Wolf Pack Christmas Headcannon:

The clones of the pack find our that it is a natborn tradition to buy ugly jumpers/sweaters for Christmas and gift them to others.

However, in true sibling fashion they turned this into a competition. Said competition has two parts.

The first part of this competition is the award for the ugliest jumper that they can find, doesn't matter how ugly so long as it is wearable (not made of anything living or bio-hazardous thank you [rule implemented on the second christmas they celebrated when Sinker turned up with a pile of questionable material and origin and called it a jumper that wriggled]).

The second part of the competition is gifting said jumpers to Plo Koon and seeing which ones he wears most often.

As such, Plo has a collection of ugly christmas jumpers from all of his sons that he takes turns wearing with pride.

Love how when Toad sneaks Mario into Princess Peach's castle, the instant he's through the door, the very first thing that man does is walk straight down the middle of the hallway hoping that if he acts casual enough he won't get caught.

As though he wasn't turning every head in The Mushroom Kingdom on his way here??? He doesn't even try to explain anything he just jumps straight to plan B, which is run around like a madman while alerting every guard in the entire castle to his presence.

A scenario I had been toeing writing was a "beings with really ingrained beastly instincts (like, monsters and beasts but mostly those who appeared in Airplane's draft) recognize him as their God and Creator/Owner and obey him like well trained, overly loving doggos". Kinda like this fic on AO3 with Xin Mo recognizing SQH as his Gid& creator, except its an eldritch entity that was supposed to be a Real PlotPoint and Hurt LBH really bad just wagging tail and doing tricks for one tiny ass, sweaty and nervous peak lord.

Also, I don't remember if either Tianlang-Jun or Zhuzhi-Lang ever met gim, but wouldn't it be hilarious if they, too, recognize him as Something Other because they were not part of the plot but the draft and thus "closer" to SQH's "heart/true intentions"?

I 100 percent can definitely see other types of beasts and creatures seeing Shang Qinghua as an otherworldly being but also a lot of concepts were in Qinghuas drafts I wonder if those carry over. Like Binghe getting the ending he was meant to have was a concept and it came to be so would binghe sense Qinghua as something? Maybe that's why he's just glaring at him because he thinks it's jealousy for being near his shizun but nooo it's other things he can't pinpoint.

Thinking of Qinghua having beasts listening him to tho is funny too like

"They listen to him" points to Shang Qinghua whose staring at this huge creature and he's shaking and about to cry while the creature in question is like ":D"

I don't remember either if Tianlang-Jun or Zhuzhi-lang lang met Qinghua actually but if he did I think Tianlang-Jun would look at him real hard and then be incredibly interested in him like "Oh. This one. THIS ONE HERE. He's something for sure." He'd have the same level of enthusiasm as he does with Shen Qingqiu.

Harry and Lily Luna 🐞 - "I don't want you to save the world. I just want you to be my daddy."

It was tough leaving for his Auror missions after Ginny had finished Hogwarts, but it became even harder after his kids were born, especially his little Lily Luna.

She sensed Harry was leaving before he even told her. She became his little shadow and followed him everywhere. Lily demanded extra cuddles, waited outside the bathroom, declined to eat her meals unless she was sitting in his lap and he was feeding her, and refused to leave his side until he had to leave.

He didn't realize she was listening in on his and Ginny's conversation the other day about a dangerous mission he had been working on for months. She noticed the way her mom's hands would fidget and how she asked him to be careful in a small voice.

Lily's cousins all said Uncle Harry was saving the world, which she hated because saving the world required him to leave for missions. Everything seemed bigger and scarier when her father wasn't present.

When she noticed the patronus signaling that it was time for him to leave, she huffed and strolled over to her favorite tree, slumping down with a pout. She took a fistful of grass, yanked it out of its roots, and threw it on the ground while crossing her arms over her chest. She heard her father's footsteps as he scooped her up into his arms and tickled her, and instead of laughing, her lips trembled as tears streamed down her face. Harry immediately pulled her into a hug and wiped her tears with his thumb. "Hey, what's wrong, my little Lilybug?" She played with his collar for a few seconds before looking him in the eyes and saying "I don't want you to save the world. I just want you to be my daddy."

Struggling did no good. Whumpee was outnumbered in the alley, two large lackeys gripping their arms hard enough to bruise while Whumper stood pointedly between them and their only way out. Whumpee’s cell phone and camera were on the ground nearby, crushed beneath the deliberate weight of heavy boots.

“You shouldn’t follow people,” Whumper said mildly. “All sorts of danger in a bad habit like that.”

A retort itched on Whumpee’s tongue. They were helpless to the urge, even like this. “Try telling me that at a different angle,” they suggested, breathing hard around bruised ribs. “This really isn’t your good side.”

They didn’t know what they were expecting—anger, violence, another swift, painful beating—but to their shock, Whumper laughed. A soft, sudden sound, as if Whumpee had managed to surprise them. They came closer until their shadow swallowed the light at the end of the alley.

“You’re not the first reporter I’ve had to take care of,” they said, eyes glinting in the dark, “but you’re certainly the most fun.”
