Ok so most people will have seen this (why bbca just why)

BUT that's just that the show won't continue on BBC America, the show can still continue if Netflix figures are good. It looks like they still have people to make it just not to show it (I think, I don't actually know how any of this works I'm just being optimistic).

So we just need to make sure Netflix viewing figures are amazingly good and the show won't get fully cancelled?

I get why this Max's favorite episode now. The drama, sword-scissor fights, the squad reuniting, Dirk taking controlling and fighting for something, the relationship development for the brotzman siblings, rowdy 3/Dirk, Dirk/the beast. Also Silas-my dear tragic son believe/hope in your happy ending. Also the writing and acting in this show is incredible

Quick thoughts about season 2 episode 2

Ok I feel so bad for Vogel because he has the saddest face but I’m stoked that Amanda is so bad ass.

The Mage is the quirky bad guy who killed the manager who didn’t want to deal with sketchy people anymore and the sketchy people are that rich family of Wendimoor who are mining the sacred land of other people and the wet circle is some kind of portal?

The Mage is also the boy !?!?

Suzie is going to be a bad guy. Possibly the baddest bad guy.

Alan Tudyk as Priest is awesome (loved him as the villain in Dollhouse).

I miss Bart.

Honestly,

I feel like the Dirk Gently fandom is one of the most open fandoms there is.

Like, I don’t know about y’all, but I for one don’t feel like there are many ship wars.

You ship Faranda? Cool. Farina? Nice one. Brotzly? Yeah, so does most the fandom. Dirk with literally almost anyone? You good, we’ll support you.

I have a friend who ships Dirk x Assistent, and I ship Brotzly, but we have a mutual agreement to respect each other’s ships.

It seems like most of the fandom has the same thing, and that’s amazing.
