Testing a few different things with this one

.Have you ever done any timelapses of your art? I’m a) obsessed with them in their entirety and barely see any anymore and b) so inspired by your work like I could just stare at each piece for hours 😭🫶 you just grip me right by the heart with each pic like woah goals 😩🙌.

I haven’t, I bought the lighter version of ipad, and anytime I have recording on, my procreate crashes 😭 I should probably move all the files to my pc to make space but I have so many wips I kinda don’t want to.. I’ll think about it!

so a wonderful mix of me being on my Volo bullshit again, it having been just a bit over a year since I first drew this, and the fic this was based on recently ending led to me redrawing a piece of fanart based on there's blood on your lies (link) by @ofstormsandfire (specifically from chapter 151). I would like to color the first page some day buuuuuut I was recently hit with a strike of inspiration and am on my own fic-writing kick for now. I planned on drawing some Ace Attorney character studies this month. I've still had Hades on my mind though, and I thought about.... maybe... blending the two?

That's as far as I got, but IT WAS ENOUGH TO WARRANT TRYING SOMETHING. Initially the outfit was going to be a blend of both their appearances. I didn't like it. So it's just Meg's usual look but in the Franziska pose from promo art.

Month 5, day 24

I think I've got the grasses and flowers set up and ready for a test animation, so I'm gonna reduce the render quality and let that run (quality reduction is so my computer doesn't cook itself).

For tonight, I present to you the beginnings of the compositing I'll also be doing to this! Right now I have color grading (more purple), bloom (make shiny), and a vignette (dim border) set up, but I am still fully planning to do ~*even fancier*~ compositing bullshit once I know for sure I've got the scene set up the way I want it :D
