MC suddenly walks into Levi in the hallway and as they're about to say hi to him, he suddenly becomes flustered and hurriedly says that he has to head somewhere and leaves MC all confused where they stand. 😔 Later on they find Satan and he explains that Levi had to head to a very important Hell's Navy meeting and that's where MC mentions how they've never seen Levi out of his otaku element. Satan chuckles and tells them to just ask Levi to go with him next time since he would have a hard time refusing them now that they are close.

So the very next day they corner him and ask if they can accompany him next time, to which at first he refuses because it's MC! Having them by his side while in his full Admiral garb would surely kill him!! But after a good use of the puppy eyes attack from MC, Levi falls to 0 HP, and agrees to let them come to a trip on the Seven Hell's Seas on one of his ships. Since it's just a routine trip to inspect that the seas near the Devildom's borders are all right, MC should be just fine as long as they stay next to Levi.

But of course, Levi can't catch a break and imagine this whole trip as an impromptu date with MC because Mammon, Satan, Asmo, Solomon and Luke all decide to come with them because woohoo free boat trip! (and Luke's excuse is more of like "I just want to make sure MC is okay because Levi's such a shut-in, who knows if he really acts like an admiral while on duty?!")

A giant storm caused by an aquatic creature unfortunately messes the good ambiance on the boat and now that's where Levi shows his full potential by commanding his sailors, running around and screaming orders, and even though the situation's dangerous, everyone helps him and his crew, MC as well. Nobody recognizes the otaku they thought they knew: all they could see was the Grand Admiral of Hell's Navy in full action. Levi ends up summoning Lotan to fight the giant water beast while the rest of the demons, angel and wizard help stabilize the ship, and at some point Levi calls for MC's help! They end up bringing him a harpoon amidst the chaos, and as if his years of staying into his room had done nothing to his body, Grand Admiral Leviathan ends up throwing the harpoon with all of his strength right into the giant beast's eye and kills it!

The trip ends with Levi laughing yet still shaking from the sudden chaos and the fact that MC got put in danger despite his precautions (and he keeps blaming himself internally for the whole trip back), but everyone goes back to the Devildom's grounds with the certainty that when he wants, Levi can be really intimidating AND super cool.

He's back to playing video games the very next day though because boy was that exhausting.

Awhhh~ that's sweet of you. I am actually a huge homebody most of the time; when I go out, it's usually just to eat fdkjghg. I think I'd most enjoy just spending time with Satan, particularly in private; talking about books or shows or (I mean, it's WHATEVER I want, right?) fanfiction lol.

Every now and then there's some craving or some new place that I'd like to try. Italian, or maybe I want crepes, or maybe I want boba. “Because all of you have been downright disrespectful to me and a simple ‘sorry’ isn’t going to cut it. Not this time.” You stand your ground. “I get that we’re all on edge and stressed out from exams, but that’s no excuse to take your frustrations out on me.”

All the negativity in the House of Lamentation could have sent you into an early grave. Lucifer nitpicking your every move, Levi snapping at your lack of skill during a co-op game, Asmo making snide remarks about your appearance even when you’re dressed for the comfort of your own room…

“We didn’t mean any of it!” Mammon tries to explain. “You know how we are—”

“I do, and that’s the problem,” you sigh. There’s a saying about not deserving people if you can’t handle them at their worst, but at the same time there’s also holding them accountable for their actions and words. “I know, I know you all care for me very deeply, but this isn’t the way to show it. Manners exist for a reason.”

Mammon’s ‘stupid human’ comments were more pronounced and had more bite than usual, and Satan storming off in the middle of your study sessions didn’t help. You’ve been trying your best, but being yelled at wasn’t encouraging your brain to absorb Devildom history any faster.

Needless to say your self-esteem had been on the verge of crashing, hence your executive decision to remove yourself from the toxic environment and seek shelter somewhere kinder. Simeon and the others have been more welcoming to you in the past few days than the brothers in the entire time you’ve been under their care, and you’ve never felt more at peace.

It’s ironic then, that Satan had his mouth clamped shut ever since they rang the doorbell. He definitely has things to add, but wisely chose not to after sensing the wrath rolling off of you in waves.

“I’m sorry for eating your snacks,” Beel says with his head hanging low. It’s hard to stay mad at him, and he looks so sad that you almost want to forgive him here and now.

But him breaking into your room to help himself to your personal stash of food, having the gall to keep eating even after getting caught red-handed, was the last straw. You thought Belphie lashing out about being used as a pillow had been bad, especially when he expected the same of you at his own convenience, but the lack of remorse finally did you in. This was you walking away to cool off before you did or said something you’ll regret.

Being the literal embodiments of Sin can’t be easy, but you need the brothers to get a fucking grip.

Somewhere behind you, Luke announces that dinner is ready. Better wrap this up quickly. “I’m not budging on this. I love you all, but you better get your shit together before I even think about coming back. Goodnight.”

Yeah, questions are always welcome!

Hmm, what Mammon likes about Val… Now that's difficult because I'm blind to any positive qualities Val may have (with them being self-insert and all). They always take him seriously. His ideas, no matter how crazy, are always considered. Val loves to fluster him, yes. But they never tease him about his skills\intellegence etc. They know how it feels to be on the receiving end. Mammon also likes how chaotic but, at the same time, how logical they are. Val helped him come up with a lot of cash-earning ideas.

Val loves Mammon for his kindness, his patience, and love for his family. He's dorky, baby-talks his birds. And he's loyal. They know that no matter what, Mammon will be right behind them. Oh, he's also beautiful, smart, stunning, passionate, funny, pretty and his energy is contagious. Did I mention he's very handsome?

Val didn't even know they like cuddles before they came to the Devildom. They spend the first few months without as much as a shoulder pat. Mammon and Levi never initiated because they're shy, Beel hold their hand and hugged them once because he was distressed but other than that he didn't want to impose. Everyone thought that Val just didn't like to be touched. And then they made a pact with Asmo.

Val:-sitting in Asmo's lap and being smothered with affection- Mammon, Levi, Beel: Wtf we thought you didn't like it?? Do you hate us?? Val: -blissed out- I never cuddled before in my life, never knew it will be that nice. And hey, you never asked. In short, Asmo unleashed a cuddle monster.
