I love headcanoning that the whole Triceraton mind device severely messed with Don’s memory abilities but I also think he’s the type of person to be so hyperfocused on the present and future that he doesn’t even notice at first. Like it’s not until weeks later where he completely blanked out on a request Leo asked of him that morning or when he realises he can’t recall what their old home looked like anymore that he goes

Mikey can speak a few languages (he thought Spanish sounded cool) and is pretty good at picking it up

Donnie hates getting tech stuff as gifts but is so hard to buy for that no one knows what else to get him (he'll start dropping not-so-subtle hints like "sure would be nice if *someone* could get me a popcorn maker for Christmas...")

Leo and Splinter aren't as close as everyone thinks, Leo kinda resents being the one in charge 24/7

Darkest sense of humour actually goes to Mikey, he just gets told off for it the most so he's learnt to shut up

Everyone is relaxing and having fun. Krystal and Leo are slowly getting closer, and Raph and Vicky are watching and trying to join them.

Mikey whispers to his brothers that Vlard is really annoyed. Vlard is indeed annoyed about by the turtles' behavior. Plus he overhears Mikey's comment.

Leo is sticking up for Krystal when Vlard said a lot of nasty things in Krystal's direction. And Krystal herself likes about men, the ability to stick up for a woman no matter what the circumstances. That's where she was starting to like Leo.

That's when almost everyone woke up to Donnie making noise at 5:00 in the morning. Leo is just used to it since childhood and enjoys the emotions of his new friends.

P.s Vlard and Krystal are cousins.

Лео заступается за Кристал, когда Влард наговорил много гадостей в сторону Кристал. Да и самой Кристал нравится в мужчинах - способность заступиться за женщину вне зависимости от обстоятельств. Именно за это ей начал нравиться Лео.

Именно тогда почти все проснулись от того, что Донни шумит в пять утра. Лео просто привык к этому в детстве и наслаждается эмоциями своих новых друзей.

P.s Влард и Кристал являются двоюродные братом и сестрой.

I had to cut it down a bit to make sure it was only ten panels but I hope you still like it!!! I tried to keep it as true to the characters as possible. I really wanted to include Three's hallucinations in there somewhere but with the limited amount of panels I didn't get the chance. I hope to draw something related to that in the future!

I dont remember if this has been stated or if this was a hc but I honestly feel like even though Three is grateful to be apart of a family, given his faint memories of Draxum actually giving a crap about him prior to being affected with emperium, he'd be afraid that they don't actually care and they're going to rip it all away from him. Also I remember it being said that Three kinda tests the boundaries of their patience to see if that's going to happen? So that plus the purple dragons ask kinda culminated in this! Along with the idea that part of the reason Donnie doesn't get along with April is because since she argues back, she must hate him, so if she hates him then why shouldn't he hate her back? He doesn't see that she's trying to have a (platonic) relationship with him. Also I feel like he totally distances himself from her so what happened to Tim doesn't happen to her cause he knows his brothers care about her and they're already doing enough for him, he can't be even more of a burden to them. (This is all hcs ofc!!)

Also completely unrelated but hc that Three had paint all over his hand and touched the back of his mask but didn't realise and had that stain on there for months until somebody pointed it out to him-

AA THANK YOU ANON!! I’ve been wanting to draw a 2012!Venus for months AHA, thanks for the final push!

To avoid repetition of Karai in the narrative, I think it’d be cute if Venus actually grew up with the turtles and was never separated from them? This would mean she’d likely have Miwa’s tessen (aa sorry April!!!) but she’d also still be way more spiritually focused than the boys like usual. I wanted to draw her working with April on her psychic powers during the farmhouse arc for this too, also her interacting with Karai and also something for her and Leo’s dynamic but I realised quickly if I kept drawing her I wouldn’t get to the other asks!! AHA so those sketches will have to wait 💚

I-I will be okay. Everything has just been moving too fast for me lately is all. Hopefully today continues to be normal. My day has been great, and the other students like me a lot actually, and I'm not being harassed at all, I'm having a great time
