I loved Caldon!!! He was such a fun character?? Oh, and I so shipped him with Tor…

Kinda bummed they didn’t end up together 😞 I thought they suited each other pretty well, too. I think Tor is straight, tho? I mean he liked Ashley and that’s the literal only person he shows interest in. Imagine he wasn’t, he was bi, and simply did not vibe with Cal 💀 I know Cal’s would be wounded if that was the case.

That said, I did like Cal and Cresta together :3 they also suit each other!!! The teasing, will they won’t they thing they had was really entertaining. It provided some levity when Kiva was actively losing her mind over Jaren.

Ashley and Tor… not many thoughts on them. I don’t think they had enough page time for me to form an actual opinion on them as a couple. Just… two neat people, I suppose.

Kiva and Jaren are sooo cute. Kiva needs more confidence in general because she was such a team player and much more forgiving than I would be… Jaren, too, is super forgiving. These people are too good. Like a literal healer and the kindest man you’ve ever met.

Part 2: It's Still You

Alastor sent a glare towards Mimzy as she sat at the bar. Why was she telling all his dirty secrets but what made him let out a growl was she mentioned something that shocked everyone into silence around her. One of his best kept secrets is now out in the open. He wanted to kill her right there but he couldn’t, he was stuck where he stood staring her down as loud static echoed around everyone in the hotel. Even Husk had quickly made an exit.

“Oh yeah! I saw your little songbird wanderin’ around Cannibal Town, Alastor.” She hummed ignoring his glare as his smile threatened to fall, ears flickering in annoyance. “Songbird?” Angel asked unfazed from Alastor’s angry sulking, “Oh Alastor don’t tell me you haven’t told them about your spouse!” She hummed out taking a sip from whatever Husk had given her. Everyone abrupt into questions at that, only falling silent when Alastor sent them a glare. His cane tapped on the ground in annoyance before he stormed out of the hotel, feet automatically taking him towards Cannibal Town he needed to find out if what Mimzy was saying was true or was she just trying to get under his skin. They shouldn’t be down here- they should be up in Heaven, especially after what he had done.

Your hands gripped the ceramic sink as you glared at your reflection in the mirror. You were tired, so tired from constantly being around people that it drained you before you could even get onto the stage and sing your heart out. Was this what fame felt like? Even if it wasn’t the finer Hollywood fame people have talked about, but the fame that came with being a known singer around where you lived. 

A knock on the door made you jump out of your skin before you let out a soft sigh walking towards the door, “Mr. Deverick give me a few more moments-” You stopped mid sentence as you gazed upon the famous radio host standing in front of you, a soft smile on his lips as he held out your favorite flowers. “Now I’m not Mr. Deverick but I will generously give you a moment alone if needed.” He hummed stepping inside your personal room after you had let him in, the flowers still in his hand. Closing the door you let a small smile grace your lips, seeing your husband fix his suit in the vanity that was located in the corner of the room.

“What do I owe the pleasure, Alastor?” You asked as you also fixed your clothes making sure to hide the wedding ring under your favorite pair of gloves, you’ve had to hide your marriage with Alastor for years, why was it bothering you now? “Well I wanted to come see you, Dear! Especially before your show.” He hummed out watching as you turned your back towards him to fix some things up, watching as the smile you wore turned into a frown. He walked over to you carefully placing his chin on your shoulder, “You should smile more, Dear.” He whispered, watching as you nodded and glanced at the wall, your mind was somewhere else. 

But before he could comment on it, the faraway look in your eyes disappeared and you smiled at him. Leaning your head against his and he hummed before allowing a lulling silence to captivate you both. A comfortable silence. Everything he did, it was for you. Only you.

But he couldn’t hear her as he stared at you, seeing how you looked at him- his own spouse was scared. His songbird was terrified of him. He deserved it after all, he was the one who ripped you from the life you were living.

But deep down despite everything he had done to end up down here. He knew it was still you. You were his driving force, he did everything for you. His little Songbird.

Y'know celebrating that awkward conversation of small talk in the pet food aisle of Tesco with an ex-work colleague, music punisher or an ex-girlfriend's husband. This is my idea of a pop song".

Featuring drummer Alistair Deverick (Boycrush) and bassist Hannan Carter (Steriogram, NO), the new single comes ahead of a full album release, ‘Imposter Syndrome’, later this year. The upcoming album is a mixture of bruised pop songs celebrating universal themes; sexuality, sobriety and sad tearjerkers. Steve credits getting sober as the driving force for writing songs again, admitting that making the second Collapsing Cities album proved challenging, he is happy to be in love with the process of making music again and is enjoying the creative freedom of working on his own.

Could you give us some of your favourite headcannons regarding assassins creed?

Currently only on AC1, so everything is about it for me right now, so…

1. Altair is mildly telepathic through the Eagle Vision - with it he can sort of capture or hijack his Target’s last moments and talk to them in their heads, the way he does, you know, the death moment confessions. The way it works isn’t perfect though - the dying people only present themselves as they themselves see themselves, not as they truly were - hence why they always try and come out smelling like roses. Looking at you, Garnier.

2. I have a not so good headcanon I’ve been building up along the course of “I was born for this”, which I am calling the Fruits of Masyaf’s Garden. 

There are these women all over Masyaf gardens in AC1, who don’t seem to be Assassins nor do they look like villagers - and they’re all kinda… scantily dressed. So, er. The Fruits of Masyaf’s Garden, there for Assassin’s to pick and enjoy. Idk if they’re slaves, prostitutes, some sort of weird… Assassin harem or what, but… yeah. 

3. Maria Thorpe is very tol and very strong and Altair is smol and nothing can change my mind. The average height of for men in in Syria in modern day is like 171cm I think? Yeah. Maria on other hand played Robert de Sablé’s body double and the man is huge - so, I imagine her around Desmond’s height.

4. Also I imagine Desmond being around 191-193 cm tall. Canonically I think he’s said to be around 183 but eh. This is my head canon. I can do whatever i want with it.

There’s probably others. Can’t remember them from the top of my head - and I don’t exactly keep track of them. they pop in and out as I write *shrug* Ask me again sometime later and I’ll probably have new ones.

What if on the next episode, it starts off on only seeing Jack's back but then he swivels the chair to face us and is revealed to be another ego with them referencing about how Jack's been out so they'll be doing today's video instead.

The idea of an actual Let’s Play done by an ego? Yes please! We haven’t gotten one of those since Dr. Schneeplestein last year in Bio Inc. Redemption (in canon at least, since JBM in South Park apparently wasn’t)– and before that, I think it was only ever Jackieboy Man’s episode in the first Welcome To The Game in 2016! It’d definitely be interesting to see Marv, Chase, or JJ do a Let’s Play– oh my gosh, can you imagine how expressive JJ would be, doing an entire Let’s Play without saying any words and relying on Robin to put in the speech cards for him? xD

… but the implication that Jack isn’t there to do his job along WITH that concept? That's… unsettling. Especially with how this episode of Stories Untold ended– if Jack really got zapped into the TV and got stuck there, imagine maybe Henrik or Marvin or someone playing the next chapters while these images of Jack pounding on the screen for help pop up on static screens throughout the game, but they can’t see or hear him. And as each chapter ends, one by one they go missing too… :O

Another old character redraw! This boi is named Deverick (Dev for short), and he’s a half Forest Fae. Because of this, he’s able to sense the slightest vibrations in a 20 mile radius around him, including down into the earth.

he’s not an earth bender or anything like that, but he’s able to feel if someone is approaching well before they could ever see him. He can pick up on land formations, trees, towns, mountains, lakes, etc, and accurately put them into his maps. 

He’s able to use magic without any specialized items, since he has his own internal source being a half-fae, so he’s able to create a variety of different kind of magic maps. His most expensive and rare map he makes, is a map that allows you to see where a person is (a bit like the marauders map but on a larger scale, and must be made specific to one person).

In the story, Mar was sent to recruit him into the assassins guild, since his maps would be an incredible asset to their missions. He tried to decline, but it only resulted in a chase scene, him getting knocked unconscious and brought to the guild anyways.

I think that’s about it. Always on look out for new fandoms, though my standards are way different from what they used to be. These days I kinda only want to get into things with actual adult main characters, I’ve kind of gotten my fill of adventures of teenagers. And I don’t really follow that much manga or anime, aside from some isekai mangas. Soo…. yeah.
