"Annie! Hallie!" Chessy exclaimed, tripping over her feet as the twins ran past her into the field of snow that covered the yard of the ranch, placing her hand over her heart.

"Sorry Chessy!" The twins exclaimed simultaneously, running throughout the snowfield, picking up clumps of the snowfall in their hands and throwing it in the air out of childlike joy.

"It's fine girls," The housekeeper rolled her eyes with a smile, placing a beanie on her auburn hair before following the girls outside.

You watched from the window, your eyes focusing only on the woman watching over the twins with a smile, pausing your movements that were focused on crochet blankets for the girls' Christmas presents.

Chessy somehow always seemed majestic and gorgeous in your eyes, and the way she stood out in the snowfall right at that moment just had you drawn to the housekeeper.

Looking at her closely, you took in her appearance. A thick pair of gray leggings, a puffy black coat, brown boots, and her matching beanie and scarf complementing her red hair and green-blue eyes.

"Y/n?" Elizabeth asked, walking up to you as she sat next to you. "Are you alright?"

"Oh, yes Elizabeth, I'm alright," You looked up at your boss, who slowly had become your friend since she hired you to be her driver.

"Which pretty site are you looking at?" The blonde smirked, gesturing to Chessy before she took a sip of her coffee, making sure not to spill any on her cardigan.

"The snow..." You blushed, looking down at your lap before beginning to crochet the blankets once again.

"Are you sure it's not anything else?" The older woman asked, looking at you with a slightly knowing gaze. "You know you can just go down there and play in the snow, she'll enjoy it,"

"I-I don't know," You sighed, placing your Crochet Needles on your lap aggressively, leaning your head back with a slight groan.

"Just do it, go out there and take a chance, you know Martin is eyeing her up," Elizabeth looked at you.

You remained silent, biting your lip slightly as you looked at the girls outside.

"Alright..." You muttered, dropping your stuff on the nearby table and grabbing your coat, wrapping it around your body before entering the cold outside to see the girls throwing snowballs at Chessy.

"Y/n! Come help us!" Annie exclaimed, grabbing a ball and throwing it straight at Chessy's face.

"Agh-!"

"Yeah come on Y/n!" Hallie exclaimed as she was busy rolling up the snow for Annie.

Chessy looked over at you in between her snow-covered eyelashes, and you noticed a slight rosy tint coming to her cheeks that you only assumed to be from the cold.

You stood there for a moment, biting your chapped lip as you looked at the girls and then at Chessy. You looked over at Hallie, and you took a step forward, leaving a trail of footprints behind you.

"I think a 3v1 isn't a fair game, is it girls?" You smirked, putting your hands on your hips as you ventured further into the snow.

"Well not really," Annie looked at Hallie.

You chuckled softly, walking over next to Chessy and brushing the snow off of her face.

"Thank you, Y/n," She smiled. "These little rascals have some pretty good aim,"

"Well..." You chuckled mischievously, grabbing a large chunk of snow and forming it into a ball. "Why not fight back?"

"Snowball fight!!!" Hallie exclaimed, hitting you straight in the shoulder with a small snowball, only to be met with a hit to the stomach with your snowball.

Chessy looked at you, surprised by your throwing skills.

"How'd you-"

"Don't question it," You brushed her off.

Chessy narrowed her eyes before squatting down to form the snowballs for you, as she knew you had a better aim than her.

"Bring it on kiddo!" You shouted, taking a ball from the older woman and tossing it at Annie, who was now participating in the fight.

Annie quickly ducked, throwing a snowball at Chessy, which the housekeeper dodged as well. You grabbed a pile of snow and threw it at Annie and Hallie, watching as it distracted them before you threw a ball straight at Hallie's face with a smirk.

"Dang it!" The older twin groaned, getting down on her knees to create a giant snowball, running it through the snow as the sphere expanded.

"You're going to get it now!" Annie yelled, falling into the snow to duck the incoming shot at her.

What you didn't see, however, was the wink that the twins shot each other.

"Hand me one Chess," You looked back at her, shooting her a wink as you grabbed the snowball, throwing it at Hallie.

"Annie, I need help! Distract them!" The older twin exclaimed, running with the snowball in her arms.

You looked over at Hallie, your eyes widening as the snow Annie threw covered your face and blinded you a little.

"Y/n!" Chessy yelled as the giant snowball Hallie had created hit the both of you, knocking you on top of each other.

You sputtered the snow out of your mouth, rubbing your gloved hand over your face, a blush scattering across your face once you made complete eye contact with the woman you were on top of.

"T-Time out!" You squeaked in embarrassment as Chessy sat up, leaving you sitting on her lap, too flustered to hear both girls running off to warm up inside (and spy on you two).

"You okay?" The housekeeper asked, holding your chin to check for any wounds.

"No, I'm fine- I fell on you, are you okay?" You shook the snow out of your hair.

"I'm alright, I had a comfy landing," Chessy chuckled, patting the thick and fluffy snow next to her.

"That's good," You smiled nervously, looking over at your hand that was overtop of hers, the pink on your cheeks increasing.

"Yeah..."

You both looked at each other with nervous expressions on your faces, thoughts running through your heads faster than the both of you could process.

"Chessy I need to tell you something, at least before I can't tell it to you anymore-" You blurted out, tightening your grip on her hand.

"What is it?" She asked, her gaze shifting to your intertwined hands.

"I'm...I'm in love with you..." Your voice trailed off.

"Oh-" Chessy paused, unable to say anything else due to shock.

"I'm sorry I'm gonna head inside," You muttered, standing up to leave before you felt a tight grip on your arm.

"No you're not," Chessy looked at you with determined and loving eyes, pulling you down onto her again before she pressed her lips against your own, generating a comforting warmth in contrast to the frigid weather outside.

Your breathing staggered as the older woman pulled a soft whimper from your lips, savoring the kiss as if you'd never get another one.

Once she pulled away, a silence encompassed the space around you, leaving the only sound nearby being the two of you gasping for air.

"Chess... I thought you liked that guy Marvin or whatever his name is..." You whispered, your lips trembling softly.

"Y/n, I love you too much to love him, I love you and only you," The aquamarine-eyed woman confessed, looking at you with a soft smile and adoring eyes as she pressed her palm against your left cheek.

"Really?"

"Yes, you're such an amazing person, I love you," She assured you, looking at your blushing cheeks.

"I-I love you too Chessy," You said with a grateful smile before you pulled her into a deep kiss, the snow around you falling gently on your bodies, the cold crystals no match for the warmth in your hearts.

3L!Grian- Constantly bleeding from hi head, at this point in time the wound is covered by bandages and his hair. He has 2 purple wings one of which is bent and halfhazardly bandaged as well. For clothing either the classic red sweater (or the orange sun sweater) + a brown poncho... Eyes should be purple but sometimes have a red sheen.

LL!Scott: Start with Last Life Scott, add a star crown, lightning scars on his arms and neck and make his eyes kinda glowy and red or cyan in color whatever you prefer... That's about it.

DL!Pearl: Wears her Scarlet Pearl outfit except the hood has like crescent moons on it. She has a heart shaped burn on her shoulder (kinda unlikely you will need to know that for a drawing but who knows) and her fingers are a little blue... Her eyes are green but sometimes go red.

LimL!Martyn: Missing his left ear, there is no scar or anything It's just not there, only one whose eyes are still red constantly. Wears his mean gills fanon outfit and has coral growing on him.

LimL!Jimmy: Wears bad boy outfit glasses included and has 2 golden wings one of which is a bit burnt because of the tnt minecart exploding, before the enderian-ification his right eye was completely white like no iris or anything but now It's completely purple like that of an enderman ...he also has ender particles around him now.

3L!Scar: Still has gray skin but the color scheme of his clothes has changed completely. The brown of his pants, shoes and hat has been replaced by a very dark purple and his poncho is white and purple (normal not dark) with a repeating eye shape pattern. Ironically only one without wounds as the Watchers healed him.

DL!Scott: Just Double Life Scott except for 3 things, the cloud of explosion smoke that surrounds him, the glowing string (the soulbound) around his neck and his almost gray eyes.

SL!Jimmy: Similiarly to LimL!Jimmy he has two golden wings, the difference being that his are completely unhurt... his shoulder is covered in sculk but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Prologue

I closed my book and glanced out of the window. Oh my gosh! Finally, it was snowing! The white dots danced against the darkened sky. Darting up, I dashed closer, almost pressing my nose against the glass.

"Yosh!"

"Haa... you're such a handful, my angel." Ruki's voice wafted behind me. He stepped closer, enveloping my waist with his arm and pulling me against his chest while his musky scent embraced me as well. He chuckled into my hair. "Though I have to admit that the view is quite peaceful."

"Mhm, it is indeed." I couldn't hide a giggle that raised deep within me. So beautiful. And now we would get the white, snowy season I have yearned for. "Umh... you know, Ruki... I have a wish..."

"What is it then?" Ruki's whisper almost tickled my ears. His voice was so soft and tempting me to turn around, but my gaze was glued to the snowflakes.

"I know you don't care about Christmas that much... but...umh... Well, in the next year, we'll be much busier and it might be we can't arrange anything bigger. So... I was just reading this book and the characters were celebrating something else than Christmas during this time of year... and I thought we could... do something similar."

"Is that so?" Ruki took my shoulders, spinning me around. My butt hit the windowsill but I didn't mind.

I nodded. "Yes. Winter solstice. They were celebrating because the darkening times were over and the sun was slowly coming back. The family and friends gathered to welcome the sun and then spent a nice time together. They had a tasty dinner too. That doesn't sound too bad, does it?"

"Are you trying to pique your master's interest by the talk about making a special dinner~?"

Ruki locked his gaze with mine. The stormy blue and gray of his eyes made my stomach churn pleasantly.

"Hehe, perhaps I am indeed~"

"How very bold of you." A smirk rose on Ruki's lips as he leaned his face closer to mine, almost touching my nose.

I swallowed as Ruki's mouth started to open, and my heart took a leap. "Umh..."

Ruki chuckled again as if he was amused by my reaction. "Did you know that the winter solstice has another name?" he asked.

Shaking my head, I placed my hand on Ruki's shoulder and squeezed slightly. Being this close to him made it difficult to focus on the conversation, especially since I could see how the tips of his fangs peeked when he talked. Oh, how I wished him to... but... but... I knew we should be more careful with that for now.

Ruki lifted his hand, grabbing my chin. His cold thumb traced the skin right under my bottom lip. "It is called Yule." He smiled. "And if it's my angel's wish, we shall have a Yule dinner with family and perhaps a few friends as well. You should have this experience since it will be different the next year. Let's enjoy this now."

Before I had time to answer, demanding lips caught mine, swiping every coherent thought out of my mind.

This is a “lost and found” Maxis mesh that’s hidden in the game files. No clue why Maxis decided not to use it, I think it’s just as good if not better than plenty of the other hair meshes in basegame. (BTW, you can see an elder man wearing it in this basegame promo render!) It was first remade by simsbaby way back in 2006, this version is a recent mesh edit by @executables-sims (x). Hikaru Mukami (. . . .) is the youngest member of the Mukami family. He was found by Karlheinz, the father of the Sakamakis and the current Vampire King, who then gave the baby Hikaru to his future adoptive brothers, the Mukamis.

Appearance

Hikaru is a young boy who has a doll-like appearance: pale skin, soft rounded eyes, and a frail looking body. He keeps his honey blonde hair a bit long, long enough for him to have some of it kept in a small braid on the left side of his head. Hikaru has eyes that are similar in color the amethyst gems, and his face has a light scattering of freckles.

For casual wear, Hikaru typically wears loose clothes that one would think wouldn't fit his slightly girlish appearance: sports clothes. He wears a red letterman jacket, a black short sleeved shirt, dark gray shorts, and red sneakers. He also is never seen without his silvery white headphones.

His Nevermore Academy uniform consists of a white buttoned shirt, a raven black vest with silver embellishments, black shorts, white socks, and black shoes.

Personality

Hikaru is a soft spoken, shy, and rather anti-social young boy. He likes to go on with life without getting involved in other people's problems (unless they're his brothers).

However, despite being a loner, Hikaru does want to form connections with other people who aren't his brothers, as he often finds himself watching other kids his age and gets lonely.

When Hikaru does find make friends of his own, like Sofia, he becomes very loyal and protective.

History

Hikaru is the youngest brother of the Mukami family. Unlike his brothers, Hikaru had two parents who were a human and a vampire: Alucard, the son of the high ranking Count Dracula, and Abbigail, the descendant of Abraham Van Helsing and the arch nemesis of the count and all Vampires.

When Hikaru is born, his mother and father attempted to go into hiding in Japan and make new identities for themselves so their son could have a normal-ish childhood. Unfortunately, Abigail was killed in a car accident while Alucard was killed by a rogue vampire hunter from Seiji Komori's church. However, before the vampire hunter could harm the baby Hikaru, Karlheinz, a close friend of Alucard and his family, had sent a familiar of his to kill the hunter and take Alucard's son to his castle.

After Karlheinz checked the baby for injuries, he had taken Hikaru with him to the Mukami household, and after explaining the situation to the four vampires, had them raise Hikaru as their little brother while making a deal with Ruki that he and his brothers would hand Hikaru over to the Vampire King when the boy turns eighteen so he would become a bodyguard for his daughter, Sofia.

What Karlheinz didn't plan for was that the Mukami brothers would actually grow to care for Hikaru, and would that Ruki would try to find a way to break the deal without earning Karlheinz's wrath. . . .

Hikaru is the only known Dhampir in the story so far.

According to Ruki, Hikaru eats ice cream like a six year old despite being 12 to 13.

Kou is the one to style Hikaru's hair in the morning.

Yuma has Hikaru help him with his garden.

Azusa gets the most worried about Hikaru when he gets sick due to his half human heritage.

Despite being rather young, Hikaru has seen some classic horror movies such as Friday the 13th, Halloween, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Ring (Ringu), Frankenstein, Candyman, Carrie, The Exorcist, The Shining, It, etc. This upsets Ruki since he thinks Hikaru is too young to watch them.

For some reason, Hikaru doesn't believe in curses, but he does believe in crystals.

He enjoys reading webcomics and getting the comics in print.

Hikaru believes fortune tellings are scams. The reason why is unknown, even to his older brothers.

Due to him being half human, Hikaru doesn't need to drink blood as often as his brothers.

Hikaru knows nothing about his birth parents.

WIP Excerpt

Here's a random snippet from my current WIP, Don't Leave, aka DL (yes, I'm too lazy to work on the other one I was obsessing over for this whole week).

Word Count: 1, 376 words.

NOTE: This is an excerpt from the first draft, so things are still subject to change.

My head lifts up, hair strands warm in the hot sun. I raise a hand and squint an eye, only to see what seems like a cluster of small gray buildings on my far, far left. Is that a flamy landmark towering above the house? It sure seems so. Although I'm viewing the settlement from miles away, I already have this twisting feeling in my chest about it. 

That place looks like no good.

  But still, I want a small peek. A little spy mission, if you will. There's a cliff and boulders near the village, so I have something to hide behind. And if I ever find myself endangered in the village, I can book it out immediately.

Swallowing with steely resolve, I shift my direction and start walking towards the cliff near the settlement. 

My feet burn, the weather isn't getting any cooler, and walking takes an hour — breaks included. I'm going to run out of food at this rate. I've already eaten all my bread before it got spoiled, and as for the fruit, well… it's the same fate for them.

If there's anything to take away from today, it's that I'm horrible at conserving things in situations like these. And that will likely be the death of me.

But still, I get to the strange town, tired and sweaty. I reach the cliff with all the rocks, near the village with cobblestone houses and wooden roofs. My eyes haven't scanned the citizens yet.

I exhale shakily, grab my spear, and set down the sack near the largest boulder here. Chanting and chatter can be heard in the distance, and… I can't even tell if it's friendly or intimidating. It just sounds dull and monotone. This entire village is dull and monotone. I slowly peer out from the boulder and lean forward to get a better view. 

Oh dear...

It's the masked people again. They walk around the dirt paths as if they own the place — which, well, they likely do, but that's not good news for me. My adrenaline spikes along with my heartbeat, and I breathe deeply, sidling behind the boulder again.

Never mind this then. It's most definitely time to leave the place. 

"GET. BACK. HERE."

A scream instantly rips from my throat at the menacing voice that booms through the air, and I clap a hand over my mouth to silence myself. Swiveling on my heel, I peek to see a girl with long brown hair and a mask on her face darting down the village pathway and leaping over the metal-wired, purple-glowing barrier around the roads. 

Wait, that's not any girl.

It's —

"June!" I whisper-shout, grabbing my sack and darting away from the boulder and running alongside the cliff. 

She's taking the same route as me, and when her head turns, she waves. How the hell did she get that mask? Wait, has she been part of this dangerous masked the whole time? But, no, that's impossible. 

So how…?

"Kaguya!" her voice booms in my ear, almost making me trip. How'd she get so close so fast?

June grabs my arm and pulls me along even faster, the wind rushing in my hair as I stumble over my own feet. Through the grass we run — we run and run and run all the way until we reach a giant cave on a small, hill-like mound. My friend drags me behind the cave and crouches low. Just as I'm about to speak, she places a finger over her lips.

I look down from the mound. There's a ring of of giant boulders surrounding us in a perfect circle at the bottom. I suppose it makes for good protection, but I still don't feel entirely safe.

Three masked figures dart across the grass, and the sight sends bolts of fear stabbing right through my chest. But they don't notice me or June, no. They keep running forward, exclaiming, "They went that way!" 

If this wasn't so damn scary, I would laugh at how idiotic they are.

"Kaguya," June whispers. "What are you doing here?"

"I could ask you the same dang thing," I retort. "Why are you wearing those people's clothes? Are… are you part of them now?"

She shakes her head calmly. "I was only trying to fit in with the village folk and gain information by listening to them."

"Oh, thank heavens." I sigh of relief. "What did you find out about them? All I know is that these Mask People are scary as all hell. One almost tried to kill me last night."

June's eyebrows shoot up momentarily. "How… How did you get out alive?"

"I have no clue."

"The Possessors are able to control people whenever they please, and nobody is immune to their dark magic. Did they possess you, Kaguya?"

I cock a brow. Possessors? Dark magic? What?

"No, no. They didn't possess me. Also, is that what they're called? 'Possessors?'"

June nods. "Precisely. But why wouldn't they control you? Did they not use magic on you?"

"I… I think they did. They shot huge dark spheres and beams that hurt terribly. But they didn't possess me." My stomach starts to churn with dread. "I didn't even know that was a possibility…"

"The dark spheres are what they use to possess others. So they did try to possess you. And it should have worked, but why didn't it?" June scratches her chin. "It doesn't make sense…"

"Do you want me to get possessed?" I frown. "Also, how long have you been in this village to know this much about the people there?"

June drums her fingers on the grass. "Well, I've been at this village for over a day now, which isn't long, but I've been trying listened in on as many conversations as I possibly can to gain a lot of informaton. The only risk to that is being found out that I don't have dark magic."

"Why is that a risk? I mean, I already have an idea why, but…"

"Apparenlty all Bayholdens do not have dark magic; only those who are Possessors do. And it appears that these Possessors are very aggressive towards Bayholdens, for reasons that I… don't know about. That's why you saw me running back there. Someone had asked me to demonstrate my dark magic abilities, and I couldn't, so they figured out I was from Bayholde and tried to slaughter me."

A chill shot down my spine. 

"So what you're telling me… is that you almost died today because these lunatics found out you were from Bayholde."

"I suppose you could put it that way."

How is her face so blank and calm while she says that? "What?" She tilts her head. "I know saying such a thing is shocking, but I didn't actually die, so I figured it's not bad."

I scramble and scrape through my head for words to say, and eventually, I grab onto the first thought that's been lingering in the back of my mind.

"June, we need to go home."

"Home? Where is that? We haven't found home yet."

"Bayholde!" I snap. "That's our home!"

"It's never felt like a home, and I don't say that because I didn't have a house to live in back there. I came out to the Darkelm in order to find my home — somewhere I can truly feel at peace. I don't consider Bayholde my home, because I was never at peace  there."

"Well, you're not at peace here, either. And I doubt it's safe to spend another night trying to look for a 'home,' because there's a high chance you could get killed, or you could get possessed and kill me under a Possessor's control — or both! It's not worth it."

June raises a brow. "Were you not the one who rambled on about escaping Bayholde for years? Why the sudden switch-up?"

"Because — because —" I break off into a sigh. "Because I thought I'd find freedom out here, and that the Darkelm wasn't as bad as the Elders always said it was. But I think I was wrong."

I bury my face in my hands, shame overtaking me in the form of a sunken heart.

"I think I was really wrong, June."

Note that this is still a first draft of the book, so things can still be subject to change. I'm not sure where I'll put this up yet -- my only current writing platform is Penana.com, but I only have APS on there as a 'test' to polish up my writing skills (also that site is deteriorating, just a bit) I'll have to figure out the platform I'll post DL on later, I guess.

Diabolik Lovers & Owari no Seraph crossover

Okay so I thought about it like that

The original OnS continues as it is but the Shinoa Team finds out about another cult with a code-name DL/D-ā(ディアボリックラヴァーズ) which they cannot decode. They decide to save whoever was involved in it despite it lasting an entire lifetime (considering ages of the vampires in DiaLovers it’s 16-18 years) which would mean it was almost as fresh as the Hyakuya cult. After getting approval from higher forces Shinoa Team decides to save the subjects under new management; Yuu’s leadership and Mika’s protection.

When they get to the location, which was assumed to be the city where subjects were hidden, Shinoa Team gets some new information from both vampire and human higher-ups. One file included an information about four human children put in the same orphanage suddenly disappearing one night even though there were other children, second file included information about six vampires with various abilities going missing. Despite all having teleportation abilities nobody have ever seen them suddenly appearing anywhere for about 13 years. All said to have disappeared as the youngest one was barely 3 years old. Profiles of the missing children from both cases were displayed on the screens.

Vampires 

Shu: Last seen when he was 6 years old, personality characteristics: very cheery, always finds a way to ask someone for a puppy with a very cute expression also promising he wouldn’t ask again the same person on specific week, appearance characteristics: blue eyes, blonde hair (mixed shades).

Reiji: Last seen when he was 5 years old, personality characteristics: oddly mature for his age, great leadership skills, appearance characteristics: magenta eyes, purple hair with white fades.

Laito: Last seen when he was 4 years old, one of the triplets, personality characteristics: unknown, appearance characteristics: green eyes, reddish-brown hair with white fades.

Ayato: Last seen when he was 4 years old, one of the triplets, personality characteristics: very cheerful when he thinks nobody sees him turns defensive when he realizes someone is watching him, appearance characteristics: green eyes, red hair with pink fades.

Kanato: Last seen when he was 4 years old, one of the triplets, personality characteristics: highly unstable emotionally, aggresive towards Laito, was assumed to become insane because of family issues with his mother, appearance characteristics: purple eyes and hair with a fade of very light pink.

Subaru: Last seen when he was 3 years old, personality characteristics: innocent younger brother, pretty naive, appearance characteristics: white hair with pink fades.

Humans

Ruki: Last seen when he was 5 years old, personality characteristics: always wary around women and girls, hard to understand, always avoidant to talk about his father, appearance characteristics: gray-blue eyes (unknown), black hair with light purple fades.

Kou: Last seen when he was 4 years old, personality characteristics: [data has been erased], appearance characteristics: blue eyes, fluffy blonde hair, sometimes tied in a small ponytail on the front.

Yuma: Last seen when he was 4 years old, personality characteristics: typical troublemaker, always running away from the orphanage (always got caught and sent back eventually), overconfident, appearance characteristics: brown eyes, long brown hair usually tied into highly placed bun with bangs.

Azusa: Last seen when he was 4 years old, personality characteristics: always reaching for some kind of blade, in worse cases with scars, he always says that he doesn’t understand why people at the orphanage are upset about his scars and was always explaining that he was doing it to make them happy, appearance characteristics: grey eyes, greyish-green hair with a hairstyle similar to a wild animal putting its ears down.

Everyone on the team agreed that it was odd that some data was missing, not even mentioning the assumption that the experiment might involve messing up with DNA which can code appearance. Yuu and Mika pointed out that in the given files some danger-warning data was included, everyone looked through all the files once again with that thought in mind. The team once again agreed they should be careful depending on which part of the team will take care of finding the vampire subjects.

Kimizuki, Yoichi and Mitsuba decided to take care of finding the humans, leaving the vampire case to Yuu, Mika and Shinoa.
