Okay call me crazy but I feel like it isn’t out of the question that Bruce doesn’t know that he (maybe or maybe not, canon is weird) killed Jason at the end of uth? Like yeah he’d probably figure Jason could get himself out of his own mess (rigging the building to blow up) but Bruce was saving the joker at the time.

Idk just the angst of Jason knowing Bruce killed him and Bruce not knowing what he’s done so the literal only person who knows shouldn’t even be alive and yet, here he is.

This is very tasty angst, and I don't think you have to spin canon very far to get there. Selective denial runs deep with Bruce, especially in regards to Jason, and Jason himself is extremely tight lipped about his traumas.

I quite enjoy a scenario where neither of them is sure, but neither of them is gonna be the one to bring it up, yknow?

Bruce tells himself the batarang ricocheting was an accident, that Jason wasn't bleeding that much, that he set the stage for their fight so of course he'd have a getaway plan and nevermind that this was clearly a no-win situation in the first place. On his worst days, he tells himself that it wasn't *his* Jason anyway, that his Jason died in Ethiopia so what does it matter, really.

And then as Jason starts to reform and work with them again, Bruce convinces himself that bringing it up would only make Jason relapse again and it's not worth it because it doesn't matter anyway, Jason is clearly still here so it probably wasn't that bad, Bruce was right to think Jason could get himself out.

Meanwhile Jason is absolutely never breathing a word about how a parental figure chose the joker over him twice, because jesus fucking Christ how embarrassing is that, how broken and unlovable must a guy be to have that happen multiple times.

And maybe sometimes when Bruce gets on his high horse about lethal violence, Jason rubs his thumb over the scar on his neck and bites his tongue real hard, but he's never gonna say it because they both know nobody would believe him over Bruce.

favorite campaign has to be blood in the bayou… riptide obviously is so special to me and prime defenders is SO much fun but something about bitb literally Caught Me In Its Web. i love bugs and horror and ESPECIALLY bug horror <33333 its so insanely good i am so abnormal about timothy rand you have no idea. of course i also do adore apotheosis but it doesnt Hit the same way for me yknow

favorite characters are definitely chip (even though he stole my name), rand, william and ashe!!! i have the bizly character disease to the MAX, all of his characters resonate so much with me. i could talk about those four characters for a million years. i also do looove gillion and jay with my whole heart but i don’t understand them as wholeheartedly as my friends do :3 i have recently been writing an actual essay about gillion bit thats neither here nor there LMAO

god yesterday i was so excited and motivated to play toontown and this update is pretty awesome, i love the new animations and the new cogs but most of it is basically ONLY a new coat of paint and theres nothing new to do, aside from beating up some of the new cogs to get them added to my cog schticker book. so i kinda lose motivation about it really, REALLY quickly.

i am already dismotivated and tired in general today, i got better sleep than last night and i dont know how i even functioned yesterday. so my lack of motivation and my shift of focus of Want To Play Other Game Despite Hyperfixation (minecraft and stardew valley on my 'wanna play at least a bit today' itches) is explained this way

but man. without friends i don't feel like checking most of i out - and a lot of my friends from my club already did so, without me, while i was asleep because of timezones.

(if any of u read this its not your fault im pissed at myself for being the one [well, now we have 2] europeans in our club)

so i dunno. i still gotta digest this update more, but realizing it added basically no new gameplay dismotivates me greatly. it was needed especially with some quality of life things like better tasks for clubs, emoting in a cog suit, cleaner animations (and quicker animations, too).

but holy hell there's nothing *new* to do the novelty will die off very quickly. it's just an april toons wait for me again. good update in terms of quality, i'd say.

but honestly? overhyped. i may be wrong though. bu whatever, it's my opinion and i am feeling pessimistic today. this doesn't mean i don't like the update, i do like it and it excites me. but urgh. okay. check out new things and log off and its the same. but i get it. volounteer team. they're not gonna add any big things yet. got hopes up.

mmm i've just been negative with staff or other reasons so i suppose my naturally harsher criticism stems from that. but again i still have very big respect for the work they do and i myself would not be able to do these things. but as someone who has like 133 laff and all they have left to do is graham(had task for almost year, cant get friendgroup to first time with me), prestter (skipping), oclo and maxing clo and ceo as the grindy things (and some drops, like mistys drops. how did i get all dave drops before misty.) theres so little to do like a lot of my enjoyment comes from playing with friends. and timezones are a thing. if you have lower motivation good luck getting shit done here

ugh still i cant overstate how dearly i love this game, im hyperfixated on it for a reason. and im not demanding theres more content NOW. it takes lots of time to develop. but as i keep privately yapping for Hours. staff needs better communication and pr and less of this arg shit. builds hype and then what we get is a new coat of paint

yeah im planning to visit some build a headspace/headmate that also make headspaces blogs! maybe request one, who knows? because we have like some general ideas for stuff we just don't know how to flesh it out in thoughts and apply it to headspace

for now our ideas are (im writing it the second time):

having sector-like areas that blend together like Minecraft biomes. for example having one very eye strain'y one for headmates that would like to live there, a cottage core one for calmer vibes, etc.

having a stim area/an area to calm down from under/overwhelm, burnouts, meltdowns, shutdowns, etc.

a meetup area/general shared area for headmates to meet up in silly or important manners

bodies of water, such as lakes and rivers for ✨aesthetic✨

a daycare for littles that can't take care of themselves (customized for their wants and needs)

a collective forest/flower field/etc for walks etc. maybe a small cabin for smaller meetings. dunno

i just want everyone to be happy

i still don't know what i want to be an indicator of fronting. maybe badges or "name" tags with a thing like "hi! im fronting now!" or something like that

That plotline would obviously not work with Kiribaku or Zukka, yknow?) and sometimes the plotline comes up and I'm scrambling to see which ship it fits and expand it from there (Like when I watched enchanted, realized it reminded me of Rodydeku, then I just revamped the overarching plot to be more specific to them)

W: I haven't taken prompts in a longggggg time, but I do think I prefer general ones because theyre more freedom for writing. But I WILL get in my head about whether it's what the person who requested it wanted asdkjfakf

it’s ancient greek! it means homecoming, the idea of a triumphant return home for the hero after a long journey. i found it through looking at the root of nostalgia. in this fic of course it’s kind of a grim tongue in cheek play on it. the reader’s coming back to the mountains, but she’s running away after a bad breakup, and the welcome she gets is... shall we say less than ideal haha

ty nonnie!! i didn’t have the right space for it, but after kohsuke was ripped apart and eaten kuroo stayed by the reader’s side until late in the night, only disappearing when he heard the reader’s parents/search party approaching. they found her lying in pools of blood (and scattered half eaten body parts), shaking and unresponsive – they knew no animal could’ve done something like that. so they knew something lurked in those woods, but considering the reader had repressed the memories, her mom couldn’t just come out and say it <33
