I have a question about Dazai and Beast Dazai

Is the Dazai in the main bsd series aware of his existence in the Beast au?

Because the Beast Dazai was aware of the existence of Dazai in the main series (from what I remember)

I'm bored so here's so some random bsd thoughts

- Almost anyone who was stabbed in the recent chapters isn't actually dead, the only actually dead character being Bram. I have nothing to support this idea other than the fact that Asagiri is allergic to killing off characters

- Dazai's character bothers me in so many ways. What's his backstory before the mafia? Why does he wear the bandages? What is his connection to the book? Why is he able to break the fourth wall? What else does he know that we don't? He's clearly meant to be the character that keeps you wanting to know more, but how long is it going to take before we do know more? I have a feeling many of our questions about him won't be answered, and that just makes him more intriguing

- I had this weird idea yesterday that maybe Dazai was already dead or smth and the reason that abilities didn't work on him and the reason he can't die is because his ability developed right as he was dying bringing him back from the dead, leaving him feeling detached from humans and preventing abilities from harming him. I doubt that's the b case, but it would make for an interesting au

- Has our Dazai also created a singularity with the book that we don't know about, or is it just Beast Dazai

- What else is Sigma going to learn while going through Fyodor's memories?

-How tf is the PM deal supposed to happen if all of the ADA are dead or MIA? It can't, so what's going to happen to our Ada members? Is the deal even going to happen? If Mori's still alive, it probably will, so maybe the Ada will end up ok after all

- Does anyone at the ADA actually know how close Dazai was to Mori? I'm assuming Ranpo and Fukuzawa have the chance to but like what about Yosano? Do they know about the whole Demon Prodigy thing? If the PM deal does go down and Dazai gets picked I hope mori drops this on everyone at the Ada like a ton of bricks. I think it would be interesting to know that they saved one of Mori's old apprentices but then accidentally gave him access to another.

- How tf is Agatha Christie going to make this worse than it is

- Is verlaine finally going to show up?

The similarities between Lovecraft and Chuuya

(spoilers of stormbringer below)

For the context, I'm not talking about their abilities, looks or their personalities, but how their abilities work and their ability phases.

As we all know Chuuya has two ability phrases, one he can control and one he can't. The part he can control being a smaller part of his full ability, which he can't seem to control himself.

And for the Lovecraft, oddly it's the same, the part of the ability he can control however he wants is a smaller part of his full ability, which is same as Chuuya, he can't control himself.

We know that experiments and cloning is a thing in bsd. And the fact that the facility in stormbringer isn't really explained much than some small details that they made clones and experiments on children and the children they cloned. (As far as I know as I didn't fully finish the stormbringer)

So Lovecraft and Chuuya can be from the same facility, as both have use sleeping in a way of gaining energy, Lovecraft is usually tired and Chuuya usually faints after using corruption, we can also guess this is some sort of a mechanism to keep their energy in control and don't use much to eventually execute themselves.

Stupid question

If someone with a copying ability copied Dazai's ability and used it on him, would it work on Dazai, would Dazai cancel out their ability or would they both be without an ability for a bit?

Maybe Yokomizo is all shadows because Mushitaro doesn’t want remember their face due to how he saw it when he was choking them.

Question

More of a question for the bsd community of Tumblr. What character work do you find the least ? Which character would you like to see more in writings and drawings? Solely for them or reader interactives. Anything honestly.

I'm hyperfixating on Bungou stray dogs so much and want to actively commit to character studies and write for them, either X readers (what I focus on mostly) or just character things or ships, Rare-pairs (as long as they're legal), anything, really.

Though, I'd put forward, I love tragedic choices, if I could, I'd love to make you cry in any way possible. And another point, The only ship I am not very insistent on writing is SSK. It's because that ship has so much media coverage that no one really needs another person to cover that bit.

So, Yeah. What's something you would like to see more of ? It can be anything, from ships to character write ups, even drawings (I'd love to draw any one of them, I've drawn Sigma and Atsushi once before. They're my babies.). Please tell me.

I’m really curious what the PM’s building looks like from the street. A massive skyscraper (I think the tallest in BSD’s Yokohama, if I remember correctly) with no branding on it is curious

Does it just have the name of some cover company? Like a fake name? The mafia does have a gifted business permit (got it at the end of the dark era light novel) but it’s not like they would put a sign that says “Port Mafia” right smack on their building

If Fyodor being around as long as he has to do with his ability, would Dazai be the only one who would actually be able to kill him? Would Dazai have to die with him as a result? Are Dazai and Fyodor be more connected than we think? Will Sigma ever wake up? If he does will he wake up in time for it to matter? If Fyodor is hundreds of years old does that make Fyolai old man yaoi?
