you’re right, there is no way to reach true zero, the limit would approach zero, but you would never truly reach zero.

in other words, you would get infinitely closer to zero, but never truly reach it. (asymptotes are the saddest thing in math to me)

as for making something effectively zero, it would depend on the price of the item. so for instance a $10.00 item would take

1: $5.00

2: $2:50

3: $1.25

4: $0.63

5: $0.31

6: $0.16

7: $0.08

8: $0.04

9. $0.02

10: $0.01

11: $0.00 (actually more like 0.00488, but this wouldn’t round to a single cent so it would be effectively free, tho technically not a true zero)

I already fell in love with Starscream thanks to Stop Me (a really good StarOp fic, that DOES have Soundwave defecting from the cons because of what happens in that fic and Soundwave also growing bitter and enrage at Megatron too because of shit Megs pulls in that fic, go read it, 10/10!), but god, reading this just fuels my love for him even more!

ALSO BREAKDOWN BEING CONCERN FOR SOUNDS AFTER AIRCHIND WAS A BITCH AND DECIDED TO JUST...SHOVE HER HANDS INTO SOUNDWAVE'S CHEST??? (wtf lady-)
