I HC that Mal can't sleep because of nightmares of when Daenarya was gone.

But he may be corrupted by the shadow realm since he's on the shadow side of the book cover. He probably made a bad rash decision when MC was gone and figured he had to try everything.

Or you know... it could be Nia somehow. They spent a lot of time together and we know she had such darkness in her and her powers are so not normal so there's something going on there. Maybe she's taking from Mal?? I don't know, but Nia's not right either.

First up, thank you ever so much. It means a lot to hear someone likes it!

As for the sequel, yes, I definitely still plan on writing it. The first 4.7k is written, and I've read over it I don't know how many times with the intention of continuing it, but usually only when I have other things I ought to be working on instead.

I don't know when it'll be, because spoons are often in limited supply and I have a tendency to underestimate how much I have to do at one time (must stop signing up for events, I really must), but I will finish it one day. Of my many (many, many) wips, it is the one I most want to read when it's finished, and I'll have to get off my arse and actually write it if I ever want that to happen…

So, yeah, it'll happen one day.

It's still surprising to see people say that when they see the upcoming strike post I made that this is the first time they're hearing about it, especially because I've seen several posts now talking about the same strike.

That being said: regardless of what kind of blog you are, please spread the news about the genocide, the strikes, boycotts, etc.

Even if you are a small blog, spreading word allows for more people to know what's going on and also do their part in protests and strikes, and maybe even the right people will be able to do more than what you're able to do.

And reminder: there is an upcoming strike on February 18th-25th. Prepare accordingly, protest, boycott, call your reps, and spread the word so more people are aware.
