[Verse 2: Liam Payne] I get a little bit too brave I get a little bit too wild I get a little bit too crazy I get a little bit too down If you walked away, if you walked away, if you walked away, no So don't walk away, don't walk away, don't walk away, no
[Chorus: Louis Tomlinson & All] I will never be the one to say that something that you love is wrong You can make the same mistake and I'd still be here no matter what Pick your poison, drink it up and enjoy it Pick your poison, drink it up and enjoy it I will never be the one to say that something that you love is wrong You can make the same mistake and I'd still be here no matter what Pick your poison, drink it up and enjoy it 'Cause you are mine, so all that matters is you and I go down together
[Bridge: Niall Horan] Best I've ever known Everything I need You're my highs and lows And everything in between I can't give you up You're the death of me Venom in your veins Brings me to my knees

Do you remember when we used to sing?
Eddie is away on tour while Steve is taking care of their daughter a few hours away. Too bad she can't fall asleep without her special bedtime song...
--
Steve’s brows pinched together as the cries grew in pitch and volume, almost drowning out the familiar click of ‘Hey it’s Eddie, call me back or don’t, I’m not your mother.’ from the speaker of his phone.
He had shifted from frustrated to desperate as he glanced over at their daughter, red faced and snot nosed. Bedtime was a solid hour past due and didn’t seem to be looming any closer.
“It’s okay, sweets, we’ll call him again.” Steve soothed as he ran a hand down the toddler’s back.
“Daddy!!!” She screamed again, choking with the effort of her sobs, as she squeezed her eyes shut. It had been love at first sight for Eddie and Steve when they had met Rayne’s mother. She was young, just turning 20 in the fall, with curly blonde hair and big brown eyes. She was looking for someone who wanted a baby that couldn’t naturally have their own and the agent connected the dots for them. After several months, little Rayne was theirs.
“I know,” Steve muttered as he pulled up Eddie’s contact again. Eddie had taken a break from touring after the adoption of their daughter but had recently started back up. It started off pretty well, the excitement of getting to have a Dad weekend with Steve pulling her through, but now the newness was gone and all little Rayne Munson-Harrington wanted was Eddie.
Eddie usually found weekend gigs but had found a week long slot in a club in St. Louis that promised great publicity and even better payment, so Corroded Coffin hit the road and Steve held down the fort with some help from Robin and Wayne. They were obligated to babysit, she was named after both of them afterall, and he was grateful because work had been taxing enough without adding a feisty 4 year old to the mix.
A flu bug was sweeping it’s way through Hawkin’s Elementary and it spared no casualties in Steve’s kindergarten classroom. He spent the day trying to keep the class from putting things in their mouths and making sure everyone washed their hands, sending a child or two home after seeing the greenish pale tints of nausea pass over their faces. He knew that he’d have to deal with kids puke at some point, especially as a parent, but he’d like to avoid it at all costs.
“Pick up your phone you ass.” He hissed through clenched teeth, rocking the inconsolable girl in his arms as he dialed again.
***
Eddie first felt the familiar jolt of vibration in his back pocket  just after the first chorus. The second time was just a few verses later. He smiled into the microphone as he continued to sing, ignoring his phone. The third time was in the bridge of the song, a particularly terrible time to take a call as Eddie’s hands were preoccupied with his guitar. The fourth time happened in the final notes of the song. The fifth during the applause. Eddie frowned as he pulled the device from his pocket, ignoring a glare from Jeff.
“Hey guys, you won’t believe this but my husband is facetiming me right now. This is like the fifth time he’s called so I’m going to answer, everybody be quiet and let’s see how long it takes him to remember that we had a later show tonight.” Eddie laughed as the audience silenced quickly. Steve’s irritated yet grateful face popped up on the screen seconds later.
“Hey love…” He crooned with a cheeky smirk.
“Your daughter is very upset with you.” Steve ignored the affectionate nickname.
“Why is she my daughter whenever she’s mad?” Eddie rolled his eyes. “Is she alright?”
“She’s been screaming since 8:30 Eds.” Steve ran a hand through his hair and blew out an exasperated sigh. “She’s refusing to sleep until you do it, that’s why I’ve been calling.”
“Steve I’m um…” Eddie glanced nervously at the audience in front of him. “Kind of in the middle of something.”
“Yeah I wanted to be relaxing right now too but our kid needs her dad and since he’s five hours away the very least he could do is sing her the damn song so that we all can get some rest.” Steve squinted at him. “You’re being weirder than usual. Are the guys there with you?”
“Yeah the guys are definitely with me.” Eddie ignored Gareth’s snicker. “Can I call you-”
“Edward, so help me God, sing the song so that she can go to sleep.” Steve interrupted. “Look at her.” Steve turned the camera to the distraught little girl and Eddie’s heart clenched.
“Hi angel, I hear you’re a little sad.” He frowned in solidarity with her as her lip stuck out. “No, don't cry, it’s okay Ray Ray.” She howled louder, tears popping from her wet lashes. He winced as he lip quivered, his resolve wearing down to nothing. He glanced over at Gareth, leaning over to whisper to him before looking back to his phone.
“Alright fine, let’s sing it, yeah?” Eddie placated. “You’re breaking my heart Bambi.” The wide eyes and long lashes practically gifted the nickname to her. He glanced back at Gareth who gave him a thumbs up before looking at the audience. “Daddy’s band is going to help him sing it, is that okay?” Rayne whimpered as she nodded, snuggled into Steve’s arms as he held the phone in front of her.
“Wait, are you on stage right now?” Steve leaned forward. “Shit, I’m sorry babe, I didn’t mean to interrupt the performance.”
“You couldn’t interrupt if you tried.” Eddie smiled. “Isn’t that right?” Steve could hear cheers from the audience. “We love our rock and roll family here and we honor our traditions, most of all the bedtime song. Ready boys? Sing along if you know it, our most honored guest is in the audience tonight and would love to hear you guys.”
With that, Jeff  played the opening notes on the guitar while Gareth tapped out the beat with the rarely used tambourine. The bass thumped along to Eddie’s singing, and though it admittedly wasn’t their usual style, the band loved Rayne like she was their niece and they would play anything to make her happy.
“-In the misty morning fog with our hearts a-thumping” Eddie held the microphone in one hand and the phone in the other, beaming at the smile on Steve’s face. “And you, my brown eyed girl.” Rayne giggled and clapped, tears still on her cheeks but sadness having finally passed.
***
Hours and miles away, Steve smiled as he shut the door to his daughter's bedroom, the nightlight softly glowing, as he hummed the song to himself. Tomorrow there would be a series of tweets about Eddie going soft and videos flying all around the internet, but for now, and for the first time that evening, the Munson-Harrington home was quiet.

From 2010- Judges Houses
2010
Part 2
Tumblr media Tumblr media
When I found out I was in Cheryl’s group I was ecstatic. I have been a fan of girls aloud and Cheryl’s solo career. However, after I sang my song Cheryl felt being a solo artist wasn’t going to be right for me. Like Simon had said before she said I was missing something. So Cheryl rang up Simon and they had a discussion. I now stand outside of Simons house not really sure what’s going on
“Ok YN. Cheryl and I have spoken and we feel like you would do well in a group. So we would like to try that if your ok with that”
“Erm yeah of course”
“Ok come meet the groups” I follow Simon into the large house where I see many people sat on sofas. One I recognise from when I auditioned “I want to try you in Belle Amie first”
“Ok” I give Simon a small smile and nod. The girls stand up and we are asked to sing together. I can tell from the get go though our voices aren’t blending right and I don’t feel like we have much chemistry, so Simon suggests the group of boys, one direction. At first I’m apprehensive, a girl in a boy band? Well it will no longer be a boy band if I was to join. But as soon as we start singing I can tell our voices suit
“You were the missing puzzle piece” Simon comments “not only will you bring in the girls but now the boys as well. You look good together. Do you think you can work together?” Simon asks. I look at the boys who all smile and nod their heads. I look back to Simon and nod my head “right you better all head off, get to know each other and start rehearsing” with that Simon walks away
“It’s good to see you again YN”
“You too” Niall pulls me into a hug
“You know each other?” a guy with curly hair says
“Yeah YN and I met during the auditions. YN meet Zayn, Liam, Harry and Louis”
“Hi” I smile giving the boys a little wave
“So you’re our missing piece then?” Harry asks smiling a little
“Welcome to One Direction YN” Zayn says and we all fall into a group hug.
Tumblr media
Over the next few days we all get to know one another as well as rehearsing to sing in front of Simon. Unfortunately while we had a beach day Louis cut his foot while in the sea meaning he ended up going to hospital. We sit outside the house waiting for him to return. We film our VT for the X-Factor
“Louis was in the sea earlier and he cut up his foo’ and it’s swollen up pri’y bad” Harry says
“We’re all panicking a little because we don’t know when he’s gonna get here and what’s gonna happen ya know with the performance”
“And for us that’s really bad because we haven’t had much time as it is, we’ve just been put together and YN only joined us 2 days ago” Liam continues from Zayn.
Thankfully we don’t have to wait long and Louis is back. We all run over to him and wrap him up into the biggest hug
“Do you think you’ll be ok to perform?” I ask looking at his swollen foot
“Yeah, just hurts a bit when I put pressure on it”
“What was it?” Liam asks
“Sea urchin”
“Simon’s waiting for you guys” one of the produces says walking over to us
“Ok let’s do this!” Zayn claps his hands and we follow the guy to where Simon is sat
“Well I can tell which one of you got stung. Is it painful?”
“Very very painful”
“You alright now?”
“Yeah, good”
“Are you feeling confident?”
“We are now” Liam says smiling. Music starts playing and we start singing Torn. Liam starts off with Harry then coming in with the pre-chorus. Zayn, Liam and Niall do the ‘ooo’s’ while Louis and Harry do backing vocals while I sing the chorus.
After we have finished performing, Simon makes his decision while we wait nervously
“Do you think we’ve done enough?” I ask picking at my nails
“I hope so” Zayn breaths out
“I’m not sure I could handle another no”
“You never had a no. You were told you were missing something and now you’ve got us” Niall puts his arm around my shoulder for a hug
“No matter what happens we are a group, we’re friends and will stand by one another” Louis tells us. Simon then calls us and we stand in front of him, arms around one another
“Do you understand why I did what I did?” He asks which we all nod our heads in reply “now you guys have had a disadvantage not only being put together, but also adding YN into the mix, you’ve not had as much time togethe as other groups have. However on a positive note it works. It’s a yes. Don’t disappoint me”
“Yes!” Harry yells. Niall picks me up and swings me around then the others join us in a hug before Harry and Niall then run over to Simon to hug him
“I’m so impressed with all of you and I mean that”
“Thank you so much” tear start to fall down my face
“Don’ cry you’ll make m’cry” Harry says hugging me
“Sorry” I laugh. I can’t believe it were Simons final three!
I immediately phone my dad to tell him we’re through to the live shows, I then ring my best friend and my boyfriend who are all ecstatic.

Hi allie 🥺🥺 I hope this is not too much trouble but its hard for me to keep up with everything. do you know which songs from louis' new album we have information about already or the lyrics?? thanks
Hi, anon! We actually have good information about most songs so far, which is very exciting:
1.The Greatest: This song was leaked, here are the lyrics. And that's what he said about the song for Euphoria Magazine:
“That was specifically written as a tour opener, not necessarily an album opener at the time. Musically, it’s interesting. There’s probably not another song like that on the record. It starts the album with a statement of intent, which I think is important. There’s a certain ambitious level to that.” (September 1st 2022)
Also a quote from his interview for BBC:
Faith In The Future is dedicated to his avid fanbase. The propulsive opening track, The Greatest, is a celebration of their relationship. (September 17th 2022)
2. Written All Over Your Face: We have the lyrics here and here's a quote also from Euphoria Magazine:
[The album immediately switches it up and dives straight into “Written All Over Your Face,” an infectious indie floor-filler that we both agree is reminiscent of the first two Arctic Monkeys albums.] “I’m a big fan of that sound, big fan of that energy. I went into the room with these people I’ve done a few sessions with, and I said, let’s try and take this as punk as I can get away with. I suppose that’s where the Arctic Monkeys reference comes from; there are obviously punk elements within what they do.” (September 1st 2022)
3. Bigger Than Me: It's the first single from the album so it's by far the one we have the most information about, I couldn't put together everything he said about the song but here are a few things LTHQ shared:
It was written during summer 2021
It was written in London at Wendyhouse Studios with Robert Harvey, George Tizzard, and Rick Parkhouse
It was produced by Mike Crossey in Los Angeles
And here's a few quotes:
“We did it in London. We wrote that in London. There was a lot of pressure, at least I put a lot of pressure on myself in terms of what i wanted out of this first single. And I knew that I kind of, especially with how well the tour shows have been going on, I wanna keep this momentum going. I knew I had to come out of the blocks with something that feels pretty big inside.” Smallzy (September 5th 2022)
“I was nervous I’m not gonna lie, I’ve done quite a lot of shows this year which have stayed in the same set, so to add something new, and then to add that song - probably the hardest song I’ve had to sing vocally, it’s got that big chorus - I was nervous. But what surprises me everytime, the song has been out no time, and there’s so many people out there that know it already, in the crowd I mean, so naturally that fills you full of confidence.” BBC The One Show (September 7th 2022)
4. Lucky Again: This one also got leaked in August. Here are the lyrics.
5. Face The Music: It was written in collaboration with Dave Gibson. We also have a quote from BBC:
Coming of age is a theme that surfaces throughout his new album, Faith In The Future. On Face The Music, he philosophises that "good and bad and right and wrong are stories made up when we are young to scare us". (September 17th 2022)
6. Chicago: Jojo Wright said this about the song, here's the transcript:
“We went into the room, had a little chat […] and then he decided to leave the room while we listened to the music. He walks back in and I’m like “Who’s Chicago about? Who’s that?” He didn’t give me a crazy answer, but it’s about a person. […] He just appreciated the fact I had - that all of us were just curious! What is this about […] It’s just a deep track, it got me thinking who is this about, what happened…”
7. Common People: We have this quote from BBC:
Common People (not a cover of the Pulp classic) is about reconnecting with his roots in Doncaster. "When I get lost, I go back to where I started," he sings. "That song's just trying to capture how amazing the people are there. If you're one of us, we'll hold out our arms and we'll embrace you." (September 17th 2022)
8. Out Of My System: We have part of the lyrics here, this one was also written in collaboration with Dave Gibson. And here's a little quote about the song from Alt Press:
That incorporation of dance melodies is something that erupts on “Out of My System,” a pulsating, punk-tinged Arctic Monkeys-inspired track that recalls the heyday of early aughts indie rock. The day Tomlinson made the track, he had been listening to “Teddy Picker” or “Dancing Shoes” (he can’t quite remember), but he knew exactly what kind of music he wanted to make. “I went in and said, ‘Let's try to write a song that is as punk as I can get away with,’” he recalls. And he led with that kind of intensity and energy from early Arctic Monkeys albums to craft the song. (September 6th 2022)
9. Angels Fly: Nothing
10. Saturdays: All we have is the people he worked in the song with, it was registered in June 2022:
Tumblr media
11. Silver Tongues:
Tumblr media
Plus the quote from Euphoria Magazine:
With that, one particular track that Tomlinson is most pleased with is “Silver Tongues,” a joyful and wholesome moment that honors the little intricacies of his relationship. Once completed, he boldly stated it was the first time Tomlinson had written a song that he could imagine being sung by an artist that he is really fond of. “That song was a great part of the writing process,” he says. “On this record, I tried to write with less professional songwriters and more artists, and ‘Silver Tongues’ is a good example of that. What you get with that is a different level of care and love for what you’re doing, instead of making it about money and trying to get the single.” Another reason Tomlinson credits “Silver Tongues” for being so special is its authenticity. “It’s not trying to be anything that it’s not. We were not trying to write a single, and there’s just a certain level of energy to it,” Tomlinson adds. (September 1st 2022)
12. She is Beauty We Are World Class:
Tumblr media
Plus the quote from Euphoria Magazine:
Faith In The Future is bursting with exciting moments. However, what might surprise fans the most is the fact that Tomlinson is delving back into the dance genre sooner than expected on “All This Time” and “She Is Beauty We Are World Class.” (September 1st 2022)
13. All This Time: Same as the above
14. That’s The Way Love Goes: We have two quotes:
After taking on a journey through various sonics, Tomlinson closes Faith In The Future with the melodic and most tender song, “That’s The Way Love Goes.” After playing around with the tracklisting, Tomlinson claims that he “couldn’t get away from that idea,” adding that “you’ve got two options to end the album: you either end with a slap round the face or a little ballad moment.” Detailing a non-sexual love between two best friends, Tomlinson is confident that this is a song fans are going to adore. “I think it’s an interesting story, an interesting visual going through the song. With the way the album is structured, it kind of fits nicely to finish on that message. I wouldn’t have been able to do that on the first album because there weren’t enough peak moments of energy,” he says. Euphoria Magazine (September 1st 2022)
Tomlinson’s focus on intensity doesn’t extend to every song on Faith In The Future — at least not overtly. While he would have left the listener (hopefully) wanting more with “a wall of sound” on a record’s final track, he approached Faith In The Future’s closer “That’s The Way Love Goes” differently. The song, which was his take on the vulnerable simplicity of the Streets’ “Dry Your Eyes,” was the only track he could end the record on — one about a friend encouraging another friend to get over the fact that he’s not in a relationship anymore. “It's not the fact that you're not sympathizing. You're looking after him from afar, but you're not necessarily a shoulder to cry on,” Tomlinson explains. Alt Press (September 6th 2022)
The 4 extra songs: Headline: We have the lyrics here Holding Onto Heartache: Nothing :( Saved By a Stranger (demo): You can listen to the demo here and here are the lyrics. Paradise: Also nothing so far.

Post concert impressions after attending LT2WT Indianapolis - the whole.thing felt like a fever dream.
The crowd was SO good. SO LOUD, so dancing, so enthusiastic, giving him everything. But the magic was they were also GOOD. It wasn't a lot of screaming off key. It was projected, on key voices, giving school choir vibes.
I will never recover from Louis saying we were the loudest and we sound fooking great. In the heart of America, where he maybe had managers in the past saying these are the the people who won't like you if... Louies are everywhere.
The tour visuals are incredible. I could watch just that and still miss important bits.
Louis puts live shots from the crowd inside the black and white spiral wheels during Bigger Than Me chorus, a great touch considering his acceptance of the LGBTQ fan base.
Confidence level a million percent higher. Seems to trust himself and his band enough to mix up the setlist, they just seemed to trust us, themselves, each other.
TCU Amphitheater is a gorgeous outdoor venue. The show lights reflecting off the sleek silver roof amplified and scattered lighting so it felt like the show was above, in front, everywhere.
The Megamix all This Time/SIBWAWC I enjoyed so much, and I don't usually like those songs much. He should release this. Anyone have it?
Everybody knows COACOAC is a fuck you to the powers that be in the music industry and the power of thousands of people screaming the song in perfect tune with raised fists cannot be understood without being there.
BACK TO YOU pop punk remix needs to be released immediately. Just perfect. Crowd loved singing it. It had an early Gwen Stefani feel
Lots of fan sign interaction and fan interaction with Pit.
I think he is telling us when he wants rainbow lights from us - ATT/SIBWAWC megamix was rainbow 🌈 screens, lighting, and just beautiful
He played 🏀 basketball before the show and it was one airball after another
Finally pants that fit him
Bluegreening was the least subtle I've ever seen and I've witnessed Harry eat a banana 🍌 like a dick while wearing a dicklace and shoes that match Louis as he mimes having several cocks come all over his face soooo

Since his imprisonment over a century ago, cinema has changed. Dream knew the camera would always be the next big thing in storytelling and that the movie would become a new medium that the next generation of storytellers would manipulate and mold.
So Hob proposes movie night. They go in order of the decades, from just before he was captured up to the present day. So far Dream has really liked the 1926 rendition of Phantom of the Opera, Gertie the Dinosaur, and the 1939 rendition of The Hunchback of Notre Dame. The film for this movie night is Gene Kelly's Singing in the Rain and then afterwards Wizard of Oz, but he's not alone.
Del is still feeling a bit rejected by her family and decides to pop around her siblings to see what they've got going on. Destiny let her get lost in his maze, Death took her into the deep ocean to say good bye to an ancient whale, Desire took her to a club where she made a guy hitting on her dance forever, and Despair just sat around in her own self misery and Del nearly succumbed to boredom. Dream is the only one left to humor her and brings her with him for movie night.
It goes off about as well as to be expected. She loved the film, particularly enjoying Cosmo's Make Them Laugh and Dorothy's Somewhere Over the Rainbow. Dream also liked the film, though it wasn't one of his favorites. Just something bright and colorful to pass the time. But this gives her an idea. Things always seem to work out when people are singing and she just wishes that everything with her family would resolve in something as simple as a song.
So she makes everyone sing. The first victim is Hob who wakes the next day singing to his appliances and every sentence afterward. Which is weird for him, but he can't stop. He can't get through a lesson without making it into a song. Which is becoming disturbing by lecture number three. He goes home and contacts Dream.
Who is having his own issues. The Dreaming and its denizens can't stop singing either. Matthew has turned into a songbird and the music is starting to chafe his nerves. He goes into the Waking and finds all of humanity has joined in a discordant musical number. Lovers sing about the virtues of romance, street punks are dancing in lines and singing about how they're going to cause trouble. A woman screams herself bloody about her lost dreams and passions. He makes his way to Hob's apartment, where he comes down with a song himself.
It's a heart wrenching screed about the loss of time and opportunity. About how he just wants to love and be loved in return. Red-faced, he disappears.
Hob heard every word he said and opened the door too late, leaving them both to scream themselves hoarse about their feelings. A song that perpetuates until Hob passes out from exhaustion and is ferried onto the Dreaming. There they have a heart to heart in the form of a ballad which culminates in a big, sweeping movie musical style kiss.
After the first few deaths from exhaustion, Death comes to her sister. Even she is not immune and through a large musical number, shows Delirium the extent of the damage she's caused. Del doesn't feel bad, until she hears her brothers and sisters sing. The whole universe is in a chorus of pain and misery as they struggle under the weight of her gift. So she removes the curse and sulks. Her sigil dims and she retreats deep into her realm.
Until she hears her siblings collectively calling for her. She appears in Hob's living room. The popcorn is popped, the room is darkened and she can see everyone sitting on the couch or the floor except for one place on the couch, between Death and Hob. Dream is comfortably sitting next to his new human lover, his head on his shoulder. They invite her in as the movie is just about to start. They're watching Meet Me in St. Louis.
- 🤜 anon
MY HEART. Poor darling Del, she certainly meant for it to be a good thing. But nobody really wants to be singing for more than a short amount of time. I wonder what Dream and Hob sound like while singing? If Dream’s singing is as unique as his laughter, I'm sure it was truly... something. But hey, Del unwittingly performed a minor miracle by bringing the idiots together at last. Who knew that all it would take was a romantic ballad after 600 years of pining?
Del enjoys Meet Me in St Louis a lot! She likes the slightly disfunctional family, particularly the little sister who gets into all kinds of shenanigans. The best part is being with her family, though, especially because they're all on their best behaviour! They even have a good ole sing along to the Trolley Song. Delirium revels in the slight chaos and finally feels properly appreciated by her entire family <3

Also what are some of Y/N iconic interview moments and what kind of compilation videos have the fans made of her? Like I think maybe "Y/N being done with the boys for 8 minutes (or 10years) straight" lol 😆
YN, Zayn, and a couple other of the band's producers are in one of the hotel rooms. They have some recording equipment set up for them to record some vocals for their upcoming album. As she sits criss-crossed on the white duvet and talks with the guys, she turns her head to the sound of commotion coming from the doorway.
She tilts her head back as she whines out a distressed, "Niiiall," at the sight of her bandmate prancing into the room in nothing but his white briefs. Ever since their first album, the boys thought it would be a great idea to start a tradition where the boys strip down to their briefs to record songs.
One of the many misconceptions people have when they think of YN in the band is the fact that she must be living the dream being surrounded by these attractive blokes 24/7. Well, she sees 4/5 of the boys as brothers and she did not enjoy seeing them nearly naked during one of her favorite activities as an artist.
It's not long before the men in the room start to sing the chorus to Steal My Girl. YN puts covers her face with her hands and Zayn grabs onto her shoulders and sways her from side to side.
...
A compilation of clips of the boys messing around with her as she sings the bridge of What Makes You Beautiful:
On their first tour, Zayn and Liam would sneak around and tug on her ponytail. She carried on with a scrunch of her nose and roughly pushed at their shoulders when they dispersed from their formation. Or Niall and Harry would poke at her cheeks and ears, making her swat their hands away.
On their next tour, all of the boys pranked her by secretly running off the stage as she sang. When her solo was done, she continued to walk around the stage like normal but she dumbly looked around she didn't see anyone in her peripheral.
In 2014, Louis slowly drenched her back with a water bottle. She squealed, promptly turning around to flip off her childhood best friend.
On their last tour, the boys slowly but surely leaned all of their body weight on her. They tugged her down until they were nothing but a pile on the floor.
...
On the Where We Are Tour as the band finishes up their last song on the setlist, they all walk along the catwalk as they blow kisses, and wave goodbye to their fans. YN's the first to make it to the end of the long stage, she bows with a hand over her heart as she mouths the words thank you so much.
She furrows her eyebrows at the sight of fans pointing somewhere behind her but it finally hits her; she knew the inevitable would come.
YN only has time to take a glance behind her before she crouches down and shields her head with her arms as the boys (water bottles in all hands) drench her in water.
She manages to escape from their huddle around her but Harry quickly wraps an arm around her torso before she can run away, pulling her backside to his chest as they all continue to ambush her with water.
When they all ran out of water and continued their journey up the stage, YN just stood there, leaning forwards with her arms out and bent by her sides.
...
A bunch of clips from their early years where the boys (especially Louis) would just be screaming and yelling during interviews for no reason.
YN would just squint her eyes at the ear-piercing sound or close her eyes with a shake of her head and let out a sigh, "Sorry, you were sayin'?"
...
There's a clip from their Take Me Home Tour where Harry put on a candy thong that a fan threw on stage.
YN couldn't stop her jaw from dropping to the floor, the corners of her lips curling up in a smile at the silly sight.
And when Harry comes up to Zayn seated next to her, she fully turns her back to them with a dramatic wave of her hands when Zayn leans forwards to take a bite of hard candy.
The fans scream in excitement and laughter when Harry juts out his groin to her, offering her a piece. They see the way she furrows her eyebrows and mouths a firm no, which only makes the band laugh harder.
...
YN sat in between Harry and Niall during their press conference for This Is Us. The trio would make silly jokes and comments every now and then; getting paired up with these two never made for a dull moment. However, some of the questions they get asked have become so repetitive over the last couple of years that it can make interviews quite boring, passive even.
Like now, when they're asked the generic question what do you find unattractive from the opposite sex?
So after YN finishes explaining her answer about not being honest, she fixes her gaze on her lap to fiddle around with her rings as she waits until Harry finishes his response.
"...but I've never dated a girl who like spat."
YN's eyes quickly flick up to the crowd of interviewers with a raise of her eyebrows and she turns to give her bandmate a questioning look before bursting out in giggles.
"Wait, no, no, no!" Harry's eyes widen in panic when he realizes what his answer sounded like but it's too late. As he and Niall try to explain his reasoning, YN's eyes squint shut and she puts a hand over her smile, her shoulders shaking in laughter.

Listening to the 1D version of Where Do Broken Hearts go and it’s just so WILD to me that Louis chose to cover THIS SONG of all the 1D songs he could do. Because first of all people need to give him a fucking break about the lyrics because it’s WORDY AS FUCK HARRY STYLES and Louis ONLY sings on the chorus?? Until the end?? And even then he’s really only riffing.
And furthermore, the production on this song is fucking INSANE because for most of the song it’s like they are LOOKING for Louis??? His voice doesn’t get pushed forward until after the bridge and those last refrains where’s he’s all come on baby come and get me out like WHAT? WHY?
WHHHHHHHYYYYYYY.

The X Factor Audition
Tumblr media
When We Were Young Masterlist Summary: YN auditions for The X Factor and is completely shocked when she is put together in a band, with five other boys.
From a young age, YN was always trying to entertain others. She would make up plays to perform in front of her family, sing along to the radio with her father whilst in the car and once she was able to there was a guitar glued to her hands.
So it was no surprise to her family that when she turned eighteen, she wanted to audition for The X Factor. So on a summer morning in June, along with her parents and younger brother, Alfie, YN travelled to her audition in London from her hometown in Brighton.
Once they arrived at ExCeL London, YN was given a strip of paper with her unique audition on it from a crew member and was instructed to wait in the long line. Despite rehearsing the song for what felt like a million times, YN's hands began to feel sweaty and the butterflies in her tummy were erratic.
"Take a deep breath darling" Rose, YN's Mum encouraged "You're going to blow them away"
"Maybe I should audition with you?" YN's dad, Miles joked.
"You'd empty the arena Miles" Rose teased her husband.
"Even if it doesn't go okay...I'll still be proud of you YN" Alfie sweetly interrupted.
"Aww Alfs...c'mere" YN pulled her brother into a cuddle.
After waiting outside in the queue for what felt like days, they were now backstage in a smaller line waiting for YN's turn.
Once YN had been told it was her turn, her family pulled her in for good luck hugs and words of encouragement, before she followed the crew member to the stage. Standing on the allocated mark, she took a deep breath before she spoke to the four judges in front of her.
"Hi" YN manages to say as she takes a deep breath and holds the black microphone in her hand. This is the moment she's been waiting for.
Hi lovely..what's your name and where are you from?" Cheryl asks.
"Uh..I'm YN and I'm from Brighton" YN nervously answers into the microphone.
"And what do you do YN?" Louis speaks.
"I'm in college, studying music"
"Interesting..what are you going to sing for us today?" Simon asks with a stern look.
"Chasing Pavements" YN answered confidently.
"Adele" Simon stated, "Are you sure?" clearly doubting her already.
"More than sure"
"Good luck" Simon nodded his head for her to start. The track begins to play as YN holds the microphone to her mouth.
I've made up my mind Don't need to think it over If I'm wrong, I am right Don't need to look no further This ain't lust I know this is love, but
YN glances at the judges and see's Cheryl smiling and Louis nodding his head, but Simon's expression was hard to read.
If I tell the world I'll never say enough 'Cause it was not said to you And that's exactly what I need to do If I end up with you
As the music built up for the chorus, YN had this boost of confidence as the crowd cheered and began to move around the stage.
Should I give up? Or should I just keep chasing pavements? Even if it leads nowhere Or would it be a waste? Even If I knew my place, should I leave it there? Should I give up? Or should I just keep chasing pavements? Even if it leads nowhere
YN couldn't help but cover her tears as she watched the three judges clap and the audience roars with claps. After a few moments, the crowd quietens down and the judges talk.
"YN..babe..that was incredible..you should be so proud...It's a hundred yes' from me" Cheryl was the first to speak, earning a big smile from YN and a thank you.
"You young lady as gonna be a popstar" Louis complimented "yes yes yes"
"YN" Simon's intimidating voice began "I..I won't lie..I didn't think you would be able to sing that song...but you've proved me wrong...so guess what....it's a yes from me"
YN couldn't believe it, her dream was one step closer. Immediately she ran off the stage and into her family's arms. A moment they would never forget.
---
Despite feeling over the moon at being at Bootcamp, YN couldn't help but feel like an outsider. Other contestants seemed to have made friends as they stood and sat together. But YN sat in one of the corners, just her and her guitar. She had just finished performing 'If I Were A Boy' for the judges and was waiting for further instructions when she saw two figures sitting beside her. She glanced in their direction, two boys one with curly hair and the other with a beanie sat covering his head.
"Uh hi" YN greeted.
"Hi..M'Harry..what's your name?" the one with curly hair spoke first.
"YN"
"Louis" the other boy introduced himself. "We thought you looked a bit lonely on your own..so we came to join you..if that's okay?"
"Uh..yeah..I don't really fit anywhere" YN laughed nervously.
"Do you play?" Louis nodded his head towards the guitar sitting in YN's lap.
"Yeah..I've been playing since I was seven"
"Sick" Louis complimented.
"Where are you both from?"
"Donny" "Manchester..well Holmes Chapel" the boys spoke together, making YN smile.
"I'm from Brighton"
"Posh girl" Louis teased.
For the rest of boot camp, wherever Harry and Louis were YN could be found too. YN would be strumming on the guitar and Harry would sing along, but Louis was mesmerised by the girl he had just met, even Harry had begun to tease him when YN wasn't looking, making the Yorkshire boy roll his eyes and swat his arm.
Being told they had been eliminated from the boot camp stage was devastating. Harry, Louis and YN were backstage crying into each other's arms. Harry wiped his tears with his black beanie and wrapped his arms around the pair as they huddled together, waiting to go their separate ways.
"I just don't want to go home" YN sniffled and wiped her tears with the sleeve of her jumper.
As the three and the other rejected acts, began to leave a member of the crew began to call them back.
"They're gonna make us cry...make a good bit of TV" Harry mumbled.
The crew member began to call names from the boy's and girl's categories and asked them to return from the stage.
"Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan"
Both the boys left YN's side and followed the others to the stage. YN's name was then called and she walked onto the stage and naturally stood next to the other girls.
"YN..can you go and stand with the group of boys instead please darling" Nicole asked. YN walked over to the boys and Harry and Louis both smiled at her as she stood next to them. "Thank you all for coming back..judging from some of your faces this is really hard..we've thought long and hard about it..and we've thought of each of you as individuals and we feel that you are too talented to look go of..we think it would be a great idea to have two separate groups"
"We've decided to put you both through-" Simon added.
YN and the five boys instantly huddled together and celebrated their second chance. This was just the beginning.

The former One Direction will perform in Chile on May 24 at the Bicentenario Stadium in La Florida with his "Faith in the Future" tour. We talked exclusively with the British star who went from being a teenage pop idol to a professional soccer player, and finally to consolidating his own more mature and rocking sound. This is the successful present of the artist who loves to sing as much as he loves to play ball.
Dove Couple

[Translated from Spanish]
In 2022, Louis Tomlinson stepped on Chile for the first time alone to present his debut album "Walls". A bet that exceeded any expectation, because the madness was such that the British, that the former One Direction filled the Movistar Arena three times.
But that was not all, his fans had prepared a surprise for him that, as he confessed to La Cuarta, gave him "goosebumps." During the chorus of the song "Kill my mind", the young women organized themselves to coordinate the lights of their cell phones, creating a kind of mesmerizing wave, leaving the singer and his team speechless, so much so that the moment was recorded in his documentary "All of Those Voices". Moreover, the photo of one of those concerts was nothing more and nothing less than the poster.
But the music that makes him vibrate so much was not always his first choice in life. In 2013, just when the One Direction world tour that brought them to Chile was announced with two concerts at the National Stadium, Louis signed a contract with the League TwoDoncaster Rovers team, and only in 2017, two years after the group took an indefinite break, he was able to debut as a substitute in a match witnessed by more than five thousand fans.
“It's really an honor to be in the club where I spent most of my childhood," he wrote at the time on his Twitter account. However, the boy's dream stagnated when in 2020 and in the middle of the pandemic, he decided to launch himself as a soloist. All of his former bandmates had done it; it was his time.
Thus Louis - whom we recognize with nostalgia, familiarity, and a psychological interest - became one of the most important artists of his generation, adding milestones such as a billion streams on Spotify, numerous awards and being in the Guinness World Records book for breaking the record for the most watched live broadcast concert of a male soloist.
"I FEEL VERY GRATEFUL TO HAVE THAT LOVE HERE"
On the day of the interview with the newspaper, we arrived at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel where the interpreter stayed two days after a successful presentation at Tecate Pa'l Norte 2024 in Mexico, and a promotional step through Brazil. Despite the fatigue, he maintained a good attitude with the press, but mainly with his crowded fans outside the venue, who shouted his name from time to time.
Being in front of a pop idol who has spent half of his life on tour, in conferences and with a handful of iconic songs that marked more than a generation, is truly intimidating, but Louis makes anyone lower their guard because he welcomes you as if he were your friend. Wearing a pair of relaxed jeans, black t-shirt and sneakers in tune, he smiles and greets us in a friendly manner. Although he is surrounded by people who make up his team— overwhelming— but this is his natural environment; and thus begins a dialogue with La Cuarta about his two passions.
Q: Louis, you return to Chile in May after filling three arenas on your last visit, something historic! What will it be like to return with that powerful precedent?
Louis: I feel like my Spanish is coming back! I almost knew what you were asking (laughs). I'm very excited, I feel very lucky to be able to perform in an enclosure of that size in my... well, technically on my second solo tour. I feel very grateful to have that love and passion here. I'm mainly very excited about these shows.
Q: In several of your "Faith In the Future" songs, you talk about nostalgia, changes and the passage of time. Are they topics that you think about frequently or only arise when composing?
Louis: Yes, I would say that I am a little bit of a deep thinker. I think it helps me as a songwriter, but I also think that nostalgia is a great thing to write about. It’s a great topic to feel as a listener and also to write as a songwriter. And I'm also interested in psychology, so anything that makes the brain feel in a certain way, I think it's interesting.
Q: What would the 32-year-old Louis with a successful second album under his arm and a new tour say to the teenager who applied to The X Factor in 2010?
Louis: I would insist that he should do it. I think there is definitely an element, in every young person in that situation, there is something very terrifying that makes you want to start. But I would also tell you, what I have learned the most, to trust your instinct, trust that feeling and be brave to make decisions, the right decisions for yourself.
Q: Among those decisions is to be the last 1D member to make your solo career, and today we are here with "Faith In The Future" that sounds 100% yours. Looking back, how do you see the path has unwinded?
Louis: I feel very comfortable. The mentality I have now feels very different from the one I had when I started this trip as a soloist. I feel very blessed to be able to continue making music. But it's also a very nice feeling and it's something very new for me to feel so comfortable on stage and so comfortable when I'm making the music I want to make. In general, yes, I am very happy.
WHEN CHILE DRISTLED HIS SKIN
Q: Louis, I imagine there must be some time in your career when you said, wow, I did it!
Louie: You know, I used to resist that idea, because for some reason, I don't know, I never wanted to give myself that. But I've had it, I've started trying to have those moments for myself. It often happens during concerts, it can be something that fans did together, like fun fan projects. But also, even when I played at the festival now in Mexico, that was one of those moments. I was a little nervous when I went out and the audience was so big, but people seemed to be having a good time. So yes, it was amazing.
Q: Now that you mentioned the fan project, when you came to Chile, your followers prepared one for the song "Kill My Mind" that was beautiful. How did you experience it from the stage?
Louis: I had no idea what was going to happen! I know that fans often make fan projects, in a way of doing something entertaining for me and something unique in each show, but I didn't know what to expect. And, to be honest, I remember that I got goosebumps, it was an incredible show. And, again, always in these concerts, and especially in Latin America, it’s not only ten people, everyone on the venue is participating! For me, it’s a very euphoric thing to see from the stage.
Q: Changing the subject, football is one of your passions, what place does it occupy in your life today?
Louis: I would say that definitely, before I was in the band, nothing came close in my life, football was everything to me. Now music is. I absolutely love football, but for me nothing comes close to music. Obviously it's my job, that's important, but as a fan, I'm talking more like a fan, I probably don't watch enough football these days, I'm usually busy, but I catch up with the "highlights" (the most important moments of the game). It's still a big part of my life, especially when they play in England. I'm excited for the next European Championship. We're going to win it!
Q: Of course! [England] is the parents of football. Finally, what makes you happiest today?
Louis: The family, definitely, the family and friends. And specifically in my work world. It's live concerts. That gives me amazing feelings.
