Ok so, I haven't seen anyone, let alone Alex Hirsch, talk about this but the 'Dreamscaperers' episode was absoutely inspired by/named after the 1984 sci-fi movie 'Dreamscape, right?
The movie is all about going into peoples heads on a mission to save/help them. Gravity Falls has a bunch of Sci-fi movie references, after all, so I would be really shocked if this wasn't one-

Thank you so much to @basicallyahedgehog for the beta!
When Draco materialised in Bill’s Cairo office last month, he’d been pink-faced and irritated, the collar of his linen shirt damp with sweat.
“He’s your mentee,” Bill’s boss from the bank had barked through the Floo after Bill sent Draco away. “Bring him back right this instant, you’re looking after him for the next twelve months. No arguments.”
It hadn’t been as painful as Bill had been anticipating.
Draco is good. He’s intelligent, diligent, instinctual. Leave him with an ancient tome for a couple of hours and he’ll get absorbed in it and return with answers Bill is often too impatient to find.
They work well together.
And the sex is fucking phenomenal too.

California law banning new drilling near homes, schools heads to voters after oil pushback
BY LINDSEY HOLDEN AND STEPHEN HOBBS
A California law banning new drilling near homes, schools and hospitals will head to voters after an oil industry-backed referendum qualified for the November 2024 ballot.
The Secretary of State’s Office announced on Friday the campaign challenging Senate Bill 1137 had gathered enough signatures for a ballot measure.
Gov. Gavin Newsom signed the measure in 2022, and it went into effect on Jan. 1. It prohibits the state from approving new oil and gas wells within 3,200 feet of hospitals, schools and homes. It also requires existing wells to meet certain health, safety and environmental standards in the future.
The California Independent Petroleum Association (CIPA) said in December that it spearheaded the referendum effort. The group reported collecting more than 978,000 signatures.
“Senate Bill 1137 threatens the livelihoods of over 50,000 hardworking Californians and forces the state to rely on more expensive, imported foreign oil that is completely exempt from California’s strict environmental laws,” CIPA CEO Rock Zierma said in an emailed statement.
The bill was part of a package of environmental laws pushed by Newsom and faced strong industry opposition before it passed in August.
“Greedy oil companies know that drilling results in more kids getting asthma, more children born with birth defects, and more communities exposed to toxic, dangerous chemicals,” Newsom said in a statement. “But they would rather put our health at risk than sacrifice a single cent of their billions in profits.”
The initiative is the latest industry-backed referendum to qualify for the November 2024 ballot. A campaign against a law creating a California fast food council meant to improve conditions for workers also gathered enough signatures to appear before voters.

I couple of days ago my friend and I were in math class together and they were drawing Bill when all of a sudden the fire alarm rang and we had to evacuate the school 😭 and I got in trouble for laughing so hard at the fact that the fire alarm rang while my friend was drawing Bill because he literally killed his entire race with fire

I am slowly becoming more and more obsessed with Bill/Draco and have you to thank for it. I just really love the appeal of it, and also the hilarity? The Weasley's reactions? HARRY'S REACTION? Please. Do you have any thoughts or HC about this ship? Much love xx
You have me to thank for it? Oh anon, you flatter me 😘😌
I think Harry might vaporise on the spot if he caught Bill and Draco at it, quite frankly. That's my first thought when it comes to this ship. and he could join in
Some other observations:
Draco talks a lot. Bill doesn't. Except in bed. Bill's the talker and what comes out of his mouth is like, the filthiest, most eloquent, thoughtful, and often scathing dirty talk you've ever heard.
Bill is obsessed with Draco's hair (aren't we all?). And he might convince him to grow it long.
On a more serious note, I think they'd have quite a lot of trauma to work out together, given what happened to Bill and how it happened. I think that could make a delicious, complicated, tender, and fraught dynamic.
As well as good romantic/sexual partners, I think Bill and Draco work really well as colleagues. Bill's more pragmatic, but Draco isn't afraid to take risks if he thinks the end goal is worth it. I can see them being excellent partners in crime.
LASTLY: VAMPIRE!DRACO AND WEREWOLF BILL AU goodbye
