Mmmh, I wonder... why did Arceus choose Akari/Kiki and no one else....

Oh! It could be like a paradox! Something like: Dialga (god of time) knew that Akari wasn't from this period but didn't know why they were here. Then, centuries later, he see a copy of his trainer/friend/buddy and goes "oooooh, hey Arceus could you quickly put this child in the past, you'll understand why :D". It's actually a time loop!

Or it could go as if Arceus knew that something was happening in the past and quickly needed someone to fix it. And then see this kid who is going to be BLASTED by a turtle and goes "You're my favorite now, we're having soft tacos in Hisui :D"

It’s pretty much the second one LOL. So Arceus noticed something up with the space time rifts in the past that was messing with the timeline. In my AU a space time rift in the subway sent Ingo to the past and he lost his memories to Uxie. Arceus knew what was up with Volo since it is all knowing and all seeing and needed someone with modern knowledge to put a stop to it, like someone with battle knowledge. Since Ingo was there it hoped that would be enough of a change but Ingo masked real hard and adapted a little too well so Arceus needed a plan b.

It couldn’t just yoink someone willynilly like it needed to get someone that technically brushed it’s realm to truey affect the outcome of where they went, and the terapagos blast kind of did that. It’s powerful enough to rip a hole into space and time and Kieran was caught in the middle. Arceus knows all it’s people therefore it knew Kieran who technically was a strong trainer and when he wasn’t having a mental breakdown, could be very driven and loved Pokemon. So it was a “free real estate” moment where Arceus kind of just yoinked Kieran and was like here you go and deposited him in ancient Sinnoh. Only thing is that seeing the face of god scrambled Kieran’s brain a bit. Arceus really went oops sorry but I got you the latest iPhone as an apology.

Arceus did kind of want Dawn to go back but couldn’t mess with the timeline to that extent, Kieran was convenient. But Arceus grew very fond of Kieran/Akari so now Arceus has two favorites.

I went with mimikyu and dragalge instead. the totem mimikyu part of the alolan games scared the fudge out of me so I thought it'd fit. and dragalge are highly poisonous. <3

So I thought about this for a while and I think about a month ago I determined this would be cannon in the far off future. It’s been highkey plaguing my mind for a while and I’ve been desperately doodling itty bitty Flurry with his mum. That and everytime I see them in swsh I get unreasonably excited going “I shiny hunted that.” And fixate all over again. So baby fever let’s go XD

Also my tag Phlurrii and the lil lad Flurry have nothing in common besides pronunciation. I named the mew that just cuz I like the name, shocker I know ;3

Arthur - Male - Lv. 62 ~ ✨ ~ Arthur was the first shiny pokemon Mathias ever found himself. Searching through the friend safari on a whim, for training and general research purposes on eevees, he ended up finding another little silver one. He treated the new baby with plenty of love and respect, and now he has a clingy sylveon that doesn't like to leave him alone. Or ends up doodling on the walls in crayon. Or puts stickers on everything everywhere. The amount of times he's had to clean that up.. Still, he adores the dorky little guy, no matter how much issue he causes at times, and loves going on walks with him. People think it's cute that the sylveon clings to his arms like a toddler with his ribbons, as well as the stickers that litter the pokemon's cheeks. Which.. isn't really the attention he wants to get, per se, but hey. Good attention is better than no attention! ~ Extra Information ~ - Always has some sort of stickers on his cheeks. (They can be drawn as practically whatever in whatever formation - Has a singular brain cell at times, though he makes up for it in optimism. - Despite being higher level, it's mainly because he was just found that way. He isn't actually that capable of battling. - He enjoys collecting trinkets and such, even if Mathias gets a bit frazzled on where to put all of them. Sometimes, they're helpful, though! Like evolution stones and pokeballs.

Welcome to Mangrove Island Pokemon Sanctuary!

A poke-ask blog set on the beautiful Mangrove Island! This island is home to a plethora of endemic life, this island is mostly untouched by humans. There is one building on the island, a old research station.

The sanctuary was established by Professor Mangrove, a specialist in rare and mythical Pokémon, when he bought the island sixty years ago. He believed the tropical island was prime habitat for the Pokémon Mew, despite no records of the rare Pokémon on the island. Despite his extensive records and notes of the flora and fauna on the island, there are no official records of Mew.

Currently, the island is owned and inhabited by Professor Mangrove’s great granddaughter, Top Ranger Alex and her partner, Gale.
