Pneumonectomy is a lung surgery where lung is removed due to lung disease like lung cancer, lung injury, lung failure, birth lung defects, lung infections like TB causing lung failure. If patient has symptoms like chest pain, coughing constantly, blood in cough, weightloss, breathing problems, then patient is asked to get tests like chest xrays, blood tests, MRI scans, lung biopsy, lung function tests. If lung has failed, lung is removed by pneumonectomy and later replaced by lung transplant. There are best hospitals and best cardiac surgeons in India, where pneumonectomy is done with success. Long term lung symptoms like chest congestion, productive cough, wheezing and breathing difficulty is indicative of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. If you have long term problems associated with lungs, then you must get a check up done with Chest Physician/ Pulmonologist at the earliest and should not ignore such signs. So I frequent have coughing fits and don’t talk much while playing Genshin unless I’m on call with someone. So I imagine the first few times I use a character and go into a coughing fit it’s just a moment of “Holy shit did god die?!” and then I start playing again. I imagine that Amber and Razor who have been on my team the longest it’s just business as usual at this point but Furina who is the most recent addition to my team is just freaking out every time it happens while Wanderer makes fun of her.
