Warnings : Dacryphilia, Infidelity, exhibitionism, fingering, oral, heavy dominance, use of degrading nicknames, NSFW (DNI IF YOU'RE UNDER 18+)
— You check your wrist watch, 12:38 AM, and yawn as you try to rub the tiredness from your eyes. It's midnight already, and you're still slaving away at work, this new project taking its toll on you.
Ei, your boss has been tough on everyone this week, but especially on you; she has summoned you to her office a thousand times to change something on the documents, even if it's just a font change or font size. It irritated you to the core; why was she being so cruel?
You sat in your chair, your only source of light a warm, yellow, relaxing aura emanating from your desk lamp. You relaxed as you swiveled your chair, taking in the night city view.
Your boyfriend had paid you a visit earlier, much more generous than usual, bringing you your favorite coffee and delicious foods, as well as a bouquet of flowers, your brows knit together as you felt the feeling of something unknown, it brought chills and trepidation spreading along your abdomen, something was wrong and you could feel it in your gut.
You're lost in your thoughts when you hear the notification on your phone: Ei, your boss has sent you a message.
From the most heinous creature in the entire universe:
Come to my office.
You laugh at your nickname for her contact and wonder what the fuck you did to irritate her for the billionth time. You tidy up your desk a little and bring a document that you meant to submit to your boss earlier but didn't have time to do so. As you walk out of your office, you reflect on how fortunate you are to be a hard worker who has risen to a high position in the company and has your own office.
You get into the elevator and dial up to the highest floor; you were 15 floors below her. When you heard the elevator ding, you saw her mundane office, unilluminated and tidy, and you shivered at the coldness of her air conditioning, wondering why it was on when it was raining heavily outside.
You remained frozen on your feet outside the elevator door, your gaze fixed on the incomprehensible beauty seated in front of you, she was dressed in a white dress shirt with a black leather harness going over her chest and shoulder, you couldn't see what she was wearing beneath, hidden by her desk, her long deep violet hair braided resting on her back.
You remain motionless until Ei's disdainful violet eyes dart at you from her computer.
"Do you know why I called you over?" Her cold voice spoke, and you shivered again, feeling as if the room had become extra cold.
"No, if I had known, I would have done what you told me to do-"
"Did your parents teach you to respect people of higher status than you?" She retorted, a vein popping along her creamy slender neck, she was pissed and you knew, you're the only one who speaks to her like this because of your head strong personality, you wouldn't let her treat you like nothing even if she has a higher position than you, you couldn't care less, respect goes both ways.
"No, they thought me that respect goes both ways, If you continue to treat me ineptly, I'd be glad to leave your office." You responded, oh how you made her blood boil, she had kept you around because she found your personality challenging, she had never met such an insubordinate person.
"I don't have time for your bullshit attitude, you think you're better than everyone? you think you're so observant but you don't fucking know everything, that's probably why you're not aware that your dear boyfriend is fucking other girls," you stare at her mouth parted.
"Don't you think it's hypocritical that you think I know everything when you're the one with a superiority complex, don't dig into my relationship because you. don't. know. shit." You reacted, you were wrathful, how dare she, how can she say such things?
She slid her phone through her desk after scanning your angry stance for what seemed like an eternity, a sly smirk appearing on her beautiful fucking face. You see your boyfriend shamelessly bending someone over in a public bathroom sink, hot tears brimmed your eyes as bile rose in your throat, and you felt defeated, inferior.
You were dumbfounded, you wanted to trash around from the flame that was ingesting your heart, you can feel heat spreading across your ears and neck, oh you were fucking acrimonious towards your ex-boyfriend and the incommodious beauty in front of you. She rose from her seated position, exuding such authority that you cowered.
"Are you mad? Are you angry? I'm sure you want to cry and shout right now; don't be afraid, go ahead." She said teasingly.
You held your ground, biting your lower lip to keep the tears at bay; you are not about to cry for the goddess in front of you, you will not-
She raised a hand to cradle your cheeks, the warm pads of her palm bringing you comfort, and you felt safe, and there you cried, and you cried until your tears turned to blood.
When you opened your eyes and saw Ei's triumphant grin, she wiped your tears away with the pads of her thumb.
You were dumbfounded as she drew your face closer to hers, kissing your hot tears away, and you stood there stunned as she drew away, why was she acting so strangely? You couldn't ignore the heat in your abdomen, or the arousal between your legs; you couldn't, and you shouldn't be feeling this way.
"You're so pretty when you cry, I can do better." she said, her voice a little lower than usual.
"What do you mean?" you inquired, looking up at the tall woman, your gaze only reaching her shoulder due to her tall stature.
Ei felt something pooling inside of her as she looked down at you with your big doe eyes, tears dripping down your lashes, and the tip of your nose red from crying.
"I can be a better boyfriend than him; I'm far ahead of him; I'm higher than him," she was correct; and you couldn't deny that she's far more superior, higher than him, anoterós.
You looked up at the woman, unable to resist such temptation; it felt as if the Gods carved Ei personally for you, to test your resistance, your self-control.
You grabbed her face, brought her lips down to yours, kissed her passionately, felt her hands wrap around your waist, bringing your hips closer to her, you grind on her, desperate for friction, slick pooling on your underwear. She led you to the glass wall without breaking your heated kiss, pressing your back against the wall, the entire city could probably see you, but you didn't care, you were thrilled, feeling something you hadn't felt since you dated your ex boyfriend.
Her hands roam your body, beginning with your breasts, and you let out a breathy moan as you feel her palm on your breasts. She pulls away, drinking in your state, you were so pitiful, so small and insignificant, tears half-dry on your face, swollen lips from biting and making out, a single trail of sweat running down your neck. She wanted to break through that façade you put on for others; she can and will.
She snatched both of your wrists, crossing them and pinning them above you.
"If you move them, I'll stop, I don't care if I leave you wanting, I will do it, don't defy me," she said authoritatively, and you bit your bottom lip and nodded at her. She gave you a fake grin, her hand caressed your cheeks, and you leaned into it until she slapped you hard.
You gasp, your mouth parting wide open, and for a split second, you saw a foreign expression flash across her electrocuting eyes: concern.
She was about to ask if you were okay, and that she had just gotten carried away, when you broke out in a beautiful grin.
"I always knew you were such a kinky slut," Ei said, a rush of adrenaline coursing through her veins. She snatched your white collar, dragging it down with unfathomable force, all your buttons popping off as your deep purple bra came into view; you had decided to wear a matching set solely for your own amusement.
"Look at you, you're usually so obstinate, but now you're so pathetic, so compliant, are you such a whore for me to the point of surrender?" she asked, brushing her lips against yours, her pointer finger dragging your brassier down, revealing your hard nipples, she presses into them before you could respond, only managing a pitiful moan.
"Yes, touch me, I need it, I need it so bad," you whine, begging her to touch your needy cunt.
"Are you ordering me? Who are you to do that, huh?" she said with an evil grin, and you knew she wanted you to beg, so you did.
"Please, please touch me, I need you so badly." You said breathlessly, looking up at Ei, wanting to touch her so badly, but you couldn't, so you made your best pleading eyes to persuade her.
"Hmm, alright, I guess I can," she said with a girly chuckle.
She dragged her hand down your plump lips, to your hard nipples that could cut diamonds, she lifted your skirt that hugged your hips, ran a hand down your plush thighs, and finally to your wet pussy. You couldn't help but be responsive, you moaned and clenched your pussy around on nothing while she placed slow teasing circles around your clit, her nose on your neck inhaling your perfume, she couldn't help but bite your neck, moving her mouth to your breasts and making her love marks, all while her fingers slowly circling your clit, antagonizing slowly.
"Please go faster, put your fingers inside please- fuck," you beg, your hips circling her fingers to seal the delicious pressure against your stiff clit. She didn't say anything but yanked her hand away.
"No, please fuck, what did I do?" you said, still keeping your arms raised.
"You're driving me insane, I hope you know I'll fucking ruin you." she exclaimed as she grabbed your arms and turned you around with force, your ample breast pressing against the wall, your sense heightened, feeling the coldness of the glass to the hand that's about to enter your pussy.
She slid one finger into your cunt, your slick making it easy for her to push a finger in, she steadied her wrist, setting a delicious pace thrusting in and out of your pussy, you moan and whine until tears filled your eyes.
"Another one, please, add another-" You begged, you whined as Ei curved her fingers, immediately hitting your g spot, your back arched as you placed both of your palms against the glass, your face pressed against it.
"You're such a whore for me, look at you, you don't even care if the whole city sees me fucking you, but I'm sure you don't mind as long as you get fucked by me, right?" she asked, Ei is dazed by your fucked up expression, so sweet and pitiful. You shouted a loud yes, bringing a smirk to her lips.
You feel your high approaching, urging Ei to go faster, and she did, your slick dripping down your legs and Ei's knuckles making lewd sounds, she hits your g spot again and you moan loudly, pleasure taking over your entire body as your legs begin to give out, you revel in the feeling of coming after months of not being able to.
"Hmm, what a slut, coming on my fingers like that," she mocks, pulling her fingers out of your grip and sucking them. You look at her in astonishment, taken aback by her shift in demeanor. You get to your feet and straighten your back, trying your best to fix your skirt and close your dress shirt.
"I'm not fucking done yet, sit on the damn chair." You did your best to walk over the chair with wobbly legs, and once seated, she pried your legs open and got on her knees, she was going to eat you out, you're about to pass out for fuck's sake, and she's still indulging herself into your sweet tiny pussy.
You flinched when her hot breath ghosted at your cunt and her warm tongue running down your slit, cleaning up your arousal, she sucks on your clit and you can't help but trash around, gripping the head rest just above you, she grips your thighs and places them over your shoulders as she continues to eat you out like a starved woman.
You feel another orgasm approaching, you grip her shoulder, only managing to let out pleading whines, she looks up at you, mouth agaped, your chest rising up and down, your breath shallow and staggering, your energy spent, she keeps thrusting her tongue inside you as you ride out your high, back arching more as you squeeze Ei's head with your thighs.
You calm down, Ei rising to her feet and looking at her alluring creation, you in her chair, legs wide open with your sopping pussy in view, your cum dripping out of your hole and her love bites and hickeys trailing down your neck, breasts and thighs as you stare up at her with half lidded eyes, you managed a tiny smile before passing out, tiredness catching up with you.
"I'm taking you home, okay?" she said beside your ears, which you managed to hear before falling asleep in the comfort of darkness.
Ei grabbed wet wipes to clean you up, wiping her mouth and chin, messy with your slick before gathering her belongings and carrying you to her car, where she buckled your seatbelt and pulled away, staring at you.
"He doesn't deserve you, but I do."

ILL ALSO HAVE A SEPRATE LITTLE LUMINE AND AETHER ONE BC I LOVE THEM
i just fucking realized that rosaria is a nun, which means she is not allowed to date or have any sexual interaction uh my bad haha
Yae miko rather laughed at your pitiful state. As a shrine maiden, she is not allowed to drink, but rather seeing you intoxicated was rather enjoyable. "fufufu...what do we have here?" She laughed as you collapsed onto her, crying. "How are you so gorgeous?...what if-what if someone steals you from me? Do you even love me?" ...this was what came out of your mouth in a series of lisps and blabbering. "Oh? And what would make you think there is anyone else that could win me over? If you really want to be assured, I'll let you know that I dont just fall for anyone..." She smiled slyly at you. "R-REALLY?.." You looked up at her. "Yes darling, really." You ended up in a sobbing fit and cried yourself to sleep, waking up to puffy eyes and a teasing yae miko who wouldn't tell you what she was had happened last night...
Beidou, is a drinker all right. And so were you. Unfortunantly, the rather large difference between the two of you drinking was your rather awful alcohol tolerance. One or two drinks and you were saying your deepest darkest secrets. Which is why it usually ends up with you and beidou drinking alone. "Gosh..." You fangirled at your wife. "So hot, pretty, cool, smart, strong, hngg" You hit your head on the table as your hand which was supporting your head slipped. "OW!" You yelled in pain, crying to your wife. "Wifey it hurtttttttsss." You cried to beidou, and she just laughed. Which resulted in you staring at her in seriousness. "That laugh...."You suddenly gush, warmth rising to your cheeks. "That was so hot!" sparkles appeared in your eyes. "Do it again! Do it again!" You eagrly begged her to laugh again...and again...and again. How happy beidou was to have someone love her as much as you did.
Lisa, was actually the one to intoxicate you in her office after you gifted her multipole bottles of fruit wine, insisting that it would taste better if she drank it with you. However, rather than drinking it for herself, she took small sips while encouraging you to drink more. And you, somewhat of a people pleaser (or maybe just a lisa pleaser), drank until you couldn't tell how many fingers you had on your hand. "Lisaaaaaaa" you groaned, holding your head. "Yes cutie?" she smiled slyly, swirling the wine in her glass. "I envy you so much.." You laid your head on the office desk sighing. "You're so cute, gorgeous, and pretty...how is it even possible? And your voice is so soothing..." You blinked slowly, perhaps it was the alcohol (or lisa's voice), that made you tired. "Haha, are you a fan of me?" She gazed into your eyes smiling as her hand lifted your chin to look at her. "I think your cuter, isn't that right my little cutie?" You shied away from her embarrassed. "I was trying to complement you...not turn it around to me" You kissed her and giggled, "Hehe, you're my girlfriend! I'm so luckyyyhngggg" You blabbered, drifting off to sleep giggling.
As a rather wealthy person (or at least, richer than mona), you brought mona to your house for a little dinner date at home. You were quite nervous, even after months of dating, trying to impress her. Mona found it a bit cute, you've already stolen her heart, you still want to impress her? This 'cute' intention and nervousness made yourself drink the whole bottle of alcohol for a confidence boost. "Ah! [n-name] dear, you shouldn't drink so fast!" Mona stood up worriedly and rushed to your side. She held your arm as the alcohol started doing its job, and you started to loose balance. "Monaaaaaa I love you sooooooooo muchhh" You turned to her smiling drowsily, but unfortunately loosing your balance which caused you to topple over her on the floor. "[n-name]! Are you okay!?" she sat up, perhaps a bit embarrassed with a tint of pink dusting her face. You, arms wrapped around her neck and staring at her a bit too intently, spoke. "You're the prettiest astrologist-no the prettiest person ive ever met, how did i even get to date you?" You gushed at her. "P-pretty? Well of course I am!" She boasted, turning her head to face the wall to hide the redness of her face. "You're so cool...I wanna be just like you" You stayed like this for a while, sitting in her lap on the ground until you dozed off. "You're so silly [name], I love you for who you are..." She mumbled under her breath, staring at your sleeping figure on her lap.
An eremite and a scholar..dating? Yes, perhaps it was a bit unusual, but you were so in love with Deyha, sometimes you couldn't even look her in the eye. First meeting when you commissioned her to protect you in the runes, as you were a haravatat student. You asked her out, and rather very surprisingly, she said yes. And now it comes to this, having a date in a treehouse? The picnic blanket was spread on the wooden floor, and a candlelit dinner was set on the blanket. "[name]...you can't get drunk alright?" Worried for your safety, she set the bottle to the side, away from you. You were quite the infamous scholar at the akademiya known for your alcoholism, which made many other scholars shy away from you. Deyha paused for a moment, seemingly trying to process something, then picking up the bottle and shaking it, only to hear the airy inside of the bottle, without a single drop of wine. "[n-name]?" She went over to your side and looked at your face, in which turned out to be pink. She sighed. Truth to be told, you were trying to fix your alcoholism, which was (kind of?) working, you only got drunk every other week or so. It seems that the wine was too tempting to resist. You looked at Deyha and took her face in your hands. "Your makeup is superb pretty and gorgeous and cool and hot today." Deyha sat up straight, blushing. "I'm not wearing any makeup today [name].." Covering her face with her hand embarresed by your compliment. You snaked your hands around her waist and closed your eyes. "Mmmm...youre warm too..." You cuddled next to her as she laughed. "Of course, I'm your little heater." You smiled, breathing in her scent. "You smell good too..ehe" You took a deep breath and sighed.
The jade chamber was rebuilt, so you decided to have a mini party with only Ninguang. "I've brough some high-quality wine from mondstat for us to celebrate." She opened the bottle, the two of you a drink. Savoring the wine, she smiled at you gently. "Do you like it?" She asked you, waiting for your reply. "YES! Ahem, sorry i meant yes, i do like it." You blushed, flustered of your outburst. It was still hard to wrap your head around the fact that you were dating the ninguang. Perhaps it was the alcohol slowly taking effect, or maybe just the nerves, but you suddenly blurted out, "I think you're the nicest and prettiest lady in the entirety of teyvat! I-I'm really happy that you gave me a chance to date you considering our vast diferences..." You stuttered, fumbling with your hands. She let out a slight chuckle and stood up, walking in front of your chair to bend down to look at you. As here hands were on both of the arm rests, pining you to the chair, she spoke sternly, yet also in a loving tone. "It should be me who's the grateful one here, someone as cute and charming as you is hard to come by you know?" She teased you, showing her rather playful side than her work personality to you. After all, you were someone who truly loved ninguang for who she is and perhaps her no.1 fangirl and supporter.
As someone who was kept void of emotions, Shenhe was always learning new things about love and emotions when she was with you. She always felt calmer(less homicidal ykyk) near you, which was something quite new. And blushing and being embarrassed...was a bit confusing sometime. You invited her to your house for a drink or two, which caused shenhe to panic a bit and cloud retainer to have her little 'my baby's growing up!!' moment. Appearing at your front door step, you invited her in. "Oh! I bought this bottle of alcohol when i visited Snezhnaya, I've been really wanting to try it with you!" You smiled, which instantly caused shenhe to be a melting mess. "R-really...you wanted to try it with me?" "Yes!" You took two cups and poured some alcohol in each one. "Cheers!" You smiled as you downed the whole thing. "Ack-" You coughed, choking a bit on the alcohol. "Are you alright?" Shenhe asked worried about your wellbeing. "Yeah haha..and this alcohol seems to be wayyyy stronger than I thought it would be." You silently apologized to shenhe for the person you were about to become once drunk. Taking another shot (which actually was more like 5 shots in your cup), your face started turning red, and your words started to become more carefree and slurred. "Mmmphhh i really lov your eyes their soooo pretty...Just like you entirely ya know? Gosh how did i get someone as cute as you?..." You smiled at her, as she was a mush of shyness. "You're doing it again...saying these things that make me feel weird..." She mumbled, but you heard her. "Do you not like how it makes you feel?" You looked at her, tilting your head in curiosity. "N-no! I really like these um-compliments you give me." She covered her face. "Awww whats wrong?" You smiled, pouting. "Those expressions of yours...so...cute..." She fangirled internally at you. Tonight, shenhe will be receiving all the affection she deserves <3
"YYYYYYYYEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAANNNNNNN" you yelled rushing to the front door of your rather luxurious home you shared with your wife. "Hello love, I'm back from work." You jumped onto her as she caught you. "You're such a child...I haven't even been gone for that long." You sniffled and sobbed. "Yes it was! You were gone for two days! I missed you so much!" You cried, and yelan took one smell to know you were drinking. She sighed and laughed "Drinking without me?" She said. "Im sorry...I just missed seeing your pretty face and your touch i thought the alcohol would help...It's-It's a weekend so its fine!" You tried defending yourself. "Well I'll say, I missed you lots too. I got you a little souvenir" But you were already fast asleep. Well at least she loves taking care of you at times like this, she found it pretty cute.

Lingering stares, stolen glances, and every excuse taken to see even a single glimpse of you.
If Morax and Beelzebub’s affections for the Anemo Archon’s priestess could be summed up into a few measly words, it would be that. Were Barbatos a more sharing god, perhaps he wouldn’t have left his two good acquaintances to pine hopelessly for his most devout follower for the better part of two thousand or so years.
He is not someone who lacks empathy, nor someone who could even be called possessive, but there is something so delightful about the idea of depraving two gods of your attention, that which only he is permitted to have.
Alas, such greed and mischief will be his undoing.
“Sleep well, My Lord. I shall await your awakening however many centuries it may take.”
(Barbatos wakes up five hundred years later to his friend corrupted by the Abyss and the knowledge that his once-devoted priestess is now the wife of two Archons. He hears the tale of how two nations nearly went to war for your hand, but the only thing on his mind is how it would have been three had he been there.)
In the aftermath of the Cataclysm, you are left adrift.
There is no room for you in Mondstadt, where people will gawk and bow in reverence for the mythical figure of Barbatos’ High Priestess in the flesh. Dvalin is to be left to heal in peace and recuperate from his fight. Your Archon has fallen into a deep slumber, and while you are happy to wait for him to wake up, your mind seeks to find something else to occupy it.
Much like the wind your god favors, you wander across the land sculpted by your god aimlessly.
That is, until the winds come bearing news of the death of Baal.
Beelzebub startles when you appear before her in a flash of golden leaves, bearing the scent of your homeland and something else that is entirely unique to yourself.
It isn’t your place to comfort gods, but she is a dear friend and not simply the shadow she always insists on being.
“Ei,” it’s the first time you use her true name (it won’t be the last), “I am sorry for your loss.”
And so much more than that. She has lost her sister, her companions, and has suddenly been thrust into the role of an Archon whilst her nation suffers the aftermath of the destruction that Khaenri’ah’s monsters left.
It is a heavy burden, even for a god. You would know — Barbatos had often lamented to you in the past few millennia how difficult being an Archon was, let alone being an Archon in the fallout of a war.
She approaches cautiously as first, as if unable to believe that you are truly here and not guarding Mondstadt as you so often are found to be doing. You take the initiative and offer your hand.
Her fingers close around your palm tightly. She’s shaking, you realize, so you offer your other hand with the promise of comfort.
She takes it and never lets go.
Ei, you find, is a very clingy friend.
She insists you hold her hand and accompany her to every little outing and event that she needs to attend as the god of Inazuma. At night, she asks you to hold her while she pretends to fall into a deep slumber. You let her arms wrap around you, unable to say that you know she’s not asleep. She is grieving in her own way, you tell yourself, let her have this. Even if her touches linger a moment too long and her hands roam places they shouldn’t.
Your soft heart and the principles engrained into you by your god tells you of kindness and the need to help others even at the cost of yourself.
Her hand brushes against the swell of your breasts.
Let her have this.
A letter bearing the seal of Liyue comes during the fifth month of your stay in Inazuma.
Ei looks up from where she nestled her face into your shoulder, shifting to get a better look at the letter and, in turn, shifting you as well from your place on her lap.
It is a thing close friends do, you tell yourself and ignore the intimate connotations such actions would bring up.
“Morax is inviting me for tea. He says he has missed my company terribly in the past few years we haven’t seen each other.”
Her grip on your waist tightens for an infinitesimal moment.
She is reluctant to let you go.
With Liyue comes spring and the Lantern Rite Festival that will be celebrated for the first time since the end of the Cataclysm.
Morax is as imposing as ever in his white robes and the majestic golden horns that rests at the top of his head like a crown. He welcomes you to his side with a smile, guiding you to your seat with a hand on the small of your back that lingers for a second too long to be appropriate.
You let it slide, just as you’ve let many of his and Ei’s accidents over the past.
He makes for pleasant company, but the winds in the mountain have been strangely upset. One particular strong gust of wind tips the dainty cup of tea over, liquid spilling and dripping down the table and onto the dress you had saw fit to wear on your trip to the land of contracts.
Morax apologizes for the state of the weather today, but you reassure him that all is well.
“I suppose this was my Lord’s way of telling me to wash away the dirt of my travels. I apologize, Morax, but it seems we shall have to cut our tea session short.”
He tells you that it’s alright, suggesting a place for you to bathe in and hinting at a meeting between the two of you again tomorrow. “Perhaps, since Barbatos is no longer looking over your shoulder, I might give you a tour around Liyue?”
“That would be lovely!”
You feel eyes resting on your naked form as you immerse yourself in the cold river water.
You tell yourself that you are in the wilderness, there are bound to be animals and all kinds of avian out and about, curious what the new scent of dandelions and sakura blossoms are.
Gold flashes upon your periphery, but when you turn to look, there is nothing but shrubs and trees within sight.
You spend more time in Liyue than you did in Inazuma.
And when it was time to leave to return to your nation, he refuses you.
Morax, unlike Ei, is a different sort of clingy.
Where Ei was soft, hesitant touches that lingered but never stayed, hidden stares and roaming hands when she thinks you aren’t paying attention; Morax is as hard and unmoving as the element he rules over.
“Please, Morax, I hardly think this is appropriate...”
And it is telling how much gravity those words hold, given how you never spoke such words to Ei no matter how much her hands swept over your breasts and thighs and lingered dangerously close to that one spot between your legs.
“Is it?” he asks, breath ghosting over the skin of your neck, sharp teeth brushing over the sensitive spot but never clamping down—yet. “I should think this constitutes as a simple activity between friends. Or was Beelzebub wrong in her assumptions when she mentioned how close the two of you have gotten in the last few months?”
“No, but—ahh...” Your voice veers off into a mere whimper when he presses his tongue to your pulse and licks a long stripe from the junction of your shoulder all the way to the underside of your jaw.
“Or did she lie when she said how you spend every night in her bed, letting her touch wherever she pleases without voicing a single complaint?”
“I-It wasn’t like that. I—Morax!” you exclaim when you feel one of his large hands grabs the inside of your thigh, shifting close (far, far too close) to that sensitive place between your legs. “You musn’t—”
He ignores your admonition and uses his other hand to pry your legs apart. “So she lied, then. I shall deal with her when the time comes, but for now...”
His hand starts moving closer. Frantic and much too distressed to use your vision, you weakly grab his wrists to spot the inevitable.
You feel his chuckle reverberate from where your back is pressed to his chest. It is all the more humiliating when he subtly bounces his leg that you’re sitting on to shift you closer to him.
His hand wrenches free from your light grip and clasps both of your wrists in one, utterly dwarfing yours in size. You try to squirm away from his grip, but in doing so, you unintentionally brush your clothed cunt over the hand that had previously been resting on your thigh.
Your mouth parts at the sudden contact, unconsciously clenching at nothing and feeling your face warm at the breathy laugh that escapes Morax’s lips.
“Don’t try to deny this, deny me just as you have done for thousands of years.” His teeth slides tantalizingly slow over your neck. “If the High Priestess of Barbatos didn’t want this, she would have used her power that once cleaved mountains to escape from my grasp.”
His fingers glide over your clothed slit. This time, you let him with only a mild protest that sounds weak even to your own ears.
You feel him smile against your skin.
You awake to the feeling of a knot building up in your stomach and the cool breeze over your naked form.
Golden eyes pin you in place. Only then do you register the soft, squelching sound that’s coming from between your legs.
In your drowsy, sleepy state, you can do nothing but pant at the foreign feeling overtaking your senses. “M-Morax, what...”
Your mind blares in alarm when you feel his fingers curl inside you.
But the alarm is replaced by the sheer, mind numbing pleasure that follows. You involuntarily let out a keen mewl that echoes around your chambers.
Something hard presses against your thigh.
You feel him thrust his fingers in and out of you at a brutal pace that has your head spinning and eyes crossing while Morax leans above you and licks his lips at the sight of you slowly becoming undone.
“M-Morax, I don’t want to... this is... wrong—” His thumb reaches up to rub circles on your neglected clit.
“Hm? But you’re doing so well. Doesn’t it feel good?” He soaks in the sound of your cries. Not stopping the pace of his fingers even when you’re begging with drool coming out of your lips.
“I don’t—please, please, wait—” He silences you by covering your lips with his and swallowing the protest that dies once he bullies his tongue into your mouth.
By the gods, you taste as heavenly as he’s always thought.
His hips begin rutting against the softness of your thigh, his tip leaking precum and smearing it across your skin. And with all the debauchery that a god can posses, he conjures the image of you covered in his seed. Thick, white spurts of his seed dripping down your face and slipping between the valley of your breasts. And he wants it so bad he is willing to burn the world for it.
“Morax,” you cry out, legs shaking and clenching around his fingers as your impeding climax approaches.
He shudders at his name being called out in such a wanton tone, grinding his erection harder against your soft thigh. Suckling at the exposed skin of your neck to mark what is his.
“F-Feels s’ good, I-I’m sorry... I’m sorry...” you mutter intelligibly, fingers clenching the sheets and nails almost tearing through the fabric. You legs start spasming violently, heart racing and breath hitching at the coiling tension threatening to release in your belly.
He watches you with rapt eyes and savors the lewd sounds of your cunt welcoming his thick fingers, your slick running down his wrists that he will make sure to lick clean after.
“L-Lord—” His cock twitches as he imagines you calling out to him with such reverence that was once reserved for a certain god. “Lord Barbatos!”
The coil snaps.
Your back arches, letting out a loud cry as tears spill down your cheeks.
Morax feels his smile turn to stone. A twisted feeling creeping up on him, the kind that makes his want to destroy and be the god of war he was once called millennia ago.
Lord Barbatos. He nearly scoffs. What does that drunkard have that he does not? He will have to make you see sense, but not now, not with this ugly emotion clawing at his chest and threatening to break loose.
He leaves you panting on the bed to reign in his bubbling anger, not confident in his ability to control himself at the state he’s in now.
As your high begins to die down, you nearly become sick with the realization that you had enjoyed coupling with someone who wasn’t your god.
You leave before the sun rises.
Ei welcomes you with a surprised but pleased smile—until she catches sight of your harried state and the bruises beginning to form on your neck and across your collarbones.
“Who did this?” Her voice could be likened to a storm gathering on the horizon. Inescapable and deadly.
You collapse into her arms in relief.
You were hesitant to tell her, but she is insistent, and so you cave.
The only thing that stopped her from marching into Liyue’s borders and declaring the second coming of the archon war was you.
She is gentle with you, comforting you with her embrace and letting you do as you pleased.
(And if she takes advantage of your harried emotions by indulging herself to your addicting scent and running her hands over your velvety skin, well, there is no one there to disapprove of her actions. Much less a certain alcoholic god to snatch you away from her grasp.)
Inside, she is seething. Angry and bitter that Morax got to have a taste of you before she did. To mark your skin with bruises and hear your debauched moans as she pleasured you herself. There shall be no interruption within the halls of Tenshukaku, only you and her and the sounds you will make once she gathers the courage to take you for herself.
“You are always so good to me, Ei.”
Perhaps that time will come soon. Ei would like to cover the unseemly bruises made by Morax on the expanse of your flesh with marks of her own.
She’s more handsy than usual. It’s the first thing you note after laying down the bed beside her and immediately being smothered into her chest.
You feel her hands running down your back, the thin robe she insisted you wear every night leaving nothing to imagination. Her touch leaves a trail of goosebumps in their wake, leaving you shivering but not from the cold.
Ei buries her nose into your hair and inhales like it’s the last time she’ll get to smell your scent — perhaps it is. After what she plans to do tonight, you might just denounce her name as you did Morax’s.
It starts small. Lips trailing over your hairline and fingers ghosting over every inch of exposed skin, light as a feather. You want to say that this is merely her being touch-starved as she always is, but there is something in the air, something heated and coiling with unmistakable tension.
Her hand lands on the soft flesh of your rear.
You pull away from her, hands on her shoulders to keep her at bay.
“Ei, what are you—” She cuts you off with a searing kiss.
Your lips taste as divine as she always imagined them to be.
Her hands are quick to untie the knot of your robe, pulling them away in one swift motion and leaving you naked for her to see.
You flinch away from her kiss when cool air brushes over your nipples. Heat making its way to your face once you realize the state of your undress.
Ei grabs your chin and forces you to look into her vivid purple eyes.
And you finally see what you have been resolutely ignoring these past few months.
There is an unmistakable want in her dilated pupils, gaze lidded with lust and the corners of her eyes crinkled with something you couldn’t hope to discern (is it desire, possessiveness, or—love?)
Her lips find their way to your collarbones, nipping at your skin and teeth biting just hard enough to mark but not draw blood. Your hands land on her shoulders, not knowing whether you should push her away or pull her close.
Your breath hitches when her mouth latches on your nipple, her hand moving downwards to a place you know should be reserved for your god only but—
A whine leaves your lips when her fingers begin to rub circles on your clit. Her pace begins to build up, tearing gasps and moans from your throat as she eases you to a painfully quick climax.
Your toes begin to curl against the sheets, hips bucking up to gather more stimulation. Your mouth opens in preparation for a cry—
But then she pulls away.
You hadn’t realized you’d been crying until you look down at her and see only a blur.
“Please, Ei, please I—”
You wail when her tongue lands on your slick folds, lapping at them and grinding the tip of her nose at your abused clit.
She inhales, long and slow, and nearly comes undone from your scent alone. Her hands grab your thighs to pull them further apart, burying her face deeper in your cunt, tongue making obscene noises as she continues to sloppily lap at your slit.
“Feels s’ good... Ei, please... please, I want—” Your pleas turn into incoherent babbles when her tongue begins to fuck into you.
Your slick smears across her face, dripping down her chin and into the wet spot that’s gathering on the bed. Ei will have it remain unwashed for the rest of eternity.
Your hands find purchase in her hair, tangling your fingers in the thin strands and pushing her even closer to your cunt. Loud, shaky breaths escape your lips, thighs closing around her head as the heat in your abdomen begins to build to a crescendo.
Ei feels your thighs shake, so she moves her tongue to your clit and starts suckling at it. One long, slender finger enters you with a wet squelch that she’ll repeat in her head for centuries to come.
You come undone on her face, hot spurts of liquid squirting out of you, and Ei is all too happy to run her tongue over the mess you’ve made and swallow your release.
Silence reigns save for the crude sounds of her lips on your folds.
As you sit in the wake of your high, you cannot even bear to think of your god.
You had thought Morax would come for you as soon as he realized you left. A part of you hopes he had, if only so you can finally sort out the confounding feelings that swirl in your chest, threatening to drown you with their sheer intensity.
Ei busies herself with her nation, working on a project she has yet to tell you about.
“I will reveal it to you at a later date,” is always her reply whenever you broach the topic.
It leaves you feeling a sort of fondness, watching her work in a way she had never been able to when she was still a kagemusha.
On the fourth month after you left Liyue, she presents a puppet to you.
“This is Kuni.”
You stare down at the young looking boy who greatly resembles the former Electro Archon, from the soft swell of his cheek to the smile he greets you with. But there is also a hint of you in the slope of his nose and the shape of his lips.
And you wonder, just for a moment, if she had made him with something else in mind other than the keeper of the gnosis.
That night, in the middle of languid kisses and groping hands, you playfully ask her if this means the two of you are parents now.
She splutters and turns red in the face, but she never denies your question.
With Morax comes the shaking of the earth and Tenshukaku in a frenzy as soldiers frantically begin arming themselves at the threat of the Geo Archon himself.
Thunder rolls across the clouds, threatening to bring unforgiving storms and strike anyone who dares to defy it.
Beelzebub meets him halfway across Inazuma City, a crash of thunder against rock that could be heard even from Seirai Island.
You are left in Tenshukaku with the puppet who has never called you his mother but looks at you like you are. He cries when he sees tall stone spires rising to the sky and flashes of lightning that bring golden pillars to the ground.
You hold him close and press a comforting kiss to the top of his head, this boy who has your lips and your nose and perhaps the crinkle in your eyes when you smile.
It takes two days and two nights for the earth to settle and the skies to clear.
Ei returns with Morax, a compromise between them.
You don’t disapprove of it.
You feel your insides get split apart as Morax sinks into your heat.
His cock is the same girth as two arms and has scales that only a dragon could possess. By the time he buries his whole length inside you, you’re nothing but a drooling, crying mess.
Ei kisses your temple from where she has you on her lap, legs twined with yours to keep them apart and two fingers spreading your folds to let Morax stretch you open.
“You’re doing so well taking me in,” he chuckles when he sees your fucked out state, brushing a hand over your face and wiping away the sweat that had gathered.
He starts pulling out, feeling your walls clench down on him and nearly coming undone at the simple action. Ei toys with your breasts, tweaking your nipples between her fingers as she covers your neck with sloppy, wet kisses.
Morax slams his hips against your so suddenly, it leaves you crying out in both pain and pleasure as the tip of his cock presses against your cervix. He sets a furious pace as he thrusts into you, the ridges of his draconic cock sliding against your clit with every snap of skin against skin that echoes in the room.
“My Lord...” You feel him still. Between the haze of pleasure in your mind and the tight knot building in your stomach, you don’t notice this. “Lord Morax, please—”
A deep, guttural groan reverberates from his throat. With one, quick thrust, he slams himself balls-deep into your cunt and enjoys the way you sob as he keeps hitting the entrance to your womb, leaving you heady and unable to form a single coherent thought.
You register the feeling of a hand snaking down your breasts into the spot between your legs.
Ei rubs circles into your clit, her fingers setting a fast pace that has you seeing stars and babbling wordless pleas. “S’ good, I wanna... Ei—Morax—please, more please, don’ wanna stop—”
He grabs your thighs in a bruising grip and starts pounding into you at a merciless pace that has you crying and drooling, tongue lolling out as you failed to decide whether it’s pleasure or pain that’s making your toes curl and back arch in ways you never would have thought was possible.
A mouth latches on to that sensitive spot beneath your jaw and sucks, leaving you gasping and legs twitching as the knot in your belly tightens until it threatens to unravel before you. Ei licks at the bruise beginning to form on your skin and watches the way your face contorts as you approach your release.
“‘m so close... so close—”
Her fingers press hard against your clit just as Morax hits that spot in you that has you convulsing and creaming around his cock, mouth open in a silent scream and tears running freely down your face.
With a grunt and a choked off gasp, he cums inside you, stuffing you full to the brim, cum leaking out your hole even when he hasn’t finished emptying himself in you.
He pulls out after a few quick thrusts that has you whining from overstimulation and pleasure. As soon as his cock is slips out, his thick, white seed pours out your hole. You clench down on nothing, feeling empty at the absence of him inside you.
Ei scoops his cum into her fingers and pushes them back inside you, a lewd squelching sound reverberating in the room as she fucks his cum back into you with her fingers.
Your eyes roll to the back of your head, high pitches pleas for them to stop going unheard. Soon, your legs begin quivering as your second release draws near. Morax’s cum mixed with yours drip down the slit of your ass and into the sheets below, making an utter mess.
It comes quick and just as mind-breaking as before. Harsh puffs of breath escape your lips, a gasp that turns into a sob when Ei shoves her fingers knuckles-deep and curls.
Your walls clench down and clamp violently around her fingers in a vice as your climax reaches its limit.
You’re nothing but a drooling mess, head spinning and eyes lidded and blurry with tears, a fog over your mind after experiencing two consecutive orgasms.
In a daze, you faintly register hands cradling you close and lips brushing against your temple, murmured words of praise and adoration spoken to your skin.
You fall asleep between two bodies, covered in sweat and release but in the most content state you’ve ever felt in thousands of years.
Five hundred years later, Venti appears before you and starts whining about you replacing him with Ei and Zhongli.
You laugh and embrace your dearly missed god, telling him that he still holds a special place in your heart and that you’ll always be his Priestess.

Your lungs empty, the sight before you horrid enough to steal your breath away in an instant. You're not usually this swayed-- after all that you've seen over the past few months, it's rare for even the cruelest of scenes to get such an expressive reaction out of you, the numerous horrors personally faced quick to numb you in such a short time. Somehow, you manage to surprise yourself today.
Because you've never seen so much red in one place before.
You manage to stumble, the scent of iron overwhelming enough to dizzy you into tripping over a piece of the upturned landscape. What you stand on used to be a shrine for one of the gods, not one so prominent that their presence or the construction of said shrine would impact the people of Inazuma, but the disrespect in its destruction is obvious. Whatever former glory it might've held existed as a memory to those who crossed its path-- now, crumbled and decaying megaliths sit scattered about Kannazuka's highest hill, mingling with the carnage.
Something wet squelches beneath your waraji. You freeze, and allow your gaze to flit down to your feet, lips parting in abject horror as more red appears, soaking into the white cloth of your tabi. You knew the liquid hadn't been from the absurd amount of rain that often plagued the island; the clouds above you were not weather clouds, after all. Your head snaps back up, and as hard as you try, it's almost too difficult now to convince yourself it's anything other than blood. So, you begin to collect the facts rather than collect yourself.
What happened here, exactly? This temple of the gods, likely abandoned before its desecration, had always been quiet, according to the rumours. You'd forgotten who its patron was; which tutelary deity was it again, who had taken up the mantle of being Kannazuka's protector, a fealty pledged to the Electro Archon, herself, in exchange for a place to call one's own? For some reason, despite of your learned nature of Inazuma's recorded history, you can't seem to recall it. A lesser god of little importance, you'd supposed, though you wouldn't dare say this aloud.
If this god was tasked with protecting one of Inazuma's islands and its people, why in Teyvat were their corpses scattered at its highest peak? Why is it so difficult for you to find a foothold on this bloodstained terrain that doesn't already have a disfigured body, nor a severed limb, in its place? Where is this patron god?
You press forward. As much as you wish it weren't necessary, the only way for you to reach the fragmented shrine is to step on the fallen. You swallow, your throat suddenly tightening when your heel meets a smaller object. You don't have to look down to know what it is. Eventually, you reach a safe place to pause, though the earth still pools with red when you step down onto it. You look up at the shrine of this forgotten god, your frown only deepening when you realize that only the front porch and entryway are what remain. The rest of it, by some extreme means, had been blown away.
Care killed the cat, you think as you round the shrine's mantle, tiptoeing toward the edge of the hill. With one leg extended to safety, you peer over the edge to find the rest of the shrine far at the base of the hill, hundreds of meters away from its original home.
"Be careful," a voice suddenly calls. You nearly leap out of your chilled skin, fear lighting a fire beneath you to move you away from the edge as fast as possible and whirl you around to face who spoke. Perched on the top of one of the large stone monoliths sits a skinny, bloodied man, dark-skinned and red-haired, knees tucked up into his chest with his cheek resting against them. He blinks at you. "You might've fallen."
"A..." Your voice catches in your throat; you quickly clear it. "Are you the one that did all of this?"
While appearing impassive, his tone is hesitant. "Not directly." With an unnoticeable twitch of your finger, a dark metaled sphere rises from your hip and joins you to float at your side. The man's head lifts. "Wait. Stop. I am not a threat."
"We live in a time where knowing who is a friend and who is a foe matters not," you argue, approaching him slowly. "Having had to raise my hand to people I have called "family", I have no qualms over doing so against a stranger. Explain yourself, or let your crypticity be your final act."
The man's eyebrows turn down, not in anger, but in displeasure; exhaustion.
"... please," he murmurs, placing his chin back between his knees, seemingly hugging his legs even closer to him. "No more fighting."
No more fighting? your thoughts echo. This man is covered in blood that clearly does not belong to him, and yet he does not wish to fight?
"Who are you," you demand, and while your catalyst no longer spins in battle anticipation, it awaits your command from next to your elbow. "Speak, or there will be a fight whether you wish for one or not."
Eyes lidded, he glances at you from his lap.
"I am a god," he says. He huffs dryly. "Was a god. This was my temple. My shrine. My home."
"You are the deity who was supposed to protect this place?"
"Hm. I did good, didn't I." Your lips part at him, but no words leave you. "All of these people... trusted in me to protect them. I swore to them that I would. "Join me in the shrine," I told them. I made them gather here... so I could protect them all together."
"You corralled them into their deaths," you surmise.
"I suppose that I did." He turns to you once more. "You are of Inazuma, are you not?"
"... I am," you admit.
"Yet you do not know who I am, or rather, you have forgotten me, yes?"
"If I had to ask of you your identity, then I suppose that could be correct."
"Or maybe it is that you do not believe in the gods," he assumes. His dark eyes narrow toward the bright red Vision hanging off of your belt. "And yet, you wield the potential to become one, dearest allogene."
"... how is it you came to the conclusion that I am a non-believer?" you ask. "That's rather blasphemous to suggest considering what kind of land we now live in."
"Potentially, yes." He makes an expression of amusement, but it is stale. Half-hearted. "But we have given humanity little reason to keep believing, haven't we. We've failed your kind too many times."
"People still revere the Archons," you point out.
"Revery is only steps away from fear. Did the history of the Archon War teach you nothing?"
"Well, clearly you survived it, when it had been said gods were being slaughtered left and right. Is that fealty you pledged still serving you? Or are you only able to cower while on the shores of this island? Of Inazuma?"
"... I don't dare travel to Liyue nor Fontaine, if this is what you are asking of me." You refrain from laughing. Not the time, not the place. "And I cannot return to Natlan, either. Though, I think I may dare to make a request to return to Celestia before the day's end."
"Since you have bothered to mention this to me, dare I assume I can ask why?"
"For repentance. Or punishment. Nowadays, they are one in the same. I welcome either. After all, aside from you and from I, there is no one left on Kannazuka to defend. I don't dare trespass onto Yashiori or Watatsumi. That Orobashi and I... never got along."
An unnameable sensation passes through your chest, a trigger for you to send your catalyst back to your hip. The nameless god notices this and sighs.
"Have I been deemed non-threatening enough that I no longer warrant you having your weapon drawn?" he inquires.
"... that's not the word I would use," you mumble. "For a god, well, speaking candidly, you are quite pathetic."
"You are a brave one, dearest allogene. No wonder you received Murata's Vision. I suppose this is how you have survived this long."
"No. I only received this Vision a fortnight ago. It would have spared me from a great injury if it arrived a day prior to that, and a great headache two months before then."
He hadn't noticed it before, the bandages crawling up from the tips of your fingers and up and into your shirtsleeve. Under his fiery gaze, you begin to feel unsettled, and so, the subject is changed.
"How did this happen?" The nameless god returns his gaze to his own person. "And why are you covered in blood?"
He swallows thickly. "Have you been made aware, the cause of this sudden calamity?" You shake your head.
"No one in Inazuma knows much of anything anymore, other than how to pick up a weapon and fight."
"That certainly is going around Teyvat in plentiful supply, I am afraid to inform you. Inazuma is not the only nation under attack by these strange beings." Once more, the breath from your lungs is quickly filtered out.
"These strange creatures are all over the continent? It isn't just attacking us?" For the nameless god, it is difficult to tell whether you are relieved or in despair at this news. "Where did they come from?"
"The godless nation of Khaenri'ah," he answers before falling silent. You wait for him to continue, until it becomes clear that these had been his final words on the topic.
"Why are you covered in blood, nameless god?"
From his perch atop the shattered stone, he extends his thin legs in a stretch on his way to the ground. He doesn't land in a normal fashion, either, instead appearing to have floated onto the blood-soaked hill, his first step feather-light. Perhaps this explains his bird-like features, you allow yourself to muse.
"Unlike the Archons of Teyvat, lesser gods such as I or Orobashi often rely on reverence and the faith of you humans to draw on our power. I cannot speak for that slithering beast; however, I tend to require more than average. I do not normally possess the physical strength necessary to protect my people. That is not where my true powers lie."
He moves from the entrance of his former temple, feet wading through the puddles of red, the grass beneath him flicking specks of blood onto the hemming of his white hakama.
"I gathered them atop this hill to pray for me so I might save them from the calamity of Khaenri'ah. I knew that this plan could turn on its head; I only made it easier for those beasts to harm them, and... I... could do nothing."
"Did their prayers not reach you?" you ask, while already sure of that impossibility.
"... no, they were received. I simply became... complacent. What is that new age term you humans use? ... ah. I "let myself go". This vessel of mine could not control the power they blessed me with, and along with the devils from Khaenri'ah, I destroyed my own people." He crouches down to shut the eyes of a young woman lying at his feet. "Perhaps I... am a calamity all on my own."
You open your mouth to speak, but only a broken sigh escapes you. At the very least, you had hoped it had been the creatures who were solely at fault. What are you to do with this knowledge? It's not like a human can punish a god. Can the Electro Archon judge him? Or does Celestia take care of godly affairs? Who is to absolve and avenge these poor humans who put their faith in some... false deity?
"... I think you're right," you say lowly. "All of you gods are just... one great, big, calamitous force. Somehow, we allowed you to rule over us in exchange for a half-hearted promise of protection and a bit of your power. Case and point, a majority of you have yet to deliver or have failed to deliver on that promise. I also think that if not for this grave mistake that Khaenri'ah allowed to happen, they would be right in not relying on the gods to take care of them, or, at the very least, smart."
The nameless god releases a dry, humourless laugh.
"The salt you rub in these wounds of mine are coarse, dearest allogene."
"Of yours?" A laugh of your own escapes you, choked and disbelieving. "That's not the blood of a god I see soaked into your hakama, you nameless fool."
He rises, onto his feet, and above the grass line on his way to you. Your chest heaves, a heavy breath passing through your lungs, but you stand your ground.
"Forget bravery," he says. "Your misplaced bravado, or whichever delusion fuels your cruel ejaculate, might have been the death of you should those creatures have any sentience. But I, a god, have indulged your insults twice over now." He looms over you by an easy two feet, and by looking up at him and seeing him as up close as you do, you realize, perhaps, he isn't as herbivorous nor bird-like as you once thought. "I am not so benevolent as one might think. Would you care to try for a third insult?"
No, the sharp teeth lining the entirety of his melancholy grimace suggest something far more vicious.
"By all means," you hiss at him. "Allow Celestia and the Electro Archon, herself, to judge you once more. One more death shouldn't matter."
"Death?" he repeats, sounding almost amused now. "No, no, what I would elect to do to you is far more harsh. Death would be only too easy for such a smart aleck human. And I warned you... that this "nameless god" is tired of fighting, dearest allogene."
Before the sudden movement can register, the man has plucked you off the ground with his hand curled around your chin. A sharp gasp escapes you, the pain of his grip and the dead weight dangling beneath you causing a fiery ache to spread everywhere above your jaw. Your arms raise in your defence, fingers grabbing at his immortal flesh, nails fruitlessly digging away at his wrists-- he's a god! He's a god! He's a god! your thoughts, quick to race through your mind, scream at you. Nothing you do will harm him, after all.
Something behind him flickers, and you just barely catch it through watering eyes. Orange, almost like a flame, and it flaps like a wing, startling you in your state of hyperarousal. Much of your air gone from your lungs, filtering in bubbles of oxygen that only barely keep your consciousness afloat, you fear delirium.
The nameless god's eyes narrow at you, in the same moment an uncomfortable heat swirls around your body. It has you go limp, your fingers slipping from prying at his knuckles, the intensity of it too much to withstand on sheer willpower alone.
"You are the first human to have expressed such blatant disrespect to not only me, but to the Archons and Celestia, itself," he murmurs. "How arrogant. Being so battled-hardened has turned dissolved all common sense in these humans. A grand reset for Teyvat would not be such a bad venture-- maybe Khaenri'ah is correct, as you so deludedly suggested."
A grand... reset?
"Death really would be much too easy for you, little genshin, but, I will offer you one chance to escape my hand."
His grip on you falters enough that you're dropped several feet back down to the blood-soaked grass, the hilltop squelching beneath your weight. If the lack of air hadn't been awful enough, the smell of iron makes the space beneath your tongue tingle and the back of your throat burn. In your discomfort, you squint up at him, massaging your rapidly bruising jawline, to find that he scarcely looks as he had before.
The strange orange object you had seen only moments ago belongs to a great, big pair of wings, each pennon the length of a fully grown man, if not wider when they preen outward and away from him. Their colour shifts along a spectrum of flames, orange to red to yellow, and cast almost a sickening glow upon your fast-paling skin,
"If you can answer my next question, I will allow you to leave this place unharmed, and with the blessing of a god. Refuse to answer, against my better judgment, your life will end by my hand. But answer incorrectly, and you'll find that your life will have just begun."
"You're mad," you wheeze, your chest tight with fear. "You are insane!! Spare me your cryptic words, I already said! Just be done with me already!"
"And I said it would be too easy. You are at my mercy. You do not get to make demands." You let out a seething breath, his sudden willingness for a purposeless murder sending wave after wave of nausea rippling across your blood-soaked body. "Simply answer... one question." You swallow something sharp. "What is my name?"
Your lips part in the same moment your heart sinks into your stomach.
"Y-You already full well know that I do not know your name!" you cry. "How in the world is this a fair question to ask?!"
"It is not," the nameless god sneers, "but I never claimed it would be." A choked sob escapes you, and in your sorrow, you collapse your face into your bloodied hands, numb to the strong scent of iron. After everything you've endured, after this distance you travelled in an attempt to achieve solace through all of your losses, and through your achievements, and this is the way it's going to end for-- "You would be wise to answer quickly, dearest allogene. All this fighting... truly drains away one's benevolence."
"I-I..."
Your head pounds with each incessant tap of his foot into the wet grass, every squelch into the earth sending your stomach reeling. Red rain, not blood, you attempt to delude yourself; not blood. Of course, when you open your eyes to try and glare at the painfully ethereal man hovering over you, it is all you see.
You were blessed with having parents who thought it important to have a learned daughter, and in turn, you swore to them to learn all you possibly could from them. Arithmetic, the arts, the languages of Teyvat, Inazuma's grand history of war and of the gods-- your land was rich with knowledge and beauty; you never stopped learning, never desired to stop learning.
Most of the gods you studied died off long ago during the events of the Archon War, but the few that remained were quick to align themselves with those who took the throne of each nation. It would appear that this cruel god pledged himself loyal to the Electro Archon of Inazuma, though by his appearance, you could only suppose that he originated from Natlan prior to his ascension. Naturally, this is less than helpful for you. There have been so many gods that have come and gone from Natlan, not only by means of the war, but by its ruler's own fiery temper, a indication to her being the Pyro Archon.
It is not that you do not believe in the gods. Of course they exist. The Archon War hadn't been the only proof of this, naturally. But you do not believe in them. There is no faith to be held in their regard; no honour in praying to them nor worshipping them from the earth they scarcely walk on. Why bother, when they have never answered your cries? Why, when all they could do in spite of their great powers, was deliver you an ornament of flame with the message, "Go. Fight."
What even is there to revere if you are doing their job and protecting humanity?
It's how you arrived on Kannazuka, after all. Knowing it to be mainly desolate with the exception of a small Inazuman tribe and the one misplaced god who should have never settled there to begin with, and thinking it relatively small enough that not many of those creatures would bother to linger. The god would protect his small population, and you, when you arrived. You wouldn't have to fight for your life... not anymore.
"Y... You useless, nameless god," you seethe into your lap. He does not speak, he does not laugh; there is no noise between you besides the distant lapping of waves against the shores of the island and the shudder of leaves on barren, decaying trees.
"I have no possible or fathomable clue of what your name could be. So, before my death, or my life, I shall name you "Devil", for that is what you are. All of your glory as a god-- what could even you do for your people besides mercifully suiciding them to guard them from those horrors? Let me join them in their freedom-- finally. I refuse to remain on the same land as you a minute longer."
The winged god peruses you for the entirety of that minute.
""Devil" is a fitting alternative," he says. "Beel and Beelzebub would approve of such a moniker. I have not been well-liked nor received warmly by many in over a millennia, even by my adoptive progenitors. Yes, "Devil" is a good guess. But it is not a correct one."
Your muscles give out, and your spine suddenly lacks the strength to keep you sitting upright. There is that heat again, you dare to whine. I am... truly about to die.
When the nameless god crouches before you, his wings curl over your form, shielding you from the unnatural violet light swirling in the skies over Kannazuka. It's dark beneath them, the only light coming from the dim glow of his feathers, and it makes you tremble. Being so close to such a being frightens you more than any of those beasts from Khaenri'ah did.
"It is ironic, me coming to this land," he suddenly muses. Looking up at him, you realize this is the first expression other than melancholy that he has worn since meeting him. You wish he hadn't smiled just now. Somehow, the pain in your chest worsens. "Godless before, and it will be godless again. Upon my return to Celestia, perhaps I will inquire as to why they thought it fitting to have granted you a Vision, you weak little genshin."
His hand lowers slowly to hover in front your face. Your heavy breathing, loud and filled with whimpers, is the first to come in contact with it before each of the pads of his fingers press like a five-pointed star against you, and almost instantaneously, you fall silent, and your Pyro Vision fades to black.
The nameless god draws his hand away, collapsing back off of his haunches when your lifeless body collides against his, sighing deeply.
"Do not be so foolish in your next life, little genshin. It is as you say... we are useless gods."

According to the lore surrounding Kannazuka Island, the prefix "Kan" can translate to "no gods". In this story, consider the island to have been named long ago, prior to this nameless god presiding over it. As this nameless god ends up forgotten when the only people to have ever worshipped him were killed, this is why he mentions the "irony" of his situation. Raiden Mikoto and Raiden Ei were called "Baal" and "Beelzebub", respectively, as a reference to the Ars Goetia, of whom a majority of the gods in Genshin Impact are inspired from. When y/n called the nameless god "Devil", this is in homage to his origin. Try and guess which one the nameless god might be!

“lady y/n, your sister is requesting your presence.” said one of the maids. you and your sister were complete opposites, but ever since your sister, baal died, you had no choice but to be each other’s pillars.
on your way to the courtyard, thoughts ponder your mind. what could it be this time? a news? request? perhaps.. an acknowledgement? putting those thoughts aside, you found yourself arriving in front of the courtyard.
“sister, you called for me?” you asked the figure which was turned away from you.
“oh y/n. you’ve arrived” ei said, turning to look at you.
“as you know, y/n, it is needed for a leader to come from prestigious families. us, being the prestigious family, and myself, as the leader. and as for common knowledge— to create an offspring, men and women are needed. however, due to the complications of our clan not being able to produce a male for centuries, we are unable to produce an heir, the heir that will lead inazuma.”
“but sister, why must you explain this situation? you’re not stepping down as the leader, are you?” you raised your brow.
“i have been given the gift of immortality, yes. but that does not mean i wish to live for the same routine every day. there is more to the beholder than one meets the eye.” ei chuckled.
“the kamisato clan has the same influence we raidens do towards the citizens of inazuma. the offspring from the two noble clans will create such an impact on the growth of our nation. you do know where i’m going with, hm?” if ei’s eyes could shoot daggers, you would’ve been blind by now.
you—having a disappointed look in your face, you started to feel sick to your stomach. it all makes sense now. you were being sent off to marry a complete stranger. well, he's not so much a stranger now; you did know he was from the kamisato clan. but if your sacrifice could cause your sister’s happiness and freedom, is it really that bad?
“if it means to please you, sister, and the people of inazuma, then i shall do it. i ought to get married to a kamisato.” you said, patting your sister’s back. this caused her to smile.
“then we shall get ready. we have a meeting with the kamisatos tonight regarding the arrangement.

The Archons lover.
Yandere!Genshin Archons x Fem!Reader
Tumblr media
Warning: Slight nsfw, contains blood, Chains etc. I chose to not write about the upcoming new archon which rules sumeru since sumeru hasn't been released and we still don't know on how sumeru's god will act on the game's storyline enjoy! btw this is my first fic! And please forgive me for my mistakes and my poor grammar here in this fic have nice day</3
Introduction
A girl who was humming a simple yet beautiful tune of music, she was from a middle class family not too poor and not too rich they were a healthy living family lived beyond Inazuma, She was known for her elegance and kindness but being known was slightly hard for her because she captured the three Archons heart.
Cries filled the dark alley as two shogunates talked to the poor boy who has an vision but taken forcefully by one of the shogunates, pleadings filled my ears as i was at the corner of the alleyway watching the whole situation before i make my move, the vision hunt decree
Had once again seized alot of visions than before, the pleadings stopped as i looked at the situation the boy was unconscious because of all the crying he did but the two shogunates was ready to just leave the boy in the alley as they had seized his vision from him
Well..It's time to make my move
I felt my eyes glowed so as my vision then without the two guards knowing that i was behind them i striked them from behind with my polearm and used my electro vision to cause thunder strikes and i summoned a electric neck choker to each of them then i picked up the vision that belongs to the boy then i ran to the alley where he was then teleported to my house..(If you're asking well my parents are in liyue for some business) then i set him on the bed and i went to get a bucket of warm water and a white clean cloth and wiped his face full of dirt then when i admired his features he has an indigo colored hair and he was erm kinda short as you should say that but he has this huge hat and necklace that has the electro element shape then i shrugged off my thoughts and went to the kitchen to make Miso soup for him..After i maked Miso soup i went back and saw he was awake i was shocked because his eyes reminds me of someone i encountered..Those eyes...It reminds me of...Baal..as you can say The Raiden Shogun.."u-uh hello?" the boy talked snapping out of my thoughts " ahh yes? How are you feeling?" I asked him "i feel alright but i have a little headache" he said lightly rubbing his forehead "Here i had made some Miso soup for you" i said offering him the bowl filled with Miso soup and he gladly accepted it "Thank you so much for helping me out in the alley earlier...I thought i'm gonna loose my vision because of the Vision Hunt Decree" He said then took a sip of the soup "I cannot stand to witness people who needed help but not handing them a helping hand so i stood up to make my move on them to just save you, anyways here's your Vision i see you also have electro? Same element as mine"...but it really reminds me of...her..."ahh yes thank you, i gained my vision when i was 10" he said while taking a last sip of the Miso soup "Wow..that's quite impressive of you, so um where do you live? So i can take you back there maybe your relatives are looking for you" I said " I don't really have an family but i do know someone but let's go? " he said while getting up from sitting on the bed then i stood up then he grabbed his had then we went out...Clear skies and a lovely weather, people chattering and kids playing around if you're wondering where are we well were are in Inazuma City then we kept walking until we reached our destination i looked then i was shook because we went to Tenshukaku..."are you sure that were in the right place?" I said while lightly shaking "Yeah! But i haven't know your name, what's your name?" He asked "Y/n, what's yours? " Kunikuzushi." He said while we stepped on the last step of Tenshukaku.. then a guard recognized Kunikuzushi then let us inside of Tenshukaku ..I admired the place as i saw the finest cloth in all of Inazuma then an big amount of electro sigils designs on the walls then the wooden floor and that scent..of Cherry Blossom "I see you're already back Kunikuzushi" That voice...I looked for that voice then saw an woman walking out from a door..She was so gorgeous..She has a purple braided hair and purple pinkish eyes her features reminds me of Kunikuzushi then she was wearing a kimono..a short one and has an
Electro Vision then i knew she was the
Electro Archon, The Raiden Shogun
"Ah i see you also bought an guest and i recognize this one" she said walking towards us with such confidence her heels were a bit of a sound as her heels maked contact with the wooden floor.."yes i bought someone ma'am she was the one who helped me when you sent out those shogunates to take my vision" he said while he gritted his teeth holding himself from striking the shogun, she laughed a bit then went to her serious look that can kill you " Well yes i needed to complete my goal for this nation" she said "why seize your people's visions? When you can reach Eternity by another way?" I asked confidently then she looked at me "Y/n long time no see..I see that you've already grown so much..The last time as i saw you, you were only a kid still so confident as ever..well for your question, People's visions can take an harm of pursuing my goal to Eternity , This Nation is the land of Eternity and i still have my Everlasting Law that i created hundreds of years ago..And I'll make sure this Nation will stay under my rule for Eternity " she said it with a calm scary voice "If that's what you believe ma'am i'll also agree with you" Kunikuzushi spoked "very well then Kunikuzushi you may dimiss, i'll have a word with Y/n." She spoked as she dismissed Kunikuzushi out of the room then she turned to face me "I assume that you've quite improved your martial arts-" she was cutted off, when the doors suddenly opened revealing two males..and i recognized them
Barbatos..
And
Morax..
Then i was so stunned being in a room with three archons then "What brings you here Morax and Barbatos" as she asked with venom in her voice clearly not liking the interruption of her sentence earlier "Haven't you heard Baal? Theres a festival and it contains all 7 archons to be there as a new generation of man age has begun!" Barbatos spoked happily "and who is this lovely lady here Baal?" Morax asked "Well this is Y/n a quite well known fellow here in all of Inazuma, she was adored for her elegance and her kindness towards people even her martial arts" she said proudly "I see moving on the festival will begin within 2 weeks, we still have alot of preperations to do and the festival will be held in Liyue." Morax said while Barbatos kept on looking at the details of Tenshukaku "Y/n do you wanna train with me for a second?" Baal spoked well that was random " Sure" i replied then Morax and Barbatos looks amused and wanna know whats gonna happen during the training.
Our polearms clashed one another then i backed up since i can't kept on gaining something on her then i went behind her ready to take down a strike but she quickly sensed i was behind her, she dodged then i summoned thunder strikes then running around into a circle and electricity forms into a cage trapping Baal but somehow she teleported outside of the cage then she plunged onto me as i stopped her with my polearm and with my fast reflex i dodged her polearm as she threw it towards me "Enough" Morax said while looking amused so as Barbatos " I see that you've improved within these years Y/n i'm impressed by your reflex and also how you control your polearm" Baal spoked slowly clapping "It's getting late i should go home now" I said bowing to them and walking out of
Tenshukaku
Finally after a long day and i can't believe i saw
The three archons interacting with eachother
I slowly drifted off to sleep
2 weeks later( The Festival)
Vendors trying to lure in people on their shops to try some of their food, Kids playing around, people chattering, and people launching fireworks i arrived Liyue yesterday as i met captain beidou whose the captain of the ship that i rode on from Inazuma to Liyue then i went to the ceremony where the 7 Archons are gonna show up doing the traditional way of opening a new generation of man age, I have met lumine earlier and her companion erm what's her name again a flying white haired kid umm pai? Oh yeah Paimon! She was with her for her journey then as my thoughts i saw paimon and lumine "Lumine!!" I shouted then i saw her turned around and came running to me as she smiled at me "Y/n!!!" Then we both hugged and laughed "we only saw eachother earlier haha!" She said while giggling "cmon guys the ceremony is about to start within minutes" paimon exclaimed "alright alright" i said while were walking to the ceremonial site we kept on chattering them once we reached the ceremony there were 7 seats that looked like thrones each archon has their own color like the elements they possessed like the electro archon her throne is purple because electro is purple then the ceremony has begun..
The Archons walked in with their signature outfits then all of us bowed then Baal, Barbatos, Morax looked at me as if i was a prey then it flatters me a bit then with all of them charging onto some stone the stone sculpted broke into peices after going through the 7 archons's charges then it looks like some kind of crystal then Barbatos stepping in taking it onto his hand and closed his hand and the wind was slowly getting powerful then Morax took it and the ground slowly shaked then Baal was next and she closes her eyes and Lightnings were heard throughout the sky i looked at Lumine who was figuring out what were the Archons trying to do then i suddenly passed out
I woke up in an unknown room but when i look around i saw Baal, Barbatos, Morax..sitting on the chairs..then my breath hitched as i saw blood stained on their clothes and hands and their face...Those eyes...looks like somethings awakened upon them...then Baal came to my ear and so as Barbatos was infront of me and Morax on my other side they all whispered to me while slightly kissing my neck and touching my shoulders...
Darling, did you have a great sleep?
You'll be ours..Forever..
Love, repay your doings with your body as i please.
That is when it all started...
To be continued..

I'm in the mood to try writing a spicy text about a Female Character x Fem!Reader, but I'm not sure about which woman to pick 💀
I was thinking about Rosaria, Yae or Baal but indecision is bothering me and I don't really like the last two of them. Perhaps writing about Ganyu or Shenhe would be nice too, since I appreciate them both. Beidou appeared here already, I despise Ningguang and all the other female characters are more like teenagers-
Maybe I won't even write anything. It's been months that writing doesn't really bring me satisfaction or comfort as it used to do once.

protective!ei with her little sister!reader
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
pairing: ei x little sister!reader
genre: fluff
word count: 503
warnings: one swear word, mentions of being sick
a/n: ahh i wasn’t sure how to write this exactly so i hope it turned out alright :”D
original request
Tumblr media
You love Ei, you swear you do but as her younger sister, it’s your duty to annoy her just a little bit because what’s life with a sibling if you don’t annoy each other
A majority of your relationship is Ei telling you not to do something and then you tell her, “Alright, bet” and proceed to do said thing
Oftentimes you tend to do things out of spite because you just want to show Ei that you are a lot more responsible than she thinks
Following in her footsteps, you mastered the polearm even when she told you not to, instead wanting you to learn something more basic like a sword
However, you knew that it was only because she didn’t want you to get hurt, after all, it’s her duty to protect you as the older sibling
After many bruises and many cuts, you finally managed to learn how to use the weapon in combat and, to say the least, Ei was incredibly proud of you
Although that story is cute, a lot of the things you do are just to bother Ei in the absolute most loving way you possibly can
Which means being a brat sometimes
“Y/N, where has all of the dango milk gone?”
You glance at the empty bottle on your nightstand, “Um, I’m not sure.”
“You didn’t drink it right? It was the last one,” her voice echoes down the hallway
Oh no. You laugh nervously, “What makes you say that?”
After that, Ei proceeded you chase you down, threatening to “inlay you upon the statue” for the following ten minutes
Other times you end up facing the consequences of your bratty attitude and this is where Ei’s protective side shows
“I swear on all that is eternity, if you do not put on a coat I will not take care of you when you get sick from the cold”
You proceed to ignore her empty threat and venture out into the city, only to return with a cold the day after
As much as she wants to say she told you so, the miserable look of yours and weak coughs make her resolve crack
She manages to obtain some soup, tea, and medicine for you, courtesy of Yae Miko
When she enters your dim room, you sniffle and rasp out, “ ‘m sorry, Ei. I should’ve listened to you.”
Regret fills your face as you let out another round of coughs
The bed dips as she gently sits beside you, wiping a cool towel across your forehead
“It’s okay, Y/N. I hope you’ve learned your lesson about listening to me now. I know that I am not the best at showing how much I care for you, but believe me when I say that I truly want the best for you and all I want to do is protect you even if you’re a pain in my ass sometimes..”
An exhausted smile paints your lips as you weakly nod and softly laugh
Returning your smile, she kisses your warm forehead and says, “Rest. I’ll take care of you now.”

MORTALS
Raiden X Reader
Summary: Raiden shogun, the goddess of eternity finds love with a changing, growing mortal.
WARNING: none?? Fluffy saddness??
A/N: as a bisexual I don't see enough women X fem!reader, so sorry to those nb, and men this one's for my fem! Representing peeps.
Tumblr media
Ah, the everlasting, unchanging nation of Inazuma. How the Shogun only wanted the best for it. She had spent centruies willfully trapped inside the plane of euthyima. So, obviously, Baal had never gotten to witness the real change of her nation.
Great leaders like, Sangonomiya Kokomi and General Gorou rose and represented change. The mortal importance in Inazuma. For if there were to be no mortal, what was the use of a god?
By the side of the divine preistess sat Y/N. First, a shrine maiden. Then, a captain fighting on the front lines. Then finally, the soon to be bride to the very god she was fighting.
Currently, Y/N sat in the lap of the god humming a song she sang with fellow soldiers.
"My dear" Baal whispered, almost affraid to stop your harmony.
"Yes?" You answered, keeping your voice down. "What was Inazuma like before I stepped out of the plane of euthyima?" Baal nuzzled into your neck.
You placed your hand on her cheek, "you're asking again? Well, Inazuma was a scary place to live in. Monsters were everywhere and a god wasn't there to protect us"
Raiden shoved her face deeper in your neck "sorry..."
You chuckled. "What's there to be sorry for? Those days are over now"
"I suppose...go on"
"hmm, in a way it was also a brighter place. All the soldiers, I miss them" you reminisce.
Raidens eyes became duller. "Sorry for taking so much away from you, and..the rest of inazuma"
You smile bitterly, "in return I got to marry you."
Baal lifts her head from your neck, "I love you"
"I love you too" you smile into a bittersweet kiss, her lips moved against yours slowly. Wordlessly confessing her grievance and you returning the kiss is your forgiveness.
The Raiden shogun really struck gold.

ei would go to the ends of the earth and back for you, but when you had asked to braid her hair, she was hesitant to accept. however, upon seeing your pleading face, she couldn’t help but agree. that was how you got in this position, with you sitting down on her bed and her on the floor in front of you. it was no secret to you that the raiden shogun was touch starved, but it was still surprising when she leaned in to your touch like you’d be gone as soon as she opened her eyes. while your fingers raked through her hair, slowly and gently removing all of the tangles, you could feel her relaxing, letting out centuries worth of stress. you felt as if you could stay like this forever, but soon enough you were done braiding her long, silky hair. as you looked down at her to tell her you were done, you realized she had fallen asleep while you were working on the braid. you decided to just let her sleep, and moved to lay down on the floor next to her. you laid your head in her lap and soon, you both were sleeping. after about an hour had passed you felt yourself get shaken awake by a still sleepy ei, and you slowly sat up while getting your bearings. as you looked up, you realized that ei had moved you onto the bed while you were sleeping. you thanked her, then leaned over and pressed a chaste kiss to her cheek. she offered a rare smile, and kissed you back on the lips before telling you that she needed to get back to work. you two said your goodbyes, and then she left, with you sitting there, thinking about how lucky you were to be able to say she was your girlfriend.

My pain fits in the palm of your freezing hand; taking mine, but it’s been promised to another.

an ode to heartbreak masterlist: (x)
word count: 7254 (the longest of my works to date!)
genre: angst, smut
pairings: thoma x fem!reader, yan!raiden shogun x fem!reader
warnings: NSFW (minors pls block the #nsfw-dango tag!), mentions of blood, toxic relationships, yandere, spoilers for the inazuma archon quest (2.0 only)
additional notes: three cheers for thoma finally becoming a playable character! it took me until the end of the 2.0 archon quest to fully warm up to him, but since then I have been wanting to shove my face into his chest and let his beautiful pecs suffocate me. this story was born from that desire. consume and enjoy :) (p.s. no 2.1 spoilers, please!)
this also contains a reference to a very famous (eerie) story. can you guess what it is?

To some in Inazuma, the rolling grey clouds and the smell of petrichor were indicative of the Raiden Shogun’s power and might. Some took it even further, saying that it was a sign of her displeasure, warning others not to disturb the peace that she had so carefully crafted in the nation.
If it was the latter, Thoma wouldn’t mind provoking the Electro Archon on the daily—as long as it meant he could see you.
If anyone were to count the number of times a bolt of lightning struck, in the same spot, mere inches away from the Kamisato Estate, it would raise questions. But the act of looking the other way had been turned into an art form by the people of Inazuma, and for once, for that he was immensely grateful.
Otherwise, he wouldn’t have the opportunity to gaze over your naked form, illuminated only when a streak of lightning tears through the sky. The beads of sweat on your chest had long dried; the only proof that he’d been with you was the slick between your thighs.
He could stay like this forever, he thinks, tracing shapes across your bare back, occasionally replacing his fingers with his lips as you both listen to the symphony of rain and thunder play outside.
Though he wants nothing more than to fall asleep like this—and to wake up with you still by his side in the morning—you wouldn’t stay that long. You couldn’t.
So, he keeps his eyes open.
“You could tell her that I proposed,” he offers.
You crack an eyelid open, peering over at him curiously before snorting quietly.
“I’m serious. “Chief Retainer of the Kamisato Clan” isn’t a title to scoff at, you know. Consider it a mark of friendship from the Yashiro Commission to the Almighty Shogun.”
He says the last two words in a mocking tone, which you giggle at. Thoma pulls your shoulder until you roll onto your back, so he could devour your smile (the one that he never passes up the opportunity to see) with his lips. He shamelessly moans in your mouth when you return the kiss with a passion that rivals the power of his own Vision, your fingers finding their home in his blonde locks.
When he pulls away, his eyes move from your swollen lips and trail down the graceful slope of your neck. They stop and narrow at the sight of the purple gem, nestled gently in the hollow of your throat, pinned to a red ribbon wrapped around your neck.
Despite being a firm advocate against the Vision Hunt Decree, he abhors the one you had been given. It was nothing but a reminder of who you belonged to, and the choker even matches the one on the figure you had been sworn forever to serve. He’s tried multiple times in vain to rip it off you, but the seemingly flimsy ribbon was stronger than it looked. Though he wants nothing more than to see it off you (occasionally replaced by his own hand), he has an uneasy feeling that that scenario was not something he would want to see.
So he lets all feelings of rage, resentment, and longing simmer in his gut—waiting for the blessed day that he can let all of them out.
Thoma is pulled out of his thoughts by your hand finding its way onto his face. You smile at him gently, rubbing your thumb across his cheek, and his heart lurches; he presses his lips to your palm in response.
“She would never agree to that,” you whisper regretfully, and Thoma groans quietly before nestling his head in the crook of your neck.
“How would you know?”
You kiss the top of his head, and his brain short-circuits. “Because I know her. Better than anyone else.”
Thoma’s brow furrows at your words. He stares at the skin of your neck, and he’s seized by the sudden urge to mark you as his. Though he already has—multiple times in the past, and tonight was no exception—he wants nothing more than to cover your throat, jaw, collarbones, everything, in shades of purple darker than your Vision. That was the way, he thinks, to prove to everyone who you really belonged to, that his lips were engraved in you deeper than whatever the Shogun gives you.
He wants you to be his. Wholly, truly his, and he wants the whole of Teyvat to know it. He wants your body on his every second of every day, wants your heart in his hands, wants your smile all to himself. He wants to fill you to the brim, until every single cell in your body is singing his praises; wants to breathe in your scent until he’s choking on your essence.
He wants nothing else, no one else. One look in your eyes, and he knows you feel the same.
“Then we’ll run.”
You hum questioningly.
Thoma lifts his head and props it on his hand. “We’ll run away, then we can be together.”
You smile. “Alright,” you say, clearly humoring him. “Where would we go?”
“Mmm, anywhere. We could go to Fontaine, or to Liyue...” He traces your skin as he talks, brushing over a nipple and smirking as your breath stutters. “Ah, I know. Mondstadt.”
“Why Mondstadt?”
“For starters, it’s the City of Freedom.” He twirls a piece of your hair between his fingers. “It’s where they produce the finest wine—”
“Dandelion Wine, right?”
“Yeah, Dandelion Wine. And you know what the best thing is?”
“What?”
He leans down to brush his nose against yours. “It never rains there.”
“Oh,” you breathe. “Can you imagine?”
“What I’d give to see you in fair weather all the time.”
You pull his face down, and his lips connect with yours again, but it’s feather-light compared to the others he’d shared with you tonight. He finds it the most intoxicating, the most indicative of your true feelings for him, but he doesn’t kid himself. He knows what it means.
You confirm his hunch when you whisper that you have to go.
Thoma groans again and all but starfishes on top of you, keeping you from getting up. You let out a surprised oof as his full weight settles on you, followed by your breathless laughter.
“Thoma.”
“Mm?”
“Can’t breathe.”
“Mm.”
You call his name once more, and he responds by wrapping his arms around you tightly. You sigh and place a hand on his hair, patting down the tousled locks. The touch is strangely comforting to him, and it only fuels him to keep you down.
“Thoma, the storm’s lightening up.”
“I don’t care.”
“I have to go.”
“I don’t want you to.”
His voice almost breaks, and he knows you’ve noticed when he feels your heart race and when you halt your attempts to get him off you; for a second, he thinks he’s finally succeeded at getting you to stay.
“She’s going to wonder where I am.”
So cruel, he thinks. Whether it was directed towards you, for breaking his heart every single night; the Raiden Shogun, for claiming you as her own for her messed-up idea of eternity; or to the world, for cursing him to fall in love with someone he could never have—he still wasn’t sure.
You break his heart, every single time you come to him under a mourning sky. And like the fool that he is, he still lets you in.
Thoma finally rolls off you, and though you attempt to patch his wounded heart by leaving a lingering kiss on his lips, the damage has already been dealt. His eyes rake over you longingly as you slip into the clothes you arrived in, before doing the same with his own. You dress in silence, the magic of the night dissipating along with the same clouds that had brought you to him.
He finishes before you do, and he walks over to help fasten the belt around your waist. He doesn’t miss the opportunity to place gentle kisses on the back of your neck, and revels in the contented sighs that he pulls from you with every touch.
One of your hands slips into his, and the other finds its way back into his hair as your eyes lock with his. He hopes you see it—the love, adoration, and longing—in his eyes, mirroring yours. He presses his forehead against yours and closes his eyes, feeling your breath fan against his lips.
“I love you,” you whisper.
“I love you too,” he replies. “More than you know.”
Thoma gives you one last searing kiss, and regretfully steps back to watch you disappear in a bolt of lightning.

To some in Inazuma, your position as the Raiden Shogun’s Hand was a blessing. You were one of the privileged few to be gifted an Electro Vision during the Vision Hunt Decree. You had access to classified information, contacts with high-profile people, and the ear of the supreme ruler of the Nation of Eternity.
To you, it was all horseshit.
“Your Excellency,” you murmur in greeting as you slide the door open.
“(Y/N),” the Raiden Shogun responds. “Close the door behind you.”
You oblige, bowing deeply before making your way over to her. She sits at her desk, scrolls upon scrolls taking up the entire table, presumably detailing reports of Vision hunts all over the country. On another table were documents needing her approval—documents that she let you (and nobody else) handle.
“Where were you last night?” the Shogun asks, just as you take your seat in front of your designated pile.
“I took a walk through Nazuchi Beach, my lady,” you say, your practiced lie rolling smoothly off your tongue. “I was looking for some Dendrobiums to adorn your suite.”
“At night?”
“I have been told they bloom best at night, yes.”
The Raiden Shogun clicks her tongue. “I forbid you from going there from now on. The Sangonomiya Resistance frequents that area. If you wish to pick some flowers, have the Shogunate do it for you.”
“Yes, my lady.” You cross out the Nazuchi Beach from your mental list of excuses.
A servant knocks on the door, announcing tea, and you take the liberty of carrying it to the Shogun’s desk. She keeps her eyes on her papers as you work silently and efficiently, the scent of jasmine wafting through the room as you pour the tea into two cups. The Shogun normally took her tea with cream and sugar, but the jasmine smells fresh, and you decide that it was best left alone.
She seems to agree with you, accepting her cup with a wordless nod, the hand lingering longer than normal on yours being the closest thing to “thank you” you would ever hear from her. Sometimes you wonder if the Shogun really does favor you; the Vision was one thing, but her general demeanor was confusing to many—even you. It really was like walking through an open field during a thunderstorm, not knowing when and where lightning will strike.
Fortunately or unfortunately for you, you never have to doubt long. You’ve known the Raiden Shogun for most of your life, ever since your mother had traded you off for the chance to keep her Vision. You remember how the Shogun had given you a quick once-over, before agreeing to take you into her household, and taking your mother’s Vision anyway.
You knew there was something wrong with the Electro Archon within weeks of your stay at her palace. The abrupt switching of moods, the lack of luster in her eyes, the ruthless enforcement of the Vision Hunt Decree...it was enough for anyone to deduce that she clearly had some screws loose (though they daren’t even think it, under pain of death).
Your survival instincts kicked in then, and you immediately molded yourself to the Shogun’s expectations of you. You had always been a rather observant person, and it didn’t take long for you to decide that what she needed the most (at least, what you wanted her to think she needed from you to keep you from getting punted to the ends of the earth), which was someone who could comfort her. Who could serve as her anchor, her tether to this world, while she switched between her delusions of grandeur and the painful truth of reality.
You were right, as you almost always were. The first night that she found you in her bed, offering to let her forget everything for a while, she agreed almost immediately. Soon after, it was always your words she wanted to hear, your arms she craved, your fingers inside her...all to escape from the ghosts of her war-torn past.
What you didn’t expect was her developing something deeper, almost darker, for you. When she started to ban you from going to certain places without her, forcing you to stay in her room while she entertained officials in the palace, and fastening the Vision around your neck, something told you that you had walked into a trap. That you hadn’t been the one controlling her—in some unexpected twist of fate, you had been outsmarted. A fly that managed to evade the web, but flew straight into the spider’s arms.
You belonged to her, and not the other way around.
“Shall I have breakfast brought to you here, my lady?” you ask, once she puts down her cup.
“No,” was her curt response.
You nod quietly, before excusing yourself to walk over the desk and the stack of scrolls awaiting your review. You pick the one on the top, which piques your interest due to the fact that it was sealed, unlike the others. You break it, stopping just at the heading, in case it was for the Shogun’s eyes only.
You hold back a resigned sigh, before rolling it back up and walking back to her. “The details for the 100th Vision Hunt Decree Ceremony, my lady.”
“Oh.” The Shogun purses her lips as she unrolls the scroll fully, and you take advantage of her brief lapse of attention on you to check the name of the next unfortunate soul.
Your breath hitches in your throat, and your body suddenly feels like it’s been dunked in ice-cold water.
“Hmm. Interesting,” the Shogun murmurs, but her voice rings in your ears. You pray you don’t topple over from the sheer horror that had seized your system and rendered you immobile, lest you give her even an inkling of how you were connected to the person written on the paper.
“That’s…” you fight to keep your voice steady, your mind racing at a million miles an hour. “That won’t sit well with the Yashiro Commission.”
“The Yashiro Commission is part of the Tri-Commission. Even though they are not actively involved in the Vision Hunt Decree, they know orders are orders.” She signs the bottom of the scroll, which to you looked more and more like a death warrant.
Before she puts the scroll back onto the pile of finished material, you reach your hand out towards it. The Shogun looks at you questioningly.
“I—we must inform the Yashiro Commission, at least,” you suggest.
“Why?”
“My lady, the Yashiro Commission is looked upon favorably by the people. If you take their...their Chief Retainer’s Vision, that would stir up some trouble.”
The Shogun shrugs. Her nonchalance when it came to opposition had always been frightening to you; her unwavering determination in the pursuit of eternity seemed to trump what others thought of her. “We can send out more of the guards to quell unrest.”
“Unrest that can be taken advantage of by the Resistance,” you reason, trying to keep the desperation out of your voice. “If we could inform the Yashiro Commission ahead of time, they could make it look like...like they agree with you. It would serve as further proof that the Tri-Commission is strong, oriented only towards your vision of eternity.”
The Shogun seems to ponder your words carefully, and you can see in her eyes that she’s beginning to turn. “It could also stop some people from joining the Resistance,” you offer.
She says nothing more in reply, and you take it as an opportunity to press further. "I'll take this to the Yashiro Commission, then. When I come back, I—"
"No."
"...my lady?"
"Have someone else do it." She turns her attention to the next scroll, unfurling it as she talks. "It is unbecoming, having the Raiden Shogun's Hand run around like some servant. You will stay here."
You swallow thickly. Like some well-tuned machine, you shift immediately to your next course of action. It was the best way—tried and tested—for you to get what you want, though it was the method you liked the least.
Ever since the memory of Thoma's hands had seared itself into your skin, branding you as his and his alone.
"As you wish, my lady," you say, setting the scroll aside. "You are very kind to worry about me."
The Shogun hums in response. Your hands drift towards her shoulders, and she jolts slightly when you finally make contact.
"Your shoulders are tense," you tell her, in the closest thing to a lover's whisper you could muster. "You've been up late again."
"Many things require my attention," she quips.
"Nightmares?"
Her writing stops, and you sense the air for any signs of her displeasure. When you find none, you sigh—to you, it was of relief; to her, you know it sounds exasperated.
"I should have been there," you murmur, stooping ever so slightly to level your mouth with her ear, watching as she shivers when your breath dances over her skin. "I shouldn't have left you last night. I'm sorry."
"You...I…"
You say her name, her real name, and she nearly keens in response. But, ever the consummate fighter, she struggles to keep her composure.
"Let me take over today," you urge. "Get some sleep. You know how it pains me to see you suffer."
"I'm quite alright," she huffs, but you see right through her as she picks up her pen shakily.
You press your lips against the side of her neck, a spot that you've discovered after years of practice was a switch of sorts. It takes one kiss to turn the mighty Raiden Shogun into putty in your hands, and it's evident by the way she drops her pen again and shakily raises her hands to thread through your hair.
You close your eyes as you continue your ministrations up and down her neck. It was a simple, handy trick, to distract you from the pain of being in someone else's arms, instead of the ones you craved the most. Though the scent and the taste were different—for a moment, at least—you could pretend it was Thoma.
Thoma…
You were painfully aware that he would eventually face the Vision Decree one of these days. But you hadn't expected it to be now; now, of all days, when all he had been doing was filling your head with visions of the future, your future with him, in lands far away, where it never rains.
Thoma, who had caught your eye on one of the blessed days you were allowed out on your own. Thoma, whose kindred soul shone brighter than what was allowed in Inazuma. Thoma, the only one who had broken through the invisible wall that the Raiden Shogun had built around you, just to see your face.
You couldn't lose him.
You would not lose him.
"My lady," you whisper. In your mind, you were saying his name. "My sweet lady."
You drag one of your hands down from her shoulders to her breasts, pushing the corset down to fondle her already hard nipples, and listening intently to the moans you pull from her.
Your other hand goes down even further.
"Wait," the Shogun says. "Wait, someone could see—ah—"
"Let them see," you whisper, letting your tongue drag across her bare shoulder as your fingers pull up her skirt, and find its way to her soaking cunt with practiced ease.
The Shogun squirms in her seat, and her head tips back as wanton moans spill from her open mouth. A small part of you found it endearing, and prior to knowing Thoma, you thought that there was no noise sweeter than the Shogun's singing as your fingers scissor her pussy mercilessly. But that had been quickly replaced by the sound of Thoma's laughter, and the sound of his strangled moans whenever he pushed inside you.
When you feel her tighten around your fingers, you pull them out, turning away from her so she doesn't see you wiping it on your hip. "Well, I'll be off to the library—"
"W-wait."
You smile.
Tumblr media
“My lady,” the attendant at the door of the Yashiro Commission greets you, bowing as low as if you had been the Raiden Shogun herself. “What can I do for you today?”
“Is Lord Ayato or Lady Ayaka around? I’m afraid it’s rather urgent.”
“Lord Ayato is currently in a meeting, which he mentioned would take precedence over everything else. Lady Ayaka should be resting in her study, but I could have the Chief Retainer relay everything to them…”
You briefly consider going to Thoma directly. The chain of command still follows even with him in the picture, and the target was him after all. But you were terrified; his presence alone would make you lose track of time and all sense of control, both essential if you want to get him out in one piece.
“Someone call my name?”
Your head whips around, and you nearly drop the scroll you’d meticulously written all your plans on, intended only for the sympathetic eyes of the Kamisato siblings. Thoma stands there, his easy smile a beacon of light in the darkest night. Your mind, clouded with misery over the possibility of losing the first person who had dared to even touch your hand, stutters to a stop when he shoots you a look that you dare describe as a look of love and adoration.
You have half a mind to drop everything, grab his hand, and go as far away from this godforsaken place as you could.
“What a nice surprise, my lady,” Thoma says, taking your hand in his and pressing it to his lips. He peers up at you through his lashes and winks, and your head spins. “To what do I owe the pleasure?”
“Thoma, the Almighty Shogun’s Hand has information to pass to the Kamisato heads,” the attendant answers for you.
“Is that so?” He keeps his voice light, though you don’t miss the way his eyes narrow at the mention of your title. “I’d be happy to relay it to them for you. Can’t have the Almighty Shogun’s darling going through all that trouble, hmm?”
You frown, and he only laughs, walking past you towards the doors. “I’m just joking. At least stay for some tea?”
“We can have it brought to the sitting room,” the attendant offers.
“No,” you say, and Thoma looks back at you in surprise. “I...this is a private conversation, so…”
You hope your eyes convey the gravity of the situation; thankfully, Thoma gets it. “We can speak in the room in the east wing,” he decides. “Please give us some privacy, as the lady has requested.”
“Certainly, sir.”
Thoma gestures for you to go on before him, and you oblige. You feel his hand—as if you had your own force of gravity—drift towards your waist, and you slow just long enough for his fingers to brush against your side.
Servants bow as you pass, but you barely spare them a glance as you pick up the pace, your knowledge of the estate’s layout guiding you through the seemingly endless corridors. Thoma follows closely, silent as the grave; you were sure that there were a million questions running in that gorgeous head of his. He was as smart as you, after all.
You practically run into the room he’d mentioned earlier, and he nearly slams the door shut behind him. You drop the scroll you’d cradled so carefully to your person, and, letting out a small sob, you run straight into his arms.
He catches you with a surprised grunt, the confusion in his beautiful face only spurring you on to cover it in kisses.
"Slow down, my darling," he laughs breathlessly. "I know I'm irresistible, but slow down."
Once you had calmed down enough for your breathing to become steady, you wipe your tears away. Thoma cradles your chin and tilts it upwards to meet his gaze. His eyes hold so much warmth, love, and comfort; you weren't sure what you'd do without them.
"What, sweet girl?"
"You…" Your lip trembles violently. "The 100th Vision Hunt Decree Ceremony…"
You've become so accustomed to his every gesture, every expression, that you know the exact moment when he connects the dots just by looking at his face. His brow furrows, and his lips part slightly before he sighs, dropping his hand from your face to grasp sections of your skirt in his hands. "When?"
"A fortnight from today," you whisper.
He nods to the scroll you'd tossed aside. "What's that?"
"We need to get you out of here. Far, far away. Back to Mondstadt, where you belong."
Thoma laughs, and you almost want to hit him from how lightly he's taking all of this. "And how do we do that? The Sakoku Decree is in force, you know."
"I'll take you there," you say, and his smile drops completely. "With my current abilities, I can only teleport short places at a time. And I can't...teleport us to a location that I don't know visually, so there's bound to be some hiccups, but...I'll be willing to try."
"And who are the guards going to arrest once the ceremony begins?"
You pull away from him slightly to pick up the scroll, waving it in his face. "We can come up with something. You came down with a deadly fever and you never recovered. You were mobbed by some samurai and you never returned. They'll take Lord Ayato and Lady Ayaka's word for it, which is why I—"
"No."
Your yammering comes to an abrupt stop, and you stare at Thoma, who barely spares the scroll in your hand a glance.
"What do you mea—"
"I can't ask the Kamisato Clan to do that for me." He shakes his head. "Taking in an outlander...if they had been anyone else, they would have been punished severely. I'm risking their reputation by even being here."
"That's not true," you say in disbelief, grabbing his hands. "You've got a network of people that most native highborn Inazumans can only dream of having. You've helped so many people, so many outlanders...isn't that what the Kamisato clan does best?"
Thoma sighs. "But asking them to lie for me, to help me escape...what happens if I get caught? If the Shogun even gets a whiff of information that I'm still alive...who's going to pay the price?"
"They are the Yashiro Commission," you stress. "No one’s going to question them for fear of irking the people’s wrath. If you're not going to talk to them, I will. I am not losing you too."
You push past him, and he brings you back with a murmur of your name and a hand around your wrist. You don't trust yourself to look back at him; Archons know just what your pitiful heart might do.
He seems to hear your unspoken prayer, and in the true spirit of a defiant child of freedom, he denies it swiftly by spinning you around.
He holds your face in his hands gently, and suddenly, his entire presence is suffocating. But it's not in the way you feel when you're in a similar position with the Raiden Shogun. This one does not feel choking, dominating; this was enveloping, warm. This was a drop of water in a scorching desert, a single musical note echoing in a silent room.
You were so overwhelmed by your love for this man, that the mere thought of losing any part of him would crush you beyond belief. Thoma was your home, your eternity.
"It's going to be okay," he whispers, his breath fanning across your lips.
"It's not," you protest. "Thoma, you know what'll happen if you lose your Vision. You've seen what it does to people. And I can't—I don't—"
"But what'll happen to you?" Thoma asks. "It's no secret to anyone that the Raiden Shogun...well...if something were to happen to you…"
"I've planned for that, too," you say. "We can arrange for you to hide somewhere, and while she's consumed with the thought of finding you...I'll get to you first."
You press your lips to his palm shakily. "Then we can go to Mondstadt, see? You can show me where you grew up, where they serve Dandelion Wine, celebrate the Windboom Festival…"
Thoma smirks. "The Windblume Festival."
"Right," you laugh, feeling the tears well up again. "Then it will never rain again."
Thoma studies your face carefully, before pressing a kiss to your forehead and wrapping you in his arms. You bury your face into his chest.
"I love you," he says, and you feel the weight of the words through the rumbling of his chest. "So, so much. Archons, I do."
You peer up at him again, and it wraps your heart in a vice to see tears of his own adorning the edges of his lashes.
"But I can't."
Your mouth goes dry.
He shakes his head and looks up, his Adam's apple bobbing up and down. "I knew what I was getting myself into, falling in love with the Raiden Shogun's Hand. I knew loving you would come back to bite us in the ass someday, and that day is today, it seems."
He looks down at you again, brushing strands of hair away from your face. "But I snuck past the guards and grabbed your hand anyway."
The tears—both his and yours—begin to fall in earnest as he leans down to kiss you. The two of you stand there for what seemed like an eternity, and for a minute, you understand what the Shogun feels, when he finally pulls away.
"You need to go back," he tells you.
"I'm not going to let her take you from me."
Thoma laughs, almost incredulously. "Funny you should say that, my love. I've been wishing that ever since I've met you. But this is how it's going to play out."
He steps back, but keeps sections of your skirt in his hands. "You're going to go back to the Shogun," he begins. "You're safer there. She's not going to let anyone hurt you, let alone touch you."
"But don't you understand?!" You yank yourself away from him, the frustration that had been bubbling up earlier making a reappearance. "She's not going to let you touch me either! I'm not going back there, I'm not going anywhere without you!"
"It's better than the life you'd have with me. Would you want that? Being constantly on the run? Never having a single place to call home, having the fugitive label on your back wherever we go? Having the Raiden Shogun's fury follow you everywhere?'
"She can burn this whole world to the ground. I don't care. As long as I'm with you."
Thoma continues, unperturbed by your response. "You're going to go back to her, and maybe in the future she's going to get pressured to marry you off to some highborn to maintain order. And you're going to have a family, riches beyond your imagination, and most importantly, safety. You don't know what it's like out there."
You shake your head in disbelief. "I can't believe this. And what about you?"
"Me?" He seems momentarily surprised at the thought of you considering him. "Well...Vision or no Vision, I think I can still work as Chief Retainer. I've got mean sweeping skills, you know."
"I mean," you grit your teeth. "Are you okay with all of that? Me going back to the Shogun, getting married to some guy I probably don't even know, having children that aren't yours?"
He opens his mouth to answer, but you beat him to it. "And what I want doesn't matter, either? Do you think I want to go back to her? I see it in your eyes, every night we're together. You hate it. You hate that she gets to touch me whenever she likes, hate that she's on my skin, hate that she wants what's always been yours."
"You know as well as I do what she can do when you pull away." He caresses your cheek, and pulls you into his arms once more. "Just as you are bound to the Raiden Shogun, I am bound to the Kamisato Clan. I can't risk dishonoring them by asking them to lie about me to the people they serve. That's going to pass down to their children, and their children's children. Multiple generations of treachery."
"So...that's it?" you whimper. "Thoma, you could forget everything. Everyone."
"Not true." He sways you gently. "I could never forget a face like yours. Ambition...anyone can want anything, and I'm always going to want you. And even if I lose my memory a million times, I'd still fall in love with you every single time."
It was unfair to you, the way he casually declared his love. You wanted nothing more than to scream it back, that you loved him as much as he loved you, maybe even more. You wanted to sear it into his skin, shake his system to its core, until all he knows is just how much you'd be willing to die for him.
"Don't you worry your pretty little head about me," Thomas murmurs into your hair. "I'll be fine."
You look up at him then, breaking the embrace. You try to imagine the warmth in his eyes dissipating along with the influence of his Vision. You try to imagine a listless, hollow shell of a man walking around with no objective in life, much like the victims of the Vision Hunt Decree. Much like your mother.
You try to imagine a life without him, and it fuels you with a quiet, unbridled rage.
"I don't believe you," you whisper, and you turn on your heels, feeling your skirt slip away from his grasp as you leave him behind.
Tumblr media
If not now, when?
You had whispered it to yourself, over and over again  in the mirror, on the morning of the 100th Vision Hunt Decree Ceremony. It was one of your moments of quiet defiance, knowing that you were actively plotting what could be the biggest betrayal to the Raiden Shogun in centuries while she slept in your bed.
The wind whips the hood of your cloak around your face as you stand in front of the statue of the Thousand-Eyed God. You peer up at a sky covered in dark clouds, but you grow nervous when you don't sense a storm coming. There would be no cover for you; no way to disguise your movement as simple lightning strikes, like how you used to sneak out to see Thoma.
Thoma…
The guards had brought him to the area of the ceremony ten minutes ago. Bile had risen in your throat when you saw him tied up and forced to the ground, but to your relief, he was otherwise unharmed. You keep your eyes lowered, as you had been trained to do, your figure mimicking the statue that was just next to you.
The Raiden Shogun crosses your vision, and you bow as she moves towards the statue, gazing upon its face and the Visions that adorn its wings. Your heart begins hammering in your chest when she finally turns around, her arm outstretched and electricity crackled around her fingertips.
You know what part comes next, having seen it many times over, and you know that you had mere seconds to move. There would be a small window of time where confusion would keep everyone rooted in their places, and as long as you concentrated, you would be out of there as planned.
You finally look up, and the wind blows your hood back. Your eyes meet Thoma's, just as the Vision from his belt flies towards the Shogun.
You keep your eyes trained on his Vision and crouch, feeling your elemental magic crawl from your toes up to your head like it had many times before.
But you never get there.
A flash of blonde and a purple light similar to your own crosses your path, and Thoma's Vision is no longer in front of you.
Gasps and murmurs echo from the crowd when a mysterious figure falls to the ground in a combat stance, the Vision in their hand and a strange fairy flying over to their side.
They have no Vision. You couldn't sense any on their person, though they were infused with what was undoubtedly Electro energy. So this was the mysterious Traveler that everyone was talking about; the Honorary Knight of Mondstadt, an honored guest of the Liyue Qixing, who'd fought off an ancient god.
The Shogun looked confused herself, and you watch as the guards run from Thoma towards the Traveler. They strike the three down with bolts of concentrated Electro energy, before dashing over to Thoma to undo his binds.
Your spirits rise, but they are crushed just as quickly as the Shogun zaps their hands away.
"Capable of using elemental magic without a Vision…" she muses, coming down from the statue. "You are an exception, it seems."
There is no mistaking the rage that emanates from the Raiden Shogun—a rage, manifested in the electricity that surrounds her entire figure, that you know is enough to slay gods and tear the heavens asunder.
"Exceptions...the enemy of Eternity."
She stretches her arms, and everyone in the vicinity gets blown back from the sheer force of her power, including you. Through the small window between your arms, you see her retrieve the weapon that she keeps in her soul, triggering another wave of power that is too much for even you to handle.
"You will be inlaid upon this statue," she booms, and just like that, she and the Traveler were gone.
Once you had gotten your footing back, you waste no time, teleporting yourself to where Thoma was.
"What are you doing?" he hisses.
"She's going to administer judgement," you say quickly, tugging at Thoma's restraints.
"Judgement?!" the Traveler's companion squeaked. "You mean...like Kazuha's friend…?"
"I don't know who Kazuha is," you answer. "But once you've challenged the Raiden Shogun, she will deliver judgement."
"Will they make it?"
"Hard to say." You click your tongue in annoyance when you sense that the ropes were imbued with some sort of magic; most likely to keep Thoma's Pyro Vision from burning it off easily. You grab one of the Shogunate's polearms and try to saw the ropes off.
You hear Thoma chuckle as you work. "You're mad," he says breathlessly.
"I've arranged for a temporary hiding spot near Nazuchi Beach," you tell him. "But first we'll go to Komore Teahouse to regroup."
"But, the Traveler…!"
"This is Paimon, by the way," Thoma adds, aiding you by moving his hands in the opposite direction of the blade.
"Paimon, it's going to be okay," you comfort the fairy. "I'll wait for them to come back, then we'll go."
"But how?!" Paimon wails.
“You grab the Traveler, I’ll focus on getting us out of here,” you instruct Thoma. “I’ve never transported more than two at a time, so you need to help me.”
"You idiot, she'll see you!" Thoma snaps. "You need to go now or—"
"If you tell me to go one more time, I will teleport and drop you into the Musoujin Gorge," you growl. "I am not leaving you. Never."
Before Thoma could respond, lightning strikes the ground in front of you, and all the hairs on your body stand up.
The air shimmers and seemingly dissolves, revealing the Raiden Shogun meters away, with the Traveler on the ground closer to you, unconscious. Paimon screams and flies over to them, her little hands grasping their clothes and her distraught voice begging them to wake up.
"Damn!" The rope was nowhere near half cut, and you pick up the pace, knowing your time was running out.
You feel a pair of eyes on you, and you trace them back to the Raiden Shogun.
For the first time, you don't know what expression is on her face. Hurt? Anger? Betrayal? Was there even emotion on her face? You didn't know. It terrified you that you didn't know.
Your eyes lock with hers as you continue to work on Thoma's binds, wondering if she was able to understand them the way he always did. They were telling her—despite everything you had been through with her—that there was some part of you, no matter how miniscule, was telling her one thing: I'm sorry.
She continues walking towards the Traveler, her entire body still flickering with energy.
"Shit," you curse, finally knowing what was happening to the Shogun, turning your attention back to the ropes.
"Come on, come on," Thoma grunts, moving his hands faster.
"Paimon, move!" you scream out to the fairy. To your horror, neither her nor the Shogun listen, confirming your fear that the latter had slipped back into a state where she could not tell between friend or foe—her most war-like state, the one you’d desperately tried to lock away all these years.
"Almost...almost…"
You hear Paimon's squeak of terror, and you look up to see the Shogun motion for her to move away using her weapon.
The rope snags on the blade, and falls to the ground. You don't think.
You grab Thoma's arm and disappear, teleporting mere inches away from the Traveler and Paimon. Just as the Shogun brings her weapon down, Thoma sweeps the Traveler into his arms, and you grab Paimon's leg, before escaping into the heavens in a flash of lightning.
Tumblr media
The last thing Thoma hears is a clap of thunder before he crashes to the ground, coughing as the smell of burning fills his nostrils. The Traveler (who had somehow managed to gain consciousness) had tumbled out of his arms and onto the sand, which he realizes is the garden next to the Komore Teahouse.
Relief fills his system when he hears Ayaka's panicked shouts, along with Taroumaru's barking. He decides he isn't a big fan of your teleportation (though being able to disappear and reappear again somewhere in a bolt of lightning was rather cool, he supposes).
He leaves Paimon to fuss over the now-awake and slightly delirious Traveler, and turns to look for you. He finds you face down on the ground, your crumpled form lying meters away from where he had landed.
"Hey," he calls, running over to you. "Hey, we're here. You did it."
Thoma leans down to brush your hair away and press a kiss to your nape, but his heart drops.
A perfectly vertical cut runs down the back of your neck, oozing blood and occasional sparks of electricity. Your Vision is missing, along with the ribbon tied around your neck.
You aren't waking up.

How Archons React When Their S/O Protect Them/Stand Up For Them
Warnings: None
Pronounce: She/Her
I hope you like it! English is not my first language so if you see something wrong, please let me know that.
Venti
You and Venti were having fun in Mondstad, as you two always do. In the early hours of the morning, he took you on top of his statue and showed you the sunrise.
Although he does it every day, he always wakes you up early in the morning and shows you.
At noon, you were sitting on the ground watching Venti performing at his usual spot.
In the middle of the song he was playing, you saw some another musicians who started shouting, making disparaging comments.
Venti couldn't understand what was happening, but stopped playing and stared in surprise at the people approaching him.
He knew that he was playing the song correctly and beautifully, but for a moment he doubted because they were shouting like something bad happened.
When they came to Venti, you stood up and walked over to them.
"Still playing that old-fashioned music? It's boring, why are they listening to you?"
When Venti was about to give them an answer, he pretended not to see anything when he saw you angrily walking towards them. He wanted to see what you would do.
Never piss off a Archon's lover.
You lightly placed your hand on the shoulder of the man standing in front of Venti.
"Then, can you play something better for us?"
The man thought that this gentle voice would belong to a calm and soft-looking face, but when he turned around and saw you looking at him like you were going to kill him, he fell to the ground as he took a few steps away, afraid.
The other musicians with the man were also scared away from you.
"W-What are y-you talking about!?"
You bent over the fallen man's face and smiled sarcastically.
"Play a song for me. If you don't like his performance, then do better."
Venti was looking at the man with a mischievous smile as the man looked around, unsure of what to do. When their eyes met, the man was angry, but he was also afraid.
The man was yelling at you as he got up from the ground and walked away with his friends.
"Forget it! We'll never came here again!"
You waved behind them with a smile and shouted back.
"We would be very happy about it! Please don't came here ever!"
After they disappeared, you felt arms wrap around your waist.
"I think I'd let my music be cursed to see your sweet actions, My Cecilia."
Zhongli
Zhongli was not a person generally judged.
The people in Liyue Harbor respected his knowledgeable personality.
He doesn't have an egotistical way of speaking and he's quite gentlemanly personality.
If you ask him something from centuries ago, he will give the simplest and most understandable answers.
It's impossible not to find him impressive at first sight.
At least that's how you thought.
You and Zhongli were drinking tea after dinner, like every evening.
He always found it pleasant to compare the teas that were with you centuries ago with the teas that are now in terms of aroma.
You would compare 2 different teas every evening. You drank the old one, Zhongli the new one, and shared your comments with each other.
While Zhongli was telling you the history of the tea you were drinking, you were about to spill the tea in fear when a woman sitting behind you suddenly stood up.
But Zhongli held your hand with the teacup so that your tea wouldn't spill on you. He slowly took the teacup from your hand and placed it on the table and looked at your hand.
"Luckily you didn't burn your hand, dear."
You were about to forget the woman as you melted into Zhongli's gentlemanly demeanor. Until the woman comes to your table.
The woman looked quite angry.
"Liar, there's no way you know the history of such an old tea!"
Zhongli looked quite surprised. He certainly wouldn't have told the woman he was an Archon, but he didn't expect her to suddenly yell at someone she didn't know like that.
He had noticed your angry expression, but was still trying to be polite.
"Of course we can't be sure, but-"
"History is not made with assumptions! They talk well about you, have you been making these assumptions for a week-"
You cut her off with your reproachful eyes. You had your hands folded under your chin and placed your chin on your hands. You looked at her coldly and nervously.
"Is that why you ruined my good times with my boyfriend?"
The woman seemed frightened by your cold voice and frightening gaze. You continued your sentence.
"First, you almost made me drop my teacup on me, then you ignored his polite manners towards you, and now you're insulting his dignity and trustworthiness? If you suddenly think you have the right to come to our table and yell at my boyfriend like thay, I'll see other rights in myself. Like throwing you into that pond over there."
When you pointed to the ornamental pond on your right, the woman quickly moved away from you.
You watched him go for a while with your eyes and took a deep breath. When you looked at Zhongli, you saw that he was looking at you with sympathy.
He took your hand and kissed it.
"Thank you, my dear."
Baal
You knew that Ei hadn't been out for a long time and that's why you were constantly bringing her different foods or items.
But you also knew that it would be much better if he did these outside.
She likes when you tell her what you see and experience outside.
But she thinks she doesn't feel ready to go out.
She was still feeling a little nervous when you finally managed to persuade her to come out.
It was the first time in a long time that she was walking with you like this.
She loves watching your hair flutter in the wind with the gentle winds blowing in your face.
People were talking among themselves about her going out after a long time. You clasped your hand with Baal's hand so that he wouldn't be alarmed.
You could ignore comments made to yourself (Baal wouldn't, but that's not the point~)
But when you convinced Baal to go out, you wouldn't let anything bad be said about her.
Regardless, you loved and supported Baal very much.
You could hear people whispering behind you as you tried a delicious dessert with Baal.
Baal had heard of it, but she didn't want to ruin these moments with you so she wanted to ignore it.
But you walked towards the people talking behind your back with the dessert bowl in your hand.
The two women were agitated when they saw you approaching them.
Baal was surprised to see you standing in front of the two women who had left and were talking about her.
Your statement was quite condemning and condescending. You looked like you were disgusted with them.
Without saying anything, you took a spoonful of your dessert and brought it to your mouth.
"Don't you think it's silly that you two can talk like that about an Archon right behind her back when you're even that scared of me?"
Both women began to tremble. They took a few steps back and both bowed before you. Without saying a word.
"I beg you two for not to lose your respect. I want the two of you not to be here today. Okay?"
They quickly nodded and walked away.
You spoke by turning to other people.
"Shogun-Sama can't be inside all of you every day, so please be respectful no matter what happens while she's here. She just visits all of you. That's all."
Everyone who spoke to Baal seemed quite happy, and the rest of the people were starting to look quite happy as well.
Baal looked at the people first, all of them happily looking at her. She smiled at you and came over to you.
She kissed your forehead and smiled gently.
"You didn't have to do that. Thank you, my love."

She pulled you aside just after sunset.
Pushing you into a room and giving you simple instructions on what to do. Her voice was light and kind. And if you didn’t hear about it from the guard posted outside your bedroom, you would have been surprised to see such a joyous expression on her face. But things were going so right.  People giving into her every command so easily. Her people. Her guards.  You.
“Oh- oh~!”
Now there’s no one in the room. Just her. Just you.
And that hand of hers between your legs.
“Shh, shh, look at me, pretty girl.” Baal’s voice is the only thing keeping you on the ground right now. It’s merciful.  She’s merciful. If it were silent- if the room was silent except for your quiet moans and the downright sinful sound of your pussy being fingered- you probably would have lost yourself by now. But your heads are just barely in the clouds. Your hazy vision makes sure of that. All your body reminds you of the here and the now. “Keep those eyes on  me, mhm?”
And the two fingers that keep stretching you out.
You nod, a whine bubbling up from your throat as you stared into her intense eyes. You were something she indulged in. From the moment she had set her eyes on you, you were hers. Her little plaything. Her little treat. And your innocence? Your sensitivity. Your virginity - those were all things of added value. All things that made her all too eager to share her feelings of lust with you.
And if that wasn’t enough to add to her constant power trip, try adding the fact that you’re still not sure how to make yourself orgasm by yourself. You need her for that. Just like she needs you to release her emotions on.
When she’s angry, it’s making you cum until you cry. And even after you start crying, it’s eating you out until your hips can no longer stay still. It’s harsh words and slapping your ass while you squirm beneath her, trying your best to be her good girl. It doesn’t matter how long or how hard you start sobbing, all that matters is that you keep going until she tells you to stop. Even if you do pass out before she’s through with you. Just another sign of your loyalty and obedience. Just another sign of her authority and power. As things should be.
But when she’s happy, it’s soft.  It’s all smiles, as she tells you to hold up your kimono while slipping off your already soaked, flimsy pair of panties. It’s all words of praise as her lips make their way up and down your neck, marking you in a way that will have everyone wondering if she’d ever thought about getting you a collar to save you both the trouble. It’s all running her hands up and down your legs, feeling out every dip and curve of your skin as the sloppy mess in between your thighs grows. And if you’re embarrassed at being so helpless and needy in front of her? Good.
She sees it as an encouragement to take you further. To give your body what it truly needs.
Her. Her guidance. Her hands. Her mouth. Her touch.
Her.
Right now, she has you pinned against a wall, her body caging in yours. You feel exposed. She’s fully dressed and presentable while you look like a little whore in heat. Besides that, the door isn’t locked, and you know she’s expecting someone any minute now. The threat of being walked in while in such a state lingers in the air. But that didn’t stop her from making you promise to focus on nothing but holding your dress up for her easy access and to look her in the eyes. You remember her patting your head, telling you not to worry and to do what you do best. Be a good  fuck. No matter how long or short the session is.
Just be a good fuck, and you’ll be alright.
She offers you a smile, a patronizing yet all-too-desirable smile as you feel your eyes begin to flutter close once more. The second you feel yourself start to slip, she goes right back to cooing at you. Coaxing you to try to keep your eyes open as her fingers work wonders and stuff your pussy. You can’t deny the way she makes you feel. She’s good at everything. Especially when it comes to you.
“I need to see you, alright?” Her voice is barely above a whisper as she guides you into doing exactly what she wants you to do for her. “I  want  to see you.”
Her words sound innocent enough, yet you know the real meaning as her own eyes flickered downwards. You follow her gaze, and sure enough, you find yourself letting out a choked sound at the way her fingers disappeared inside of you- only to stretch and scissor your pussy in a way that makes you feel weak. Your legs are starting to shake, and your grip on your dress is starting to weaken a bit. She has you in such a mess, and she knows it. But that won’t change what she wants. She’s always the same when it comes to you.
“Your body was meant for this. To take my fingers and to  feel  good.” She continues speaking to you softly. Her head moves near your ear just long enough for her to say those words to you. You’re instantly sent shivering. A familiar tightness grows in your lower stomach as she leans back into your view and presses her forehead into yours. Your eyes meet her again as your mouth falls open into a permanent ‘O’. You can feel an orgasm growing steadily, and you’re reminded of just how powerless you are against the Raiden Shogun. Against her . “ Do you feel good, pretty girl?”
“Y-yes...yes mistress.  Archons, I feel-” Your shaky, desperate response is swallowed easily by the Shogun’s lips on yours. This time, there’s no fighting to keep your eyes open. You’re allowed graciously by her this moment of pleasured-filled mercy. This is the moment where you can truly lose yourself and fill the air with your soft gasps and pitiful sounds as you all but collapse into her. “Oh~!”
“Good girl. Good, good,  good  girl.” You hear her murmuring, as she sucks on your bottom lip. Her fingers are still inside of you- still moving around in all those ways you know she knows that makes you feel amazing. But then her fingers manage to prod against that spongy spot inside of you that she had been purposely ignoring this whole time, and you can’t help but cry out as your eyes fly open.
And to your surprise, she’s already looking at you. Already drinking you in while she drains you dry. All because you stopped doing the one thing she asked.
“I told you, pretty girl.” The Shogun tuts at you, her smile still kind yet still patronizing. Her fingers inside you speed up. You squeak in surprise, your eyes growing in fear as your mind starts to wonder and wonder and wonder about what she’s going to do to you. “ Eyes...on...me, okay?”
Thank Archons for her good mood. Because maybe...just maybe…
She’ll be merciful.
