a/n: hello! i have not wrote in a while but here is a headcanon! in the months i have been gone i have met enha irl at kcon and also saw them in concert two times!! requests are open! please look at the guidelines before submitting!

「 heeseung 」  

he would probably hum a tune, using his lovely raspy voice in the morning. he knows you love when he talks to you the first thing in the morning because of the rasp in his voice. you will try to pretend to still be asleep just to hear his voice for a little bit longer but he will catch on pretty quickly. as you lay on his chest, you can feel the vibrations of his laugh. peeking through one eye, you are met with heeseung side eyeing you. “you know you can just ask me to sing to you whenever you want, you know i’ll always do it.”

「 jay 」  

he is the type to rub your back (assuming that your back is facing him or is facing up). if you were to be laying on his chest, he would trace random shapes onto your back, wondering how long it will be until you would be awake. he already finds himself excited to cook breakfast for the both of you and see the lovely smile that adorns your face when there is your favorite food in front of you. after getting bored of tracing shapes, he will begin to write your name and his on your back (maybe even add a heart in the middle of it: y/n <3 jay). he wishes to have many more mornings like this.  

「 jake 」  

jake would probably just stare at you in awe while you sleep facing him. he is literally stunned. he isn’t the type to laugh at how you are positioned, he would just look at you and immediately think you are the cutest thing ever. if any of the members walk in to jake just staring at you, they would think it’s creepy at how he is facing you. it would look as if a child saw santa in real life right in front of them. he could care less though, but either way, he would never be the one to ruin your sleep. either you’re waking up yourself or some loud noise will, never him.

「 sunghoon 」  

sunghoon would tap your cheek lightly or tap any skin that is exposed (out of the blanket that was covering you). if your feet was dangling outside of your blanket, he would go over and tap your feet a couple of times to wake you up. if tapping you doesn’t work, he would definitely jump on your bed next to you because of how impatient he is. sunghoon would bug the living shit out of you if you didn’t wake up to his first attempts.

「 sunoo 」  

sunoo would definitely wake you up with a happy smile, telling you what the plans are for the day knowing damn well you can’t understand what he is saying. he would open the curtains to let the sunlight in, and if you don’t have any he would turn on your lights. he comes in singing a little tune, not like heeseung though. he would sing it obnoxiously but in a funny way to ensure he is the first thing you hear when you start your day.

「 jungwon 」  

jungwon would wake you up by slowly pulling the blankets off your body. like how he woke up jay in that one en o’clock episode. he would grab your hands and pull you up with all his might. you would try to lie back down but he is quick to grab your arms and pull you up again. he would sit right in front of you and brush back your hair from your face in hopes of waking you up. (fun fact, this actually makes you sleepy even more).

「 niki 」  

niki would be a menace waking you up. he would make sure that your sleep would be interrupted no matter what. you guys have a joking and playful relationship and this includes when your sleeping or when he is sleeping. he would definitely pull the blankets off you in an aggressive way, especially when the temperature is in the negatives in your room. you would groan trying to find the blankets only to find him running away with it while laughing manically.

"Jake, are you in there?" It's been over an hour and your boyfriend has still not left the bathroom, you were getting a little worried so you decided to check on him.

"Yes! I'll be out in five." You heard from the other side, "Are you okay? You've been in there for a long time?"

"Yes, I'm okay. Just showering." His voice sounded different but you decided not to press it, "Okay, I'll be in the Kitchen if anything call me, love you." You heard him mutter a quiet 'I love you too ' as you left for the kitchen.

After a few minutes, Jake walked into the kitchen in his usual attire sweatpants and a white tee. You instantly smile seeing your boyfriend's pretty face.

"Have a sit, I made some pasta."

You served Jake and sat opposite of him at the countertop, "So? How is it" you asked excitedly.

"It's good." A plain answer, coming from Jake about your cooking? Something is up. "Hey, Jake, baby, is everything okay?"

"Yeah, everything's all right. I'm just a bit tired." You could tell that was a lie, but you wanted to hear the truth from him.

"Really? Is that all? Nothing else?" You asked, smiling reassuringly while gently rubbing his hand on the countertop.

"Yes, that's all." He lied through his teeth, but you know better than that to fall for his lies.

"Jake, baby, my love, you know you can tell me anything right?" He hummed, "So please tell me the truth, what's wrong?"

He started playing with his food, "yeah, I know. I-it just I don't want to be a burden to you, because of my problems."

"My love, you will never be a burden to me, and as much as I want to know what's bothering you I respect your wishes and if You don't want to you don't have to tell me anything." You took his hand and kissed him on the knuckles.

"What did I do to deserve such an amazing girlfriend?"

"You are an amazing boyfriend, and that's why you have an amazing girlfriend." You playfully winked at him, and he broke out in a bright smile.

"There we go. The prettiest smile on the earth." He chuckled softly.

"Today," he paused, "when you came to my work, my coworkers saw us, and to them, It looked like I wasn't manly enough in our relationship. I heard them say, how you acted, and how you kissed me, and how you told off the rude customer that was mean to me, to them, It seemed like You were the man in our relationship." You nodded letting him know you were listening.

"At first I was offended, at some point, I even felt insecure for not being MANLY enough, but now seeing how your words made me feel calm I do-" he suddenly paused, looking down as a few droplets of tears fell on his pretty face.

"Jake, baby, shh, don't cry." You quickly sat up, going up to him and pulling him into a tight embrace.

"I don't even know why I am crying- gosh this is embarrass-"

"No! It's not embarrassing to cry in front of your girlfriend. Quite the opposite, it's really brave of you that you're showing you're emotions and vulnerable side to me," to say you were mad was an understatement, you were fuming with anger, seeing jakes teary eyes staring up at you, you wanted nothing else but to rip their heads off.

"Tell me their names, I swear to god I will-" Jake laughed softly, and at the sound of his soft laughter all the anger you were feeling was long gone.

"I love you so much, I don't know what I would do without you honestly." He puckered his lips at you. You chuckled softly, he looked like an adorable puppy.

You leaned in connecting your lips, and you could feel him visibly relax.

You both stood and sat there holding each other tightly and moulding your lips together.

From that day forward, you have made it your unwavering mission to never let Jake feel insecure again while he is with you.

I like bang pd most of the time but ngl I've never completely understood what the problem was with jimin's dancing. Like if he was applying to a dance company I would understand, but he was applying for a kpop group and most kpop fans aren't dance experts. If he never talked about having trouble with choreography I would have no idea it was hard for him. His dance style is flashy and impressive and unique, and isn't that what's most important for an idol?

It kind of reminds me of that time on Iland when Son Sungdeok wasn't sure about Sunghoon being the right choice for a dance challenge because of his background in figure skating, but it turned out he was a great choice because he wasn't afraid of doing a jump the others were hesitant about. He turned it into an off-ice axel and it looked pretty cool. It made me think of Jimin's aerial tricks their debut year and how much he contributed to making BTS stand out. I think it's worth taking a risk on idols who have a less conventional background. It makes for such interesting performers and I hope Hybe never stops doing it. It's my favourite thing about BTS, their mix of talents that come from having experiences outside of being idol trainees

Yeah I agree with you. The point around Jimin’s dancing, (and later Sunghoon’s even though he had actually been training at BigHit for some time before going on I-Land), is that they weren’t very good ‘idol’ dancers. I’m not a dancer myself so I can’t really explain it, but I do notice a difference in how dancer dancers dance, and how k-pop idols dance.

In idol dance, especially the style in BTS and other BigHit groups, it’s highly synchronized, mostly uniform high energy and impact, all the time. I can see how Jimin’s prior dance experience could’ve made it harder for him to pick up that style compared to more ‘blank slate’ or non-dancing members. Jimin of course made up for that in record time, enough to debut as a main dancer. But we also know it was at a cost to him, given how intensely he practiced.

Like you said, his prior dance knowledge with his innate talent is what helps set him apart now. This is a similar situation with Sunghoon as well. In both cases for Jimin and Sunghoon, their unique backgrounds help make them an invaluable addition to their teams. It’s good that HYBE’s screening still picks up gems like those two, and I hope they continue to.

And Beomgyu takes it seriously, palm on his chest, acting of feeling heart broken by the words of his best friend. He gasps, he moves backwards, he acts like he is hurt. "Okay that hurts, man."

Heeseung rolls his eyes and exhale deeply. "Choi Beomgyu, are you for real?"

Beomgyu smiles. "Of course, not like you are any better with your love advice."

Heeseung takes a while to stare at the latter, and Beomgyu innocently blinks a couple of times, leading his best friend to groan and shakes his head.

"Shoving a written phone number paper into her locker, spilling drinks onto her accidentally on purpose to make an excuse for a make-up, asking her for a tuition, secretly tailing her to know her interest of places and coincidentally on purpose to meet her." Heeseung raises his eyebrow. "It's lame."

Now, it is time for Beomgyu to roll his eyes. "As if you have any options in your empty skull."

Heeseung clicks his tongue and lays his chin onto the table. As Beomgyu hearing nothing from the latter, he continues.

"Look, who is the one that invites you to a party that Y/N joins? It is I whom created your fate with her, it is not lame, it is a plan."

With Beomgyu reminding him about the party, his mind rewinds back to two weeks ago, when the day of the two students met.

It is definitely not a sunny day to begin with, as Heeseung got up pretty late, rushing here and there, throwing things around, only to stop and furrows his forehead. He checks his alarm on his phone, finding it weird that it did not rang when he should have heard it.

Well, his natural instinct of having an alarm set on his phone is for him to snooze, and continue to sleep, which is pretty much why he sets an hour before his wake up time. There are pretty much a few times whereby he is late for school, but that is for the past to tell; and also a few times when he barely made it.

But even if he slept after snoozing his alarm, he will always remember that he lazily get up to shut the alarm, but this time, he didn't get up because of the alarm.

He went through the details of his alarm, seeing that there are no mistakes, in which then he frown. Rather, at the usual wake up alarm below, there is an alarm named "Beomgyu's party".

It is when a thought went past him and he quickly checks his phone calendar, then, he slams his forehead onto his palm.

Forsakening weekend.

He sighs before returning back to the alarm app and started walking back to his room, unbuttoning his uniform on the way. He was busy throwing his phone onto the bed and changed himself back to his home clothes when his phone rang, earning the latter to quickly pick up his phone.

"Yeah?"

"Woah, I didn't expect you to accept the call right away."

Heeseung rolls his eyes, sitting down on his gaming chair and twirls around slowly, hand arches to rest on the backrest. "So, why did you call?"

"Nah, just trying to inform you about my clubbing tonight, in case you forget."

Heeseung stops and reminds himself of the alarm clock that he newly added. "Yeah, I still remember that."

"Great, see you there dude!" With that, Beomgyu ends the call and Heeseung twirls his gaming chair back to face his computre screen and turns on. It is as if Beomgyu had eyes on him, Heeseung immediately receive a message notification by the latter, asking him to come at night. Unwillingly, Heeseung replied with a sign to show that he is fine with it before starting his game.

In the heart of the bustling neighbourhood, amidst the towering skyscrapers and bustling streets, there stood a legendary nightclub known far and wide as "Eclipse." This nightclub was more than just a venue for music and dancing; it was a sacred haven for the city's nocturnal souls, a place where stories were born and memories were etched into the very fabric of time.

As the moon reached its zenith and the clock's hands kissed midnight, a sense of anticipation rippled through the crowd outside Eclipse. Neon lights bathed the streets in an otherworldly glow, beckoning all those who sought a transcendent experience.

At the entrance, imposing bouncers, dressed in impeccably tailored black suits, carefully scrutinized each eager patron, ensuring that only those who could truly appreciate the club's unique aura gained admittance.

Inside, the atmosphere was electric. The pounding bass reverberated through the walls and floors, sending vibrations that resonated deep within the souls of the club's denizens. Strobe lights danced like celestial lightning, illuminating the dance floor where a sea of bodies moved in perfect synchrony with the music's intoxicating rhythm. The DJ, a shadowy figure known to all as "Abyss," controlled the musical cosmos, orchestrating a symphony of beats and melodies that had the power to hypnotize.

But the true heart of Eclipse lay in a dimly lit corner where a figure, Lee Heeseung held court. He is an enigmatic character, a man with a shock of purple hair and dark green contact lens eyes. Patrons gathered around him, their faces aglow with anticipation.

Jeongin and Beomgyu welcomed him, ordering him a drink, and while Heeseung being uninterestsd for Beomgyu's planned party, he soon throws away his gloomy face when his penetrating gaze locked onto Y/N, a young woman with a low spirit, which seemingly makes him think that she is also forced to come out for a party in a club.

The music shifted, and that was when Heeseung's heart beats for you at the moment.

Heeseung stares at Beomgyu and sighs.

"Even I know that it is ridiculous Choi Beomgyu." Heeseung shakes his head, continuing in his disappointed tone. "No wonder you can't have Yunjin."

Beomgyu widens his eyes, not expecting his comeback, but soon recovers himself and raises hiz eyebrows. "That's the past. I've moved on. So, if you are telling me that my recommendations are lame, why don't you try it yourself, love expert?"

Heeseung smirks, and pats his shoulder. "Watch me."

He then walks off, messaging Yunjin to vome along to the cafeteria for a talk, since he knew himself that he has no ideas, and that he needs to know more about you from her best friend, Huh Yunjin.

Getting into the cafeteria, he then spotted Yunjin, together with you walking beside her, stepping in before eyes locked onto Heeseung.

"So, what's up with the message?"

Heeseung takes a short glance at you and back to Yunjin, answering her question.

"Kim Soeun is back from her vacation." He replied with a worried expression and Yunjin gasps, tapping her finger on the table. He once again glanced at you before to Yunjin.

"Oh shoot, that is some bad news."

Heeseung hums and sighs. "And so that's why I need a favour from you, and definitely not from Beomgyu."

"Get you a girlfriend? Sure." Yunjin pushed you right in front of Heeseung. "There you go."

Both Heeseung and you widen your eyes, unexpected from Yunjin to react so quickly. Heeseung almost stutters, and you tries to get away Yunjin's grip on your shoulders.

"Yunjin, I have to say-"

"Nu-uh, you are to be his."

"Yunjin, this is not a good idea-"

"Whereas his annoying least dangerous stalker is more of a bad idea than this."

As both you girls bicker, Heeseung can't help but to put a stop on the you two.

"I don't have a say in this?"

"No." As both the girls replied at the same time, causing Heeseung to shut his mouth and watch the girls argue.

"Y/F/N, you have to understand Heeseung's situation. Kim Soeun is clinging onto Heeseung without his permission, also being delusional because she spreads rumours that Heeseung is hers. To escape her, he needs to have a girlfriend to have Soeun backing the f off."

"But I don't know him well." You replied, arguing with your best friend. Yunjin rolls her eyes and continues.

"Well, it can't be anyone but you, because you see, Heeseung is a loser guy that only has guy friends, and that the only girl friend he has is me, but I'm taken. Don't worry, he is a sweet man, so I trust him with you, and vice versa. If not this suggestion, tell me which other way to avoid that female dog?"

"Just curse proudly." Heeseung interferred, helping out but that earned Yunjin glares onto the male, which made him back off and surrenders.

You opens her mouth but nothing comes out, being speechless, you then sighs, and turns yourself towards Heeseung, who quietly waits for the arguement to be over between the girls like a good puppy.

"Let's fake it then."

Though he can see hesitation in your eyes as you speak, Heeseung gave out a small smile and nods, following you now and then.

Yunjin proudly look at both Heeseung and you, before interrupting the eye contact between you and him. "Alright then, Lee Heeseung, throw off Beomgyu's love advice, and remember mine."

One particular day, you handed Heeseung a sealed envelope. It was an invitation to your day of adventure, said by Yunjin. Inside, there was a clue that led to your first destination: a botanical garden.

You, together with him, wandered through the garden hand in hand, marveling at the vibrant colors and exotic flowers. He took photos, shared stories, and even attempted to identify some rare species. It was a peaceful and intimate moment that brought the both of you closer together.

The next clue led you to a local art gallery. You strolled through the exhibit, discussing your interpretations of the paintings and sculptures. You even found a quirky piece that made you burst into laughter, earning disapproving glances from a few art enthusiasts.

Lunchtime arrived, and Heeseung guided you to a charming little café. You enjoyed a delicious meal while chatting about your future aspirations and travel dreams. You even made a list of destinations you wanted to visit together with others, promising to turn both of your dreams into reality.

With full bellies and happy hearts, you embarked on the next adventure - a surprise dance class. One of you is a professional dancer, but you loved the idea of learning something new. The instructor taught you a few basic steps, and you stumbled, laughed, and twirled around the dance floor, creating memories the both of you would cherish forever.

The sun was beginning to set, casting a warm, golden glow over the city. You handed Heeseung the next clue, which led you to a rooftop bar with a breathtaking view. Both of you sipped cocktails, watched the sunset, and whispered sweet promises to each other.

As darkness fell, Heeseung revealed the final clue - a map that took you to a cozy bookshop. Both of you browsed the shelves, sharing your favorite books and discovering new ones. You picked out a book you thought Heeseung would love, and he did the same for you. The both of you exchanged the books as tokens of your affection.

Your date ended with a quiet stroll through the city streets, hand in hand. You then stopped by a park and found a bench under a starry sky. The both of you gazed at the constellations, feeling like you two were the only two people in the world. You two talked about your hopes and fears, knowing each other more on this date.

He had fun, and since he has already established his likings towards you, and so during his date with you, it got deeper, but it is alright for him. But he got worried that you don't feel the same way as him. Maybe in your mind from his, you kept on reminding yourself that this date is fake, and that the relationship between you and him is just platonic. But for your case, it is totally different from how Heeseung expected you to be.

Throughout the date that you had with Heeseung had you thinking of Heeseung consistently. You got interested with him and his life, and after coming back home doesn't make you feel any better, since Heeseung sent you off and now his imagery has been implanted into your mind. You can't avoid him since this decision of a fake dating has already started. You didn't have any resolution on new year for you yourself to get a boyfriend, yet you are still grateful that you managed to get one with Yunjin's persuasion. Because once you and Heeseung talked about your feelings, you both finally pull off the fake dating status and changed into a real established relationship.

And so, your journey with your first relationship starts.

Coming back to school is a dreadful habit to do, as then you finally get to confess your relationship with Heeseung to his and your friends. As expected, they were beyond surprised to hear that Heeseung and you are in love with each other, and that there are not fakeness between the two of you.

It's not that you don't trust them, but rather because Soeun's existence in your school makes her feel timid. You don't dare to expose your relationship out in the open, afraiding that Soeun might jealous and take a revenge onto you. With worrisome, you then actually tell Heeseung not to expose your realtionship to anybody. And so, that is how you two managed to hide for a month, until you finally decided to tell them.

After knowing why you kept a secret, Yunjin, Jeongin and Beomgyu were disappointed, but settled down in calmness and allow you to explain more.

"You know how this is my first relationship. I don't want Soeun, or anybody else to interrupt my first time. Especially since I am a loner, and Heeseung is popular."

All three of them went speechless, and seeing that you have done explaining, it is time for the boys to explain their sides.

BACKGROUND- come from a rich family and am known to be the perfect girl .... perfect grades, perfect looks, perfect manners. But deep down, she knew she was far from it. 

Tired of her family's expectations she ran away from home (aka went on a vacation to Korea) without her parents knowing. Moving to Korea she experienced what a normal life was like renting a small cozy apartment, enrolling in Yonsei University (Department of Medicine and Business Administration.), and working part-time jobs to provide for herself. Got scouted a hundred times by a lot of companies even the big 3 but rejected them all except for one particular company that begged outside her apartment for a week just to go audition at Hybe.

 Finally, after a lot of persuasion, she went to the company and passed after one look at the judges, trained for 2 weeks then got moved to KOZ Entertainment (due to Zico begging to have her as a member of BOYNEXTDOOR).

I believe that humans don’t need full straight months of vacation more than they actually need balance.

So Enhypen don’t need a 2 month long break then return for a couple of months and another 2 month long break in circle, they need an appropriate break (1 week? 1 month even) depending on their needs and a good balance when returned. Good hours, a day off each week, no cramping of 3 works and a flight in the same day and most importantly, a good preparation in advance, no rushing to learn group dances in 3 days (I noticed this is the standard in Kpop !?!?!?! Like, companies literally make their idols learn this fast, some almost directly go into the MV filming less than /about a week after-imagine the strain in the bones).

~ When you work endlessly 9/5 or worse and sleep all Saturday and barely do anything on Sunday, it isn’t because you are lazy, it’s because you are drained and are recharging mentally. Those 15 hours of sleep are rarely healthy, but are psychologically needed because we want to “shut out” the outside world to keep our sanity. It’s a survival mechanism, not living. That’s why we feel bad when we sleep too much or chill all vacation, we couldn’t get ourselves enough mental strength to do what we have long wanted to, to rest properly (too much rest causes fatigue, then resentment because you are supposed to feel better), and we become passive and already burnt out at return to work. The human mind NEEDS a little bit of variety, each on a different level and way. Literally the best moments preserved by our minds are the ones in between. Like that class prank on a weekday, spending 30 minutes by a lake after work and groceries, sipping a tea with music or the radio before work and such.
