a while back i had some really lame cherries (bought at a store). seriously disappointing, little flavor. so i pitted them and put them in some brandy and let them soak.
well they taste like brandy cherries now, a little more flavor (and definitely boozy lol)
decided to make a clafoutis with them. usually use a deeper dish but this is basically a half-recipe.
