.

some are pointing out how happy yibo was that day. why wouldn’t he tho? he loves racing and he won. but i admit there was also something extra. this guy was allegedly sleeping 3 hours a day because he wanted to practice but he still had the energy. that’s the yibo we know — and i think if you add xz in the mix, he would be more motivated. he even posted hearts and tagged the people in the race.

i don’t know. something about xz being close to his racing family makes me happy. it’s v important to yibo and he will make time for him. especially for his first race. 🫶🏼 and knowing they can have that small group who accepts them, no pretentious celebrities in the mix is a good thing.
and this one too, lele was taking a video of a fan who allegedly was holding something bjyx related. xiao hei ( a new staff of ybo who also acts his security and assistant ) also seems to be saying xiao zhan. i’m imagining him telling lele, look — someone is displaying a photo of our other boss xz. then lele goes ahead and films it to show later lol.
personally, what i think ties this all together is that cpn of the intro track in xz’s album having the sound of people in the race event.
as for the OP, this is a very late post. the initial confusion was around fans thinking this was the recent one but they realized it was last year and OP confirmed it too. they were asked if it was staff or a fan who mentioned xz, they said there were no “fans” in that space. there was also someone asking for more in the comments, like if wyb spoke after that, OP just said: This is the limit of the limit, I can’t post it anymore, let’s protect it.
i can’t validate OP. we all know that people on the internet cannot be trusted completely. however, this reminds me of how fansites did their best to protect the boys when unofficial bts content were released. they would blur things out, cut certain parts etc so as not to get them in trouble. not only that, we have our own ways of protecting them because that is the most important 💛💛💛
i’m adding other zhuhai related cpns fans are bringing up: xz’s IP being close to zhuhai & that time when a person said he saw XZ in zhuhai when wyb was racing

Thoughts on HOtD s2 ep 1 🎤?
Oh boy do I! Thanks for asking, I love having an opportunity to shout into the void on the internet.
I might do a rewatch later this week to try to pick up on additional details, but I’ll start with my initial reactions from last night.
Spoilers for S2E1, obviously.
Love the new intro. The bloodline intro was important in S1 which was setting up the different claims/factions, but there won’t be much more of that in S2. The tapestry is very medieval, and I’m here for it. I suspect they’ll change the intro every episode to reflect events as they occur. Makes me wonder if the E2 intro will have Blood and Cheese. 😬
The scenes at Winterfell/the Wall not only introduce Cregan, but also offer some fan-service for OG Stark fans. It also reminds us of the prophecy aspect that the show is taking. Cregan and Jace had a great dynamic, but I wonder if they’ll have any opportunity to get together again. In F&B, Jace never returns North again, and Cregan doesn’t come south until the fighting is over. But the show might have Cregan participate in battles earlier so they don’t waste his actor.
Speaking of Jace: I’m really impressed with Harry so far! His scene with Rhaenyra made me want to cry, because you can sense how hard Jace was trying to hold it together. 😢 On a more lighthearted note, I like that Harry listened to the feedback about his bad posture in S1. 😅 He was holding himself really tall and regally this episode.
Omigod, Rhaenyra. Emma only had four words of dialogue this episode and they KILLED all their scenes. The scene where Rhaenyra finds the wing and cloak made me want to cry too. And that look she gave Jace when he returned to Dragonstone, like she wanted to comfort him while she’s trying not to break down…
The Daemon and Rhaenys argument foreshadows how Daemon chafes against 100% listening to Rhaenyra as his queen. Spoilers, leaks, and trailers indicate that he and Rhaenyra are going to have a lot of friction, and soon. As a fic writer, I appreciate this scene for validating my headcanon that Rhaenys is the older cousin who does not let Daemon brattily boss her around.
Corlys and Alyn. I’m not entirely sure what the show is doing with the Hull boys. Their interaction was ambiguous: is Corlys their father or not? Or is Alyn just a random sailor who saved Corlys? He’s definitely too old to pass for Laenor’s supposed son.
I was very touched by how deeply Corlys cared for Luke. It contrasts with Rhaenys, who didn’t treat the boys as her grandkids; Corlys seems to have actually adopted them in his heart. I wonder if Corlys will turn his attention toward Joffrey, or if his affection was for Luke specifically. In the book, Corlys passes over Joffrey as heir in favor of the Hull boys, but show!Corlys is very different from book!Corlys.
Speaking of Joffrey, I miss S1 Joffrey’s adorable curls. But S2 Joffrey is also very cute, and he might actually get speaking lines this season. But the moment when he threw the toy (which might have been Luke’s) into the pyre… 😭
Alicole is…interesting. There was setup in S1 implying they had underlying feelings, and I don’t think it’s crazy they eventually acted on those feelings. But I question the writing/directing decision to insert the Alicole scenes for what seems to be comedic effect. The second scene, during B&C, is the more egregious one. The first scene felt very sudden.
I’m also side-eyeing the director’s commentary in the “House that Dragons Built” documentary where he described Alicent’s marriage as “loving but not romantic or physical for a long time.”
LOVING? 🤨 Really not the best word. Sure, there was some kind of affection between Alicent and Viserys, and she took her caretaking duties seriously. But “loving”? Nah.
Aegon got a huge character/writing upgrade from S1. “Good dad Aegon” girlies win (so far). I loved TGC’s BTS commentary about how Aegon enables his kids and competes with them to cause mischief. Again, the fic writer in me feels validated. I just wish we actually got to see Tyland give Jaehaerys a pony ride. 🤭
The brief glimpse of Aegon and Helaena’s marriage is interesting. He cares about her (tries to reassure her about the dragons) but there’s no romantic spark at all. And like everyone else, Aegon doesn’t really know what to do about Helaena’s prophecies, which sound like insane mutterings to people in-universe. We the audience are shouting for him to listen to her, but TBH most of us wouldn’t listen to an IRL Helaena either.
Aegon on the throne was a surprisingly comedic scene with more character development. He’s not very good at politicking (I would’ve told him to give the blacksmiths partial payment upfront, not the whole thing), but he’s trying, and he is willing to stand up to Otto. Again, I feel validated with my depiction of Lavender!Aegon.
Also…HUGH? 👀👀👀 Sympathetic Hugh Hammer will be interesting.
Oh boy, Larys is going to be fun this season. He’s already starting to try digging his claws into Aegon, but based on cast interviews, he might not be as successful as he hopes. And even though people are joking about it, I don’t think he’s going the feet route with Aegon.
Mysaria is getting much less culpability in B&C than in the book, but I’m fine with it. It’s consistent with her S1 character. She’s fed up with the royals (mostly Daemon, now Otto too) and just wants to do her own thing with social justice while making some money.
Alright, now for the B&C analysis.
They don’t have Daemon explicitly say it, but it’s strongly implied he wants B&C to kill “a son” even if they can’t get Aemond. It’s a departure from the book where B&C explicitly target Helaena’s kids and have a more methodical plan where they watch her routine for several days so they can set a trap. In the show, I think B&C repeat the phrase “a son for a son,” so that was probably part of Daemon’s orders. But the only sons that are possible targets are Aemond, Aegon, and Jaehaerys. Aemond is explicitly the primary target. B&C walk past Aegon without even discussing or trying anything, though to be fair he has friends and guards. So by process of elimination, it seems B&C’s backup plan/directive was always to kill Jaehaerys if they can’t kill Aemond.
(Speaking of Aemond, he didn’t leave a huge impression on me this episode. 🙁 He just didn’t get that much screentime, I guess. But I did like that Aegon advocated for Aemond having a seat at Small Council. #Targbros)
B&C have a comedic bit going on while they sneak through the castle, which seems not entirely appropriate. I also think they could’ve cut down a lot of their sneaking sequence in favor of more Helaena & kids screentime, which would’ve made the scene more impactful.
The bit with the dog was totally unnecessary. Someone who kicks a dog is automatically evil, but we would’ve gotten that message anyway when B&C kill Jaehaerys. Again, the dog seems to have been inserted for a sort of comedic effect, which doesn’t really belong here.
I read an article where Ryan Condal said they cut Maelor (for now?) because all the little kids have to be younger in this timeline. TBH they could’ve made it work with an infant Maelor who was offscreen in S1 because, you know, he’s a baby busy napping and stuff. They could’ve adapted B&C much closer to the book with a baby Maelor.
The choice Helaena makes in the show just doesn’t feel high stakes like in the book. I think Phia did a great job acting with what she was given—my quibble is what she was given. I think she was given direction to make Helaena dissociate and suppress her reaction, which contributes to the scene not feeling as impactful as it could have been. Helaena has been characterized as “spacey” and “not there” so far, so I think they were continuing that route. But having her suddenly erupt with emotion in B&C, to contrast with her previous seeming lack of emotion, would have elevated the scene to another level.
The ending Alicole scene really deflates a lot of the emotional heft that did build up during B&C. Again, it feels like it was inserted for comedy. It reminded me of when Jaime’s hand was cut off in GOT, and it immediately cut to the end credits with a heavy metal song that felt inappropriate next to the scene that just happened.
Helaena’s final line, “They killed the boy,” was odd wording. It feels very distant and passive. Even if they insisted on having Helaena dissociate during B&C, this moment when she escaped with Jaehaera and was “safe” could’ve been an opportunity for her to break down and show what she’s really feeling inside.
Overall, 90% of the episode was great. B&C, gruesome as it was, was kind of disappointing. But the teasers and leaks tell us Aegon will at least have a very strong reaction next episode, which should be wondrous to watch.

You know? The more I see LISA from BP in how she has been presenting her very obvious relationship with the heir from LVMH, the more obvious it gets how Taennie was a PR move. For them, every single thing, particularly the Paris walk, seemed calculated. Every single “leak” and situation seemed deliberate. For Lisa, she has been caught for this guy consistently for about 2 years in multiple situations, particularly alone, without their bodyguards and managers being 5 feet behind them. They’ve been seen by fans in restaurants or in the same space without any problem. I feel like they are the relationship soft launching that Taennie fans thought Taennie was executing.
Hi anon!
Lisa and her boyfriend (no clue if it's actually official though) is a very different vibe from how Tae and Jennie were portrayed. Taennies will tell you it's because it was due to Tae/Hybe not wanting to go public though.. and I will say there's a difference in Lisa dating someone who's not from the idol scene and two top famous idol's dating. However, Tae and Jennie walking in Paris so recognizable and agreeing to be papped does question how valid that reasoning is. They did not even acknowledge each other the time they were in close proximity at Harry Styles' show.
Gonna hijack your ask to fumble in some more Taennie stuff here.. because I also got an ask I don't want to publish, but some things to say at the same time. When pictures come from an unidentified, anonymous source on the internet, among which there's clearly edited ones, the whole source becomes untrustworthy. You can't say the Jeju Taennie pics are to be trusted since they don't look like edits, while the same source gave you clearly edited ones. The lack of public pics of Tae wearing those shorts is no ground to say that those pics can't be edited. There will be many pics of Tae and Jennie and other idols going around (and we've actually seen those too) that fandom has never seen. Editors can do wonders.
Tae and Jennie's friend group mixing isn't the flex some think it is. Who are we to say Tae doesn't actually like Jennie (platonically) and I imagine Idols and actors mix all the time. We are literally learning about friends BTS members have in the industry all the time. Taennie being fake does not equal Tae and Jennie not knowing each other at all. The romantic aspect of their relationship is fake, but they could be friends for all I know.
You cannot claim two things here at once. Is Tae the innocent, honest down to earth person you say he is or is the the calculating, dishonest, and insensitive person you are painting him out to be in this Taennie situation because even if what they did was indeed media play, they both agreed to it so implying that Tae didn’t care to defend her from the hate from his fandom means you think he is an insensitive jerk.
I am not painting a calculating, dishonest, and insensitive person by saying Taennie isn't real. I am saying.. that people have to make choices in the situations they find themselves in. Being queer is hard in SK. There is little room to be open about it and I think being able to be more open about it is extremely important to Tae. I think it might've been a bargain. Do Taennie, for him to be able to be more open in his projects (which we have actually seen him do this last year). They never confirmed Taennie, it was a one time walk that probably only took them half an hour to accomplish.. I think to Tae this was a small sacrifice to make in comparison to what he would be gaining. Not everything is butterflies and sunshine, there's tough things to consider. There's things that bother them, but that they do for a reason that's worth it to them.

There’s a lot of assumptions here I don’t agree with. The west is embracing new jeans and they haven’t had physical promo like bts did. The reason why bts is not getting really embraced by the gp is cos the music they promote to the west is generic meaningless boy band music which is very unrelatable. And authenticity is a big thing in the west. If they gave Mots7 or any of their albums before that the level of promo dynamite or butter had, they would have gotten more of the gp appreciation.
Hybe is not just only promoting jk, but they were also hampering other members promo. Look at how lackadaisical they were with shipping jh, Jin & RM albums. How poorly they scheduled Face, the many issues we faced during Face era that jk never experienced. We had to tag them for basic things that a label should already know about. How they shaded jm in their own article and are several times refusing to acknowledge his no1. It goes beyond promoting one member and more into trying to stifle the rest to present an image the label has the power to make a pop star. And is probably also why they give this promo to songs the label premade and not the artist’s authentic music that the artists makes
Thanks for the ask, anon. I'll share my thoughts to your ask in parts: (and sorry for the long essay in advance, kindly read, i swear i get to a point lol)
Western GP (New Jeans vs BTS): Can I be very very honest? New Jeans music is extremely catchy and has that hyperpop element that western audiences eat up. With rise of artists like PinkPantheress, hyperpop is gaining even more popularity, and Y2K aesthetic is back. NewJeans are all that- the music and aesthetic both. I'm not sure what were their digital promo methods, but perhaps playlisting on streaming platforms? And the collab with Apple was very strategic too. Let's also not forget they have english chorus in their songs and went viral on tiktok. New Jeans are in top 5 kpop groups in tiktok. I cannot speak for NewJeans much, because I have only listened to their songs, and do not follow them.
Let's talk about OT7 songs promoted in the US first- as in Dynamite, Butter and PTD. Let's take Dynamite - a very well crafted product, basically a completely American song with American references and MJ inspired choreo. It was meant to catch western attention and did its job. But the problem was- it was a single, not an album and it didn't really showcase the range of their artistry. Yet it did the job of exponentially increasing the fanbase. It was pandemic time, people were in their rooms, with internet and Youtube. Those who were meant to find BTs, found them.
Could BTS have achieved long lasting attention with MOTS 7 promotion? Honestly, it's hard to say. BTS's music is not conventional. You will never hear a BTS song and think- 'oh! i've heard something similar', in fact, sometimes it is even difficult to comprehend what genre their songs are. A different language, a different genre, 7 different voices, with no two albums that sound similar, no viral tiktok songs. Do you know how difficult it is to crack the western market? It is a lot of information to feed. I will come back to the MOTS 7 issue later.
How does one build a fanbase for a band like BTS?
BTS's popularity and long lasting fanbase has always been formed by the story they sell. Bang PD, right from the start, wanted to show the world 7 authentic, real boys who wanted to share their original thoughts, happiness, feelings and struggles. Added to this, their underdog story. Yes, their struggles from older days are all real and valid, but knowing that story makes you relate to them. Because, aren't we all some type of underdog before we achieve something big? People have often been drawn to BTS via word of mouth, friends, 'i just wanted to know their names' and ending up watching the Taylor Guide, 'my wife took me to their concert and now all my friends love BTS', 'they taught me how to love myself' etc etc. BTS has always inducted fans who were searching for something in their lives, or are curious, or are 'willing to learn'. You cannot sit an American down and show them a BTS US interview and ask them to listen to the album and make them a forever fan. Do you know how people in the west don't watch an international film just because they refuse to read subtitles? The language barrier might be easy for armies to overlook because we are invested, but it's not easy to convince a monolingual westerner to start reading subtitles to get into an entirely different fandom.
To sum up my points above:
BTS sell their story and relatability and group dynamics, which is not possible just through basic promotion. One has to dive into BTS voluntarily and go through the plethora of content, one by one.
BTS songs are usually not tiktok viral for some reason, considering how big of an act they are. Barely any bts tracks have gone viral- BST remix, black swan instrumental (maybe), PTD dance challenge to name a few. I don't know the reason why because I have barely ever used tiktok. Because armies only interact with each other on that app and even then, they don't use bts songs as audio.
The pre-requisite is to be backed by a western label for radio, playlist, western ads etc. Because the US won't allow an outsider label to make money off their GP, simple. It just takes away the money that could have stayed with western labels.
Coming to individual member (JK) promoted in the US: I did mention in the post of mine you have linked- that Golden lacked depth. Quoting my own words directly - " While they paid attention to heavy promo, charts and playlisting for Golden, they failed to create a connection with the music- which seems highly non-personal and lacking in depth and has a non-interesting concept. The promo did do the work of making jk a common name, showcasing his talents and introducing him to the industry. But for a lasting impact, they have to create better stories with the music. Idc, army are acting too defensive when people are disappointed that he didn't write his songs. It's okay to not write, but the very least singers can do is connect to song meanings and relate to personal experiences during the promos."
And anon, you are right, to have a lasting impression in the west, one needs authenticity. Actually let me list down the non-compromisable parameters required for success in the US-
Affiliation to US based label/Connection to industry mammoths. (Give money to US/US based part of the company)
English song/ lots of english lyrics + recognizable genre
Character/ brand of the artist (which the audience calls 'authenticity', but is actually the 'brand' of the artist created by the label. People hear the artist's name and know what to expect. You hear Olivia Rodrigo and you know you will get teenage, angsty, heartbreak tracks.)
Last but not the least- tiktok push. (somehow extremely essential today)
Hybe gave JK 1,2 and 4 from above list. They tried to build up on his character, but it is incomplete and lacks depth. The character they have built for him is- Korean hearthrob who can sing and dance, inspired by Michael Jackson, the ONE member to look out from the massive band BTS (Justin Timberlake trajectory). They gave him catchy songs directed at het women, dressed him up in clothes fitting that image and made him perform live at TSX. Thanks to the massive ads and promo, people know him now. But unless he shows the true depth of his character and brand to the GP, a lot of people (non-army) won't look forward to his future works. And whether we like it or not, him not being being able to interact freely and share his thoughts in english in the interviews is still a drawback for him. (personally, i wish that was not true).
Even when some celebrities of colour get the limelight in US pop culture, it's because they are connected to the US. They emerge as this messiah for their 3rd world country, can speak english and work for US labels and production companies. The US gets to keep the money and awards, and also gets to flaunt 'diversity'. It has always worked like that when the west opened the doors for a POC.
MOTS 7 would not get GP acceptance without being backed by a US label. And would a US label ever accept a full Korean album with all Korean artists? Why would they invest in an artist of a foreign language? Can Bang PD's assistant call up US radio and get them to play Dionysus? No. But if Scooter does it, they will pay attention.
An English speaking artist can convey their feelings through words on a radio, but how will a Korean artist do that on the radio with no subtitles, to an audience who refuses to read subs in the first place? You know how the US GP reacted when Parasite movie won an Oscar, right?
Ever since 2017, BTS have tried for that hot 100, did everything they could, backed by their Korean company, tons of US interviews and what not. But at the end of the day, they had to compromise with meaning and depth and churn out an all english, MJ inspired, disco pop track which finally gave them their #1. I am not downplaying the significance of Dynamite, or saying that it's a bad song. But I simply mean that only a marked shift in genre and strategy gave them that #1.
Anon's words: "Hybe is not just only promoting jk, but they were also hampering other members promo."
You are absolutely right. The only properly done solo work was that of Yoongi I feel. He knows his priorities and influence on the company, and has always had a very strong connection to both inside and outside the company. I'm not sure if D-Day was mismanaged, though am sure some yoongi biased army will have things to point out. All the other members have faced mismanagement. Jimin the most, I feel. Even recently, there's a Weverse article where they wrote that "jhope led the contemporary dance with Jimin", in spring day. All respect to Jhope where he deserves because he is the dance leader indeed, but he did not lead the contemporary dance in spring day, as amazing as he is, respectfully.
Anon's words: "It goes beyond promoting one member and more into trying to stifle the rest to present an image the label has the power to make a pop star."
I felt the same thing. I share the same sentiment with you here. The way they downplayed Like Crazy's achievements was disappointing and hurtful. That day it became crystal clear to me that Bighit did NOT see that achievement coming. None of the member's releases was meant to make this much noise, not before their Scooter backed project. They grossly underestimated the extent army can go even for 1 member (arguably the 2 most popular members in US are Jimin and Jungkook). Honestly the type of promotions JK got would never be given to other members because the other members would NOT agree to singing english songs that have zero depth and zero connection to their own feelings. JK was willing to take up that offer because.. well it's his choice. It was a golden platter, why not take it up? His image is moldable, he can sing whatever he is given and has the talent to pull it off. No matter whom we bias, JK has been the center of almost all BTS songs, a non-replaceable voice. But at the end of the day, the reason he was the one member who Bighit wanted to stand-out from the group was, it was his consent and agreement to everything the company planned for him.
I do wonder what it would have been like if all members received that kind of promo with their own artistry. But the entire premise of them being backed by Scooter/US collapses because they refuse to sing songs written by Scooter's writers. So I also agree with anon when they said "And is probably also why they give this promo to songs the label premade and not the artist’s authentic music that the artists makes."
Instead, Hybe is focusing on the other kpop groups under them. It's like the 6 members were just given their own individual management teams to manage their solo works lol. At least, let's be glad that the 6 members are getting full creative freedom for their work. I just want their solo works to be better managed. And I hope their managers, and planners, especially those on Jimin's side have learnt their lesson and come up with a foolproof promo for their next projects. I don't expect anything from BangPD, that man has been showing a certain pattern I don't want to discuss. (solely because i refuse to think what goes on in his mind).
As fans, all we can do is support the solo works we feel connected to and support BTS as a whole in future OT7 projects.

Whether you are an experienced investor seeking to broaden your portfolio with digital assets, or a novice venturing into the crypto world, this guide is tailored to assist you in understanding and navigating the process of purchasing Bitcoin in India in a safe and efficient manner.
What is Bitcoin?
Bitcoin, a leading cryptocurrency in terms of market capitalization, is a digital currency that operates similarly to real-world currencies such as dollars and other fiat currencies. However, it is not under the control of any third-party entities like banks, governments, or corporations. Bitcoin can be earned through a process known as mining, which involves verifying Bitcoin transactions. Additionally, Bitcoin can be bought on various open exchanges or received in exchange for goods or services.
Bitcoin was created in 2008 by an individual or group using the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto. The creation of Bitcoin was a response to the distrust of centralized banks following the Great Recession. Bitcoin’s first blockchain, known as the genesis block, was launched on January 3, 2009.
In its initial years, Bitcoin had no tangible monetary value, and only miners had access to the blockchain. The first Bitcoin transaction took place over a year later when a man in Florida arranged for a Papa John’s Pizza worth $25 to be delivered in exchange for 10,000 Bitcoins, which were then valued at four coins per penny. As of March 2023, the same amount of Bitcoin would be valued at approximately $248 million.
What Things Will You Need To Buy Bitcoin In India?
Prior to initiating an online account with a cryptocurrency exchange, it’s essential to authenticate your identity using certain documents. The rules for account setup may vary across different exchanges, but having the following items readily available can expedite the process:
Photos of your Aadhaar card or another valid ID may be required for upload
A secure internet connection is recommended as public WiFi can pose security risks
A mobile phone for implementing two-factor authentication
An account with an exchange that is operational in India
A bank account from which you can withdraw and deposit rupees into your exchange
A safe method for storing cryptocurrency. Most brokerages provide a reliable built-in wallet or secure vault system for this purpose.
How To Buy Bitcoin in India?
Once you’ve prepared everything and configured your account on a cryptocurrency exchange, you’re all set to invest in Bitcoin and other digital currencies. Here’s a step-by-step guide to making your initial purchases:
Step 1: Log into your preferred cryptocurrency exchange account using a secure WiFi connection.
Step 2: Navigate to the option to purchase crypto on the brokerage’s platform. Ensure you’ve selected the right digital asset you intend to buy. You could opt for coins like Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) or Binance Coin (BNB), for instance. Different exchanges offer different currency options, so verify that they support the cryptocurrency you’re interested in before creating an account.
Step 3: Decide on the amount you wish to buy and confirm that you have sufficient funds or fiat currency in your brokerage account to cover the transaction.
Step 4: Review your purchase. Make sure you’re comfortable with the current price of the cryptocurrency and are aware of the overall market trend at the time. It might also be worthwhile to check if there have been any recent changes in the government’s stance on the legality of cryptocurrencies.
Step 5: If everything appears to be in order, click on the “buy” button to finalize your purchase. You can then keep your newly acquired assets in the exchange’s built-in wallet or transfer them to other hot or cold storage options.
Given the significant appreciation in Bitcoin’s value, many individuals may be hesitant to acquire an entire Bitcoin. However, brokerages provide the option to purchase Bitcoin fractions. For instance, one could acquire as little as 0.004 BTC or even less. Cryptocurrency exchanges present a variety of trading methods for Bitcoin and other digital currencies. You have the choice to buy and retain your Bitcoin, or engage in frequent trading such as day trading or swing trading.
For those in India interested in trading Bitcoin, they could establish a Bitcoin wallet and place an offer on a peer-to-peer exchange. Following this, they could deposit funds to trade with another individual for Bitcoin.

5 Reasons Why You Should Invest in Bitcoin
Robust Network Security
The Bitcoin network is fortified by an immense amount of computational power, rendering it the world’s most secure blockchain. The security of the Bitcoin network is continually enhanced with the increasing number of miners and nodes, making it progressively challenging for attackers to breach or manipulate the system.
Established Resilience
Bitcoin has demonstrated its durability over time, weathering numerous market downturns, technological hurdles, and regulatory issues. This resilience instills greater confidence in investors about its long-term stability, indicating a higher probability of continued growth and value increase.
Broad Acceptance
A growing number of global businesses now recognize Bitcoin as a valid payment method, and it’s increasingly employed as a safeguard against currency depreciation and inflation. This widespread acceptance further strengthens its status as a premier digital currency, enhancing its appeal as an investment choice.
Dominance in the Market
Bitcoin commands a substantial portion of the cryptocurrency market, accounting for more than 40% of the total market value. This dominance implies that it is considerably more stable and secure than other less cryptocurrencies, which are more vulnerable to market volatility and external factors.
High Liquidity
Compared to other cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin offers superior liquidity. This means that Bitcoin can be readily bought and sold without significantly affecting its market value, a critical factor for investors who wish to seamlessly enter and exit positions.
How to Store Bitcoin in India?
Blockchain wallets serve as a storage space for Bitcoins. Beyond currency storage, these crypto wallets also hold keys that are used for signing data, encryption, and transaction facilitation. Cryptocurrency wallets come in two forms:
Cold Wallets
These are crypto wallets that keep users’ private keys offline. They operate together with compatible software. The security of cold wallets is higher as they do not digitally store information.
Hot Wallets
These wallets operate via internet connectivity. They permit users to send and receive internet tokens, thereby enabling business transactions.

[FAQ/ Info about this Blog]
I have set up a few rules for myself to follow while writing for this blog, if you wanna know about them feel free to go ahead and read them. If not that’s totally fine :)
#1 I will post in chronological order of first showing/release of each film/show.
#2 For now I’ll write only about movies/shows that have Michael Sheen acting in it.
#3 For now I’ll write only about movies/shows that have Michael acting on screen. (See faq below)
#4 I don’t have a set guideline of how I write and what points I write about. I just write whatever comes to mind.
FAQ
Who are you?
I’m Cosmo, just a silly little guy online. He/Him. In my mid twenties. My main blog is cosmo-64.
Why did you start this blog?
Short answer: Because Michael Sheen
Long answer: After watching Good Omens 2 I was curious about Sheen’s past work and started watching a couple of films he’s been in. I had a lot of thoughts about them and so I did what a normal person would do and shared those thoughts on the internet. (That was supposed to be a joke but it’s actually true nowadays wtf) Anyway, here we are now.
My actual secret goal/side quest is to eventually have the biggest Michael Sheen gif library in the whole world
Do you have any experience in writing about media?
Absolutely not. I’m sorry if my rambling is a bit confusing sometimes, it’s often literally just my first thoughts about something. But I do take the time to think about what I actually want to say about the shows/films. Sometimes it’s just gonna be a rant tho.
Do you even know anything about movies and acting?
Not even the slightest. I do like to watch interviews with actors and bts stuff and have seen some great plays. But that’s pretty much it. See this blog as a viewer and fan commentary. I think that’s a valid view. I will be biased probably, but if I don’t enjoy something I will say it. I don’t claim to know anything about anything tho
Your blog name is Everything by Michael Sheen, so wdym you’ll write only about movies/shows that have Michael acting on screen?
Exactly that. For now. I do plan on incorporating his voice acting and other audio performances eventually, but they are sort of different from on screen acting so I’ll have to figure out how to tackle those first. Also if I did incorporate absolutely everything all at once I fear I’d completely loose track and loose motivation, because it’s like…a lot of stuff. Movies and shows are easier to get into and write about imo. Maybe I’ll do like a special every once in a while. I know that will break up the whole chronological thing of it all, but you gotta break the rules occasionally, am I right?
Wdym only movies/shows that have Michael Sheen acting in it?
No documentaries, no quiz shows and stuff like that. I’m aware that There’s something about movies somehow fits in both the “quiz shows“ and the “have Michael acting in it“ categories, but I’m not sure if that counts…I will decide what to do with this one separately.
If you like Good Omens, why only Michael Sheen and not Davis Tennant aswell?
I loooove, love, love David Tennant‘s work. I have since I was a little Whovian. Buuuut my Tennant phase was back then. I did watch a lot of his stuff and I might’ve had enough enthusiasm to do something like this, but I was still a kid so I didn’t have even nearly enough patience for it. Now it’s Michaels turn and we’re lucky enough to have me have the patience to sit down and write several pages about a BBC tv drama series that hardly anyone remembers today and nobody I know irl has ever even heard about. (Example)
You ranted a lot about (insert post here) don’t you like it?
I probably did! I have only one rule that has to be true for me to like a movie. I have to have fun watching it. For whatever reason, that doesn’t matter. A story can be bad and I still have fun. I am frustrated with the fate of a character and I still have fun. Two things can be true at once. But If I had fun watching the movie, it does what it’s supposed to and that’s incredible! Nothing is perfect and that is absolutely fine aswell. I still have so much respect for everyone who is involved in realizing such a project and even if my words might sound harsh occasionally nothing will change that. Anyway tbh if a film or show has Michael Sheen attached it will probably be very difficult for me to not have fun even just a little bit. Call me a fanboy but currently that’s just how it is.
How often do you post a new entry?
As often as I can? As I’m writing this I have enough stuff to post weekly, but I know I won’t be able to keep that going for long. In the future it will depend on what it is and how much I obsess over it. If Michael has a major role and/or I’m obsessed over it, it might take some time. If not it might be out quicker.
Do you watch everything in chronological order?
No. I would’ve loved to, but that was doomed from the start. I’m waaay too curious to keep that up. I’ll try to set up some sort of list so if anyone is interested they can check what I’ve seen already.
How do you handle TV shows?
If Michael is in only one episode, I’ll watch only that episode and give you context as to what that show is about. If he’s in more than one episode I’ll try to watch at least enough understand the context of his character. If I like it enough I may watch all of it but write only about the part that’s relevant to this blog. For shows that have Michael featured as a main role I will watch everything of course and then write about them season by season. Each season will be placed in order of first TV or online release. For these I don’t know yet If I will actually write about every episode or just give an overall synopsis and write about the character. We will see when the time comes. It will be a while from now.
How do you deal with possible mature or upsetting contents?
I put up trigger warnings right on top of the post, so people who don’t want to read about potentially upsetting stuff can skip it. Also I try to tag any posts with upsetting or mature themes as heavily as I can. If you think I’m missing a tag please tell me so! I will not show explicit voilence, gore or sexual scenes in gifs. But there might be some depictions blood (properly tagged ofc) in gifs. If any mature themes are important to the story I will describe them, but that’s it (again, this will be tagged). Personal, less serious note: If the tone and situation allows it I will make jokes, maybe inappropriate ones sometimes. Please let me cope in peace.
What do you do if you can’t find a movie or show?
Luckily hasn’t fully happened yet. I sort of had this with problem Lost in France, but thanks to one nice VCR uploader I found one episode of it online, so I had at least an impression of what it is. If this happens I will write what I can find out about it and make a note of it. Maybe it will turn up someday later.
Which of Michaels roles are your favs?
Rn they are, in no particular order: Aziraphale (the og), Lucian ( the underdog), Colin (the sweet moonchild), Robbie (the first), Miles (the icon), William Masters (the walking relationship problem, like holy shit communicate for once, sir) aaaaaand James lol ifkyk
Disclaimer: I will try to be funny occasionally, sorry about that.
If you have any other questions or just want to chat my dms are always open!
Thank you for reading!

so let's out jhope as bisexual?? your insider info is just as bad as the stalkers bts have. totally inappropriate. but you're just a small tumblr blog why should it matter? it 100% does. there is something wrong with you. it's not your place to be giving this info to anyone unless you are an attention seeker. Dont read your blog right if you don't like it?? shame on you really. it's nobody's place to out anyone elses sexuality EVER.
Oh my Lord, Frances. Calm DOWN. I mean the man literally did this back in July in front of how many people? Are you even aware of Equal Sign?

I can't win with some of y'all and yet here you are to school me regardless. Which I would appreciate had I not my own Korean gay couple to explain things, had I not been intimately involved with the unstr8 community since before your birth most likely, had I not lost friends to AIDS when that was still a thing. And since I'm feeling generous I'mma school your sensitive ass right back so since you're here just have several seats and pay attention. SCHOOL IS IN SESSION.

"Somebody I know says he is openly bisexual" is EXACTLY THE SAME THING AS "someone I know says he's straight" WITH ONE DIFFERENCE. That difference is negligible in much of the world but in some places I will readily agree that it's not. Korea is one of those places. That's a dude on that bed, btw. In case you were unclear about the message.

We all knew Hobi was bi back then. You did too, don't lie because your white horse got a cramp. Give the crusade a lil rest and let's ride right along. See, in Korea it is one thing to BE part of the alphabet mafia. It is another thing entirely to SAY it. Out loud. And you are correct that in those exact words, Hobi has never verbatim-ly said it. But honestly, you're coming off with a lot of internalized biphobia or a serious denial issue if you can't extrapolate the message from the above imagery alone, much less his lyrics. To his own music. Which he released publicly and has performed in front of, what, a hundred thousand people or so? Live? Plus it's right there on Hulu and Youtube if you're concerned about his level of visibility. Of course he also did this:

And I don't know about you but for me it's a little harder to ignore the specificity of the color arrangement of those gloves in light of his performance. But see here's the thing, he's never really hidden his bisexuality from us. Very much like other unstr8 BTS members, he has openly chosen to use inclusive pronouns in his music. He has worn many, many items - far too many to list here - in support of inclusivity, knowing well that some, even most people would see support as personal identification. He has smilingly played the court jester knowing that some people would ignore him, some would validate him, and some would use him to virtue-signal as a cover for their own dis-ease.
To ignore that is to ignore the totality of Jung Hoseok as a person and is far more disrespectful, in my own admittedly tiny corner of the internet. You do you, if it makes you feel better. I just can't magine any straight man filming entire videos in a Gucci pride flag sweater without a certain amount of personal input.

Not to point out the obvious but also, would a straight guy really voluntarily share a room with Park Jimin for YEARS?
On PURPOSE?

I mean we all know Jungkook was literally sleeping with Jimin in that bed on the left, we have the receipts and admissions, ain't nobody honestly and truly confused at this point. Again, it's a matter of degrees of difference, but in Hobi's case it's a pretty big degree. Being a single bi dude who also DOES IN FACT like and date women is a very far cry, Korean-militarily-speaking, from being a committed gay couple. It's not even in the same realm, honestly, and that whole military question is a hot mess I'm not going to deal with here. But I knew you were thinking about it so I thought I'd mention it.

Irene ain't care, bro. She's out there hitting the rainbow and fire emojis every damn time he posts. And if you need to take a deep breath and have another look at why you're so bothered that people around Hobi don't hide who he is, maybe go on and do that. Because his friends know him better than we do, okay. And they love him, as do (hopefully) we all. I do. And if I thought for one instant that my saying he is openly bi would hurt him, I would never. I run a "Jeon-Parks are gay/fucking/married in all but name" blog, for heaven's sake. I really don't think anyone expects me to be saying anything other than the blatantly obvious. If that suuuuuper hurts your feelings and makes you angry, please feel free to locate your nearest J-Hope "Under The Rainbow" photo and use it to vacate the premises.

There it is!
I did not out this man. He outs himself without my help.
#there's always a hobi#bisexual king#i'd say thanks anon but i'm getting salty#so i appreciate your input kinda but that's as far as i go

ARMY NEED TO STAY OUT OF THIS

Before they get tannies dragged into the mud with crush.
They're gonna act like he remorseful when Honestly he didn't even say sorry to the ladies involved

A remorseful person would have addressed head on the racism allegations, and used this opportunity to condemn racism given as Asians aren't exactly exempt from it out here.
He makes it sound like he is being accused of favoritism like he picked Chio over Kim- NO. DON'T DO THAT. DON'T BE WILLFULLY OBTUSE.
How can you be emotionally charged because you were excited to see your fans and admit you were on autopilot cos instincts kicked in but also in the same breath you had time to think a section of your audience wasn't a safe place to be. WHICH IS IT? WERE YOU CAUTIOUS OR WERE YOU EXCITED?
He just admitted he 'decided' to refrain from high fiving a particular section- that's admittance of guilt on count one. He's admitted he did do what he's been accused of so why the fuck Army defending him?
This whole apology is giving a plea of guilty with explanation- an explanation that in his mind makes all the sense in the world BUT AIN'T.
His explanations are as valid as the lived experience of the people who felt alienated and discriminated against due to his actions.
BTS HAVE APOLOGIZED FOR FAR LESS!
If he cared, he wouldn't come out here and dismiss their concerns on the grounds "he didn't do nothing wrong" he'd address the main issue of racism at hand and assure his fans his concerts are a safe space for diversity and for anyone to feel at home at.
BTS don't take a bow on the streets

and write deep shit like this

All for you to come out and defend racism and racial insensitivity on their internet.
One day when I sleep with Elon Musk and own Twitter I will hold y'alls accounts hostage. Just vote for your favs and keep it pushing with your all life matter crap.
Nobody saying walk on eggshells around black fans but being sensitive to their plight and history and being conscious of the things you say and do around them is a sign of emotional intelligence not censorship.
We are social beings with sensitive histories through no fault of ours. It's up to us to go out of our way to create a welcoming environment for eachother without fostering hostility and micro aggressions towards each other.
This is why Jimin will forever be my one true Idol. He is diplomatic, sensitive and what a true celebrity ought to be.
Fuck Army. They can suck my dick.

Soooo, I need some help, in the form of a reality check. Can you do a little analysis of ZeeNunew irl (if you even pay attention to that). My problem is this: I ship them! Not psychotically, but they are persistently in my brain (along with MaxNat, but I think thats just because Nat is such a physically perfect twink i just really wish he had a boyfriend. That and their upper thigh caresses during cutie pie reaction videos). The issue is that I am very...trusting?...easy to convince? So when I see videos or posts like "X and X boyfriends" or "Couple X being cute together" (which I generally don't watch, but some slip through) I'm like "oh that seems real" until someone else comes in w/the logic (ex you've mentioned Tul and Apo being confident w/a good background so they just fuck w/shippers and it made me realize i was just one of those dumb people who didn't get it at first.)
Part of the problem was I started watching BL pretty recently w/no background info on the genre,
and I'm not much of a behind-the-scenes watcher so it took a while for me to understand that the studios are promoting the ships, and the actors are ACTING, so therefore reasonable adults don't take the ship or irl flirting seriously. I had just assumed when they're not in the show they're being themselves, so, I dunno, I guess I just thought there were a lot of gay actors in Thailand or something.
I'm very embarrassed now, but I just didn't know. I don't follow celebrities but I feel like they don't do this in America so I just thought "it must be real!" Rather than "they're exploiting those poor babies"
I just get such shysweetloving vibes from them. I know Zee is great at adoring his partners, and Nunew responds so sweetly I just squee all over them, but I want to be a responsible fan and not do that. Help me out, give me external validation I'm just being stupid.
How to get over Thai BL Pair Branding

Ah, they got ya, did they?
You shouldn't be embarrassed. They are actors, it's their job to persuade you to believe in an alt-reality, and this is some very insidious marketing tactics. Also it's pretty unique to Thailand. Also if you come from watching western cinema, we are used to Hollywood actors falling in love with each other and ending up in disastrous marriages from being on set together. It seems normal.
There are a few out gay actors in Thailand, but as yet there hasn't been any actual relationships to come from a BL. And if I were them and got into one, I would stay FIRMLY in the closet.
It's a little like buying that coffee drink because it looked good on IG and then being like, “oh, THIS is disgusting, I feel like an idiot.” Only with more emotional manipulation and not spending $8 on liquid sugar.
Not that I blame the actors! They are being told to do this, some of them are just better at it than others.
Frankly Max & Nat are better at cobranding because they have been together for so long. Sometimes you can see Zee & Nunew drop the act at the end of interviews when they are really tired.
I actually really don't like this aspect of BL, so I don't often watch things designed to encourage pair shipping (variety shows, bts, fanmeets).
I have the cure, ready?
Watch TharnType.
Then go on an internet deep dive about what happened to MewGulf.
Ta da!
You'll be cured.

I have a few things written about this as a marketing tactic here:
Co-Branded BL Couples & Thai Studios - pairs and marketing tactics (written before ZeeNunew and intentionally avoiding MewGulf, PerthSaint, ZeeSaint and all the other catastrophes).
It's like learning how to read a label on a soap bottle or an ingredients list on food packaging, your eye will eventually get trained to see what's actually happening, but it takes a while.
I talk some more about pair branding, parasocial relationships, and why I really dislike IRL shipping here.
Here’s the bit where I got mad about skinship fantasies around misunderstandings of other cultures, especially Thailand.
Honestly there are many reasons I prefer to talk about characters, and narrative structures, and not actors.

Are people freaking out about the ring AGAIN? Remember all the times Tracy wasn't wearing it bts but Hailey was during the episodes.
I understand why people worry but it's not worth it. Also, remember who wrote that article.
Yes, all feelings are valid but the last thing this fandom need is more negativity. Stop with the bad energy.
People might be, I’ve heard it but I haven’t seen anything. That being said, it’s okay if they are, it’s one of the last real shreds of upstead that we have on our screens.
I wouldn’t take much stock in Ms. Clickbait’s article - she knows what gets us spinning and talking, so of course she would use that line so her article gets clicks and circulation.
If people want to scream into the ether of the internet about the possibility of her not wearing it, then let them. It’s going to be sad if she does take it off - and ya know, we’re all here to scream about the good, the bad, and the ugly! You can ignore it, block, mute. Whatever works for you!

i saw some of those people on tumblr too, who were angry that bts had gained seemingly more fans from their english songs and not their earlier/korean songs - especially during ptdos.
i actually felt kinda bad during the ptdos in LA concerts when everyone on tumblr was shit talking the "new armies"
because i'm a new army
and like, i doubt it was everywhere but it did seem to come up a lot with some of the blogs i followed (i can only imagine the hellscape that twitter was, this is why i don't go on twitter). people were really angry that a lot of tickets were sold to armys who only came in during their "English era" and weren't "real fans" or some bullshit
and then there were rumors that the fans that were there weren't as enthusiastic as past concerts bc they were new so no one knew the fanchants or whatever
which sucked cause like, i didn't join until Butter era- Dynamite was my first bts song- but talking to me you'd never guess i came to the party that late. i mean, i went back in their discography and did my due diligence or whatever- but had i actually been at the concerts, i wouldn't really have known any of the fan chants either but i still would've screamed my heart out and had the time of my life
and now i see a lot of "old armies" who are excited for We Are Bulletproof bc they think it'll finally deter the "new/english armies" away or something and it's just like... chill? We can all be fans of the same people even though we started liking them at different times in our lives and their career? new fans don't have to "prove" themselves to the older ones in order to enjoy damn good music? smh man
i just. don't get this whole "fake fan", "real fan" shit. like. i understand being envious of the fans who had the privilege of attending the concerts. and them being newer just adds salt to the wound. i understand it and they're valid for being upset and venting on the internet about it. but hating on the new fans and labeling them as "fake armys"?? dude WHO are YOU to decide how much of a fan an another person is of an artist, no matter when they joined the fandom??
idk man, i think i can be considered as an "older army" now that it has been almost 5 yrs of me being a bts fan now, but i generally dgaf about when a person has entered the fandom like??? bc at the end of the day, we all are here just to have fun right??? RIGHT???
#ppl have gone way off topic about this whole fandom thing... it's supposed to be for FUN#ask sae#ask taechnological#park-jimin-isnt-real

One part of fandom that interests me is how different cultures have different rules and standards for interacting with each other on the internet. For instance in the fandom I'm in (and probably for other fandoms) it is considered rude on twitter to reply with any comments to art that Japanese artists post. (Especially in English, there is also a language barrier there)
Sometimes people get too many followers and they delete and start over. Posting for feedback/validation is not a huge thing in Japanese fandom culture like it is in the English speaking/western/largely US culture. (to clarify I don't want to make sweeping generalizations, and I can only speak with somewhat confidence for the fandom I'm in)
To be honest I think that is a healthier approach than valuing oneself by follower count and likes and praise, or at least seeking that out or falling into obsessing over it. Which is something that I personally can fall into, and I wonder if it's part of the (broadly speaking) western culture of hustle! become famous! and follower count and likes = your social status.
I sometimes do want to start over or just make everything anonymous even though I have made some acquaintances. I get the urge to share parts of my life and also to keep it private and hidden from the internet. It is like the tenuous internet friends I have made aren't that strong and ultimately leave me wishing for more but at the same time I crave anonymity and that is at ends with requirements for friendship (intimacy, honesty). Of course, you can keep your discussions to shared interests, but I always find myself wanting to share personal things and wonder about the other person but it feels like an invasion to ask. (Like mention things in my life that could give away who I am- like where I live, what kind of school I went to, my job, ect.)
This is a longwinded way to ask how you have navigated internet friendships and also anonymity (which I know you aren't anonymous/pseudonymous here but was there a moment when you were in fandom or online?) And also I am interested if you have any observations on how different cultures in fandom interact (which I suppose I could be asking about BTS), particularly in regard to how people treat comments/feedback/interaction between each other.
--
Western hustle culture is definitely real, but it's somewhat generational or at least one of a number of fandom subcultures. The big conflict I feel is between preservation of what some fans see as our collective history and the feeling of the most involved fans that it was just the private business of them and their friends, not "history".
As for me... haha. Uh... I was using Usenet in the 90s at a time when most people there were using university emails or work emails. My stepdad got me my own email for my 13th birthday in 1994. (Yes, the same email I still have now.) Since he worked at a university, he did the first initial lastname thing. I was never at all pseudonymous. Indeed, my first name was identifying on the 90s internet. There were two of us total with this name. On the entire internet as far as I can tell. Two.
I remember thinking "Oh well, I'll never be a politician or teach kids anyway!" I was conscious even then of not wanting my choices curtailed by a job I could be ratted out to.
I'm a pretty trusting person, probably because I don't have anybody you can rat me out to. My mom knew my fandom accounts. I assume she didn't read my porn, but who knows. Also, she's dead, so good luck getting hold of her. But anyway, I'm a fairly trusting person, and I still don't share really sensitive info with fans I know only online usually. My closer friends are people I know offline who live around here. We're talking weekly dinner party friends. Might one of them do something shitty? Sure, but so might I. Human interaction is a gamble.
I have lots of other tiers of geek friends from people I know from cons to people I know online but whom I have lots of 1:1 private conversations with to people who reblog me with good comments whom I hopefully recognize the icons of. I'm pretty bad with screennames, so it's a crapshoot whether I'll really remember someone as a distinct individual without a lot of reinforcement.
I've met people online whom I ended up trusting enough to talk about shit I didn't want screenshotted. Ms. Boba for example. But that's not super common even for me and usually requires someone who publicly goes to bat for problematic shit. That kind of open commitment to unpopular principles makes me less nervous about them being a two-faced backstabber.
It also helps if I know I'm going to eventually meet them offline or we have offline friends in common.
So on the one hand, yeah, you're going to have to loosen up if you want intimacy...
But on the other hand, a lot of fandom people I see seeking that kind of intimacy pick people they know nothing about. It's a 2-year twitter history of liking the same shows as you with no hint about who they are as a person. That person can burn it all down and run away with little penalty.
There are plenty of fandom Olds I don't know that well personally but whose pseuds I've seen around for literal decades. They're unlikely to catfish someone for the lulz or whatever. Abandoning a fannish identity of that age is a big step, so they're not going to do something so heinous they have to start over. Of course, that doesn't preclude them doing something you'd dislike that they feel is morally justified, nor does it preclude them having poor mental health. That's just life and human interaction.
I think a lot of people's close fandom friendships have come from workshopping fic 1:1 in private with a co-writer or beta. You could do that with any art or project. You could try something like that if you want to get to know people.
(My own experience won't be useful. I'm very offline first. I meet people at fandom meetups. My OKC profile made it super obvious I'm into fanfic. I care more about the ability to hang out offline and people having my general attitude towards fiction and fandom than about sharing specific fandoms.)
People treat comments and interaction all kinds of ways. Some of it might be broad subculture things, but a lot of it feels individual to me: some writers are very self-absorbed and see comments as not only their due but a measure of their self worth and people's interest in them as a human being.
Some people treat any interaction, including fic comments, as a potential time to meet a new fandom friend. I tend to meet online friends through meta discussion on tumblr, not through fic comments.
I don't know if BTS is specifically different. Honestly, a lot of my interaction with that massive, massive, massive fandom is passively reading fic on my kindle and talking to preexisting friends who keep up with the full firehose of official BTS content better than I do.
I'd say that overall, it's mostly English speakers who feel entitled to leave own-language comments on foreign-language fan stuff, but I've occasionally seen this behavior from others. Usually, it's the opposite: I remember some Spanish speakers asking if it would be all right for them to comment in Spanish on my stuff—like with the implication that they were being rude, which is hilarious to me. I love having a reason to practice Spanish. The more fluent someone is in English, the more they tend to just use that rather than deal with other people's faily attempts in their native language and rather than expecting the massive population of EFL speakers to agree on some other common language for fandom shit.
Uh... I'm not coming to any useful conclusion and I want to post this before tumblr manages to eat it.
Anyway, open up if you want actual friends... but pick carefully. They need to fit your vibe and your actual values more than your shipping preferences. Don't share personal info with insecure little drips who will try to tattle on you for liking Bad Ships the minute your "friendship" sours.

Do you think it's possible if you're asking to tarot readers/psychic about your connection with your idol?then they say you're not meant with them/yes you're meant with them?i can't with this anymore.
I've already ask this to @reveaespa but I need to hear your opinion.
Ok but why u cant with this??🤔🤔 that’s not a good sign
An also connected in what way? 🤔 like friends? Idol and fan?? In a romantic way?
Tarot it’s not set in stone, it’s channeling energy which can change, so yeah it could happen, but tbh I wouldn’t believe anything here in the internet 😂😂😂
im assuming that u meant a romantic connection and obviously the part when u say it bother u give me an idea(? Idk
But for my perspective, when it comes to a celebrity, I think people get confused between connection or meant to be with obsession, like a lot of people think they are meant to be with a bts member or another kpop group, and they swear that its no obsessive behavior, that they really are feeling it, but they also try to find validation for their thoughts of being the one in tarot, hell we knew cases where the tarot reader herself thinks she is the tf, they are trying to create this whole narrative that this famous person are meant to be with them, and theres people who would be cool to help you build dreamland with lies in their readings idk if its for cloud, likes o rb, but it’s not healthy at all.
Theres people who have connections with them? Yes, theres a lot of people in this world, but I don’t think they are so desperate and insecure about the connection and are talking with tarot readers and psychic from the internet, i may sound harsh but that’s how I feel in this topic (u could see it when i talk about mrs jeon and how many people claim to be them lol)
Don’t seek validation on tarot readers or psychic!

#bts tarot#kpop tarot#i feel tarot and psychic are like a tool for people regarding kpop nowadays#like they are asking tarot readers and psychic its they are meant to be with x idol or if they have a connection#but they don’t realize that they aren’t feeling a connection#its obsession#and the need to backup that feeling with tarot its not healthy#today i feel fearless and harsh

i usually don't make these type of posts (on any platform), because i miss a lot of what's happening and can only catch up on it hours, sometimes days, later. and by that point it feels like my thoughts and words are not needed, since everything's been said before by more articulate people than me.
but also
but i will try to convey what im feeling best way i can. because otherwise it seems like nothing affects me and everything's back to business, when it's not like that at all.
being only a year and a half army i feel like i don't have the right to be upset (my feelings are valid etc etc, but you know what i mean). i wasn't with them on that journey for all these years and a lot of references or inside jokes that might be public knowledge can go over my head when i talk to my friends about bts [and yeah i mean internet friends since i have only one rl friend interested in bts. but she's more of a casual fan]. and im too embarrassed to ask for clarification. so im always trying to be cautious of my words and questions, which in retrospect can come off shallow, i guess. but anyways, im not here to talk about my neurosis lol
what im trying to say is i didn't "grow up" with them or find them at the difficult time in my life. it might've been a regular tuesday for all i know. (i think i was watching youtube reaction videos and somehow ended up on "men throw their heterosexuality out the window watching jimin" or something like that).
i was aware of them for a long time, might have listened to dope and idol when they came out, but i wasn't really listening, you know? i didn't look past vivid colors and captioned lyrics to get to the deeper meaning of what they were saying. i can't say they saved me or anything equally as meaningful.
but they DID become a huge part of my life. they DID change me as an individual. they DID help me look at life and myself differently (im not at "i love myself" level yet. it's a long journey, maybe life long. but im okay with it and myself. im going at my own speed). and they DID help me find all of YOU💜
(if not for them i wouldn't even be on tumblr anymore. i've been here since 2009, i was ready to deactivate and leave for good, because no amount of pretty gifs and funny memes made me feel anything anymore).
they did all of that for me in a span of a year and a half and they mean the world to me. can't even imagine how much they've done for all of you.
and so it breaks my heart to see them stress so much over taking a break and asking for our understanding.
i hope they find joy and fulfillment on this new journey in their lives and i'll be patiently waiting and rooting for them from sidelines 💜💜💜
#this got so long idk who would even read this#but if any of you did thank you <3#might get embarrassed and delete this in a couple hours#or maybe not#we'll see#it speaks#bangtan

heyo kiki, so i just read abt jk perorming in Qatar for the Fifa opening ceremony and im…… sad ? idk i was already disappointed when jk flew out there for that one video shoot but now he is also performing ? i feel like it isnt right for bts to preach abt almost every social issue we have but perform and advertise for a country like Qatar ? what do you think abt this kiki ?
- 🧚🏻
i definitely understand where you’re coming from and it’s ok to feel sad and disappointed about it! especially since it’s tied to human rights issues. i don’t want to say too much because i feel like it’s not my place. nor do i know enough about the topic to come on the internet and talk about it you know? but yes i think everything you feel is completely valid. someone on here summarized it well and ill reblog the post 💗
