Because one day your life was snatched up as loot, burnt up in passing like low-hanging fruit.

Was it ever yours though? Was it really your life? Or were you just a concept? The Mother. The Wife.

One day you’re in love after cupid aimed to kill. Casualties? One. Here lies free will.

“You shall have two children”, goes heaven’s decree “And just like their mother They shall never be free.”

Though they will get their mom back when it’s more than too late. To make sure that they know she really wasn’t that great.
