“What if—” Steve doesn’t clear his throat this time. He swallows. And oh, Tony watches like it’s happening in slow motion, the tensing of tendons, the roll of Steve’s Adam's apple, the way his suprasternal notch collapses and fills as his esophagus works to, what, keep words down? Saliva? A moan? Steve blinks and the glassiness clears. The blush all but vanishes. “Never mind,” he mutters.

And that…that just won’t do.

Tony leans forward ever so slightly over the foot of the bed, further into Steve’s space by a fraction of an inch. Anyone else wouldn’t have noticed, but Steve does. He stares at Tony from up near the headboard, a plaintive expression deep behind his eyes, a problem that Tony can’t help but want to fix.

“Would you like my help, Steve?”

Steve gets caught attempting to take his first-ever dick pics. It's a struggle, he explains, because it brings up a whole host of lingering body image issues. Tony, very gallantly and not at all because he is in love with Steve, offers to take the photos for him.

Notes: I love the trope of accidental kissing. Everything about it is ideally in place for maximum entertainment value: the regular setting, the team audience, the reaction of the giver, the reaction of the receiver, the follow-through action... it’s just all so entertaining. This fic in particular has great, snappy dialogue, and it’s set in the 616 verse which means it has even more characters with even more varied reactions. Good stuff.

I want to write a fic where it’s the early episodes of Guardian. Shen Wei has just been reunited with/introduced to Zhao Yunlan. He doesn’t know if this is the man he knew, or a reincarnation, if Kunlun has forgotten him entirely, or if he’s playing games with Shen Wei’s head (I have my own theories about this, but I digress). Regardless, the man he loved and the relationship they had seems to be long gone, and you know Shen Wei probably grieved a little, even as he celebrated finding him again.

So the days go by and he becomes more and more certain that Zhao Yunlan has no memories of him. And Zhao Yunlan’s attitude toward Dixing is harsher, less kind than Kunlun’s had been. This isn’t his Kunlun, this isn’t the man who promised him they would be together again. 

And one morning Shen Wei’s chest feels tight, like he’s coming down with something.

He coughs. Something is stuck in his throat. He coughs again, harsher, from the chest and it’s as if something is knocked loose inside him.

So at Samwell where Bitty plays Hockey and Jack plays Football it’s like “omg, your dad is Bad Bob/Coach Bittle omg” 

Or maybe they don’t realise at first 

Bitty’s always saying things like “Oh honey, my dad thinks you’re doing real great this season, etc”
