speaking of adler art ive noticed that the way ppl draw his chestplate changes quite a bit depending on the person . like sometimes its big/clunky n covers his entire ribcage area (like his ingame model) and other times its kinda teeny and only overs his upper chest (like his unit overview page)

Any doll brand that tries to appeal to the christian soccer moms that call their dolls "demonic sluts" or "child hookers" are missing the point so badly. Changing the dolls faces, clothes, or bodies won't improve their opinion on these dolls, because those were never the issues to begin with. These are just the kind of people that take issue with virtually any depiction of the female form because it makes them uncomfortable. Even the amount of skin showing isn't the problem. (I've seen westerners call licca-chan "pedo bait" before. No dolls are safe lmao)

If it was about modesty, realistic body image, positive role models, etc then they would also take issue with male action figures that are marketed to boys as well (they're built like fridges, wear skintight bodysuits, and are made to play in fight scenes). But they don't. I've never seen anyone call action figures "roided up gigolos" or "slutty barbarians." Only the toys designed to look like girls/women are called sexually derogatory names and slurs. How curious.

There IS an important conversation to be had about over sexualization of toys aimed at little girls, but this is not what this is about. These people pearl-clutching over dolls in strapless dresses, skirts, or crop tops aren't doing it because they are concerned about the mental health or innocence of young girls. Tbh I think it's more of a projection of internalized misogyny from these women, and just plain old misogyny from men.

I decided to do my Fics recs! My Personal Top Three! (Links and Close ups under the cut)

The first is a Amazing and very long fic called Anyone by @gentrychild . It's incomplete but oh so worth it Izuku basically runs a crime empire and I really don't wanna spoil it. (Love the Evil Clingy Cat tho!). Yes he is in a Crop Top. Yes Shoto is on fire.

The second is THE Horror fic for Bnha. Butterfly by @aconstantstateofbladerunner is a Masterpiece and a half. Heed the Warnings tho. It is Complete but has WIP second fic named Moth. They will tear your hearts out and feast on them. I LOOOOOVE the body horror and it's just plain out well written

The third is a Personal Top fave for Mermaid Fics (the other mods can attest to the one time I went Feral over our own unreleased Mer Au)

Sinking in the Depths by @aimportantdragoncollector is amazing. The way the story is built is amazing and I love the way I hate the AFO here. Clingy Bastard/aff. But poor Aoyama. One flipper swing away of a heart attack lmao.

hey, i'm sorry if this is a weird question, but i'm wondering how you personally make gifsets? i wanted to make some basic ones for a post and i love the ones you make. thank you!!

yeah sure! here's my method:

First things first, I use Photoshop CC (a tooooootally legal version of course. so legal. so not pirated), and idk how to make gifs in other programs so uhhhh find a copy of Photoshop, if you don't have it already. Also I'm assuming you already have the video you want to gif somewhere (also gotten through entirely legal means, of course).

Also it's entirely possible there are better ways to gif, this is just how I do it! Lots of people use actions to streamline their process for instance, but I don't. So. There's that.

Anyway:

Clip the part of the video you want to gif

I personally use Microsoft's in-built program Clipchamp, because it's there and it can handle mkv files and output as mp4, but you can obviously use whatever program you like.

2. Import the video in Photoshop

Use File > Import > Video frames to layers

Select your clip. You now get this screen:

Select the part of the clip you want to turn into a gif. Keep in mind Tumblr's 10mb limit, so don't make the selection too long. If you do want a longer clip, and don't mind the gif looking a little less smooth, you can tick "Limit to every 2 frames" to cut down on the number of frames.

Click OK, and PS will convert the clip into layers. Make sure to have the timeline on (Window > Timeline)

Your workplace should now look like this:

3. Adjust the frame delay

Adjust the time between the frames by selecting all the frames in the timeline and clicking the little arrow in the bottom right of one of the frames.

I tend to set my frame delay to 0,05 seconds, but do whatever you like most!

4. Convert to video timeline

Convert the frame animation to a video timeline by clicking on the hamburger menu in the top right of the timeline and clicking "Convert to video timeline"

5. Convert the layers to a smart object

Select all the layers, right-click and select "Convert to smart object"

Cool, all your layers have now been converted into one video layer. Easier to work with.

6. Cropping

Crop the video to whatever size you want it to be (keeping in mind that 540px is the widest the tumblr dashboard goes). I'll crop this one to 540x350px.

7. Apply adjustment layers

Now apply adjustment layers to colour the gif to your liking (Layer > New Adjustment Layer). You can do this any way you like, but the adjustment layers I tend to use most are Levels, Curves and Vibrance

Here's a before and after.

But again, you can just go ham on this in whatever way you like. Just fuck around with the layers until it looks good to you!

8. Sharpening

Now it's time to sharpen the gif, to make it look extra crisp. Select the video layer and go to Filter > Smart sharpen and just fiddle with the settings until you're happy with it.

9. Text

I'm just gonna assume you know how to add text lmao. But to make that text stand out, go to the layer style by double clicking the layer and selecting Stroke and Drop shadow.

10. Saving

To save your gif, go to File > Export > Save for web (legacy)

Select gif and set the looping options to Forever.

Now, make sure to check whether your gif falls under tumblr's image limit of 10mb. This one is 9mb, so I probably should've cut it down a bit, but I like big gifs, sue me. If you don't want to cut the length of your gif (which you can very easily do with the timeline), you can also cut down on the amount of colours. I wouldn't go below 128 though, that just makes it look ugly lmao. But hey, the option is there.

Anyway, save the gif and you're done! You have made a gif!!

considering the whole karmic urges and need to ascend thing? maybe not, but like. yeah. i could see them having wars or conflict and the like between eachother. especially if it's over where iterator projects are placed (cough cough five pebbles)

i think, before iterator projects though, i could see some petty fights getting violent. but also the idea of "war" over just communications is really funny to me. yelling threats at eachother through the broadcasts. sending messengers to throw pearls at eachothers masks. sending purposed organisms to break eachothers masks. you know. that sort of thing.

but outright war? after a lot of iterators were built? unlikely between communities, but in communities on top of the iterator? depends on how many houses there even are. i could definently see blood being shed if it's over something extremely controversial, but that's my personal take - i don't think it's ever happened in canon.

but a lot of my personal takes are also a bit out there with lots of creative liberty [looks at eclipse and vigil], so there's of course canon-adjacent where i can fit it, but lots more headcanons that probably aren't as canon-adjacent.

so this'll get a lot more headcanon than canon-adjacent after here. so.

lower circles would just yell at eachother. for fun. because they can. and because the other circles don't reallly care about them. and they don't have a reason to hurt eachother. lmao. get in to petty slap fights over who stole whos crops.

I'm really confused about Sevika's attire in Arcane. She dresses in the same dark, torn, asymmetrical clothes spanning across acts. One of the legs of her pants is completely ripped even though she's one of the most notorious people in Zaun.

She's a resourceful woman so I don't doubt she has her own money to gamble away slash spend on "pleasures". Do you have any hcs as to where she puts her money, or maybe this is a stylistic choice, an extension of her henchman status... or she simply doesn't care...

Also intriguing is how, despite being a brawler, her torso, the most vulnerable part of her body is completely bare while her shoulder is padded. Maybe I'm just tripping but I can't make sense of it.

Primarily, I think Sevika's design represents a stylistic choice, much in the same way Jinx prances around in a crop-top in a city with toxic atmospheres, which is also underground and likely pretty chilly.

It's the Rule of Cool.

Her overall design is meant to give the sense of someone rough-and-tumble, hence the ripped clothes and the dark shades. At the same time, the flourishes of gold and the shoulder padding give her an almost military flair - epaulets and a sash - which makes sense as she is Silco's soldier on the streets. Then there's her cloak, which has little design embroidery on the edges, so it both resembles a traditional shawl and at the same time looks like a Clint Eastwood poncho, giving her a vibe that is both feminine but also solid and gunslinger-esque.

As for the bare torso - I think that's just a thirst trap lmao. This lady is built and the series isn't shy about advertising that fact. Overall though, I really like her design, even with the nonsensical bits. Everything her character is, is represented in her appearance: tough, no-nonsense but also whooooaaaaaa<3

Proposal: safe vore is wildly underutilized as a tool in sci fi projects. All these aliens and you're telling me none of them went "I can store my friends inside of me" or "smuggling people is way easier when they're tiny and in your stomach"

I've been looking at star trek tng for a rewatch recently and I think adding that to part of the culture shock would be excellent

YES YOU! YOU GET IT! Vore as a sci-fi plot device is already top tier, but when you couple it in with cultural differences it’s actually amazing. Like, considering the amount of animals that have weird ways of carrying their young it would honestly be weirder if aliens didn’t have a similar sort of thing built into their culture and/or anatomy. To them it’s as logical as putting something in a pocket or bag, but of course humans don’t tend to associate being eaten with anything good, so the amount of misunderstandings that would crop up is hilarious. Plus there’s ample room for translation errors as well which would be super entertaining 

PARTICULARLY in the TNG series though oh my gosh. I imagine if it’s something done by a species the federation is familiar with it would definitely be covered in the academy, but hearing about it a lecture hall is waydifferent than seeing/experiencing it first hand. The more experienced of the crew would most likely be pretty adept at handling such a situation, but of course you’re always gonna get an ensign who freaks out about everything coughWesleycough. 

I have, way too many thoughts on every member of the tng crew tbh so I’m not gonna dump them all here but...just know I absolutely headcanon Data to have a functional stomach. Why? Well if there are certain species who use eating someone as a means of protection and transportation and such, then I feel like putting that sort of function into an android might be seen as a useful thing to do. If nothing else it makes internal maintenance easier lol. And also I just like robot vore and have a pred crush on Data don’t judge me. No one except maybe Jordi knows he can do that until it becomes relevant so I’m just imagining the chaos such a discovery would cause and wheezing about it lmao. 

Now don’t get me started on how everyone would react to finding a species who sees eating someone for one of these reasons to be perfectly normal for the first time. Now that would for sure cause some misunderstandings and just try and tell me it wouldn’t make a fantastic episode. Just try. Ughhh sci-fi alien/human culture shock is already way fun but when you add vore in there I swear it becomes so much more entertaining

Random Headcanons: Logan

More headcanons :)

Really likes knives. Elias took him and Hesh camping a lot as kids (Which is cannon.) and he got Hesh a multi tool when he was something like 12? Logan was immediately jealous of course and wanted his own. Elias did eventually get him one when he turned 12 but his fixation didn't really go away.

Taught himself how to throw knives. Scary good at it. Absolute monster at darts though throwing darts is different from throwing knives.

Absolute mommys boy as a child. Loved to follow her everywhere and try to help with whatever she was doing.

Because of the prior he loves baking. Managed to memorize a whole bunch of recipes from her home-made cook book before ODIN. When he was dealing with the trauma from it he was remaking the cook-book and it helped him decompress.

His hair is like 20 different shades of blonde. You grab one lock and it's silver-white, another will look like sand.

Tan beach babe, classic surfer boy look. Tan lines on his butt and hips because he like sunning but won't do it naked. (He's like one of five people who can pull off a speedo.)

Clingy. It's not bad because he does have a good sense of boundaries and will leave people alone if asked but if allowed he will just follow someone around 24/7. (*cough* Hesh *cough*)

Also gets jealous easily but he isn't very vengeful. Will just pout about it. Gets over it easy.

Big sucker for fantasy. He fucking loves dragons and mermaids and that. If he knew about it he'd be religiously devout to D&D and play 24/7. (Would lose his tan.)

Can rollerblade but prefers roller skates. (Ones with four wheels at the "Corners" of the foot.) Can do a lot of cool tricks.

Goated at hand-to-hand combat because of the former. Probably trained in a style similar to Jiu-Jitsu. (Or just trained in it outright.)

Once he goes Federation though he gets as built as a brick shithouse and just boxes the everloving fuck out of people. Still knows how to do the "fancy" stuff and will do so on occasion (Aka when he needs his opponent to survive.) but most times he just deals a haymaker that could level Mt Everest.

Plotter. He's very good at keeping track of people. Their strengths, weaknesses, secrets, etc. Can and will use it to his advantage.

Very much a people pleaser, which is why he developed the prior skills. He does things to make people happy, even when people don't actively tell him to do the thing.

Adores the color green. It's apart of his personality at this point with how obsessed with it he is. I would say it's something classy like emerald or evergreen, but his favorite shade is lime.

Have I got enough crop fields yet? Probably not lol. It is all food for the farmer who decided to live in my tower as a source of emeralds.

Which I can then use to level up the other friends who live in this little shack. Toolsmith, two weaponsmiths, armourer, and a leatherworker. Also I finally fixed the build, it looked a right mess bc I kept having to patch up holes and ofc I don't have silk touch yet so. Stone is a Pain rn. Also excuse the grass staircase, golems like spawning up on the roof and I have been too lazy to spawn-proof that yet lmao.

Behold! The world's slowest iron farm! bc if villagers are gonna keep spawning golems, I might as well farm them. I will need some more wandering traders to come by though, I have lost two leads into the lava so far rip.

Got the idea for this from when Cub instigated something similar at ConCorp to deal with excess golems, though his worked a lot better than mine lol.

I do think I will need a proper iron farm at some point when I feel brave enough to build one and switch the world to easy, but that's a job for later.

Also! Villager breeder! Made from memories of watching Stress build hers on-stream last year. It works! :D Just don't ask me how I'm getting the villagers OUT of the pit they're currently in. XD I decided that's a job for future me to deal with lmao. Still, feeling pretty good that it worked, bc it's the first one I've ever built. :D

Also I feel *slightly* bad for putting this under the barn, but it had the space I needed. I will have to decorate this properly later as well, it's not going to be this ugly forever. XD

Also this is what I built on top of the hill. I had thought about a lighthouse or tower or something, but I went with this instead. It's a temple for Hekate, based on the one I visit in meditation. It's not a traditional design for that reason, bc I wanted the one I know, not one I don't know. It sits on a cliff edge like this overlooking a large bay of water surrounded by forest. So it fits really nicely here.

I've been thinking a lot about what I want to do with this world, and what I want to build, and thinking about Scar's advice for themes that give you things to build. So if there's a Hekate temple here, and that's the vibe I'm going for, well, that gives me ideas for other infrastructure I want to build, and how to work with the block palette I've picked.

I kinda want to riff off what Cub did at ConCorp, and have like, specific buildings for specific villager jobs. So there'll be a library for librarians, market stalls, a proper blacksmith for the tool/weapon/armourers etc, that kind of thing. And I want them scattered around the land that I've cleared, I don't want them all packed in together. I want them to be free to wander and sleep and do their jobs, but still be safe inside their buildings.

And then I want to build a larger temple for Hekate in the centre of town, based off a Cathedral-like temple I've seen in meditation before, though it won't be a gigantic mega-build. It will probably be something I do much further down the track though.

Also! I have a zombie spawner I want to turn into an xp farm, and maybe it won't be the best one ever, it would still be nice to have a better source of xp than villager trading.

So yeah, I have like, ideas in mind for where this world is going to go. I want to make this a more long-term world, and slowly chip away at these projects as I work my way through the early game and get myself established. I'm really enjoying this world, and getting to know java minecraft better, since I spend so much time watching people play java. I'm always surprised at how much I've picked up just through osmosis. So yeah. Having a lot of fun with this world and I'm excited to sink more time into it and keep building it up. :D

He cares DEEPLY and greatly for all his animals and he holds them so gently (imagine bc of how big n wide I said he was, just imagine a very tiny baby chicken in his massive hands) he holds them so sweetly and gently, loves all his babies- I’ll get into their names in side facts but the basics of him is just he’s very kind, respectful, sweet, loving, and caring- very polite and just works on his ranch/farm to make an honest living that’s it, accidentally intimidating but it can be a good thing sometimes, INHUMANLY strong- like he can lift things humans should REALLY NOT be able to but he can.

Bucky usually protects Patty Sue, that's mostly why he charges Festus lmao- He figures Bucky is sweet on her- some geese named Billy Ray and Bobby Joe their brothers and have protected Festus and the other animals many a times before, a donkey named Bo for more protection, and to wrap up the animal names (there’s so many I literally can’t sit here and name them all …UNLESS you genuinely want me to compile the list) he’s got a bluetick hound named Skeeter, a bloodhound named Copper, a border collie named Wyatt, and finally two tiny chihuahuas he rescued from the side of the road when they were literal babies.

Now, there’s not much that can actually upset or piss Festus off but anyone and he means ANYONE who hurts, dumps out, or is just hateful toward animals that’s when he gets much more serious, unintentionally aggressive but he can’t STAND animal abusers- those two tiny babies he rescued are named Chester and Fifi (ya can’t hardly separate the two, they need each other) …they also run the house compared to the other big dogs lmao

Festus is admittedly v e r y clumsy and breaks things VERY easily, he can’t help it- he’s a really big fella- That’s why it's so contrast to see him with animals because he’s SO much more calculated, careful, and cautious even in his movements- He’s… less so with people but that don’t mean he wants to hurt someone-

Just sometimes he can accidentally start crushing his friends in a hug- he of course immediately lets go and takes off his hat and apologizes but he can’t help it, he’s a big guy with too much strength and a LOT of love to give- Anytime he rough houses with any of his siblings that may come over you can tell he’s holding back his strength like TENFOLD but even then he still manages to beat them.

It’s rare his siblings or family come over at all though, they all live a LONG way from his farm so yeye, him and his family have a great relationship though- no problems here for once! Festus would say he lives alone but honestly he never feels alone with all the animals he’s got tbh.

Festus doesn’t have many things, I won’t say he’s EXTREMELY poor or anything but he’s not the most wealthy either, he doesn’t have video games- he doesn’t have enough time for stuff like that anyways, he’s got crops to grow and harvest and then animals to feed and take care of, he does have a few books here and there, scattered around (his house is a bit messy, nothing too bad but still) and then he’s got a TV with an antenna still attached to it, so he gets a few channels.

Very old fashioned-centric of a house and just doesn’t care for too much technology really- the only other ‘electronic’ type thing he’s got is a radio where he listens to a LOT of old country music …Festus does not like new country music bc most of it just sings about beer, pickup trucks, and just- stupid shit- He ain’t about that, one of his favorites is Alan Jackson (he really loves Blue Ridge Mountain Song specifically, makes him cry tbh), loves the charlie daniels band, just- theres a lot- and surprisingly enough- he seems to really love heavy metal/rock too

Festus has a banjo that he loves to play occasionally, especially on cool starry nights, looking at the full moon he’ll just bust out the banjo and start playing some soft gentle tones, sometimes his hounds will decide to sing along, howling as he plays.

The only final bits I can think of to add is- Festus is bisexual, he’s a lover- doesn’t care about what your gender is, if he loves ya you’ll know it- …Festus isn’t like good at romance though fjkdlfjghdksd he’s completely out of his element but god DAMN does he t r y his best to make any date a good one …He’s also not a fancy person, doesn’t care about fancy restaurants or fancy places, nothing like that- just something simple n plain will suit him just fine.

I did something! in the span of maybe 3 hours I altered a shirt that I haven't worn in 3/4 years into something I'm excited to wear this summer

this is what I started with

the plan was to crop it, cut the sleeves off, and take in the sides somehow

so I got to this point where it's a nice tank top, but I don't really like loose tank tops, so I wanted to add a lil lacing on the sides to make it adjustable

I did a lot of weird measuring and clipping until I got the fit I wanted, and it was a lot of thinking to know where to go from here

I did some marking with chalk, added interfacing to where the new edges would be, and basically sewed little tabs? darts? I don't know what to really call them, but I sewed them! I opted to not cut the side seams for lacing between two separate pieces because I wanted to be able to wear whatever underneath (I hope that makes sense? idk lmao. it's like a built in backing for the lacing).

then the lacing! I kinda eyeballed where I want the holes in the tabs/darts/whatever to be, carefully cut them open with a seam ripper, and made some t-shirt yarn out of the bottom edge of the shirt I cut off earlier to use as the laces. I used a safety pin for easier threading. I thought about sewing little buttonholes for all of the holes, but my sewing machine would make them too big, and I really didn't want to do 20 buttonholes by hand today. I figured the interfacing and the fact that this fabric doesn't fray would make that okay, and I think it turned out perfectly fine.

and voila! she's gorgeous! the laces made a really pretty design that I didn't expect, and I'm very excited to wear it this summer. yay!

On Saturday I went for a bra fitting. I was kinda nervous, I thought standing there in my bra (crop top) would be really intimidating and I’d get body conscious. Especially considering what a late bloomer I am and that I’d never actually worn bras until that fitting. It went considerably better than expected though, but I did get confused on how much eye contact is appropriate to give to the woman who is gesturing to your boobs and her own boobs and discussing boobs and so on and so forth.

We got a Taco Bell after. There are only about 30 Taco Bells in the UK as opposed to hundreds, maybe a thousand?, McDonalds and such, so I really wanted to take the opportunity to try what I’d heard many people praise highly. It was good, but kinda mid. The way everyone claimed it to be great but it was just like something I could easily throw together at home but better was unfortunate but I’d still eat it again to be honest.

Then we went shopping. Growing up (by growing up I mean any time before 2020 where I feel all my life experiences and childhood truly ended) I’d never been a fan of shopping especially a shopping spree for hours as I’d get easily overwhelmed in changing rooms, with all the crowds and the noise, the heat and the ache of my feet. But in recent times I’ve learnt to tune out the negative in order to gather these life experiences even with all the bad mingled in, as I’ve ruined many moments that could’ve been formative experiences and great stories in the future by simply focusing on the negative and hiding in a corner and just spending my whole time trying to leave. Thats not really a way to live a life, so I tried my best to stay upbeat all day.

I’ve really been into brighter colours recently, so I bought some nice new tops, and a skirt for the first time ever. I also bought a dress but the skirt doesn’t suit my figure and makes my legs look bad, so I’ll perhaps have to get one with a skirt that flares out more like the skirt. I really went outside my comfort zone that day - a bra fitting, trying new food and drinks (that strawberry + mango ice drink was amazing), buying clothes that I’d probably be scared to wear or buy two years ago. I really hope I can keep this up! I also bought some bras, some earrings, a lacy grey matching pyjama set and I almost forgot but it just hit me as I was writing - the cutest converse trainers ever! They were like normal black high-top Converse but with pretty pastel flowers embroidered into the side and a pastel purple sole. I think I got emotional seeing them in the store and realising I could wear them.

So that was truly the first time I’d ever enjoyed shopping even though my mum’s bank account is probably suffering. I can’t wait for the opportunity to wear my new clothes, hopefully at Wetherspoons this Sunday if mum keeps to her word? I suppose she’ll forget though lmao.

Right now there is the most atrocious heatwave imaginable in the UK. It reached 34°C today, what a sick joke. And my friends from other countries are like ‘um damn ok’ and don’t really understand that - according to people that have actually been abroad - UK heat is just the absolute worst, we’re not built for this. Neither the cities or the houses or the people are built for this. My younger brother is staying off school because my mum fears for his health, that’s how sickly this heat is. I am trying to cherish it and would like to go on a walk but I know realistically I will pass out. Worse, all the ice cream and lollies in supermarkets have sold out so we can’t keep cool through that :(

I can’t wait for winter even though I know it will probably be depressing. My favourite weather, my least favourite time of year, if that makes sense. Even though I love Christmas despite its painfulness. I just love the cold and rain and snow despite the vibes that come with the heat is absolutely unmatched. This is why autumn and spring are rivalled for my favourite seasons, you get a good healthy mix of both weathers.

Also, if I get to go on a shopping trip to buy winter clothes to last me between October-May I will be so excited oh my gosh

Mugiwaras at a Rave ✨

note: this are my headcanons about the strawhats being at a rave bc they seem like party people so why not add them to an au?? Hope y’all enjoy! Feel free to add your own! :)

Luffy:

•would be the first to suggest to pregame before the actual event

•but zoro would definitely second the idea and already have the bottle out

•luffy’s fave raves are the bigger ones like EDC, Countdown, Beyond Wonderland, Escape, maybe even Coachella or Hard Summer and Lollapalooza

•definitely listens to Porter Robinson and will always go if he’s in the lineup

•his faves aside are: zedds dead, Audien, Dash Berlin, Major Lazor, Alison Wonderland,

•definitely wears colorful tops-even crop tops , but will not change the sandals or strawhat, it’s just his signature look (even adds beads to the straw hat too😭)

•ALSO WEARS NEON FACE PAINT THAT NAMI SAYS MAKES HIM LOOK LIKE HE’S READY TO PARTY

•is the type to party with everyone, they’ll be like “hey man me and my homies just saw you from across the tent and wanted to say we LOVE YOUR VIBES” luffy: ok *will pop a pill with the randoms 😭

•you can’t tell me luffy isn’t down for anything that happens at a rave so he’s definitely drinking, popping ecstasy, smoking (not cocaine tho)

•nami ends up being his baby sitter bc she refuses to let anything happen to him if she’s also under the influence

•if he gets down, then she will most likely be more sober enough to look after him

•when the raves happening he likes to be on top of frankie’s shoulders for the view

•also is the type to be super affectionate with his crew when the dj plays a song they all love and records it

•also LOVES taking as many group photos and fit pics before and after

Zoro:

•is not AS festive as Luffy but will go bc he likes to be around him during the fun

•doesn’t do the druggies BUT he will get plastered, sometimes even before they head out he’s already drunk as hell

•nami will not let him go like that bc she doesn’t wanna babysit so they sober him up

•then once they’re there he’s fucked up again 💀

•might get lost idk (I don’t like to push onto that directionally challenge fact abt him much so ya) even if he did it’d be a good time cuz he’d probably make new drinking buddies

•his attire is more simple- definitely rocks the headband with sleeveless muscle tee and tight shorts maybe? (Carries the backpack for the group bc it weighs nothing to him lmao)

•doesn’t have a preferred dj he likes but if it’s a hype song u know he’s there head banging WITH THE BOYSSSS

•is hit on by a lot of the rave babes there but zoro is annoyed by them pls

•prefers smaller raves bc he doesn’t like big crowds

•bring zoro to the rave😈

Nami:

•gonna be biased here bc I’m in love with Nami

•A TOTAL RAVE BABE! Will go ALL OUT on her outfit: the sparkles, face paint, and wears almost nothing to the event or a cute crop fit (depending on the theme of the rave) hair is done, makeup is flawless and also is the one who’s planned the entire trip for them

•bc of that everyone else makes sure she has time for her fun

•luffy, sanji and frankie make sure no creepy dudes come up to her or even TRY to lay a hand on her

•she takes the cutes pics with robin who’s also dressed with ‘rave babe’ attire

•makes friends with a lot of girls there bc they’re all drunk and just complimenting each other’s fits

•becomes famous on social media over this

•is actually really into a lot of dj’s similar to luffy’s but she also likes ppl like dj snake, tiesto, illenium, disclosure, david guetta, kygo, steve aoki, etc

•will twerk on people she doesn’t gaf (mostly on other girls 😛)

•will also pop ecstasy or smoke weed but never has a bad trip bc she’s built different

•she’ll be on jinbe’s shoulder while luffy is next to her on franky’s 😭

•luffy & nami duo at a rave is wholesome but also can be chaotic if they’re both high and drunk off their minds

•they end up attracting a crowd bc of how goofy they are being and people love it

•perviness aside, Sanji is the second one who’s looking the best after nami

•but is equally simping right back- he is in heaven

•will sometimes stray away from the group bc he met a girl (i think rave!sanji is a whore idc he definitely gets laid)

•if he doesn’t get laid then he’s out in the crowd getting into the music and is jumping around

•is always dehydrated lmao

•oh yeah he’s a huge foodie so he loves trying the stuff they have at the food trucks

•is pretty sober by the end of the night

•also takes super pretentious pictures but they look good ofc

Usopp:

•my boyyyyy is looking SUPER FLY to the rave, the group loves Rave!usopp bc of how hot he is

•along with luffy, he’s a bit chaotic when it’s him and nami as well

•also loves to record dumb shit like people fighting 💀 or anything funny that happens

•stays within the group

•he knows where the crowds are more fun and that’s how they discover new artists too

•gets bitches but usopp is respectful and just makes sure they have a good time

Robin:

•plsss robin’s rave outfits are always super sexy but kind of iconic?? Like she literally has the best fit there

•is like nami but not vocal about it, will go along with her shenanigans and watch it all unfold

•she likes to bring her own weed to the raves and doesn’t like to take anything that isn’t from her plug

•rave!robin likes to sway to the music and have her hands up and jump around sometimes

•a lot of girls go up to her about her outfit and she’s always nice about it and tells them her little diy hacks and where she buys her stuff

•if someone fucks with luffy and tries to insinuate a fight she’s flaming

•is always gonna be in the back during bc he’s so fckn tall unless luffy asks him to take him to the front😭 everyone else just circles around him to get a view lmao

•franky may have a drink or two but he’s honestly having a good time sober too

•if there are rave himbos u know franky will be in A LOT of random ppl’s pictures bc he’s so charismatic and friendly

Brook:

•brook is like that old dude who hangs out with younger people to have fun but it’s ok here

•is also festive with the look, goes with the classic hippie with headband and curly hair deal but with ✨fashion

•sometimes gets weird looks from people until they see how fun he really is

•the other stoners see him as a god at raves bc he carries the BEST weed and is also super funny

•just vibes to the music by swaying his arms around to the beat

•but if he’s feeling a bit playful 😛 he’ll try to crowd surf and pop out some dance moves

•sometimes they leave without brook bc he always ends up getting dropped off back to the hotel but the friends he made LMAO

Jinbe:

•uncle vibes 😎 but he’s a good time

•doesn’t do the rave look but thinks wearing beads with an oversized shirt counts 👍🏻

•bops his head to the music and headbangs if he’s feeling it

•is never left out by the gang so he enjoys spending time with them

•will usually help nami with taking pictures and also knows all the best angles

•if he runs into older people he ends up having his own group and they all just hangout at a food or drink spot and have convos (pls i can see him being friends with professors who like to rave, I used to have a prof who did hence where this idea popped up from)

•makes sure everyone is safe and altogether by the end of the night

•will have blankets or sweaters ready for the girls and Luffy in case it’s cold

•suggests they all eat after having nothing but drugs and alcohol in their system LOL

Chopper:

•chopper is a baby so for the sake of this I’ll make it short and he’ll be a reindeer in this au

•they carry him like a backpack and make him stay still so he can get thru the bag check LOL

•surpringly he does bc nami sweet talks the security and says it’s her emotional support plushie

•once he’s in they make a stop to take him to try the food and sweet stations

•robin and chopper duo at a rave is cuteee, she just carries him around so he doesn’t walk anywhere but once she does people surround them like crazy

•everyones like “YOOOOO A TALKING REINDEER LOOK” and he goes viral

•they try to make him dance to edm music HAHA

•chopper loves the attention and lets them take him crowd surfing

•sometimes will end up on a dj’s shoulders and he feels so popular omg

•dj: “if anyone is looking for this reindeer looking thing it’s up here on the main stage and it’s definitely a crowd pleaser!! Might just keep this little guy for myself” and then you hear luffy yell out “ OI LOOK ITS CHOPPER AND HE’S ON tyDI’s SHOULDER”
