I kNOW I must have already made the post in my earlier Greater Boston crazed-months

but do you ever think of, like, 19 year old Michael, still drinking too much most days, bursting into the room he shares with Leon after being hit on by a man for the first time, panicking a bit, possibly, because he didn't DISLIKE IT? but does that mean he's gay? but he's only got crushes on girls before! I mean yeah, Insert Actor Here was Always Really Hot, but it's normal to find some dudes hot, right, --

and then Leon, who figured out he liked all sort of people at sixteen on a school trip, made a note of it in his diary of "figuring myself out" and has since fully embraced it, de-escalate the Michael's panic with logic and also explaining his own process, hoping it might help his best friend and, somehow, this ends up with them

kissing for the first and only time on Michael's bed; (it's a long and nice kiss, actually, too, that's important.)

then Michael deciding maybe he likes boys too and it's fine but he doesn't like this particular boy and should have probably not run away from him and he should go apologize, right? he's going to go apologize- and leaving Leon behind, whose heart might have skipped a beat, whose brain is just a second slower than it usually is, whose mouth is just a tad dry, but he breathes through it and puts the sensations in a neat little box of "closed possibilities" and erase the possible timeline he'd drawn of maybe one day both of them falling in love.

#i have had MULTIPLE ARGUMENTS #with people on tiktok #about how these people should NOT own those animals #girly with a squirrel monkey doing makeup for views has not looked into proper animal welfare i promise you #all those monkeys you see as pets on tiktok? probably taken right out of the wild #AND PEOPLE HAVE THE FUCKING NERVE TO SAY 'leaving them in the wild is what made them extinct'#MY BROTHER IN CHRIST WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT #god i could talk about this for hours #monkeys taken out of the wild for the pet trade are taken as babies #how do they get taken as babies? most of the time the mothers are shot #and then the babies grow up surrounded by humans and not other monkeys and they have no idea how to communicate with their own kind #someone on tiktok said they couldn't give up their monkey to a zoo or sanctuary coz it wouldn't be happy there and it's fine with her #meanwhile it's wearing a nappy #LIKE OF COURSE IT WOULD STRUGGLE AROUND ITS PEERS. I love my pharmacist, I think the world of her. I dropped in just to pick up some iron tabs and she was asking me how I was doing, if I was okay, did I need anything, you know where we are if you ever need to come in and talk anytime… Like. How am I supposed to respond to such genuine kindness, hm? Kindness without a motive. She genuinely cares about my well-being! Wants to make sure I’m safe! She’s the greatest, honestly. Nothing but respect for this literal hero and lifesaver

#she was the first person to learn about what happened to me (I had to get some emergency meds)#and she just #took me aside into the consultation room and I told her what happened and she just let me cry #she let me cry on her and gave me tissues while I kept apologising for crying #I was just dumbfounded #she really wanted to make sure I was and still am safe if not at the least doing well #I don’t know #when you’re confronted with the sheer goodness and kindness of a single person in your worst hour it’s a surreal experience #because you wouldn’t be there if that terrible thing didn’t happened but the thing is you now know you don’t need to be alone #that there are things beyond your control and people DO care. people do care and that’s a lesson I’ve been trying to let myself learn #especially over the last few years #I wanna get her a holiday card or something #but also I have oceans of gratitude for this woman I know nothing about #besides her and one other person I haven’t told anyone what happened. I want to coz bottling it up and keeping it like it’s a Dirty Secret #something Shameful is really killing me #but that just makes me all the more thankful that there IS someone who WANTS me to be okay #god I could cry

tw cringe evil job but anyway so the doors at work have been broken for aaages like i think they officially Broke back in january but it was only the 1st door and it wasnt like. so bad we couldnt close it we just had to leave it open LOL and then the maintenance guys fuckin. took a part from the other doors i GUESS to use in the outside ones (its like a vestibule situation) and so for a long time the outside doors were still Broken but functioning and the inside ones were just. broken. and then on monday the maintenance guys came in again coz the initial part they needed FINALLY came in and both doors were finally fixed but like. now apparently theyre broken AGAIN???????????? according to a text i got from my manager whom im ignoring coz she asked me to come in early but thats besides the point just like girl im so irritated w this store and this company and it sucks coz i actually enjoy my job and i enjoy helping out my customers especially coz i know a lot of the other stores downtown are not kind to them!!! like i like my job dude but this fucking store…and the heating/cooling system has been broken for forever and we’d have to get a whole new unit which would be fine except the part is heavy as fuck and the building is tall as fuck and we’re on a busy street downtown so theyd have to close the street and get a crane 😭????? AND THEN. ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT APPARENTLY THERE IS SEWAGE BACKED UP IN THE PIPES ABOVE THE OFFICE. AND IT STINKS????? and the weather is capital H Hot and humid and just like there are all these factors………….and my manager is a slave to this fuckng corporation and puts security tags on literally fucking everything like straight up puts cold medicine in boxes and shes always like “ohhhh this store stresses me out so much lol these THIEVES are soooooo bad” like maybe if you gave less of a fuck about the company that is making u and ur workers work in subpar conditions (and now like. potentially if not actually biohazardous conditions) u would be less stressed! like stealing from corporations is always okay but if i were the manager of this store tagging things would literally be the last thing on my mind like girl id let ppl walk straight past me carrying anything they wanted. AND I DO its just like fucking impossible now coz everything is tagged like i am soooooo genuinely so tired of it

Operating in this space is so tough coz my bro has so many questions and fears and concerns and he desperately needs advice and guidance and I would happily meet every need

But he lives with carers who, while lovely, are a lil too rigid in their approach and don't create the space for him to be able to get those needs met

"exactly..... they were saying you were too strict! but they don't know how much you care for us.... such ungrateful bastards." his last words came out with an obvious distaste. he held the bars of his cell tightly, looking into your eyes imploringly for any sign of validation. "aren't... aren't you proud of me?"

you pinched the bridge of your nose in frustration. "no. you can't just hurt other people for my sake. i'm your warden. i can handle a few snarky comments." he had always been rather attached to you, but he had been acting overly clingy and whiny in the past few weeks. you wondered if solitary confinement was finally getting to his head.

at your words, he crumbled a little, sadness evident in the lines of his pout. your approval meant everything to him, so you being annoyed with him was the worst feeling in the world. but all of a sudden, he perked back up, seemingly coming up with a devilish idea. his voice dropped to a low whisper. "you know.... if you're that upset with me, i'm always ready for punishment." to get his point across, he pressed his ass to the bars, moaning softly as he felt the cold metal graze his hole. "a spanking would be perfect."

you immediately took a step back, glaring at him. "i don't believe in corporal punishment." you said sternly, trying to deter him from getting any more perverted ideas in his head. "you're not even really interested in getting better, are you?"

"whaaat. i am! come onnnnn. the only way you can get me to behave is if you spank me. i'll be a good boy. i promise."

"you know what would be a better punishment?"

"what?" his eyes light up at the thought of you taking the initiative to put him in his place.

"if i don't partake in your twisted scenarios and leave right now. try not to get into any more fights, okay?" you walked away, shaking your head as you wondered what on earth you would do with this pathetic man.

"seriously? no! come back...." he whined, slumping back down onto his bed, defeated. but at least he had got your attention with that stunt... you had been paying far more attention to the other inmates recently.

he giggles to himself, staring up at the ceiling of his cell. a few years meant nothing, if it meant that once he was out he could live out the rest of his days as your malewife, taking care of your every need. that was the one thing keeping him going. you wouldn't be so cruel as to deny him of his fantasy, would you?

Pt II good omens but i've still never watched it

so you crazies blew up the other post, and many of you tried to explain the plot to me. many others said there is no plot. many said i was accurate. many said i wasn't. and then i watched a few youtube edits of the angel and the demon.

I'm convinced that I know at least a little bit more now, so like the great guy I am, I decided to share how well you've educated me.
