Orchidseed is so proud of her and thinks it's because she's a sweetiepie who just wants to help others

...In reality it's because she REALLY idolizes Myrtlewing and wanted to be his apprentice so he could teach her all of the coolest ways of killing and torturing cats

If Asphodel were a human she would look like a sweet school girl who skips along the sidewalk with her pigtails and skirt, meanwhile she has several sharp tools in her bag and she's plotting murder

I wrote a small storyboard for Rainhaze using Fangclub's "Vulture Culture"

1. "Temper, Temper, tell us your name" (The shot divides the screen into left and right. On the left side, Dustfeather is grooming Rainhaze, who is purring. On the right side of the screen, Dustfeather and Slugpelt hiss at each other, while Rainhaze watches with silent discomfort)

2. "Can I be part of the problem or part of the blame?" (The next shot continues with the divided screen. On the left side, Rainhaze brings Slugpelt and her kits food, happy to see them but worried about how despondent his sister is. On the right side, Dustfeather growls at Slugpelt kits, and Rainhaze looks at her, torn)

3. "So self-centered, never in vain" (The next shot continues with the divided screen. On the left side, Rainhaze is given prey by Ranger, looking thankful, while on the right side, Rainhaze cowers as Ranger tells him to bring someone to kill to him)

4. "Can I be king of the castle if I'm out of the gate?" (The next shot continues with the divided screen. On the left side, Dustfeather hisses at Ranger and Hacksaw, turning towards her son in confusion. Her expression morphs into horror, as the left side abruptly cuts to darkness. 5. "Like a noose around your neck" (the shot cuts to Rainhaze standing over the vixen he killed, expression dull and tired)

6. "Got a guilty conscience" (The shot cuts to the Defiance meeting, where Rainhaze briefly glances at the parents of the vixen he killed, before looking away, guilty)

7. "We live and die in a vulture culture" (The shot cuts to Deepdark saying this line, with Rainhaze in the forefront of the shot, so that as Deepdark turns his head towards the screen, it looks like his antlers are coming out of Rainhaze's ears, while the rest of Deepdark's body is hidden behind Rainhaze's body)

8. "We crucify anyone we hunger" (Rainhaze remains in the forefront of the shot, staring vacantly, as the screen splits into left and right again. On the left side, Dustfeather's corpse is shown decomposing, while on the right side of the screen, Asphodelpaw smiles at Rainhaze)

9. "Gemini and a broken brother" (Rainhaze continues to remain in the middle of the split screen, as the left side shows Ranger and the right side shows Deepdark. Both sides of the screen zoom in on the eyes of Ranger and Deepdark, so that it looks like their eyes loom behind Rainhaze)

10. "We live and die, my friends" (The shot removes Rainhaze from the forefront of the screen and is no longer divided. The shot shows Rainhaze offering a scrap of prey to Asphodelkit, laughing as she tears it out of his mouth. The shot abruptly cuts to Rainhaze biting into Asphodelpaw's neck before cutting to black)

I had so much fun with these two. They’re a couple of terrors

ASPHODELFOOT — A cream classic tabby cat with ginger patches, dark amber eyes, and a bobbed tail.

FENNELHEART — A mostly-white gray-and-cream classic tabby cat with golden eyes.

They’re both nonbinary. Asphodelfoot uses they/she and Fennelheart uses he/xe/it!

Born fairly shortly after both Lilystar and Goldennose came to power, Fennelkit and Asphodelkit were the pride and joy of SunClan. With newfound discomfort in the nursery, alongside the call of her duties, Lilystar left their care in the paws of another queen, and never really returned to the two’s lives aside from commenting highly on their performance during training, or a patrol. Goldennose was far more involved, however, especially after the two became apprentices, even personally requesting he mentor Asphodelpaw and having his desire granted. Fennelpaw, meanwhile, was trained by Spiderflower. The two grew as relatively common apprentices in terms of skill, but their ability to pull pranks and mischievous notions and walk away unpunished was unmatched. The two were inseparable in their youth, and grew up together as such, finally evening out into what can only be described as menaces the very day they received their warrior names.

hi hello talk to me about pillbugkit please what is their favorite game and plant and time of day and do they like being in the veilfolk

allllright! basic info first!: pillbugkit is the child of velvetchip, and siblings to many other kittens! asphodelkit, midnightkit, cottonkit and dustykit, to be exact :] they're quiet and reserved around most cats, but are a bit more talkative around their siblings. their horn and feathered tail are from a curse/blessing from a unicorn (which exist in solstice's joys) they look up to their siblings alot, and will often follow them around like a shadow, hahaha! now for your questions; their favourite game i bet would be something they could play by themselves. they have trouble playing with other kits, cuz they are always afraid they'll get hurt ((they never do tho lol). oh, also hide and seek! they'd find all the good spots :] fav plant, hmm. well, pillbugkit hasn't been out of the nursery much, so i don't think they'd know of many plants (for now). They really like Halofolk's long grasses though! (think like windclan territory). time of day? the sunset, for sure! They think the sky's colours are very very pretty :D least fav's gotta be the morning tho! they hate waking up lol they love being in the Veilfolk, well, so far at least. Avalanche came from Orchidseed panicking after giving birth to so many kits and thinking "it feels like I've been crushed by an avalanche...oh that works."

"-And the mouse says, well of course not!" Skyrumble joked. Tempestroar snorted.

"That was awful."

"Hey, you laughed!"

Tempestroar shoved him, and he shoved her right back. They scuffled for a moment, batting at each other playfully.

"Ha ha! I've got you now, Tempestroar!" Skyrumble said, pinning her to the ground. The grass behind him erupted as a giant dog emerged.

"Skyrumble!" Tempestroar shrieked, and twisted out from underneath him and launched herself between him and the dog. The dog didn't hesitate, and latched onto her and shook her body. Nausea swelled in Tempestroar's throat. The dog let go suddenly, and Tempestroar yowled as she went flying into a tree. She felt something crack, and was blinded with pain shortly after. She would come to hours later in the medicine den, Mintswirl hovering over her, and be told that she had broken a bone in the ordeal.

Algaesky limped over to Burdockheart, who perked up at the sight of her.

"You've been released!" she joked. Algaesky laughed.

"Mintswirl says that the fever's gone," she told Burdockheart, settling next to her with a grunt. "But my leg isn't going to heal any more than it has. Apparently, I have to re-learn how to walk and such." A dark shadow crossed the she-cat's face. "They say that my leg will be weak for the rest of my life, and that I'll probably have chronic pain from here on out."

Burdockheart pressed herself against her friend. "I'll help you," she reassured her. "We can work together on this. I promise. I'll never leave you to deal with this alone."

"Papa?" Asphodelkit whispered, and he jerked his head down to look at her. "Are we gonna die too?" He blinked at her and her brothers, and his heart cracked a little more.

"Oh, no, darling," he whispered back, curling around his kits. "No. Applekit was... he got sick. Very sick. Mintswirl did their best, but sometimes... sometimes StarClan's calling is too strong. But you three are alright. I'll make sure that you are. I promise."

"Hello," a voice said. Skyrumble whirled around, fur puffing out, and stared at a tabby she-cat. She blinked at him, amusement in her eyes. "Are you one of the Clan cats I've been hearing about?"

"Ah- yes!" He stumbled over his words, eyes wide. "I'm Skyrumble. How... how can I help you, miss?" The she-cat seemed even more amused, and Skyrumble felt his fur grow hot.

"My name's Tumble. I'd like to join your Clan if I could."

"Well, Parsleystar would have to decide about that, but... well, I'm sure we could find a spot for you. I mean, you look very... Muscular. Um. Strong! You look strong." Tumble laughed out loud, and Skyrumble just about swooned.

"I'm a bit too old for you I think, but thank you."

"Mmmm..." He would like to keel over now, thanks.

Skyrumble felt a purr rumbling in his throat, but the cheering was so loud he couldn't hear it. He met his mother's eyes over the crowd, and felt his heart swell at the pride in them. I've done it, he thought. Cloud, I've done it. I hope you have your own warrior ceremony, wherever you are.

"What happened?" Mintswirl gasped, hurrying over to Algaesky's side.

"A fox happened," Lynxfur grunted. "It surprised us both, but it got Algaesky bad."

"Not bad," Algaesky correct, grunting. "I'll be fine." Mintswirl made a sound low in the back of his throat.

"It's way too early to say that for certain," he frowned at her. "You've only just gotten injured. You'll have to be off your leg for a while." Algaesky nodded, accepting this quietly.

"You're lucky," Mintswirl told her. "It could have gone very, very badly, just the two of you against a fox."

"Ah, Burdockheart?" Burdockheart looked up at Beamsnow, who stood before her with a nervous expression on his face. "I... need you to do something with me. Please."

"Of course," she said, and gulped down the last of her mouse. "What is it?"

"I... can't tell you. Please, just come with me."

Burdockheart frowned at him, but stood anyways. She followed Beamsnow out of camp and they walked for a while. It's only when the DogwoodClan border is in sight that Burdockheart's apprehension grows so strong that she halts.

"Beamsnow, what are you doing? Why are we here?"

Beamsnow didn't answer, instead slipping over the border. Burdockheart's ears flattened, betrayal striking through her heart like lightning. She watched her former apprentice slink into a bush and listened to a whispered conversation, the words too quiet to hear. When Beamsnow emerged, her heart lurched. A pair of tiny white scraps hung from his mouth. Newborn kittens, mewling pathetically for their dam. He set them down in front of Burdockheart and gave her an apologetic look, then slunk back into the bushes and emerged with two more.

"Their mother can't care for them," he told Burdockheart quietly. "We... I never intended for this, but... they're mine, Burdockheart. I can't just leave my kits."

"Oh, Beamsnow," Burdockheart breathed. She wanted to say more, to ask who their mother was beyond just a DogwoodClan she-cat, but Beamsnow looked so distraught... "I won't say a word to anyone," she swore instead. She bent down to lick the tiny kittens he'd placed at her paws. "What are their names?"

Beamsnow sagged, a sigh of relief escaping him. "Applekit, Aspenkit, Acornkit, and the little she-kit is Asphodelkit." He nodded towards each kitten in turn.

"They're beautiful."

Asphodel was the firstborn!

Belladonna was second, and Dragonfly was third. Everyone else is unknown as of yet!

Orchidseed was sick during her second pregnancy, and both her and Goosekit were ill after as well (Goose was also a preemie)

Because of this, the first litter gang absolutely doted on their younger sibling and took great care of them while they and their mama recovered

They'd be ON IT. Asphodel gives them all the medication and general treatment they need. They (all of them) were working in constant shifts of getting water, getting fresh bedding, making sure it's not too hot or too cold, keeping them well-groomed, and more (including stuff specific for premature sick newborns of course)

The others had to be sent to collect herbs because Asphodel had to stay by Goosekit's side at all times so she could monitor his health

At one point, either Orchid or Goose lost their heartbeat and were seconds away from beginning to fade before they got it started back up again

This most likely happens in the age-range where some siblings are warriors while the med cat one is still a 'paw, because I like to think this causes Asphodel to earn her full name

Orchid and Goose make a full recovery! Orchid never regretted having and keeping 12 kits, but this moment really makes her appreciate how lucky she was to have so many cats look out for her. If they were just one kit short, it's possible they wouldn't have made it

S tier: Cloudfall (He adores all of his kits and spends as much time with them as possible, and his kits adore him right back and think he's the coolest! Bonus points for having three cool grandpas and multiple cool aunts/uncles :333)

B tier: Warblermoon (Since he was a mama's boy in life he was very excited to be a father, but he... wasn't mature enough for it at that point in his life. He gets a LOT better after joining his poly, but Cormorant and Periwinkle will always see him as more of a fun uncle than a father, and they're more than fine with that!)

C tier: Batroot (He really liked the idea of being a father, but he hated the idea of "sharing his kits" and was quite overbearing towards them. Salamander still cares about him, but his relationships with Wolverine and Kingfisher are still extremely strained)

F tier: Webstripe (For obvious reasons. Comet actively denies that she's related to him, telling anyone who asks that she's one of Cloudfall's kits, and Asphodel's favorite hobby is daydreaming elaborate scenarios where she brutally murders him)

Is Shimmerstream the mother of Beamsnow's kids? She's got red tabby fur and she's the deputy so it'd make sense if she couldn't take care of them. And Asphodelkit has little grey spots and Shimmerstream is grey and red.

But that's just a theory. A ClanGen theory!

Ohhh... I honestly hadn't considered Shimmerstream! The DogwoodClan cats posted were just the three high ranks plus a warrior tossed in in case I ever needed one. There are definitely others beyond them, and I was thinking that Beamsnow'd had kids with one of them.
