I binged last night... and mostly on carbs and dairy. Brb gotta go 🔫 myself real quick.
Lol it wasn't really a binge binge. I was exhausted after not sleeping the night before. I've noticed this pattern, if i dont sleep i tend to binge/crave junk food the next day.
Anyways I had
homemade mallorca bread bun: 293
one buffalo chicken wing: 88 cals
2 mozzarella cheese sticks: 156 cals
half a slice of cheese pizza: 143 cals
a few bites of arroz con leche: maybe 50cals?
Plus the wine that was about 500
I'm rounding everything up to about 1500 calories 🙄
The fact that this feels like a binge when it's not even ONE full meal for the typical American is messed up! 🙃🤢🤮
I always stay away from dairy, carbs, and meat, but last night, I couldn't control myself. I was able to stop halfway through eating the pizza and only had half of a slice.

I let myself eat the following
Breakfast
2 toast with jam
1 boiled egg
1 cup of coffee (mildly black)
Lunch
Curry bowl (small)
1 hazelnut stuffed pastry (also really small.. the length of my finger)
1 taro filled mochi
1 can of boba
Dinner
4 jerk chicken wings
1 styrofoam boxed filled with Buffalo fries topped with Parmesan cheese
1 cannoli
I decided today I was going to simply not care about my calories. Once I saw that I only had 700 left to eat before I hit above my allowed intact after lunch (according to my calorie watching app) I decided to not let myself be ruled by it for once since I already felt my weight was beginning to plateau and needed a refresh so I can start losing again.
The weird thing is, I don’t feel like I’m binging at all. I’m eating regular meals in regular amounts and only stopping when I feel full. It feels good bc I’m not just shoving things into my mouth all at once.
I’m determined to sleep tonight in peace. If I wake up and go from 126 to 128 the next day then so be it. I can always exercise tomorrow :)

I used a light ranch dressing, but you can use regular if you don’t have light. You could also substitute blue cheese dressing.
Don’t substitute the ranch dressing for dry ranch seasoning–it just won’t have the same results.
You could leave out the chicken and make a buffalo dip for vegetarians if you like. Still cheesy, spicy, and delicious!
