A kid thought of this!?

Ok, a kid just pointed this out to me and now I can't stop thinking about it. They said Wayhem, Adrien's #1 fan, may have a connection to Lila/Cerise. Why? Because Wayhem has a very overlooked, very subtle detail. On his shirt, is a little chameleon.

Lila is the shows chameleon, constantly changing and disguising herself as different people. Whether or not she has a connection to Wayhem, or anyone in Paris for that matter, is something we will have to wait and see.

They also pointed out that Wayhem being connected to Lila/Cerise would explain why he was so hurt over Adrien possibly lying to him back in "Party Crasher", he was hurt because he had already experienced being lied to too many times by one other person in his life he held in high regard.

To anyone wondering if we have actually seen Wayhem and Lila in the same room. We did. In the school cafeteria, episode "illusion". Lila took a picture of Adrien and uploaded it on all her social medias. Wayhem showed up a few minutes later along with a crowd of people.

One of Lila's akumatized names was literally "Chameleon". The only thing missing to complete the connection is to actually see Wayhem and Lila interact. All this from a 6 year old's little theory!

Okay so I think it's time for another spaghetti theory:

Lilamoth isn't collecting moms. She's collecting sisters (or siblings)

Let me explain my thought process here. So a big complaint the fandom has is that we don't have a proper rogue gallery for villains. It's just the butterfly, and nothing else. It worked for early seasons, but things might be getting stale for some folks.

Enter new characters connected to Lilamoth somehow.

So she has 3 moms so far (that we know about.) All but one have something in common: dark hair and blue eyes.

From left to right we have Mrs. Rossi (red), Mrs. Bianca (white), and her third mother who is deaf could possibly be Mrs. Verdi (green).

Then we have this fourth lady that we see Lilamoth watching on her phone in the season 5 finale. I would NOT be surprised if Odille is going to be her 4th mom. Dark hair and blue eyes, and she is also disabled, just like her third mom.

(And I would not be surprised if we find out her surname is Nero (black), or Viola (violet). More on that aspect of this crack theory in a bit...)

Anyway, back to the concept of a rogues gallery. In the finale we see Lila in a disguise that 's VERY reminiscent of one of her moms:

Certainly she can't expect to disguise herself as a woman in her 30's-40's, and especially not with glasses and bangs. But she can pass reasonably as a teenage girl with a dark bob and glasses. You know, a sister.

So we know a certain main character whose name is in the title and wears red with black polkadots has dark hair and blue eyes. We don't know Lilamoth's motivations and and end goal, but we can surmise that she wants to take the place of Marinette.

(And I KNOW I've seen at least one other person theorize this, and I cannot find the post(s) so if you can find it please let me know so I can link it here!)

The pictures we see is one of Marinette with her classmates on the Liberty where Zoe is accepted in the friend group, Marinette with her parents, 3 pictures of Marinette with Kagami, and one picture of Marinette with Luka.

It's interesting to note that there isn't a picture of Marinette and Adrien together shown to the audience. You'd think they'd emphasize that, but no, it's mostly Kagami. I know it's because it's because the episode focuses on Kagami, but still. Other than her, it's just Marinette's parents, Zoe and Luka (Luka! Marinette's ex!) showcased in the closeup screenshot.

I got sidetracked! Anyway, I think other than similar coloring (and color-themed surnames haha) Lilamoth is trying to find other teenagers who are willing to join forces with her. She probably will get her hands on some Miraculous for them, somehow. But I don't think the new jewels will be from the Chinese box.

Here's where things start REALLY going off the rails with this theory:

All of Lilamoth's rogue gallery of villains are her adopted sisters (or siblings) and they are all Luka's exes. He's got a type for Italians with dark hair and blue eyes...

Going back to the surnames, all the surnames have something in common: they share the colors of all of Adrien's various transformations over the course of the series so far:

Rossi: Mister Bug

Bianca: Chat Blanc

Verdi: Aspik

We're just missing Chat Noir (could possibly will be the surname Nero, as it's Italian)

and Ephemeral (it's interesting to note that the surname Lee in Chinese can mean plum, which of course, is purple)

So naturally, my crack theory circles back to Lukadrien is endgame.

Is Lilamoth collecting blackmail to manipulate them later? She's very obviously walking disguised in areas where there would be lots of cameras (The inside of the Agreste mansion, and the hotel).

And while I think that most of the other tags on the wall are functionally meaningless and just there for ambiance, I do find the 777-777 tag to be of note. 7 Ladybugs till Lilamoth's goal? I'm classifying this as a retcon. Also Juleka disrespect. She did this back in season 4 as well. And in the English dub she talked in full sentences back in the first three seasons, and I'd argue it's better that way.

I'm thinking about it and yeah, this basically is a middle finger to Crocoduel. The Juleka Respect episode. Were Lukanette and Adrigami not enough to insult that you had to go for one of my blorbos too!?

My theory on Lila is that she's much older than she looks, and is actually a serial killer that kills other students and takes their identities for her own uses. Lila's mother last episode was actually Cerise's considering the same movie excuse, not to mention it would explain the wig: she thinks Lila's putting on the wig for her filming. I also assume Lila's planning on doing the same to Marinette and possibly even Kagami. As for the woman in the season 4 finale, I assume she's actually a friend of Lila's diplomat mother ensured to take Lila to the station, considering how busy Lila's diplomat mother clearly is.

I was just thinking that given that Lila/Cerise is going to be a/the main antagonist in the future, it's a good thing that the Miraculous team now seem to have Félix on their side (and in their friend group too I suppose) as he might be the only one who will be able to see through her future's alias lies.

I mean, sure Marinette saw through her the first time, but not only was her jealousy over Adrien a major factor, she also knew for a fact that Lila didn't know Ladybug.

Similarly, Adrien, being Chat Noir, could find it suspect that Ladybug would be friend with a civilan, let alone one who talked about it so freely. What's more, while he might be a bit naive at times, his fame has him used to liars up to a point.

The rest of their friends though all seem pretty willing to trust her. I guess the only odd-one-out is Luka who I believe never interacted with her.

If she goes with more subtle lies, the way I seem to remember she did with Kagami, not lies about extraordinary achievements or famous acquaintances, but lies or implicit suggestions about interpersonal relationships, I'm not sure any if the Miraculous holders will see through it.

Félix might be the only exception in my eyes. While he seems to be somewhat sheltered, like Adrien and Kagami, and thus not the best when it comes to social cues and conventions, he is the most wary, the one most used to fend for himself. He is naturally suspicious where Adrien would give people the benefit of the doubt. I'm not sure if his Miraculous might give him an additional advantage (make him some kind of empath), but that's also something to keep in mind. His own acting skill might be, to our knowledge, limited to imitating his cousin, but his skills as a magician might help him catch Lila/Cerise red-handed at some point. And he has shown an ability to come up with ambitious plans and to achieve his goals through a variety of means that only Lila/Cerise can rival with so far.

The rest of them are just too "innocent".

Though Luka could also be a candidate, due to his "empath" music skills.

For both of them though, there is the question of how much interaction they might actually have with Lila/Cerise as they have been rather secondary characters so far. And the show seems to stubbornly only focus on Marinette/Ladybug, and Adrien/Chat Noir to a lesser extent. The start of a new villain arc would be a great time to change the dynamic, but I'm not very optimistic regarding the probability of this actually happening (this is a kids' show with a vested (economic) interest to keep focusing on the friendly heroine and her cool & gentlemanly sidekick, rather than the deeper, somewhat ambivalent secondary characters).

In the end I wouldn't be surprised if they have Marinette being the one to see through her because of Lila/Cerise's animosity towards her and Ladybug. Possibly with Adrien/Chat Noir being taken advantage of, with the true circumstances of his father's death being kept from him by Ladybug, and Lila/Cerise telling him the truth or something close to it, plus not having "been there to save his father" and him still being just "one of the (Miraculous) team" getting to him.

If they are going to stick to Marinette and Adrien instead of giving a bigger role to secondary characters, let's hope they at least make it somewhat interesting by having Marinette completely falling for the "new girl's" friendly attitude and Adrien being the suspicious one.

But yeah, fingers crossed for more Félix screen time (he's definitely the most interesting character so far, toeing the line between "good and bad") and him being key to "defeating" Lila/Cerise. And in general to more "mature" storylines than what we've had so far. And/or more realistic ones.

Lila Rossi and Cerise Trucco Redesign

For the final two designs, we have Lila Rossi and her "true" form, Cerise Trucco

Lila's redesign was pretty easy, as I just wanted to do two things with it: 1. was make her outfit less ugly and 2. was to make her outfit one that could be more plausible to someone of "her status"

Lila is a character, a persona, nothing more, nothing less, so I wanted to really show that off in the way that she dresses, because Lila is just a girl who got lucky and has a great life

But in reality...

Her true name is Cerise Trucco, a girl who got nothing and now wants everything

Cerise doesn't know who she is anymore, Cerise is just what's on her birth certificate, she's not Cerise, she's all of her persona more than she is Cerise

I wanted to show how disconnected Cerise is through her design, she's just this girl, she doesn't know how to dress as herself so she takes in elements from her persona's

I also wanted to use this as an opportunity to show off that the camouflaged Miraculous will change based on the user, their personality, and their outfit, but unless their transformation changes, the charged Miraculous will stay the same

The Insanely Stupid Miraculous Shows Issue #2: See kids, this is why you don't engage in necromancy.

Chloe had ACTUALLY SHOT Marinette off-screen, and now she's dead. Lila is now sad, but only because she realized that she will never be able to personally ruin her, so she was off to work on reviving her. Will she sucessfully do it, or will something go very wrong?

cerise is probably the closest to what she actually looks like, eye color and haircut wise at least bc i dont think she would wear other contacts and wig under her contacts and wig 😭 but theres no way of telling if thats her actual hair color or skin color because she has already been estabilished in canon as wearing makeup (and her skin is inconsistent as lila if you notice, + its usually darker than cerise). for the unnamed new identity i couldnt find anything other than the leaked model obviously so im not sure if thats what she actually looks like, especially her skin; it just seemed to me like her skin was darker than in the iris verdi model so i went off of that. btw reminder this is a 14-15 YEAR OLD juggling all these identities and lives !! tricking all these women into thinking shes their children and all these schools and people !!! she cannot be human im sorry this is too insane. in this essay, i will

An observation during Representation

The girl in the pink jacket (Similar to Marinette's?) and silver skirt and ballet shoes. The girl with the dark jeans and heeled brown boots. They're too well placed and detailed to be random models.

They are similarly styled to the disguises Cerise wears.

And a mixture of various aspects of Marinette's civilian outfits and disguises:

The London special is supposed to take place during season 5, and involve time travel. Could these be the girls who "discovered" her secret identity and Maribug is trying to find?
