Wearing pyjamas means you’re off-limits if you’re just not in the mood, unless you’re Louis. In which case, yes and no pyjamas will be negotiated by colour. 

All dressing must be submitted for dry cleaning before sunrise. Explaining the strains on the cheerleader costume was very awkward and those pom-poms had to be thrown away.

Any cracked walls or tiling needs to be free of blood before someone is called to repair itt.

When Bianca stays, she has first choice of activities and who with. This is just politeness. You must also ask before borrowing her jewelery, I’m looking at you Lestat. Those pearls are not anal beads. Those are in the drawer under the bed.

Reading is not permitted during sex unless previously agreed upon. Remember how upset Louis gets when his books get bloody or their spines broken.

Don’t leave pornographic materials on in standby mode. Marius came over to discuss court business and thtings became very awkward, very quickly.

No lit flames, not even for the purposes of dripping wax. Find another way to do it. Those curtains were 16th century.

Do not poke someone in the shoulder and ask them to move over because you want to watch what’s happening with the person they are pleasuring or punishing. Move yourself, they’re in the moment.

Pinwheels must be washed and sanitised before use. It’s not about infection, it’s about rust. Same goes for vampire gloves, the material will be damaged.

If you are blindfolded, no reading of anyone else's mind is allowed. Sensory deprivation experiments only work if everyone plays along.

You do not bring another person into the bed without agreement from all parties. That includes that stray cat, it almost got thrown against a wall when it was discovered that wasn’t Armand purring.

 Trains do not go up or in orifices without prior consent. It’s not being spontaneous, it's ruining their paint job.

Any collars must be lovingly maintained by their wearers. This is as close to a wedding ring as anyone is likely to get unless Lestat decides to have one of those mass marriages.

The Great Disney experiment is never to be repeated. We’re still finding glitter from fish scales in the carpet and that spinning wheel is an antique, not a prop.

The choking  is symbolic. We all know vampires don’t require breathing. Pointing it out will get you kicked out of bed.

No fake nails. We lost one up there and it still hasn't come out. 

No pet names are to be used outside the bedroom unless agreed upon whether the person is wearing a tail plug under their clothes or not. 

Other things that will get you removed from the bed: mocking Louis’ fuzzy rat socks, losing one of Armand’s rings in the sheets, smacking Daniel without asking for Armand’s consent first, breaking Lestat’s nails if he’s asked for them not to be, putting your hair in anyone’s face if they don’t like it, video conferencing the court while still naked in bed with everyone, smoking and not sharing (also bringing a lighter or matches, see the rule about matches), destroying lingerie and not replacing it, not properly securing the harnesses or breaking down the door (axe optional).

Buckle up, everyone. This is gonna be a doozy.

"Are we there yet?" the young girl whined, her anticipation being sky high since the moment she found out exactly where they were headed.

Daniel chuckled and checked the ETA on his phone. "Almost, honey."

"Daniel, don't lie to Annalise," Sam chastised, his sunglasses catching in the light of the sun as he turned his head towards the driver.

"I'm not, Sam. We're almost there." Danny pointed to his phone, the screen showing an ETA of 5 minutes.

Sam let out a quiet "oh" before turning his torso to look at the little girl in the backseat. "Are you excited for Disney, Lise-y?"

The little girl shrieked in excitement, her hands clapping together as a smile lit up her face. It caused both adults in the car to smile, Annalise's enthusiasm contagious.

It wasn't long until they were able to find a parking spot and get into the park. The sun was hot as its rays beat down upon their skin, Daniel feeling his hair heating up already.

Annalise was in Sammy's arms, a tiara in her black curly hair that matched her Rapunzel dress. She hadn't stopped smiling since she woke up.

"Ok," Danny started, "where do we wanna go first?" His eyes landed on his daughter, already knowing the answer without having to ask.

"RAPUNZEL!!" she screamed, Sam wincing at her shrill voice right next to his ear.

The two adults locked eyes momentarily. "So, Magic Kingdom?"

Sam nodded, using his free hand to rub his ringing ear.

The three of them walked to the Magic Kingdom, Annalise holding both Sam and Daniel's hands as they both lifted her up into the air every time she would ask them to. Each time they hoisted her up she would giggle loudly, her feet kicking excitedly. Daniel would feel his heart soar each time her laugh filled his ears, a gigantic smile adorning his lips. He would glance in Sam's direction when that would happen, finding a grin just as big as his own on Sam's face.

When they finally reached the location where Princess Rapunzel was, they had to wait in line. Thankfully, the wait wasn't long. While Annalise was a beautiful and lovely child - seriously, an angel that any parent would ever dream of - her patience was not endless. However, her fussiness was worth the way she smiled when she got to hug the Rapunzel actress.

"I love you, Rapunzel!!" Annalise exclaimed as she went int for a third hug. Sam whimpered behind his phone camera, his free hand covering his heart.

"Daniel, get in there," Sam whispered, gesturing with his hand towards Annalise and the princess.

"This is her moment-"

"She's your daughter, Dan. This is your moment, too," Sam reasoned, his attention focused on pointing his phone at the little girl.

Daniel couldn't argue with that. Sam always knew how to argue to make his point.

"Well, by that logic, this is also your moment," Daniel refuted, giving Sam a look.

"Would you all like a picture?" a woman behind them asked. The two men looked at her, noticing she was in a Disney uniform.

"We would love one!" Sam answered, a blindingly bright smile on his face. He grabbed Daniel's arm and puled him towards the princess and his daughter.

Upon realizing that her fathers were joining her, Annalise clapped her hands together and made grabby hands towards Daniel. Unable to say no to her, Danny whisked her into her arms and twirled her around. Annalise laughed boisterously, her tiny arms wrapping around her father's neck.

He hadn't even realized that the photographer had said "say cheese" until after he had kissed his daughter on the cheek, the flash of the camera the thing that finally caught his attention.

"Oh, we're framing this," Sam decided as he looking into the screen of the camera the photographer was showing him. Daniel leaned over Sam's shoulder to see the tooth-rotting sight of him kissing his beaming daughter while Sam and the princess looked on with expressions that told Daniel just how melted their hearts were.

Daniel couldn't exactly argue with that. He wanted this photo on every wall in his house.

"It was lovely meeting you, Annalise! Enjoy the kingdom!" The Rapunzel actress waved goodbye at the five-year-old with a bright smile.

"Goodbye, Rapunzel!! I love you!!" Annalise waved vigorously with both hands.

As the three of them left the princess, Annalise fussed to be let down, wanting to walk. Daniel obliged, letting his daughter roam.

"Don't forget, Jake wants us to get him something from Pirates of the Caribbean while we're here," Danny reminded, turning his head towards Sam.

"We should get him Elizabeth's medallion," Sam suggested, looking Daniel in the eyes as he looped his arm through Danny's.

"Oh, he'd love that."

Daniel felt a tiny hand wrap around his free hand, looking down to see his daughter looking around the park in awe as she stuck close to her father's side. He was suddenly overwhelmed with the amount of love he felt. He couldn't ask for anything more.

Daniel lets out a gentle rumble and runs his fingers through Riley's curls, scratching his scalp. "Again?"

"Yeah," Riley sighs and leans against his dad's shoulder, slowly scenting him.

"That sucks," Daniel muses, pressing a kiss to Riley's temple. "Do you want to go lie down? Closing your eyes will help. I'll bring you some water."

Riley sighs wetly, squeezing himself against Daniel once more. Daniel scents him, and only then is he able to let go, slowly dragging himself out of the kitchen like the teenager he is.

Max waits until he hears his steps on the stairway before saying: "He's going to present soon."

Daniel gives him the most incredulous, wide-eyed stare. Max shrugs. "That's how it started for me, bad headaches, moody, grumpy, a little sick all the time... he's at that age, you know."

Daniel looks absolutely shook to the core. "He's only seventeen!"

He must realize how silly that sounds, because he immediately corrects himself. "He's still so..." He gestures.

Max knows what he means. Isabel presented a year ago, but she's always seemed older than Riley, more mature. Even though they are twins, it's like she is their oldest. She's getting her driver's license, going out with friends on the weekends, kind-of-dating Leah. Meanwhile, Riley still loves hanging out with his parents and watching Disney movies with Jasper, and sleeps with a stuffed animal.

"It's bound to happen at some point!" Max holds up his hands.

Daniel huffs and says nothing, his brows drawn together in concern as he fills up Riley's hydroflask. It has a Rapunzel sticker on it.

"He'll be okay," Max says, taking a step closer to his mate and putting a hand on Daniel's arm. "We'll take good care of him."

The concern in Daniel's face doesn't go away fully, but it softens. "We will," he says, and leans forward to kiss Max. "He'll be safe with us."

"Yes," Max whispers against Daniel's lips. "Much safer than I was."

Daniel wraps his arms around him, and doesn't let go for a long time.

Disney Social Media Moms Celebration 2015 — VoicePlay live performances

Starting in 2010, Disney World hosted annual gatherings of bloggers that served as a combination of networking opportunities for attendees and promotional events for Disney's resorts. Each year, a couple hundred moms who were active on various social media platforms were invited to bring their families to the park for a long weekend (at a significant discount), connect with each other, and experience the amenities. The 2015 SMMC event took place over Mother's Day weekend, and on their special day, they were treated to a lively performance by VoicePlay.

Parents of young kids are used to their children watching the same movies over and over. But what if you could get the whole story of an animated feature in a fraction of the time? And what if it was sung and acted out for you by five goofy dudes? Well, then you'd get this.

I'm not sure why Eli sang "A Whole New World" instead of Tony on this occasion. It could be that months of touring followed almost immediately by a cruise had left Tony feeling not quite up to belting those big notes on that day.

Book: "What Once Was Mine" Author: Liz Braswell Published: 2021

Publisher: Disney-Hyperion Tag Line: "What if Rapunzel's mother drank a potion from the wrong flower?" Series: Disney Twisted Tales/A Twisted Tale Summary: Daniella is a cancer patient and loves the movie, "Tangled." Daniella is with her brother, Brendan, and he tells her a story about Rapunzel. Instead of the queen drinking from the Sundrop flower, the queen drinks a potion made from the moon drop flower. When Rapunzel is born her hair is silver like the moon instead of golden like the sun. Because of this, Rapunzel's hair doesn't have the power to heal; she has the power to hurt instead. Rapunzel is raised in secret by Gothel in a tower in fear of her hair hurting other people. Well, Rapunzel wants to leave the tower and see the floating lights. She leaves to find Flynn Rider to help her see the lights she so desperately wants to see. Rapunzel meets new characters that help her find out the truth about her past and her hair. She also gets a handle of how to control her hair powers. There is also a new twist that there are people after Rapunzel to use her murder hair. Rapunzel even has to go on a quest to see if her hair magic is tied to the moon.

Well, I have to say that this book took me a while to finish. However, I liked this twisted retelling of Rapunzel. I liked how Rapunzel met Gina and Flynn, how Rapunzel learned how to control her hair, and the magic Rapunzel can do with her hair. I liked the fact that the twists were unexpecting and threw me for a loop. I kind of wish that Gothel's death was included and that something happened to the sun drop flower.  I don't want to spoil the book even more, so please go check this book out if you haven't done so already.
