ngl i am a little disappointed they did the fan service thing and made scout harding a companion. we're going to tevinter! orzammar has embassies there we could have gotten a cool embassy dwarf storyline or a kal-shirok dwarf. literally anything to flesh out dwarves more. harding's like varric where she doesn't seem connected at all to other dwarves so idk that her story will be that interesting. esp compared to the other companions revealed. her freckles are cute tho ig.

The feeling of the brush running through his hair was comforting. Really, just Ellis's presence alone was comfort enough. Whenever the man was near, Theron felt as if he could finally relax. His usually overactive brain calmed, his need to fidget seemed to leave him. He could simply... be.

But when Ellis touched him it was another comfort entirely. The other warden was always so gentle with him. It was something that Theron longed for; something he craved, even. Physical touch from anyone was already one of Theron's favorite things. Being cared for though, the way that Ellis was caring for him now, was something else entirely. He wasn't used to the feeling; hadn't had anyone care for him since he was a child. It was nice.

As the brush was gently passed through his hair again, his head tipped back towards Ellis, a smile spreading across his face.

"You don't have to do this, you know," he murmured. "I don't want you to stop either; it feels really nice. But you don't have to."
