HEY LOOK, new skill! This tiny roll is the first “new” new thing I’ve learned in a while, and boy, it’s a nice little benchmark. СБОРЫ ФББОО 23.09.2018 23 сентября ознаменовалось тем, что на базе ФК Затерянный Мир, были проведены плановые сборы команды Одесской области по бодибилдингу. Нас так же порадовали своим присутствием друзья спортсмены из Херсона, которые в этом сезоне будут принимать участие во всех намеченных стартах от лица нашей сборной. Обсудили все насущные вопросы, планы на сезон. Был произведен просмотр ак��уальной формы спортсменов, даны советы по позингу, отработано дефиле для девочек. Были представлены следующие категории: — мужской бодибилдинг до 90 кг — мужской бодибилдинг свыше 90 кг — бодифитнес — менс физик — фитнес бикини до 164 см — фитнес бикини свыше 166 см — дебютантки в категории — фитнес бикини Осенний сезон 2018 достаточно знаменателен для всей сборной ФББОО, поскольку именно в Одессе будет произведен отбор спортсменов для участия в чемпионате мира по бодибилдингу и фитнесу.
