Rosca bíceps alternada com rotação. . Um exercício bem executado não precisa de cargas extremamente altas para ter os devidos resultados. Lembre-se sempre de focar na sua movimentação, concentre-se no exercício. Esse exercício exige um certo nível de concentração para evitar que o indivíduo fique se balançando durante o movimento. Quando fazemos o movimento somente flexão e extensão de cotovelos, o trabalho fica principalmente nas cabeças longa e curta do bíceps. Quando adicionamos a rotação ao movimento, saindo da posição neutra para a supinada, o braquiorradial entra em ação também. O braquial, responsável pela flexão de cotovelos entra em ação também. Mas como as duas cabeças ajudam também na flexão de cotovelo, o seu trabalho em bem pouquinho, mas tem alguma ação. Um bíceps bonito e bem trabalhado tem todos os músculos colocados em ação!
