MYOTISMON

Thank you. Thank you so much, Kari. Having to pretend to care, having to snack at only my most desperate moments has been quite annoying.

He then turns and walks towards Tai.

MYOTISMON

And waiting for you to hand over the star…

MATT

Tai!

The guard blocks Matt with a spear in order to silence him.

MYOTISMON

….is making me unexpectedly hungry! Hmm, but perhaps I'll start with your brother's wish.

KARI

(O.S.) Stop! Okay, okay! I'll give you the star!

In what may go down in Odaiba’s history as the single greatest example of desperate times calling for desperate measures, Kari raises Gatomon over her head and presents her as the star. Myotismon and the crowd look at Gatomon in astonishment and understandable disbelief.

ODAIBA CITIZEN #1

Is this a joke?

GATOMON

(WHISPER TO HERSELF) I can do this, I can do this, I can do this! No! There's no way I can do this! (SHOUTING) People of Odaiba!

ODAIBA CITIZEN #2

The cat talks!

GATOMON

Hello, I come from the sky! I am here for you

The DigiDestined could tell that the crowd still needs convincing so they decide to join in.

MIMI

Oh my goodness! It is the most beautiful star I’ve ever seen!

It’s a miracle!

SORA

Oh, this is amazing!

MYOTISMON

What game is this!?

GATOMON

Myotismon! If you want me, first you have to free everyone's wishes!

Myotismon doesn’t believe that Gatomon is a star.

MAGNIFICO

That’s just Kari's Digimon and my formal servant!

To convince the crowd of her power, Gatomon calls to the animals.

GATOMON

WHEEE!!!

And the animals answer. All over Odaiba and even from the uncharted forest, dogs, mice, birds, fireflies, horses, goats, and all types of creatures from around the island stampede to assure the crowd of Gatomon’s power. An eagle lifts Gatomon from Kari’s arms as fireflies form into a star behind her. The audience marvels at Gatomon’s glory, fully convinced.

GATOMON

It's over, Myotismon! You have no choice but to surrender!

Myotismon smiles indignantly.

MYOTISMON

I have no choice.

Myotismon raises his hand and all the wishes he held hostage spin around before diving into his open mouth. The crowd watches in horror as several of them inflicting sadness and despair with a sharp pain of grief from the desolation in their hearts.

KARI

What?! No!

The surge of power Myotismon receives from eating all those wishes at once begins to transform him. He grows larger, which was once more than a foot taller than him now only had the head poking out of his closed fist.

MYOTISMON

Myotismon, mega digivolve to! VenomMyotismon!

Even Demidevimon is horrified by Myotismon’s digivolution but VenomMyotismon himself relishes his new body and laughs in triumph over the power it grants him.

The guards see this and as they try to comfort those of them who have had their wishes destroyed, they realize that this has gone too far.

ODAIBA GUARD #1

We gotta do something!

The remaining guards charge at VenomMyotismon who just swats them aside like flies. He turns to Kari with a massive grin on his face. His voice reverberates as he speaks.

VENOMMYOTISMON

You think I’m an idiot?! I have the power, I have your wishes. I will have the star! So where is it?

Kari is so terrified by what has just transpired that she can’t help but look at the lights coming from the top of the royal castle. VenomMyotismon follows her gaze as realization dawns on him.

INT. ODAIBA ROYAL CASTLE, THE STUDY - NIGHT

Back inside the study, all of the wishes and a myriad of seemingly random objects swirl around Star as he looks onto Joe and Izzy.

STAR

I think it’s working! Maybe? Almost? We're so close! We just need one more ingredient!

A Digimon whose existence was once thought impossible, but with the power of the Digimentals nothing is truly off limits. Despite a personality that says "Let's Go! Fight!", Cheergalmon typically takes on foes at a distance with choreographed dance routines that release a specialized pollen into the air (Rally Hustle). The effect of this pollen is that allies will become invigorated while enemies become weak and unwilling to fight. Foes who think Cheergalmon is an easy target to pick off will find that it can also retaliate with stretchy limbs to unleash energetic jabs (Pompom Bomber) or lightning fast kicks (Hot Pepper Step).

This is more like what I was expecting my first Digifake design to look like. Don't know if I'm going to do the other unseen Adventure armors anytime soon...
