bc we r in need of some levity rn here r some more musings on the niche socmed influencer au i mentioned in this post. all of this comes from the genius brains of me and @jakehughesrace enabling each other till the lights go out o7

- as mentioned in the og post jannik works at a cafe and appears in their social media content semi-reluctantly but it turns out this au is also secretly a coffee shop au because !

- karen (khachanov) own the cafe! hubi and grigor r jannik’s coworkers ! grigor is the one who makes the socmed content and he takes great pleasure in the fact jannik has stans. both grigor and hubi also have fans but jannik is the most popular by far

- now i said that carlos reviews dog toys and that is his influencer niche and this is still true BUT!! i think he also works at an animal shelter :3 (or volunteers, i haven’t decided if he gets paid or not XD). His coworkers r of course casper and holger o7

- carlos follows the cafe socmed bc of jannik obviously, and he follows them on his main dog toy review account AND his personal AND his spam.

- eventually he finally decides to actually go to the cafe and (walk with me here) hubi gives him a container of soup bc hubi makes soup when he is stressed this is a side note but it’s plot relevant. hubi gives him the soup, jannik has to explain what that’s about so they chat for the first time!!!

- the soup came in a tupperware bc it was from hubi’s home. carlos now has an excuse to go back to the cafe

- the cafe comes up at the animal shelter and casper is like oh I know that cafe I’ve got a friend who works there BAM that’s jannik so now carlos is freaking out (positive)

- casper accompanies carlos back to the cafe to return the tupperware and also say hi to his friend!! also casper does know everyone he’s the glue in this au bc if we remember it was supposed to be a socmed influencer au 😭

- casper knows jannik but he also knows andrey who obviously knows karen so casper has actually met them all and he also obviously knows daniil through them (he doesn’t know andrey is famous on TikTok and he sort of half knows daniil is famous on instagram but he’s never looked in to it)

okay i will leave it there for now but besties there’s actually so much more we can’t stop yapping so it just keeps going XD i will think of a tag for this so i can keep track bc there will definitely be more posts about this 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

Polaris guides Jesse to unlock her memories of the real Dr Darling. The one whose videos she'd seen, the one who ended up exposing himself to "Hedron" and presumably ascended to another plane of existence. The one who acted nothing like the man who is currently Head of Research and has always been, according to everyone else's memory. Jesse slowly realises and comes to terms with the fact that the Dr Darling in The Oldest House is an imposter, or at the very least not the original Dr Darling, and reality has been changed to reflect the switch. It's like the original never existed, like this new version has overwritten the old one.

I dunno if anyone else has seen those tiktoks of young parents who raise their baby with a bunch of friends but I just suddenly saw Danny with baby!Ellie and his classmates all having fun caring for this baby along with their families all helping out,,,, I imagined that the class find out Vlad is somehow the other parent and even after Danny outs himself because Yeah No he is Not letting them think He did That to Him they run him out of town by becoming a mob of teenagers who even the police realize they can’t do anything about and so Lancer becomes co-mayor with someone else whilst also maintaining his position as a teacher… I recognize most of this is nuts and I dont even have any ideas on Jazz or their parents but like… the class having fun with the baby in school! Ellie is a distraction, yes, but Danny cannot handle her being left with anyone else (yes this was actually my plan for why she’s in class) so they all just- adjust and attendance has never been greater plus grades have gone up cuz morale and even bullying has gone down… Ellie does a lot to help Casper High before she even has memories and Danny knows even if something happens with the portal and the Zone again that Ellie will Never be alone or unloved or uncared for…
