it would just be such a confidence boost for a guy that could always use a lil extra confidence.

especially when you

Imagine Bobby comes back to haunt the firehouse. Like damn Buck wants to transfer out? He makes sure to accidentally trap Buck in his office, where he can't get out. Door knob is broken. gotta bust down the whole door now. Messes with the computer so all the files in it are deleted and lost. Can't transfer out now.

All those take-out boxes? How fucking dare they. He'll understand pizza or a quick fast food pick-up, but his precious fridge is filled with junk food. Oops, he accidentally knocks all the shelves down, so when Buck goes to open the refrigerator, he's covered in all the food. Ghost Bobby huffs because, damn it, Buck, go make them something!! Those poor firefighters need to eat something nutritious.

Bobby manages to get Buck's belt loop caught on various things around the kitchen, forcing him to stay in there and cook. It works when several firefighters perk up at seeing Buck in the kitchen with things open. They look at him with excitement and damn Buck can't help but to whip something up. Especially when they unload ingredients out of the fridge for him.

He messes with Buck and Eddie's suspenders, so they're accidentally caught on each other. As a result, they're both really close to each other and blushing because they can't get free.

He also locks them in the supply closet because hurry up and kiss damn it. He's been making sure Eddie gets stuck on Buck or trapped near him. Even as far as popping Eddie or Buck's tires.

He knocks down Chim's stack of paperwork because he thinks it's funny af.

He also knocks a pamphlet about fire Lieutenants into Hen's lap.

Bobby laughs when Buck opens a cabinet and the bag of flour Bobby pushes to the edge dumps on Buck's head. The man sputters when a bag of brown sugar also spills out on top of him. Everyone had been working hard, and usually Bobby makes cookies as a quick sweet treat to perk everyone up.

"You're making cookies??" Chim perks up.

"I guess I am now!" Buck shouts.

yeah im back to thinking about bobby's black book, his plan and his suicidal ideation in 7x09 .... this is on my mind so much because its honestly never really talked about anymore. like it took 6 seasons for the book and plan to even be mentioned again. one of my biggest fears for s8 is for the whole argument between athena and bobby and all his suicidal thoughts and whatnot to be ignored and brushed over .... I don't want that ! i need him to have to serious talks with athena and a therapist about this. like i need them to talk about their argument for bobby to admit he was bordering suicidal even if he didn't really realize it.

I NEED THEM TO TALK ABOUT THE BOOK AND THE PLAN. like what do you mean that athena never knew about this huge thing ??? i need a whole scene of bobby letting in athena on this and better explaining. idk it's always annoyed me how easily they brushed off the book and the plan in s1 after everything with chimney and then throwing away the book, but like this was a big coping mechanism and whatnot is it really that easy just to stop that way of thinking??? and i want more of athenas side in this, I want to see her struggle with the knowledge and how badly she wants to help and save bobby but she can't it's not how it works. she knows exactly what it's like to have someone you love try and commit suicide and the knowledge that bobby planned to in the past and is currently feeling like it again?? horrifying and terrifying to her . and the frustration of bobby not letting her in ?? l need active conversations about this so badly , let me see them genuinely talking and having therapy sessions together and alone i just need proper resolution to this

Ok no bc to piggyback off that Mary post, this might be something people have been saying for a long time but I do genuinely think that Amara giving Dean “what he needs most” was not his mother but to break the idea he has of what a family is, and that’s part of what makes that arc so fascinating to me
