D&D Tarot Deck Review
So, I got the D&D Tarot Deck for Christmas. It was a total surprise gift from folks I was once very close to -- now, my partner sees them occasionally, and I don't see them at all (by choice). It's still incredibly thoughtful, and I'd been planning on getting it as a gift for myself. It definitely has its pros and cons, so I figured I'd do a quick* write-up since I'm pretty excited to have this deck.
*Or not so quick, apparently. Details beneath the cut for length!
The Packaging
The first thing I judge in a deck is how it's packaged. This one's box is not bad! The art on the box itself is nice, reflecting the cards within. On the back is the description of the deck and the barcode. It's all one piece, opening with a hinge lid like a book. Rather than printing onto the box itself, they've got a sort of sticker cover that's already cracking and peeling after opening it less than ten times. Not ideal; it's going to destroy itself pretty quickly.
Using the Hierophant card as the cover is a nice touch, though.
The inside is simple. Gold-yellow paper lines the inner cover and deck slot. I really like the color scheme, black and yellow/gold -- mostly because yellow is my favorite color. The rectangular slot for the cards is just deep enough to fit the cards. The booklet fits perfectly atop them. With the book over top, they fit snugly, but any amount of turning or strong jostling lets the topmost cards go free within the box. It does have a ribbon attached for easy removal, but that's standard.
In all, the packaging is standard, leaning on the less-robust side. It's a mass-market deck aimed toward D&D collectors, not tarot collectors. Lucky for them, I'm both, so I don't mind too much... Especially when the deck's art is so nice.
The Booklet
Before I dive into the deck itself, let's have a look at the booklet. It is... wow, thin. Wafer thin. How do they fit so much information in such a little space?
Well... they don't. This booklet is exceptionally beginner unfriendly. Not a big problem for me, but damn. If this is someone's first deck, coming from the world of D&D with no experience in tarot, it would be rough to rely on this booklet for any assistance whatsoever.
The booklet does display a picture of each card with its description, making pairing explanations to the card easy enough. But the descriptions are a short sentence or two each, and... well, frankly, I don't agree with several of them. In particular, the Sun card is depicted as a knight with a flaming sword before the sun's glow... and the booklet describes it as "Returning to the innocence and vitality of childhood." It's incongruent at best.
It's worth noting that the two people credited with creating the deck and guide book are not tarot readers. Or, at least, they aren't listed as such in their credentials. I can forgive the meagerness of the booklet on the grounds that this deck is not truly intended for beginners.
It also isn't necessarily meant for divination. Sure, at the start of the booklet, it explains what tarot is and how to use a tarot spread to do divination. It frames it as a tool for growth and guidance, which I'm a fan of. It does also say that tarot is "ancient," which... I'm not going to get into here. It isn't ancient, but it does sound dramatic and very D&D-ish when put that way.
The booklet gives a short example of a "good" and "bad" question -- "Why am I always sad?" (bad) vs. "How do I bring more joy to my life?" (better). This is great! It also explains that the short descriptions are short on purpose (though I do think it's very much to save space also) to force the reader to interpret the symbolism on each. Again, not necessarily super beginner-friendly. But it is useful to set a book aside and learn to read on sight. So this deck might be good for next-level beginners -- ones looking to step away from traditional meanings and create their own.
There are a couple spreads on offer in the booklet, standard one- and three-card draws. But there's also a unique spread of five cards fashioned after the shape of a D&D adventure that I definitely think I'll be using in paid readings: The Quest, The Conscious, The Unconscious, The Boon or Bogey, and the Quest's End. Very nice.
My favorite part is this, though: The booklet also explains how you can use the deck to build a D&D encounter, which... holy shit, that's cool. Draw a hand of three and, using the second half of each card's description, fashion an adventure. I will 100% be using it this way.
I think it would be fun to replace the Deck of Many things with this tarot deck in a game. Let the players draw a card to alter their fate one way or another. For better or worse, the cards will decide...
Super fucking cool.
The Cards
Now, the good stuff. The cards.
Tumblr media
In this deck, the classic Cups, Swords, Wands, and Pentacles have been replaced with D&D-themed suits. They're designed after four of the six main attributes of any D&D character: Charisma, Wisdom, Intelligence, and Strength.
Now, I was a little surprised they chose Strength instead of Constitution or Dexterity, since in the Major Arcana cards, they didn't change the Strength card. It's still there. So you have Strength the Card and Strength the Minor Suit. It strikes me as a missed opportunity. I think that either the Major card should've been changed to Constitution, or the Minor Suit should've been Dexterity.
The suits still follow the pattern of Ace through Ten followed by Page, Knight, Queen, and King. So, it isn't so far removed from a more "classic" deck.
Either way, the cards themselves are... well, damn. They're really pretty. The art style reminds me strongly of modern D&D books, and I suppose that's on purpose. It creates a cohesive brand across the board, but the style also really suits tarot.
The details are amazing. Even if the creators aren't tarot readers or deck designers themselves, I can tell that a lot of research and thought went into each card. Throughout the Major Arcana, you can spot various canon D&D characters (Mordenkainen being the Magician is most notable, though Tiamat burning down a castle as the Tower is so fucking good), and they all fit the card they've been assigned.
Sorting through the deck and writing my personal descriptions as I always do, I can suddenly understand why the descriptions are so short. There's so much on every card. The symbolism is easy to read, clear and fabulous throughout the deck.
And really, replacing the suits was the best choice they made overall. Not only does it fit the D&D theme, but it also stretches the imagination. I tried to fit the D&D suits into the classic suits, but it doesn't really fit. Intelligence might be Wands... but the Five shows a vase, which is definitely more Cups-like... though it is conflict, which is very much Wands... or perhaps Swords...
And so on. The unique suits lend a new depth to the deck. Unfamiliar and familiar all at once, D&D players and tarot readers alike will recognize the symbols on each card. Characters, classes, cursed items, famous weapons, beloved monsters, familiar themes, evocative expressions and colors and posing -- honestly, it's a good fucking deck.
Tumblr media
Which is why the only drawback I personally have is the god damn cardstock. Bad cardstock is a deck killer. And holy shit does this paper suck. The texture is fine -- a lightly pebbled surface that's pleasing to the touch. But they're so thin. So thin, in fact, that a slight bend warps them badly. I made the mistake of doing a riffle shuffle right out of the box, and now they're permanently bent, just enough to make it obvious.
The cards shuffle nicely. They do feel a bit like I'm shuffling cards I printed myself on slightly thicker than usual paper. I'm afraid to shuffle them more aggressively in case I bend one entirely in half on accident, which isn't ideal.
It was obviously chosen to save money on the printing. It's a shame. Thicker or more quality cardstock would have made this my #1 deck, I think. Once again, I don't think this was made for tarot readers. It was made for D&D nerds and collectors who just might have an interest in tarot or divination. Or a fun addition to their games. Or something pretty to put on their shelves.
A Quick Explanation of the New Suits
In my own words, bolstered by what's described in the booklet.
Strength:
This entire suit is really similar to the Major Arcana Strength card. It can be about physical abilities, but it can also refer to inner strength, passion, and resolve. The individual cards feature a surprising lack of weaponry. There's a solid focus on making progress, weathering difficulties, and sharing what you have with others. Strength of heart and will, not just of body.
Intelligence:
In short, mental powers and ability. This suit is about gathering and using knowledge to advantage. The booklet also says that this suit is about the way our minds shape our reality and how our perceptions weave a story. These cards have a strong focus on the mind, predictably. Learning, thinking, logic, choice, and planning feature prominently throughout this suit.
Wisdom:
The perception of one's own inner world. Not just knowing, but understanding. This is the suit of intuition and insight. The cards have an emphasis on friendship, connection, healing, and faith. There are also themes of balance and having compassion with yourself. Also, one of the D&D prompts is "A duck waddles up and says that he has witnessed a murder and wants you to catch the culprit." Which fucking rules.
Charisma:
The suit of confidence and charm. Like the D&D attribute, this suit focuses on beauty, relationships, and interpersonal interactions. The cards themselves are surprisingly diverse. There's a strong emphasis on the strength of character and recognizing who you are. These cards focus a lot on being content and honest with yourself and with others.
Will I Use the Deck?
I mean, yeah. Fuck yeah. Shitty cardstock aside, it's a beautiful deck that calls to the TTRPG nerd at my core. I can't wait to do some readings with it (this Free Tarot Friday might all be D&D deck, tbh). Beyond that, I already have ideas for incorporating it into my D&D games.
Like the Alleyman's Tarot, I don't think I'll be reading reversals with this deck. It doesn't quite feel right for a reason I can't put my finger on. Maybe it's because the messages are diverse enough and far enough away from the "classic" Rider-Waite-Smith designs.
Overall Rating
In total, I'd give this deck a solid 8/10. The cardstock and package quality definitely docked several points, but the beautiful art and interesting Minor Arcana choices make up for it. Once again, I wouldn't recommend this for total beginners if you're using it for divination, but as a second or third deck, I think it's fine. D&D nerds and experienced tarot readers will find this to be a gem in our collections.
And hey! If you like my work, consider dropping a dollar in my tip jar. Contributions help me keep making posts like this one!

And so Levi had mourned his previous life for an hour or so, not a minute more, most definitely some less, while familiar forests had stretched farther and farther away from dusty windows until only unfamiliar territory had surrounded him, Levi had mourned his hometown and with it the last vestige of his childhood, a starving creature left to rot in the belly of an orphanage whom with some luck he’ll never hear about ever in his life.
Then mourning had gone stale on him, and the man sitting beside him had piqued his interest.
Tumblr media
Prologue: Incisors
The package had been square, anonymous, heavy in his pockets far more than any organs had ever been, harvested into a sack and slung over his shoulders. It burned a hole straight into his pants but the boy on his left did the same. Burning up under his gaze, not the pants part.Levi had been silent, as always, a mere shadow with physicality, something there and yet far far away from the leather seat of the train.
The boy had been a statue of salt, stiff in his seat and still hugging the rifle as one would do with a stuffed toy. A kid still.
He had been staring out of the windows but it had not taken Daniël two eyes to know his gaze had been lost and unfocused. He had been somewhat efficient at recognizing the boy's expressions and feelings via the aforementioned, in a little less than three days he had to pick up an entirely new vocabulary composed by the minuscule twitch of the corner of his mouth or the side of his nose, only to begin to understand the little tensed expression the kid had been chewing in between his teeth like he was ashamed of even showing them on his face. Speaking of which, he had been tensing his jaw for the better part of the last three hours, face turned away from the man. And with the Gruyere on his forearm tucked shamefully onto the sides of the shotgun he kept in his hug it had been impossible for Daan to reach anything of the boy’s body. Unable to comfort even if he hadn’t known how to begin with.
The chocolate had burned an imaginary hole in the pocket of his pants and now -with a hand tucked in it- he cannot but feel nervous about the opportunity as he slowly traces the edge of the square treat.
Too many variables, too many factors the doctor had not accounted for playing with the exchange rerolling in a constant loop inside his head.He would have extended the little gift, —treat? like one does to a dog?- and if he had accepted it he wouldn’t have been able to stay silent, Daan knows this, filling the stretching silence the kid seems to emanate from his very skin with ramblings on where he had found the chocolate or worse yet on why had he saved it for now.Because saved it he had.He had found it the first day, a little after morning, before even finding the trembling body of the boy shaking violently on the ground of a forgotten kitchen. And if at that time it had only been an unexpected delight after the heartwrenching display of the kid shooting up heroine —Heroine he had given him himself— in his brain something had shifted and the tin foil wrapped around the bittersweet treat had been marked with Levi’s name all over it.And what if he hadn’t accepted it? court and sharp, never unkind on purpose but out of touch with all the small nothingness of etiquette and propriety that had been drilled into Daan's skull during his stay in the Von Dutch’s manor, perhaps Levi was allergic, or he simply hadn’t liked the treat, or hadn’t had a sweet-tooth to begin with.
Daan shifts his hands in his pocket, letting go of the Hamlet’s chocolate in favour of the well-loved packet of cigarettes.«Do you mind?»
Levi had jolted awake from whatever wide-eyed nightmare he was experiencing a few inches to the left of the windshield of the carriage, eyes darting to his retrieved hand and its content.«No…» he had whispered shaking his head and lowering his gaze to his pocket like he knew the content of it.Could have he?Daan exhaled sharply, drawing Levi’s attention to his face once again, eyes wide for a moment then pink blush dusting over the bridge of his nose, head sharply turning over its previous direction.
Yeah, there was also that. He wasn’t even accounting for how weird Levi had been for the past two hours. The boy had been on edge for sure, understandably so, but that had lasted only an hour, perhaps even less, what had followed had been something else entirely, he had been tense but in a freakish way, shoulders half dropped yet half rigid, a weird mix of relaxation and that infuriating military stance no kid should ever dawn on their shoulders. As if waiting for an order by his superior. A bizarre Frankenstein creation of sewn-together rigour, shyness and outright queasiness. Daan had been very engrossed by his quest for comfort but it had not prevented him from noticing the tensing and relaxing nerves dancing under Levi’s skin, not entirely. At any shake of the train Levi had stilled, stiffened or outright shivered as if dreading for the vehicle to screech into another halt, except this time the dread had looked more like anticipation and Daan doubted the vehicle mattered at all in this particular equation.
His hand itches to slither back into his pocket, the undeniable restlessness at the loss of contact with the edges of the packet a sharp reminder he was not as ancient as he felt, he was still nervous over frivolous things like a kid during show and tell. The hand flew over to his mouth instead, cupping over his lips and dragging out the rolled-up column of smoke.«Would you like to come with me?»The question pierced through the veil stillness it had been falling over the duo once again, sharp and quick, a jab at something Levi detaches himself from with a very sharp whinche. The train had stopped multiple times, at Alll-Mer knows how many grand stations and scrawny benches in the middle of nowhere but Levi had stayed put, as if waiting for the release order, still guarding his side like a good little soldier.Daan had wanted to ask him that thing too and surprisingly it had been way easier than the whole chocolate debacle.«Yes, sir.» Oh. No hesitation then. Daan softens his gaze, eye gently tracing the sweaty kid sitting stiffly beside him.«Very well, Levi. Let’s find a place to call home then.»
He had excused himself then, with a ruffle of the boy’s hair and a soft smile lingering at the other’s dusting of pink flush, «Just Daan, Levi, just Daan.» and with it went looking for the trolley lady.He had found her at the entrance of their wagon, now deserted except for the three of them, Daan had asked for a map and two coffees, unwise for him to spend even more money on yet another pack of cigarettes, he doubted the boy would have been able to pull his own weight for a while still. He had sat back down with a little oof and the squawk of leather dipping under his weight.«For you, love.» the pet name had slipped his lips like “mom” had once done while looking up into his preschool teacher’s eyes. The embarrassment had been the same too, Levi had skipped a beat hurrying his hands around the warm cup once back into motion and Daan had had to wait for his traveller companion to secure the hot beverage into his grasp before giving himself the privilege of looking away and curse his loose mouth over the slip.«Thanks, sir-.» He had stopped but not corrected himself. And Daan had simply hummed, too embarrassed to correct him.«Sugar?»«Yes, Sir?» head whipped toward him, eyes ready for an order, a request, a question. «Oh! Yes sir, thanks sir, sorry…» another layer of pink and vermillion falling over his face, like a soft dusting of bloody snow, while bruised arm had outstretched toward the little packet of sugar Daan had been offering.Another pet name, one he hadn't intended for, one met with open arms and not embarrassment nor uneasiness.
Levi had dumped three doses of sugar into his coffee, fingers shivering and nerves on the edge of his skin, and Daan hadn’t done anything other than stand by unable to do anything besides watching the incredibly unhealthy display of the worst case of a sweet tooth he had ever seen during his medic career.
Levi was an addict in active withdrawal, of course he had sweet cravings, and Daan felt stupid as a doctor to have thought otherwise.«I have something for you.» The brunette had shifted his gaze upwards, over the edge of his cup, steam fuming in sensual swirls over his steal gaze. Gunpowder and lead. The doctor had shifted into his seat, leaning over the -ex- soldier’s personal space closing his digit over the rim of the cup in his clutch.Levi lets him have it, eyes big and wide, like a deer.Daan puts it down on the table in between their seats and the empty ones facing them asking himself for a second why had he chosen the seat beside the boy when boarding the train for the last time, the question turning to ashes as the other fluttered black lashes over the clear colour of his slanted eyes. «Close your eyes and give me your hands.»As obedient as always, Levi does, completely trusting and Daan lets the square packet slip into his waiting palms.«Open them.» Another order, sure he wouldn't do it otherwise.
Levi had peaked into the cups of his hands as soon as the first letter of the phrase had left Daan’s mouth, eyes squinted as if trying to be sneaky. He had watched the object with bubbling curiosity but stayed silent for the entirety of the next few minutes, wrapping too bland to give him an idea of what was inside and steel resolve refraining him from tearing it open like Daniël had done and peaking inside it.«It’s chocolate, -he had explained, then tentatively.- dear.»
Levi’s eyes had flown over his face, sharp and incredulous, and Daan had simply smiled unsure of what else to do.Silence had stretched out of hand and right when Daan had thought Levi might just turn back to his previous line of sight and completely ignore his gift, too overwhelmed, the younger man had spoken.«I’ve never had chocolate, sir.» and Daan had heard the undoubtedly frail quality of the confession.«Then today seems like the perfect day to try it.»Levi had squirmed in his seat, eyes glossy as always «Sir, I could never-» he had begun, not even closing his fingers over the tinfoil as if scared of crimping the shiny wrapping.«At least a square, love. -he had cut him off.- Doctor’s order.»
He had thought of giving the ex-soldier some privacy, a weird need to accommodate but not the weirdest Daan had ever indulged in but just as he was about to urge Levi into obedience and perhaps excuse himself to “go talk to the conductor” Levi had moved, fast, not dizzyingly so but with a certain urgency in his movements that betrayed just how much excitement the prospective gave him.And Daan had sat right back where he had hovered over the previous second, leather dipping and back leaning into the backrest of the couches to truly take in the sight unfurling in front of him, legs pointed to the boy siding him and face resting on two fingers.
The boy had never truly been good at resisting temptation, the inside of his arms a long list of every time he didn’t and yet somehow he had also been surprisingly good at following orders. Eyes big and brows knitted in looking for praise, the next order, anything that would have him know he had done good. That he was, despite the holes, despite the ghosts, despite the tremors, good.
The ex-bohemian soldier had opened the package with stammering hands, without crinkling the paper still, a reverence to the object Daan had scoffed at with soft fondness and the snuffing of his cigarette in the ashtray.By the time the first bite had been well chewed through Levi’s face had come to sport at least five different emotions in slow succession during the entire ordeal, «It’s bitter, a little.» he had finally declared, perhaps disappointed, more probably surprised.Daan had nodded, eye closing and hand fishing in his checkered pants for the pack of cigarettes.«It is, that one is 60 per cent dark chocolate if I’m not wrong, not the sweetest of the bunch, do you like it?»Levi had nodded absentmindedly throughout his explanation, hand diving back into the packet and popping another square of sugary treats into his mouth. His chewing had frozen mid motion, hand stilling in between his mouth and the air.And Daan had laughed, truly laughed, more than simply pleased with his companion's actions.«I’ll take it as a yes, love. Keep going, it’s yours.»And Daan had felt good, hopeful, no more alone. And life had looked possible under the soft flickering light of the train.
...Levi on the other hand… It’s not nice to say he had misinterpreted the whole situation entirely, but he had done exactly so.Let’s be honest Daan had not been inconspicuous in his mannerisms, from the rustling sound of clothes behind the ex-soldier all the way through the very first moment the two of them had met.As withdrawal had slowly cleared from his feverish mind and slowly but surely his common sense had downed on him Levi had noticed Daan had reeked of trouble.A stranger handing out heroine without being asked to, a well-practised smuggler if not worse. Then Daan had introduced himself as Daniël a fancy name with unnecessary punctuation over letters Levi had never seen being punctuated, and even more importantly: a doctor.«Not a doctor, lo- -a sharp cough, a fake one followed by an even faker hem-. A medic actually,» Daan had interjected once Levi had bobbed his head in understanding. «from the front.»And if that hadn’t bagged Levi his personality did.Skittish wariness had been smoothed down by the new figment of knowledge like fur on the back of a cornered animal, enough for Levi to grow fond of the doctor before catching once again glimpses of the true oddity that still clung over every movement Daniël ever made. A trap possibly, one he had fallen for shoes and all. Daniël had grown on him like ivy over a derelict house with his incessant chatting and quick tongue, he had climbed his way into his affection by piling words, sly remarks and slipped pet names, the thick accent a soothing balm that had blended his ever bold assertion with irresistible charm. It is no surprise to anyone that Levi had not resisted said charm.
And gods Levi had fallen, hard, and tumbling down the stairs of new tenderness unable to even comprehend the extent of his own affection he had lost track of where gratitude had ended and devotion had started.
It had probably happened somewhere in between the dark thoughts of using that eyepatch as target for his rifle —as hungry eyes had followed noble hands in the slick movement of pocketing a syringe of that sweet sweet release from reality he kept craving- and taking a rusty slash to the chest for the only, intrusive, thought of “better me than him. Never him.”Something had definitely shifted. But as new and unnerving as the notion was, strangely, that had not frightened him, only spun him further and further into a path he didn’t know yet would have led him to obsession.
Then mourning had gone stale on him, and the man sat beside him had piqued his interest.Daan had been sitting beside him from the very first shake the train had taken, screeching wheels battling age and disuse as the horrible scenery outside the windows had started to change. Not in front of him, not a couple of seats before or after, right beside him, as stretching silence had filled the empty car.
Daan had looked tired, exhausted with a crimped cigarette dangling from his smudged-out lips. Black maquillage had clung to his chapped lips as he had smoked the first cigarette in silence, without asking —as Levi feared- out of uneasiness in the deafening silence, if he could. Levi had hugged his rifle, constraining himself from calling to his body his own legs hugging like a toddler with all four of his limbs his only lifeline in the world.
But the man beside him had kept smoking, each puff the certainty Levi was not the only fortunate enough to have been able to escape certain death, survivor’s guilt kept at bay by each tired exhale.
Then the rustling had started and if he had cared little about his dead past before he had cared nothing then.
Daan —Daniël- had kept a hand in his pocket even when sat, surely an uncomfortable position Levi had thought, although cool and nonchalant, but the main focus -for him at least- was not the awkward pose, it was the rustling.Levi had sharpened his senses, eyes flying to the older man’s faded reflection on the glass. He was most definitely looking at him, focused eye and that piercing gaze he had seen on Daan’s visage almost exclusively during taxing battles. And the rustling of clothes.Levi had squirmed on his seat breathing getting inexplicably ragged and for two hours Levi had spent every ounce of his attention on his travelling companion and his sporadic and sparse movements.
Two hours during which the terror he had felt feeling those types of “dispositions” at his military settlement, adolescence waiting for no one, had dissipated into something of the same vineyard but much, much richer. Want.It had stunned him, the rapidity -call it rapidity, two hours of thought maceration- with which he had felt at ease in the knowledge he had liked Daan since the very beginning.
And then Daan had called for him, had retraced polite mannerisms and asked if he minded if he smoked as if Levi wouldn’t have wanted to wrap himself in that rich scent that had smelled of Daan exquisitely. And Levi had agreed, because of course, and then he had peeked because of course and then he had regretted it because he had been caught, and then he had warmed up on his cheeks like the teen he hadn’t been for a very long time.
And then Daan had asked him to come with him and Levi had not cared if he meant to the bathroom for a quicky or to a shared future for the remaining of their life. He had not cared at all.
Surprisingly it had been the future, and Daan had called him love and bought him coffee and he had been mortified when it had been chocolate, when he had tasted the melted edges stuck to tinfoil wrap where nervous fingers had mapped their perimeter. He had felt mortified but the want had not quenched itself and at the second piece of chocolate, as Daan's laugh had warmed the wagon with the intensity of a meteor even mortification had faded, bittersweet feelings worming their way into his brain, as surprising as the new flavour sinking in his tongue.Bitter. Sweet. Daan’s laughter.
They had departed the train at the very edge of the Rondon Kingdom after a full dozen hours of travel.Levi holds his rifle pointed downward, wrapped neatly in a tattered cloth permeated of gunpowder and the burnt smell of fire, it doesn't smell of Daan, a completely different quality of burnt and charred.A quality that makes him gag and scrunches his nose.
...People look at them weirdly, Daan cannot fault them, he can only begin to imagine how they look: Him still splattered in blood, his companion a toy soldier armed to the teeth.«Lower the gun, love; you cannot wield it at a station.»«I’m not wielding it, sir.»In public the title had made him feel even worse, skin crawling in a weird sensation of undeniable inappropriateness. He had not deserved that title, not by a long shot, not when he had used it in wildly different contexts and with a wildly different plethora of people, «I know,» Daan had begun, smoothing palms caked with blood on the unimpressively plain coveralls of the boy, a casual way of getting closer, closer enough to reassure him to the point of lowering his gun, his only defence in a hostile world, «but be a dear and disarm it anyhow, please.»The orphan had scrunched his brows, definitely way more comfortable with orders than with pleads. Nonetheless the soldier had done what the doctor had asked, the gun had been lowered and anxious passersby had looked if not relaxed at least less tense than before.
And by that point Daan had foreseen a tiring week, perhaps a tiring month or two if Levi had demonstrated himself a tough nut to crack —old habits dying screaming, what he hadn’t foreseen however was how different existing with Levi by his side would have been. The kid had started by walking a couple of steps behind him; like a bodyguard Daan didn’t know how much he owned to nor when he had had them employed, rifle loaded, a 10-round strip out on display, not yet ready to be fired but a snap of his wrist away from being it; Daan had rubbed a finger over his eye, pinching the bridge of his nose and simply listening to the shuffling of tattered shoes right behind him, problems piling over each other far quicker than how Daan can solve them.
The plan had been simple in his head: he had needed to get Levi out of his flashy uniform that had made him stick out like a sore thumb, and into something comfortable; possibly into something that would have allowed him a wide range of movements, most certainly into a new pair of shoes; old ones practically dragging bits and pieces of rubber onto the pavements.
The little clothes shop had been exactly what they had needed, then the price tags had dawned on Daan, and the plan had shifted from needing to get the both of them out of their ratty clothes into needing to get Levi out of his overalls and himself into a 24/7 dry cleaner.
Levi had looked at him with metaphorical flat ears in his stylish new clothes, crimped shirt and serious pants slightly loose on his lean figure. He had looked like a boy dressed up for church, sitting on the rustling washing machine as Daan had stood in his suspenders and underwear, newspaper opened on a random page, cigarette pinched in between his teeth, and washing machine tumbling underneath his elbow and the ex-soldier’s skinny ass. Levi had looked at him with eyes as big and glossy as the reflection of the trickster god in a lake, a gaze Daan had done his best to ignore as he had done before with the holy part of that specific picture, too painfully raw to sustain; this one the look of a beaten puppy the kid had kept giving him all the way from the register of the clothes shop to the flickering atmosphere of the dry cleaner.
Levi had looked at Daan as if he had held the key to his future in his right hand and as if, for some unknown reason to the doctor, he had been very, very mad at the boy soldier.
He hadn’t been, Daan had not been mad at Levi once the entire time they had known each other although “the entire time” had only meant four days total.
The puppy-dog eyes had not lasted much after the first cycle of rustling clothes and stubbornly dry blood though, only a couple more minutes, enough to push Daan over the edge of his own resolve, cupping the boy’s head and doing what one does to a beaten puppy and scratching the very soft part behind the boy’s ear, in what in his head had been reassurance.
Then they had found a hotel and Daan had kept the charm up with the receptionist until the door of the bedroom he had haggled for had not shut behind them, collapsing into his bed without even disrobing, and Levi had been nothing more than a lovely memory fading away in the peeling wallpaper made out of flowers and sickly pale negative spaces.

Things to remember while renting HD LED TV
Introduction
In today's dynamic world, where entertainment and information are seamlessly integrated into our lives, having the right technology can make all the difference. Whether you're hosting a movie night with friends, organizing a corporate event, or conducting a training session, the quality of your display can significantly impact the overall experience. This is where a HD LED TV on rent  can prove to be a game-changer. In this comprehensive guide, we'll delve into the essential factors to consider when renting an HD LED TV to ensure you make the most informed decision possible.
Tumblr media
1. Understanding Your Requirements
Before diving into the rental process, it's crucial to assess your needs thoroughly. Consider the purpose for which you're renting the TV. Are you planning a backyard movie night, a business presentation, or perhaps a gaming tournament? The intended use will help determine the size, resolution, and features you require. Additionally, take into account the size of the room or venue where the TV will be used to ensure an optimal viewing experience for your audience.
2. Reviewing Rental Terms and Conditions
Once you've identified your requirements, it's time to explore rental options. Start by researching reputable rental services in your area and carefully review their terms and conditions. Pay close attention to details such as rental duration, payment terms, and any additional charges or fees. It's essential to have a clear understanding of the rental agreement to avoid any surprises later on. Be sure to inquire about policies regarding damages, late fees, and cancellation to avoid any potential misunderstandings.
3. Ensuring Quality
When it comes to renting an HD LED TV, quality is paramount. You want to ensure that the TV you rent delivers crisp, clear images and vibrant colors. Look for rental services that offer high-definition (HD) LED TVs from trusted brands known for their reliability and performance. Check the specifications of the TV, including resolution, refresh rate, and screen size, to ensure it meets your requirements. Investing in a quality TV will enhance the overall viewing experience and leave a lasting impression on your audience.
4. Checking Accessories and Connectivity Options
In addition to the TV itself, consider the accessories and connectivity options that come with the rental. Ensure that the rental package includes essential accessories such as a remote control, cables, and stands. It's also important to verify that the TV has a variety of connectivity options, including HDMI, USB, and Wi-Fi, to easily connect external devices such as laptops, gaming consoles, or streaming devices. Having versatile connectivity options will allow you to customize your setup and seamlessly integrate various media sources.
5. Installation and Setup Assistance
Setting up and installing an HD LED TV properly can be a daunting task, especially if you're not familiar with the process. When renting a TV, inquire whether the rental service provides installation and setup assistance. Many rental services offer professional installation services to ensure that the TV is properly mounted or placed for optimal viewing. Taking advantage of these services can save you time and effort while ensuring that your TV is set up correctly from the get-go.
6. Testing Before Renting
Before finalizing your rental agreement, it's essential to test the TV to ensure that it meets your expectations. Request a demonstration or test of the TV to evaluate its performance firsthand. Check for any defects, dead pixels, or technical issues that may affect the viewing experience. Pay attention to factors such as color accuracy, brightness, and contrast to ensure that the TV delivers the quality you desire. Testing the TV before renting will give you peace of mind and help avoid any potential issues down the line.
7. Assessing Customer Support
In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues during your rental period, having access to reliable customer support is crucial. Choose a rental service that offers responsive customer support and assistance. Ensure that there is a dedicated support team available to address any technical issues or troubleshooting needs promptly. Read reviews and testimonials from past customers to gauge the quality of customer support offered by the rental service. Opting for a rental service with excellent customer support will provide added reassurance and peace of mind throughout your rental experience.
8. Familiarizing Yourself with Return Policies
Before returning the rented TV, familiarize yourself with the rental service's return policies. Understand the procedure for returning the TV and any specific requirements regarding its condition. Be aware of any charges or fees associated with late returns, damages, or missing accessories. It's essential to adhere to the return policies outlined in the rental agreement to avoid any additional charges or penalties. Clear communication and transparency regarding return policies will ensure a smooth and hassle-free rental experience for both parties involved.

[18+] Undisclosed Desires - Miya Atsumu x Fem!Reader
[She/Her pronouns used for the reader, no physical description; Everyone +18]
Words : 9480
Archive of our own
Tags : Frennemies to lovers / Cunnilungus / Drinking / Partying / Fluff / Wholesome / Hickies/ Oral sex / Vaginal sex / Blow jobs
If you think I should add some tags, tell me!
Summary : Pulling an all-nighter with Atsumu leads to both of you realising you've been wanting one another for far too long or...
“Tell me you don’t like me, and I’ll stop flirting,” He said. Without thinking, I snorted in surprise, “That’s not a question, maybe you should check the definition in the dictionary-“ “Just say you don’t like me, so that we’re clear and I’ll stop, it’s simple, you like simple right?" [Continuation of Define Hate]
---
A date night? Was this a date night? No, that would be weird. Just… two newly-friends, hanging out together because their drunk, chaotic, friends were out and about without giving any news. Nothing more, because Miya Atsumu being handsome shouldn’t make a difference to the type of hanging out that was happening, right? Yes. I’m right. Hope he doesn’t think it’s a date. It’d be flattering though…
Throwing him a glance, I watched carefully as he grabbed the order from the person at the drive-through, thanking them. I don’t know why he had removed his jacket the moment he got in the car, but right now he was just flexing his muscles and I couldn’t care less. No matter how good it looked. I didn’t care.
“What, do you need something else?” He asked, catching me off guard.
Catching myself, I quirked a brow, knowing he was talking about my insistent look, but I played it off “Are you sure there’s everything?” I asked, nodding at the order bag in his hands. His reply was to drop the burning paper bag on my lap, grinning, then saying “Check if you’re so worried, but have a little faith in the people,” “Faith has nothing to do with this, it's late and I’d understand if they forgot something that’s all.” I shrugged, checking that everything was in there.
“Right, right, what’s the report chief?” He did ask, but before I could reply he had started driving off. I rolled my eyes and closed the bag, “All good, Atsumu. Let’s go back to your place so we can eat that,“ He nodded but I continued, smirking mischievously. “Actually… I could start eating now, I’m not the one driving,” I purposely made more noise when I opened the bag, earning a complaint from the player as he slapped my hand off the package. “No! Not in my car! That- that is not fair! You don’t get to torture me with the smell when I’m driving, come on,”
Chuckling, I pushed his hand away. He was gripping the bag closed and did not seem willing to let go. “I promise I’m not going to eat in your car, you can let go,” I said, trying to pry his hand open, but he was not budging. “Right, I’d let go but it’s kind of cute seeing you struggling, so I don’t know,” He trailed off, this time he was the one in the mischievous mood as he threw me a side glance. I felt my cheeks getting slightly warmer but ignored it. “So that’s what it’s all about, ah well. Hold the bag then, it saves me from doing it.” I shrugged, stopping everything and looking out the window.
“That’s not fun!! You’re not fun, you should try harder, make this-“ “I’m sorry, was I supposed to entertain you?” He let go with a long sigh, focusing back on the road. Both his hands on the steering wheel, a pout adorning his features. I was never going to admit that he was kind of cute like that, and if he asked anything with that face, I might just let him do anything. What? No, the man is just handsome. That’s it, good for him.
“I’ll find something that ticks you off, one day.” I heard him say. It earned him a very confused look from me as I faced him fully, now. He didn’t add to that until he was finally parked in front of a building and the car was off. “I mean, you’re always composed and all, like Omi-Omi actually! His thing is like, germs, and well… Me, but in a good way, you know? But you…” He squinted his eyes, pursing his lips as he made a thinking face. “I’ll find out soon enough,”
Grabbing the bag, I unbuckled the seatbelt and opened the door, “Yeah… Sure, have fun? I hope you’ll be successful in your-“ I waved vaguely at him, “Whatever this is,”
Laughing loudly, he got out of the car too, the jingle of his keys stopping suddenly when he dropped them on the ground after having swung them around his finger. Swearing under his breath, he grabbed them from the ground, then lead us inside, to his place.
We had to climb a flew flights of stairs, and when we arrived, he ushered me inside. “Go, go, the table’s right there, we’re eating this while it’s warm,” He said quickly as he locked the door behind us. He slipped off his shoes easily, so I handed him the bag before struggling a bit more with mine as I tried to stay balanced. Once I had slipped them off, I let out a sigh of relief when I finally freed. I always loved walking around in socks, I loved the muffled sound it made on the ground.
Looking back up, I took a bit of time looking around and taking in the display of the room. It wasn’t as small as I thought it’d be, but it was clearly a one-person apartment. Surprisingly, he hadn’t lied when he said the place was clean, the worse I could find was an empty bowl and a mug on the counter. Probably from this morning.
“It’s a nice place-“ “I actually cleaned it in case I brought someone back from the party, you know…” to fuck, was the underlying statement. I hated the way my stomach churned when he said, it was stupid. Instead, I laughed. “Did I perhaps ruin some plan of yours?”
“I mean, I brought you home, did I not?” I was confused upon seeing his expression. It seemed serious, darker… Less cute, sultrier. But it quickly dissipated at my lack of answer, or perhaps my face did all the talking. He suddenly laughed as he handed me my food and placed his in front of him, the drinks too. “I’m kidding! I mean, I did bring you home, but we’re going to pull an all-nighter and have fun, right?”
“Sure, if you think you call that fun to be worried about that idiot Bokuto- who even forgets their phone? I just-“ I threw my hands in the air, sighing. “A moron,”
“You really are worried, but he’ll be fine!” Atsumu took a large bite of his burger, but that didn’t stop him from talking, mouth full. “If we don’t get a call from Shoyo or Kuroo, then it’ll be the police because they arrested him, but they’re not gonna die or anything.” I think he understood how it did not help at all by the way I paused mid-way bringing the food to my mouth.
He slammed his hand on the table, hurriedly justifying, “I’m saying that because it happened once, but they’ll be fine! Trust me, if anything they might just be passed out on a parking lot- like, at worse.” “I think I don’t really feel reassured, and I’ll just bear through my worry. Nice try though, Miya, thanks for the food,” I nodded before starting eating.
The blond seemed dejected from failing in cheering me up, and for some reason I couldn’t bear seeing that silly face of him without a smile. Every time I’d seen him, he was grinning widely at whatever his teammates were telling him, now it felt uncanny to see him sad.
So, I bumped my foot against his, I had nothing to say that’d make him smile, so I changed topic, “Do you like the food?” This was bad. And if I knew that, he did too. A small smile drew itself on his lips, it slowly but surely grew, no answer from the man just yet. When he did, he threw his head back, “That’s your way of cheering me up? You’re bad at this!” He laughed.
Feeling my cheeks flush in embarrassment, I rolled my eyes and focused on my own food. “I wasn’t trying to cheer you up, I was simply asking a question,” I quickly looked up at the blond when he hooked his foot with mine, under the table, “Come on, I’m kidding-“ “Stop that, oh god it’s gross-“ I interrupted him when he tried to tickle my foot with his, our socks rubbing against one another in a way I did not like one bit.
“Does that mean you’re ticklish?!” He quickly looked under the table, trying to grab my foot but I stood up faster than he reached for it. Food in hand, I stood behind my chair with a deadpanned expression, “You’re a man child, I don’t have enough words to express how exhausting you’re going to be,” I scoffed as I continued eating, earning a frown from Atsumu. He shoved the rest of his burger in his mouth, without saying much. In awe, I gauged the speed at which he chewed that shit and swallowed it. For a second, I’d even say he gobbled it down instead of eating it.
“You’re not fun,” He huffed, opening another box. “Once again, I had no plan of entertaining you for the evening, Atsumu,” His answer was to throw a chicken nugget my way, it hit the table with a terrifying silence when I looked up at him with as much disdain possible. “Tell me you didn’t just throw me a chicken nugget,” I trailed off, sauntering closer to the table, grabbing the nugget with tip of fingers I was going to put it back in the box when Atsumu opened his mouth wide.
Pointing at his mouth, he tilted his head backwards, “Here,” was what he said, although it sounded unarticulated with his mouth open like that. I had to do a double take at the man’s request, “Why did you even think I’d consider that, after you launched that shit at me? Feed yourself on your own,” While I did try to keep the contempt on my face, I quickly turned around when I let a short smile slip when he took it from my hand and ate it quickly.
A fucking dog, that’s what he was. “So that means, if I hadn’t thrown it at you… You’d have considered it!!” Sitting back down, I put my hand in front of me to stop him, “That’s definitely not what I said,” although it was right. “Oh you said it, you did!”
Sighing, I finished my food without answering him. When I leaned over the table to take the empty bag next to Atsumu, I saw him handing me a chicken nugget, “An offering for forgiveness,” He said. “No thank you-“ “Come on, I’m full, if you don’t take it, it’ll go to the trash, come on,” He dragged his words in a pleading manner. It’s with a roll of eyes that I was about to take it from his hand, breathing out a “Sure,” but he shoved it in my mouth before I could take it, a manic grin on his face.
Through gritted teeth, I said, “I’ll bite your fingers off,” he quickly let go, his eyes never leaving me as I ate it, nonetheless, throwing him a side glance. Without losing more time, I grabbed the trash from the table. I was left standing in the middle of the kitchen when I turned around and looked at Atsumu a bit lost. He was leaning on the back of the chair, his elbow supporting his head as he looked at me with a smirk.
“Yes?” He inquired in a sing-song voice, knowing full well what I needed. I ignored his attitude and nodded at him, “Where’s the trash?” I know I could have the opportunity to make a joke about him, being the trash, but we were not on fighting terms anymore. And he was not a trashy man… Yet.
Pointing at me with his hand extended in front of him, palm up, he said, “In your hand-“ “-can, the trash can, the bin, the little box for the trash, I knew you’d be a little shit even with the simplest thing,” I rolled my eyes before turning around and putting everything on the counter. When I looked back, Atsumu was right behind me. Startled, I snuck under his arm and moved away from him, frowning. “What’re you doing Miya?”
“Chill, relax, I was going to throw everything away,” He opened the cabinet closer to the ground and pointed at the trash, “There,” then did as he said he would. For a moment I felt bad at my sudden reaction, but I also was aware that the man could come up behind and surprise me. May it be by tickling, as he tried earlier, or maybe poking my side. And I was not in the mood for either of those.
Humming, I kept an eye on him. Not only because I didn’t know what to do now that we had eaten, but also because part of me enjoyed the view of him as he reached for a glass in the pantry. His black shirt lifting ever so lightly, the side of his hip peeking from under the fabric. The tightness of the sleeves around his biceps, I never realized how defined his muscles were. Then again, it came with being a pro volleyball player, and it wasn’t uncommon. He wasn’t special, just annoying. “Ground control to major killjoy,”
Blinking out of my daydream, I met his eyes and noticed he was handing me a beer. I took it without much thinking, but didn’t move, “You good? Do you need me to open it or something?” He asked as he brought the glass bottle to his mouth, ready to uncap it with his teeth. I quickly took his from his hand and went on a scavenging hunt to find a bottle-opener. “You send goosebumps down my spine with that stupidity, do you often uncap bottles with your teeth?- No, actually, I don’t want to know,” Opening them, I handed him his with a sigh.
“Come on, it’s a cool party trick! I can also do that thing where-“ He pulled the side of his mouth in a wide smile and stuck his tongue out, making it look a lot longer than it was. For some reason, part of me found it kind of lewd, the way he moved his tongue up and down, his back teeth showing. A party trick wouldn’t be what I’d call it, he looked like an idiot doing it, but a pretty one. “Right, a party trick. It makes one wonder if there is one thing that mouth can’t do, right?” I quickly regretted it when he stopped his silly display and looked at me with raised brows and a huge smile.
“Oh, it can do a lot more, are you curious?” He brought the bottle to his mouth and twirled his tongue around the tip, his eyes never leaving mine. I clenched my jaw and forced myself to look away, hating the way he was getting to me. Only hours ago, he was hating me, and right now the animosity was completely gone, and the man was feeling a lot more confident being flirtatious than spurring complete bullshit about me. “You don’t know how strongly I wish to shove that bottle in your mouth,” I rolled my eyes, turning away from him and walking to the living-room.
I heard the muffled sound of his footsteps on the parquet as he hurried behind me, “You’d be surprised by what’d happen, for your info I don’t have a gag reflex,”
Turning around, I quirked a brow, “Ok? Good for you!” He pouted as I continued, “That doesn’t mean I want to watch you slut yourself out in front of me though,” For some reason it made him laugh. Walking in front of me, he disappeared in a room and returned with his laptop in hand. “Deep down I know you want me,” A huff escaped my lips with how convinced he was and how much energy he still had this late.
“If it keeps you going, sure!” That kind of banter was interesting, but I was curious of how far he would go with his words. Joining him in the living room, I sat down on the couch and watched him as he installed the computer on the low table. He had gotten changed and was now wearing shorts instead of the cargo pants he had at the party. Probably for comfort, although it did make his ass look good like that. I quickly shook the thought away when Atsumu dropped two blankets on the couch along some pillows, purposely throwing the pillows at my face.
I took a deep breath and threw him a serious glare. “Do you ever, not? Or are you constantly trying to start shit?” His reply was a huge grin at first. He wasn’t fully facing me, and even crouched in front of the table as he unlocked his laptop and started looking for the movie. While I did roll my eyes at his reaction, I did not mind much. It felt like the man needed a lot of attention and was not satisfied with my little to no reaction to every shit he had done.
“I don’t know, it’s fun. ‘Should have thrown it back at me,” He shrugged while settling down on the couch. He set his feet on the table, then threw the blanket on his legs. I had thrown mine over my shoulders and was sitting tailor-styled on the couch, cocooned. “Right, and with your great reflexes you’d have caught it and definitely not spilled the beer, right?”
“I play volleyball, of course I’d have caught it! Did you forget or something?” His eyes were wide open in confusion, he looked at me a bit longer while I felt like an idiot for forgetting in those few seconds. I bit the inside of my cheek, feeling my face heat up, “Just start the movie already,” I huffed, checking my phone to see if I had received any text or call from Kuroo or Bokuto. But there were none.
An annoyed sound escaped my throat when Atsumu pried my phone away from my hand and kept it away from me. I tried to get it from his hand, but he placed a hand on my stomach to keep me from leaning further in. After less than a minute I grunted, “You’re a child, give it back to me when you’re done checking if I have fun games for you to play with,” I winced at my own words, sensing I was more annoyed than I actually thought I was. Before he could reply, I played the movie and crossed my arms over my chest, focusing on the screen.
“Come on, I’m playing with ya,” He nudged my elbow, I looked at him from the corner of my eye but did not say anything.
“You named me by my full name in your contact list? That sucks, I’ll change it to something cooler-“ Before he could do anything, I snatched my phone out of his hand and locked it. I didn’t even look at his face when I dropped it back on my lap, but I could guess he was surprised and, or, frustrated. Knowing this, I felt like gloating but as much as I tried to hold back my proud smile, I felt the rictus on the corner of my lips.
I was glad to not hear anything from him, it meant I could enjoy the movie while he was pouting in his corner. The quiet was welcomed. Leaning forward to grab my beer from the table, I put my hand on my lap to hold my phone from falling down but didn’t feel it there. Looking down at my lap, it wasn’t there, nor on my sides, I started patting the couch and everywhere around me then I felt Atsumu grab my hand and put it on my phone that was now in his hand. “Looking for this?” He asked, a smug smile on his lips.
“You can’t do shit if it’s locked, so, hand it over,” I wrapped my fingers around my phone, and his fingers in the process. When I tried to grab it out of his grasp, Atsumu moved my hand and managed to get the camera opened. “Look at us, being friendly and stuff,” He pulled the phone up to take a selfie of both of us, wrapping his free hand around mine to stop me from going for my phone. Putting our clasped hands in front of him, he made sure we could see it on the screen and took a few photos.
When he was done, I pried his hand away from mine, “Are you done? The moment I’m alone, I am going to-“ “you’re going to put them as the background for your phone, or just really stare at it ‘cause you love me that much, I understand.”
“I’m going to delete them, more than anything,” I said with a smirk, loving the puppy look in his eyes when I said so. It did not last long, only seconds after he handed me my phone back and said, “You wouldn’t dare, we look too good for those to go to the trash,” He made sure to show them to me, but I only chuckled.
“I always look good, no need to show me,” I waved him off, focusing once more on the movie. What caught me off guard was the blonde’s reply, which was said in an almost genuine tone, “Yeah, you’re right, you’re always hot,” He did not add anything else. I would have expected a joke following it, or an addition saying that he was also hot, but nothing. Instead, he looked at the screen without a word. Seeing how relaxed he was, I probably got too much in my head when feeling like there was some tension between us. So, I took a few deep breaths and calmed my flushing cheeks.
Nothing much was said, so I made sure to comment here and there. Part of me felt like I couldn’t stay silent the entire time, knowing Atsumu like the movie. Or so I thought.
“Wait you’re telling me his name is Wall-E is an acronym for like, little trash worker? For real?” I said, confused. Then quickly added, “Here, if he’s collecting those trinkets that means it has sentimental value, right? That doesn’t make sense, he’s a robot, is he like sentient or something?” The moment I finished talking, Atsumu paused the movie and looked at me with a frown.
“You shouldn’t be allowed to watch kid’s movie, it’s for kids! There is nothing like, sentient or something, it’s just, a little robot trying his best, okay?”
“But it’s stupid, I mean sure it’s been programmed for that, but there isn’t anyone else on the planet, so he shouldn’t keep doing that shit, right?” I inquired, earning a loud sigh from the player who seemed more than exhausted by that question.
Putting both his hands in front of him, he started gesturing, “Hope’s what keeps him going right now, alright?” he un-paused the movie, and only seconds after, a little white robot appeared on screen, “And love! Look, he saw her, and he likes her, so he was right to be hopeful all that time,” I rolled my eyes and slumped deeper in the couch, my arms crossed as I mumbled, “It doesn’t make sense to make robots fall in love though,”
Atsumu made sure to sigh louder, more dramatically as we both turned silent once more. As the movie continued, he was the first one to speak again, “Tag yourself, you’re the violent rampaging robot and I’m just a little fella,”
“I’m not violent, you’re the one who punched a dude Atsumu, not me. You should remember that,” I told him, earning an ungraceful huff as he tried to find the proper words to express himself. I faced him with raised brows, waiting, then something hit me. I grabbed his right hand to take a look at this fist but let go the moment I held it, feeling like I shouldn’t be this familiar with him. He looked at me confused, I was fast to say, “I just realized we never checked your fist, and since the dude seemed to-“
I paused, feeling the intensity of Atsumu’s gaze on mine. For some reason, it wasn’t as light-hearted as seconds ago, which led me to believe I had done something I shouldn’t have. “But you’re a tough guy, and an adult, so you can take care of that yourself, right-“ I cleared my throat and continued watching the movie.
This time I was sure there was some tension between us. If I were to leave right now it would look weird, and I was the one who had made it all strange, which left me with the only option left: staying in an awkward silence, my heart beating faster in embarrassment. If it had been Bokuto, I would have led that idiot to the kitchen and took care of his bruising knuckles then got it over with; But here, I wasn’t nearly as friendly with Atsumu as I was with Bokuto, and yet it felt sort of comforting to be around him.
Perhaps because I knew he had proven himself to be reliable when I felt bad, or maybe I thought: he’s already seen me cry my eyes out, what’s left to see? Whichever it was, now it wasn’t as comfortable as before, my hands felt hot and cold at the same time. I brought the blanket closer around my form and paid attention to the story but was still tempted to look at the man on my right. Was he mad that I had stepped over his boundaries? Or annoyed to have invited me at his place out of pity, or perhaps even-
My train of thought was interrupted when I saw a hand enter my field of vision. I leaned back a bit to get away from it, then heard Atsumu say, “It’s gonna bruise, but it ain’t bleeding or anything,”
I hummed, reassured, breathing a weak “Ok, good,”
“I think it’ll heal faster if you kissed it better, though,” He said playfully. A relieved laugh escaped my mouth as I faced the man, there was a mischievous smile adorning his features. My eyes never left his. His left mine a few times to glance down and look around nervously. “I’m not doing that, it’s not going to change shit about the bruises,” Placing my hand on his extended one, I pushed it down and out of my sight. “Alright, then I’ll just,” He took the opportunity to thread his fingers with mine like before then proceeded to shut his mouth and look straight ahead.
I wanted to make a joke, telling him that Wall-E was not a horror movie and that if he felt the need to hold hands maybe he should watch a kid show. But I was too thrown off to do anything. I did not move, but after a few minutes, I felt like I had to speak. I wanted to ask him what he was doing… But deep down I craved the slightest touch and wanted to keep this going as long as he’ll allow it.
I squeezed his hand a moment, then put my elbow on the armrest and rested my head against my fist. We stayed like this, in silence, only chuckling here and there at what was happening on the screen, our hands still clasped on one another.
Around the end of the movie, I realized Atsumu’s grip wasn’t as tight as before, and he was reacting a lot less. Lazily turning my head to take a look at the blonde, I held back a laugh when I saw his head was resting on the back of the couch and his mouth was slightly open, the slightest snore escaping his mouth as he breathed in and out. “Of course, you’d fall asleep,” I whispered, letting go of his hand and grabbing a pillow that had fallen on the ground at some point to put it behind his head.
Nudging his shoulder, I tried to wake him up, but he only closed his mouth and made a throaty sound as he moved to get in a better position. His head started falling towards the side opposite of mine, I had to quickly grab his shoulders so that he wouldn’t fall entirely. I forced myself to focus and not enjoy the feeling of his muscles under my fingers as I pulled him towards my side more. The resistance of his weight soon changed when he simply laid down on the couch, I had to put the pillow rapidly on my lap and let out a ‘oof’ when his full weight was on my legs.
“I’ll throw you off the couch if you don’t wake up,” I whispered to the sleeping man on my thighs. Of course, I did not receive any answer, he was passed out after a whole day of practice and a party he probably did not feel like going to. I mean… even tired he is kind of cute… I thought, taking a good look at his features. I never took the time to observe the man, but he was the perfect definition. If not for the fit body, even if his hair was dyed it looked good, and while I’d never admit it out loud, his smile almost made me want to kiss him.
What?
I rapidly looked away from his sleeping form and pulled out my phone, focusing on something other than the pretty boy on my lap. Seeing as he clearly did not respect my personal space, I was not about to respect his. I rested my hands on his chest as I started scrolling on my phone, waiting for time to go by. I did not want to fall asleep and miss Bokuto’s call, even if I was slowly falling asleep with the warmth Atsumu brought, I had to stay up.
The movie had ended a good while back and started playing something I wasn’t paying attention to. The sound was so loud I was surprised it didn’t wake up the sleeping idiot, “You could get robbed you wouldn’t even wake up,” I remarked out loud, not expecting an answer but making myself chuckle, “Actually I could rob you and leave, but your stupid ass is too heavy for me to move,” I mumbled, sliding my hands under his back to try to lift him but quickly gave up.
“You’re lucky I don’t hate you or I’d be trying to wake your sorry ass, although it’s still very tempting right now,” I muttered the last part, glancing at how much space he was taking. My attention was brought to the man once again when I heard something coming from him, but he seemed fast asleep. Shaking my head, I returned to my phone, but stopped once again when I heard him mumble in his sleep. “You’re telling me even sleep doesn’t make you shut up? How am I even supposed to-“ I cut myself off when he mumbled something again, I brought my ear closer to his mouth, trying to decipher what he was saying.
My eyes widened when I heard what he said, “All bark, no bite” Before I had time to react, his hands were on my cheeks as he pulled my face closer to his, pressing his lips against mine. The angle didn’t make it comfortable, but I felt my heart speed up and my cheeks flare at the suddenness of his actions. I dropped my phone and was gripping his shirt with little force, more in the hopes to calm my surprise than to hold him down.
I found myself returning his kiss after a short delay of shock, the beer taste was strong, but I couldn’t care less. His kiss was sleepy and lazy, different than my clumsy one, and yet I was enjoying a lot more than I was willing to admit. Slowly coming to my sense, I pulled away when he tried to deepen the kiss. My lips were still hovering over his, but I didn’t look at him. “What was that for?” I breathed against his lips, wanting an explanation.
“You use a lot of words to say you don’t want me, but you haven’t kicked me off you yet,” He grinned proudly, a hand tucking a strand of hair behind my ear. I gripped it tight to stop him, but did not pull back yet, “You said you didn’t hate me, or you’d have pushed me off this couch, but I’m still here, a lot of words for nothing,” He trailed off, grazing his lips against mine, “All bark,” his teeth were now tugging at my bottom lip, “No bite,” He murmured before letting go and pecking my lips once more.
I pulled away with a huff, opening my mouth and closing it a few times, trying to find the words. All the words that came in my head were: little shit, sly bastard and arrogant prick, none of which were enough of a comeback to be said out loud. I looked off to the side, not saying anything yet, feeling the weight of his body leaving my lap as he sat up. My eyes followed each of his movement as he stretched, moaning how good it feels to take a short nap. “You didn’t sleep, how good of a nap can it be?” I asked rhetorically, aiming to avoid the topic of what had just happened.
After saying so, I tried to think of all that I had said when I thought he was asleep. From what I could remember, nothing incriminating had been said, it was a relief.
“I got to have my head on a pretty girl’s lap, I’d call this a win-“ “If you don’t go back to sleep, I’ll put you to sleep myself,” I spat, crossing my arms over my chest, not trusting myself to look at him just yet. The embarrassment from moments ago was still very present, even though Atsumu was completely unaware of it. “I thought we’d both agreed that you wouldn’t do that, that you were all talk,” He grinned then proceeded to uncross my arms and pull me towards him, I pulled back but faced him with raised brows, wordlessly asking him what he was doing. “Don’t know, waiting for you to do something about it,” He shrugged.
Sighing, I placed both of my hands on the couch to balance myself as I stood up, “There is nothing to do about anything, I’m going to wait in the kitchen,” I scoffed.
The twin laughed as he pulled me back to the couch, this time closer to him. I held his wrist tight to keep myself balanced and glared at him. “We just kissed, you can’t just leave, come on,” He tugged me closer, I had to hold onto his knees as I was now kneeling between his legs while he was stretching his legs on the couch. “Actually, I can. And I was about to do so,” I gave him a curt nod, trying to hide my blushing cheeks.
He did not take no for an answer and poked my side to get my attention, “I’ll let ya go if you answer two of my questions, alright?” He asked excitedly, his hands resting on my waist. It took all my will not to look down at his big hands on my body and push them anywhere but at this very spot.
Clearing my throat, I told him to go off. “Tell me you don’t find me attractive,” He said in all seriousness. Taken aback, I faced him quickly, “I’m sorry?” was what I asked.
“You heard me, tell me you don’t find me attractive,” He reiterated.
“That’s stupid, I literally told you earlier that you were cute, what’s your angle here?” The man seemed to be thinking, then made a sound at the realization that I had indeed said so earlier. He chuckled, his cheeks turning slightly redder than usual. “Right, I forgot that. I also find you cute,” “I didn’t ask, nor do I care,” I shrugged.
“Yeah? Then why are you all flustered and stuff? No, you know what? This is a lot funnier than making you angry! This is fun-“ “Just ask your second question so that I can go,” I cut him off, I felt my heart beat faster at his admittance but played it off. I didn’t care, right?
“Tell me you don’t like me, and I’ll stop flirting,” He said. Without thinking, I snorted in surprise, “That’s not a question, maybe you should check the definition in the dictionary-“ Clearly he did not want to waste time with my avoidance and pressed, his hands bringing me closer to him. I whispered, “Careful,” but didn’t think he heard me. “Just say you don’t like me, so that we’re clear and I’ll stop, it’s simple, you like simple right?” He smirked; The smug attitude was back tenfold.
“Do you have memory losses or something? I don’t hate you, I thought we had made that clear since we started over-“ “I don’t have time for those games, so,” He trailed off, this time he put more force into it as he pull me onto his lap and let his hands travel to the back of my thighs. I hated the ease at which at let him do as he pleased already, I wanted to, but I also didn’t want to see the satisfaction on his face when I’d give in. Bringing my hands on his, I held them on the spot. I don’t know why I was doing it when I so desperately craved for them to slide under my shirt.
His eyes traveled from my face to my stomach, then to my hands, smiling playfully when he saw how tightly I was gripping his. “Where’s the fun if you keep them in place, let go of my hands,” He said in a breathy tone. If I wasn’t already sitting, my knees would have been weak. While I did let go, I rolled my eyes and placed both my hands on his stomach. “I don’t need to hold them down, you’re also all bark no bite- actually, the reason you’re in such a good shape is because you keep running your mouth like that, for nothing,” I taunted, earning a smile at the corner of his lips as his hands slid under my shirt, his fingers brushing my skin very slowly.
I gasped silently, not expecting him to do that. The roughness of his skin against mine reminded me for that mere moment, when I had forgotten, that he was a pro player, which came with great strength in his arms… And hands for his serves. I shook the thought away. “Yeah? If you don’t like it, tell me to stop, tell me you don’t like me,” He taunted back, his hands crawling higher and higher on my stomach, grazing my sides ever so delicately.
The smile on his lips. The attitude that dripped off his arrogant person, his tongue brushing on his lips, the heat of his body between my legs. His thighs against mine… All of this made me more and more frustrated, I didn’t want to talk anymore, I didn’t hate him, it was true. But did I want to tell him I wanted him? “You’re very silent,” He was trying to provoke me, but I didn’t trust myself to speak. My fists tightened on his shirt, making it rise up on his stomach. A glimpse of his skin was shown but if I let my eyes linger there more than necessary, I’d succumb.
With his carefree tone, he said, “I’ll take it off if that’s what you want. I mean, you did find me cute since the day we met, you’re probably curious of what-“ Maybe I was more frustrated than I thought I was. Hearing his cockiness made me snap. Leaning over, I shut him up by pressing my lips against his quickly, followed by, “You keep talking and talking, it turns me on-“ His eyes widened, I was confused for a second and quickly corrected myself, “Ticks me off, it ticks me off, you’re annoying-“ “So that’s what ticks you off? Heard ya loud and clear,” He said enthusiastically.
Before I could say anything, he had taken his shirt off and was about to help me take mine off before I stopped him and gave him a warning look. When he was about to ask what was wrong, I held the hem of my shirt and threw him a side glance, “I’ll do it myself, I don’t trust your skills at anything,” I scoffed, throwing my shirt on the back of the couch and unzipping my pants. I stopped dead in my tracks when Atsumu’s eyes widened and felt like digging a hole to never come out of.
Getting off of him, I rushed my words, “Fuck, I read into this- forget whatever happened these past, whatever how long we’ve been at it, let’s just-“ “Oh we’re doing this, I was going for a heavy make-out but you clearly have something great in mind,” He chuckled, standing to take his shorts off. I couldn’t look him in the eyes, even though he said it was great idea. I felt like an idiot, “Flustered is a great look on you, but I think you’d look hotter without those pants,” I heard him say, very close to me.
Looking up to meet his gaze, I couldn’t help the smile that accompanied my scoff, the softness was quickly replaced by more ‘flattering’ words, “I mean, it does make your ass look good, but…” His hands trailed down to my zipper, tentatively pulling my pants down to grab my ass and bring me closer. I said his name in a warning tone, not stopping him, but holding his forearm to slow his adventurous hands from going further. “If you really wanna cover your ass, use my hands is what I’m saying,”
I snorted and pushed him down on the couch, still chuckling, falling down with him as he did not let go of my ass once. “Fuck you, that’s the worst dirty talking I’ve ever heard,” I told him playfully, letting my hands rest on his stomach as I set myself on his thighs at first. Atsumu was quick to pull me closer, right onto his growing bulge, “I’d say fuck me like you hate me, but I’m too sensitive for that,” He whispered half-jokingly, “And we’ve agreed there was no hate, so…” He brought my lips into a kiss that I returned with as much enthusiasm, this time letting him deepen it until we had to pull away to breathe.
“Right now, I want to make you lose your composure as you moan my name desperately,” He did not stutter, he did not play it off as a joke, no. He was assured, determined, and did not waste time. After letting those words hit me like a brick, he started attacking my neck, hands threading through my hair and pulling me to the side to get a better access. I held onto his shoulders at first but decided to no let him get anything out of me just yet.
“I think I can do that first,” I breathed as I pushed his mouth away from my neck and graze mine against it, my hands sliding lower on his body.
With the same cockiness he adorned daily, he brought me into a quick kiss and said with too much confidence, “All bark, no bite, let me do what I do best and get you riled up, while you enjoy it,” I laughed at that and pushed his head back, my hand under his chin as I kissed him down from his chin to his throat, to his chest to finally stop at his happy trail where I looked up at him with a smirk. “Careful what you wish for, and I hope for your sake that I don’t bite,” I threatened as I pulled down his boxers and grabbed his cock, giving it a few strokes.
I was surprised by how good Atsumu sounded with his throat tight, holding back his moans from the sudden touches I was giving him. His mouth was open, but he wasn’t letting everything out just yet. “Damn, don’t shut the fuck up, you’re so sexy…” I said mockingly, making him cover his mouth as I took his cock in my mouth and started sucking him off. Each time my tongue would brush his sensitive tip, a higher moan would escape his lips. His back was arched as he tried to meet my mouth to go deeper, but I held him down, my nails digging in his hips.
“Just like that baby- fuck fuck fuck,” He whined, a higher pitch in his tone. His hand threaded in my hair once more, I felt him push my head more on his cock and didn’t like his rapid take of control, I pulled his hand off my head and grazed my teeth on his length as I slid his cock out of my mouth and stopped everything. Saliva was dripping down my mouth and onto his tip as I looked at his frustrated frown, “Why did you stop?”
Brushing my thumb lazily on the base of his cock, I smirked, “Mmh? I thought you’d like teasing? I’m guessing it’s a lot less fun when you’re on the receiving end, but I’m enjoying this a lot-“ “Oh, oh, that’s- you…” His look darkened as a toothy grin made its way on his lips. He sat up and pulled me over his hips once again, I instinctively started grinding against his dick to get some friction, holding back noises of pleasure from the little I could get from it.
Atsumu’s fingers trailed to my chin, his thumb brushing over my lips, “Open your mouth,” He breathed softly. It caught me off guard, the tenderness in his voice, I did as he asked with a bit of hesitancy. “Good girl,” He tucked a strand of hair behind my ear before shoving some fabric in my mouth, from the colour I guessed it was his shirt. When I tried to take it out to complain, he pushed me down, pinning my hands over my head, his hips straddling me, “If you can’t even put your mouth to good use, you lose the privilege of using it entirely, simple right?”
“It’s my turn then,” He smiled as he removed my remaining clothes and left me bare under his form. He started by playing with my nipples, his mouth on one, while his hand took care of the other. When I tried to push him away to take back the control, he placed both my hands on his back and said, “Since you bite like a bitch, use your claws like one too, don’t feel shy-“ I did exactly that, elating a deep groan from the man who smiled giddily at my action. I tried to match it with a smirk but couldn’t do much with the item of clothing in my mouth.
He started kissing down my chest, my stomach, to finally let his tongue trail down between my legs. Once he was there, he paused and licked my clit then blew on it, then did it again. Licking, blowing, making me feel the cold sensation and along too little friction. He would sometimes get me going longer by sucking it, elating deep groans from me, I could feel my body heat up more and more, getting higher and higher on the feeling of pleasure he gave me. He kept my legs spread, stopping me from closing them on his head, his nails digging inside my skin. I kicked my heel in his back, getting his attention. “What, you don’t like my teasing?” I shook my head. “That’s not what those moans are saying baby, I’ll keep it up some more-“
We were both startled when we heard Atsumu’s phone ring, he told me to stay there and picked up the phone. When he put it on speaker, I understood it was also my business. “Tsum-Tsum? Your place ‘t’s the number… sixteen right? I- the key it’s not working Tsum-Tsum, can you let me in…” My heart jumped in my chest when I heard it was Bokuto and he was alive and well, there seemed to be some groaning in the back. Kuroo then took the phone, “They’re this close to passing out, your place was the closest, so we walked- didn’t sober them much, just open the door Miya,” He explained. On the phone we heard some knocking but not on Atsumu’s door.
“It’s not number 16 though, it’s 36, it’s two floors up dude,” I was surprised by how composed he was on the phone when only seconds ago he had his face between my legs- Fuck, they shouldn’t see what was about to happen. “For fuck’s sake, you’re making me carry them two more floors? At least come and help out,” Kuroo said over the phone, Shoyou’s voice in the background was weaker than Bokuto’s but just as sluggish. “You put yourself in this situation, I’m being nice enough to let you stay at my place. So, take your time but I’m not coming to help,” Atsumu said before hanging up.
When I was sure he had hung up, I gathered all my clothes and rushed to put them on. “Don’t tell them anything, if they ask why-“ “I’ll simply skip over the part where we gave head to one another, don’t worry,” He finished my sentence. I paused in my dressing and threw him a glare, “Don’t say it so casually-“ when I was about to put on my shirt, it was damp under my fingers. Taking a good look, I noticed there was a spilled bottle of beer on the ground. “Shit, shit, why did you throw it there, I had put it on the couch!” I exclaimed.
“I considered using your shirt as a gag, be grateful I used mine, look,” He pointed at his shirt. There were darker spots on the black shirt, but he still wore it. “Then get changed, and give me a shirt too,” He quirked a brow as if something was missing from my request.
Rolling my eyes, I softened my tone, “Please,”
Standing up, he finally finished dressing up and asked me to clean the beer from the ground. I hurried to the kitchen to get everything and wiped the puddle just in time for Atsumu to get back in the living room and hand it to me. I put it on in a hurry, struggling to find the hole for my head only to have him help me off-handedly. “How about you calm down? They’re our friends, I don’t think they’d say anything. Weren’t they the one asking us to get along? I think we got along just fine,” He said smugly, his hand tugging at his shirt on my form.
“Also, it was entertaining to see you trying to take the reins,” He whispered right next to my ear before nipping it, then pecking my lips. I didn’t let him go so soon and pulled him back for a deeper kiss, earning a surprised grunt from him before his hands found my ass once again. “I think we should let them in the corridor and finish what we started,” He said against my lips. And while the idea was tempting, I couldn’t do that.
I pulled away from him at the same time the jingle of keys was heard outside, followed by the unlocking of the door. “Alright, now you can come help me Miya?” I heard Kuroo. Atsumu scurried off, I made sure to free the space on the couch for the two drunk he was bringing in. I was surprised to see Bokuto walking on his own. Maybe walking was a strong word, swaying was more adequate.
His face lit up when he saw me and pulled me into a hug while Kuroo and Atsumu carried Hinata to the couch. “You’re here too!! I missed you, did you have fun tonight? Are you hungry? I’m hungry, we should eat, I’m so thirsty too-“ With his arm around my shoulders, he led me to the kitchen and started rummaging around. I sat at the table, chuckling at his drunken yet pretty woke state until he turned around slowly and pointed at me, half crouching as he walked towards me.
“You… here? Why’re you here?” Just when he asked that, Kuroo and Atsumu joined us. Unfortunately, Atsumu spoke faster than I did. “You made the girl worried Bok, we were going to pull an all-nighter waiting for you,” He explained, standing behind me, his hands on my shoulders. I pushed them off, telling him to get away from me.
“Aww, I thought you were finally going to stop hating each other,” Bokuto whined, pulling Kuroo closer to him as he leaned his head against his shoulder. I laughed at his reaction, “I don’t hate him,” I kind of like him, was my second thought but I kept it for myself. Bokuto mumbled some more, I couldn’t quite comprehend what was being said but what I did know was that Kuroo’s eyes weren’t leaving me. He was observing.
Calling my name in a questioning manner, the black-haired man asked, “What’s that on your neck?” I placed my hands on my neck to cover whatever it was, pulling my phone to use the camera as mirror, I felt my cheeks heat up when I noticed the hickeys left by Atsumu. I started stuttering, trying to find an excuse, which was all in vain when Atsumu all but spawned behind me once more, his hands on my shoulders. He let them fall to my front, slumping over me lazily as he sighed dramatically.
“Ah, guess the cat’s out of the bag,” He shrugged, looking at the two men in front of us. That’s all I could say from the little I could see, I think he may have mouthed something but wasn’t sure, then he pressed a kiss on one of the hickeys. This part was unnecessary, so I pushed his face away in panic. “Hey, hey! there was no hiding it, they were suspicious,” He told me apologetically. That tone quickly disappeared when he faced the two men once more, “We were having fun before you called, but there isn’t any hate here. Just some feistiness, but it’s all in good fun, right? We ain’t gonna fight like animals or anything,”
The two men nodded, a confused expression still on their face. Bokuto was falling asleep standing up, but Kuroo was still fully awake. “So, it’s like, all bark, no bite?” I nodded, at the same time Atsumu laughed as he grazed his lips to the shell of my ear, whispering without moving his lips much, “A bit of bite doesn’t hurt though,” I quickly stood up after that. No wanting to listen to any more of his teasing or innuendos. Pointing at Atsumu, I said, “I can’t deal with any more of this guy, I’ll go to sleep,”
The blond called out my name, “Come on it was good, don’t rush off like that,”
“I think you could use a muzzle, Atsumu Miya, that’ll keep your mouth shut,” I rolled my eyes, but it felt like a déjà vu. I had told him to shut his mouth way too many times already and had set myself up for what came next.
When I entered his bedroom, he closed the door behind us, “Then do something about it, kiss me, do it,”
And I did, if it brought me the quiet, I desperately needed and the warmth of his hands on my hips, then I’d do it over and over again. Now bathing in the darkness of the room, I felt safe telling him, “I don’t really want you to shut up, I like it when you talk, even if you talk a lot… But I still think your mouth could be put to better use…” Lifting me off the ground, the blond grunted, “You’ve read my mind,”
That led to a continuation of what we had earlier started.
I don’t believe our friends would remember much of what happened tonight, but I sure would. I never thought I would want a cocky, arrogant, impudent, little shit, to fuck me and yet, here I was.
My mind desired something that I’d been a fool to refuse, so I let myself succumb.

8. [8:24 pm]
The crowd was roaring and chaotic as you entered the gymnasium, clearly invested in the intense basketball game that was unfolding before their eyes. Your school was playing against a rival team to fight for a spot in the semi-finals, and it seemed like nearly the entire student body was packed into these four walls.
You weren’t much of a sports person, admittedly. In fact, sport was the only subject you consistently scored a C- in. But you were here to be supportive of your school’s efforts, and because your cousin-slash-rising basketball star, Jackson, talked you into watching his game.
Jackson treated you like his baby sister, despite the small age gap. Your mum and his mum were the closest of sisters, so it was only natural for the two of you to get along like true siblings. Petty fights over the remote controller, skipping school to get ice cream and even pranking your grandmother by swapping out mayonnaise for whitening toothpaste – whenever you were together, you were up to no good, but Jackson always made sure that you never got into real trouble. Being close to Jackson also meant spending lots of time with his six other best friends – the seven of them came in a package deal. You weren’t complaining though, you fit into their tight-knit group perfectly because of your genuine, playful personality that resembled Jackson’s.
Amongst the blur of whites and blues, your school colours, you managed to spot five figures seated near the front row, pumping their fists in the air enthusiastically. You wouldn’t have been able to tell them apart from the rest, if not for their light-coloured hair ranging from dark shades of brown to eye-catching blonde. You hurried over, hoping that they saved a spot for you.
“Y/N!” Yugyeom yelled in greeting, swooping in for a bear hug as though he hadn’t seen you in ages. That wasn’t true though, you had just sat through two excruciating hours of physics with him, but you returned his hug eagerly while greeting the rest of the boys.
“Hey, hands off the goods.” Bambam’s voice sounded loud and clear amongst the noisy cheers. He pushed Yugyeom away and encircled his fingers around your wrist, pulling you towards him. You were the closest to Bambam amongst the boys, excluding Jackson, mostly because you saw him nearly every single day, whether it be at your part-time job in the local café, or studying together during and after your classes, or helping out with the student council. Officially, there was nothing going on romantically between you, but recently you started to overanalyse his flirty actions and charming comments after spending one too many drunk nights with the gang.
“I’m a human being, Bam, not an inanimate object.” You side-eyed him in feigned annoyance, purposely ignoring his glances and rather focussing on catching up with the scoreboard. You squinted to catch the neon numbers, having misplaced your glasses sometime after study period in the library, but to no avail. Instead, you tried to follow your cousin and his teammate, Mark, as they whizzed around the court, chasing the orange ball.
“You know I was just kidding. Here,” Bambam tapped you lightly on your shoulder when he noticed you shifting your weight from one foot to the other in an attempt to soothe the effects of your five-hour shift. You glanced over your shoulders, questioning him with a raised brow. “Take my seat.”
You scoffed light-heartedly. “You need it more than me, it’s fine.” You pointed at his bandaged, sprained ankle, thoroughly amused by his choice of footwear: black fluffy slides. “You’re injured, I can’t take advantage of the handicapped.”
The crowd yelled in unison as your team scored another point, courtesy of your cousin. As he paraded around the court with glee, slapping the arms and palms of his fellow teammates, Bambam guided you back towards him with his hands on your waist. “How about a compromise, since you’re such a considerate person? I know your feet is sore, just share the seat with me.”
You opened your mouth in protest. “But how-”
“Stop being stubborn and sit.” He instructed, spreading his legs and letting you sink into the space in between. “You’ve got a morning shift tomorrow; you need to rest your legs.” It wasn’t the first time you were in such close proximity with him, heck, the two of you woke up on the sofa next to each other after one of Jackson’s parties, but it was definitely the first time doing this sober. Bambam didn’t know where to place his hands and he was uncertain about how comfortable you were in this position.
You were taken aback by his actions, which were anything but subtle but also somewhat caring. You sat still, afraid to move as your mind raced at the intentions behind his actions. You wondered, is it normal for friends to sit like this?
“I have something for you.” Bambam spoke, his velvety voice sounding extremely close to your ears, causing your heartrate to speed up. He searched around his pockets before appearing at the edge of your vision with a cheeky smile. He pulled out your glasses from behind you and placed them on you. “So forgetful.” He chastised as he booped your nose.
“Where did you find this? I’ve been looking all over for it.” You took in your surroundings, now crystal clear, with a grateful smile.
Bambam shook his head, watching your excited expression with more interest than the basketball game behind you. It was like the two of you were in your own little bubble. “The librarian passed it to me when I went to return a book. You know, the older one with the purple sweater and tight bun?”
“She’s not that old, Bam.”
“Okay, the middle-aged lady. She told me to return it to you.” He corrected with a roll of his eyes. “She keeps thinking that we’re together or something.” Bambam muttered under his breath, his fingers distractedly playing with the hem of your shirt.
You blushed at that, having heard every word. It wasn’t the first time that people have mistaken you two for a couple, but this librarian was always calling you out on it. Whenever you and Bambam snickered at some funny meme or drew patterns on each other’s arms, she would always magically appear behind a bookshelf and warned you to keep a “one and a half metre distance away” from each other.
“Ew!” Yugyeom jeered towards your seated form. “Public displays of affection aren’t allowed on school grounds and students have to keep a one and a half meter distance from each other at all times!” He practically quoted the school’s rulebook to a tee.
“Yugyeom, leave them alone.” Jinyoung’s voice pierced through the noise as he reprimanded the youngest boy, coming to your rescue when he noticed Bambam falling silent. You made a mental note to treat him to coffee the next time he visited the café.
“Fine…” He huffed, sticking his tongue at Bambam.
When the others preoccupied themselves with the game once more, you risked a peek at the boy sitting behind you. Bambam looked almost bashful as he ran his fingers through his blonde hair, and you fought the sudden urge to feel the soft locks under your fingertips. “Listen, Y/N, I know this is a bit lame, but do you want to grab coffee with me tomorrow? At seven in the morning?”
Giggling, you felt your cheeks warm up. “Are you asking me out on a date?”
“Depends, do you want to go on a date with me?”
“We’re working tomorrow morning, Bam.” You gave him a playful shove.
“I know, I can pick you up at seven and drive us to work. You know, I make the meanest caramel macchiatos.”
“Well, I don’t know. They are my favourite.” You pretended to be deep in thought, purposefully delaying your answer. “I don’t think I trust your driving, though. You did sprain your ankle two days ago.”
“Hey! Don’t make fun of the wounded. That was my left ankle, thank you very much, and it’s nearly healed now. My right ankle is working just fine.”
You hummed, a teasing smile working its way onto your lips. “Okay then. But no accidents.”
“No accidents. I promise to take you there in one piece.” Bambam lifted his pinky and you hooked it with yours, sealing the promise.
//
True to his words, the blonde boy made you a caramel macchiato with a caramel heart on top of the foam, and sometime between the morning rush and the afternoon lunch hour; amidst the clinking of cups and the periodic hisses of the coffee machine, he asked you to be his girlfriend.

Woooaaaahhhhh Part 4!
After a very long hot shower (And the water here smelled different. Not bad just...different) Del was slightly less full of jumpy angry anxiety. She did as she was asked. She kept quiet about what happened, went with Aranea’s story, and kept herself from screaming at every person who she saw between the crownsguard station and the shower.
At least she had her own room. Right next to Prompto of course, in case he needed her. It was large, and had a lovely bed with soft blankets, and everything smelled like lavender. So at least she had this, she thought, as she wrapped herself in the very plush fancy towel and opened the door, walking into her room through a cloud of steam.
“P...Princess…”
“LOQI!” Del screamed, noticing the man standing right in the middle of her room. “What the FUCK are y- I AM NOT A PRINCESS!”
“This came for you, I only wanted to make sure it was delivered dire-”
“I’m naked, get out!”
“And I wanted to apologize for the trouble you experienced this afternoon. If I were there-”
“We’d be dead if you were there, now please, GET OUT!” She took the package from him and retreated back into the bathroom.
She waited for the sound of the door to open and close again, but it never came. She was going to amass a body count before this trip was over, she could just feel it.
“Lady Delphia. I wanted you to know...His Highness showed me the photos he took on the train. And, well, with both of you so close together...I don’t know why no one else seems to notice.”
And then there was that blessed door clicking sound.
Just breathe. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale! It’s easy. Just. Breathe.
She didn’t know which was worse: that Tumult was observant enough to see the obvious or that he was taking the completely wrong point from it.
She walked back into the sleeping area and, satisfied no perverted shitheads were hanging out, opened the package. It was exactly what she expected: the dress promised by Marigold. There was a small handwritten note on top of the blue, floral print dress.
‘You seem like the practical type. This one has pockets!’ She pulled out the dress which had a bit more flair to it than she would’ve liked. But the blue was pretty, and the floral print was subtle, and fuck if it didn’t indeed have pockets.
Del carefully got dressed, but found herself unable to really get that zipper up, and resigned herself to asking someone for their assistance. This was a palace. There were people here to do that. That was fine, right? Like, it was their job to pull the zippers up on idiot doctor’s dresses for them.
“Knock knock!” She heard a voice call from the door accompanied by an actual door knock.
“What is it, Aranea?” Del asked as the woman helped herself into the room anyway.
It appeared she also received her new dress. A very lovely, very glittery black gown that hugged all of her curves. Paired with matching opera length gloves, her hair tied back in a very elegant bun, and incredible chandelier earrings, Aranea looked like she belonged in this world. She looked beautiful.
She whistled. “Now that is more your style, Doc. Here, turn around.”
Del pulled her hair over her shoulder while Aranea zipped and clasped the dress. “A-line definitely works for you, especially with this sweetheart neckline. You look like an adorable college co-ed looking for the perfect Jimmy or Henry to dance three feet apart from and have you home by eight.”
“I really don't get you.” Del sighed. “Like, was that a compliment? Was it an insult? What-” She turned around, arms dropping heavily at her side. “Can you just say you think I look stupid?”
Aranea blinked, placing her hands on her hips. “Why would I say that? I think you look cute.”
Del immediately shot her eyes to the floor, crossing her arms in front of her chest.
“Hey. We went through some rough shit back there. And I know the last thing a grumpy introvert like you wants to do is get back out there and put herself on display. But I need every pair of eyes I can get tonight.” Aranea said before taking a lock of Del’s hair in her hand. “You weren’t seriously planning to go with wet hair, were you?”
“I-” Del grabbed her hair, hands clamping it all against her neck. “It’ll air dry. It’s fine.”
“Yeah, I’ve seen how your hair looks normally. Come on, Lemon Tart, let’s have a few minutes of girl time.” Aranea took her by the hand and led her out of her room, down the hall, and into her own. Del let her, reluctantly.
And that’s how she found herself sitting in the other woman’s bathroom, letting her meaneuver her hair into a braid and put some weird smelling lotion on her face.
“Alright, what color do you usually wear?” She asked, opening a small bag packed full of cosmetics.
“I...I don’t kno-...I don’t wear makeup and frankly I think it looks...really stupid. On me. It looks bad-”
“You’ve never had someone who knows what she’s doing before. Here.” She fished out a few small bottles and brushes and placed her ungloved hand gently under Del’s chin. “This will make those green eyes pop.”
Del closed her eyes and hoped this would be over quickly. She hated makeup. She hated jewelry. She hated putting things in her hair. She hated anything that caused the act of getting ready to take longer than absolutely necessary.
But there was something so...gentle about the way Aranea ran that brush over her eyelids. The absolute trust she had to put in her when she applied that liquid eyeliner, and the blush. She rubbed it in with her thumb and it felt...intimate. Weirdly, comfortably intimate.
“Alright, now the final touch. Too much red would flush your skin, so let’s do something a little more pink.”
She placed a small brush into a glass container and started to slowly, purposely paint Del’s lips. Finally, she placed everything back in the bag and grabbed a hand mirror.
“Look at you, you’re going to have those Lucian boys flocking to your side.”
“I can’t think of a worse scenario.” Del sighed. But damn...she did look kinda hot. Aranea was right, she just needed someone who knew what the fuck they were doing.
“Let me put this into a better perspective. We both need to be attracting attention in there. The Marshal assured me they were taking the highest precautions at this thing, and I believe he believes that. But we need to have our own guards up. So while we’ve got all eyes on us, our eyes are on Shortcake.”
Del frowned. “So we’re...drawing the focus away from him?”
“Less people hanging around him and keeping attention on him, the easier it’ll be for me to spot if anyone is a little too interested in him. Make sense?” Aranea asked with a smirk.
Right. Draw the attention of people who otherwise wouldn’t care about Prompto save for social climbing or networking. Make it easier for the shield to keep tabs on who really wanted to be within his circle.
“Yeah. Alright I guess I can...be...this,” she gestured at herself, “for one night. For Prompto.”
“Knew you’d say that.” Aranea stood up straight, pulling Del to her feet as well. “I’ll be the sultry seductress dream girl, you play the girl next door fantasy, we’ll have plenty of tall dark and rich hanging around.”
They made their way into the sleeping area, where Del caught a glimpse of herself in the full length mirror. Funny. She’d always hated the idea of herself looking like this. Painted up, dressed up, it felt too much like the life she was almost doomed to live a long time ago. But this...this felt kinda...nice?
“One more thing.” Aranea took her hand and slipped something onto her wrist. “Pretty, right? There’s a tracking device in it. Shortcake’s got one too. They let me keep track of you two wherever you are.”
Del frowned at it. “Ok, Prompto I get. But why me?”
“Those gunmen were after you. That was made very clear based on where they were aiming. That’s another reason I want you surrounded by hungry suitors all night. Less opportunity for someone to pull something. But don’t worry, between myself, the Marshal, and poor little love struck Loqi I think you’ll be safe.”
“Eugh.” Del shuddered. “Can we maybe not acknowledge that weirdness going on?”
Aranea let out a laugh as they crossed to leave the room. “Not exactly returning those affections, I guess?”
“I have known that dipshit for a very long time. His delusions of self grandeur are only surpassed by his creepy level of nationalism. I’m good, thanks.”
“Hm.” Aranea hummed as she began to open the door. “So what I’m hearing is I still have a shot?”
Del’s eyes went wide.
Aranea made a gun shape with her hand, finger barrel pointing at Del’s head, and made a mock motion of pulling the trigger. She smirked and walked out into the hallway.
Why. Don't. People. Just. Say. What. They. Mean?!
“Prompto! Time to head out, are you ready?” Aranea asked, standing in front of the door next to hers. She frowned when there was no response.
“Are you sure he didn’t already leave?” Del asked, a little hopefully.
“The tracker says he’s in there. Bet he’s having trouble getting all those buttons done right. Prompto! Doc and I are coming in.” She announced before opening the door.
Inside, there was no one.
“Shit.” Aranea whispered, walking to the nightstand where a matching bracelet to Del’s was sitting.
Del felt her throat begin to close up as she looked out towards the balcony door, wide open, and no one in sight.
---
Prompto was sure something was very, very wrong with him. Maybe he was having some kind of reaction to his medication or the water here had something weird in it. That had to be the explanation for why he agreed to just climb on to the back of the Prince of Lucis and fly.
Like, actually fly. The Prince of Lucis could fly, in a weird indirect way.
He’d just shown up on the balcony outside his room, seven stories up, like it wasn’t a big deal at all, sparkling with the remnants of magic.
“Wanted to say hi, you know, outside of the whole ceremony and everything.” He’d said. And Prompto, completely not used to being alone with people his own age, just kind of stumbled out to stand with him.
“How did you-”
“I warped.” He said with a smile, like it was obvious.
So they stood there, in the warm afternoon air, talking about magic and warping and -somehow- the conversation turned to his favorite topic.
“No way, you like Assassin’s Creed too?” Noctis asked, eyebrows raised.
“Yeah! It’s only like the best franchise in modern gaming!” Prompto couldn’t believe his luck. He’d never met anyone else who played video games. It was his favorite hobby, and not just because for a handful of years it was the only thing he could bring himself to do. “It would be so cool to be an assassin. Uh, not like, a really real one. Heh. Just like, getting to climb or jump or glide anywhere you want? So cool.” Prompto said wistfully. To sneak out of his room back home and see anything he wanted was an ongoing dream of his.
And this trip was the closest thing he had to fulfilling it so far.
“So why don’t you?” Noctis asked, leaning against the balcony railing.
“Well, for starters, I can’t exactly zip through the air like you can.” Prompto laughed.
He straightened back up. “Do you want to?”
And that was how Prince Prompto, heir to the vast Empire of Niflheim, found himself losing his lunch in the bushes outside the Lucian Citadel.
“Shit, sorry Prompto. Guess I should’ve warned you it takes some getting used to.” Noctis said, stifling a laugh.
“No way! That was so much fun!” He smiled despite how green his face must have been. “Should probably just take the elevator on the way back, though.” As much as he wanted to do that again he wasn’t sure his stomach would approve. Or his doctor.
Noct pulled out his phone and made a distressed sound. “Well, we’re both about to be late. Ignis is going to kill me.” He held his hand out to Prompto to help him back up. “I’m sure if we stroll in together it’ll be no big deal.”
Prompto took it, and after making sure his evening attire did not betray their activity, agreed with Noct’s plan.
“So…” Prompto started as they began their walk through the courtyard. “Who’s Ignis?”
“My advisor. I’ve known him since I can remember. He means well, and I know he’s just looking out for me and my future but his nagging can get really annoying.” Noctis huffed, stretching his arms behind his head.
“Oh, I totally get that. My doctor is super overprotective. At first it was really nice having someone care that much, but sometimes it’s like I breathe a little wrong and she wants to run a whole diagnostic to make sure I’m not dying!”
Noctis laughed, and it sounded so nice to Prompto’s ears.
“What about your shield? She looks pretty tough. She come from a family line?” Noct asked.
“Nah. She’s been in the military since she was super young, and then one day she just told my father, ‘I’m Prompto’s shield.’ Like, no question! She just made that claim and that was it! I’m really glad though, she’s always been like a sister to me.”
“Sounds nice. Mine is a huge ass who can’t seem to keep a shirt on.”
Prompto snort laughed.
“His whole family has been my family’s shields going way back. So, not much of a choice for any of us. He’s cool, though.” Noct’s face fell into something more neutral as they approached the stairs leading back into the palace. “Man. This is going to be so boring. Wanna ditch and go play video games?”
He did, more than anything else ever in his life he wanted to hang out alone with Prince Noctis. But slightly more than that, he wanted to not be the cause of an issue that might lead to all out war between their dads.
“We should probably at least make an appearance.” Prompto said carefully.
“Yeah…” Noctis sighed. “Bet we can find a way to make it more interesting, at least.” He said with a wicked little gleam in his eyes.
Prompto was completely out of his element. And it felt so cool!
---
“What do you mean, Prince Noctis is missing?” Cor said, actually feeling a few more years being cut from his lifespan.
“As I said, he simply left his room without alerting or informing anyone of his intentions. This isn’t the first time he’s done this but it’s certainly the worst possible time that he could.” Ignis, poor long suffering Ignis, rubbed his eyes under his glasses.
“Has Gladiolus been informed?” Cor asked, hoping beyond hope that at least his very responsible student might have a handle on this.
“Indeed, and his response was, ‘I told you so’.” Ignis punctuated the statement with little quotation marks by his head. “I had hoped beyond all hope he would actually take these proceedings seriously.”
Amazing. After everything that already happened that day, now Noct decided whatever arcade cabinet or fishing pond he felt most like visiting was more important than ensuring a lifelong peace with their biggest enemy.
“He’s probably just asleep in a tree somewhere.” The Prince could seemingly sleep anywhere, at any time. It was a life skill that Cor envied. “Inform the Glaive we have a code Stray Cat. Level Calico for now, unless we have evidence it’s something more serious.” Calico stray cat: Noctis is missing but he’s probably just dicking around somewhere. Find him but don’t panic. Black stray cat: Noct is missing and assumed in danger. Orange stray cat: Noct is most definitely in danger.
Again. Regis’ idea.
“I will do so at once, Marshal.” Ignis gave a slight bow and ran off to deliver the message. He was a good kid, both him and Gladio. Wonderfully dedicated crownsguards and the exact sort of responsible needed to ensure Noctis made it to his reign alive. And still, still he managed to get himself into trouble.
“Gladio.” Cor said into his switched on ear piece.
“I’ve got the crownsguard sweeping the perimeter. Glaive are searching outside the Citadel. We’ll catch that cat, Sir.”
“Nice choice of words. I’m going to check in with our guests.” No one else should have to deal with that headache. Cor made his way to the seventh floor, right where he left them. Prince Prompto’s door was ajar, with no one inside, but the balcony door was also wide open.
Not good.
“Gladio, bad news-”
“Good news Sir, the cat’s in the bag. And he brought a little yellow puppy with him.”
Cor laughed, shaking his head with his hands on his hips.
Teenagers. Of course they’d sneak off to get into trouble together. At least it implied they were getting along, which really was the whole point of this thing. He could only be so mad about it all. He turned to head back to the ballroom, ready to take his post for the evening.
Until he was struck with the realization that Prompto’s attendants probably realized he had gone missing. And they didn’t have the benefit of knowing he was okay.
“...shit.”
---
“This place is a FUCKING maze!” Del screamed as the two made their way down yet another hallway. Everywhere they walked service staff seemed to flee from their presence. Of course they did. Everyone here hated their guts and everything about them so why would anyone try and help?
Fine! She had thought. We’ll just find Cor. Whatever. This is his problem now. Her ego meant nothing compared to Prompto’s safety. So off they went, ready to find the Marshal and make sure her brother was safe. There was only one problem.
Neither of them understood enough of the Lucian language.
They all spoke the same common language, sure, but each Kingdom still had their own stupid written language because neither wanted to go through the hassle of changing out hundreds of years’ worth of fixtures and Del hadn’t thought to stick that piece of academia into her mind because in what world would she have to know the difference between a bathroom and a library in the Lucian Ciatdel?
Well...apparently this one!
“You know what’s a universal language? Pictures. Just...put a little picture of a toilet on the sign. Then there’s no confusion! What’s in there? Oh! A bathroom! OBVIOUSLY!” Del was quickly losing her mind, and Aranea’s silence was just making it worse.
“Doc.” She finally said, grabbing her arm. She turned to Del, put a finger to her lips, and carefully walked them both through a door and into...the kitchen. After a quick scan of the perimeter she set her sights on a supply closet and somehow, maneuvered both of them into it, closing the door behind them.
“What-” Del tried to ask but Aranea put a hand over her mouth.
“Listen.” She whispered.
After a few very quiet minutes passed, Del was ready to tell the shield exactly what she thought about being shoved in a closet while Prompto was still missing, when they heard a door open., and several pairs of footsteps.
“I can’t hear shit in there, so what the fuck is with this?”
“You tell him what you told me.”
“I got strict orders, directly from the kid’s doctor. She said this needs to go in his meal. It’s medicine, you know their Prince is sickly and all. We’re doing it in here so as not to cause a scene. It is absolutely vital he gets it. Understood?”
Del’s eyes went wide. Aranea was narrowing hers in suspicion. Del shook her head. No, she hadn’t told anyone jack shit about medicine. And he certainly didn’t have any medication that needed to be dropped into his dinner.
This was poison. They were trying to poison Prompto.
“Alright. I’ll mark it special, make sure it gets to the right seat.”
After some shuffling and footsteps, the two carefully left the closet and quietly made their way out to the hallway.
“Listen, Doc-”
“I didn’t tell anyone shit about putting medicine in food.”
“I know. So either you’re being set up, or Insomnia is. Either way, the search for Shortcake just got a lot more urgent.”
A quiet ding grabbed their attention, and the two realized there was an elevator around the corner. Finally. They took off sprinting to catch it, barely managing to do so, and simply selecting the ground floor.
“How big of a scene do we need, here? Who are we going to tell?” Del asked. Aranea seemed to know exactly how to approach every scenario, and Del was about to mentally collapse so she was more than happy to let her take control.
“Tumult will see it as the Lucians attempting an assassination. If we call out the kitchen workers they’re going to set you up for the fall, and no one here has any reason to trust you wouldn’t.” Aranea said carefully.
“Cor knows, he’d vouch for me. He knows I’d never do anything to hurt Prompto.” Del said, trying to resist the urge to bite at her still nicely painted lip.
“Why?” Aranea snapped.
“Huh?” Del looked at her frustrated features.
“Why does the Marshal know that?” She asked.
Shit. SHIT. “Because...well like, I’m a doctor! Come on, I’m a doctor and a great one, I’d never hurt any of my patients!”
Aranea opened her mouth to respond but before she could make a sound, the elevator doors opened and there he was. Standing next to the Lucian Prince.
“Oh thank the Gods.” Del sighed, abandoning any amount of professionalism and rushing over to hug the Prince. “Don’t scare us like that, dude, we thought something terrible happened!”
“Sorry, I didn’t mean- Wow you guys look really pretty.” Prompto nervously said with a smile.
“I’m guessing you're the shield?” Aranea stated, looking up and down the teenager standing behind the princes.
“That would be me, yeah. And these two thought it’d be great fun to goof off and get every glaive and guard in the city looking for them.”
Prompto looked at the ground in embarrassment. Noctis seemed pleased.
“Prom here wanted to have some fun. I thought I’d be a good host and show him some.”
Noctis laughed. Prompto’s face turned very red.
“So are we going to this borefest now, or what?” Prince Noctis asked his shield.
“I’ve got something I need to talk to you about.” Aranea nodded her head towards Gladiolus. He nodded back at her.
“That dress looks really good on you, Del!” Prompto said, trying to change the subject from his sudden irresponsible disappearance.
“Thanks,” Del smiled down at him as they began to follow the Lucians, “it has pockets.” She demonstrated by sticking her hands in them. She felt something in the left pocket. A piece of paper. She carefully retrieved it, no bigger than the palm of her hand, and quickly read the message scribbled on it.
‘Del-We need to talk. Meet me at the bar. C.L.’
C.L. Cor Leonis. We need to talk. Yes. Yes they did. And she already had a well practiced script of exactly what she planned to say to his stupid moron face.

Witchy Haul pt.2
Here’s a part 2 of things I have bought and have yet to use 🤦‍♀️ I know it’s so bad to do that and it feels like I’m hoarding things but I’m tryinggggg😭
So technically this is part 2,3&4 cuz I bought lots of things and forgot to post a haul. Also I had a package get lost in the mail that I’m super sad about because it had crystals. I just tell myself I didn’t need those crystals yet because it makes me sad to dwell on my loss 😭😭
That being said without further ado here’s the haullll.
Tumblr media
Books
Tumblr media
For starters boookkksss. I LOVE books!! So I got a shadow work prompts book and 2 coloring books! I was having a hard time doing shadow work so I bought a prompt book to ease my way into it. I would have liked it to be more deep but it’s ok for starting off, most of the prompts don’t resonate with me (which is ok) but they might for you so if you’re having trouble with shadow work I suggest this book. The 2 coloring book I got to unwind but still honor my deity and learn moreee.
Cards
Tumblr media
At this point Is it a surprise that I got cardssss…… no, not it’s not. So honestly I got the first two decks for my birthday as a present from my aunt. I haven’t used them yet but they have been cleansed so I’m just waiting for a good timeee. The last deck I got from Etsy…..the energy radiating from them is incredible. They’re so beautiful I love themmm so much. They have gold detailing and are so thick but easy to hold and use. I’m thinking of buying the matching tarot deck but it’s pretty pricey so maybe I’ll save for them since it’s not a need but a want.
Miscellaneous
Tumblr media
So 2 of these were gifts one isn’t pictured. The rose quartz trees was a gift I blessed it under the light of the pink moon but I still don’t know what to do with it. Right now it’s on display but I don’t know what it’s for…..it’s pretty tho❤️ I also got a box on incense hehe. I got the string because I was tired of constantly throwing away those plastic ribbons after drying flowers. So this string is paper and easily compostable. The mortar and pestle I got for a candle I’m work shopping it’s super cute and just the right size for my room.
Candles
Tumblr media
I got soooo many candles. Starting front to back I got birthday candles to use for separation rituals and glamor spells. The green candle is for a money candle that I’m working on….. I’ll definitely post a “tutorial” on how I did it (tutorial in quotes cuz I’m definitely not qualified to be making tutorials but more of a “am I doing this correctly??” Type thing) The small pink tea lights for ritual baths. The 7 day white candle is a candle I made with my protection Sigil and blessed under the light of a full moon. The pink one was also blesses under the light of the pink moon. I originally bought it to use a a deity candle but more and more I’ve been called to make a deity candle so I’m thinking of doing that instead and using this candle or it’s intended purpose of family happiness.
Dishes
Tumblr media
I bought most of these to use a offering trays. The bigger black one I got to use a cauldron it’s ceramic so I can’t do spell in it but it’s prefect for buying Sigils (also I live in an apartment so it’s not the best idea for me to be burning things anyways) the rose tray is currently being used as decor but I got it for the money candle hahah if I ever get to it 🙂
Crystals
Tumblr media
I saved the most exciting for lasttt. I reordered some crystals and actually got them this time😭😭 this is a mixed bag I got so I don’t know the names of the crystals😭 they’re cute thooo….. the crystals on the black box are from a different trip I still don’t know the names thoook😭😭
Tumblr media
These are the crystals that came with names and info on the crystals which I thought was supper cooool!!!
The end!
Tumblr media
In very me fashion I forgot to take a picture of all the things in the same frame🤦‍♀️ so I guess a gif will do for now😭 anyways I hoped y’all liked it and hopefully I will actually use all these things😭😭😭

I’ve joined the Rainbow High doll club.
Welp, I definitely understand why Tiffy was saying the Rainbow High boxes are terrible to open. It’s such a shame that such a gorgeous package was basically made to be destroyed, if not purposely designed that way.
You can save the packaging if you really work at it. If I used an x-acto knife instead of a multi-purpose tool (and nail clippers), it would’ve gone easier. But I’m impatient, and I started opening it while still in the car. (The MtM Barbie was much easier to extract!)
I have dolls and figurines small enough to go in the outfit displays. Jade (the green RH doll) won’t be going back in the box. Might be a good place to stash my “When I Read, I Dream” girls and/or some Ariels.
More blathering under the cut.
 - The side-outfit boxes are glued onto a piece of backing cardboard. Sure, fine, whatevs. But there’s plastic tabs that secure those clear windows... that stick through the back of those boxes... UNDER THE GLUED PART. I sacrificed the “inner support” cardboard to save the pretty stuff. I can re-enforce it later, when I attempt to re-assemble things.
- Tiny hands! They’re so cute! But they don’t look great with the huge head, for my tastes. I’ll attempt to re-body Jade’s head and try some hybrid experiments with the body. I’ll also attempt some joint carving for range-of-motion.
- The hair that isn’t gelled is nicely soft. Will wash it tomorrow. Haven’t cut off her hat yet.
- Feet are weirdly sculpted, but I wanna try some Tonner shoes on her. I love how chunky her stock shoes are.
- Love the stand. Definitely a reminder that I need to buy some 3D printed stands. (Pay someone to print some free files for me, I mean.)

Title: Traditions
Author: @dailyservingofhope
For: @hiddenkamukuraproject
Rating/Warnings: PG-13 (A few vague sexual references, Nagito joking about death, alcohol mention)
Prompt: Going out on Halloween and having fun
Author’s notes: AU where the tragedy didn’t happen. 100% pure organic fluff.
“You’ve never been trick-or-treating?!” Nagito smiled and raised his hands in a placating gesture, “Sorry, I had no one to take me when I was a kid. But it’s fine! It ended up being good luck!” “‘Good’?” Hajime asked pointedly as he rested his coffee mug on their kitchen counter. Nagito had a way of twisting things to fit his strange worldview. “I gave out candy instead. Since I could afford full bars of chocolate for all the other kids, I became sort of popular for a little while… at least until they got to know me better.” “That’s not the point,” Hajime said, “I just get upset when I think about your childhood. It’s not fair that you missed out on so much.” He felt robe-cloaked arms wrap around his waist and a soft peck on his forehead. “Don’t worry. I’m fine, promise,” Nagito reassured him. Hajime grumbled in response, wondering if it was okay to be annoyed at his partner’s cute attempt at deflecting. Sometimes Hajime felt that he was more bothered by Nagito’s troubles than Nagito himself. 'Fine’ to him often meant 'Not in the hospital’. How much disappointment and grief did he suffer in his youth before the bar lowered that much? This wasn’t about some silly holiday tradition, this was about making him feel included, and giving him access to experiences that most people took for granted. “You shouldn’t feel sorry for me, you know,” Nagito gently chided him. “I don’t,” Hajime said, worried that Nagito noticed his increasingly pitying expression during their conversation. “Good. Because I secretly switched your coffee with decaf.” “What?! Nagito!” “I’m just kidding. You always look at me like I’m a kicked puppy when I tell you about my past. I prefer it when you’re annoyed with me. Your voice gets this adorable lilt to it.” “No, it doesn’t! I think?” Nagito chuckled. “Look, it’s not pity,” Hajime sighed, “I’m just worried you feel like an outsider because you had such a different childhood experience than many of us. It’s important to me that you feel welcome and have lots of happy memories. And if I have to take you trick-or-treating this weekend to make that happen, then I’ll do it.” Nagito’s face lit up, “You want to go trick-or-treating with me?” Aware that he just invited Nagito on a date involving an activity generally enjoyed by children still in the single digits of age, Hajime backpedaled, “Wait! I-It’s okay if you don’t want to! I know we’re too old for it, and we told Ibuki we’d be at her Halloween party, so we’ll get to dress up, anyway. There’s no pressure-” “I would love to! We can pick out costumes this afternoon!” Fear of embarrassment ranked high on Hajime’s list of top motivators, but it was nothing compared to Nagito’s sweet face. He couldn’t back out now. “O-okay! Sounds great!” ___ Hajime pulled a scarf around his mouth to warm the crisp, fall air flowing into his lungs. Yellowed leaves danced on the sidewalk with every breeze as he and Nagito strolled through the city. Their destination was a costume shop located in a quaint, less-trafficked district, popular among the dating crowd for its restaurants and shopping. They found it nestled between a cafe and a boutique clothing store. Walls painted black and covered in wheatpasted underground band adverts gave an eccentric touch that made it stand out from the conservatism of the surrounding businesses. Through the windows, there was a display of the typical bats and pumpkins, along with more unnerving props like costumed mannequins covered in fake blood and gaping wounds. Cosplayers and street fashionistas were the store’s year-round clientele, but nearing the holiday, they widened their selection to include Halloween costumes. Hajime pulled open the door for Nagito, “Have any ideas about what you want to be?” “Dead?” Nagito offered. “I really wish you wouldn’t joke about that.” “Aren’t ghosts popular this time of the year?” With a deadpan expression, Hajime poked Nagito in the belly. He then turned his attention to the racks and shelves, not wanting to take the bait. As they perused the aisles together, Nagito suddenly snatched a large package off a rack and hid it behind his back, “I’m going to try something on. No peeking!” Hajime continued to browse while his partner thrashed around in the fitting room. A rather seductive vampire costume caught his attention, and he briefly lost himself in a daydream involving Nagito and lots of sexy nibbling all over his body until he heard someone walk up behind him. He glanced over his shoulder. The glance turned into a double take. To say that Nagito was dressed up as a dog was about as true as saying The Big Bang Theory was a comedy. There was an element of objective truth to it, but it failed spectacularly to articulate that everything else about it was an abomination. The costume was like a long fuzzy tube, white on the belly and black and tan along the back, indicating it was probably intended to be a corgi. The head perched on top of Nagito’s head, its mouth gaping around his face as if it were a python swallowing its prey whole. His feet, which were only just visible from the bottom of the tube, were adorned with paw slippers. The hand-paws were so padded and fluffy that they appeared useless for any practical purpose other than being cute. “How do I look? Wanna be my owner for Halloween? I’ll let you walk me on a leash and give me commands! I know how to beg and lay down!” Nagito said as he shook his rear to make the stubby tail wag. Hajime blushed, looking around to see if anyone overheard, “Shhh! There will be kids around, so nothing… kinky!” “I would never do something I thought was weird around impressionable youth!” “That’s the problem, what you think is weird is a whole world away from what everyone else thinks is weird…” Hajime looked him up and down, “So why this, of all things?” “Most of these costumes aren’t really appropriate around children. What did you think I’d be? A sexy demon? A sexy cat boy? A sexy werewolf? A sexy…” “I get the point… they are a bit provocative, aren’t they?” “Don’t use big words like 'provocative’. I’m just a silly little dog!” he whined, covering his face with his paws in mock shame. “God, Nagito, can you be normal for like one second?” Hajime said, turning away to hide his laughter. Nagito closed the distance, picking up his hand and kissing it. He looked down into his eyes with a charming smile and whispered, “But this is what you like about me, right? There’s no way someone would ever go out with me for any rational reason. Doesn’t that make you abnormal too?” Hajime shivered at his touch. Even dressed in the most absurd getup he’d ever seen, Nagito was still hot, and when he cranked up the charm, he had a terrifying ability to render Hajime as helpless as a fawn. He pushed Nagito away, hoping he didn’t notice, “I-I guess I just don’t know how you do it. You can be so confident sometimes. I’d be afraid of wearing that in public.” “There’s a difference between confidence and being so resigned to loss that you stop feeling anxiety over the little things,” he said, a bit sadly. “Besides, it’s fun!” He waved his paws comically to accentuate the point. “Now we have to find something fun for you to wear.” “Okay, but let’s go by MY definition of fun.” “Whatever you say, Hajime,” Nagito beamed. His eyes darted around, then settled on a mustache and beard set which he handed to Hajime, “How about this? You can go as a grumpy old man. Bonus! You won’t have to be seen with me.” “Oh, come on.” Hajime said, snatching it from him. He looked it over then held it up to his face in front of a mirror. “Hey, I could go as Izuru Kamukura,” he joked, referencing their old high school’s founder. Nagito folded his arms and side-eyed him, “Don’t get all full of yourself now, Hajime.” He then backed away as Hajime approached him with a toy sword taken from a rack. “Wait! What do you plan on doing with that?!” ___ “Happy Halloween!” Hajime, who had been sleeping quite peacefully until then, would have fallen out of bed in fright if a heavy weight had not subsequently landed on him. He opened his eyes to find Nagito sprawled out over his lap. “Sorry, I missed you. I couldn’t wait any longer,” Nagito said. Hajime slammed Nagito on the back of the head with his pillow, “Being cute won’t save you this time.” “Noooo, don’t kill me! I’ve never been kissed!” “Yes, you have.” “Could you remind me?” Nagito said, puckering his lips. Hajime played along and kissed him, “There, now I can kill you.” Moments later, Nagito flew through the air from a good whack from the pillow. Their day went on with the two enjoying horror movies playing in the background as they enjoyed a peaceful afternoon together. After the sun set, they prepared themselves for the night ahead. Hajime had settled on being a black cat, largely because it worked as a couple’s costume, but also just looking at Nagito’s cumbersome outfit made a simple and light costume seem more appealing. The set consisted only of ears and a tail, with a fluffy black sweater and black jeans from his closet to complement it. There was also ancient makeup in the back of a drawer from his scene kid phase which was totally just an ironic experiment and definitely not anything he ever took seriously. He leaned over their bathroom sink to get a better look in the mirror as he used an old eye pencil to draw whiskers, a nose, and thick eyeliner with wings that swept out half an inch. “Who said scene was dead?” Nagito said, as he smirked at him in the mirror. “Hey, I can’t help it that I can do a perfect cat-eye.” “Can you do my makeup sometime?” “Oh please, Nagito, you don’t need it. People would kill for your lashes.” “You know, you’re starting to sound a little… catty.” Hajime groaned at the pun. He reached an arm behind him to blindly swat at his partner, only succeeding in stirring the air around as Nagito dodged the attack, “Is being sarcastic the only thing you’re good for? Why aren’t you dressed yet?” “I will, it’s just hard to move very well in it and I wanted to bother you more effectively.” Nagito draped his arms over Hajime’s shoulders and leaned in. “Actually, I’d like to thank you. I know you get scared of embarrassing situations, so for you to take someone like me out doing something meant for kids, knowing people will look at us funny… It’s sweet of you.” “Why do you think I’m putting on makeup? If all goes well, I won’t even recognize myself.” He chuckled, “But in all seriousness, you know I’d do anything for you.” Nagito buried his face into Hajime’s neck and said nothing. ___ “Everyone looks so happy!” Nagito said, gazing at the lively scene. Costumed kids flocked together at doors or ran around screaming and laughing in excitement. With jack-o’-lanterns on every porch and fake spider webbing drooping from trees, the neighborhood oozed Halloween spirit. Hajime caught himself staring at his adorable partner, “I’m glad you’re enjoying yourself. Are you ready for some trick-or-treating?” “Tell me what to do! I’ve never done this before!” “Come on, you know what to do. Here, try this house.” “What if they yell at me because I’m too old?” “In that case, we threaten to egg their house, then run away.” He responded, hoping Nagito wouldn’t take it as a serious suggestion. Nagito’s eyes swirled. “I wonder if we’ll get chased. That would be exciting,” he said breathily. “You seem a little too excited by that…” Nagito wasn’t listening, he was already halfway up the driveway of a house. Hajime remained by the street to watch while Nagito knocked on the door. An old woman appeared. She looked him up and down as his outstretched arms presented her with a wicker basket ready for filling. “Trick-or-treat!” She gave a tactful, patient smile, “You’re so cute, but aren’t you too old for this?” “My boyfriend is forcing me to do this,” Nagito said, “He’ll be angry if I don’t come back with anything.” “Oh my… well, here…” She dropped a few pieces of candy into his basket, “You look like a sweet boy, you should get away from that awful man. Good luck, dear.” “Yes ma'am! Thank you!” Nagito chirped as he skipped back to the street, somehow managing not to trip over his slippers. “I couldn’t hear you guys, but it seemed to go well?” Hajime asked. “She wasn’t going to give me a treat, so I tricked her.” “Nagito, she was like… 80.” “It’s the Halloween code. I don’t make the rules.” “What did you say to her?” “Nothing to worry about. Let’s go on to the next house!” ___ “Really? You’re trick-or-treating at this age?” “I’m dying of lymphoma, it’s my final wish to trick-or-treat one last time.” “Oh my goodness, of course! Have as much candy as you want!” “Thanks!” Nagito said graciously as he took a few pieces. Hajime looked at him askance when he returned. “Wow, you’re getting a lot of candy. I… honestly wasn’t expecting this…” he said, gesturing at Nagito’s nearly overflowing basket. It seemed like every house in the neighborhood was eager to give him everything they had. “Yeah! Everyone has been so nice!” “I’m glad you’re having a good time, but what are we going to do with all this candy? You don’t even like sweets.” “I had no intention of keeping the candy, Hajime, this was all just for fun.” Nagito’s smile transformed into a grin. “But now that you’ve brought it up, there’s something I’ve wanted to do all night.” Hajime watched as Nagito trotted towards a group of teenagers. Sneaking up behind them, he reached into his basket and tossed a chocolate bar over their heads. They jerked back in surprise, and as they turned to see where it had come from, they were immediately pelted with handful after handful of candy. The next minute was pure pandemonium. Children ran from across the street to join in the fun, grabbing as much candy as they could while it rained down on them. And somehow in that moment, with the kids cheering and Nagito laughing joyfully among that beautiful chaos, Hajime swore his boyfriend never looked so handsome. Yeah, even despite the costume. ___ Ibuki’s Halloween party was well underway by the time Hajime and Nagito arrived. Blaring music greeted them at the door before she did. “You made it! Look at Nagito, so cuuuute! And Hajime, Ibuki loves your makeup! Meowwwww!” Being a world-famous musician, she could afford the finer things. Her house, which better resembled goth night at a club than a habitable dwelling, boasted enough space to host a party with room to spare for dancing. Witch-house played from an expensive sound system that cost more than Hajime and Nagito’s annual rent. It went without saying, Ibuki threw the best parties. Hajime hardly had a minute to take in the surroundings before Nekomaru had him and Nagito locked in a crushing hug. “Hahaha! We’re all here now!” Nekomaru beamed. “You made it, I am so happy!” Sonia said. “Yay.” Chiaki added in her trademark 'not sure if sincere or not’ tone of voice. “Look at you losers wearing a couple’s costume.” Saionji sneered as she eyed them up and down. Mahiru cleared her throat, “We are too, Hiyoko,” remarking on their Sailor Moon outfits. Saionji pouted, “But it’s cute when we do it!” “It’s too bad Teruteru died in that freak accident involving the helicopter tour over that active volcano, he would have liked to be here right now.” Souda said, idly scratching his head. Tsumiki dropped a piece of food on the floor and bent over to pick it up, showing her rear to everyone, “I’m sorry I’m so clumsy! I’m ruining everyone’s good time! Don’t worry about me!” “It’s okay, no one is worrying about you. No one is thinking about you at all!” Saionji cheered. “Waaaaaaaaah!!” Byakuya shook his head in disdain at Hajime and Nagito. “You’re late for the party, you missed out on donuts. Where are your priorities?” Akane’s mouth was too stuffed to respond, so she waved the last donut at them in greeting instead. Gundham held out his arms, letting his hamsters crawl up into his hands. “My Four Dark Devas are enraged at your tardiness for the most evil night of the year. Now the ritual can begin in earnest. Count yourself lucky that they have chosen not to kill you where you stand.” Peko had the eyes of a predator fixed on Nagito’s fluffy animal costume, while Fuyuhiko grinned and raised a shot glass containing an orange liquid, “Hey guys, come drink up! I brought juice!” Ibuki squealed, “Baby gangster is so adorable, only drinking mixer!” “I don’t need to drink alcohol to be cool!!” Amid all the shouting and arguing, Nagito turned to Hajime, “You know, this might be the best Halloween I’ve ever had.” “Same here. And I think you actually taught me a thing or two about the spirit of giving. Wrong holiday though.” “Yeah, too bad it doesn’t count.” Nagito grinned. “I’ll just have to fill up a stocking for you when Christmas comes around.” “I’d love that, Hajime! I’ve never had a stocking for Christmas before!”

Framework for Responsive Web Design: Everything you need to Know
Tumblr media
It wouldn't be wrong to say that a responsive web design is a necessity today. Statistics show that 57% of internet users refuse to recommend a business with a poorly designed website on mobile, and 85% of adults think that a company's mobile website should be at par or better than its desktop website. With so many people using mobile to browse on the internet, these numbers are not surprising.
Thus, companies must emphasize creating responsive websites that are equally prompt and appearing on all the devices. This brings us to the next part of the challenge, which is building responsive websites. Indeed, it is a tremendous task, but we have a solution that will help you solve your purpose effectively.
In this blog, we will discuss frameworks for responsive web design and how they help in the web designing process. So, read it till the end to find all your answers.
What is a framework for responsive web design?
Simply put, a framework in the world of web designing is a complete package consisting of a structure of files and folders of standardized codes in various languages, like HTML, JS, CSS, etc., which can be utilized to facilitate the development or designing of websites.
It can be used as the skeleton or the base of a website, to which additional elements and specifications can be added. In other words, it is the model structure of any website.
Even though websites are diverse, their basic structure is quite similar. So, frameworks provide the same in a package form so that developers can leverage the code and avoid redoing the entire design from scratch. As a result, developers can save a lot of time and effort that goes into creating the basics of a website.
How Many types of Frameworks are there?
There are two types of responsive web design frameworks available: back-end and front-end.
The difference between back-end and front-end frameworks is based on whether the framework is made for the presentation layer or application layer.
Back-end frameworks can be defined as a set of files with libraries that can be used to access databases, session management, and template structure.
Front-end frameworks are also called CSS frameworks and are made up of a structure of files. We will discuss front-end frameworks in detail.
Usual components of front-end frameworks:
CSS source code: it is used to create a grid that allows the developer to position the different elements of the web design in a stylistic and simplistic manner.
Solution for various browser incompatibility issues to ensure proper display of the site on different browsers.
Creating standard CSS classes that are to be used to style and enhance advanced components of the user interface.
Typography style definitions that are used for HTML elements.
Selection of frameworks
Even within the responsive web design CSS frameworks, we can distinguish between two framework types. This distinction is based on their complexity. They are simple frameworks and complete frameworks.
However, it must be noted that this difference is subject, and none is less than the other in any way. They just offer different solutions based on the level of flexibility or complexity required for a particular project.
Simple frameworks
Simple frameworks are also called "Grid systems", although they are frameworks in every way and offer style sheets along with column systems. This makes it easy to place and distribute different elements according to the established designs.
How to choose the right framework for responsive web design?
Choosing the right framework for responsive web design for your website is far from simple. Why? Consider the following factors:
Individual needs of sites: every website is unique and needs specific characteristics. Using a complete framework may deliver overall coverage but misses out on various resources.
The similarity of frameworks: there isn't a lot of variation and versatility in the frameworks available now. Most of them are complete frameworks and are daily easy to use.
So, how can you decide on the right framework for your website?
Here are some tips that will help you in the process:
The time required for installation
While some are easy to install, this saves your time and lets you start using them real quick. On the other hand, some require more time to configure. So, make sure you consider this factor.
Comprehensive or not
Some are a bit complicated and harder to understand than others. If you have prior experience with frameworks, you may choose the complex one, but beginners should go with simple ones.
Characteristics and options
The complex frameworks usually come with more options than the straightforward ones. They also offer more configuration options, interface options, and widgets that you can leverage.
Integration opportunities
Integration capabilities are something you should look for in all technical resources and tools. When you choose your framework, make sure it can integrate with other systems.
Long term support
Some of these projects often lack continuity in time and updates; support services may also get interrupted. Always choose a project that guarantees continuous support.
Popularity
What happens if your designer abandons the project midway? You need to hire someone who has enough experience to tackle the project and save you. By choosing a popular framework, you ensure you can always hire other developers for the same project without risking anything.
What are the advantages of frameworks?
The following are the benefits of using a framework for designing responsive websites:
The codes used are clean and tidy.
Facilitates and fastens the mock-up process.
Frameworks take care of browser compatibility.
It makes it easy to participate in collaborative works.
Provides ready-made solutions to common CSS problems.
Simplifies mitigating various projects by providing a single procedure.
Bonus
Here are a few frameworks you can use to design your responsive website:
Bootstrap
Bootstrap is a sleek, powerful, and intuitive front-end framework that helps designers and developers work faster and more efficiently. It is also the most popular among CSS frameworks.
Responsive Grid System, by Graham Miller
It is a super easy responsive design built under the inspiration of Ethan Marcotte's responsive web design.
Gridiculo.us
Gridiculo.ou is another framework with responsive grids that is feature-rich and also easy to use.
Base
It is a very simple framework built to function on desktops, netbooks, and other mobile devices like cell phones and tablets.
Conclusion
For further assistance with your responsive web design or framework I recommend you to hire expert website developers in Clearwater, FL for all your website needs’.
