I haven't seen this on Tumblr so I'm sharing it here.

This mod is a pretty big deal because nobody has ever been able to add new effects-based neighborhood decorations similar to the terrain patches and flower fields before as far as I know.

Terenetwo mentions that this is an experimental mod, but I'm very excited by this whole thing!
