great question! i’m actually relatively new to doing holds, so i often can’t hold as long as other people on here :(

i definitely won’t pee myself in public but i do often end up having an accident during holds at home :( i really try to make it every time like a good girl 🤍

i really like bathroom limits/hydration trackers before getting potty privileges/other silly rules to make me feel helpless 🫶🏻

i would say anything over four hours right now is an automatic no. one potty break a day would have me squirming so hard.
