Dick x Barbara

(Because that last young justice episode affected me deeply and I needed to draw my OTP to combat the feels 😂😭)

I found out Dick did cheat on Starfire which inspired this illustration a whole fanfic (Heart Attack). I feel bad for her, just imagine being in her place. Here she did find out they were together.

I knew about Dick going after Barbara. Those times I had wanted to surprise him by visiting Mount Justice had confirmed his dirty secrets to me. Of course, I would come back to my house and cry my eyes out, nobody knew. It felt like my heart was tearing apart at the thought of my boyfriend slipping away. Was I just hanging on to all the words he used to say? My green eyes had caught a peek of those compromising pictures Nightwing had on his phone, oh I knew he wasn't coming home in a week or so.

In the comics? DickXBarbara. Couple of my dreams. Will go down with this ship. Love tem so danm much. Absolute endgame.

In the DC Titans live action show? DickXKory COUPLE GOALS. I’d dye for them, I cry when they’re apart. Who’s fault is that? Probably Anna Diop’s, for she’s a goddes and a queen and made me fall in love with Kory like I never have before. ALSO ABSOLUTE ENDGAME.

Funny thing, one ship doesn’t get in the way of the other. I can ship the same person with two different love interests depending on the media AND THAT’S FINE. DickXKory does not decrease my loyalty to DickXBabs and any hatter who says otherwise can shove it.

So I'm doning Terry Wayne(mcginnis)XDana tan, DickXBarbara, Kate Kane-WayneXRenee montoya, TessaXDamian and BruceXSelina. I'm making OCs for Jason, tim, Cassandra, duke Thomas, harper row, carrie Kelley and at some point matt Wayne. Helena Wayne is a maybe for making an oc I miss counted but it's still a lot and I also have Dick and Barbara's kids to write. And on the pairings I don't think carrie and duke have any and I know that all of Harpers and Cassandra's wouldn't work do to age/insest

What about doing Steph/Cass? I’ve always liked that ship even if it has never been canon.

There’s also Tim/Kon if you want an already created ship, or even Tim/Cassie. I think both are super cute and then you’d already have a created character.

I don’t know enough about the others, besides Jason but I don’t really ship him with anyone XD

Bruce’s Guilt and Grief - My Imaginary Ending for DC Extended Universe’s Batman Solo Film

I decided to write my imaginary ending for DCEU’s Batman movie. Also, this is one shot fic.

Genre: Tragedy/Angst/Hurt/Comfort/Family/Friendship

This contains violence, characters deaths(mentioned), blood, injuries, angst, sad moments, hurt/comfort and DickxBarbara.

For disclaimer, I do not own DC’s Batman characters, DC and DC Extended Universe.

Bruce prepared for the final battle against Deathstroke. Dick and his girlfriend, Barbara wanted to help Bruce and Bruce agreed to let them help him.

After the tough final battle against Deathstroke, Bruce(despite being badly injured) managed to defeat Deathstroke with Dick and Barbara’s help and let the police(including Commissioner James Gordon, who offered Bruce to take him back to his glasshouse because he was concerned for him after he was injured, but Bruce declined yet thanked him for offer.) arrest Deathstroke. Bruce managed to get to his Batwing with Dick and Barbara’s support, sat in the seat and set it to autopilot. He removed his cowl. His face and body were covered in bruises and blood(including bleeding cuts), though he was protected by his Batsuit he was wearing(though it was still torn). His left side of ribs were bruised and cracked(but not fatal). His nose was broken, bruise and bleeding and he had a black eye on his left side, but his left eye was not swollen. His lips were cracked and bleeding and he was exhausted, tired and dizzy from bleeding. He eventually fainted from the exhaustion, pain and dizziness from bleeding, much to Dick and Barbara’s shock, worries and concern.

The next morning, Bruce opened his eyes and he was in his bed and he was still wounded but mended and bandaged as Alfred, Dick and Barbara, who were concerned and relieved at the same time, were with him. “Master Wayne, thanks heavens you’re awake. We were so worried and concerned. Your injuries were severe, but thankfully they weren’t life-threatening. I'd say thank you to your Batsuit for protecting you. I would, however, advise you to stay in your bed until you’ve healed properly and completely.” Alfred said as he looked at him with both concern and relief. Dick gently hugged Bruce out of relief and said, “I’m glad you’re awake, Bruce.” Barbara said to Bruce. “Bruce, thank goodness you’re awake. I talked to my dad on the phone about you and he was concerned about you. I was concerned and worried about you too. I told my father to visit you tonight and he said he would come.” Bruce weakly nodded at the three remaining people in his room as he sat up in his bed.

Then suddenly, Bruce let his silent tears fall down his face and cried silently. Dick, Alfred and Barbara felt concerned and worried again. “Master Bruce, is anything wrong? Are you alright, sir?” Alfred asked with full of concern for his surrogate son, son figure, ward, best friend and master. “What’s the matter, Bruce? Are you okay?” Dick asked his surrogate father, father figure, adoptive father and mentor out of concern for him. “Bruce, are you okay? What’s wrong?” Barbara asked Bruce with full of concern for him.

“I-It’s my fault. I-I let my parents and Jason die... Damn me for letting them die… I killed them… It’s my fault… I miss them so much…” Bruce spoke weakly as he didn’t even look at anyone in his room. He felt so much guilt, grief and the emotional pain. He missed his parents and Jason very much.

Alfred felt heartbroken for seeing Bruce being in too much guilt, grief and the emotional pain. So he comforted Bruce out of sympathy with gently patting Bruce’s spiky graying dark brown hair. “Bruce, as I have told you many times before, please stop blaming yourself for the deaths of your parents and Jason. I miss them dearly, but you’re not responsible for their deaths. It’s not your fault and I can’t stand seeing you blaming yourself. Please do not blame yourself any longer. You didn’t kill your parents and Jason. Your parents and Jason would not want you to blame yourself.”

Dick couldn’t bear to see someone who he considered to be like his father in such a horrible state. He wanted to comfort his adoptive father. He held his father figure’s hand gently with full of sympathy for him. “Alfred is right, Bruce. Don’t blame yourself. I miss Jason too and he was like a little brother to me. But you didn’t kill him. Jason wouldn’t want you to blame yourself.”

“Both of them are right, Bruce. Please don’t blame yourself anymore. Your parents and Jason wouldn’t want you to be hard on yourself too much. You’re not alone. We’re here. You have us, Dick, Alfred, my father and me.” Barbara comforted Bruce with sympathy with gently hugging him with using her wheelchair. Bruce finally looked at Barbara, Alfred and Dick in his room with his teary hazel eyes. He felt overwhelmed by emotions and asked for a hug. “C-Can you hug me, please…?” Alfred, Dick and Barbara tenderly hugged Bruce and Bruce tearfully hugged them in return as he cried softly. Bruce felt warmth in the embrace. It was so warm. Bruce whispered tearfully through a soft sob. “T-Thank you, Alfred, Dick and Barbara…”

I can imagine Barbara rolling along with Dick in her lap and his arms are around her and she’s just kind of of doing her thing in the apartment. And he’s all snuggly because their 35th date went perfect and he’s all happy about it.
