Anyway listen so far we haven’t seen Crowley eat anything, so my hc for now is he eats the same way my snake does. Once every two weeks, when he’s completely alone and feels secure, he has a nice big rodent and then immediately goes into a food coma for 3 days. And until Neil shows me I’m wrong that’s what I’m sticking with.

Also, sorry if this grosses anyone out. I’m a snake mom so frozen rodents don’t bother me, but I’m sure it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. 😅

In popular imagery, dissections are often presented as similar to surgical cutting. It makes sense: we're trying to study anatomy, and the best way to preserve that anatomy is by precise incisions to damage as little as possible.

However, not all dissections study all of the anatomy of an animal. Sometimes, you're just looking at one specific aspect that doesn't require all that much precision. And since precision takes time, and time is precious, you usually take the least precise option for your purposes.

That option might be ripping limbs and organs off.

All that to say that I am now part of a small subset of humanity who has ripped a crab apart, limb from limb, for non-food purposes, and I don't know how to feel about that, other than this was surprisingly educational

Watching By Goat or by Boat and Deanna and Chetney with the goats is making me laugh so much.

Partly because it's just chaotic and objectively funny.

Partly because in my Sunday session, my centaur got trusted with sending in extra components and she was like "of course, look how great I did processing the dragon remains!" To the distress of a couple of party members.

Which she wore appropriate PPE to do. It is very funny to have meaningful emotional RP when you are shoulder deep in a dragon corpse.

I've never felt more like Scully in my life.
