I just know, deep in my soul, that Jason would love watching his partner play Sims 4. I don’t think he’d play it? Idk I see him more as an animal crossing boy. But sitting for hours watching them build and inputting shitty lore that makes no sense and serves no purpose other than making y’all both laugh hysterically? His ideal night off patrol
"So why are the children trapped in the pool?" he asked.
"The mole people can only be defeated by an undead child army," you answer.
"Why?"
"Reasons. And also kid sims are so fucking boring."
Jason snorted and glanced back down at the Switch he'd brought, messing with a new cozy game. Stardew Valley had bored him to tears and Animal crossing had been a pastel nightmare but- Grave Yard keeper was better. And he appreciated the little sense of irony.
It tickled him in a way he didn't want to think about too hard And gave him something to do while you were murdering virtual people for your own entertainment... At least being a psychotic little weirdo in video games wasn't illegal.
And it was nice, having his feet propped up on the coffee table and drinking a beer. Not being out in the shitty fucking weather and having his girl within grabbing distance. It felt like a novelty after the last few weeks. After having to swing by the bar just to get a few minutes of making out while you were putting boxes in the recycling.
He'd missed you.
A lot.
But now you were here. Cozy on the couch next to him where he could kiss you any time he wanted.

shiratorizawa/inarizaki headcanons bc i miss them and i love them and i crave yamagata and reon content so i have to be the change i want to see in the world. so let's go!!
reon, the love of my life
i actually think he really likes comforting cozy slice-of-life sim games, like stardew valley and animal crossing and such
okay this is the part where i retcon the entire haikyuu timeline bc i really like the idea of everyone piling into reon's and tendou's dorm and watching reon game on a switch
or just like. gathering in the common area and squishing onto the couch or whatever while reon roams his island collecting fruits and bugs or whatever
(these games are the only sense of peace and stability reon gets at this goddamn school)
anyways it's funny bc tendou screams every time reon runs into a wasp's nest and yells "RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN" until reon either gets stung or successfully evades them
admittedly i do think the ds and gameboy are sacred and, for the sake of nostalgia, are definitely used to play pokemon (of which everyone has a favorite gen and get into endless arguments about it)
tendou DOES teach goshiki how to pirate shit and get ROM hacks and emulators and such tho
reon and semi are the most popular members out of the third years btw
they're both polite and calm and generally nice and don't have an RBF that makes people nervous
too many people keep trying to fight yamagata just bc they think he's glaring at them and he is SO tired
yamagata (slightly inspired by my own recent purchase) decides to get a phone charm to see if it'll help him keep track of his phone btw
he mentions this idea to semi who mentions it to reon who mentions it to tendou who blabs to the whole team. and guess what? everyone gets the absolutely brilliant idea of gifting yamagata a phone charm!!!
so now he has like a dozen different ones. and he's STILL losing his goddamn phone, so now his convos are like "have you seen my phone? yeah right now it's got a little phone charm hanging off of it, so just keep an eye out for that. what does the charm look like? oh i meant it's a charm that is literally a phone. of course it was tendou, who else do you think it was"
tendou has also taken to putting stickers on yamagata in an attempt to make him "less scary". sometimes yamagata knows about it. sometimes he doesn't.
kawanishi: "yamagata-san, pardon me for asking, but why do you have one-punch man on your butt" yamagata: "i have what now"
tendou meets someone he can talk to manga about online in some fandom/community forum or whatever and he is absolutely BETRAYED to find out that it's akagi michinari of inarizaki
okay not really but he is SUPER dramatic about it and keeps going on and on to akagi about how he can't be caught fraternizing with the enemy
akagi is just like "yeah yeah now are we going to talk about the complexities of yoru being both a victim and a perpetrator and his inevitable redemption arc or what"
(GO READ GOKURAKUGAI I AM BEGGING)
aran is still scared of tendou btw. like he won't outright admit it but he's still not over the time tendou yelled that he was going to piss in his pants from all the way across the court.
when akagi tells him they've become friends aran is like "are you SURE about that"
also i know tendou gets pissed off at suna. but i think it'd be REALLY funny if suna got pissed off at kawanishi
something something "he should be more sure of himself, he'll never stop aran-san like that" something something "and i thought i was a sarcastic little bitch" something something "no i DON'T think he's cute what the fuck are you on about"
(i didn't mean for it to go that way when i started typing it but i DO think it'd be an absolutely hilarious development)
i htink kawanishi and shirabu go on a lot of study dates, holing up at coffeeshops and boba cafes with their backpacks and notebooks and spending hours on homework and studying
shirabu worked his ass off to get into shiratorizawa and he intends to keep it that way!! he's a model student. probably even the top of their year. everyone knows him as the high-achiever.
kawanishi is there to make sure shirabu doesn't get lost inside his head and gets him take breaks and makes sure he doesn't get sucked into the endless soulless spiral of academic rigor at an elite private high school
basically: shirabu's consistently on the path to burnout and kawanishi is there to keep the flames alive
(hey that would be a good fic summary)
maybe that's another thing, then, that helps kawanishi and suna become friends. because suna's been there. suna knows, sometimes, that feeling of imposter syndrome. feeling like you don't belong. feeling like you have to prove your worth, your entire existence, just to be able to stay in a place you love, even if that place might not love you back.
and kawanishi knows shirabu would rather shove a volleyball down his throat than open up about the bad days and the bad feelings, so he picks suna's brain instead to find out how he can help. what he can do. what shirabu might be thinking and how kawanishi can fix it
you can't, suna tells him, you can't fix something like this. he has to learn to live with it. to grow around it. to believe in something better until it's the only thing he believes in. but having people you care about care about you helps. it did for me.
and so kawanishi is there to draw the blanket around shirabu's shoulders, and he's there to put snacks on shirabu's desk, and he's there to flip shirabu's textbook close when the clock hits eleven they need to sleep, and he cares for shirabu in all the ways shirabu can't care for himself and hopes that it's enough

Best games for mental health&relax?
As someone who deals with anxiety and depression when I want to relax or am just feeling low and drained I’ll usually choose what others would consider “cozy games” because I don’t want any stress from shooters, strategy games, or anything that has a lot of stakes. I’ll do switch games for now since it’s my main console but I do have a 3ds, psvita, and my computer so I’ll make a list of those games later 💕
So my favorite games to relax to are:
~ stardew valley~ (you already knew this was coming) it’s just a really cute game with lots of options on how you can spend your time. You can farm, fish, forage, travel the mines, talk to the towns people, interact with love interests. There is just a lot to do in it and it has a really cozy small town cottagecore vibe that a lot of people find relaxing. Amazing replay value. I have like four different lives just so I can choose different farms, partners, things like that.
~ animal crossing~ (second most obvious answer) we all know animal crossing is a chill low stakes game that has a lot of similar elements I listed for stardew valley. You get to interact with cute little animals, decorate your house and character, forage, fish, find fossils, shop. It’s just a relaxing and positive game and is very popular for a reason. Idk about replay value because I really couldn’t imagine deleting my island tbh.
~ fashion dreamer~ if you like cute dress up type games this one is a decent lil game. It’s got lots of different styles for whatever your lil fashion heart desires and you basically walk around dressing up characters and they rate your outfits. It’s from the creators of style savvy and while it’s super cute I would wait for it to go on sale because it’s a bit overpriced imo. Style savvy is definitely the way to go if you have a ds/3ds. Still cute though. Don’t know about replay value because I’m fairly new to the game and haven’t come close to finishing or restarting anything.
~ unpacking~ this one is pretty cute and definitely a game that helps with anxiety. It’s a relaxed little puzzle game that unlocks parts of the story as you go along organizing each room to your home. You can try to solve the puzzles or you can just organize the furniture to your liking. Either way you want to play it’s super cute and relaxing and has some decent replay value after you complete it.
~calico~ super cute game where you run a cat cafe in a magical town with unique characters, little missions, and lots of cats you can pet and play with. There is magic, desserts, and you can ride giant cats like horses. Super soothing game. Character customization and decorating your cafe. The only drawback is it can get a bit glitchy but for the cuteness and the price I have no complaints. The music is really cute too. Not sure about replay value because my cafe is so cute I wouldn’t want to start over.
~coffee talk~ you run a coffee shop in the future and talk to all the incoming guests and learn their stories as you give them their coffee. This one is super relaxing and how I like to spend my evenings before bed if I want that extra cozy time to destress and relax. Cute art as well with different species and how they interact. I haven’t restarted yet but I’m sure there will be replay value with just how cozy and in depth the story is.
~rune factory 4 remastered~ this was originally a 3ds game they remastered for the switch and it’s so amazing that they did. One of my favorite 3ds games that is an offshoot of the harvest moon series with very pretty art, farming, cooking and crafting, romance, monster fighting, and just really fantastic story telling. Very cozy and hard not to get sucked into. Such a gorgeous game imo. Fantastic replay value.
~good pizza, great pizza~ you run a lil pizza shop and upgrade it to get better ingredients and equipment. Super cute chill game to pass the time and hard not to spend hours mindlessly making pizzas. Haven’t replayed it because I haven’t completed it but I imaging replaying it would be fun because you’re just making pizza and unlocking different ingredients. Relaxing game with cute art.
~monster prom~ cute game where you have to convince one of the monsters to go to prom with you. Funny writing, pretty art, and the ability to romance any gender while choosing your pronouns. It’s funny, the game play is question based, and it’s like little rounds of 15 mins and either you get them to go to prom or you get rejected. Then you get to try again. Replay value is obviously strong because I keep playing it no matter how often I’m rejected 🥲 being real though this game is funny, unique, and worth the price. I just have to beat the first one so I can try the second.
~what comes after~ you play as a character on a train of ghosts and you process the grief of passing to the afterlife and try to learn and console the other ghosts on the train who are passing. Pretty game that is mostly story based and worth a try. I haven’t finished this game so I’m not to sure on the replay value.
~little mouse’s encyclopedia~ a cute little game where you play as a little mouse exploring the outside and the dirt and you spend your time finding other little animals and bugs and plants and you read about them and what they are. Cute little educational game I purchased because I loved the art that ended up being super cute in the long run.
Honorable mentions:
- speed dating for ghosts (cute funny little game where you go on dates with ghosts. Short, sweet, and to the point. Decently priced for how quick you get through the game)
- cattails (you play as a cat that travels through its little territory you that you share with your other cat group. You gather little things, complete missions, scrap with rival cat gangs, and just walk around as a cat. Cute but a bit slow for my tastes.)
-rune factory 5 (don’t get me wrong, I love the fourth one and I’m sure the more I play this one I’ll learn to love it to. The gameplay is just set up a bit different and is a bit more similar to the harvest moon style than the fourth rune factory. The art is gorgeous though I was just hoping for more rune factory and less harvest moon when it came to the actual playing)
Games I’ve wanted and heard amazing things about:
The only reason I haven’t purchased and played these games yet is because games aren’t cheap and I need to finish the ones I’ve already purchased. That being said I’ve been looking at a lot of these for a long time and they are definitely going to make this list. I’m sure some of them would be ranked very high in the favorite games category as soon as I actually start playing them. Here’s the list:
* Spiritfairer
*Bear and breakfast
*Creepy tale
*Cozy grove
*Witchy life story
*Potion permit
*Hoa
*Littlewood
*Potion craft
*Gris
*When the past was around
*strange horticulture
*Lemon cake
*Wytchwood
*How to say goodbye
*Dreamlight valley
*Storyteller
*Cult of the lamb
*Little misfortune
*Night in the woods
* Sally face
And that’s it 🎉 sorry for such a long list but I wanted to include a bit of everything so you had lots to choose from. These are the games I play when I need a comfy happy place to go when life gets to be a bit too much to handle. I enjoyed making this list to be honest so there will most likely be more lists in the future. Maybe I’ll make a list of favorite otome games, anime/manga, kpop groups. Things like that. Anyway, hope you enjoy reading the list as I enjoyed making it 💖

Sorry to hear you're going through a tough time, idk how much it'll help but here's a slightly rushed meme I made because I think these two are just funny together
Tumblr media
I was also wondering if you had any ship headcanons for these two? Cropslinger is back on my mind again😔 no pressure ofc
A wonderful meme lol. Nothing gets me better than the reminder that when Dusty caught up to Ripslinger in the last leg of the race, the first words out of his mouth are NOT a glorious and well thought-up comeback, no. What does he say?
Tumblr media
Proof Dusty is in fact the most humble (if not the most dense) thing ever.
Anyways onto Cropslinger content!
(Side-note: I'm going to be completely honest and say that first of all Bobbly's depiction of these two's interactions post enemies to friends is KING. I may be completely biased in that regard just because the If You Tame Me series is literally what got me into writing Planes fanfiction in the first place, but regardless, the chemistry of the two in that series and all of its surrounding material is golden, and I think that's exactly the sort of banter those two would get up to. Two dudes sharing their last fleeting braincells together - or, more like Dusty buzzing around all of Rip's and trying to steal them)
That said, here's some personal headcanons for the two of them, both in romantic/ship ways and platonic/besties ways, because I think both interpretations are interesting.
Said in a post somewhere, Dusty - because he hails from the ONLY state in the US that DOESN'T call it "duck duck goose" - constantly makes his stupid little "duck duck grey duck" taunt towards and in front of Ripslinger, just because it pisses him off. Pissing Ripslinger off, once you know he won't actually murder you, is a fun game.
They have found one of only two things to semi-consistently bond over outside of air racing, which is video games. Dusty is more of a casual player and likes the cozy sandbox games like Minecraft, Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing, but he does join Rip on occasion with some of his (usually more shooter based) games. They also kick ass together at level and puzzle games, although God help us ALL if they try to play Mario Kart again. Wii remotes went through drywall, that's all I'll say.
the second thing is Reyzor C. Dusty's been an avid fanboy and collector of his music practically since his debut, and eventually discovered Ripslinger was a hardcore superfan as well.
They frequently find themselves circling back to the topic slash argument of which is better: tits (favor of Dusty) or ass (favor of Ripslinger) [side note Dusty's pan, Rip's bi. Just, for the record on this in case anybody saw this and went "h u h"]
I'm gonna leave it at these for now cuz it's stormin' bad where I'm at and my power's flakey. ^^'

Hear me out- a scenario where Kenma and y/n have a cute little life and house in Stardew valley or Animal Crossing, when Kenma finally confesses that he likes her. Apologies if this doesn’t make sense 😵‍💫
confessing under an in-game rain of stars
Genre: fluff
A kozume kenma x reader
a/n: holy moly, i've been gone for what? Two months? Good news, my thesis is done and now i've only have my graduation to deal with before i can finally go through my summer break! I hope you guys enjoy this!
Tumblr media
You and kenma met on one of those gamer central discords.
You streamed cozy soft games in your downtime while kenma is one of the more popular streamers on the internet with millions of fans.
You honestly thought he wouldn't even notice you in the sea of small streamers.
But then he spotted your familiar username on the server and decided to dm you.
He told you how much he loved watching and chilling with your videos in the background.
And the rest was history.
You've been talking on discord for a few months now, and you've gotten on calls with him just to chill and play some of the cozy games you would usually play on stream.
Your latest obsession was animal crossing.
You would stream yourself designing and terraforming your island with soft music playing in the background.
But since your fanbase doesn't precisely line up with kenma's, you both decided not to collab for the time being.
After all, kenma didn't want his fans to find out how much of a simp he is when he plays with you.
Every time he visits your island, he would always have some kind of hybrid flower in his inventory and he would plant it in your garden.
So basically, kenma made his own little garden in the corner of your island.
Kenma would pick up weeds and clean up some debris if you asked.
Do you need something for a certain build? Kenma would go through hell and back just to get you that item.
"huh? I thought you didn't have this kitchenette recipe?" you said as his character dropped the recipe in front of you.
"oh? I traded 100k bells just for the recipe-"
"excuse me, 100k BELLS?!"
Eventually, kenma realized his feelings for you, got tired of pining, and decided to do something special for his confession.
Usually, he would get on your island after you're done streaming and just walk around and clean up some areas.
But this time, he intentionally asked for a dodo code (which notified you on your bff app on your nookphone)
Everyone in your chat was freaking out.
'holy- is that kozuken?!'
'KODZUKEN AND (Y/N)?!'
'I SHIP IT!!'
You initially thought it was a misclick, a mistake. Maybe he was supposed to join someone else's island but accidentally messaged you instead.
You frantically messaged him on discord in which he reassured you that his message was for you and that he wanted to just hang out and maybe vibe on call.
So you got on a discord call and continued to relax on stream.
Once the hype in your chat died down, you decide to continue terraforming and building while kenma ran around your flower gardens and did his own thing.
You looked up at the sky to see an unannounced meteor shower in the sky.
You were in awe.
Before you could start wishing though, kenma's voice cut through the comfortable silence.
"(y/n), can you come over to your garden? I did something for you," he said, hearing the small smile in his tone.
Your chat was on the edge of their seats as your character ran to the other side of the island.
What awaited you was something you didn't expect.
Kenma's character sat in the middle of the huge flower bed, the words "date?" spelled out in purple hyacinths. The sky twinkling with falling stars.
Everyone in chat was going crazy.
But you could care less about the rapid speed of the chat right now.
"a-are you serious?" you whispered, your mic almost not picking up your voice.
"of course I am..." kenma replied before hesitantly pausing "I mean, unless you don't want to-"
"no!" you exclaimed, almost jumping out of your gaming chair in delight. "I'd love to go on a date with you!"
Your views hit an all-time high that night and you and kenma's names were trending on twitter the next day.
Tumblr media
I gotta admit, I don't really know how the island invites work on animal crossing beside the dodo code system (which I use for trading on nookazon-) anyway, hope you enjoyed anon! Thank you so much for the request, it really helped me get pumped up! Love you guys ❤️💖

fallon!!!
how the boys react when one of them has to go on a mission and the other one is at home with you? (this can go as horny or as sweet as you want)
kay!!! i'm so sorry for answering this late gkjshdjkgshgkjhd but i need to think abt then rn i've had A Day
before one of them leaves, they shower the other two of us in kisses and promise to come home in one piece (mostly for my sake bc i have Anxious About Everything All The Time Disease). after that, it depends on which one of them is home with me. either way i can say we're probably not having sex lmao i am just not in the mood v often
if it's me & satoru at home, we're probably curled up on the couch playing a cozy game together, like animal crossing or stardew valley (me on my switch lite, him on the big switch connected to the tv). if i don't have the energy to play a game, we're probably watching a(t least one) ghibli movie and eating enough sugar to give us instant cavities.
if it's me & suguru, though, he probably coaxes me out to get some sun, because he knows i'm a homebody and am inclined to stay inside unless i have to go somewhere specific. so we'll go to a cafe near where we live & sit at one of the tables outside if the weather allows, or maybe take a little walk in the park with my dog. and then when we get home he's making dinner & i'm allowed to have a glass of wine if i want (only one though, i can't handle more than that), and we're listening to a podcast together to wind down.
now if we want to get smutty...
the most likely scenario is me feeling particularly touchy/amorous with sugu after dinner & my glass of wine honestly. he's very much a gentleman about it, because he also had a glass of wine but he's not tipsy like i probably get before i eat. once he's sure i'm really in the mood, he makes some cheeky comment about being ready for dessert before going down on me AHAHA. after that we're prone boning (his size kink goes nuts for it) & then spooning and falling asleep (but not before he reminds me to go to the bathroom so i don't get a uti). in the morning he's making me breakfast & i'm sitting in his lap wearing one of his shirts while he feeds me bc i'm sleepy.
but if toru and i banging it's probably bc he's being handsy as hell and it gets me all worked up. we're going missionary and giggling through a lot of it. sometimes he gets carried away and i have to remind him i'll cry and not in a good way if he overstimulates me. after we're done we're taking a bath together, he's almost certainly washing my hair (with suguru's fancy products bc he's a little shit and also insists i deserve the best), and then honestly we're probably going back to playing cozy games or watching movies. sex is like... a side quest for us AHAHA maybe that sounds bad but he's very good at carrying on like normal after sex.

Reasons why Stardew Valley is the best role-play game and farming simulation game to ever be invented!
I have been playing Stardew Valley for 2 years now. Although I am late in the game, the community has welcomed me regardless. These are the reasons why I love Stardew Valley and why I think it is the best game to ever be invented.
An opinion blog by strawberrymatchagurl.
It is available across multiple consoles -- For a whopping $14.99 you can get Stardew Valley on the Switch, Xbox, PC, and Mobile.
You can do multi or single-play -- According to the official stardewiki.com which is managed by the creator of the game, there is an option for 1-4-person gaming.
You can create multiple saves/accounts -- As a cozy gamer myself, perhaps one of the most frustrating things about video games is having to commit to only one saved file. Like Animal Crossing New Horizons which allows you to only have one island per console, Stardew Valley offers quite the opposite. One of the reasons might be because of the extensive 7 farm maps that you could choose from.
Tumblr media
It teaches you about the economy and math -- You heard that right. You are given 2 routes to choose from for the first initial quest. Either complete the community center (wherein you collect items to donate to the community center which in return unlocks certain items) OR the infamous Joja Mart route (wherein you succumb to capitalism, support mega-corporation similar to you buy your way into completing the quest by
You are given multiple choices and have creative freedom -- It has the same feels that the same Sims has in a way where you can decorate your farm in addition to all the fun things you can achieve.
youtube
You farm, mine, and fish, You basically become the avatar and eventually master all five elements -- It's what I would like to call a game that "never a dull moment" because of all the chores or quests that you could do. It will keep you interested for the long run.
You can practice your social skills whether it be platonic or romantic -- Although you do not need to focus on creating and maintaining these relationships, there are over 36 villagers for you to bond with ranging from your girl next door, a cute loving grandma all the way to a mysterious wizard in the forest.
Speaking of romance, you have 16 bachelors to choose from to marry -- I personally have had multiple saves but dated and married the same character, Penny. She is the love of my in-game life and there are many advantages and disadvantages you could have in a partner.
It is ever evolving with the latest version of 1.6 being teased by the creator "ConcernedApe" himself -- After the addition of Ginger Island in version 1.6, ConcernedApe decided to make new additions to the game to be released in the near future.
The community is so tight-knit despite the fact of how huge it is -- The community stretches from creators making tips and guides on YouTube to hilarious memes on Facebook and inside jokes from Reddit. I have never seen a community are some of my favorite links for you to participate within the Stardew Community so you can officially become a part of Pelican Town :3

can’t get this out of my head for some reason so here are some random gaming headcanons about the party if they were in modern times (disclaimer: i know a good amount about gaming but i haven’t played all these games/types of games so if this isn’t all accurate my apologies)
Max: she is probably one of the biggest gamers in the group. She has a whole gaming set up she worked really hard to pay for and she’s super protective of it. She’s usually down to play most games and tries stuff from different genres. Her favorites are horror games and battle royale games. She gets super competitive and definitely experienced gamer rage at times.
Favorite games: Dead by Daylight, Resident Evil Series, Apex Legends, Valorant
Will: I think he would be a big fan of open world games. I think he’s especially like games with options for cool combat and magic systems but also just options to chill out, ride a horse, pick flowers, and make potions. He’s also a sucker for a game with cool graphics and/or a good soundtrack.
Favorite games: Skyrim, Breath of the Wild, The Witcher
El: I think El would probably use video games as a stress reliever and would mainly like peaceful/cozy games. She’d also be a big fan of life sims and always spends hours in the character creator for any game. She also likes story games where she can escape into the world and the characters. She likes gaming with Hopper but he’s abysmal and the only game she can consistently get him to play somewhat decently is MarioKart.
Favorite games: The Sims 4, Animal Crossing, Stardew Valley, Life is Strange Franchise
Lucas: I think Lucas likes any games that offer a real challenge. If he hears it’s hard it only wants to make him play it more. He also really likes survival based games where you have to consider your choices, manage your resources, and fight to survive. He also likes some sports games, especially basketball since he plays. He likes games with well thought out world-building and interesting combat/bosses.
Favorite games: Fallout, Valheim, 2k, Elden Ring
Dustin: I think Dustin would probably have the most diverse taste in games. He likes to try new stuff and he especially likes games that challenge his brain. He tends to like games on the nerdier side like superhero games. He also likes classic platform games. He’s the type of gamer who replays games over and over to get high score and unlock all the trophies.
Favorite games: Marvel’s Spiderman, Mass Effect Series, Super Mario
Mike: He is also a super competitive gamer and likes games where he can compete against his friends. He likes combat based games and knows all the combos and moves and character stats. He also likes nostalgic games from his childhood like old Wii games and he always loves the LEGO games (especially Star Wars and Marvel). He also likes any couch co-op type games he can play with the party
Favorite games: Super Smash Bros., Mortal Kombat, LEGO Star Wars, League of Legends, Mario Kart

Why can’t I commit [to a new Nintendo Switch Game]?
Recently, I’ve been on a mission: find a new Nintendo Switch game to distract myself from the games I’m avoiding playing [Animal Crossing, Stardew Valley,  both come to mind] and I’ll tell you exactly why I’m avoiding those games. In my opinion, it’s a huge challenge trying to find
As a female gamer, sometimes it’s challenging digging through the buzzwords of the gaming community. I hear one end of the spectrum is “Cozy Games” and on the other side is... Rogue-Likes? First person Shooters? Street Fighters? Puzzle Games? Why is the only descriptor I can find of cutesy, organization, relaxing games default to this weird code word of “cozy?” Trying to find games that I’ll like based on this weird criteria, where unless the game is overtly cutesy on the outside, a single creator must deem this type of game “cozy” for it to be labeled as such. I’d love to get into a feminist, gendered debate but the subject at hand is still myself, attempting to find a Switch game I’d enjoy, digging through countless reviews of different types of games.
Why can’t I play Animal Crossing? Although I did purchase the Animal Crossing themed switch, I am not a historical Animal Crossing player. I actually grew up playing Pokemon, the card game and the DS/Gameboy games. I will admit, I am currently avoiding my current Pokemon Diamond Victory Road victory, I know I need to make my team stronger but alas I just don’t feel the commitment for it at the moment. Many game reviewers discuss how they believe that this current edition of Animal Crossing is the weakest, the least structured, and laziest, is the term most often used. I don’t hear many positive reviews of this game, due to its lack of consistent updates, and in my opinion, lore and add ons. Nintendo didn’t put much effort into the downloadable content of Happy Home Paradise, and in my own experience, I didn’t have fun in the game until I used the only two available cheats that Nintendo has somehow allowed to slip by, being; the ability to use other people’s designs for pathways, buildable objects, etc, and treasure islands. Both reminded me of the Sims cheats I used to use, bb.infinitemoney, etc, to allow for things that crutched the game, or allowed more of a freeplay version. I quickly acquired every item I could ever want, and after furnishing my house, I got bored pretty quickly. Because everyday is time synced in Animal Crossing, meaning that everyday you log on, whatever time of day it is, it’ll be the same in the game. I know a lot of people that time jump, meaning they change the time and date on their Switch to unlock things in Animal Crossing, I personally thought this was a little excessive, but to each their own. I just didn’t find the villagers interesting enough to keep me coming back, to be honest I never understood how turnips worked, and I just wasn’t convinced to keep playing the game. The last time I played Animal Crossing was about 3 hair colors ago, if that gives you an idea.
Why can’t I play Stardew Valley? Stardew Valley has lower stakes than Animal Crossing, and is definitely easy to get back into. Again, I didn’t grow up on years of Stardew Valley, so I know very little about the lore and the long term actuality of the game. I enjoy going into cult classic games like these two cold, so I can be surprised and enjoy the game to its fullest. I also find it a big challenge, however I know if I look too hard into gameplay advice I’ll get stuck on how to perfectly play the game which is simply impossible. Stardew’s days are much shorter than Animal Crossing, and the game is also a fraction of the price. In my experience, playing Stardew can feel slightly rushed, and challenging to get everything done right. Right now I’m entering Spring of my 3rd year and I am not very proud of my farm or my organization in game. When I see how well organized streamers are I definitely feel as though I’m playing the game incorrectly. It’s an enjoyable game but because I haven’t researched the lore sometimes I feel like I’m missing the bigger direction or meaning in the game. Because Stardew takes itself a little less seriously than Animal Crossing, I find myself more easily coming back to a less intimidating game.
Finally, what games am I considering to avoid these Cozy Gaming classics? To give you a more rounded idea of the games on my Switch, here’s some games I’ve bought/downloaded.
I just finished Coffee Talk and Cozy Grove, working on The Lego Harry Potter Collection, I couldn’t get stuck on Garden Story, Life is Strange: True Colors [I might’ve watched too many streams of this one.. I don’t wanna larp. I’m sorry], CatTails, AER, The Last Campfire, Danganronpa/Doki Doki Literature Club [I just haven’t gotten around to it], Scott Pilgrim is just a tad too challenging for me alone, I’m working on it as well. I’m so tired of reading these same titles over and over again, and I refuse to download the organization games just because they’re so short. I was interested in Inscryption, so I started watching some streams of it to see if I’d like it and I’m still unsure. If anyone has any recommendations, I’d love to hear some but I don’t know if the problem is just me. I enjoy these games, I just would love something fresh and not a super huge commitment. I’ve been watching some Breath of the Wild streams which inticed me, but I’m also not a Legend of Zelda person. Maybe I need to branch out, maybe I need a kind stranger on the internet to recommend the perfect game for me.

How Can We Combine These Concepts to See Their Effects?
Although these are all hypothetical characters, there is significant data that backs up the concept that TikTok of these topics affect young people’s minds through different lenses.
A young boy watches a video on TikTok where Andrew Tate says, “A woman can’t go around fucking people and pretend it's the same as a man running around fucking people. It’s absolutely not the same. A man can only cheat if he loves someone else. If I have a woman I truly love, and I go out and fuck, and I come back to her, and I don’t care about her (the girl he had intercourse with who is not his partner), and I only love my girl. That’s not cheating. That’s exercise. If she even talks to a dude, that's cheating because females are emotionally invested. ” (Rapid Hustlers, 2022). This young boy may think, “Oh, he has a good point. The comments all agree,” because he watched the whole video, more of these videos will appear. Being exposed to this content, he is being molded to always think, “I get that,” or “I agree.” He may begin to show aggressive behavior towards women as he grows up due to this (James, 2023). Perhaps a girl he’s dating accuses him of cheating, and he argues it isn’t because of the content he surrounds himself with. He begins to only think of women in gendered roles. Rather than having people in his life who may tell him otherwise, he only knows people who watch the same content (Shea 2023, 15:53-16:32). He’s stuck in an echo chamber of this sexist and misogynist idea that his TikTok created because of the way the algorithm works.
Tiktok from @tate..aikido
Perhaps that idea is too far out, and you may be thinking, “Well, that’s so extreme that never happens.” we can also take the idea more mildly.
This time, a boy or a girl watches multiple videos about video games. The first video is from a popular first-person shooter known as Call of Duty, where the people in the clip are making fun of a girl, and all of the guys are laughing (Zimmerman, 2023). The guy laughs alongside the video; he then begins to play the game, makes fun of other girls, or, more often, simply laughs and doesn’t stop it from happening (Intenta). The girl thinks the game is for guys. That she can’t play it. The guys don’t even want me to play. She thinks “first-person shooters are for guys.” Both people, in some way, think that these war games are for boys (Healey, 2016). Now that video game content is on their FYP. They see videos where attractive girls are playing games like Stardew Valley or Animal Crossing both games are often considered “cozy” and “girly” (Tonya, 2023). The girl thinks, “That’s a girl I could play that game.” Meanwhile, the guy thinks, “Hm, that attractive girl is playing that game; must mean it’s for girls.” While these people may not be thinking these directly, as they continue to watch more content fortifying this idea, their subconscious is being influenced by TikToks.
Tumblr media
Tiktok from @cozysimespy with it's hastags that show how cozy games are related to girls often.
Maybe you can’t imagine this happening with a girl. No girl would watch this content that’s so sexist. Maybe you’re a girl who could not imagine watching Andrew Tate or you simply aren’t interested in gaming. However, the point is to show that extreme sexist content isn’t the only content that shows sexist values. Take this example.
A girl downloads TikTok and watches Charli D'Amelio lip-syncing to a video with a beauty filter on. She sees Charli as pretty, thin, and with facial features she could never have. She swipes and continues to watch more and more videos of girls with perfect skin from filters, where the comments have boys saying she’s pretty because of her looks. She begins to believe that she is doing something wrong; her skin has bumps, and she doesn’t know how to look better to get comments like that. She continues to scroll daily; she sees trends like the pigtail theory and thinks, maybe if I wear my hair like that, people will like me. Perhaps while watching, she comes across videos of “that girl,” a concept where girls engage in self-care and betterment but often incorporate a certain fashion style (Aesthetic, 2023).  To fit into the “that girl” aesthetic, she buys products so that people will see her as “that girl.” Without realizing it, she’s fallen into acting and dressing in a gendered stereotype and seeing herself through a tailored misogynist lens, all from TikTok’s algorithm.

"Cozy Gaming"
As an avid user of social medias such as tiktok, I have stumbled across "gametok" where the #cozygaming has gone massively viral. While watching many of these videos I came to the realisation that most of the video games mentioned were appealing to female audiences from a wide range of ages, which is an ideal target audience for my chosen brief. The most popular games had 'small town' themes, occasionally with anthropomorphic animal characters living simpler lives wherein there is no conflict, only the comforting repetition of a known lifestyle, as found in games such as Animal Crossing. There seems to be a focus on domesticity and simple characters/world building and gameplay. I have decided to focus the majority of my conceptual work around this trend as it seems to fit my brief perfectly and will help with brainstorming concepts later on.

"Why I love doing domestic chores in video games
Thank you for subscribing, and welcome to the very first edition of HIGH RESOLUTION GORE & GRAPHIC VIOLENCE. Over the last two months I have played the game Cult of the Lamb for over 50 hours. Why?
WHAT IS CULT OF THE LAMB?
Cult of the Lamb is a video game where you play as a cute little lamb running a Satanic cult. It combines whimsically totalitarian community management (there is a menu option to “re-educate” dissenters) with traditional dungeon-crawling (AKA fighting monsters in a series of procedurally-generated rooms). Beating the monsters wins you gold coins and respect from your followers, which in turn allows you to accumulate “devotion”. Devotion is a currency made of faith, a bit like money.
Along the way you also gather blueprints to build furniture which you can use to decorate your cult’s home. There are a huge variety of items to collect, including “skull pile”, “skull candle” and “giant skull”. I’m messing, they’re not all skull-based: there’s also “Bone Sculpture” and “Barrel of Bones”.
In short, the game is half skirmish battles, half keeping your anthropomorphic animal followers happy through blood sacrifices and polyamorous wedding ceremonies. Basically, it’s a big Tamagotchi with a horny deathwish.
It’s also like a Tamagotchi in another significant way. But more on that in a moment.
THE CONTEXT: SOCIAL SIM MANIA
Even if you’re not into games, you’re probably thinking that Cult of the Lamb sounds a bit like Animal Crossing: New Horizons. The explosive success of ACNH got a lot of coverage during the pandemic, with 60 million copies sold worldwide.
Suddenly, millions of millennials were spending hours every day living on a virtual island where they could buy their own home and choose their own furniture: a welcome break from being forced to use your landlord’s Ikea bookshelf, which seems to have been constructed using only a nail bomb and a wish.
For my own part, I was instantly hooked on the ACNH fantasy of having a house large enough that things could be organised neatly. Often there are (made-up) scare stories in the press about violent video games inspiring real world terror attacks or murders. But over lockdown something even worse happened to me: Animal Crossing radicalised me into buying a shoebench.
ACNH and Cult of the Lamb’s home-making experiences are similarly appealing to generation rent and, along with the huge popularity of other sim games like Stardew Valley, there’s clearly a big demand for cozy simulations during these uncertain times.
So why am I so fixated on Cult of the Lamb in particular?
UNPLEASANT CHORES
Cult of the Lamb involves taking care of cute cultists. You need to build accommodation, farm food and cook meals. So far, so idyllic. The thing is, your followers also shit everywhere.
Once you’ve levelled up a bit you can buy them an Outhouse. Or the larger capacity Outhouse II (II fast II furious). But they still shit everywhere
So in between fighting off demons under the sea, creating a subsistence farm community and choosing which religious doctrines to impose on your growing cult, you also need to clean up poop.
But you do this with the press of a button. It’s swept up and gone, your stunningly-decorated base left pristine.
Now, like a lot of renters, my real interior design fantasy is exactly this: the dream of a home which COULD be cleaned. You know, where you could wipe a surface or mop a floor without bits of rust staining your cloth or wet lino lifting off the concrete.
So I guess what I’m saying is… pressing X to clean up the pixel-art shit of followers is intensely relaxing to me.
Because it’s an intoxicating sample of living in the world that REALLY rich people live in: the world where you press a button and stuff works. The world where, when something breaks, you call a guy and he fixes it. No endless calls and negotiations with pissed off call centre employees and letting agents. No visits from your landlord’s-friend’s-cousin who’s a trustworthy plumber, actually. No crap products that break after one use. It just works. Someone shits on the floor. It gets cleaned up. No hours scrubbing buckled lino. A wipe-clean world. It. All. Just. Works.
THE WORLD WHERE STUFF WORKS
Why is Cult of the Lamb’s window into this dreamworld so seductive? To explain, I’m going to make reference to the fantastic Postcapitalist Desire, which collects the last lectures of the late cultural critic and theorist Mark Fisher (buy it here or request it at your local library). It’s edited by Matt Colquhoun, whose writing I’d also highly recommend.
The third lecture is about consciousness-raising, which is the process of making people aware of their position in whatever power-structure you might be discussing - whether it’s the class system, the cis-het-patriarchy, or a cult run by a small lamb.
In this lecture, Fisher introduces the idea of “feminist standpoint epistemology” as used by the American philosopher Nancy Hartsock (my notes in square brackets):
I think there’s a good example in the Nancy Hartsock piece [The Feminist Standpoint Revisited and Other Essays] about cleaning the toilet. In that scenario, the men, who are walking around with their highfalutin ideas about X, Y and Z, they’re completely ignorant of this reality of cleaning the toilet and what that means, which is a kind of metonym* for all immersion in materiality, or anything that operates as the basis for sociality as such – that is, the social reproduction of humans.
In a way, you could say that access to the lowest level of the materiality of things gives you the potential to have more knowledge of the totality […] The dominant group will just float by and not really notice you that much – that’s part of the reason they themselves don’t see the totality.
[*a part that represents the entire thing]
Basically: the men live in a magic universe where the toilet is always clean, and the loo roll is always hanging the right way. Cleaning the toilet makes the women grimly aware of how the world in which the men exist is created. Therefore, the women see the men’s reality for what it is: a fabrication. The toilet cleaners’ “standpoint” gives them potential access to the first stages of consciousness-raising, as well as the realisation that if the system which oppresses them is constructed, it can also be dismantled.
But the easy act of virtual toilet-cleaning in Cult of the Lamb performs the exact opposite process. It doesn’t make me aware of my position in the power structure; it helps me forget it. It is, to use another Fisherism, “consciousness deflating”.
And that is the stultifying dope-pleasure of these games: stuff just works.
For a moment we escape drudgery into the dreamworld, and imagine that we too could have domestic bliss without labour. Cleaning up and decorating become intensely satisfying acts.
You’re performing the ritual of home-making without having to do any of the work. Forget about the human sacrifice: this fake domestic labour is the most powerful ritual in the game.
Which brings me onto the second reason I like cleaning up shit in Cult of the Lamb.
AN ESCAPE FROM CYBERSPACE INTO CYBERSPACE
A lot of my enjoyment of Cult of The Lamb comes from the fact that you’re not only doing these domestic tasks (cooking, cleaning, decorating), but you’re also doing them when you get “home” from the dungeon-crawler element of the game.
Adrenaline-packed day at work slaughtering heretics, then back home to cook pumpkin soup which has a 5% risk of poisoning your followers, for some reason.
Sadly this clear divide between work and home in the game is such a huge pleasure because nowadays home isn’t safe from work. The tendrils of email and WhatsApp can reach you at every hour, through the all-too permeable walls of your damp flat.
In fact, work-cyberspace is so integrated with my living room that I have to take another jump inside a nested cyberspace to escape it: putting on headphones and sitting at my partner’s gaming PC (a safe-haven from my own emails).
The repetitive tasks of fake-cleaning and fake-cooking and fake-battling keep my hands too busy to check my phone. The clear boundary between work and home in the game are replicated in the act of me playing it.
The Italian philosopher and activist Franco “Bifo” Berardi has this great concept of “cybertime” which I think really elegantly explains why we are often so overwhelmed by digital communication (my bold):
“Cybertime [is] the mental time that is necessary to elaborate info-stimuli coming from cyberspace. Cyberspace is a space of unlimited expansion by definition, since it is the virtual dimension produced by countless semiotic agents that project their signals in the infinite space of the Internet. […]
However, cybertime is not unlimited. On the contrary, the mental time available to a conscious and sensitive organism is limited by organic factors (sleep, disease, deterioration, attention limits), by cultural factors (beliefs , expectations from the world), and by emotional factors (affectivity, slowness needed for the psychical elaboration of signals). Therefore, the relationship between cyberspace and cybertime create the conditions for a continuous semiotic overproduction, which have psychotic effects on the mind exposed to the cyberspace flow, and the effect of overproduction on the economy.”
In short, it’s stressful getting lots of texts isn’t it?? Okay, I’m oversimplifying, but you get the idea: you can’t keep up with all the messages coming in, and you fall into the habit yourself of producing even more communications.
Perversely, doing all-consuming “play-work” in this cyberspace videogame offers me an escape from cybertime.
CONCLUSION
As I’ve explored, I love Cult of the Lamb for several reasons.
Firstly, it makes simple domestic tasks rewarding, fulfilling the fantasy of an ordered home life, something which can seem impossible when your work is precarious, and your accommodation is British.
Secondly, the repetitive tasks and system of management create total immersion in a virtual space where work and home are separate.
But most of all, I enjoy it because it’s at times dreadfully, completely, frustratingly, boring. Farming, cleaning, decorating, levelling up followers: these repetitive tasks can suck away half a Saturday. However, being hooked into the game, rather than my emails or messages, puts me in a truly anxiety-free, almost meditative state.
Because in a world of fevered cybertime, a moment of boredom is a moment of peace. Or rather, it’s 50 hours of peace.

Howdy! I'd like an Ouran highschool host club and a Death Note matchup, please!
I'm a big theater kid; I adore being on stage and just public speaking in general. I love telling jokes and my friends say I am very funny. I love to learn! I listen to video essays on YouTube instead of listening to music.
My hobbies include: reading, playing cozy video games (Minecraft, Stardew Valley, Animal Crossing, Pokemon, etc), knitting, and starting projects that I never finish (whoops).
My love languages are physical touch and words of affirmation. I only like to touch people I really trust, but once I'm comfortable I adore it.
Thanks for your consideration, have an amazing day :)
Hello lovely! I hope you like your matchups! You didn’t specify whether you wanted a male or female matchup, so I hope this is alright!
Ouran High School Host Club Matchup: I pair you with… Fujioka Haruhi!
Tumblr media
Haruhi admires your work as a theater kid and your public speaking capabilities. Public speaking isn’t something she’s ever been good at—what with being an introvert and all. But she finds you hilarious and loves your jokes! She laughs easily, so even the crappiest of jokes will usually get a giggle or two out of her.
Reading dates! Especially after the two of you graduate and start going to college, she’s always busy reading textbooks, so make something fun out of it! She also asks you to teach her how to knit, and the two of you like to knit together when you have days where you have nothing else planned.
Her love languages are words of affirmation, and she loves to tell you how much she cares about you and praises you a lot! Once you’re used to her and the Host Club’s antics, she loves to hold your hand!
Death Note Matchup: I pair you with… Nate River!
Tumblr media
Near isn’t a massive fan of physical touch, so his love language is probably words of praise and/or words of affirmation. The two of you occasionally play video games together, although that’s really more Matt’s thing.
The two of you have really casual and lowkey dates together once Near gets it through his head that you aren’t leaving him for someone more normal. Of course, it takes a lot for him to realize it, but once he does, the two of you are as close as can be!
You are definitely the extrovert to his introvert. You like public speaking and theater. He likes toys and mysteries. You are often found knitting while he works, and he likes to ask for your opinion on whatever case he happens to be working on!

Animal Crossing Fangame-Rambling, idk
Been home from school today and playing ACNH and-
I was already burnt out before but its worse than I remember so watch me ramble about what I’d love to see in an Animal Crossing Game (which would probably make it less animal crossing and more like a stardew valley-animal crossing-cozy grove-bastard child-)
Just-
Give me a tiny city to rule over. I don’t want a big-ass island that I have to plan every inch of and move shit around to fit buildings in and decorate to make it look nice and if I don’t decorate it looks like I’m just a hobo squatting out on an island in the middle of the ocean catching bugs to a fukkn raccoon (cmon tell me that doesn’t sound like the fucking juice Nook gave you at the beginning was a drug)
Like- a mixture of City Folk and New Leaf. You’re a Mayor, you move into a tiny almost-abandoned city in the middle of bumfuck-nowhere, there’s a bunch of closed-down shops around, absolutely nothing’s going on, there’s only like three other villagers living there who are super fucking old and don’t want to sell their houses coz “I raised THIRTY kids in this house, I will NOT be moving out!!!” (in addition to that, give me more old-looking villagers. I want a senior-home filled with old dudes and dudettes like Doby just ranting about today’s youth and giving you terrible dating advice like “Back in my day we just threw bricks with notes glued on at each other” “Please don’t do that”)
And idk-
It’s just a fucking ghost-town when you first move in and the NPCs are all super depressed and don’t even fucking care anymore, Blathers damn-near has a heart attack when you first approach him cause he hasn’t seen a new face around town in forever. And basically- its just your quest to bring this town back to its former glory. Like- you actually have more power as the Mayor, not like in New Leaf where you could only build stuff (that you had to pay for yourself rip)
And at the beginning you can choose the town’s general aesthetic, like, Japanese, cottage, modern, cute, etc etc... and the more qests you get done the more the town gets restored and actually starts to look like this aesthetic. And no more villager-houses with a specific look, instead it’s just general houses that fit the town’s look or small apartments with multiple villagers living in them-
And when searching for a new villager you don’t have to wait for one to randomly move in or go island-hopping or pay a fortune for each one on nookazon, instead you just get like 10 applications every week until the town is full. You can choose one or multiple of them, or none at all and it gets reset the next day.
And give me some QUESTS!!! I love animal crossing so much, but it’s so frustrating to play if you don’t have your own goal set in mind for what you want to do, so you just run around and do nothing? Or is that just me rip
aNyWaYs- like stardew valley, just give me a quest-board where the villagers can ask for stuff or help them out in other ways, like “can someone help me redecorate my house?” or “I need a new look!” or stuff like that, and you can just change the villager’s interior design or give them a new set of clothes (in addition to that, give the villagers pants! are we fukkn disney or why do they only get to wear shirts and no pants)
And the museum has more stuff to donate to? Like, flowers and vegetables or stuff? Idk, just add a new npc that has you collect all kinds of flora and donate (also, rewards for donating!! my monkey-brain needs a REASON to donate and collect stuff. Stardew, it’s the rewards, Cozy Grove, it’s the rewards....) And you get a little garden or green-house and can plant stuff there, and not just flowers but vegetables, and when they’re grown you can donate the plant itself and a once-dead botanic area turns all green!!
aND TOPIC NPCS
Give me some new npcs to love!! Like- maybe give Melinda an assistant? Like, a bat or some other nocturnal animal??? And while Melinda has the day-shifts as your assistant, the Bat has the night-shifts so you can still do mayor-stuff at night and Melinda gets  to have a break every once in a while. And Celeste will help Blathers in the museum again to bring back the stargazing-feature from CIty Folk??
And Timmy and Tommy are now teenagers that run Nook’s Cranny? Like- they’re more relaxed and chill now and don’t chase you around the store anymore, just stand there behind the register looking tired as ever. Maybe even give them little ear-piercings to show they’re rebels now, rip. And they’ll refer to Tom Nook as “Pops” or “Old Man”, and tell some stuff about their childhood when you just talk to them. And one of them could work at Redd’s on the weekend (also Redd, plz give him his own store that opens every weekend).... and Nook can be seen in his store every once in a while. They don’t admit it but Redd and Nook are now in couples’ therapy (Timmy and Tommy forced them and will reference it sometimes)
And pleeeease, give Timmy and Tommy some freetime. Like- Nook runs the store until 12pm until they take over and run it until closing. And on days where the shop is closed they can be seen walking around town and hanging out with the villagers.
And some cutscenes please T__T Like, only for the NPCs on holiday or so, but then you’d get to see Celeste and Blathers sitting in the park to stargaze whenever there’s a meteor-shower, or Melinda, your Player and her assistant sharing some hot cocoa on christmas, the Nooklings wishing Nook a happy father’s day, Nook and Redd going out on Valentine’s day.... Halloween has them all dress up, the Nooklings try to prank you while Nook takes over the store for the day... the Sable-sisters close their shop to go out and show off their handmade costumes.
The villagers already had hobbies in ACNH, like reading and nature or something.... but how about they reference these hobbies, and do stuff thats connected to that, other than staring at flowers and sitting under trees. Like, have them say how they went to their book-club in the next town and how they hate the long drive per train and then they ask you to fix up the library so that the town can have its own book-club? Or sporty villagers will talk about how they went swimming or jogging and got hurt because the old paths are all fucked and there’s no good way to enter/exit the lake, so they ask you to renovate the paths and build a little dock? Idk man, just- give them more personality! SOmething that makes me want to talk to them, not just so I can cross off ‘talking to villagers’ on my to-do-list
idk, a dump where an opposum lives and that teaches you diy-recipes. but instead of giving you cards you get a little clip of the oppossum and your player working at a diy-bench and if you know it already it offers to teach you something new until you learned everything, then it just sends you rare materials in the mail like “hey, thought you’d like this!”
this is all a dream, nintendo cant even give us the cafè, rip.

Of course you not bothering me!! And thank you for the ask!! I think you would go best with suga!! Also it's fine with the spelling, I'm bad at spelling too lmao.
Tumblr media
You and suga actually meet when you bumped into each other outside of a cafe, when you two bumped into each other it caused him to spill his coffee all over the two of you. He quickly apologized and offered you the extra shirt he had on him for practice. You had asked him for a his number so you would have a way to contact him to give him his shirt back. That's how you two started talking.
After you and suga started to hang out at the cafe together ever do often, he started to get feeling for you and after a while eventually confessed. When you said yes he was so happy and decided to take you roller skating for your first date. Suga loves your cooking, he'll eat whatever you give him and he'll also try to cook for you as well in return. He'll try to help you in the garden but he doesn't really have a green thumb so sometimes he just watches.
If you play your violin for him, he would love it and clap for you after your done. Suga know you don't like being around strangers that much so he'll try to introduce you to his teammates one at a time. If you leave one of your books at his place by accident, he'll make sure to put it up somewhere safe where it won't get ruined. Suga also doesn't really care much for fighting games so he'll play all your favorite cozy games with you.
Suga will play most of your favorite music while cooking with you or even if you two are just hanging out. Whenever you are watching your animal documentaries, he'll lay his head in your lap and take a nap or if you want him to see one that you like a lot he'll stay up to watch it. Suga tries not to talk over to you, he doesn't like it when your mad at him so when he does, he'll immediately apologize to you. Suga may act like a mom sometimes and try to help you get things done or nag you by accident but trust me he only does it because he cares a lot about you.
