maybe N will see Doll here? since it seems this is the same location on this screenshot also It also looks like the test subjects' lockers are in the shaft. so it’s possible that N and Uzi found Nori’s locker and some evidence here

it reminded me of how everything soared in GF, and since MD will also have this, it will be EPIC

also wanted to talk about this shot. saw some people say that someone is being sacrificed here, but my first thought was this: this is the drone that had the most Solver powers (probably Nori) and because they' are're dangerous and so strong, they're restrained with chains. and oil flies around them.. dunno exactly why, but it really reminds me of how in the "Stranger Things" Eleven would bleed when she used her powers, maybe something similar is present here?

ok, this looks terrifying. I can't tell if N will just go into hunting mode for some reason (because of Cyn/Solver?) or if this is a flashback to him possibly killing Nori (since it's similar to the flashback to V killing Doll's parents. everything was red there too, V had a cross on her visor and grin)

is this a video recording of someone using a cross? at first i saw it was someone wearing gloves, so I thought it was Nori or Yeva's hands, but now I'm not sure, so it could be Uzi or Doll

okay now THIS i'm not sure that it's Sentinel's paw

The front paws of the Sentinels have a palm-like base like a drone's with little triangle, with long thin claws. The hind paws are also long and thin. the paw on the left is thicker and has thicker claws. also I have a feeling that there is a torn glove on this paw?.. but what confuses me most is that this paw burn, smoke and glitches were coming from it, just like in this scene with Uzi’s hand from episode 4. I don't think the Sentinals burn in the sun?..

also that paw from the teaser reminds me of the paws on Uzi's wings, so could it be Nori's hand (we don't know how much Solver can change a drone's body, since drones can grow organic wings with it, maybe parts of their bodies can transform?) or Nori's wing?

Little Scenario in my head:

Give me a feral, Andrew.

Cultists take Ashley away, Andrew straight up tortures a left behind cult member, i.e., chopping off each of his fingers until he talks, he does and then Andrew summons Lord Unknown by offering up the cult member, makes a deal with him to get his sister back.

Cut to Ashley tied up and bound in some warehouse by the seaside,poised and ready to be sacrificed to whatever demon comes through. leader of the cult tries to summon Lord Unknown to no avail, thinking they fail they decide its best to just kill Ashley and just as they were about to darkness comes and a small portal opens up, the cultists are thinking 'oh yeah our dark lord is here' but to their shock it's that same boy from a few weeks ago who forgot the robe and boy does he looked pissed.

It's pretty much a massacre for the cultists as Andrew just slaughters them one after the other with his cleaver.

All while this is going on, Ashley is watching in awe and admiration at seeing her brother come from the depths of hell itself to save her.

Plus, he was tooootaly hot.

At last its just the leader who's pretty muched trapped with nowhere to go, but Andrew doesn't kill him just yet, he turns his gaze to Ashley and she looks into his eyes, and she is not sure who she see's, It's not Andy and it's somehow not Andrew.

"Oh LeyLey, you silly girl"

Ashley shudders pleasantly at that.

He walks up to her standing right next to her before bringing the knife to her cheek.

"Is this punishment-making me worry so much"

Ashley shakes her head.

"Now look at us...covered in blood and surrounded by dead bodies...all for my Leyley, I suppose." He glides the knife underneath her cheek before taking the knife to the rope that bound her.

Now free, Ashley hugs her brother tightly, to which Andrew reciprocates as they both relish in each other's presence before they are made aware of the Cult leaders' presence.

"Well, my dear Leyley, what shall we play today?" He asks as he fimbled with the big knife as him and Ashley stalked up to the cult leader.

"Well, Andy, I think it's only best if he suffers a punishment befitting the most serious of crimes, don't you?"

Together, they both nodded before they summoned Lord Unknown once more, this time offering the soul of the cult leader as he looked at the siblings.

"Tar soul" it acknowledged Ashley

"Vessel," it said to Andrew before disappearing.

Ashley looks at Andrew, who just brushed it off, not wanting to go into detail about anything ready to just leave.

What It Means to Be a Mother by June Cleaver

I played the first game of the new Necromunda Ash Wastes campaign I'm running with my buddy. It's my Corpse Grinder Cults gang vs his Delaque. We started with a Wasteland Encounter mission, I got 4 guys to start with while Delaque only had 2. At the end of each round a random D3 reinforcements would appear on one of the board edges.

By round 3 both gangs had bottled because we had such a low starting count. Our vehicles appeared on the board and basically left the same turn without doing anything. One of the Delaque bikers with a web pistol deployed on the terrain walkways. He drove up to one of my champs and webbed him but failed to incapacitate him.

One of my Juve reinforcements deployed behind the Delaque on turn 4. He got shot off the platform and would limp on the floor for the rest of the battle, but it was enough of a distraction for my Champion to run up with dual cleavers and kill the Delaque biker.

By turn 5 my leader and the rest of my juves ran off the map. My Cutter continued to do work and killed one of the Delaque champions. Unfortunately I kept failing my cool checks and by round 6 or 7 all of my guys ran off the battlefield, making the Delaque the victors of the first battle.

Also, shout outs to my champion with flensing saw. He killed the Delaque Nacht Ghuul with shiver sword, then promptly ran into dangerous terrain and sank into the sand. We rolled very high on his injury table roll and he died outside the hospital that we could not afford.

This game was very fun, but brutal. I'm down one champion with 2 other juves in recovery, I had to sell my dead champion's gear to afford a dirtbike and respirator for the next game. Delaque are also in a not so great position. They lost a fighter in the hospital and had to pay for a bionic eye for a champion that took an eye injury. After buying a replacement fighter to field the web gun, they basically made no credits after winning the game.

Our next game will be a Rolling Roads mission where the Corpse Grinders are attacking the Delaque trying to make a supply run. I can't wait!

Well, Dagger is his nickname, but nobody really calls him by name anymore, so it's either Dagger or Knife.

Personality

Dagger is unusually joyful and friendly-looking for his profession and position within the gang. That friendliness, however, doesn’t stop him from doing whatever he deems necessary for whatever purpose. He is the type of mobster that would call you “friend” or “buddy” even after he tortured you and/or your family, as long as he feels like you are no longer a danger or deserving of punishment.

Despite all that, among the Knife brothers, Dagger is the most compassionate. He is not even a sadist, preferring it when people just pay on time and behave so that he doesn’t have to use force.

History

Dagger is one of the infamous Knife brothers, raised on the street, solely by his older brother Cleaver. He turned to crime as a child, robbing other children. Now, he is part of the Knives’ gang. While Cleaver manages the original Griskaur branch and Lancet controls Leithaven, Dagger is in charge of the gang’s operations in East-Kolstein.

When Selene was thrown in prison, Kyokojudaa ordered Dagger to care for her and help her in every way until she gets her title back. Dagger needed no other reason to do so.

Abilities

As a cultist, Dagger is moderately proficient in magic. He can turn his body into the Haze briefly, sense people through walls and pull small objects towards himself.

He is also a master thief and burglar, but is not particularly strong physically (which doesn’t stop him from getting into fights).

About those Omen with Cloaks

(I’ve found only two of this enemy variety in the game, if there’s any more of them please tell me because they intrigue me so much)

These specific type of omen are quite a rare find, I’ve only managed to find them in two areas:

Leading a small group of commoners in front of the minor erdtree near the draconic tree sentinel fight in the outer capital

2: Deeply hidden within Azuria Hero’s Grave seemingly guarding the crucible winged talisman

These locations are notably very close to one another, both being a similar distance from the main entrance the Tarnished has to the Capital. The omen in the Hero’s Grave, admittedly, has less implications so I’ll be mostly skipping over him (sorry bud)

Going back to the omen next to the minor erdtree, he’s not the only one in his group with a unique model compared to his enemy type. He is surrounded by commoners (who are normally adorned in a pale cloth) wearing pitch black clothing.

They also don’t throw fire pots like other commoners (think the ones in Fort Haight) Instead, they seem to just be chucking regular stones or maybe a pot with no noticeable elemental damage (I’ll do further testing if needed)

The next question is simple: Why the distinction between models compared to the rest of their enemy variety? The answer to this comes in a few different forms, leading with a fact about the Omen present at the scene: He uses Fia’s Mist.

This is the only spell the Omen uses, all of his other attacks are melee with his cleaver. This leads me to believe that this group not only worships the Prince of Death, but that they have specific associations with Fia herself.

The first thing I wanted to prove is that he was actually using the sorcery and not just spitting it out like basilisks and wormfaces. Luckily for me, the symbol of the Death Sorceries, Godwyn’s half of the Centipede wound, flashes in front of his hand when casted (wasn’t able to get a pic of him casting it sadly)

With this Fia association, we can also put the mystery of the unique models to rest. While much dirtier and more withered compared to her clean and soft robes, it seems like these “cult” members are mirroring her appearance. Wether any of these enemies have actually met her in person is a mystery to me. However, if I had to guess, Fia comforting an Omen isn’t entirely out of character for her. She’s always had a soft spot for those oppressed by the golden order. It also wouldn’t be out of character for Fia to gain some allies from a being that has grown to hate the GO for their entire life. Thus, these omen have pledged allegiance to her cause in some form, and to show this commitment, they adorn themselves with replication of the attire that comforted them

Also notable is the specific tree in which the omen are located. This has been pointed out before in This VaatiVidya vid (along with some of the other stuff mentioned here) is that this Minor Erdtree could possibly be the one that Godwyn himself was buried under.

These two tree’s don’t align perfectly on the map or in world, but their proximity to each other is deeply notable. Maybe there was an intended alignment that was harder to implement due to the locations of the other underground areas, but I’ll bite at the worm anyway that this is supposed to be the same tree. How else could the rotting that is only seen in this tree be explained anywhere else? The trees in the Mountain tops are broken off at the too, but this one is visibly dying in a way unique to itself.

In conclusion (?)

There is a chance that Fia’s worshipping of Godwyn is not only shared by her and TWLID, but by others spurned by the GO and Erdtree. A few Omen found comfort in her and believed that her cause could maybe assist in bringing them back into society as accepted beings. I cannot decide if this possibility is sweet or deeply unsettling.

Axe + Cleaver Butchery sits in the outskirts of Kencree— a small town on the coast, just between Ireland and Scotland. The town's primary religion is Boarstooth, under the Harlach Parish.

Agnes Laroche

Self || She/Her

A traveling theologian studying niche religions. She's come to Kencree to study Boarstooth and Harlach Parish, hoping to progress her current essay. In her bid to find more information, she stumbles upon the Axe + Cleaver Butchery in Rhodes District. Agnes is a friendly and romantic woman. She swoons over her study of choice, and she often daydreams of stumbling upon the golden nugget of religion, something so out there that she's the first to write about it.

Elle Sinclaire

Axe + Cleaver || They/Them

The owner and butcher of the Axe + Cleaver Butchery. They function as a community leader within the Rhodes District, their shop's stoop a popular gathering place. The shop itself provides fine meats and more eccentric selections. Elle is themself a bit eccentric; they're currently in possession of a dozen ghosts, each craving their attention. They tend to be a bit over the top with customers, trying to mask this; in privacy, they're rather quiet and morose.

Goliath Abernathy

Axe + Cleaver / Harlach Parish || He/Him

A hunter and woodsman who lives just outside of Kencree. He's an escaped clergy member from the Parish who makes his living bringing fresh meat to the Axe + Cleaver Butchery. Goliath has made it a habit to be unpleasant and unapproachable, but he's a very genuine and shy person. Most of his rough exterior is a defense mechanism— he's a softie, especially for his small pack of hunting dogs.

Angus Reid

Rhodes District || He/Him

The Rhodes District's blacksmith and drinking buddies with Elle. When Elle isn't available, the community turns to him next. He's also the main one to lead the charge against any Parish members who try to convert the Rhodes District and it's residents. Angus is extremely friendly with anyone from the District or outsiders, but suspicious of the more religious districts. He has very short patience with Boarstooth followers, and this extends to Goliath as an ex-clergy member.

Euan Harlach

Harlach Parish || He/Him

The lesser known twin of the Harlach vampires, and the least involved with the Parish. Looking to escape the Parish, he turns to Angus and Goliath for help. Euan is shy, always looking to disappear into the crowd. For this reason the Parish followers have dubbed him The Demure, but they often forget about him. This is exactly how he likes it— the less he has to do with the church, the better.

Odelia Harlach

Harlach Parish || She/Her

The high priestess and founder of Boarstooth and the Harlach Parish. She keeps a clergy of 12, as well as one gladiatorial champion. Since Goliath's escape, she's been down to 11 clergy members and no champion; this irritates and haunts her. Odelia is a deeply self-centered person, she wants nothing to do with anything outside her cult if it doesn't add to her prestige. She's also allowed her followers to gift her gruesome presents, making offerings of their body parts in hopes to receive her blessing. She keeps a room of reliquaries with these offerings.

And now a little discussion about Cleavers Cult (and little bit about Penny):

Tinj looks quite nice here, as if he is not bothered by this problem. In fact, he gets really worried and feels awkward every time this happens.

For example, this sketch where he almost cries (in fact, this was not planned, but Roma had the same expression on his face when he was just trying not to cry)

Does this mean Tinj is just trying to calm Penny down when she finds herself in a similar situation? Or does he really think everything is fine? Is he doing good, or is it disgusting of him?

Also, I noticed that this is the second piece of art where I've drawn Penny interacting with a member of the Cleavers Cult. Not just with a character from my universe, but with a member of this very community.

The first time she met Byron (arts by @/juststupid882 and his Kindergarten 3 AU), and a small spoiler: in the future collection of crossover art, she will also be with one of the five main characters.

So I wondered: Could Penny be a member of Cleavers Cult? Considering how much bad she's been through, Byron could see dark souls around her and would want to help her. But he wouldn’t let her into his headquarters, because children shouldn’t be there. I would look at this.

The Swine Prince (Darkest Dungeon) (Blurred for body horror. Even by the standards of the Flesh, yuck.) "A hulking monster pig created by doing black magic experiments on swine. His brain is exposed, his guts are slopping out all over the floor and he attacks with a massive meat cleaver. Waits at the end of filthy warrens filled with other violent mutant pigs made from the Ancestor's experimentations. What he lacks in storyline he makes up for in sheer disgusting viscerality."

Benji (Hell Followed With Us) "In a world torn apart by a horrific man-made Flood virus that either kills or twists one into something called a Grace, Benji is a young trans man raised by the doomsday cult that created the virus. His mother elected him to join the trials become the general to their battle against the heretics of the world. He was injected with a special strain of the virus that will slowly replace his body and turn him into an ‘Angel’ with the power to control all those plagued by the Flood virus. Throughout the story Benji feels his body twisting and changing, growing massive teeth, organs moving within his body, and as much as this terrifies him and as much as he initially desires to deny virus it’s purpose—to stay ‘good’ like his late father requested—he decides to embrace the changes with the goal of taking what has been done to him and using it to hurt the cult that destroyed the world. Benji and his body scare people, enemies and allys alike. When his powers come to fruition he is able to break bones, create growths, and shape and manipulate the flesh of all those with even a dormant strain of the Flood virus within them. It’s a very fleshy story, and with the abilities, desire to inflict pain and fear, and element of choice in transformation, Benji is an excellent Flesh avatar."

okay so her full name is ashley graves, shes 20 years old, and well...

she used to live with her parents and her older brother, andrew graves, 2 years older, but this bitch, apart from being absolutly beutiful, is an obssesive, manipulative son of a motherfucker, cuz she forces her brother into doing things that her brother doesnt want to do, and then blames him for those things to make him feel guilty and put him closer to her, just to keep all his love to herself, she has made him kill a childhood girl named nina only cuz ashley found out that she liked andrew (also, in this time, when they are kids, they arent named andrew and ashley, but andy and leyley, cuz idk lil kid nicknames) they also buried the body terribly wrong and their parents found out that they killed that girl, putting us in the present where shes now stuck in an apartment cuz the water suply got contaminated with parasites and now theyre infected and quarantined, for some reason due to their blood type being AB they no longer get fed by the wardens, making them feel angry and wanted to leave, between all the things they did to get out of the apartment is: they saw how theyre neighbor summoned a demon and sacrificed himself by accident cuz he didnt have no soul to offer, ate the neighbor (cannibalism, yes, one of the qualities that made this game popular), also manually killed a warden with a cleaver, killed another warden undirectly by sacrificing him to the same demon, killed a woman from downstairs, and escaped.

gotta make sure you understand that these are not things that only ashley did, killing the warden manually and killing the neighbor from downstairs was andrews making, but only to protect ashley and himself, the rest of it ashley did it, and andrew took participation too, then when they left, they went to live to a far department, got chased by a hitman, killed the hitman, discovered a whole cult of satanists, learned a thing or two about them, also, forgot to mention that ashley stole a gun from one of the wardens, so they killed the hitman using that gun, then they stole a car and went to their parents house, also forgot to mention that when ashley sacrificed one of the wardens to the demon she got a lil trinket as a reward that would allow her to see visions of the future, which she used to avoid being killed by the hitman.

then when they were at their parents house, they stole all of their mothers money, discovered that their parents had sold their organs but failed, somehow, they still got the death certificates, then ashley and andrew just sacrificed their own parents to the same demon to recharge the trinket to be able to have more visons of the future, which one of em was about both siblings having sex (incest, the one thing that made this game popular in the first place) and then they left to get rid of their parents corpses in diferent ways, they also did human soup with their parents insides cuz why not (more cannibalism) and then they threw their bones and skulls into the ocean, the end, for now, im still waiting for chapter 3 to see how much sibling love and incest is there gonna be, and yeah theres a quite bunch more than to what i meantioned, but what you need to know the most about this girl is:

she is a relentless, selfish, narcisist, obsesive, manipulative, and horrible murder sister that doenst feel empathy for no one and deserves to suffer the most horrendous tortures of the medieval eras.

If there is going to be a sacrifice cult, it's gotta be in Rulie's time. Maybe he just doesn't recognise it's his time. ... Ooooor, it's before his time and it's what lead to Ganon coming back in the first place. I'm not sure about the sleeping Zelda's backstory in detail but her brother could be connected to it.

The chain could stumble upon the village (what should it be called?) and Hyrule could have this agonizing internal struggle of realising they're in his era but he can't bring himself to admit it. Perhaps the village worship Ganon- not in defiance like the Yiga but because in the past they were helped by Ganon or other members of his demon tribe- and hold festivals celebrating his inevitable return. To them he isn’t the eternal conqueror of Hyrule but a benevolent deity who aided them during their time of need (maybe he stopped a famine or something).  

To be honest the downfall timeline is the area I know the least about, but from memory I believe that the Prince made a wizard curse his sister Zelda with a sleeping spell because she wouldn’t tell him where the triforce of courage was (I think). With that instead of the village worshipping Ganon maybe they do those sacrifices and festivals to try and awaken the sleeping Princess. I don’t think the Prince would tell his subjects what he did to his sister, so either the villagers don’t know he did it or find out somehow from some royal officials. And if they did find out...that might put Hyrule in trouble. 

Because he can read the scrolls Impa gives him before his adventure in Zelda 2, those scrolls have a script only true kings of Hyrule can read. That means in some way he’s related to the royal family (like Legend, huh). I don’t really know how, he could be descendant from a legitimate heir or more interestingly Zelda’s brother cheated on his wife with a lady-in-waiting or maid (he had a sleeping curse placed on his sister, that guy’s a jerk). 

Assuming the villagers know the Prince had his sister cursed, they’d fester a deep hatred and all of his descendants (maybe they believe they carry his sin) and shun them as not being the rightful rulers. This would obviously get them banished from the kingdom, and over the centuries they lived in isolation, performing their rituals in the hopes of bringing back their beloved Princess. 

At the end of Zelda 2 Link does break the sleeping curse, but to fit with this AU let’s have her existence be kept a secret. The story of the sleeping princess would have been buried with time (perhaps orchestrated by her asshole brother), so she wouldn’t be common knowledge amongst the people and it would be agreed by those in power to keep it that way to avoid any succession problems. Hyrule would break this rule and relay this to the villagers if his life and the lives of the chain are in danger. 

Regardless of that though if Hyrule’s red triforce mark is revealed it would be on site, just full on open season, they literally wouldn’t even try to hide their bloodlust. I’d imagine they’d behave like Celebrants in Dominula from Elden Ring; one second they’re dancing around flowered maypoles and the next they’ve got the cleavers out ready to skin a hero. 

Mixing in the fact that this was a secret kept from the chain as well and that it means Hyrule is related to the royal family and therefore Legend would make for one heck of a story.
