She's a beauty all year long. 1880 Victorian in perfect condition in Quincy, Illinois has 4bds, 3ba, and is a buy at $589K.
Small foyer before you enter the hall.
The entrance hall- that newel post!
The home features quality craftsmanship- butternut, walnut and oak woods adorn the entire home, floor to ceiling.
Reception room with original carved fireplace.
The sitting room also has the same beautiful fireplace. I like this dark, broody room, it looks like Dark Academia.
Beautiful Victorian reproduction wallpaper.
Lovely rosy dining room can accommodate a large group of people.
Even though I usually don't like modern kitchens in Victorians, this is beautiful, and the cabinetry is very high end.
Love the satin finish, the deep green/gray color, and dark counters against the white tile.
Large laundry/mud room off the kitchen.
Great vintage bath remodel.
Very large bedroom is the primary. Double pocket doors open to a large office.
Nice smaller room.
Lovely guest room.
The cozy 4th bedroom.
Another pretty reno'd bath.
Wine racks in the basement.
Plus a neat workshop.
Lovely porches and patios in the back.
This home is on a .39 acre lot.

I can't understand why this stunning historic 1884 Victorian mansion in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania hasn't sold. (806 days on the market, and counting.) 7bds, 5ba, $665K.
The impressive home has been beautifully restored.
Check out the bar in the sitting room.
The dining room is lovely with its original fireplace and gold accented wood.
Amazing leaded glass arched doors.
The kitchen island is a gorgeous antique. The cabinets are perfect and it has glass doors to the garden.
Wow. It looks like they painted the drainboard sink, but it sure stands out in blue.
The primary bedroom is so regal looking. Love the feature wall and draperies over the alcove.
These doors open to reveal an en-suite.
This secondary bedroom looks just as lovely with it's own small alcove.
Incredible original stained glass.
I like that they didn't wallpaper the hall, b/c if you don't like their taste, it would be too much to redo.
Isn't this beautiful? A private pool and patio surrounded by a wall. That little pool house has a nice surprise.
It's a total man cave hangout.
In the lovely courtyard is this separate little house with a 1 bd. rental apt.
The carriage house is used for a business, so there's more rental income. What a great property packing a lot onto .27 acre of land.
Look at the architectural detail. The whole house is brick. I bet there are rooms up in this tower.
There are so many wonderful details.
If I had the money, I would definitely buy it.
