(At some point I plan to get that far with this au, but I think you misunderstand if you think the Ruby Clones are better than here. Because, they're not better than her, just trained differently. No, the real problem is how easily they seem to replace her with everything. Which, yeah, if Ruby is that easily replaced, she'd definitely consider choosing to be someone else. That said, since here's a small continuation)

Ruby took a small breath as she stepped off the airship, feeling the cold, Atlas air hit her face. After a few days of resting and helping Pietro upgrade her equipment, she finally felt ready to take a mission with her friends to help Ironwood, and to take her mind off everything she’d learned. Clones of herself being used as weapons against the grimm, an army of huntresses that could be replenished at a moments notice, an army that would be loyal to Ironwood… it was almost as if she was being replaced.

She shook her head and let out her breath as she tried to clear her mind and spoke under her breath. “I dont need to worry about that right now.” 

“Dont need to worry about what, Rubes?” Yang asked 

“N-nothing,” Ruby said nervously as she started to make her way in front of her team. “Just excited for this mission!” She paused and shivered for a moment. “Though its a lot colder than expected.” 

Harriet nodded and started to walk towards the dust mine. “Its cold enough out here that even with aura, the windchill is enough to cut through you. And without aura, well… try not to let your aura break.” 

Ruby nodded and watched as her team made their way forward, following close behind them. Her heart raced with each step as she kept an eye out for any of the Ruby clones that might’ve been following them or sent ahead. It wouldnt have surprised her if Ironwood sent them out to start clearing the mine and let her and her team finish the cleanup. She paused in her step as she tried to take another shaky, deep breath as she tried to clear her mind again. 

Weiss put a gentle hand on Ruby’s shoulder. “Everything okay? Ever since we’ve come to Atlas, you’ve seemed on edge.” 

“I’m fine, really,” Ruby replied through a fake smile as she let out her breath. “There’s… there’s been a lot to take in since coming to Atlas. Ironwood being told the full truth, Penny being alive, the clones of me… it feels like I’m being pushed away and replaced.” 

“None of us would ever replace you.” Blake stopped in her step and flashed a smile to Ruby. “You’re our teammate, irreplaceable as our leader. No matter what, we’ll always follow you.” 

“Yeah, but… what happens when you dont?” Ruby pulled her scythe off her back, unfolding it and gripping the hilt as she looked into the blade at her reflection. She watched as her red cloak turned white, silver eyes flashing into a blinding light before returning back to normal. “What… what if every decision I’ve made is a mistake?” 

“What do you mean?” 

“I-I wanted to go to Haven Academy for answers about who Cinder was and why Beacon had to fall. And since then, we seem to keep getting in deeper and deeper without any clear answer about what we’re really doing. Salem wants me and I still dont know why, she cant be killed and we still dont have a plan to stop her, I… I backed Jaune up with stealing the airship and almost got ourselves killed doing it…” Ruby felt her arms shake for a moment as she remembered watching the cannon start to charge just before she took her shot. “And now we told Ironwood the truth, the same truth that we all had an issue with accepting. How do we know we’re doing the right thing?” 

“We dont,” Yang answered. “All we can do is keep going and see if we can figure things out. Besides, Ironwood thinks he has a plan that’ll work and Uncle Qrow seems to trust him. And maybe having those clones of you will help us.” 

Ruby looked up at Yang, her heart breaking at hearing that. “You… you cant be serious. He made those clones to replace me!” 

“Only if you were dead,” Weiss rebutted. “And since you’re clearly not dead, those clones wont replace you. But that doesnt mean we shouldnt use them to our advantage.” 

“Yeah but-” 

“None of those clones will ever replace you,” Blake said as she started to walk deeper into the mine. “But right now, we need Ironwood’s help, so if that means we’ll need to get used to an army of yous at our side, then we should use that to our advantage.” 

“I-” Ruby held her tongue as she watched her team walk ahead of her, deeper into the mine. For a brief moment, it truly felt like her team didnt need her, even though she knew that wasnt what they had meant. Finally, she let the words out as she followed behind everyone else. “I… just want to be careful about all of this.” 

Ruby started to rush forward to keep up with her teammates, fingers gripping her scythe tightly as she ran down the tunnel. She stopped once she saw the geist in the main chamber, controlling chunks of dust. “Alright team-” 

“We’ve got this!” Harriet yelled out as she joined the rest of the Ace-Ops. 

Ruby slowly lowered her weapon as she watched the Ace-ops work flawlessly to take down the geist, Marrow using his semblance to slow it down, while Clover picked off chunks of dust that Harriet, Elm, and Vine caught. She quickly raised her weapon as she noticed the geist leaving the dust it possessed, making its way to another pile of rocks and dust. With her finger on the trigger, she tracked the grimm as Clover’s hook missed the mask… until a silver light caught her off guard, blinding her for a few seconds until she heard the sound of rock hitting the ground. As her vision cleared, she saw a couple of the clones rush in with their semblances to catch the remaining dust crystals. 

“Got it!” one of them yelled out as they hit the ground. 

Clover smiled and sheathed his weapon. “You both came just in time. And I’m sure you’ll be able to handle the rest of the cleanup, right?” 

“Yes sir!” the clones yelled out in unison, saluting to Clover. 

Ruby tightened her grip on her scythe as she let it fold back up. “My team and I will make sure the perimeter is cleared-” 

“No need to worry about that,” Elm said as she put down one of the dust chunks. “If those two are here, then that means everything around us is clear. You and your team can head back to Atlas to rest. Tomorrow will be the start of a long week.” 

Ruby slowly put her scythe onto her back as she watched the clones pick up some of the scattered dust crystals. Everything she could do, they were capable of. Just as fast as her, able to clear out grimm with ease, even able to use their eyes reliably. She lost focus on the clones as she felt Yang lightly hit her shoulder. 

“We should make it back to the airship before it takes off,” Yang said. “And then we can play a few games before it gets too late.” 

Ruby made a small nod as she looked away from the clones, putting up another fake smile as she held back the pain she felt. “That… that sounds like a… like a great idea.”

I read somewhere I forgot where, but back in the day workers in factories didn't work in the winter time because it was too cold. so basically if we applied this to the uglydolls world, there was a rather long period of time where there was no income of dolls in perfection for the ENTIRETY of winter. So Lou had absolutely no company whatsoever in the winter for like 40+ years give or take (I have no idea when automated factories became a thing)

ok now I'm just making things worse but I also had another headcannon where weather in the real world also applied in uglyville and perfection and like the dolls in perfection got winter uniforms and all that (ugh now I might rant about this). So yea it was snowing, no other dolls in perfection, kind of depressing given that probably by then Lou had cut off ties with Ox. uglyville probably has all kinds of weather, whilst at the institute it is always a fair temperature. no rain, clouds are always light and airy... etc, due to the factory operating the weather system within the dome perhaps. that changes when the uglydolls infiltrate, the sky in the institute turns to a dark greeny colour. and then when the two sides join, they destroy the dome.

anyways, perhaps during the winter, when the factory is shut down, they shut down the light and airy atmosphere of the institute too, leaving a cold, snowy breeze in its wake (especially during lou's earlier years). and i doubt his home is very warm either, as it's so large with barely any furniture (at least in the foyer shown in uglier truth).

and with lou's company over the years, i feel that after his bond with ox, he became desperate for the company again (who could blame him?) and tried his hardest to keep as many dolls by his side as possible, ending up with the spy girls and mandy (and perhaps the backup singers)(i don't know about them). he would probably manipulate them in some way to staying, perhaps threatening recycling and the washing machine out of pure desperation to keep someone around. so i don't think he'd be totally alone, but i feel that the spy girls and mandy were only close to him in a business relationship-type way. they were only there if he needed something to be done. he was the leader of the institute after all, he always seemed one level above the rest of the dolls, and being personally close to him seemed like something impossible.

and yeah, the assistance bots were there, but even if artificial intelligence somehow existed during those times, or if someone higher-up was controlling the robots, they wouldn't have a genuine bond with lou anyways, as they are just assistant robots who are meant for helping out with training and the gauntlet only (or so i think).

I have a feeling that someone reading this started liking the ship, or felt curious about their rare pair interaction (if they had any/lh), but either way, I’ll tell you how THIS rare pair even EXSISTED.

(THE LORE OF WHY I EVEN SHIPPED CABLOON)

Let’s start from the beginning. In some of the episodes, before I knew I kin cabby, I always had a little fascination towards balloon, his issues living with him for so long and how he still struggles to make a good image of himself was just. Cute to me (stop I KNOW you simp for objects too.. DONT DENY IT!!)

And at episode 17, after I found out I kin cabby, I started to like their interactions more, and since this ship was a HEAVY SELF INSERT, It somehow made sense.

They both struggled to gain a good image, they both had a toxic friendship in the past that got resolved, they both have TOO MUCH ISSUES, and they both act like each other so much it’s actually wild

None of us EVER cared to really analyze hidden relationships in the show, and this is actually a good example, if I never simped for balloon like the ‘loon’atic I am

Hi! I'm usually not one to send asks all that often, but what the heck. I'm kinda curious about your thoughts on something too since I've seen a lot of differing opinions.

Steven. Obviously Miki's accident and Missingno annihilated his sanity, but I feel like Mike's ghost also haunts him. Not in a malicious way, but just by existing. He just really wants to understand why Steven had to do that to him but whenever he attempts to reach out Steven flips due to guilt. I've seen someone's headcanon where Steven is this cold-hearted bastard who never cared about Mike, even as kids, and idk. It just doesn't sit right with me. Nothing wrong with it I'm just wondering how many other people share that sentiment vs Steven feeling immense guilt at being so blinded by rage that he'd murder his own brother and basically sell his soul.

ANYWAYS i can definitely do that for you and ALSO do not apologize i ramble so much as well its fine. this'll be so long i apologize so im putting most of it under a read more !

cw for Bad mental health, strangling/murder obviously, and also some suicidal ideation ( which is warned for in the paragraph its shown in ).

i think steven just sort of like... blocks it off and tries to forget everything about that ever happened, but obviously, you cant forget that stuff that easily. it haunts him but he tries to push it as far back to his head as he can and he tries to forget SOOO hard... he's in intense denial. i like the art of him immediately regretting it but i think he'd just stare at mikes corpse for a few minutes and then just be like. scarred by the imagery, and it'd make him breathe heavily and make his eyes widen in regret and he'd just keep staring for a few minutes. but he'd just run away afterward and it just burns into his mind sometimes, making him remember and regret it.

as someone with mental illness of Horribly Bad amounts, when someone you trust like that betrays you or you believe them to betray you ( which, its the ladder for steven and mike, mike obviously didn't intend to kill miki whether or not you believe he initiated the trade with slightly malicious/selfish intent or not ) it does bad damage to your psyche. especially when the murder of someone you care for is involved, which makes the thinking in steven's brain go "oh mike murdered miki. intentionally or not he's the reason she's dead." and then that makes him very upset towards mike mixed with someone he sorta looked up to betray him like that. he just regressed hard and went thru a depressive spiral for a whole year, having the thing he most loved taken away from him so suddenly almost entirely without his control, and then he got so tired of bottling it up he snapped ( lol ) and killed mike.

suicidal thoughts cw for this paragraph: and also during the 1 year without miki, steven obviously went through a major depressive episode and a sort of downwards spiral that just got worse and worse, and i don't think he wanted to get better. this is heavy but i sort of think he just hoped neglecting his self-care would eventually kill him and reunite him with his miki again, which is all he wanted. he didn't eat much if at all and he just sat in front of miki's grave, sometimes for days. he made a bed out of his misery, because it felt comfortable in a morbid way. if he died, he'd reunite with her, because at that point he didn't know anything could bring her back and all he wanted was her. it felt better than just... getting over it, or trying to. people convinced him to take better care of himself, but he still barely did anything past his necessities. this didn't help his mental state at all, as you can probably tell, which also fueled his hatred towards mike after the incident more and more. he made himself suffer this much due to an accident he caused, and he used that as further reasoning to dislike him, even though that was all self-inflicted.

i also like to think they didn't hate each other genuinely before this - mike never genuinely hated steven, but steven after the incident probably had Many complex feelings towards mike, mostly negative. but before the incident, they definitely had arguments and spats, and sometimes one would say something that would genuinely hurt the other ( usually steven did this to mike more than viceversa imo but both happened ) which both of them also probably bottled up and didnt talk about a lot ( although mike'd definitely apologize if he ever went too far - steven, i feel like would be too guilty and nervous to apologize ) which also sort of exploded in steven's face after miki died in front of him. those 3 things mixing together did not make a good combo for him.

the interp of missingno needing souls or steven at least thinking it does is fun but i like to think it never did and steven was just going through a horrendous downward spiral, and he went back home bc... where else would he go, he'd still have to pack the rest of his stuff to leave if he intended to, and seeing mike so vulnerable flipped a switch in steven's mind and made him just go [ steven voice ] "You know what would be funny?" ( worst way to describe that but u get it ). this can also arguably be missingnos influence or missingno possessing steven, which i feel is more plausible then it needing a sacrifice. but i think it just probably inserts or pushes forward steven's intrusive and aggressive thoughts, which i like to believe he always had especially after the incident, but never this bad. and then he just did it bc the thoughts wouldn't leave him alone and his mind convinced himself into it. even though he already had miki and didn't need to do that, it felt... fitting, to him. it was satisfying for a moment, especially because i like the interpretation that his mind warped mikes dying expression into him looking like he's laughing at steven ( explaining his hyplull sprites when hes being strangled being so weird ), until his mind realized the damage he just did, seeing mikes glazed over expression that was very much not smiling or laughing, and he went "oh. shit" in his head probably. his mind couldn't even comprehend what he just did. it'd take a lot of processing, and he didn't even want to process any of that, so after staring for a bit he just walked away from the scene and escaped to never be seen again.

i also like the interpretation that steven thought mike didn't actually care that much about miki dying or even did the trading thing on purpose - he clearly didn't kill her on purpose, but steven was so blinded by his own muddled emotions and rage and he needed an outlet, someone to blame, so he couldn't see it any other way and CONVINCED himself that mike did that on purpose. also because admittedly in canon mike saying that he needed a charizard implies he already had a charmeleon but thats muddy territory and probably just slightly a plot hole. but if that was the case i bet steven was like "... just evolve the charmeleon?" "but that'd take too looooong!" or something like that. mike is impatient as hell fr fr mans got adhd

if you want a good take on this and havent already, read faulty on ao3 . i hate ao3 for various reasons and only go there when im Parched for content. but goddamn that fic has the best characterization of the two imo, especially of this dynamic of them specifically along with their other relationships ( namely daisy and reds relationship to steven and mike too ) - steven even sometimes goes through like being slightly better around mike and then it all drops when he realizes she died for nothing, and mike didnt even finish the dex. fucking phenomenal fic tbh i love this characterization of them sm. a lot of this summarizes how i think they'd both act after the incident

as for the haunting... yeaaa. i think steven's just way too scarred and confused and scared to even allow mike to properly reach out, if steven even realizes it. i like to think he's paranoid and overthinks so he probably goes "oh god what if its mike" and then woopsy daisy! It is mike. and he just tries to pretend its nothing so bad and to ignore and avoid him because he's scared and confused and it makes him think far too long about his emotions on the situation that he was intentionally bottling up and pushing to the back of his head.

he also probably would think mike would try to revenge kill him because that's just how he thinks he himself would react if mike did that to him. Which makes him regret things further. he sleeps less due to this, usually on the defensive even though mike has no intent to harm him. i don't think mike ever had any room in his heart to ever hate steven. he's just confused or slightly upset at worst at anything steven's said or done to him... mike probably doesn't even really blame him, but he does just hope he's ok and prob lets out a sigh of relief when he finds steven, who is still a mess going through many things, and also murderous now, but he's still alive! which is a win in mikes book i guess!

he probably just tries to pretend mike isn't actually there or actively get rid of him, or he wouldn't even notice mike is haunting him in the first place, depending on how obvious the signs of the haunting are. his house is already sort of run down and haunted as fuck anyways, but in the back of his head he knows somethings off.

i also ... like the interp that steven took all of mikes team bc nobody was there to care for them anymore. so maybe when steven notices he sends out mikes blastoise or some of his other party members and hopes to god mike leaves him alone to go bother his own pokemon who he hasn't seen for years. after all, he basically never let mikes mons out of their ball, and even considered donating them all to professor oak or something ( probably just.. leaving the pokeballs out infront of the lab one day ) but that felt wrong, so he always kept them on hand. sometimes feeding them and not much else. mike probably had a ghost type ( gengar ) who can conveniently probably see him, and mike definitely would try to communicate to steven further through said ghost type. and he'd just be like. "gdi why did i send out the ghost type" in his mind.

miki can definitely see mikes ghost. mike is also like "OH MY GOD WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU. WAIT YOUR ALIVE????" in his head, but he quickly gets used to it. he has no idea what the hell a missingno is or how/why she's alive but he just stops questioning it. they sometimes share a glance and nod. mike will sometimes avert his gaze from her due to guilt though. miki doesn't seem to care or hold resent, probably because imo 'M ( however you want to spell Missingno Miki ) isn't actually miki. it's missingno sort of possessing, haunting, or keeping miki's dead corpse alive, but her soul is no longer there anymore. at least most of it Isn't there. due to that she's a lot more emotionless. even if miki's soul was in there though, she would not hold genuine resent. if miki's soul was in there she'd probably be scared of steven ( specifically yk S!3V3N ) tbh

i definitely think steven has hallucinations sometimes, usually of miki or mikes corpses, usually much more horrifying looking than they actually were, so this doesn't help!

steven overall is just on the fence and regrets it all but doesn't even wanna think abt or interact w mike but if he somehow became more okay with it, he might start leaving mike notes or something. or talking to himself, assuming mike might overhear. small steps like that. and maybe if mike is able to sometimes steven just passes out on the couch or smth and mike covers him in a blanket while hes asleep and stevens just like. "That was not there when I fell asleep." in his head. stuff like that.

also mike might switch the tv channels or just Project an image onto it somehow. and steven just. squints at it. i think it'd be nice if they eventually got used to eachothers presence again and just silently hung around eachother. mike really wants to look after steven after seeing the state he's in and how much he didn't really help steven effectively when mike was alive. for an example probably, like, nudging the bathroom door open and turning on the bathwater and trying to make steven take a mfing bath and practice self care for once and steven just begrudgingly sighs and goes to do it since he might as well. and mike just walks away and is very smug about it. he Will make his little brother practice self care again and he's made that his personal goal. steven walking into the kitchen and seeing various pots and pans floating around along with a mess on the floor ( mikes getting used to his levitation powers still </3 ) and he just squints his eyes and leaves and comes back and theres a meal on the counter

steven making pancakes and he just holds out a plate for mike and he just takes it. and steven just sees the plate floating and goes "yea thats about what i expected" or smth. its cute, Although i cant see that happening very easily unfortunately </3 steven is very broken and very much Not wanting to think abt mike. so itd take very long for him to warm back up or even be ok with him possibly existing arnd him. but this'd prob happen eventually if mike is persistent, and by god, is mike persistent. its what got him into this mess in the first place.

ok. im working off the assumption ur like me and primarily play english vns but have relative familiarity with the, uh, quirks of the genre. just in case: denpa games are pretty difficult to recommend in general because of how intense, graphic, gorey, etc. they tend to be. i cant really get into content warnings with each one bc they would be literal paragraphs LOL but i'm going to try and provide a range of options (both classics + things that i personally believe fit the aesthetic). if you need more details on any game, just hmu!!

subahibi: i'll start off with easily the most horrifying game i've ever played (extremely affectionate). it's difficult to even talk about the plot of this game, other than that it's a fascinating spiral down a literal/metaphorical rabbit hole as you unravel the psyches of the most fucked up cast in the world. a read so brutal i have to take breaks from it to recover from it. i adore it so.

sayonara o oshiete: if you want a classic, this is one of the Defining games in the genre. it definitely shows its age, but holy shit is the atmosphere incredible. it's also... another really graphic game. there's an english patch that isn't particularly good, apparently, and got hated on so much it was deleted... but it's not hard to find (lol) and i've definitely read worse translations

shizuku: so this was a fun surprise! in researching this list i discovered someone who machine translated the OG visual novel and denpa game, shizuku, and uploaded it to youtube. it's janky, but a cool find, so i'lll be watching it later. shizuku's just got a neat aesthetic in general and it's good if you want to know about the classics - there's a lot written up about it.

totono: unfortunately, by its inclusion on its list, i'm spoiling that its not a normal dating sim… but it's a nitroplus game, that's a given! a protagonist convinced that he'll never amount to anything begins to connect with the two love interests in the game. from there… the game truly bends the narrative and uses its medium in stunning ways. it's as thought-provoking as it is horrifying. a must-read imo

higurashi: i'm assuming if you're at all familiar with vns you've played or at least heard of higurashi. if not. go play it. shakes your shoulders.

soundless -a modern salem in remote area-: this was actually my introduction to denpa games, so i have a huge soft spot for it! it's insane how much they tailored it to my tastes. a young girl caught in a religious cult is viciously tormented by the other members for her visions — until another member arrives saying that she can see the same things too.

chaos;child: more sci-fi than most denpa games usually are, but with all the focus on delusion, gore, the spiral of mental illness, etc etc i just have to put it on this list. watch this cocky newspaper club president try to investigate senselessly brutal murders across the city and become embroiled in a case beyond human understanding! fun!

^^ (as a sidenote, its prequel, chaos;head NOAH, is supposed to have a improved translation patch by committee of zero coming out soon! just based on the aesthetic, i think c;h is a little bit of a better fit, but i haven't played it yet)

milk inside / outside a bag of milk: two separate games, but mostly listing for the second one, which has a stunning art style that completely replicates that feeling of being disconnected from reality. short but stays with you.

ANYWAYS, onto some ideas i had for the soulbound au (im kinda smushing together Third Life, Last Life, and Double Life for a super fun funky experience) im only really gonna be talking about nya & zane, kai & pixal, and lloyd & morro bc those the only soulbounds of which you are 100% sure of

edit: quick interjection as im like 40 mins into writing this to say idrk how far you are in the show, but theres some s8 spoilers in the latter half of the kai and pixal section, so please be careful of that!!

• i think that whenever you're in the presence of your soul bound, just know somethings up. its like a weird feeling you have. and whenever you see them or they see you, you both realize 'oh hey were bound arent we? cool!'

• ^ or not cool depending on your opinion of your sb (looks at morro and lloyd)

anyways, nya and zane!!

• i think these two had a really funny first meeting. the ninja obviously first met nya when they were rescuing her, and i cant help but laugh at the idea of nya brushing right past her brother and the guy who obviously wants to hit on her to go talk to the quiet guy whos just looking at her, amazed.

• they obviously told the others what was happening like 5 seconds later, but those were a VERY confusing 5 seconds. especially for kai

• they are (to me, at least) the perfect definition of a platonic soulbound. i feel like interviewers would go up to nya and be like

• "so we've heard that you're soulbound to one of the other ninja! just between you and me, is it jay or cole? or is it a familial bond with kai?" and NO ONE believes her when she says its zane. IF she even tells them. she might not even answer those kinda questions tbh

• whenever zane dies every other season, she knows he's not REALLY dead. wouldn't she be dead then, too?

• i feel like that adds a whole other layer to Zanes season 3 sacrifice, cause he'd know he'd be taking nya down with him, yet i am FAR too mentally unstable over the thought of that to get into it <3<3

okay, kai and pix time!!

• start-of-season-3-kai, who just finished reprimanding a 6 year old for shoving gum up their nose, seeing this techy nindroid walk out and suddenly Getting It: O h

• instead of zane being pixals sentience-awakening, i believe her seeing kai for the first time would shake her.

• Pixal, upon realizing her soulbound is the elemental master of fire: THAT'S WHY I OVERHEAT ALL THE TIME???

• as for their dynamic. c'mon. we saw how they were in the car scene. kai is unhinged and pixal has him on a child leash

• HOWEVER Kai has proven to be very smart multiple times in the show, and pix would 100% go to him to ask questions she doesn't under the solution to. most of the time he doesn't know either, but be occasionally does!

• their dynamic (again, to me personally) could either be platonic or romantic? kai is the typa guy to just casually flirt with his friends, and as we saw from that one s8 scene with Pixal and lloyd, pix sometimes does that, too!

• overall i think these two would be very healthy and kai would be ECSTATIC when pix gets her body back as samuri x. 100% would hug the life out of her

okay. fluff over. now onto the disaster that is lloyd and morro as soulbounds

• when lloyd first walked into the muesuem and saw the (possessed) nightguard, he knew something was.. off.

• he didn't get that floaty feeling that the others described when they found their soulbound, but he did feel. something.

• morro felt the exact same thing, but he refused to acknowledge it. why would he? the thought of him and Lloyd, the Green Ninja, being soulbound is so preposterous that it's almost funny

• then, whenever morro jumps out of the nightguards body, there's a horrifying moment where he realizes what's going on

• lloyd, not knowing the extent of Morro's villainy, is super excited!! he found him, his soulbound! the person that'll be by his side through it all!! yeah, he's a ghost, so that's a little weird, but who cares? he found him!!

• then possession happens. then the the rest of the season happens.

• a remorseful and tentatively redeemed morro, knowing that if he lets himself drown he'll kill lloyd in the process, ruefully takes his masters hand

• he's around. he's not really a part of the group. he's just there to make sure he's not why lloyd suddenly dies

• morro'd 100% protect lloyd if he was ever in a life or death situation. he'd say he did it to protect himself, but that's a lie

• after Lloyd processed everything that morro put him through, he might try to reach out? like it or not, and trust me; they both HATE IT, they're soulbound

• would take a long, painstaking, heartwrenching journey, but they might be able to be proper soulbounds. after a long, long time

• maybe.

• ...they're 1000% a power duo tho. working together, they could kick your ass blindfolded while bound and gagged to a chair

Jay's just heart broken she likes Zane??? like he loves zane and all but zane?? really. and then they're just like this is my soul bound!! and Kai's super happy for his sis but he's like 'sis gtg save wu common have fun soon' and Jay's happy he's still got a chance! plus Zane's helping him.

yeah Nya doesn't give the interviewers much ground just like 'yeah the rumors are true but like I"m telling you who' and just leaves it at that.

Yeah Every time Zane dies she just like no he's still here, I have a few sketch Ideas I'll get to soon. and season 4 is different cause they know he's alive so while they hold a memorial for the people but they also promise to find him.

So the beginning of season 4 lloyd's still gonna get them all but they're all looking for Zane and Kai's looking for both Zane and Pixal cause he know's something happened to her but hasn't gotten to telling the others yet, been busy looking for them.

So lloyd gets everyone cause he got a lead, Chen's invitation. And he shows them told to only tell the other elemental masters. Garmadon still figures out though.

And the rest of the season is mostly the same but when they find Zane Kai's like 'pix??" Cause he can feel her even though she's not quite there, no body and all.

Nya ATTACKS Zane when they see each other during the fight, and freaks when he goes missing not long later, 'I just got that idiot back!" Kai's also worried about PIxal but less cause 'she's smart she knows her limits... I hope'

And I just realized both Smith's are gonna be with Zane a lot since pix is in him so they are just a trio (quartet) you see together a lot.

Right! like Kai even right after zane's staring at her cause he got stuck in the door lol just pushes him and like zane and Nya just kinda yells "You!?" and pix stares back in shock like I'm a robot I dont' get a soul bound right???

And they chat for a bit and then they split cause she's busy and Kai has to go see borg, they promise to talk when they get back.

Zane's probably a bit jealous at this.

And when she's evil kai doesn't like it and Jay and cole have to drag BOTH Kai and Zane.

And when Pixal is out fighting the ninjdroid army it's both Kai and Zane out there, It takes them longer to figure out how to break the glass cause kai's smart and the others aren't. as smart or good on their feet. Jay and Cole aren't gonna figure it out. rip them.

Yeah I was thinking Morro went to the monastery and saw it burned down, he's upset I mean that was his home. so he starts to rebuild it, somewhat not too sure how to do that.

But then Lloyd's the leader and doesn't know what to do he's trying but he's still a kids. So morro tentatively offers advice sometimes the two being on better grounds since morro helped cole and the two are both human now. Cole and morro are working on the waterphobia. so bonding with lloyd's brothers

Morro helping with his knowledge on ghosts during day of the departed helped him get more into the group (he doesn't like this though and prefers to stay back when they go on missions. but he's around got to make sure lloyd doesn't die.)

And Morro really wants to find his dad. he's with Nya and Lloyd.

And then lloyd has a crush. oh but I need to rewatch that season before I talk about it cause I forgot a lot of stuff. so I'll get to that later.

Tyson reminds me of Akhenaten and I think she’s the reason why I was so entranced by Our book “Akhenaten: Dweller in Truth” or wtv in english last year.

I think that the taboo is like actively harming the other princes in any way and the way that the room 1006 plot seems to be heading Giuliano and Izunavi since they are hunter bodyguards and are more knowledgeable about Nen and its huge significance in the war and stuff could maybe plot something against other Princes...

Water, tylenol, and Bucky's miracle might have been enough to ease his hangover, but it did absolutely nothing for the embarrassment that churned his stomach.

"Gotta drink the whole thing, kiddo," Bucky encouraged. He tipped his own glass back and chugged the remains of something thick and yellow-green. Peter looked at his lips and he tried to remember. Was it him? Bucky was warm and strong and that's what he remember. Strong arms? A metal arm? Dammit, he couldn't tell. It was so foggy.

"You alright, Pete?"

"Yeah, just uh..." he laughed awkwardly. Bucky smiled. "Well, bottoms up. Steves cooking'll gag you if you haven't recovered by the time he gets up."

"Ha ha." Steve came in from behind him and smacked his ass. Bucky only laughed and gave it back to him. Peter watched his hand as he pulled open the refrigerator. Was that the hand that had squeezed his ass? Encouraged his clumsy rutting to his hip?

"Yeah..." Peter agreed, but he had no idea what to say beyond that. How did he ask without asking?

Facial hair? Did he remember facial hair? Tony was probably an expert kisser and whoever it was really knew what they were doing. It could have been, but...

Natasha joined the group next. Her eyes were dark, but she the most lively besides Steve who never seemed to get hungover. Was it her? Soft hair, soft lips, he remembered that, but any of them could have been soft just like any of them could have had the strong arms that had picked him up and set him on their lap.

Peter groaned and put his head down on the counter. Clint and Bruce wandered in while everyone chatted. Thor and Sam would probably stay passed out for a while, they didn't usually bother getting up after a big night. He was pretty sure Loki had made an appearance last night, but there was no telling whose bed he was in until they carried breakfast back for him. Vision and Wanda were definitely still in bed if he hadn't come out to fetch her coffee yet.

"You okay, Peter?" Bruce put a gentle hand on his shoulder. He shook his head. No, he wasn't okay. He was freaking out. He probably humiliated himself soppy kissing a national treasure and he didn't even know which one.

"Listen we all have our drunken regrets," Clint offered.

Tony scoffed. "Speak for yourself."

"Yeah, Tony only does life destroying things while sober," Steve teased.

"What's to regret? We had a great night, made some interesting memories," Bucky said.

Peter groaned again. "I don't remember, that's the problem." It was quiet for a moment. Tony was the first to laugh. Peter lifted his head and glared at them all. "It's not okay- it's horrible! I had the best night of my life and I don't even know who I was making out with!"

The laughing stopped. A look was shared around the room, but Peter couldn't decipher it. "Let's jog your memory," Tony said. He walked around the counter and leaned down. Peter couldn't stare, blinking and confused, as Tony bent and kissed him. His face burned. Everyone was watching and this was far from innocent. Tony kissed like they were making love and it made him shiver down into his toes. He pulled away, smirking, only for Bucky to step in and kiss him. He was only more confused, but he had no complaints. Wherever this was going, he was happy to follow.

"Already?" Loki grumbled somewhere across the room. "I was waiting for coffee and here you all are playing pass the spider again. When's my turn?"

Peter froze.
